About Flosum
Every large company now runs critical parts of its business on Salesforce: sales, service, financial data, patient records, citizen services. When a release breaks something or data goes missing, revenue stops and regulators call. Flosum is the platform these companies trust to ship changes safely, protect their data, and recover fast.
We are in the middle of the most exciting chapter in our history. Our customers have relied on our Salesforce-native platform for years. Now we are bringing them a new cloud-native platform they can run on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or on-premises. We have also launched sandbox management built for the AI era, so teams can test AI agents such as Agentforce on production-ready environments in minutes instead of days.
Our customers include some of the most demanding enterprises in banking, insurance, healthcare, the public sector, and technology. They don’t buy us casually, and they don’t leave us casually. Your job is to make sure they never want to.
The role
You will own a book of enterprise accounts and one number: retained revenue. You decide which accounts need you most this week, and you go there. This is a commercial role. You will spend your time with executives, not running support tickets.
What you will do
Own renewals across your book, from strategic accounts to smaller ones, and protect every dollar of recurring revenue.
Build relationships with the executives who decide: CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and heads of Salesforce platforms. Reach past your champion when the account needs it.
Turn red accounts green. Spot risk early, build a save plan, and run it with urgency.
Move customers from our Salesforce-native products to our cloud-native platform, and make the business case for why it matters to them.
Defend your accounts against competitors, in-house builds, and new enterprise architectures.
Pull the right people in. Hold product, support, engineering, and customer success accountable for what your customers need.
Find expansion opportunities and hand them to our sales team with a clear plan.
Run your book with discipline: accurate forecasts, clean renewal pipeline in Salesforce, no surprises.
Requirements
What you bring
7+ years in enterprise account management, renewals, or customer-facing sales at a B2B software company.
You have carried a significant book of business (ideally $5M+ in annual recurring revenue) with individual accounts above $250K.
You have sold or renewed complex IT solutions: DevOps, data protection, security, infrastructure, or developer platforms. Technical buyers trust you.
A track record of saving at-risk renewals by going to the executive level, with the numbers to prove it.
Commercial intensity. You negotiate well, you push for multi-year terms, and you are comfortable with hard conversations about price and value.
You know how NRR and GRR are calculated and how your work moves them.
Clear, concise writing and speaking. You can brief a CIO in five minutes.
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem is a strong plus.
Benefits
Why join now
You will work with customers at the moment they move to the cloud. Few account managers get to shape a transition this large.
Our products sit in the path of AI adoption. Every company deploying AI agents on Salesforce needs to test, release, and protect them safely.
You will have real ownership, direct access to leadership, and the room to build how account management works here.
Competitive base plus variable compensation tied to retention.

Role Overview
We're looking for a driven, relationship-first Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You'll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure our customers see measurable impact from our platform and grow with us over time.
Requirements
Own a portfolio of accounts, managing the post-sale lifecycle including QBRs, renewals, and expansions.
Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across economic buyers, executives, and champions within each account.
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive net revenue retention above 120%.
Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure product adoption, time-to-value, and health scores are on track and gross revenue retention above 93%.
Lead executive business reviews and translate platform data into business-relevant insights for C-suite stakeholders.
Forecast renewal and expansion revenue accurately in Salesforce on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Serve as the voice of the customer internally — surfacing product feedback, risks, and opportunities to Product and Leadership.
Navigate complex contract negotiations and procurement cycles with legal and finance stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
6+ years in Account Management, Sales, or a quota-carrying role in B2B SaaS
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding GRR, NRR, upsell, and renewal targets on enterprise accounts ($100K+ ACV).
Strong executive presence — comfortable engaging VP and C-level stakeholders in strategic conversations.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with long sales cycles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build trusted advisor relationships.
Strong commercial acumen — able to construct ROI narratives and business cases for expansion.
Experience working with SaaS platforms, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem
Strong understanding of Salesforce (Admin, DevOps, or development lifecycle concepts preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools or release management processes
Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, or agile development practices
Background working with enterprise customers
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.)

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE MISSION
You will work every day on the racks that power one of France's largest AI clusters.
Mistral's compute footprint is our single largest investment and the foundation of our AI research and engineering. We're hiring Data Center Hardware Engineers to keep our GPU/CPU clusters healthy, safe and growing — hands-on, in the data center, at the intersection of high-performance computing and physical infrastructure.
You'll join a small, senior team working at a scale few engineers get to experience: GPU-dense racks (H100/H200-class and next-generation platforms), high-speed interconnects, liquid-cooled systems — with new sites under development in France and beyond.
Hardware here is not someone else's problem. As part of a small on-site team, you carry responsibility for it end to end.
Location: On-site at one of our data center in Bessé-sur-Braye, Pays de la Loire.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Diagnose & repair server and cluster hardware: CPUs, memory, drives, NICs, GPUs, PSUs, and interconnect problems (switches, cables, transceivers; Ethernet/InfiniBand).
- Intervene safely — power-off/lockout, ESD discipline, pre/post-work checklists, tidy and safe work areas.
- Capture everything — photos, serials, test results; open, update and close tickets with notes the next engineer can act on.
- Manage parts — receive, label and track inventory; run RMAs and coordinate with vendors.
- Help us get better — feed recurring anomalies into monitoring, alerts and SOPs; contribute small scripts (Python/Bash) if you have those skills.
- Be a good teammate — clear status updates, honest handovers, and respect for the people depending on the cluster.
ABOUT YOU
- Hands-on comfort in data centers or server hardware — you can (or will quickly learn to) work cleanly in racks: rails, cabling, labeling, mounting.
- Disciplined and meticulous: checklists aren't bureaucracy to you, they're craftsmanship.
- Practical electrical basics: power-off procedures, PPE, short-circuit risk awareness.
- Basic Linux (boot checks, logs) — scripting is a plus, not a requirement.
- Physically able to work in racks (lift, mount, maneuver) in a data center environment.
- Comfortable in a 24/7 operation, including a rotating on-call with emergency response expectations.
- Driver's licence (B) for travel between our sites.
EVEN IF YOU DON'T MATCH EVERY CRITERION
Many of our best hardware engineers came from research labs, telecoms, IT services or the military. If you are rigorous, curious and genuinely motivated by hardware at scale, we would be glad to hear from you — we assess demonstrated scope rather than keyword matching.
NICE TO HAVE
- HPC/AI/cloud production experience at scale; large-fleet server install and maintenance.
- Networking fundamentals (Ethernet/InfiniBand) beyond basics.
- Vendor/RMA tooling, ticketing (Jira/ServiceNow), inventory systems.
- Python/Bash automation for checks, capture, inventory or reporting.
