Location: Warsaw
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
Engineering Lead, Electronics
- Location: Warsaw, Poland
- Department: Engineering / Optical Systems
- Reports to: Director of Engineering
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As Engineering Lead, Electronics, you will lead the team responsible for the payload electronics of ICEYE's new optical satellite platform, taking ownership of the electronics design from early concept through to production and in-orbit operation. Acting as the satellite's main electronics authority, you will drive the architecture and hands-on engineering decisions behind the payload while also building and managing a small, growing team of electronics engineers. You will combine technical depth with day-to-day leadership, setting the standard for how the team designs, builds, and delivers electronics that need to work reliably and deliver exceptional performance. You will work in a fast iteration design cycle where understanding the system and speed of development matter the most.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a small, growing electronics team, covering tasking, hiring, and day-to-day people management, while staying hands-on with the technical work alongside them.
- Be the technical leader for the electronics architecture of the optical satellite, owning design end to end, from schematics through layout, bring-up, and into production and in-orbit operations. Given the size of the team, you're expected to be actively involved in the hands-on design work, not only in setting direction.
- Deriving what the system needs to do, translating those requirements into the electronics design, driving R&D on new concepts and upholding a high bar for how boards are designed across high-speed, power, and harness work.
- Investigating on-ground and on-orbit anomalies.
- Driving a fast, iterative design process. From right architectural decisions through culture setting to supplier management.
- Mentoring junior team members.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Expert, hands-on skills in electronics design, spanning schematics through layout, bring-up, production, and operations, across a broad cross-section of high-speed design, power electronics, and harness.
- Ability to understand a satellite system end to end, deriving electronics requirements from it, and owning the electronics architecture of the payload as its main electronics authority.
- People-oriented leadership, comfortable managing and growing a small team, including hiring and day-to-day people management.
- Embracing the challenge, with a preference for simple designs that work reliably in all conditions over unnecessary complexity, and a mindset of owning problems and solving them.
- No space experience required.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with optical sensors.

Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Product Manager to own the WorkOS Dashboard and help developers get more value from our products. You'll work on the experience of getting started, building an integration, adopting additional capabilities, and expanding usage as a customer's needs grow.
This is a product role with a clear growth mandate. You'll build features and improve workflows that help developers succeed, using customer research and product data to understand where people find value and where they get stuck. You'll own the connection between a better developer experience and outcomes such as activation, adoption, expansion, and retention.
You'll partner closely with engineering and design to shape the Dashboard roadmap and ship improvements. You'll also work across Product, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Finance to connect what developers experience in the product with how WorkOS grows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Dashboard product roadmap, with accountability for the developer experience and the growth outcomes it supports.
- Talk to developers and observe how they use the Dashboard alongside APIs, documentation, and the rest of their workflow.
- Build features that help developers get started, complete integrations, discover relevant capabilities, and expand their use of WorkOS.
- Improve onboarding and reduce the time it takes a new developer to get value from the product.
- Identify friction across the customer journey and prioritize opportunities using customer research, product analytics, and business impact.
- Define and track measures of activation, adoption, monetization, expansion, and retention. Use experiments to evaluate changes and decide what to build next.
- Partner with engineering and design to ship clear, useful experiences for technical users.
- Work with Marketing and Sales on product discovery, product-qualified leads, and the path from self-serve adoption to enterprise use.
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, and results clearly across the company.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of meaningful business outcomes.
- Experience building developer tools, API products, infrastructure products, or technical B2B SaaS. You understand developers and how they use dashboards to work with a technical product.
- A track record of shipping features that improve onboarding, activation, adoption, monetization, expansion, or retention.
- Experience with product-led growth and a clear understanding of how product improvements lead to customer and business outcomes.
- Strong product instincts backed by customer research and data, including experience designing and evaluating experiments.
- Experience with API or usage-based pricing models and how they shape the customer experience.
- The ability to make decisions with incomplete information and move quickly with engineering and design.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Finance.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
Customer Solutions Architect
About the role
The Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) is the primary post-sales technical owner for our existing customers, helping them get the most value from the combined Fivetran and dbt platform. Working alongside Account Executives (AEs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs), the CSA makes sure customers not only deploy successfully, but keep scaling and expanding their usage over time.
This role operates as a technical account manager and strategic advisor, bridging the gap between onboarding success and long-term growth. The CSA owns the technical narrative after go-live: monitoring an existing book of business, leading technical discussions, uncovering new data challenges, and guiding customers through architecture evolution, adoption, and expansion through live demos and technical workshops.
Unlike implementation-focused roles, the CSA is accountable for both retention and growth, and is measured on incremental ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR). You will act as a trusted advisor, advocate, and accelerator, ensuring customers derive maximum value from their data investments while aligning their technical roadmap with the platform's capabilities.
Location:
Austin, TX (hybrid). This is a full-time position, and candidates must be located in Austin and able to work in the office two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday).
What you'll do
Customer Adoption and Value Realization
Own post-sales technical engagement across a portfolio of assigned Commercial and Enterprise accounts
Drive adoption, optimization, and ongoing usage of the platform, moving customers from initial deployment to sustained, scalable success
Educate customers on new products and features as they launch, and on existing capabilities they may not be using
Deliver enablement sessions, workshops, and best-practice guidance
Monitor account health signals (usage, performance, support trends) and proactively intervene to address churn or contraction risks, including running implementation reviews and healthcheck sessions
Expansion and Growth
Identify, validate, and execute expansion opportunities across business units, regions, and use cases, including opportunities to bring both Fivetran and dbt into an account
Translate customer initiatives into scalable data workloads and technical solutions
Partner with AEs to drive incremental ARR through structured expansion plays and a managed expansion pipeline
Lead technical validation of new workloads, including workshops and, where necessary, proofs of concept (POCs)
Replicate successful use cases across the organization to accelerate growth
Provide strategic input on the customer lifecycle and renewals process
Technical Strategy and Architecture
Define and maintain Enterprise Reference Architectures aligned to customer environments, ensuring architectural consistency and scalability across implementations
Guide customers on best practices for data pipelines, transformation, automation, and platform adoption
Maintain technical artifacts such as architecture documentation, design patterns, and knowledge bases
Stakeholder Engagement and Account Planning

Business Development Representative (Austin)
About the role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) in Austin to start the conversations that win us our next customers. As part of the Sales organization, you will work side by side with our Sales Directors and Account Executives to break into new business accounts and book meetings with decision makers at every level.

Run personalized outreach by phone, email and LinkedIn, starting from pre-built cadences by industry, persona and use case and tailoring them to each account.
Run team plays, such as Snowflake customer and SAP use cases.
Learn what data challenges prospects face, explain what we do for companies like theirs, and secure sales-qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
Inbound leads
Respond to and qualify inbound leads, and set meetings for Sales Directors and Account Executives.
Team and growth
Partner with Account Executives, Marketing and Alliances to drive pipeline and exceed goals.
Log activity and categorize lead information accurately in Salesforce.
Help define our outbound strategy across channels, and iterate on team processes as we scale.
Master our consultative, Command of the Message, and Challenger sales approach, while developing enough fluency in dbt and Fivetran to articulate how the combined platform drives business value.

Are values-oriented and share our company values.

About Hyperskill
An international EdTech company with a mission to boost global progress by empowering everyone with the skills of tomorrow. We offer computer science learning products across two formats — self-study and instructor-led bootcamps — serving learners internationally.
The Role
We're looking for a Business Lead — an entrepreneurial owner who will take full responsibility for the company: find and scale a working growth model, own the P&L, drive the product, and lead the team. You will own the business end-to-end: revenue, product, team, financial results, and run the company autonomously within the agreed strategy and budget.
What you'll do
Find and scale a working growth model. Test hypotheses across channels, monetization, and product; identify what drives revenue and scale it.
Own P&L and maintain self-sustainability. Revenue, costs, margin, unit economics.
Set and achieve growth targets. Revenue, acquisition and retention of paying learners.
Drive product and priorities. Roadmap, key bets, monetization experiments.
Build and develop the team. Manage the team day-to-day, set goals, drive performance, and hire as the company grows.
Requirements
Relevant experience — full responsibility for a business end-to-end (P&L, product, team, outcomes), ideally a small company or startup.
Strong financial literacy — P&L, unit economics, forecasting, margin, cost control.
Experience finding and scaling a growth model (growth and/or 0→1).
Data-driven decision-making.
Team management experience (small teams).
Expertise in the market Hyperskill operates in — education, technology, AI.
Fluent English for an international environment.
AI-native approach to daily work.
Strong Plus
Former startup founder / co-founder — you've been through the full cycle, learned from mistakes, and are ready to develop an existing project.
EdTech / educational products experience.
We Offer
Work from Anywhere. Full-time, 100% remote from anywhere in the world.
Flexible schedule with consideration for team syncs.
Global Contract. Contractor agreement with a US-registered legal entity.
High Upside Comp. Base salary in USD + revenue sharing and equity tied to revenue growth milestones.
Professional Trajectory. Full ownership of the Hyperskill business, scaling toward Partner / CEO as the company grows.
Responsibilities
— Own the Czech market as the first local salesperson, across all customer segments.
— Work with the base of direct contacts (existing clients and warm leads): develop, close and reactivate.
— Handle inbound: qualify quickly, run discovery, and convert interest into paying customers.
— Drive outbound to larger and high-potential accounts through cold outreach, own network and industry communities.
— Run the full sales cycle end to end — prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close — and own the number.
— Be the voice of the market: systematically gather customer needs, objections and pain points and feed them to product and marketing to tailor the offering to Czechia.
— Test and iterate positioning, messaging and channels to find what resonates with Czech buyers.
— Temporarily provide light customer-success care to the clients signed, until a dedicated CS person is in place (with a small servicing bonus).
— Keep the CRM clean and share regular insight on pipeline, win/loss reasons and market signals.
What we're looking for
— Czech at native or near-native level (C2), spoken and written — daily conversations, calls and written correspondence in Czech.
— Strong Czech-speaking Slovak candidates are also welcome.
— Working English for internal communication.
— Senior experience in B2B / SaaS sales (or strong service sales), with a hunter mindset.
— A self-starter who can grow a market and bring product feedback from the field.
What we offer
— Base salary of EUR 2,000/month (Net).
— On-target earnings from EUR 4,000/month with no upper cap — commission-based reflecting real sales performance.
— Official employment in Hungary (Altegio Europe KFT).
— Budapest-based; relocation considered — a relocation package is available for the right candidate.
