We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
We’re now looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to make sure our GTM team scales just as fast - and just as effectively.
🎯 Your main goal will be to enable GTM teams to close more deals faster by providing the knowledge, resources, and training they need to succeed at every stage of the buyer journey.
You’ll be helping us build on early-stage existing foundations (onboarding, certifications, tooling) and take it to the next level as we scale. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with a direct line to revenue outcomes.
🚀 BUILD ONBOARDING THAT SHORTENS RAMP TIME AND BOOSTS IMPACT
- Design and deliver world-class onboarding for new GTM team members across Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering.
- Track and continuously improve ramp time through tailored strategies and performance feedback loops.
- Collaborate with leadership to define what “great” looks like across roles and build onboarding paths accordingly.
📚 CREATE SCALABLE ENABLEMENT PROGRAMS THAT DRIVE REVENUE
- Translate product updates, GTM strategies, and technical concepts into clear, actionable content.
- Identify knowledge gaps and build role-specific enablement initiatives to address them.
- Design certifications and training frameworks (e.g. demo, discovery, technical proficiency) to ensure consistency and quality across the field.
🎤 RUN HIGH-IMPACT ENABLEMENT EVENTS AND INTERNAL COMMS
- Support the planning and execution of team-wide enablement moments like SKOs, regional kickoffs, and quarterly readiness sessions, partnering closely with sales and revenue leadership on strategy and messaging.
- Act as the voice of enablement for GTM teams, making sure they have the right information at the right time, through the right channels.
- Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and RevOps to sync launches, messaging, and process changes.
📊 MEASURE WHAT MATTERS AND MAKE ENABLEMENT A GROWTH DRIVER
- Define and track KPIs to demonstrate enablement’s impact on sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and deal size.
- Build a competency scorecard with GTM managers to support coaching and performance management.
- Use insights from sales calls, Gong data, and product usage to continuously refine your programs.

- 💼 Deal complexity experience: You've enabled teams selling mid-market to enterprise deals (6 to low-7 figures).
- 🧑💻 Technical buyer fluency: You understand how to sell to technical personas (CTOs, engineering managers) and can translate that into training that resonates with a technical AE audience.

This is your chance to build something from the ground up: a high-leverage enablement function in a high-growth company, with a direct line to revenue impact. You'll be joining a supportive, fast-moving, and collaborative team where enablement is viewed as a strategic lever — not a support function. Help us scale our product, our message, and our people.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As a Technical Deployment Lead on the Forward Deployed Engineering team, you will lead the delivery of custom agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. You'll own high-value engagements where we collaborate directly with customers to build and deploy agents into their most critical business processes
Each engagement runs from SOW through production deployment. Forward Deployed Engineers build the technical solution; you drive the delivery plan, product scoping, stakeholder relationships, and the organizational complexity of deploying agents into complex enterprise environments.
You need to be credible in architecture conversations with engineering leads and equally comfortable running executive briefings with C-suite sponsors. You won't write production code, but you'll pressure-test technical decisions and make real-time trade-offs on scope and priority when things go sideways on an engagement.
This is also a builder's role. We're in the early innings of an emerging motion - the playbooks, the delivery patterns, the repeatable IP that makes the next engagement faster and better don't exist yet. The TDLs who thrive here are the ones who get that codifying what works is as important as the engagement in front of them right now.
Responsibilities
Own the technical delivery plan for each engagement. Work from the signed SOW to a sequenced roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, success criteria, and value hypotheses that FDEs execute against.
Lead delivery discovery. Map customer workflows and constraints in depth, pressure-test the scoped MVP against what you find, and shape the solution architecture with the FDEs.
Run day-to-day engineering execution. Drive delivery across Anthropic and customer teams. Keep progress unblocked and sequenced. Make real-time trade-offs on scope and priority to protect the critical path.
Own product scoping during delivery. Author requirements, prioritize the engineering backlog, manage scope against success criteria, and hold the bar for what good looks like for the people and enterprises who will use the product.
Own the customer relationship throughout delivery. Lead executive briefings, manage stakeholder communications across technical leads and procurement, and represent Anthropic's technical credibility with senior business and engineering leaders.
Own value measurement and ROI. Define impact hypotheses, set baselines and KPIs, run pre- and post-deployment measurement, and report outcomes to executive sponsors.
Contribute reusable delivery patterns. Capture what works on your engagements and feed field signal to the Programs Leads, Product, and Research.
Navigate enterprise and regulatory complexity. Security reviews, legal approvals, procurement processes, compliance requirements, and organizational dynamics.
Manage scope and change. Handle evolving requirements, set expectations, negotiate contract modifications, identify risks early, and escalate with clear context when needed.
Run engagement-level delivery operations: sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, and engagement reporting that feed the team's post-sales cadence and dashboards.
Travel to customer sites. Build relationships, unblock delivery, and accelerate adoption. (up to 25–50% travel expected).
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have led AI/ML engagements/deployments, whether as a founder, data scientist, engineer, researcher, or in a professional services or consulting role.
Operate like the CEO of your engagement. You take initiative without a mandate, make decisions with incomplete information, and lead rather than wait for instructions.
Have delivered AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production. You understand solution patterns, integration approaches, and what breaks in real environments.
Have experience in a specialized vertical (life sciences, pharmaceutical, retail, mining, agriculture, etc.).
Can navigate architecture discussions with engineering stakeholders, evaluate technical trade-offs, and pressure-test technical decisions. You won't write production code, but you will own the technical direction of engagements alongside FDEs.
Have a track record delivering complex, high-stakes technical projects for enterprise clients where outcomes depended on tight coordination and fast decision-making - ideally across multiple workstreams in regulated industries.
Have executive presence - polished, credible, and comfortable representing Anthropic to senior leaders in high-stakes environments.
Thrive in ambiguity and bring structure where none exists.
Have a builder's mindset - you're here to create a function, not just join one.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Competitive Selling:
Differentiate Wrike’s solution from competitor solutions when addressing defined, short-term/tactical projects or specific tactical needs.
Consultative Selling:
Understand customer and/or partner industry dynamics and quickly learn their specific strategies, priorities, and challenges. Start with the customer/partner point of view and fit the Wrike solution/advantage into that picture.

Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for exceptional Machine Learning Engineers focused on Ads to help take Higgsfield's advertising platform to the next level.
You'll work at the intersection of large-scale machine learning, generative AI, and advertising systems—building the models and infrastructure that determine how creative is generated, ranked, optimized, and ultimately performs.
This role is for someone who understands ads systems deeply and is equally strong in modern generative AI. You should be comfortable moving across ranking and recommendation, targeting and optimization, prompt engineering, post-training, and production ML systems.
You'll help define what an AI-native advertising platform looks like from the ground up.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Build and improve ML systems powering advertising products, including ranking, recommendation, targeting, prediction, and optimization.
- Develop models that improve ad creative quality, relevance, personalization, and performance at scale.
- Build systems that connect generative models with real-world advertising performance signals, creating feedback loops that continuously improve model outputs.
- Apply prompt engineering and post-training techniques to improve generative models for advertising and creative use cases.
- Work on fine-tuning, preference optimization, evaluation, and other techniques for adapting foundation models to specific creative and advertising objectives.
- Design and run experiments across creative generation, ranking, targeting, and delivery to understand what drives advertiser performance.
- Build production ML systems that operate reliably at significant scale, from experimentation through inference and serving.
- Work closely with Product, Research, Engineering, and GTM teams to turn advances in generative AI into products advertisers can use.
REQUIREMENTS
- Deep experience building machine learning systems for advertising.
- Strong understanding of ads systems, including areas such as ranking, recommendation, targeting, bidding, conversion prediction, creative optimization, or measurement.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, multimodal models, or generative AI systems.
- Strong experience with prompt engineering and model evaluation.
- Experience with post-training, including techniques such as supervised fine-tuning, preference optimization, reinforcement learning, or related approaches.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience shipping production ML systems.
- Ability to operate across research and engineering: you can experiment quickly, identify what works, and turn it into a scalable production system.
- High agency.
- Working English.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building ads, ranking, or recommendation systems at a major consumer, social, search, or advertising platform.
- Experience with generative video, image, or multimodal models.
- Experience using downstream signals such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement, or retention to train or optimize ML systems.
- Experience with large-scale model training, inference optimization, or distributed ML infrastructure.
- Experience building AI systems that generate or optimize advertising creative.

content strategy, production planning, and retail execution
— turning leadership's retail vision into a clear, actionable content roadmap that ships on time, every time.
You'll be the connective tissue between our game production pipeline, developer experience team, retail deployment team, and publishing/marketing — ensuring the retail demo always showcases the right games, at the right time, in a way that drives conversion and supports broader go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Do

Drive on-time delivery
— Manage the end-to-end planning process and working closely with Developer Experience Team to ensure new retail demo content is ready and deployed to retail demo units on schedule, with no surprises.
Coordinate with Retail Deployment
— Partner with our Retail Deployment team to align on logistics, timing, and technical requirements for rolling out new content to physical retail locations (Target, Costco, Walmart, etc.).
Align with Publishing & Marketing
— Collaborate with Publishing and Marketing teams to identify opportunities where retail demo content can support broader go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, new title launches, or seasonal promotions.
Build repeatable process
— Establish clear, scalable planning frameworks and documentation so that retail demo content planning becomes a predictable, well-oiled process rather than an ad hoc effort.
Report and communicate
— Keep the Head of Content Operations and relevant stakeholders informed on roadmap status, risks, and delivery timelines.
Who You Are
5-8+ years of experience
in program/product management, content operations, production coordination, or a related field — ideally within gaming, consumer tech, or retail/CE (consumer electronics) industries.
Proven ability to

A passion for gaming, interactive entertainment, or family/consumer tech products is a big plus.
Nice to Have
Prior experience working with major retailers (Target, Costco, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.) on in-store demo, merchandising, or activation programs.

We're looking for a Front End Engineer to support our Brand Web team, working at the intersection of design and development to build and maintain Anthropic's web properties. In this role, you'll contribute to shipping high-quality web experiences across
anthropic.com
and
claude.com
— from interactive marketing pages and data visualizations to internal tooling that keeps our content operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with designers, engineers, and brand and content teams to translate design intent into polished, production-ready code. Rapid prototyping is a core part of how we work here, and you'll be expected to move fast.
Key responsibilities
Own implementation of design system components and page templates across our web properties, with a focus on experiences that go beyond static content — interactive pages, data visualizations, and tools that communicate complex information clearly
Work within our headless CMS architecture, helping maintain and improve content modeling, structured data workflows, and the publishing experience
Collaborate closely with designers to bridge the gap between static design and living, interactive web experiences
Contribute to internal tools that help teams author, manage, and publish content at scale
Participate in migrations and site architecture projects, taking on defined scopes within larger efforts led by senior team members
Move quickly from concept to working prototype, iterating in close collaboration with the team
Support tooling and workflow improvements that help the broader team ship faster, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
Minimum qualifications
Have solid experience with modern frontend frameworks, particularly Next.js or similar React-based tooling, and are comfortable working within a design system
Understand CSS at a level that lets you implement complex layouts, animations, and interactive experiences with precision
Have hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms and can navigate content modeling, structured data workflows, and the operational side of keeping a large site running
Have built internal tools or contributed to workflows that improve how teams work day-to-day, and enjoy that kind of problem-solving
Can prototype quickly and iterate confidently, moving from rough idea to working proof-of-concept without getting stuck
Communicate clearly with both designers and engineers, and care about shipping work that's both technically sound and visually refined
Have a track record of contributing to production web properties at a mid-level scope, and are motivated to grow into owning larger, more complex projects
Preferred qualifications
Experience with AI-assisted development workflows
Interest in generative or programmatic design
Familiarity with localization or internationalization systems
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Annual Salary:
$300,000
—

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
