About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking a Regulatory Counsel to lead our legal work on AI regulation in the United States and to support our global AI regulatory posture.
In this role, you will be an in-house regulatory lawyer for Anthropic's US AI regulation and a key contributor to our global frontier AI compliance strategy. You will provide regulatory-readiness counseling as new laws are developed, day-to-day advice once they are in force, and legal support for Anthropic's non-contentious engagement with US regulators and standards bodies. While the role is US-focused, AI regulation is inherently global: you will help ensure a consistent worldwide compliance posture, coordinate closely with colleagues leading our EU and international workstreams, and contribute to EU AI Act and other international work where it overlaps with your areas. You will work at the intersection of novel legal questions, fast-moving product development, and a high-profile regulatory environment, cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Safeguards, Security, Policy, Research, and product teams.
Key responsibilities
Serve as one of Anthropic's lead in-house regulatory counsel for US AI regulation, covering applicability analysis, readiness, day-to-day advice, and compliance-program design
Own US regulatory compliance deliverables end to end, such as published safety and transparency frameworks, model documentation obligations, and incident-reporting requirements
Track legislative, regulatory, and standards developments across US federal and state jurisdictions (and internationally where relevant), assess applicability and impact on Anthropic's business and products, and design compliance approaches well in advance of obligations taking effect
Counsel legal, compliance, safety, security, and business teams on day-to-day regulatory questions once laws are in force, translating complex and often ambiguous requirements into practical guidance and scalable compliance programs
Support Anthropic's engagement with US AI regulators, enforcement agencies, and standards bodies — including notifications, information requests, reporting obligations, and voluntary framework and standards processes — in close partnership with Policy
Partner with Anthropic's Policy and Policy Legal teams on pre-legislative and rulemaking engagement, including comment letters and regulatory submissions, translating policy positions into legally-grounded regulatory positions
Partner with Anthropic's Litigation and Regulatory Investigations Legal teams on litigation and regulatory enforcement concerning AI regulation
Contribute to Anthropic's global frontier AI regulatory work where it intersects with US obligations
Minimum qualifications
JD from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one US state bar
Hands-on experience advising a technology business (in-house or at a leading law firm) on emerging regulatory regimes, including taking questions from first read of a statute through to a documented compliance position and a shipped artifact
Experience engaging with regulators, enforcement agencies, or standards bodies in a non-contentious supervisory capacity
Experience drafting regulatory compliance deliverables, such as compliance policies, regulatory submissions, or published compliance frameworks
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to technical, policy, product, and business audiences
Preferred qualifications
8–12 years of regulatory legal experience, with substantive depth in technology regulation and hands-on exposure to AI-specific frameworks
Direct experience with frontier AI regulatory regimes — California SB 53, the Colorado AI Act, or comparable state laws; or the EU AI Act and GPAI Code of Practice
Experience at a frontier AI company, large technology platform, or other hyper-scaling technology business operating under novel regulatory regimes
Familiarity with adjacent laws that intersect with AI regulation — e.g., privacy and data protection, consumer protection, product safety, and export controls
Familiarity with model evaluation, capability testing, or AI safety concepts
A background that combines private practice and in-house experience
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to develop novel compliance approaches in areas without established precedent
Strong organizational skills to run several workstreams in parallel and keep compliance artifacts current without prompting
Excellence at cross-functional collaboration
Passion for responsible AI development and getting the balance right between innovation and appropriate safeguards
Understanding of how to build constructive long-term relationships with regulators and standards bodies
Role-specific policy: For this role, we expect all staff to be able to work from our San Francisco or New York office at least 3 days a week, though we encourage you to apply even if you might need some flexibility for an interim period of time.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
A large and growing share of Claude usage reaches customers through our cloud partners — Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud's Agent Platform, and Microsoft Foundry. These surfaces require bespoke solutions so our approaches have to be designed for third-party distribution from the start. In this role you will own how Anthropic's model safeguards, fraud defenses, and compliance posture show up on every cloud.
Responsibilities:
Model Safety Across Clouds
Own the multi-cloud strategy and roadmap for our safeguards — data retention, automated review, human review, and enforcement — designed to fit each partner's operating model
Design product experiences and operations paths for managing eligibility criteria, verification paths, and the controls attached to differentiated capabilities for higher-trust organizations
Build threat-intelligence sharing with AWS, Google, and Microsoft so misuse is detected and acted on consistently across surfaces
Drive our transparency commitments to customers and partners on data access, review, and enforcement
Fraud & Abuse
Own fraud and abuse defenses for partner-sold offerings: bot and mass-registration abuse, pre- and post-sale risk controls, and chargebacks where the partner owns billing
Define the fraud signals we exchange with each cloud partner and turn them into product requirements that influence growth initiatives
Cross-functional Leadership
Engage directly with enterprise security, risk, and compliance leaders to understand their requirements and turn them into roadmap priorities
Be Anthropic's product counterpart to trust & safety, security, and compliance teams at AWS, Google, and Microsoft
Work with Safeguards, Inference, Policy, Security, Legal, and multi-cloud engineering to ship one coherent set of controls across three clouds
Partner with sales and partnerships to support enterprise evaluations where data-handling and safety requirements are decisive
Work with marketing and partner teams on how we position our safeguards externally
Minimum requirements:
Have 10+ years of experience.
Have 5+ years of product experience in platform product roles on high-scale, enterprise- or developer-facing software.
Operate with high autonomy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, with a track record of executing across teams and organizations.
Are an excellent written communicator and able to drive clarity out of complexity.
Are equally fluent in policy nuance and systems detail, and can explain the tradeoff between them to lawyers, engineers, go to market teams, and partner executives alike.
Preferred requirements
Prior product experience in trust & safety, security, privacy, or compliance.
Have built or shipped products with a hyper-scaler as a partner — you know how to align strategic goals and deliver impact over multiple quarters in partnership with an external third party
Have owned a top line revenue target while being held to counter-risk outcome — a fraud-loss number, an abuse rate, a compliance authorization, an enforcement program — not just a product roadmap.
Direct experience on a trust & safety, fraud, or security product team at AWS, GCP, or Azure — or at an ISV that ships through one of their marketplaces.
Background in AI safety, content moderation, or abuse-detection systems.
Designed incident-response or escalation processes that span more than one company.

We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to build the data, systems, and growth infrastructure behind Avoca’s next stage of growth.
Our ambition is to build a world-class GTM engine. We’re looking for someone excited to build AI-powered systems that give a small team enormous leverage and have an outsized impact on revenue.
You’ll build the engine behind our outbound motion: mapping and enriching our target market, finding the signals that indicate which accounts are most likely to buy, and turning those signals into relevant outreach and timely action for our Sales team. You’ll also build and scale our autonomous outbound email program from the ground up, using AI-powered workflows to run personalized campaigns to thousands of accounts, while maintaining strong sending infrastructure and deliverability.
Beyond outbound, you’ll build the data pipelines, integrations, automations, and internal tools that make our Growth and Sales teams more effective. This is a builder-operator role: you’ll put the systems you create into practice, learn from their performance, and keep improving them. We’re looking for someone with the technical ability to build complex systems and the commercial judgment to focus that work on qualified pipeline and revenue.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Growth and work closely with Sales and RevOps to turn better data, signals and workflows into pipeline.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build, run, and scale our autonomous outbound email engine end-to-end: from campaign strategy and execution to sending infrastructure, deliverability, measurement, and optimization — turning it into a major source of qualified pipeline
- Build and ship AI agents and GTM workflows for prospect research, account prioritization, personalization, content development and other repeatable work; continuously identify new opportunities to automate and expect to launch new agents regularly
- Map and enrich Avoca’s total addressable market, building the reliable account and contact data that powers our campaigns and outbound SDR motion
- Identify, test, and activate buying signals that surface the right accounts at the right time and trigger relevant outreach or rep action
- Build the integrations, automations, and internal tools that connect our data sources, CRM, enrichment providers, outbound platforms, and Sales workflows
- Partner closely with SDRs, Sales, and RevOps to improve targeting, lead routing, rep productivity, and the conversion of signals into pipeline
- Evaluate our GTM technology stack and decide what to buy, build or automate
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3+ years of experience in GTM engineering, growth ops, outbound, or another technical GTM role in a B2B environment
- A track record of building and operating large-scale outbound email programs that generated qualified pipeline
- Deep knowledge of outbound infrastructure and deliverability, including domain and inbox provisioning, authentication, warm-up, rotation, bounce management, and sender reputation
- Demonstrated expertise building AI-powered workflows for research, segmentation, personalization or campaign execution
- Hands-on experience building sophisticated workflows in tools such as Clay, Claude Code, n8n, Make, Zapier, Smartlead, or similar platforms
- Strong technical foundations and comfort working with APIs, webhooks, data integrations, and conditional logic; working knowledge of SQL, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience building, enriching, and maintaining large account and contact datasets using multiple data providers and enrichment waterfalls
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to turn customer, market, and behavioral data into repeatable growth systems that create pipeline
WHO YOU ARE
- You’re a builder who wants to own both the system and the business outcome
- You combine technical depth with commercial instinct and can move comfortably between building AI-powered workflows, campaign strategy, and pipeline review
- You’re deeply curious and enjoy uncovering unconventional data, signals, and workflows that create alpha
- You move quickly, test pragmatically, and make good decisions without waiting for perfect data or an established playbook
- You’re rigorous about the details
- You build for the people using your systems and work closely with Growth, Sales, and RevOps to understand what they actually need
- You’re high-agency, resourceful, and excited to work in person in NYC with an ambitious team that moves quickly and holds a high bar
BONUS POINTS
- Experience building signal-based outbound for a mid-market sales motion
- Experience supporting or working closely with a scaled SDR organization
- Experience in vertical SaaS, home services, or another market with a large, identifiable universe of target businesses
- Experience building agentic workflows, AI-powered internal tools, or autonomous GTM systems from scratch
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected on target earnings for this role is $160,000-$210,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca’s total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Growth Lead, Performance to build and scale the acquisition engine that powers Avoca’s next stage of growth.
Your initial focus will be building and scaling our paid acquisition channels, starting with paid social and paid search, into meaningful sources of qualified pipeline. You’ll own these channels end to end: from strategy and execution to creative testing, conversion, measurement, and optimization.
But your mandate won’t stop at paid acquisition. We’re looking for a growth builder with broad demand generation instincts who can identify new opportunities, build channels from scratch, and turn what works into repeatable engines. You’re equally comfortable setting strategy and getting into the details of a campaign, creative concept, landing page, or experiment.
The scope is wide and the whitespace is real. We’re looking for a smart, high-agency person who builds their own leverage. You’ll report directly to the Head of Growth and work on the company’s highest-priority channels and growth bets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and scale paid social and paid search into major revenue drivers for our business
- Own paid acquisition end to end, including strategy, execution, budget allocation, creative testing, conversion, measurement, and optimization
- Build a high-velocity experimentation engine across audiences, messaging, creative, offers, and landing pages
- Translate customer insights and performance data into campaigns that resonate with home services operators and drive qualified pipeline
- Set performance targets and allocate investment based on pipeline, CAC, channel efficiency, and revenue
- Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing to ensure a tight feedback loop on ICPs, lead quality, SLAs and pipeline handoff process
- Use AI and automation to increase the speed and quality of campaign development, analysis, and experimentation
- Identify, test, and scale growth channels beyond paid acquisition, turning the most promising opportunities into repeatable growth engines
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, ideally at a fast-growing B2B technology company
- A strong track record of personally building and scaling paid social programs, with deep expertise in Meta
- Strong paid search experience and fluency across the acquisition funnel, from media and creative through conversion and measurement
- Experience owning meaningful budgets and making investment decisions based on pipeline quality, marginal efficiency, and growth potential
- A history of managing toward qualified pipeline and revenue, not just leads, clicks, or platform-reported conversions
- Strong analytical and creative instincts, with the ability to turn customer insight and performance data into clear hypotheses and compelling campaigns
- Broad growth experience and the ability to build, test, and scale channels beyond paid media
- Fluency with AI tools and a bias toward using automation to increase your output and learning velocity
WHO YOU ARE
- You’re a builder who wants to own both the work and the outcome, from setting the strategy to launching and optimizing the campaign
- You have deep performance marketing expertise, but you don’t define yourself solely by paid media — you’re energized by finding and building whatever channel can move the number
- You think in terms of qualified pipeline, CAC, and revenue while caring deeply about the details that drive them
- You combine analytical rigor with strong creative judgment and understand that the message and offer matter as much as the media plan
- You move quickly, run disciplined experiments, and make clear decisions even when the data is imperfect
- You create clarity in ambiguous situations and don’t need an established playbook, a large team, or perfect information to make progress
- You’re curious, resourceful, and willing to roll up your sleeves — no task is too small when it helps move the company forward
- You want to work in person in NYC with an ambitious team that moves quickly and holds a high bar
BONUS POINTS
- Experience marketing to mid-market buyers in a high-velocity sales motion
- Experience in vertical SaaS or home services
- A track record of building new growth channels from zero and scaling into meaningful sources of pipeline
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Dinner covered when working late

As Circle’s first Creative Director, you’ll first and foremost act as a creative extension of the founders. You will turn their ideas, product strategy, and company vision into narratives that are clear, memorable, and unmistakably Circle across all our assets.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll work closely with Circle’s founders and across our in-house design studio, product marketing, paid media, video, and events teams to elevate our storytelling and creative execution across every major moment.
Your goal is to help make Circle one of the most creatively distinct and definitive companies in the category of digital businesses.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Shape Circle’s narrative. Work closely with Circle’s founders to synthesize, sharpen, and evolve the story behind our long-term vision, and translate it into clear, compelling narratives that can travel across everything we do.
- Own the creative direction of our biggest launches and campaigns. Find the angle, develop the brief, shape the story, and obsess over how we make each moment stand out. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing across launches, announcements, demos, and enablement to ensure everything feels cohesive, intentional, and unmistakably Circle. Doing this well requires developing a deep understanding of our product, customers, and market.
- Be a deeply embedded creative marketing partner to our design studio. You’ll work especially closely with our Design Studio, which is led by one of Circle’s co-founders and won’t report to you. Success here involves shared taste, mutual trust, healthy creative tension, and the ability to move quickly together. You’ll occasionally lead external agencies as well — and when the moment calls for it, write the high-stakes copy yourself: the headline, manifesto, launch script, or line someone delivers on stage.
- Raise the bar on our advertising and creative campaigns. Develop the concepts and narratives behind Circle’s ad creative, partnering up our Paid Acquisition team to turn them into high-performing campaigns. They’ll bring the channel and media-buying expertise; while you can make sure the creative is worth paying to distribute.
- Direct how our stories come to life across video and events. Get hands-on with scripts, structure, pacing, and narrative for launch films, social, ads, virtual summits, and other major moments. You won’t be editing videos or producing events yourself, but you’ll understand the craft well enough to have strong opinions about what works in each medium, and collaborate deeply with the specialists who bring it to life.
- Influence the narrative behind brand experiences people remember across our webinars, virtual summits, conferences, and live events to align with company brand vision. This includes everything from the theme and programming to the booth, talks, slides, copy, and small details nobody else would think to obsess over.
- Turn partnerships into stories. Work with our Partnerships team to make more of our collaborations with creators and customers into stories we can distribute across our channels. You can help develop the concept, framing, name, narrative, and creative execution behind our biggest partnerships, and helping our partners tell those stories powerfully themselves.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A body of work you’re genuinely proud of. We care far more about what you’ve made than the titles you’ve held or the number of years you’ve been doing it. You should be able to walk us through your best work piece by piece: the problem, the idea, the choices you made, what you personally contributed, and ultimately, whether it worked.
- Exceptional creative taste and judgment. You know great work when you see it, can articulate why it’s great, and have the conviction to push work until it gets there. Just as importantly, you know when an idea is trying too hard, when something is off-brand, and when your own fingerprints are making the work worse rather than better.
- You’re an exceptional storyteller and writer. You can take something complicated and find the simple, compelling story inside it. You care deeply about language and will happily obsess over a headline, a launch narrative, or a single line of copy until it feels inevitable.
- A strong point of view, and the ability to make it better through collaboration. We don’t want someone who waits for a brief and executes it. We want someone who can tell us what the brief should be, challenge the premise when necessary, elevate ideas coming from the team and our founders, and make a compelling case for a different direction.
- Real fluency in video as a creative medium. You don’t need to shoot, edit, animate, or produce. But you should deeply understand what makes video work, from the script and opening seconds to structure, pacing, emotion, and payoff. You should also understand why a great launch film, social video, customer story, and paid ad require very different creative choices.
- Experience making creative that has to perform. You’ve developed ads and campaigns where the work was ultimately accountable to results. You’ve seen the numbers, learned from them, iterated because of them, and know how to partner with paid acquisition teams without allowing performance marketing to turn into boring marketing.
- An instinct for getting attention without going off script. You understand how to make a brand noticeable, surprising, and culturally relevant without chasing attention for its own sake. Ideally, you can show us a creative risk you fought for that worked, and another you talked the room out of because it wasn’t right for the brand.
- The ability to lead through influence, not hierarchy. There’s no large creative organization reporting to you. Much of your impact will come from getting exceptional work out of designers, marketers, writers, video producers, agencies, and founders who don’t report to you. You know how to raise the creative bar without becoming a bottleneck.
- A great eye for design and deep respect for the craft. You don’t need to be a designer, but you should be able to work shoulder-to-shoulder with exceptional ones. Our Design Studio is led by a co-founder and operates with a very high bar; you’ll need the visual taste, vocabulary, and collaborative instincts to be a trusted creative partner to that team.
- Experience working closely with founders. You’re comfortable working with founders who care deeply about the product, brand, and details. You will need to extract the vision, challenge it when needed, and turn it into something better than either of you would have arrived at independently.
- An obsession with understanding what how to tell the world about we do and why it matters. The best creative work here will come from understanding Circle at a deep level: our product, customers, competitors, category, and where the market is going. You should genuinely enjoy developing that level of context rather than treating it as somebody else’s job.
- Exceptional communication skills. Circle is global, remote, and highly asynchronous. You’ll need outstanding written and verbal English (CEFR C2 or equivalent), and the ability to make your thinking clear enough that great work can move forward even when everyone isn’t in the same room.

- Partner closely with Hardware Engineering and Product Development teams to ensure robust quality planning, validation, and risk mitigation throughout new product introduction and sustaining engineering activities.
- Establish quality metrics, operating mechanisms, and executive reporting frameworks that provide visibility into quality performance, risks, and opportunities across the supply chain.
- Drive closed-loop quality improvement initiatives by connecting field performance, reliability testing, manufacturing data, supplier performance, and product design insights.
- Lead supplier quality programs, including qualification processes, factory audits, corrective and preventive actions, and strategic supplier development efforts across a global manufacturing network.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in hardware quality, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, or related functions supporting consumer electronics, wearable technology, or other complex hardware products.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing quality organizations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Deep understanding of consumer electronics manufacturing processes, including electro-mechanical assemblies, PCB/SMT manufacturing, batteries, plastics, and critical component qualification.
- Experience working with global manufacturing and supplier partners and managing quality across geographically distributed operations.
- Expertise in quality systems and methodologies, including statistical process control, auditing, corrective and preventive action programs, root cause analysis, FMEA, Design for Manufacturing, Lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights and cross-functional partnership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% internationally to support manufacturing partners, suppliers, and quality initiatives.
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.

Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $200,000-$300,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Head of Customer Growth to build and lead the operating system that helps RevenueCat customers become better app businesses.
This is broader than a traditional Customer Success role. It combines strategic account coverage, app-growth judgment, specialist advisory, customer education, product adoption, and scalable enablement. The goal is not to give every customer the same high-touch service. It is to identify where RevenueCat can create disproportionate value, deploy the right kind of help, and turn every successful customer intervention into knowledge that benefits the rest of the customer base.
You will lead a multi-lane Customer Growth function spanning the CSM team, Growth Advisory, Growth Advocacy, and the emerging Customer Enablement function. The CSM Team Lead will own daily CSM execution. You will set the strategy, operating model, talent bar, investment plan, and measures of success for the function as a whole.
For our highest-value customers, this means deep account context, growth diagnosis, stakeholder mapping, product-adoption strategy, technical-account coordination, and clear next-step ownership. For high-potential customers, it means identifying them early and providing the right help before revenue has fully materialized. For customers with specific growth bottlenecks, it means bringing in the right specialist. For the broader customer base, it means scalable education through Growth Advocates, lifecycle guidance, office hours, playbooks, templates, product nudges, and eventually dynamic next-best-action systems.
Your job is to make Customer Growth one operating system rather than a collection of disconnected activities.
WHY WE ARE HIRING FOR THIS ROLE NOW
RevenueCat serves tiny indie apps, fast-growing startups, games, media companies, health and fitness apps, AI products, marketplaces, and some of the most sophisticated consumer app businesses in the world.
The app market is top-heavy, so the human touch must be allocated deliberately. At the same time, a customer that is small today may become strategically important very quickly. Contract status and current revenue are necessary signals, but they are not sufficient.
We already have many of the ingredients: CSMs, a CSM Team Lead role, Growth Advocates, Customer Growth Advisory specialists, Product, Support, Marketing, Sales, TAM, Data, and one of the richest datasets in app monetization. We need a leader who can turn those ingredients into a coherent function.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Own Customer Growth strategy across the full customer base. Define how RevenueCat helps customers grow after they begin using the product, including named accounts, high-potential customers, specialist-assisted customers, scaled customers, and the long tail.
- Build segmentation and coverage. Use current value, future potential, adoption, intent, growth moments, risk, and strategic importance to decide who receives named CSM coverage, time-bound help, specialist advisory, scaled education, product-led guidance, or monitoring.
- Lead through the CSM Team Lead. Set the bar for customer context, account strategy, stakeholder management, growth diagnosis, adoption planning, commercial awareness, and follow-through. Develop the Team Lead and create a strong leadership bench rather than becoming the permanent CSM manager.
- Identify high-potential customers early. Work with Data, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support to find customers with meaningful future potential before revenue alone makes them obvious.
- Govern Growth Advisory. Define intake, qualification, expected impact, output quality, follow-through, and reuse. Specialists should be deployed against specific high-value problems rather than become general-purpose consulting capacity.
- Make Growth Advocacy a customer-education channel. Ensure Growth Advocates turn real customer learning into authoritative one-to-many education for existing customers and the broader app ecosystem.
- Build Customer Enablement and Scaled Growth. Create the roadmap for lifecycle programs, templates, office hours, documentation, automation, product nudges, and next-best-action guidance.
- Drive meaningful product adoption. Partner with Product and Product Marketing so customers adopt RevenueCat capabilities in ways that help them win, rather than merely increasing feature activity.
- Create clear cross-functional decision rights. Define how Customer Growth works with Sales, TAM, Support, Product, Marketing, and Data without turning CSMs into AEs, TAMs into a catch-all, or collaboration into meeting theater.
- Build the customer-insight loop. Repeated customer questions should become product improvements, enablement, playbooks, benchmarks, documentation, lifecycle programs, and market education.
- Own the function. Set metrics, operating cadences, headcount plans, budget, organization design, executive communication, and the talent bar across Customer Growth.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH
- Meet directly with at least 15 customers across different sizes, growth stages, product footprints, and monetization models—including high-value, high-potential, at-risk, and scaled customers.
- Take point on at least two live customer-growth situations. Work alongside the CSM, Advisory, TAM, Support, or Product partner to diagnose the problem, agree ownership, and move each customer to a concrete next milestone.
- Ship at least one no-regrets improvement to a broken handoff, account motion, Advisory route, or customer experience rather than waiting for a complete strategy.
- Establish a clear operating agreement with the CSM Team Lead and act on urgent customer, talent, or ownership issues.
- Build a working view of the team, coverage, high-potential misses, lane boundaries, and metrics—deep enough to make decisions, without allowing analysis to delay action.
WITHIN THE FIRST THREE MONTHS
- Act as executive sponsor for a small set of strategically important or high-potential customers and personally lead at least two customer-growth interventions through a measurable milestone.
- Put the first version of segmentation and coverage into production on real accounts, then revise it from evidence.
- Run decision-oriented account reviews and a working Growth Advisory intake and follow-through motion.
- Ship the first scaled education or Customer Enablement program based on a repeated customer need.
- Make the first material changes to ownership, operating cadence, or talent where the current model is not working.
- Establish a customer-insight loop that turns frontline evidence into owned Product, education, lifecycle, or process actions.
WITHIN THE FIRST SIX MONTHS
- Maintain direct customer contact every week and own selected executive relationships while leading the wider system through the CSM Team Lead and specialist leaders.
- Operate a functioning multi-lane Customer Growth model with clear owners, live handoffs, and visible outcomes across CSM, Growth Advisory, Growth Advocacy, and Customer Enablement.
- Have the CSM Team Lead independently owning daily CSM execution, coaching, and account quality.
- Demonstrate measurable results from customer interventions and show that repeated one-to-one work is becoming reusable Advisory output, education, enablement, or product insight.
- Have shipped multiple scaled programs and made concrete hiring or investment decisions for the function.
WITHIN THE FIRST TWELVE MONTHS
- RevenueCat has a trusted, actively used system for serving high-value, high-potential, specialist-assisted, and scaled customers.
- Customer Growth produces measurable improvement in customer outcomes, meaningful product adoption, account health, renewal readiness, expansion quality, and customer revenue outcomes.
- The Head remains directly connected to customers and is a trusted executive partner for selected strategic accounts.
- The best customer work consistently becomes reusable product, education, and market leverage.
- The function has a strong leadership bench and a record of shipping improvements without waiting for perfect information.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Approximately 10 or more years in Customer Success, Customer Growth, strategic accounts, Growth Advisory, product growth, lifecycle, monetization, or an adjacent customer-facing function.
- Five or more years leading customer-facing teams, including managers, senior team leads, or specialist groups.
- Evidence of owning an entire function or multi-lane operating model, not only managing an individual CSM team.
- Experience building or materially rebuilding segmentation, coverage, strategic-account, adoption, health, advisory, or scaled-customer systems.
- Strong commercial judgment around NDR, renewal risk, expansion influence, customer value, and executive alignment.
- Credibility with mobile apps, app monetization, in-app purchases, paywalls, checkout, pricing and offers, lifecycle, retention, experimentation, analytics, or a closely adjacent domain.
- Enough product and technical fluency to lead around a developer-facing platform while preserving clear ownership for TAM, Support, and Engineering.
- Experience managing both generalists and specialists.
- Evidence of turning repeated one-to-one work into scalable systems.
- Strong written communication, directness, and remote-first operating habits.
- Evidence of hiring, coaching, performance management, and raising the leadership and talent bar.
IDEALLY, YOU
- Have led CSMs and advisory, education, lifecycle, or enablement teams together.
- Have scaled a customer-facing function through a major company-growth stage.
- Have worked in a hybrid self-serve, product-led, and enterprise business.
- Have firsthand experience as an app operator, growth leader, founder, or consultant.
- Have built product-led or tech-touch Customer Success programs.
- Have helped productize or commercialize an advisory or professional-services capability.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Head of Sales to build and lead the commercial system that converts RevenueCat's market position, product signals, and customer demand into dependable revenue, regardless of that revenue coming in the form of an immediate contract, a self-serve credit-swipe, or long-term expansion.
In the ‘app monetization platform’ category, RevenueCat currently has about a 90% marketshare, ranging from the biggest apps in the world (ChatGPT, Ladder, VSCO) to a long tail of 100,000+ indies and startups vying to make it big. We only power roughly 25% of in-app revenue, though: The majority of apps still tries to build this themselves. Your job will be to show them the error of their ways. Not (just) to close a deal, but because we truly, deeply believe we will help them make more money.
As the Head of Sales, you’ll lead the AE and Sales Engineering teams, bringing both teams together in a single, well-oiled machine. You’ll set the functional strategy, develop talent, own forecasting and results, and you’ll personally help move important opportunities forward without becoming the required manager or closer on every deal.
WHY WE ARE HIRING FOR THIS ROLE NOW
We have more opportunities than the current team can consistently identify, prioritize and pursue.
Our reputation and market position produce consistent touch points with the majority of potential prospects, without those touch points turning into economic opportunities. At the same time, we’re rapidly expanding into new markets and product areas that need more proactive sales support than we can deliver.
We need a leader who can make several motions work together without forcing them into one generic process:
- Complex evaluations involving technical, business, security, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
- Faster mid-market opportunities that require strong qualification and commercial momentum.
- Self-exploration where customer behavior reveals an opportunity before a formal handraise.
- Carefully researched outbound engagement with app businesses where RevenueCat has a specific reason to be useful.
- Partner-sourced and selected regional motions whose economics must be demonstrated before they are scaled.
The foundations exist: Account Executives, Sales Engineers, product and usage data, a respected brand, Growth Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Product, Finance, and Customer Growth. This role will turn those ingredients into a successful Sales function.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Own the function. Set goals, metrics, operating cadences, headcount plans, budget, organization design, executive communication, and the performance bar across Sales.
- Build a multi-motion Sales system. Define how strategic, mid-market, product-led, outbound, partner, and regional opportunities are identified, qualified, staffed, and advanced, across a growing product portfolio.
- Create qualified pipeline beyond inbound. Develop focused account and outbound programs grounded in customer evidence, specific use cases, market events, and product signals rather than undifferentiated prospecting.
- Close the coverage gap. Ensure high-potential product usage, sign-ups, inbound requests, support interactions, and target-account signals quickly result in a named owner and an intentional next action.
- Build the team. We have good building blocks in place but the team needs to be significantly expanded to take on our current scale. Hire and developer exception talent, and define what makes a great sales team member at RevenueCat.
- Remain close to customers. Participate in customer conversations every week and personally lead or support opportunities with unusual economic, technical, or organizational complexity.
- Make the forecast useful. Establish definitions and inspection habits that distinguish real, qualified opportunity value from incomplete records, existing usage conversions, renewals, total contract value, or loosely influenced demand.
- Help shape pricing and packaging. Bring a clear Sales point of view to cross-functional pricing and packaging decisions, using customer evidence to advocate for structures that support value, adoption, and durable growth.
- Get cross-functional collaboration right. Define how Sales works with Customer Growth, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, TAM, and Support without creating duplicate account ownership or executive rescue as the default operating model.
- Create learning from every deal. Turn repeated discovery patterns, objections, migrations, wins, and losses into better playbooks, reusable assets, Product evidence, and team training.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
We help even more apps make even more money, without turning Sales into the standard SaaS “spray and pray” factory
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 5+ Year of experience leading Sales in a technically complex B2B environment, including responsibility for managers or senior team leads as well as individual contributors.
- Success across multiple distinct motions such as strategic enterprise, mid-market, product-led Sales assistance, focused outbound, channel, or regional selling.
- Experience creating qualified pipeline rather than depending entirely on inbound demand or a large SDR organization.
- Enough product and technical fluency to talk to Engineering about a possible migration without relying on Sales Engineering for every conversation.
- Fluency with pipeline inspection, forecasting, conversion data, capacity planning, and performance management.
- Evidence of hiring, coaching, developing leaders, raising standards, and making difficult talent decisions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Partnerships, and post-sale teams.
- A desire to stay personally engaged with customers and live commercial work as the organization grows (and an understanding of why this matters).
IDEALLY, YOU
- Have worked in a product-led or usage-based business where self-service remains an important customer path.
- Understand app infrastructure, payments, monetization, developer platforms, or another domain with meaningful implementation complexity.
- Have built a productive Account Executive and Sales Engineering partnership.
- Have experience with partner-sourced, international, or regional programs.
- Have sold to buying groups spanning engineering, product, growth, finance, security, legal, and procurement.

As the manager, you'll work with your team to draw the boundaries between what is and is not allowed, then partner with research, product, and engineering to build the right interventions. Mitigating these harms takes the whole stack: the values and judgment trained into the model itself, the policies and detection systems we enforce on top of it, and the interventions we build into our products. More capable models, new product surfaces, and new user behaviors will keep testing these boundaries, so the team's policies have to keep pace.
You'll work closely with product to develop and iterate on the strategy and vision for how our safety layers fit together, and with your team and cross-functional partners to decide which mitigations make the most sense and how to implement them. You'll also coordinate policy decisions across the portfolio: ensuring they're made with the right stakeholders in the room, tracked over time, and applied consistently across harm areas and product surfaces.
This is a leadership role for someone who combines expertise in the harm areas themselves with fluency in how frontier models are actually developed and deployed, and who does their best work across team boundaries. You'll spend as much time developing the leads who own each harm area as you will on the policy questions themselves.
*Important context for this role: some of the work involves exposure to explicit content, including material of a sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing nature.
Key responsibilities
Lead, develop, and grow the managers and teams responsible for the consumer harms portfolio, including child safety, user well-being, harmful manipulation, and election integrity
Coordinate policy decisions across the portfolio, and build the mechanisms that keep them tracked, consistent, and legible — so stakeholders know what was decided, why, and who owns what
Set the strategy for how mitigations built on top of the model — policies, detection and enforcement systems, and product interventions — complement what is trained into the model itself, partnering closely with the alignment training team that owns Claude's character
Prioritize across harm areas competing for the same resources, and make those tradeoffs and their rationale clear to leadership
Serve as the escalation point for high-severity and ambiguous consumer harms decisions, including rapid response to emerging risks
Partner with engineering, data science, product, legal, and research across the model development cycle so consumer harms considerations are represented from training through launch, on every surface where Claude is deployed
Engage external experts, civil society organizations, and regulators, and translate that engagement into stronger policy and enforcement
Minimum qualifications
Experience leading teams — including managing managers or senior specialists — in AI safety, product policy, or a related field
Deep, applied familiarity with consumer harm areas such as child safety, mental health and well-being, manipulation, or election integrity, and good judgment about how these harms differ in mechanism, severity, and mitigation
A track record of exceptional cross-team collaboration: building durable working relationships with teams you don't control, and getting to shared decisions where ownership is genuinely distributed
Working understanding of how frontier models are developed and deployed — the training and fine-tuning cycle, evaluations, and launch processes — and how different model environments (consumer products, APIs, agentic tools) change both risk and the mitigations available
Experience translating policy positions into mechanisms that can be enforced and measured, and communicating the reasoning to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives
Sound judgment in ambiguous, high-consequence decisions, and comfort making a call and escalating appropriately on incomplete information
Preferred qualifications
Subject-matter depth in one or more of the portfolio's harm areas, from academia, clinical practice, civil society, government, or trust & safety work
Experience working directly with model training or research teams on model behavior, or shaping the character of a deployed AI system
Experience with generative AI safety systems, including LLM-based classification, evaluation, or enforcement pipelines
Experience engaging external stakeholders in these domains — child safety organizations, election authorities, mental health experts, or regulators
Experience using agentic AI tools to scale a team's analysis and operations

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
The next wave of enterprise transformation is being built by the Global Systems Integrators and every one of them is racing to stand up AI transformation and AI governance practices for their clients. Docker's AI Governance strategy is the natural infrastructure layer underneath that motion, and we need a senior partner leader to make that connection real, commercially, at scale.
We're looking for a Principal, GSI & SI Partnerships to build and lead Docker's engagement with the world's largest consultancies and systems integrators; Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and others, as both a strategic force multiplier for our AI Governance narrative and a tactical revenue engine through co-sell.
This is a dual-altitude role. At one level, you are the executive relationship-holder who gets Docker a seat at the table inside GSI AI practices; shaping how they build, package, and go to market with AI transformation offerings. At the other, you are the operator who turns those relationships into pipeline: enabling sales teams, building joint plays, and driving deals to close. You will define how Docker becomes the trusted infrastructure partner GSIs build their AI consultancy motions on top of and how they make money doing it.
KEY STAKEHOLDERS & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIPS
- Primary: CRO and Sales Leadership; Global Alliances Leadership; Partner Leadership Team
- Primary: Professional Services, Field Sales and Solutions Engineering teams (co-sell enablement and execution)
- Secondary: Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Ecosystem Marketing
- Secondary: Cloud & Channel Partnerships, Technology Alliances, Product Management
- External: Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and other GSIs/SIs including their AI/GenAI practice leadership, industry verticals, and delivery organizations
_______________________________________________________________________
RESPONSIBILITIES
GSI Strategy & Executive Engagement
- Own Docker's global GSI/SI partnership strategy, prioritizing and sequencing engagement across Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and other top-tier consultancies.
- Build and sustain executive-level relationships with GSI AI/GenAI practice leaders, identifying where Docker's AI Governance capabilities plug directly into their existing AI transformation and consulting offerings.
- Develop the strategic narrative and business case that positions Docker as the infrastructure and governance layer GSIs need to de-risk and scale their clients' AI initiatives.
- Represent Docker in executive briefings, QBRs, and joint planning sessions with GSI leadership, establishing Docker as a preferred, differentiated partner rather than a vendor line item.
- Partner with Professional Services and field teams to both share appropriate service assets and build the service’s capabilities Docker needs in the partner ecosystem to serve our mutual customers.
Commercial Model & Monetization
- Design and articulate a clear "how GSIs make money with Docker" story, connecting Docker's AI Governance platform to GSI services revenue, delivery methodologies, and staffing models.
- Build joint solution offerings and packaged plays with GSIs that combine their advisory/delivery capability with Docker's platform, creating a repeatable, sellable motion for both sides.
- Negotiate and structure commercial frameworks (referral, resale, co-delivery) that align incentives and make Docker an attractive, profitable practice area for GSI partners. Align with Professional Services to build the service partner capacity needed to augment PS.
Tactical GTM & Co-Sell Execution
- Own end-to-end co-sell execution with GSI partners, from lead generation and account mapping through joint pursuit and deal closure.
- Partner directly with Docker's field sales organization to identify target accounts, build joint account plans, and drive GSI-sourced and GSI-influenced pipeline.
- Build the enablement infrastructure (playbooks, battlecards, training) that equips both Docker sellers and GSI teams to identify, position, and close joint opportunities.
- Establish a consistent cadence of joint pipeline reviews with GSI partners and internal sales leadership, ensuring strategic intent translates into closed revenue.
AI Governance Practice Integration
- Work closely with Product and Product Marketing to translate Docker's AI Governance framework (Containment, Curation, Control) into language and assets GSI practices can readily adopt into their own AI transformation offerings.
- Identify and prioritize the GSI industry verticals and use cases (e.g., regulated industries, agent-based transformation) where Docker's governance story creates the clearest differentiation and urgency.
- Partner with GSIs to co-develop points of view, joint IP, and reference architectures that embed Docker into their AI transformation methodology.
Team & Program Leadership
- Build out the GSI/SI partnership function as it scales — defining coverage models, hiring needs, and operating rhythms as engagement deepens across additional GSIs.
- Serve as a member of the Partner Leadership Team, contributing GSI/SI strategy and results to the broader partner ecosystem narrative.
- Report on GSI-sourced and GSI-influenced pipeline and revenue, practice development progress, and joint GTM plan execution to executive stakeholders.
_______________________________________________________________________
QUALIFICATIONS
- 12+ years in partnerships, alliances, or GTM leadership, with substantial direct experience building and running relationships with GSIs/SIs (Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or similar) at a B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or enterprise technology company. With strong existing network at the GSI senior exec level.
- Proven track record of building joint commercial models with GSIs and converting relationships into measurable co-sell pipeline and revenue.
- Experience navigating GSI internal structures, practice leadership, industry verticals, delivery organizations and knowing how to get a technology partner embedded into their offerings.
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI transformation programs, consulting delivery models, and how GSIs structure and monetize AI advisory and implementation work.
- Background in developer tools, cloud-native infrastructure, or AI/security ecosystems is a strong advantage.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Executive presence with the credibility to engage GSI practice leaders and partner C-suite as a peer.
- Dual fluency in strategy and execution, equally comfortable shaping a multi-year GSI strategy and running a weekly pipeline review with field sales.
- Strong commercial and deal-structuring acumen; able to design win-win economics that make Docker a priority practice for GSI partners.
- Skilled cross-functional operator, able to align Sales, Product, and Marketing behind a coherent GSI engagement motion.
- Data-driven: comfortable owning GSI-sourced/influenced pipeline reporting and practice development metrics.
- Excellent narrative and positioning skills, able to translate Docker's AI Governance story into language that resonates with consulting and advisory audiences.
LEADERSHIP & MINDSET
- A senior partner leader who has built a GSI/SI function from the ground up and knows how to earn a seat inside a consultancy's practice, not just a line on their partner list.
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of strategic influence and tactical deal execution, this is not a purely strategic or purely operational role.
- Global mindset, with the ability to prioritize and sequence engagement across a portfolio of GSIs and geographies.
- Genuinely energized by the opportunity to hitch Docker's AI Governance story to the world's largest AI transformation engines.
- Key Performance Indicators
- GSI-sourced and GSI-influenced pipeline and revenue growth
- Number and depth of active joint GTM motions with priority GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and others)
- Executive relationship coverage and engagement depth across target GSI AI practices
- Joint offering/IP development milestones (co-branded solutions, reference architectures, playbooks)
- Field sales adoption and utilization of GSI co-sell enablement and plays
Visa sponsorship: Not available for this role.

An entrepreneurial mindset: you're excited to build programs from scratch, and may have early experience doing so at a startup, in a lab, or through a side project
A genuine drive to maximize impact for underserved communities
High agency and comfort with ambiguity; you thrive when you're building the plane while flying it
Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage a high volume of partnerships and opportunities
Willingness to travel for occasional partner visits and conferences
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience managing external partnerships, grantmaking, or multi-stakeholder initiatives
Experience working with philanthropic foundations on science funding
Background at biotech companies, academic research institutions, funding, and roles at the intersection of scientific research and technology product

As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.
WHOOP is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify https://www.e-verify.gov/to determine employment eligibility
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $220,000-$245,000.

Anthropic is building AI compute at a scale and pace that outruns what off-the-shelf data center equipment was designed for. Much of the power and cooling equipment behind our next campuses — battery energy storage systems (BESS), grid-forming and grid-following inverters, solid-state transformers (SST), E-STATCOM and other power-quality devices, medium-voltage switchgear, UPS, and liquid-cooling systems — is either new to the market, new to the supplier, or being built at a volume the supplier has never shipped before.
The NPI Engineer owns the path from "the supplier has a design" to "the equipment is qualified, manufacturable at rate, and running reliably on site." You sit between our electrical and mechanical design teams, our supply chain and quality teams, and the supplier's engineering and factory organizations, and you make sure every new product or major variant clears the gates — EVT, DVT, PVT, FAT, SAT — before it is trusted with production load. This is a hands-on role: you will spend real time on supplier factory floors, in test labs, and at site commissioning.
What you'll do
Own the NPI program for each new power or cooling product
(BESS, inverters, SST, E-STATCOM, MV switchgear, UPS, CDUs, chillers) from concept selection through ramp, including the gate schedule, exit criteria, and risk register.
Drive early supplier design engagement:
translate our site requirements (fault current, grid interconnection, harmonic and ride-through requirements, thermal envelopes, footprint, serviceability) into product requirements and specifications the supplier can build to, and negotiate trade-offs with their engineering teams.
Lead DFM/DFT/DFx reviews
with suppliers so designs are manufacturable at the rate we need, testable in the factory, and serviceable in the field.
Plan and run prototype and pilot builds:
define EVT/DVT/PVT scope and sample counts, witness builds, own test plans (type testing, HALT/HASS, thermal, EMC, protection coordination, functional and integration tests), and drive root cause and corrective action on every failure.
Qualify the product for deployment:
define and execute first-article inspection, factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and integrated system testing with the rest of the electrical and cooling chain, and sign off on production readiness.
Hand off to steady state:
transfer qualified products, control plans, test procedures, and known-issue lists to the Manufacturing Quality and Supply Chain Delivery teams, and support them through the first production ramps.
Build the reliability picture:
run FMEA/DFMEA with suppliers, define reliability targets and burn-in requirements, and feed field failure data back into the next revision.
Coordinate cross-functionally
with design engineering, construction, commissioning, utilities/interconnection, safety, and sourcing so NPI schedules are integrated with campus delivery schedules.
Keep suppliers honest:
track readiness and risk with clear metrics, escalate early, and hold technical reviews that resolve issues rather than admire them.
You may be a good fit if you have
8+ years of engineering experience in power electronics, electrical equipment, or industrial energy systems, with at least 4 years in an NPI, product development, or product engineering role that owned a product from prototype through production ramp.
Direct, hands-on experience with at least two of: BESS, utility- or data-center-scale inverters, medium-voltage transformers or switchgear, UPS, STATCOM/power-quality equipment, or liquid cooling systems (CDUs, chillers, hydronics).
Working knowledge of the relevant standards and how they get applied in qualification: UL 9540/9540A, UL 1741 and IEEE 1547, IEEE 2800, IEC 62477 / IEC 62909, IEEE C37 and C57 series, NFPA 70/855, UL 1778, and comparable IEC equivalents.
Experience defining and executing structured qualification programs (EVT/DVT/PVT, FAT/SAT, type testing, reliability testing) and closing failures with disciplined root cause analysis and CAPA.
Familiarity with supplier factory environments — production lines, test bays, quality systems — and the ability to assess a supplier's real readiness to ship at rate.
Fluency in design-for-manufacturing and design-for-test principles and the supplier ECO/change-control process.
Strong systems thinking: you can reason about how an inverter, a battery, a transformer, and a cooling loop behave together at a site, not just in isolation.
Clear written and verbal communication, and comfort driving decisions across engineering, supply chain, and executive audiences.
A bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or power engineering, or equivalent experience.
Willingness to travel 30–40% to supplier factories and data center sites, including internationally.
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with solid-state transformers, grid-forming inverters, E-STATCOM, or other emerging power-conversion equipment being introduced to data center or utility applications for the first time.
NPI or product engineering experience at a hyperscaler, a large utility-scale developer, or a Tier-1 power equipment OEM.
Background in grid interconnection studies, protection coordination, or power-system modeling (PSCAD, ETAP, PSS/E, or similar).
Liquid cooling product introduction experience — CDU, rear-door heat exchanger, direct-to-chip, or immersion systems.
Reliability engineering credentials (CRE, Six Sigma) or experience running HALT/HASS programs.
Firmware and controls validation experience for power conversion equipment (inverter control loops, BMS, EMS, PLC/SCADA integration).
Experience standing up or scaling new supplier manufacturing lines, including contract manufacturing and international sites.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

You’ll work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and external partners to ensure our People operations are accurate, scalable, and built to support continued growth.
We’re looking for a strong operator who can take ownership of a problem, understand how the pieces connect, and build a better process—not someone who simply follows an existing checklist.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
HR OPERATIONS & EMPLOYEE LIFECYCLE
- Manage more complex employee changes, including compensation updates, promotions, employment status changes, transfers, and organizational changes.
- Partner with managers and cross-functional teams to resolve employee lifecycle issues and operational escalations.
- Develop scalable workflows, documentation, and controls as the company grows.
HR SYSTEMS, DATA & AUTOMATION
- Design and improve workflows, automations, permissions, custom fields, reporting, and system configurations.
- Maintain strong data integrity and establish processes for regularly auditing employee information.
- Build reporting and dashboards for headcount, employee changes, benefits, and other People metrics.
- Identify manual processes that can be automated or eliminated.
- Partner with IT, Finance, and other teams on integrations and system improvements.

- Partner with Finance and payroll providers to ensure employee changes are accurately reflected in payroll.
- Support the administration and ongoing improvement of employee benefits programs.
- Coordinate open enrollment, qualifying life events, employee eligibility changes, and carrier/vendor processes.
- Manage operational relationships with benefits and HR vendors and help troubleshoot escalated issues.
- Build processes and controls that improve payroll and benefits accuracy as headcount grows.
COMPLIANCE & GLOBAL OPERATIONS
- Support HR compliance requirements across the employee lifecycle, including required documentation, recordkeeping, and employment changes.
- Partner with Legal and external advisors on HR compliance initiatives.
- Support state registrations and other operational requirements associated with employing people across multiple jurisdictions.
- Help manage operational processes for international employees, contractors, and global employment partners.
- Maintain organized, audit-ready HR records and documentation.
- Identify compliance or process risks and escalate them appropriately.
PROCESS DESIGN & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Build and maintain HR playbooks, SOPs, workflows, and internal documentation.
- Evaluate existing processes and redesign them to be more efficient, scalable, and employee-friendly.
- Establish clear ownership and handoffs between HR, Recruiting, Finance, IT, Legal, and managers.
- Create controls and checkpoints for high-risk HR processes.
- Use data and operational trends to identify recurring issues and recommend solutions.
- Take ownership of HR Operations projects from problem identification through implementation.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of core U.S. HR operations, including payroll, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, employee changes, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience administering and improving an HRIS; experience with Rippling is a plus.
- Experience building or improving HR workflows rather than solely executing established processes.
- Strong systems orientation and comfort working with HR data, reporting, and automation.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when working with payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee data.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently investigate issues, identify root causes, and drive them through resolution.
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment where processes are still being built.
Compensation & Benefits:
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $120,000 – $180,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield AI’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.
