About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
You will play a critical role in scaling our revenue by managing complex deals and developing standardized processes that balance speed with control. You'll work at the intersection of finance, sales, legal, and compliance teams to ensure our products reach customers to support Anthropic's rapid growth. Day-to-day, you'll quarterback complex deals through CPQ, contract management, and internal approvals. Over time, you'll also identify and drive improvements to the systems and workflows you operate in — embedding approved deal structures into Salesforce, improving CPQ configurations, and helping build the operational infrastructure that lets a lean team support enterprise deal volume at scale.
Key responsibilities
Quarterback deals through internal processes — CPQ quote-building, approval routing, contract execution — ensuring accurate, timely completion
Own Anthropic’s deal-making execution processes, ensuring that all commercial workflows can seamlessly navigate internal processes
Build AI-native tooling with internal teams to meaningfully scale our commercial processes
Optimize operational workflows that reduce friction in the sales cycle and accelerate time-to-close
Act as the bridge between Sales and supporting teams, maintaining contract and compliance management systems and ensuring agreement terms align with company standards
Maintain visibility on high-priority deals, providing appropriate escalation paths when commercial terms require executive input
Collaborate with Legal teams to validate that agreements reflect the correct commercial intent and approvals
Track and analyze deal patterns to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvements to our sales operations
Maintain and improve deal documentation: approval policies, pricing guidelines, SKU guidance, and process playbooks
Minimum qualifications
Are comfortable both executing within existing systems (CPQ, SFDC, contract platforms) and improving those systems as you go
Bring a detail-oriented, process-improvement mindset: you notice when something is manual or error-prone and you want to fix it
Have excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with proven success coordinating across multiple departments
Strong project management skills with experience juggling multiple critical initiatives
Bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity
Have experience with CRM systems, CPQ tools, and contract management platforms
Have a collaborative mindset and enjoy solving complex problems through cross-functional partnership
Preferred qualifications
Have 3+ years of experience in deal desk, sales strategy, commercial operations, or related roles, preferably in a high-growth technology environment
Experience with Salesforce, CPQ tools (Nue, Apttus, Steelbrick), or contract management platforms (Ironclad, Docusign CLM)
Background in project management, sales strategy, or commercial operations, where you’ve balanced operational excellence with building scaled systems
Experience with deal operations at companies with subscription and/or consumption-based business models
Knowledge of enterprise software contract terms and industry-standard commercial practices
Understanding of AI business models and the unique commercial considerations

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. About the Role
iCapital is seeking a Cyber Case Manager to join the Global Information Security team within Cyber Security Operations. As the Security Operations Center (SOC) continues to grow, dedicated ownership of the case lifecycle has become essential to ensuring incidents and investigations are consistently tracked and driven to closure. The Cyber Case Manager serves as the single point of accountability for that lifecycle – from intake through resolution – ensuring every case is owned, prioritized, progressing, and documented. This individual-contributor will report to the Security Operations leader.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of security cases including intake, ownership assignment, progress tracking, and driving cases to resolution and closure.
Serve as the single point of accountability for case status across the SOC, maintaining an accurate, prioritized, real-time view of all open incidents and investigations.
Exercise authority to assign, reprioritize, and escalate cases across SOC Analysts, Threat Detection Engineering, and Incident Response to keep work moving and eliminate stalled cases.
Enforce case-handling SLAs and quality standards; proactively identify aging, blocked, or at-risk cases and escalate to the Security Operations Leader.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams spanning incident response, DFIR, insider-threat cases, vulnerability-remediation tracking, audit and GRC findings, and eDiscovery and legal-hold requests.
Manage case documentation and evidence integrity – ensuring timelines, actions, decisions, and artifacts are captured consistently and remain audit-ready.
Integrate case workflows with SIEM/SOAR so alerts, enrichment, and automated actions flow into and out of the case record without manual re-keying.
Produce case metrics and leadership reporting, including MTTD, MTTR, backlog, aging, closure rates, and SLA adherence
for SOC leadership and stakeholders.
Build and continuously improve case-management processes, intake criteria, and runbooks to increase throughput and reduce manager overhead.
Facilitate case reviews, shift and regional handoffs, and post-incident lessons-learned, ensuring action items are tracked to completion.
Leverage the SOC’s SIEM and SOAR platforms, with Jira and Confluence as the system of record.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, SOC Analysts, Security Engineering, Cloud Security, Incident Response, and business stakeholders to support sensitive investigations, maintain confidentiality and chain of custody, and strengthen iCapital’s overall cyber resiliency.
Participate in incident-driven after-hours coordination as needed to keep high-priority cases moving.
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in cyber security operations, incident response, or security case and program management
Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, or information technology is preferred
Experience in a regulated industry; financial services or fintech is preferred
Hands-on experience managing incident or case queues in a SOC or incident response environment
Working knowledge of SIEM and SOAR platforms and how alerts and cases flow through them
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for workflow management, tracking, and documentation
Strong understanding of the incident response lifecycle and frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams and drive work to closure through influence and follow-through, without direct reporting authority over those teams
Familiar with handling sensitive investigations, evidence handling, and chain-of-custody principles
Exceptional organization, prioritization, and attention to detail while managing many concurrent cases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to report status clearly to both technical and executive audiences
Relevant certifications (i.e. GCIH, GCFE, PMP, ITIL, or Splunk and SOAR) are preferred
Experience with dedicated case-management or SOAR platforms (i.e. ServiceNow SIR, TheHive, Splunk SOAR and Phantom)
Exposure to insider-threat, DFIR, eDiscovery, legal-hold, or GRC and audit workflows
Familiar with cloud environments, AWS is preferred and knowledge of Agile frameworks is preferred

Proven experience shipping and operating production-quality mobile applications, with deep expertise in iOS or Android.
Strong proficiency in at least one of Swift, Kotlin, or Rust, with a demonstrated willingness to learn and contribute in unfamiliar languages and technology stacks.
Exceptional ownership and self-direction, with the judgment to make pragmatic decisions and drive ambiguous work to completion.
Demonstrated, regular use of AI coding tools with measurable impact on delivery speed, code quality, or engineering effectiveness.
A team-first mindset: you communicate openly, share knowledge, support peers, and align technical decisions around the best outcome for the team and product.
Genuine curiosity about card issuing and payment businesses, plus the ability to communicate technical decisions clearly with partners across the US and Asia. Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.

Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

About You
Xsolla is opening a Club in Limassol — a physical hub for the game development community, partners, and the local video-games ecosystem. We are looking for a Club Administrator to take ownership of the venue from the construction phase through to full daily operation.
This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role. In the first phase, you will supervise the build-out and ensure the space is delivered exactly to our design intent. Once the Club opens, you become the person who keeps it running — operations, suppliers, events, compliance, and the day-to-day relationships with the landlord, building management company and local authorities.
If you are organised, comfortable holding contractors and vendors to a standard, and enjoy being the go-to person for a physical space that people care about, this role will suit you.
About Us
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Construction Supervision (pre-opening)
Supervise the execution of the approved design project, including all construction, fit-out, and finishing works
Ensure all works comply with Xsolla internal design guidelines and brand standards; escalate and resolve deviations before they become permanent
Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site schedules; track progress against timelines, budget, and quality expectations
Manage snag lists, technical acceptance, and formal handover of the completed space
Maintain full documentation of the project: drawings, approvals, change requests, certificates, and warranties
Day-to-Day Club Operations (post-opening)
Own the daily operation of the Club: opening and closing procedures, access control, space readiness, and general upkeep
Oversee maintenance, cleaning, technical systems (HVAC, AV, IT infrastructure, security), and preventative servicing
Manage room and space bookings, capacity planning, and the operational calendar
Act as the first point of contact for anything related to the physical space
Supplies, Vendors & Procurement
Control all supplies and inventory: office and hospitality consumables, F&B, equipment, and event materials
Source, onboard, and manage vendors and service providers; negotiate terms and monitor performance
Handle purchase requests, contracts, invoices, and reconciliation in line with internal finance procedures
Track and report operational spend against the approved Club budget
Authorities, Landlord & Regulatory Affairs
Serve as the primary liaison with local authorities and their representatives
Lead or support negotiations with the landlord and building management on lease matters, works approvals, service charges, and access
Obtain and maintain all required permits, licences, inspections, and certificates for the venue and its activities
Ensure continuous compliance with Cypriot local regulations, including health and safety, fire safety, accessibility, and any licensing relevant to events and hospitality

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
