Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Voice of the Customer (VOC) Program Manager to build and run a company-wide VOC program at Figma. Sitting within the Product Support org, this role is responsible for pulling insights from across Figma's customer-facing surfaces, Support, Sales, NPS, community, and more, and translating them into fast, actionable signals for Product, Engineering, and Support. This isn't just a reporting role: you'll own the full insight loop, from surfacing and prioritizing the biggest customer pain points to tracking whether they're being addressed and bringing wins back to customer facing orgs and our product partners. You'll work cross-functionally across Support, Sales, Research, Marketing and Product, and leverage AI to move faster than ever. It's a rare opportunity to build something that matters at company scale.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Own the rhythm of VOC reporting and define the mechanisms that feed into the program, including launch insight reporting and ensuring insights are visible, shareable, and easy to act on across the org
Surface and prioritize the biggest customer pain points, align with Product and Engineering on roadmap prioritization, and advocate for customer needs – bringing wins back to Support and Sales to demonstrate program impact
Monitor and report on customer sentiment from pre through post-product launches, providing recommendations across Product, Support, and Sales on where to act — from unresolved pain points and product gaps to process improvements and sales blockers
Set shared, data-backed goals with Product and Engineering partners and monitor progress to help keep those goals on track
Work directly with Sales to bring customer problem statements into the VOC program and ensure field insights inform priorities
Integrate signals from NPS, Research, Sales, and community alongside Support data into a unified narrative that reaches Product and Engineering swiftly
Strategically implement AI workflows to build scalable processes that generate and deliver insights faster
Communicate customer insights across a range of audiences, from frontline support to Product leadership, with clarity and a strong point of view
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Experience building and running a VOC program, as a PM or Manager, with a strong POV on what good looks like
A background in a customer-facing function (Support, Success, or Sales – Support preferred)
Demonstrated ownership mentality — a track record of identifying problems, driving solutions, and ruthlessly prioritizing when capacity is limited
Fluency in AI workflows and demonstrated ability to build lightweight, scalable processes quickly
Strong analytical and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate data into compelling customer narratives, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive action across a range of audiences
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Previous experience with Figma products
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
As the EMEA AE Lead, Beneficial Deployments at Anthropic, you'll build and lead a foundational sales team driving Claude adoption across mission-driven organisations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This is a player-coach role requiring someone who can personally close complex deals while building a high-performing regional team. You'll operate with significant autonomy across time zones while maintaining tight alignment with global strategy. Our team and verticals are evolving rapidly—the ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, is energised by building from scratch, and can flex across changing priorities as we learn what works.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in the EMEA nonprofit or social impact technology landscape, established relationships with mission-driven institutions, and a proven track record of building teams that drive revenue and mission impact simultaneously.
Role Focus
This role will lead EMEA sales efforts across Beneficial Deployments verticals, which currently include:

Build and lead a regional team supporting EMEA customers, both inbound and outbound. Establish team structure, hiring priorities, and operational processes for scaling—while rolling up your sleeves to close deals yourself
Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to diverse EMEA contexts: nonprofit budget cycles and grant timelines, foundation giving patterns, and varying regulatory environments across jurisdictions
Navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems including INGO executive teams, foundation programme officers, trustees, executive directors, and IT departments to build consensus
Develop and maintain relationships with key EMEA ecosystem players: nonprofit networks (Bond, NCVO, European Foundation Centre), education networks, and implementation partners
Inform product roadmaps by gathering feedback from EMEA nonprofit and education users. Provide insights on regional requirements including data sovereignty, language support, and compliance needs
Continuously refine the EMEA sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices. Adapt global processes for regional contexts while contributing insights back to the global team
Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant data protection regulations (GDPR, UK GDPR) and address customer concerns about data sovereignty, AI ethics, and responsible deployment
Partner effectively with SF-based teams across time zones, maintaining regular cadence with the Beneficial Deployments Lead and cross-functional stakeholders while operating with significant regional autonomy
Help shape team processes and culture as we scale from 1 to N
You May Be a Good Fit If You Have
8+ years of B2B sales experience in nonprofit technology, EdTech, or social impact sectors, preferably in EMEA SaaS or emerging technologies

Deep understanding of nonprofit or education sector operations, including INGO federated structures, European foundation giving, UK charity sector dynamics, and/or higher education procurement
Demonstrated ability to navigate diverse stakeholder ecosystems including trustees, executive directors, programme officers, and procurement committees
A scrappy mentality—comfortable wearing multiple hats, building from scratch, driving clarity in ambiguous situations, and doing whatever it takes to further the mission
Strong understanding of GDPR and UK data protection, with ability to address customer concerns about AI ethics and responsible deployment
Proven experience exceeding revenue targets while operating autonomously, managing an evolving pipeline across multiple market segments and time zones
Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt style across cultural contexts
Fluency in English required; proficiency in French valued given Francophone Africa coverage; additional European languages a plus
A genuine passion for social impact and experience with or commitment to advancing mission-driven work through technology

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to lead Wrike’s Core unit — the product area at the heart of how customers plan, structure, manage, and scale work in Wrike.
In this role, you will lead a unit of five product teams and manage a team of five Product Managers. You will define the vision and strategy for Core Wrike going forward, balancing three critical forces: increasing product power, preserving ease of use, and evolving the experience to be suitable for the AI-native future.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can combine strong product judgment, people leadership, customer empathy, and strategic prioritization. You will help shape the foundation of Wrike’s product experience while developing a team of PMs into stronger strategic product leaders.
Your Impact:
Set the Core strategy: Define and evolve the vision, strategy, and priorities for Wrike’s Core unit, ensuring the product remains powerful, scalable, easy to use, and ready for AI agents collaboration as well as for human.
Lead a multi-team product area: Manage five Product Managers across five teams, ensuring clarity of ownership, strong decision-making, and consistent product quality across the unit.
Prioritize ferociously: Balance customer requests, enterprise needs, technical investments, usability improvements, and long-term strategic bets — with a clear view of what matters most.
Enable AI-native R&D: Contribute to building the processes, tooling, and mindsets needed for the R&D organization to scale output and outcomes by 10x with AI-native ways of working.
Develop the PM team: Coach, mentor, and grow Product Managers, helping them to achieve the next level.
Your Qualifications:
Product leadership experience: Proven experience leading product managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong core PM craft and customer-centric mindset: Deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery.
Enterprise SaaS experience: Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs, including scalability, adoption, usability, configurability, and change management.
Strategic prioritization: Ability to make hard trade-offs across incomparable investments, customer escalations, technical complexity, and long-term platform direction.
Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management: Ability to align teams and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive leadership.
People management skills: Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing performance of product managers.
Excellent UX judgment: Ability to balance power and simplicity in complex product experiences.
Standout Qualities:
Experience in B2B SaaS enterprise products in collaboration or productivity area
Practical understanding of AI-native product development and agentic workflows.
Visionary mindset and ability to redefine complex products vision
Strong technical fluency and ability to partner effectively with engineering leaders.
Our Work Style:
Core product impact: You will shape the foundational Wrike experience used by customers every day to manage work at scale.
Strategic complexity: The role requires balancing power, simplicity, customer demand, technical depth, and AI-readiness in one of Wrike’s most important product areas.
People leadership scope: You will directly develop a team of five PMs and influence the product culture of a larger R&D unit.
AI-native transformation: You will help define how Core Wrike evolves for a future where AI changes how teams create, structure, and manage work.
High visibility: Your decisions will influence Wrike’s product direction, customer value, and long-term competitiveness.

The job
Senior Product Designers at Flo play a pivotal role in shaping complex, system-level design solutions that elevate user experiences across the Flo app. This role combines deep expertise in UX thinking, interaction design, systemic thinking, AI tooling and visual craft with the ability to architect scalable frameworks and influence product direction.
As a senior individual contributor, you will be tackling the most challenging design problems, setting the quality bar for the team, and ensuring designs are accessible, inclusive, and emotionally resonant. You will collaborate with product, engineering, research, medical, legal and content disciplines, leveraging high-fidelity prototypes to drive critical business decisions, raising craft excellence, and contributing significantly to Flo’s overarching vision.
Your Experience
Must have:
8+ years of professional experience designing mobile applications.
Portfolio demonstrating expertise in systemic design, advanced prototyping skills, micro-interactions, and the ability to architect solutions with measurable product impact.
Experience creating scalable frameworks, contribution to design systems, and interaction models.
Proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping tools (e.g., Protopie).
Experience using motion and animation tools (e.g., Lottie, Rive, After Effects).
Experience leveraging AI/LLM tools to accelerate design exploration and streamline concept validation (e.g., Claude, Vercel).
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to distill complex ideas into clear narratives and influence stakeholders.
Deeply collaborative, with experience mentoring and raising the craft bar for design teams.
Nice to have:
Experience designing gamified or behaviour-change-driven experiences.
Experience working in health tech or regulated industries
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
Lead complex design projects (0 → 1), creating scalable frameworks and systems that support growth and innovation.
Proactively tackle complex and ambiguous challenges, defining requirements and prioritising the most impactful workstreams to deliver clear, compelling, user-centred experiences.
Design features, e2e flows, and experiments that align with user needs and business goals (e.g., engagement, retention, etc.).
Produce high-fidelity prototypes and mock-ups using Figma or advanced tools, strategically utilising AI to streamline the concept-to-validation process.
Develop and evolve interaction models, motion principles, and visual systems that scale across teams and inspire adoption.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers to deliver cohesive solutions.
Proactively mentor peers, junior designers, and non-designers, providing actionable feedback and upskilling guidance to raise the overall craft bar.
Advocate for emotionally intelligent, ethical design and ensure accessibility standards are upheld at every stage.
Be a key contributor to our design system, ensuring accessibility, inclusivity, and scalability in all outputs.
Integrate AI tools into day-to-day work.
What you'll be measured on:
Deliver complex design initiatives that significantly improve user engagement, retention, and user satisfaction outcomes.
Strengthen Flo’s design systems, frameworks, animation and motion principles to enable scalable, high-quality design across teams.
Raise team capability and craft standards by mentoring peers and contributing to a culture of design excellence.
