From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We’re looking for a Staff Program Manager for our Central Engineering Operations team to help us reach our goals and help our Engineering team be the best that it can be!
The mission for the Staff Program Manager, Central Engineering Operations, is to drive operational excellence and improve execution effectiveness across key Engineering and R&D areas. Our Engineering organization is grouped into a number of functional global groups that are utilizing various processes, systems, tools, and KPIs in order to jointly deliver best-in-class data pipelines and drive innovation.
The role focuses on increasing engineering and R&D efficiency and effectiveness in delivering our strategic objectives by leading end-to-end major process and efficiency improvement projects and programs.
As the majority of the processes belong to the software development industry, the role assumes you have broad experience in software development, leading multiple programs, and shipping software from start to finish. You have worked closely with cross-functional teams with design, research, product, and engineering. Preferably, you work at a tech company and are heavily involved in engineering operations, understanding how engineering and R&D processes work under the hood and how to take them to the next level, leveraging data-driven approaches.
We want you to bring your passion for problem-solving, experience in the tech world, and the drive to help us get to the next level, and have some fun along the way.
This is a full-time position based out of our Novi Sad office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Ensure operations and strategy execution work seamlessly and effectively, and streamline engineering and R&D processes to be simple, value-oriented, and scalable.
Lead and manage engineering and R&D process enhancements to set up or improve engineering and cross-departmental processes, and be responsible for transitioning them to operational state (all in coordination with key stakeholders), resulting in documented, repeatable, and measurable processes. This includes end-to-end work from problem definition and data analysis through solution proposal, alignment with R&D leadership, and execution and adoption of the changes.
Partner with engineering group leaders to improve planning, execution, and operational health within their organizations, with a particular focus on increasing the efficiency, stability, and effectiveness in the delivery of their strategic objectives.
Support engineering leadership in quarterly planning, tracking OKRs, and driving execution against strategic priorities in consistent alignment with engineering-wide and R&D policies and practices.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team of operations managers to manage engineering initiatives, solve problems, and optimize and automate routine operations, increasing the team's and engineering's value-added time.
Work closely with senior engineers and leadership teams to ensure strict adherence to operational processes. Conduct audits and check-ins to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous process refinement.
Collaborate with operations managers and cross-functional partners to improve execution, automate workflows, and increase operational efficiency, and also directly contribute to the improvement and support of our internal knowledge management process and information structure in collaboration with other Ops and PMO teams.
Manage R&D-wide initiatives. Coordinate and oversee the preparation, planning, and delivery of engineering updates, events, and R&D-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Drive operational excellence across R&D: spearhead and champion global operational strategies, focusing on optimizing engineering processes to be more efficient, scalable, and aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
Skills We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in technical/operations management in the technology/software development industry with technical expertise that enables you to define automation requirements, automate operational workflows, and perform data analysis using query languages and AI.
Ability to work directly with senior leadership on programs, including leading R&D-wide (engineering, product, design, security) initiatives from start to finish.
Proven experience in optimizing operations on an Engineering and R&D scale, creating actionable plans, and managing execution to enhance operational effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability across multiple engineering teams and departments, and adhering to various compliance requirements.
You can facilitate discussions with engineering subject matter experts on topics such as System Design, Data Architecture, Infrastructure Management (including cost management), Quality, etc., in the context of engineering operations.
Ability to leverage AI to increase your own productivity and leverage it in the solutions you’re building.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact and collaborate with technical and non-technical groups at all levels.
A data-driven and action-oriented mindset with excellent planning, analytical, problem-solving, project/program management, organizational, and leadership skills.
Bonus Skills
Experience driving projects end-to-end, and shipping complex, large-scale software projects with global teams utilizing different SDLCs.
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and analytical tools like Looker and Sigma.
Experience working at cloud platforms and SaaS companies in the past is a plus.
Familiarity with the following technologies is a plus: Cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), ETL or ELT, modern data stack.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
WHO WE ARE
Enterprise at Baseten means the companies with the most to gain from AI and the most complexity in getting there: large digital natives running products at massive scale, and category leaders in software, financial services, healthcare, and beyond. They have the data, the distribution, and the budget. Most are still deciding what to build, what to run themselves, and what it should cost.
That makes this a consultative sale. You'll spend as much time helping a VP of Engineering pressure-test their AI strategy as you will selling against an alternative, mapping use cases, framing build-vs-buy, and giving clear recommendations grounded in what you've seen work at the frontier. Then you'll do the enterprise work: multithreading across a buying committee, navigating security and procurement, and turning a first workload into an eight-figure relationship.
You'll work alongside our founders, forward-deployed engineers, and GTM leadership, in a seat where the playbook is still being written.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a revenue target end to end, from prospecting and outbounding through closing Tier 1 accounts in your verticals
- Act as a strategic advisor on AI adoption: identify use cases, shape architecture decisions, and lead with clear, opinionated recommendations
- Multithread across large organizations, from the engineers running evals to the executives funding the program to security, legal, and procurement
- Win lighthouse customers that become references for their entire industry
- Partner with forward-deployed engineering on technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews
- Feed signal back to product and engineering. What enterprises need next is a roadmap input we don't get anywhere else
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in technology, ideally infrastructure, API/platform, or developer tooling
- A track record of closing seven- and eight-figure deals by navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees and long, complex cycles
- Demonstrated ability to run a consultative sale. You've helped customers define a strategy, not just evaluate a product
- Strong technical acumen: you can hold your own on model serving, GPU infrastructure, latency, and API architecture
- Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, government)
- Excellent communication and comfort with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience selling AI/ML infrastructure, cloud compute, or model deployment platforms
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

This job is posted on behalf of CLT Recruiters
Millwork Shop Manager
Location: Long Island City, NY
Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
About the Role
Our client is a high-end custom millwork operation based in Long Island City, producing luxury grade millwork for prestigious residential projects. Their 12,000 sq ft shop is a full-service fabrication environment — design review, production, finishing, delivery, and installation — and they hold every project to an uncompromising standard of craftsmanship.
They are seeking an experienced Millwork Shop Manager to take full ownership of shop operations: workflow, production scheduling, quality control, estimating, procurement, and site coordination. This is a leadership role for someone who knows the millwork trade from the inside out and can run a shop with the discipline and attention to detail that luxury residential work demands.
What We’re Looking For
The right candidate has managed a millwork shop before — not just supervised on the floor, but owned the full operational picture. They know wood, they know hardware, they know how to read a shop drawing and spot a problem before it becomes a field issue.
A proven shop manager with luxury residential or high-end interior millwork experience
Technically strong in shop drawing review, site measurement, and estimating
Operationally sharp — able to manage schedules, procurement, and multiple concurrent projects without losing control of quality
A clear communicator with clients, architects, site supers, and vendors
A leader who holds the team to the standard the product requires
Core Responsibilities
Shop Operations & Production
Manage all daily operations of the millwork shop including workflow sequencing, production scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance
Oversee fabrication processes end to end, ensuring all finished products meet luxury grade standards of craftsmanship, detail, and customization
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized shop environment
Stay current on industry trends, materials, hardware, and fabrication techniques relevant to high-end millwork
Drawing Review & Field Coordination
Review and approve all shop drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and adherence to project specifications prior to release for production
Conduct site measurements and coordinate with project teams to verify field conditions and resolve discrepancies before they impact fabrication
Estimating & Procurement
Prepare detailed estimates and material take-offs for all millwork components, accurately assessing costs and resource requirements
Procure all materials required for production — wood species, hardware, finishes, and accessories — within established budget parameters
Delivery, Installation & Project Coordination
Schedule, coordinate, and monitor the delivery and on-site installation of millwork components, maintaining project timelines throughout
Communicate proactively with site superintendents, architects, clients, and vendors to clarify requirements and manage expectations
Qualifications
Proven experience managing or supervising a residential or commercial millwork shop, preferably in the luxury or high-end interior market — required
Strong working knowledge of wood species, hardware, finishes, and fabrication techniques
Expertise in shop drawing review, site measurements, and project estimating
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects
Effective communicator — able to liaise professionally with clients, architects, vendors, and project teams
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability when project conditions change
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2023 (drafting and drawing review) is a plus
Experience with Procore or comparable project management platforms is advantageous
The Opportunity
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced millwork professional to step into a shop leadership role at a company that takes genuine pride in what it produces. Our client offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience, a well-equipped 12,000 sq ft facility, and a team culture defined by craft and quality. If you are an operationally sharp shop manager who thrives in a high-standard environment and wants to own the operation — not just supervise it — we want to hear from you.
Our client is an equal opportunity employer.

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who thinks like a product builder, thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, and is passionate about creating robust, scalable financial infrastructure. You'll be part of a domain team where various engineering crafts (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, ML/AI engineers, and QA) work together to own and evolve a shared product area that delivers real value to hundreds of thousands of businesses across Europe.
About You and What You'll Do:
You're pragmatic, learn quickly, and have a proven track record of shipping products that matter. You communicate clearly across disciplines and genuinely enjoy the dynamics of a cross-functional team where everyone contributes to solving the same customer problems. Above all, you're curious – about the product, the users, the business, and how your technical decisions impact all three.
As a product-minded backend engineer, you don't just implement tickets. You understand the "why" behind what you're building, challenge assumptions when needed, and proactively identify opportunities to create better outcomes. You're comfortable discussing trade-offs with product managers, explaining technical constraints to business stakeholders, and collaborating with frontend and mobile engineers to design elegant end-to-end solutions.
You have deep expertise in .NET and C# with a strong appreciation for maintainable, scalable code, and distributed architectures. But more importantly, you know when to apply that expertise and when simpler solutions serve the product better. You've built data-intensive applications before and understand the concepts of working in a regulated environment.
You take ownership not just of your code, but of the outcomes. You move without being prompted, whether that's jumping into a customer issue, improving team processes, or mentoring colleagues. You're curious about adjacent domains – you might peek at the frontend code, ask questions about the ML models, or dive into analytics to understand how features perform.
Quality is non-negotiable for you. Automated testing, thorough code reviews, and security best practices are fundamental to how you work. You balance technical excellence with pragmatism, always keeping the end user and business goals in mind.
Your experience includes:
At least 5 years of professional backend development with a product engineering mindset
Excellent knowledge of .NET platform and C#
Hands-on experience architecting and evolving distributed systems in production
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and engineers from other disciplines
Strong business acumen – you understand how your work connects to company objectives
Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences
A builder's mentality: you care deeply about shipping great products, not just writing great code
Our tech stack
Backend: .NET/C#, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kubernetes, GCP.
You'll work alongside teams using React (Web), Swift (iOS) / Kotlin (Android), Python/ML frameworks, and modern test automation tools (Playwright, Appium).

Recruitment flow:
Recruiter Interview
First Technical Interview
System Design Interview
Team Fit Interview (peer interview)
