You bring sound judgement to the highest-impact issues, while setting the global frameworks, standards, and tools that let the wider business manage routine matters with confidence and consistency.

You will set the direction for global employment legal support, work closely with regional Legal teams and other REAL (Risk, Ethics, Advocacy and Legal) specialists, and personally take on the matters that call for deep experience and judgement. You will also partner with Employee Relations on the legal dimensions of sensitive investigations and employee matters, complementing their operational expertise with strategic legal advice.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

- Legal support is technology-enabled, using AI tools and self-service modalities where appropriate.
- External counsel is used strategically, with stronger internal capability and better cost control.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Essential
- Substantial international employment experience and proven experience supporting labour and employment in a global organisation, advising across multiple jurisdictions and operating effectively across regions and time zones.
- Experience in New Zealand, Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom is highly desirable.
- Deep expertise in global employment and labour law, including complex investigations, disputes, restructures and workforce strategy.
- Experience directing others’ work without direct reports, and influencing without formal authority.
- A track record of advising senior PX/HR leaders and business executives as a strategic partner.
- Strong judgement, commercial awareness and the ability to explain complex issues in plain language.
- Experience managing external employment counsel and building scalable legal processes and resources.
- The ability to influence without formal authority, and to roll up your sleeves and do the work personally.

Location: Denver; Los Angeles
THE ROLE
We're hiring our first Regional Vice President for the Southwest. The territory runs from the Rockies (Colorado and Utah) through Arizona and the desert Southwest to Southern California. It covers some of the fastest-growing tech corridors in the country, plus a dense base of digital-native, media, gaming, and AI companies that already run on real-time data. You'll report to Mike Hayes and build the region from the first hire: set the strategy, recruit the team, and turn a widely spread, high-potential territory into one of the strongest regions in the Americas. This is a builder's seat with a clear path to grow with the business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design a multi-hub region. Build a coverage model across hubs that are very different from one another, including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Denver/Boulder, Salt Lake City/Lehi, and Phoenix. Decide where to place reps first and how to sequence growth.
- Hire the founding team. Recruit Enterprise AEs who can sell to engineering buyers as peers: technical, commercially hungry, and able to work on their own across a large geography.
- Own the number and the forecast. Carry the regional quota, run a weekly operating rhythm, and deliver a forecast your leadership can rely on, backed by MEDDPICC-style deal qualification.
- Win where real-time data is the product. Land and expand with digital-native and AI-native companies, media and entertainment, gaming, adtech, consumer internet, and fintech, where performance and cost at scale decide the deal.
- Turn adoption into enterprise agreements. Work with our product-led growth motion to find ClickHouse Cloud and open-source users ready for a committed relationship, then expand across teams and use cases (analytics, observability, and AI workloads).
- Lead from inside the deal. Coach reps through technical evaluations, POCs, procurement, and executive negotiations. Join the calls that matter.
- Orchestrate the extended team. Partner closely with Solutions Architects, Marketing, Partners/Alliances, and cloud marketplace teams to build pipeline and run cohesive account strategies.
- Build ClickHouse's brand across the region. Show up in the local developer, data, and startup communities, from Denver and Salt Lake to LA and San Diego, through events, meetups, and executive programs.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales in data infrastructure, databases, analytics, observability, or cloud, with a strong record as a quota-carrying seller.
- 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams as a first- or second-line leader, with attainment you can back up with specifics.
- Experience building or rebuilding a region from an early stage, ideally one spread across several metros, where you set coverage, hired the first reps, and grew the business.
- A strong network across the Rockies, the Southwest, and/or Southern California, both for hiring standout AEs and for reaching enterprise buyers.
- Rigorous pipeline management, deal qualification (MEDDPICC or similar), and forecast accuracy.
- Technical credibility with engineering-led buyers. You understand the modern data stack and can hold your own in architecture conversations.
- Experience with consumption-based pricing, open-source, or product-led growth models.
- The ClickHouse DNA: integrity, hunger, and accountability. You're curious, serious about the craft, and want to build rather than inherit.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling to digital-native, AI-native, media/entertainment, or gaming companies.
- A background in real-time analytics, OLAP and columnar databases, observability, or AI/LLM infrastructure.
- Experience as an early leader at a high-growth data or infrastructure company through a period of fast scaling.
- Co-selling with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and transacting through cloud marketplaces.
- Experience leading a distributed team across several states and time zones.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.
CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT
As part of a rapidly scaling start-up, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture.

THE ROLE
We're hiring our first Regional Vice President for the Southeast. You'll be the founding sales leader for the region. You'll hire and lead a team of Enterprise AEs, set the operating standard, and turn a strong base of developer adoption and ClickHouse Cloud sign-ups into a durable enterprise business. If you've been an early leader in a region before and want to do it again with a technically differentiated product, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build the region from the ground up. Own the Southeast territory plan, including which accounts, verticals, and metros to prioritize first, and where to place each new rep.
- Recruit and close top-tier AEs. Use your regional network to hire a team of Enterprise AEs and keep growing it. Hire for technical curiosity, a proven record against a number, and high integrity.
- Own the number. Carry the regional quota and forecast it accurately every week, month, and quarter. Run rigorous pipeline and deal reviews using a MEDDPICC-style qualification standard.
- Land and expand enterprise accounts. Convert existing ClickHouse Cloud and open-source usage into committed enterprise agreements, then grow them as new use cases emerge. The Southeast's enterprise base spans financial services, payments, healthcare, logistics, retail, and media.
- Get into deals. Join executive meetings, pressure-test deal strategy, and help reps through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving technical buyers, procurement, and security review.
- Run a tight team with Solutions Architects. Work hand in hand with SAs and SEs so every opportunity is technically sound and every customer is set up to grow.
- Work the full GTM machine. Partner with Marketing, Partners/Alliances (including cloud marketplaces), and our product-led growth motion to build pipeline and pick up self-serve accounts ready for a sales-assisted conversation.
- Be ClickHouse's face in the Southeast. Build our presence with customers, partners, and the local data and developer community through executive events, meetups, and field programs.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales in data infrastructure, databases, analytics, observability, or cloud, including a strong record as a quota-carrying seller.
- 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams as a first- or second-line leader, with consistent attainment you can walk us through number by number.
- A record of building a region or team from an early stage: hiring the first reps, defining territories, and growing a new geography into a predictable business.
- A deep Southeast network of enterprise AEs, customers, and partners, and a reputation that makes strong sellers want to work for you.
- Forecasting and qualification discipline (MEDDPICC or similar). You know the difference between a commit and a hope, and your leadership can trust your call.
- Technical fluency. You can talk architecture with data engineers and CTOs, and you can tell when a deal is stalling for technical reasons and when it's commercial.
- Experience with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models, and an understanding that in a consumption business the signed deal is where the revenue starts.
- The ClickHouse DNA: integrity, hunger, and accountability. You're curious, serious about the craft, and happy to roll up your sleeves.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience as an early sales leader or early seller in the Southeast at a high-growth data or infrastructure company.
- Background selling open-source or developer-led products alongside a product-led growth funnel.
- Familiarity with real-time analytics, OLAP and columnar databases, observability, or AI/LLM workloads.
- Established relationships with data and technology leaders at major Southeast enterprises.
- Experience co-selling with AWS, GCP, or Azure and transacting through cloud marketplaces.
PERKS

- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.

THE ROLE
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager Account Executive to lead our pursuits into the largest and most complex global enterprises. This is a senior Individual Contributor (IC) role designed for an elite enterprise seller who excels at high-stakes, multi-year deal campaigns.
Rather than managing high-velocity pipeline across a wide territory, you will hold deep ownership of a curated portfolio of Checkout’s most strategic targets (e.g., Fortune 50 / global tier-one accounts). Deal cycles on these accounts are transformative, measured in quarters and years rather than weeks, with contract values spanning tens of millions in revenue and billions in processed volume.
You will act as the "CEO of the Pursuit," orchestrating cross-functional deal squads—spanning Solutions Engineering, Product, Treasury, Legal, Regulatory, and Executive Leadership—to architect bespoke, mission-critical infrastructure solutions for sophisticated global buyers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Account Orchestration: Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-year account penetration strategies for a select target list of mega-cap enterprises. Map complex, matrixed global organizations to uncover systemic inefficiencies in their existing payment stacks.
- Multi-Threaded Stakeholder Alignment: Build sustained, credible relationships across diverse buying centers within the enterprise—including C-suite executives, Global Heads of Treasury, Chief Technology Officers, Product Leaders, and Enterprise Procurement.
- Deal Team Leadership (Virtual GM): Mobilize, lead, and coordinate a dedicated cross-functional pursuit team (Solutions Engineers, Product Managers, Legal, Commercial Strategy, Integration Specialists, and C-level sponsors) to deliver high-impact proposals, deep-dive workshops, and executive briefings.
- Complex Commercial & Technical Architecture: Translate complex technical, regulatory, and financial mechanics (e.g., cross-border interchange, scheme routing optimization, local acquiring, unified commerce) into quantifiable ROI models and long-term business cases tailored to board-level evaluation.
- Multi-Year Pursuit Governance: Drive sustained momentum through complex, 12- to 24-plus month procurement, evaluation, and proof-of-concept cycles. Maintain discipline, milestone progression, and executive-level alignment despite organizational shifts, market changes, and competitive pressures.
- High-Stakes Contract Negotiation: Lead master services agreement (MSA) negotiations, complex pricing frameworks, service-level commitments, and risk/regulatory alignments in direct coordination with top-tier corporate legal and procurement teams.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Proven Track Record in Mega-Deals: Substantial history of quota attainment within enterprise software, fintech, or payments, specifically characterized by multi-million-dollar ACV or platform-scale commercial contracts.
- Multi-Year Cycle Mastery: Demonstrated ability to originate, navigate, and close 12- to 24-plus month enterprise procurement cycles with Fortune 100 or global top-tier digital enterprises.
- Executive Gravitas & Technical Acumen: Comfortable commanding the room with C-level stakeholders, corporate treasurers, and technical architects; able to synthesize complex payment infrastructure nuances into clear business outcomes.
- Internal Leadership Without Authority: Exceptional ability to align internal executive stakeholders, prioritize cross-functional resources, and influence product roadmaps to win tier-one logos.
- Strategic Endurance & Analytical Rigor: High intellectual curiosity, strategic patience, and structured account planning skills (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, or equivalent enterprise methodologies).
- Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in enterprise payments, financial infrastructure, cloud platforms, or complex transaction processing is strongly preferred.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring a Lead Recruiter to own Director-level and above hiring across our G&A and business functions. You will lead some of the company’s most critical leadership searches, partnering directly with senior stakeholders to identify and hire leaders who will shape Ramp’s next stage of growth.
You will own searches from initial scoping through close, partnering directly with executives and senior leaders across the business. You will be expected to develop real fluency in each area you support, translate ambiguous business needs into clear hiring strategies, and bring an independent point of view on talent.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally strong at research, assessment, stakeholder partnership, and closing. You should be comfortable challenging assumptions, navigating sensitive and confidential searches, and creating structure without slowing the business down. You should be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, builds pipelines from scratch, and takes ownership of moving searches forward even when the role, target profile, or process is still taking shape.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Director-level and above roles across G&A and business functions, from intake and market mapping through offer and close.
- Develop real fluency in the functions you support and quickly build context when taking on a new area, so you can identify the signals that distinguish exceptional leaders beyond title, company, and tenure.
- Build proactive pipelines through market research, targeted sourcing, referrals, and thoughtful engagement with passive candidates. Independently build momentum on confidential searches where broad outreach or an existing pipeline may not be available.
- Develop assessment approaches that surface a candidate’s leadership effectiveness, functional expertise, and ability to operate at Ramp’s pace and scale.
- Move fluidly across functions, evolving role definitions, and competing priorities while maintaining a consistently high bar for talent, execution, and candidate experience.
- Exercise discretion throughout sensitive searches, managing candidate information and stakeholder communication with sound judgment.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- A track record of independently leading complex senior-level searches from initial scoping through accepted offer.
- Ability to advise senior leaders, challenge requirements, and influence hiring decisions through clear communication, market insight, and data.
- Demonstrated ability to build fluency in unfamiliar functions, context-switch across very different searches, and maintain strong judgment as priorities and scope change.
- A high level of ownership and comfort with ambiguity. You can turn an open-ended business need into an actionable search, build a pipeline from scratch, and drive progress without waiting for direction.
- Strong closing skills, including experience navigating competing offers, senior candidates, and sensitive searches.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Prior experience in executive search or a dedicated leadership recruiting role, particularly across G&A or business functions.
- Experience partnering directly with CEOs or other C-suite leaders on critical hires.
- Experience improving interview architecture, scorecards, market maps, or recruiting processes where structure was limited or still being built.
- Experience developing AI-enabled recruiting workflows that were adopted beyond your own individual searches.

The Role
As part of Checkout.com’s #NextGen Early Careers Program, we are looking for an ambitious Finance Analyst Apprentice to join our fast-paced EU Finance department. Reporting directly to the Regional Finance Director, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and join a global community with technical training, mentorship, and regular networking opportunities to accelerate your growth.
Through a structured three-year program, you will balance real team deliverables with study towards your ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification, dedicating 20% of your time (around six hours per week) to your professional studies. Each placement will be supported by a dedicated Rotation Manager alongside guidance from senior Finance leadership.
You will gain broad exposure across six core finance pillars: Financial Control and Revenue & Billing in year one; Tax and Treasury in year two; and Strategic Finance and Finance Transformation in year three. Depending on business and ACCA requirements, you may also gain exposure to adjacent areas such as Product Control, Procurement, or Internal Audit.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Support accurate, timely finance operations across your rotations, contributing to processes such as month-end close, reconciliations, journals and variance analysis.
- Help teams deliver invoicing, settlement, revenue recognition, tax compliance, cash management, budgeting and reporting activities.
- Prepare and review information carefully, including supporting audit, compliance and management reporting requirements.
- Work with colleagues across Finance to respond to queries, share information and deliver tasks to agreed deadlines.
- Look for practical ways to improve processes, documentation and the use of finance systems and data.
- Apply what you learn through ACCA study to real finance work, building technical, analytical and communication skills over time.
Eligibility Requirements
This role is offered as a government-funded Level 7 ACCA apprenticeship. Appointment is conditional on the successful candidate meeting the government’s apprenticeship funding and eligibility requirements at the start of training, as confirmed by our approved training provider. Under current England funding rules, Level 7 funding is generally available to applicants aged 16–21, with limited exceptions for eligible applicants aged 22–24 who have an EHCP or have been, or are, in care.
This role is offered as an early-careers opportunity and we are not able to offer this role on a privately funded basis. Further information about the Apprenticeship funding can be found here.
- Academic Qualifications: You will have either:
- A degree qualification
OR
- You have completed a Level 4 AAT qualification before the September start date
+ 2 A Levels (or equivalent) and 3 GCSEs including a pass in English and Maths
Visa sponsorship: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
What We’re Looking For
- Academic Ambition: You are eager to begin your journey toward becoming a Chartered Accountant via the ACCA pathway.
- Analytical Mindset: You have a natural comfort with numbers and a high attention to detail.
- Resilience: The ability to work toward tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Any prior exposure to accounting systems (like Workday) is a huge plus, but not a dealbreaker—we will train you!
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a "team player" attitude.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with finance systems such as Workday is helpful, but not essential.

Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
At Wealthsimple, we take our clients' security seriously. The Fraud Investigations team is the front line of defense within our Security & Risk group. We are looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Fraud Investigator to specialize in Card Fraud and Disputes. You will be the detective protecting our clients' everyday spending, navigating complex card network rules, and ensuring our platform remains a safe place to build and spend wealth.
This is a 9-month initial engagement with the possibility of extensions and conversions based on performance and business needs.
What you will do:
- Investigate & Resolve: Dive into the weeds of card disputes and unauthorized transaction claims. You will evaluate transaction data, authentication methods (like 3DS, Apple Pay, or Chip & PIN), and digital footprints to confidently distinguish true fraud from friendly fraud or commercial disputes.
- Execute Chargebacks: Take decisive action to recover funds by navigating Visa/Mastercard dispute rules, filing accurate chargebacks, and understanding exactly when and how liability shifts apply.
- Guide the Client: Communicate directly with clients who are stressed about missing money. You will guide them through the dispute lifecycle, manage expectations regarding strict card network timelines, and provide updates with absolute empathy and clarity.
- Manage the Queue: Act as a master multi-tasker, managing multiple ongoing card disputes at once while strictly adhering to internal and regulatory case-closure Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Connect the Dots: Participate in weekly calibration sessions with your peers to share findings, spot new card testing (BIN) attacks or merchant scams, and help the team stay one step ahead of the fraudsters.
Who you are:
- The Transaction Detective: You have incredibly high attention to detail. You love looking at authorization data, spotting anomalies, and solving the puzzle of how and where a card was compromised.
- Objective & Analytical: You balance deep empathy with strict risk protocols. You rely on hard data (IP addresses, device IDs, entry modes) to make fair, evidence-based decisions rather than just taking claims at face value.
- An Empathetic Communicator: You know that behind every dispute ticket is a real person. You excel at taking complex payment network rules (like why a chargeback was won or lost) and explaining them clearly and calmly to our clients.
The Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of direct fraud or disputes experience (experience specifically touching card chargebacks, Visa/Mastercard network rules, or transaction monitoring is a massive asset!).
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of fraud management frameworks, controls, and prevention systems within the financial services and payments space.
- Analytical Chops: The ability to collect, organize, and analyze datasets with precision and accuracy.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

You won't be tied to just one type of fraud. As a Team Lead, you will be the player-coach guiding the detectives who protect our platform from everything from complex account takeovers to sophisticated money mule networks. You will act as the ultimate escalation point, drive team performance, and ensure our defenses stay one step ahead of the bad actors.

- Step in on the most complex, ambiguous, or high-dollar investigations. You are the final set of eyes when an investigator needs help navigating a tricky bank indemnity, a complex crypto trace, or a sophisticated identity ring.
- Lead weekly calibration sessions with your pod. Spot emerging fraud typologies across the platform, document trends, and partner directly with Risk, Compliance, and Product to build better automated defenses.
- Ensure your team’s case documentation is flawless, empowering client-facing teams with exactly what they need to manage the client relationship during high-stress situations.
- Serve as the chief quality-control officer for your pod, establishing investigative playbooks and ensuring all decisions align with Wealthsimple’s risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience in backend fraud investigations (e.g., banking/fiat fraud, account takeovers, payments, or digital assets).
- Proven track record of mentoring, coaching, or leading peers. You know how to build a culture of psychological safety, calm, and focus in a high-stress environment.
- Deep understanding of fraud typologies and financial ledgers. You can look at complex data (IPs, device IDs, transaction metadata) and instantly spot the behavioral anomalies.
- Strong bias for action. You make sound, high-stakes decisions with incomplete information, and you know exactly when to escalate and when to hold.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can translate complex fraud investigations into clear business impact for leadership and partner teams.

You will manage the full sales cycle, from account prioritization and pipeline creation through discovery, technical validation, quantified value, pricing, negotiation, close, and expansion.
This is a full-cycle technical selling role, not a high-volume transactional one. You will keep the discipline in discovery, validation, and value that technical buyers expect.

Build and manage a healthy pipeline using direct outreach and the product, Marketing, BDR, partner, and customer signals available to you. You are accountable for pipeline quality and progression.
Lead opportunities from first meeting through technical validation, security and procurement, pricing, negotiation, and close.
Communicate MinIO's value to technical and business stakeholders, tying architecture to measurable customer outcomes.
Expand and retain assigned customers by identifying new workloads, capacity, use cases, and business units, and hand off cleanly to post-sale teams.
Use MEDDPICC or a comparable method, and keep accurate pipeline, forecasts, activity, and next steps in Salesforce.
Collaborate with Field Architects, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and partners to deliver a strong customer experience.
Share what you learn in the field to help sharpen MinIO's commercial playbook as we evolve toward a hybrid product-led and sales-driven motion.
Your Skills and Experience
Three or more years of direct B2B SaaS or infrastructure sales experience with consistent quota achievement.
Evidence of sourcing and closing new customers and managing commercial or mid-market sales velocity.
Experience leading technical deals in the $50K–$300K+ range.
Familiarity with cloud-native technology, data infrastructure, object storage, AI/ML, lakehouse, analytics, HPC, or adjacent platforms.
Credibility with VPs of Infrastructure, Engineering leaders, Enterprise Architects, and related technical buyers.
A metrics-based approach to pipeline creation, qualification, value selling, forecasting, and negotiation.
Experience expanding accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and measurable customer value.
Comfort in an early-stage or growth-stage environment and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Object-storage, S3, or cloud-native experience.
Experience in a hybrid product-led and sales-driven motion.
Familiarity with Salesloft, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
MEDDPICC, Force Management, or Challenger training.
Partner co-sell experience.

At least 12 Public Holidays
