Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of paid social acquisition for one of our products. Meta, Snapchat and TikTok are key channels for our product, alongside other paid social networks. This is a senior, hands-on media buying role with end-to-end ownership. You will own the whole paid social acquisition process: strategy, account structure, bidding, budget allocation, creative testing, measurement, scaling and account health. You decide what to test, what to scale and what to cut, and you are accountable for the results. We need someone who has scaled paid social at volume, who knows how to grow in a policy-sensitive niche, and who can operate independently on large budgets.
You will manage performance against real revenue data (CPA, ROAS, payback, LTV and cohorts), not surface-level platform metrics. We also work AI-first, and we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the process end-to-end: take full ownership of paid social acquisition across TikTok, Meta, Snapchat and other paid social networks: planning, launch, optimization, scaling, reporting and documentation.
- Lead on TikTok: own and scale TikTok as the primary acquisition channel, including account structure, campaign types (including Smart+ / automated formats and Spark Ads), bidding, optimization events and creative strategy.
- Scale spend profitably while holding payback, ROAS and CPA targets based on real revenue and customer-value data.
- Build and optimize account structure, conversion events, value-based bidding and budget allocation across paid social networks.
- Decide budget allocation across TikTok, Meta, Snapchat and other paid social networks, and find new scaling levers: audiences, formats, placements, campaign types and additional networks.
- Run a structured, high-velocity creative testing process with the creative team on all networks, with clear hypotheses and kill/scale rules.
- Manage signal quality: conversion events, event value, purchase optimization and attribution.
- Operate in a policy-sensitive niche: run acquisition within each platform's rules. Keep ads compliant, handle disapprovals, appeals and restrictions, and build prevention-first processes so issues are caught before launch.
- Protect account health: manage ad account structure, backups and recovery plans.
- Work with platform reps on betas, new campaign types and escalations.
- Diagnose drops and spikes quickly and act on them.
- Document tests, learnings and playbooks, and use Claude and automation to speed up builds, QA, reporting and optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of hands-on paid social / user acquisition experience.
- Large-scale experience running paid social acquisition.
- Proven experience working in policy-sensitive niches and keeping accounts healthy while scaling.
- Strong hands-on TikTok, Meta and Snapchat Ads experience, scaling them profitably.
- Working experience across other paid social channels is a plus.
- Direct ownership of large budgets, ideally $1M+/month hands-on.
- Strong understanding of subscription / app economics: LTV, ROAS, payback windows, cohorts, high-value-user dynamics and value-based optimization.
- Deep policy and account health experience: disapprovals, appeals, restrictions, ad account bans and how to recover from and prevent them.
- Strong creative testing discipline and measurement rigor.
- Ownership mentality: you run channels end-to-end with minimal supervision and take responsibility for outcomes.
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
BENEFITS

- Unlimited PTO: Enjoy unlimited paid time off to recharge and prioritize your well-being, without counting days.
- Paid National Holidays: Celebrate and relax on national holidays with paid time off to unwind and recharge.
- Company-provided MacBook: Apple MacBooks provided to all employees who need them.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🐼 WHO WE ARE
You. Better. With Alan.
Alan's vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all. Our mission is to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers feel proud, turning health benefits from a cost center into their most valuable investment.
We're building a vertically integrated health partner that seamlessly unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system.
By connecting all aspects of care - private, public, and direct to consumer - we create the most member-centric healthcare experience. Through deep engagement, we empower everyone to overcome day-to-day health obstacles and live healthier lives.
We partner with 35K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached 770M+ in ARR.
Our team of 700 people (still growing) operates across France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, Belgium 🇧🇪, and Canada 🇨🇦.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You would join the product team that builds the AI agents answering our 1M+ members' questions about their health insurance - reimbursements, coverage, claims, account changes and more - instantly and without waiting for a human.
Our AI agents already fully resolve more than 50% of members' questions. Your mission is to push that number further, increase the quality of answers and the trust members place in them, and make our agents work with the other AI agents at Alan, such as Mo our health companion.
Concretely, you will:
- Design and ship LLM-powered agents that understand a member's request, reason over their contract, claims and history, and take real actions on their behalf - building the tools, retrieval and context pipelines that give them the right information at the right moment
- Make our agents interoperate with other AI agents across Alan, such as Mo: handing off conversations, sharing context and calling each other's capabilities, so members get one seamless experience
- Bring automated resolution to new channels, starting with AI phone support: real-time voice conversations with the same quality bar as written ones
- Own evaluation: build datasets, automated evals and quality monitoring so we know an agent is right before members see it
- Measure and improve resolution rate, answer quality and member satisfaction in production, iterating fast on prompts, models and architecture
- Work hand in hand with care experts and product to identify the next topics the AI can fully resolve
⚡ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Direct Impact: Every point of automated resolution means members get help instantly, when they need it the most - and directly drives Alan's scaling, growth and profitability.
- Applied AI at scale: You won't build demos. You'll ship AI agents that handle hundreds of thousands of real conversations per month in a regulated, high-stakes domain, where accuracy truly matters.
- Frontier problems: Agentic workflows, tool use, evaluation, safety and guardrails, cost and latency trade-offs - you'll tackle the hardest open questions in production LLM systems.
- Ownership & Growth: Influence product direction, mentor other engineers, and lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access.
🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Technical Requirements:
- 5+ years building scalable software systems
- Strong backend experience (Python is a plus)
- Hands-on experience building products with LLMs (agents, tool calling, RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation) - ideally shipped to production
- An evaluation mindset: you know how to measure whether an AI system is actually good, and how to make it better
What we value:
- You love turning complex problems into elegant solutions
- You care about the "why" behind what you build, not just the "how"
- You stay on top of a fast-moving AI landscape and are pragmatic about what really works
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority)
Mission Alignment:
- Healthcare technology excites you
- You understand that insurance isn't just about money - it's about access to care
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of product interaction.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.
Our stack is React, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL in a monorepo. If you are not familiar with this stack but are a keen learner, it is totally fine. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.

About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager, Platform Experience to own the customer-facing experience across the Ondo Finance App — the single interface through which users discover, understand, buy, sell, trade, and manage Ondo's products (Stocks, Treasuries, Portfolios, and more).
This role owns the quality and coherence of the end-to-end user experience, with a particular focus on retention, usability, and long-term customer value. You'll turn complex financial and blockchain infrastructure into simple, intuitive, and trustworthy product.
This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other Product leaders to define strategy, prioritize opportunities, write clear requirements, and ship meaningful improvements. Our product management function is young and fast-moving — you'll help define it from the ground up, which makes this a high-ownership, high-visibility role.
Target Outcomes
A cohesive, high-quality core experience: Ondo’s customer-facing surfaces feel like one unified platform across products and workflows, with a consistent and intuitive experience across web and eventually mobile.
Simple, intuitive investing and trading workflows: Users can confidently buy, sell, trade, and manage their portfolios across experiences like limit orders, order books, DCA, notifications, transaction history, reporting, and tax workflows.
Financial complexity made accessible: Sophisticated concepts such as order books, bid/ask pricing, settlement, and onchain transactions are translated into clear, low-friction experiences without sacrificing the functionality sophisticated users expect.
Stronger retention and long-term customer value: The core product gives users compelling reasons to return, manage more of their financial activity through Ondo, and deepen their engagement over time.
Measurably better product performance: Clear metrics and feedback loops are established around usability, retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction, with insights consistently translated into product improvements.
Customer-informed product decisions: Qualitative research and quantitative signals shape prioritization, ensuring the roadmap addresses meaningful customer problems rather than relying on internal assumptions.
Reliable end-to-end execution: High-impact product initiatives move effectively from discovery and problem definition through launch, measurement, and iteration, with strong coordination across Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
A scalable foundation for Ondo’s product ecosystem: Core experiences and patterns are built to support new products and capabilities as Ondo expands, without creating a fragmented or increasingly complex customer experience.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, including owning customer-facing products from concept through launch.
A track record of building and shipping high-quality consumer or prosumer products, with a sharp instinct for intuitive, low-friction UX.
Experience with fintech, brokerage, investing, trading, payments, crypto, or other sophisticated financial products.
A working understanding of capital markets and financial product mechanics — trading, order books, execution, settlement, and liquidity.
Genuine, hands-on familiarity with crypto and DeFi products; a working knowledge of onchain financial primitives.
Strong analytical skills — able to define metrics, evaluate performance, and use data to drive prioritization.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write sharp, well-reasoned PRDs and explain tradeoffs to both engineers and executives.
High ownership, strong organization, and comfort operating independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment — able to get the right people in a room, ask the right questions, and move things forward without top-down direction.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority.
US-hours based (preference per current team structure).
Nice to have
Experience building brokerage, investing, trading, neobanking, or wealth-management products.
Experience with tokenization, real-world assets (RWAs), or onchain financial infrastructure.
Familiarity with decentralized exchanges, wallets, smart contracts, or blockchain transaction flows.
Experience designing for both sophisticated and first-time financial users.
Experience working closely with Legal, Compliance, Operations, or market-structure teams.
Experience in a strong product and design culture.
What we offer
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO)
Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices
A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, Pinterest, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap, Phantom
Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures

Alan exists to end the wait.

We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Business Lead, you will be commercially responsible for the success of a new product at Ramp. The mandate is to do whatever it takes to grow the business. You will be expected to identify and resolve internal and external bottlenecks, often with limited guidance and support. You will set the strategy, prove out new bets, and influence how hundreds of go‑to‑market teammates sell and support the product. It’s an opportunity to run a “business within the business” at a meaningful scale while working directly with Ramp’s senior leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set the strategy: Define the target customer, value proposition, pricing, packaging, and GTM approach.
- Own the plan and results: Set goals, measure progress, and take action when the things are off track.
- Drive cross-functional execution: Align stakeholders from different teams around clear priorities and goals.
- Own feedback loops: Work with customers and turn feedback into product and go-to-market changes.
- Build for scale: Identify resource needs, create repeatable processes, and transition mature work to the appropriate long-term teams.

What the Role Is
Babylist is hiring a
Senior Experiential Producer
for a 6-month engagement who's comfortable leading the strategy, creative direction, and production of events — from marquee Registry Weekend events to partner-sponsored showroom takeovers and brand pop-ups. You'll take a loose brief and own it end to end: concept, creative, vendors, budget, and show-running inside our NYC showroom in Soho. You own how each individual event is conceived and brought to life. Expect several events moving at once, each at a different stage, from early concept through post-event recap.
This is a hybrid role based out of NYC with required presence at the NYC Showroom at least 3 days a week with the occasional weekend. On event days, hours could stretch earlier and later to cover load-in (as early as 7am) and breakdown (as late as 9pm), but that's specific to event days, not the norm.
Events you’d be responsible for and expected to be on site for:
Overview of Events, Pop-ups and Brand Activations
October
10/27 Venue Rentals:
A partner-rented panel discussion hosted in our owned-and-operated space. The producer serves as the primary venue point of contact — leading walkthroughs, sharing our approved vendor list, and handling the logistics that let the outside team produce smoothly on their own.
November
11/9 and 11/10 Venue Rentals:
Two partner-rented activations in our owned-and-operated event space. The producer serves as the primary venue point of contact — leading walkthroughs, sharing our approved vendor list, and handling the logistics that let the outside team produce smoothly on their own. With back to back events, producers will need to ensure that load in and break down is done seamlessly.
December
12/5–12/6 Registry Weekend:
Babylist's signature two-day consumer event welcoming 2,000 people in our showroom featuring approximately 8–10 brand partners, educational programming, product demonstrations, gifting, food and beverage, and immersive guest experiences.
12/9: Social Impact Event:
A custom partner-sponsored showroom experience featuring branded storytelling, product education, curated guest experiences, décor, food and beverage, gifting, and influencer programming.
January
1/14 and 1/28: Babylist-produced Event:
Two custom partner-sponsored showroom experiences featuring branded storytelling, product education, curated guest experiences, décor, food and beverage, gifting, and influencer programming.
February
2/6–2/7 Registry Weekend:
Babylist's signature two-day consumer event welcoming 2,000 people in our showroom featuring approximately 8–10 brand partners, educational programming, product demonstrations, gifting, food and beverage, and immersive guest experiences.
Who You Are
Comfortable leading strategy, concepting, and production of an event, start to finish — this isn't a role where someone else hands you the concept.
Deeply plugged into the brand activation + experiential world — you know what the coolest brand activations out there look like, you know what's trending, and you have impeccable taste to bring it to life.
Able to originate the concept yourself — you can build a mood board and a full concept deck from scratch, not just execute someone else's vision.
Track record producing design-driven brand experiences and pop-ups — you know the process of turning a brief into a full-blown event, from décor to negotiating with vendors to custom fabrication.
Able to run large and small-scale event productions — you feel just as comfortable executing a 500+ person event at the Babylist Showroom as back-to-back 10–15 person influencer gatherings on consecutive weekends.
Comfortable holding several events at overlapping stages at once — one in planning, one in production, one in recap — without dropping a thread.
Experienced building and managing vendor budgets (catering, rentals, florals, fabrication, AV, photography) and keeping production on time and on budget.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Set the strategy and concept for individual events — mood boards, decks, layouts, décor, spatial planning — then produce them yourself, concept through strike.
Produce Babylist's signature Registry Weekend events in New York and lead partner-sponsored showroom experiences, from 15-person influencer gatherings to 500+ person multi-programming events.
Turn concepts and approved briefs into real production plans, timelines, and workbacks, and lead the planning meetings that keep internal teams and vendors aligned.
Source and manage production vendors — rentals, florals, fabrication, AV, photography, signage, catering — and oversee logistics from delivery through installation and breakdown.
Run load-in, show, and strike onsite, owning the run of show and troubleshooting in real time.
Wrap up production post-event, document learnings, and feed them into Babylist's internal recap process and the next event's planning.
Keep a rolling calendar moving — often conceiving the next quarter's Registry Weekend while still executing the current one
