ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.

Provectus is a Premier AWS Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, featured in Forrester's AI Technical Services Landscape. We are roughly 420 engineers building production AI for enterprise clients in Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Retail, and Entertainment. We build custom generative AI and agentic AI systems on live client data, not off the shelf products and not demos.
We are hiring a Senior Solution/Product Owner for our AI Delivery practice, a forward deployed seat at the intersection of frontier AI and enterprise transformation. You will own both the story and the delivery for client engagements built on Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, and Blueprint Activation. In one week you might frame an ROI case for a CFO, align a healthcare or financial services stakeholder on a compliant GenAI rollout, and pair with a Forward Deployed Engineer to wire an MCP integration or ship a Claude Code harness.
What You Will Do:
Own client engagements end to end, from use case framing and business case through scoped delivery, first deployment, and measurable results
Define the value proposition, positioning, and reusable artifacts for your assigned Program or Blueprint, and align sales, delivery, and account teams around them
Build business cases covering market fit, ROI, and competitive positioning, and translate them into scoped statements of work
Run discovery, use case validation, design thinking workshops, and user research, and turn findings into demos and production deployments
Stand up Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, or Blueprint Activation on live client data, driving rapid prototyping from use case to context to result
Build hands on with the Provectus delivery stack, including Claude, Claude Code, MCP servers, connectors, Skills, and plugins
Define product vision and roadmap for GenAI, LLM, RAG, and agentic AI engagements, and judge solution quality alongside architects and engineers
Break complex work into incremental releases, and balance delivery speed against technical debt and architecture
Lead Agile and Scrum execution across backlog, sprint planning, and release, following our Sprint, Enable, Realize engagement model
Define success metrics and analytics, and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis
Contribute to the measurement framework behind our board level AI Maturity Index, ROI signal, and cost read
Support change management, stakeholder alignment, enablement, and reusable playbooks so wins repeat across accounts
What You Will Bring:
5 to 7+ years in product ownership, solution ownership, technical product management, or delivery leadership
3 to 5+ years working with AI/ML, generative AI, LLM applications, agentic systems, or data platforms
Deep domain expertise in Financial Services and Insurance and/or Healthcare and Life Sciences, ideally in a client facing or consulting context
Track record operating forward deployed or embedded with clients, as a Forward Deployed Engineer or Forward Deployed Expert, including hands on prototyping
Proven ability to take an offering, program, or product from zero to one and land it as real client delivery
Daily working use of Claude, Claude Code, and similar GenAI tools, including building your own skills, workflows, and productivity tooling
Comfort with MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations, connectors, and custom agent harnesses
Understanding of GenAI and agentic patterns, including prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agent frameworks, deep enough to assess quality and translate it for executive stakeholders
Data fundamentals: what ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data governance mean in an enterprise context
Familiarity with AWS as a primary cloud platform, including Bedrock, and working awareness of MLOps and AI observability
Strong Agile and Scrum experience, and familiarity with outcome based, milestone priced consulting engagements
Design thinking, data driven decision making, and executive storytelling that holds up in front of a CFO or CIO
Enough engineering empathy to earn credibility with senior engineers and solutions architects on day one
Bias to action and structured problem solving in ambiguity
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City metro area, and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Nice To Have:
A second priority vertical beyond your primary Financial Services or Healthcare focus
Prior experience in an AWS Premier Partner or Anthropic partner environment
Claude Certified Architect, Seller, or Developer certification, or willingness to complete one early
Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or AWS, Azure, or GCP
Software development or solutions engineering background
What We Offer:
Base salary range of $140,000 to $180,000 USD depending on experience
Frontier delivery work across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare
The chance to shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside Principal Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them
Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match
Unlimited PTO
Access to the latest AI tools and premium subscriptions
Internal training programs with full support for AWS and Claude certifications
Hybrid work in San Francisco or New York

About the role
We’re hiring a Sales Execution & NA Enablement Lead to raise how our enterprise sellers plan, pursue, and win complex, technical deals. This is not a traditional training role. You’ll set the standard for what great enterprise selling looks like, turn it into artifacts and operating rhythms, and make sure sellers and managers actually use it.
The role has two mandates: own key global sales execution programs, and act as the primary Enablement partner to North America sales leadership. You’ll work closely with the Global Head of Enablement, Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product Marketing, Product & Technical Enablement, and FDE.
What you’ll do
- Own enterprise sales execution: Build and operationalize the critical artifacts that drive excellent sales execution.
- Enable sellers to win technical enterprise deals: Coach reps to build business cases with champions, read 10-Ks, and connect ElevenLabs capabilities to measurable outcomes for technical and economic buyers.
- Partner with NA leadership on enablement: Diagnose field gaps and adapt global programs to NA needs, including competitive positioning, developer-led motions, and vertical playbooks.
- Facilitate globally: Lead highly engaging, practical sales execution sessions, not just build the programs behind them.
- Manage the coaching and operating rhythm: Embed selling standards and artifacts into how managers inspect deals and coach sellers.
- Build the foundation for a vertical selling motion: Lay the groundwork for vertical selling, which is becoming a global priority, not just an NA need.
- Execute in an AI-native way: Use AI to scale coaching, practice, and reinforcement, going beyond general AI fluency.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in enterprise sales leadership and enablement experience, ideally in an AI-native or developer-focused company
- Excellence building and operationalizing value-selling artifacts across sales org with measurable results
- Experience with MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or similar methodologies, and the judgment to adapt them
- Experience enabling frontline sales managers and building strong coaching methodologies
- AI fluency, and comfort building in a fast-growing environment where the operating model is still taking shape
- Enough technical depth to credibly support sellers selling to developers and technical buyers
- Proven cross-functional influence across Sales, RevOps, PMM, Product, and FDE teams
- Bonus: Experience working in voice AI

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Global GTM Talent Lead to own hiring for the Revenue organization worldwide. You will serve as the CRO’s primary talent partner and lead regional Talent leaders and their teams across North America, LATAM, EMEA, UAE, and APAC. Your mandate is to bring global cohesion to how we plan, assess, and hire revenue talent, with accountability for hiring quality, speed, and predictability. This is a high visibility role: your hiring plan underpins revenue commitments to the board.
- Set and deliver the global Revenue hiring strategy. Translate business priorities into clear plans for each team and region, building alignment with executive leaders, Finance, RevOps, and Talent. Partner with RevOps on capacity and headcount planning, connecting coverage, productivity, ramp, and attrition assumptions to hiring needs. Bring a clear point of view on priorities, sequencing, and achievable commitments, and adjust plans as the business changes.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing global recruiting organization. Coach, develop, and hire regional Talent leaders, set clear expectations, and give teams the support and resources they need to succeed. Strengthen leadership capability, address performance gaps, and align recruiting capacity with business priorities.
- Own hiring outcomes and the global bar for revenue talent. Partner with Revenue leaders to define excellence by role and level, and embed it in sourcing, assessment, and hiring decisions. Build the team’s ability to attract and close exceptional sellers and revenue leaders. Own delivery from hiring plan through accepted offer and start date, meeting ambitious goals for both quality and speed.
- Make hiring measurably better. Build trusted relationships and a regular decision-making cadence with the CRO, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional partners. Set clear metrics, track progress, and act early on risks. Partner with Talent Ops to improve systems, tools, processes, and the use of AI, so hiring is demonstrably faster and more efficient.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have led Talent through hypergrowth at a company that grew 3x or more in two years, owning delivery of hundreds to thousands of hires annually across multiple regions and time zones. You have maintained a high talent bar while meeting aggressive hiring goals.
- You have built and led teams of recruiting leaders, with a track record of developing strong managers, improving performance, and making necessary people decisions. You lead through your teams and are fully hands on, holding yourself to an even higher standard than those around you.
- You have been a trusted advisor to executives, shaping decisions and changing plans through your insight and judgment. You can credibly partner with C-Suite, RevOps, and Finance on workforce assumptions, translate them into achievable hiring commitments, and bring stakeholders into alignment.
- You bring deep expertise in attracting and closing revenue talent, alongside a clear view of how recruiting should evolve. You have improved hiring speed and efficiency through better processes, tools, and data, and can articulate where AI should change the work and where human judgment remains essential.
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere. Preference for candidates US-East or GMT timezones.

Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are looking for a Business Development & Partner Manager to own two complementary revenue motions simultaneously: converting partner-sourced leads into Provectus clients, and building a self-sourced pipeline from scratch.
The first motion sits at the heart of our Anthropic and AWS partnership. They share qualified enterprise leads with us. Your job is to receive those leads, run the full sales cycle, and close them — making Provectus the AI implementation partner of choice for Anthropic's enterprise accounts. Beyond converting inbound leads, you will actively grow the relationship: joint pipeline reviews, co-marketing, partner tier maintenance, and expanding the number of Anthropic field reps who think of Provectus first when they have an implementation need.
The second motion is yours to own. You will prospect independently, build relationships, and close deals with enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences without a partner assist — operating as a true full-cycle business developer.
Responsibilities:
New logo hunting
Prospect independently into enterprise accounts in target verticals (FSI, Life Sciences) using outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
Build and maintain a personal network of enterprise decision-makers and economic buyers on the East Coast.
Partner motion — Anthropic channel
Act as Provectus's primary point of contact with Anthropic's partner and field sales teams.
Receive, qualify, and own enterprise leads shared by Anthropic; act as the primary point of contact from first conversation to signed SOW.
Identify new co-sell and joint go-to-market opportunities within Anthropic's product and field motion.
Maintain a healthy joint pipeline with Anthropic's partner and sales teams; lead quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into compelling client propositions.
Represent Provectus at Anthropic partner events, executive briefings, and ecosystem calls.
Drive partner tier maintenance and upgrade — certifications, co-marketing activations, case study production.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with Provectus delivery leads and Architects to scope proposals accurately — you are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Feed market intelligence — buyer objections, competitive dynamics, vertical patterns — back to leadership and marketing.
What You Need to Succeed:
3-7 years of experience in business development, partner/alliance management — with at least part of that in a consulting firm.
Experience converting partner-sourced leads through a full enterprise sales cycle (discovery to signed SOW).
Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle independently: prospecting through close, without dedicated BDR support.
Experience selling complex, multi-month consulting engagements (statement-of-work deals, not SaaS subscriptions).
Excellent executive-level communication skills — written, verbal, and in-room presence at C-suite and VP level.
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience in selling AI/ML services, LLM-based products, or cloud data.
Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities.
Proven track record managing an Anthropic, AWS, or GCP partner relationship — co-selling, joint pipeline, MDF, or co-marketing would be a plus.

About the Team
The People Strategy & Transformation (PST) is PointClickCare's HR strategy, organizational design, and portfolio management pillar. The team includes HR Business Partners, Organizational Design & Effectiveness, People Experience, and the HR Strategy & Enablement function, with a dotted-line partnership to Internal Communications. PST is responsible for ensuring HR's work across every Center of Excellence is planned, resourced, sequenced, and tracked against business outcomes — spanning a portfolio of Pillar Initiatives, Cross-Pillar Projects, and Program Roll-Ups delivered across all four HR solution groups.
Position Summary:
The Director, People Strategy and HR Portfolio (Project) Management s is the VP, People Strategy & Transformation's strategic thought partner in building and running PointClickCare's HR Portfolio Management Office (HR PMO) — co-designing the strategy, governance model, capacity methodology, and dashboard reporting that let HR plan, resource, and track its work against business outcomes. This is a net-new function: no HR PMO currently exists at PointClickCare, and this role will design these mechanics in partnership with the VP rather than operate a system someone else has already built.
Operating with significant design authority but without direct reports or final decision rights on cross-functional trade-offs, this role earns influence through the credibility of the mechanics it builds and runs. It operates across all four HR solution groups without formal authority over any of them, serves as the VP's thought partner on HR strategy and the HR SLT prioritization process, and convenes HR initiative stakeholders and Internal Communications to coordinate how HR's work reaches the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and run the HR Portfolio Management Office’s core operating mechanics
Design and maintain the capacity management methodology, including the heat map model and the oversubscription thresholds used to flag resourcing conflicts across HR COEs
Own and run the Portfolio Council governance cadence end to end — intake, capacity check, tier assignment, publish, mid-quarter check, and close-out
Build and maintain the integrated HR initiative dashboard, ensuring data currency and accuracy across every active Pillar Initiative, Cross-Pillar Project, and Program Roll-Up
Example deliverable: a quarterly Portfolio Council capacity heat map showing every HR COE’s current initiative load, used to approve or defer new initiative intake
Serve as strategic thought partner to the VP, People Strategy & Transformation
Co-design the HR SLT prioritization process and criteria used to evaluate and sequence HR initiatives each planning cycle
Co-design the OKR and scorecard measurement architecture — what gets measured, how it rolls up, and the cadence it runs on
Co-author and stress-test the HR Strategy on a Page, contributing independent analysis before it is finalized by the VP
Example deliverable: a documented HR SLT prioritization framework — criteria, weighting, and process — adopted for the FY28 planning cycle
Own capacity management and project plan oversight across the full HR initiative portfolio
Track progress against committed business outcomes, not activity completion alone, across every active HR initiative
Maintain consistent project plan structure, milestone tracking, and dependency mapping in partnership with each initiative’s named Delivery Lead
Proactively surface cross-COE capacity collisions and resourcing conflicts before they reach Portfolio Council
Example deliverable: a consolidated project plan view across all active Program Roll-Ups, flagging dependency risk before it affects a committed milestone
Convene HR initiative stakeholders and Internal Communications on a recurring cadence
Establish and run a recurring go-to-market coordination cadence bringing together initiative Delivery Leads and Internal Communications
Sequence the timing and stakeholder readiness of HR initiative rollouts to the business, avoiding duplicate or conflicting messages landing in the same window
Maintain a shared go-to-market calendar visible to HR SLT, showing what is launching, when, and to whom
Example deliverable: a quarterly HR go-to-market calendar sequencing every planned initiative rollout to the business, reviewed and approved by HR SLT before the quarter begins
Represent HR in enterprise planning and governance forums
Serve as the primary operational liaison to the Strategic Delivery Office, aligning HR’s initiative classification and intake practices to enterprise taxonomy
Represent HR’s initiative portfolio and capacity picture in the Corporate Strategy Group’s quarterly planning cadence
Flag enterprise-level dependencies or conflicts affecting HR’s ability to deliver against committed priorities
Example deliverable: HR’s consolidated initiative and capacity submission into the Corporate Strategy Group’s quarterly planning sprint, reflecting current Portfolio Council status
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10–15 years of experience in program/portfolio management, management consulting, or a PMO leadership capacity, including demonstrated experience designing — not only operating — portfolio governance, capacity management, or OKR measurement systems
A track record serving as a strategic thought partner to a senior leader, with evidence of shaping that leader's thinking rather than only executing direction
Demonstrated experience operating in matrixed, cross-functional environments without formal authority over the teams being coordinated
Strong data and dashboard fluency — comfortable architecting reporting tools and the metrics model behind them, not just maintaining an existing build
Executive-level communication skills — this role prepares materials for and interacts directly with VP-level stakeholders across every HR pillar
Experience convening cross-functional stakeholder groups to coordinate sequencing and alignment on complex, multi-team initiatives
Preferred Experience:
Experience building a PMO or governance function from scratch, in a design capacity, rather than operating within an already-mature one
HR domain experience, including familiarity with COE structures and business-outcome-linked workforce initiatives
Experience partnering with internal communications or marketing functions on coordinated, multi-stakeholder rollouts

In this role, you will review alerts generated by our in-house monitoring tools, conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses, exercise sound risk-based judgement, and make informed decisions and well-reasoned recommendations. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, clearly communicate the results of your findings, and accurately document investigations in our case management tool. Through your reviews, you will identify potentially fraudulent or high-risk merchants, as well as genuine merchants who may be victims of fraud, and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate risk in both scenarios.
What your responsibilities will be:
- Demonstrate a proficient understanding of acquiring risk and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of card schemes’ rules.
- Conduct comprehensive background checks on merchants and perform in-depth analysis and risk investigations using multiple internal and external resources, with a focus on high-priority and complex cases.
- Complete complex tasks and milestones within tactical initiatives, special projects, and process-improvement activities.
- Assist with quality assurance and mentor Analyst I colleagues by providing guidance and support, particularly on complex investigations.
- Educate merchants and relevant stakeholders on fraud and dispute-management practices to support effective risk mitigation.
- Create and communicate clear reports to relevant stakeholders on merchant risk concerns, investigation outcomes, and recommended actions.
- Use AI tools effectively and responsibly to support research, analysis, documentation, and operational efficiency, while applying appropriate human judgement and oversight.
- Suggest innovative ideas and provide feedback to enhance processes, controls, tools, and infrastructure, striving for continuous improvement in risk-monitoring operations.
What you will need to be successful (skills and competencies)
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Risk, Management, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrable knowledge or experience in the payment processing industry, e-commerce, acquiring risk, fraud and dispute management, and card schemes’ rules.
- Proficient in managing structured processes and consistently identifying opportunities to streamline approaches and improve operational efficiency.
- Exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to make informed, risk-based decisions in complex and time-sensitive situations.
- Skilled at working collaboratively and communicating effectively, with the ability to positively influence stakeholders across various departments.
- Capable of adapting to fast-paced and agile settings while managing demanding timelines, priorities, and schedules.
- Proficient in English; additional fluency in French is a plus.
- Demonstrates acute attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and effective time management.
- Strong mentoring and training abilities, with the confidence to guide and support less experienced analysts.
- AI fluent, with the ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs critically and use AI tools effectively and responsibly in risk-monitoring activities.
Experience you will bring to the role:
- As an Analyst II, you are expected to bring your experience in performing relevant analyses and conducting investigations for suspected fraudulent merchants and action flags in a timely manner.
- You should possess strong verbal and written communication skills to document and articulate the requirements, analysis and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to the stakeholders and customers.
- You must have a solution-driven approach with exemplary investigative and critical thinking skills.
- You must also be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, working independently with little supervision, and possessing good decision-making, time management, and organizational skills.
- You will assist in mentoring and guiding junior analysts, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development. You should also possess the ability to escalate and resolve complex issues and questions, serving as a primary point of contact for such matters.
- You should demonstrate proven ability to assist in projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re launching dedicated Digital Natives coverage in North America, a new team built to serve companies whose products and business models are built around technology. These are cloud-first, developer-led organizations that build fast, scale fast, and evaluate vendors the way engineers do.
This is a named account role with a focused portfolio of the most strategic digital native companies in the region. You will be full-cycle - driving new business, as well as expansion inside organizations where the buyer is often a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Head of Product, and where adoption frequently starts with a developer and an API key before it becomes an enterprise relationship. Your job is to find that momentum, multi-thread across technical and business stakeholders, and turn it into durable, multi-product partnerships.
These aren’t transactional engagements. You’ll architect solutions that span across our ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI platforms that require cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes, and bring field intelligence directly into our product roadmap. You’re not just executing a playbook, you’re writing it.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Own and grow a focused portfolio of named digital-native accounts in North America, driving both net-new business and expansion
- Identify where our technology is already being used or evaluated inside an account and convert developer-led adoption into company-wide commitments
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across product lines, teams, and use cases
- Scope and close large ($xM+), complex deals, including multi-product, usage-based, and custom commercial structures
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across engineering, product, platform, and executive stakeholders
- Act as a strategic advisor on how AI voice and multi-modal agents fit into customers’ product roadmaps and architecture
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships to deliver and expand value
- Translate patterns from this segment into repeatable frameworks, offerings, and product insights that inform how we expand Digital Natives coverage to other regions and verticals
- Feed learnings from the field into the product roadmap and the broader strategic sales playbook
- Drive creative outbound and high-touch engagement strategies (onsites, technical deep dives, exec briefings, developer and founder events)
REQUIREMENTS
- 6-10+ years of quota-carrying experience with a focus on strategic or enterprise accounts
- Experience selling to technology companies, high-growth startups, or developer-led organizations, ideally API, infrastructure, or platform products
- Proven track record of closing and expanding seven-figure+ deals within named accounts
- Experience leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles where engineering and product leaders are the primary decision-makers
- Strong ability to drive land-and-expand motions, including converting self-serve or usage-based adoption into enterprise agreements
- Experience scoping consultative, custom deals that go beyond standard SKUs
- Deep technical fluency, able to engage CTOs and engineering leaders credibly on APIs, integrations, latency, and architecture
- Executive presence with the ability to influence founders and C-suite stakeholders on long-term AI strategy
- Track record of translating customer needs into product feedback and roadmap influence
- Creative, self-driven approach to outbound and pipeline generation
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment, building a new coverage model from scratch
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements (onsites, QBRs, executive meetings)
- Strong bias toward action, ownership, and leveraging AI in day-to-day workflows
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
