ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building it's UK business from the ground up. We are looking for a Director of Partnerships to be the senior commercial owner of Ramp’s partner ecosystem in the UK: creating the relationships, market presence, and repeatable routes to revenue that help make Ramp a category-defining company in the region.
Reporting to the VP of Channel Sales, you will operate as a founder for Partnerships in London. You will build a focused partner strategy, develop executive-level relationships, and turn the right relationships into durable commercial outcomes. You will work closely with the UK go-to-market team and cross-functional leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to make partnerships a meaningful driver of market entry and long-term growth.
This is not a role for someone looking to inherit a mature playbook. The right person is entrepreneurial, commercially sharp, and comfortable creating clarity where there is none. They can move from a first meeting with a senior executive to a clear point of view, an internal plan, and disciplined follow-through.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute Ramp’s UK partnerships strategy, identifying the partner categories and individual relationships that can accelerate awareness, pipeline, customer value, and long-term market position
- Build and maintain senior relationships across the UK ecosystem, including accounting, private equity and venture capital firms, professional-services and consulting firms, financial institutions, technology partners, and other high-leverage channels
- Work alongside the UK Channel Partner Managers, aligning the broader ecosystem strategy with Ramp’s dedicated motions and creating leverage across shared relationships
- Develop a focused partnership plan for priority relationships: articulate the joint value proposition, define the commercial path, and create mutual accountability for progress
- Generate measurable commercial impact by sourcing and influencing pipeline, creating warm paths to target customers, and supporting strategic deals through partner relationships
- Represent Ramp with credibility at executive meetings, industry events, and partner forums, building the company’s reputation as a serious, long-term UK partner
- Serve as the internal voice of the UK partner market, translating relationship intelligence, customer needs, and market dynamics into actionable input for Sales, Product, Marketing, and leadership
- Build the operating cadence for the function, including account plans, partnership scorecards, executive briefs, pipeline visibility, and clear follow-through across internal and external stakeholders
- Help shape Ramp’s broader UK and European go-to-market strategy as the market, team, and partnership portfolio grow
What You Need
- 10+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, alliances, or go-to-market leadership, with a demonstrated record of building senior relationships and driving commercial outcomes
- A proven track record of owning revenue, quota, influenced pipeline, or similarly concrete commercial goals in a complex B2B environment
- Executive presence and sound judgment: you can earn credibility with senior partner leaders and represent Ramp confidently in consequential conversations
- A builder mindset. You have launched a territory, vertical, business line, or partner motion, and know how to create a plan and operating rhythm from a blank page
- The ability to turn broad relationships into specific opportunities, navigate multiple stakeholders, and maintain momentum through long sales and partnership cycles
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to decide where Ramp should invest and make a clear, data-informed case to senior leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build a compelling partnership narrative and align cross-functional teams around it
- AI fluency as a daily habit. Ramp is a builder culture: if you do not instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment
- Ability to work five days per week from Ramp’s London office, with willingness to travel across the UK and continental Europe as needed
Nice to Haves
- Experience selling or partnering into private equity, financial services, consulting, enterprise technology, or high-growth software companies
- Experience in fintech, financial software, payments, spend management, or the office of the CFO technology ecosystem
- An established UK network of senior commercial, investment, operating, or technology leaders
- Experience building a new market or international go-to-market motion
- Fluency in an additional European language
Why Ramp
- Own one of Ramp’s most important external-facing growth mandates as we build the UK business
- Work directly with senior leaders across Channel, Sales, Product, and Marketing, with the autonomy to shape the market strategy and the accountability to deliver commercial outcomes
- Build at the intersection of fintech, AI, and enterprise software at a company redefining how businesses manage spend

SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT | LATAM
Our Solutions Architecture team connects business priorities with practical technical solutions, helping customers understand how Chainalysis can support their most important objectives.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership throughout the customer journey. You will turn complex requirements into clear recommendations, help customers envision how our products fit into their operating environment, and guide them toward measurable business outcomes.
As a Solutions Architect, you'll develop a deep understanding of Chainalysis solutions and the problems our customers are trying to solve. You'll explain complex concepts in a clear, compelling way to technical practitioners, business leaders, and executive stakeholders. You'll also build practical, customer-specific solutions that support deployment, integration, adoption, and long-term value.
In this role, you'll:
- Serve as a core member of the account team, partnering closely with Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
- Take ownership of customer outcomes across the full lifecycle, from initial discovery and solution design through investigation support, compliance program delivery, deployment, enablement, adoption, and expansion.
- Lead discovery conversations that uncover customer objectives, operational pain points, use cases, technical constraints, and success criteria.
- Translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements, solution designs, and implementation paths.
- Articulate Chainalysis capabilities in a way that is relevant to each customer's compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, or security environment.
- Create tailored demonstrations, proof-of-value experiences, and technical narratives that show how Chainalysis can address customer priorities.
- Conduct blockchain investigations, deliver compliance and regulatory guidance, and build technical solutions such as notebooks, dashboards, automation workflows, data integrations, reference architectures, and agentic workflows.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows that accelerate and automate investigations, analysis, and customer processes, adapted to each customer's operating model, data, controls, and risk framework.
- Design automation that fits into existing compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, or security operations rather than requiring customers to redesign how they work.
- Help customers access and operationalize Chainalysis data through APIs, integrations, and fit-for-purpose technical patterns.
- Provide guidance on solution architecture, API implementation, workflow design, data movement, and integration considerations.
- Drive platform adoption by connecting customer workflows to Chainalysis capabilities and identifying new use cases.
- Identify creative, responsible approaches to difficult customer problems, while balancing speed, scalability, security, maintainability, and measurable impact.
- Build trust through sound technical judgment, clear communication, reliable execution, and a strong understanding of the customer's business.
- Assemble the technical evidence base, including outcome data, consumption metrics, adoption analysis, and expansion signals, that supports quarterly impact reporting and renewal conversations.
- Build customer capability and self-sufficiency rather than creating ongoing dependence on the Solutions Architecture team.
- Own the feedback loop between customers and Product/Engineering, translating field insights and feature requirements into product improvements and bringing those improvements back to customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, meeting them at their current level of crypto-maturity and partnering with them to advance their understanding, processes, and outcomes.
- Represent Chainalysis at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Contribute to the wider Solutions Architecture team through reusable assets, knowledge sharing, internal initiatives, and better ways of working.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Several years of experience in one or more relevant areas, such as financial services, compliance, investigations, fraud, cybersecurity, digital assets, transaction monitoring, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise product management.
- Experience making complex technical or operational concepts understandable to different audiences.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- A creative, structured, and investigative approach to solving challenging customer problems.
- Comfort working with technical tools and learning new technologies quickly. Experience with Python or another programming language, SQL, data analysis, notebooks, workflow automation, APIs, integrations, or AI tools is valuable.
- The curiosity and initiative to develop technical depth over time; you do not need to arrive with a complete technical stack, but you should enjoy investigating how things work and building the skills to solve new problems.
- The ability to operate effectively when requirements are ambiguous, information is incomplete, or the best path forward has not yet been defined.
- A collaborative, generous approach to working with others, including a willingness to share knowledge, seek input, and improve team practices.
- A demonstrated focus on measurable customer outcomes, not simply technical activity or product usage.
- An interest in blockchain and a desire to keep building your understanding of the technology, the market, and the customers we serve.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

About us
OpenZeppelin is the security standard onchain finance is built on. Founded in 2015, our mission is to accelerate the world's transition to an open financial system, built on open standards and secured by rigorous research.
Our open-source Contract Libraries have facilitated over $35 trillion in onchain value and are used by 10 of the top 10 tokenized money market funds and 9 of the top 10 stablecoins by market cap.
We combine AI-native security tooling with deep research and a decade of audit expertise to support leading institutions and crypto-native teams shaping the next generation of digital assets like DTCC, Fidelity, Coinbase, Uniswap, Aave, the Ethereum Foundation, and many more across the full secure development lifecycle.
Please note:
Always refer to OpenZeppelin's official job page for the most accurate information about our open roles, as we have seen multiple third party job sites posting inaccurate information.
The IT & Security Team
The Information Security function operates independently under our Legal team and owns everything that keeps the OpenZeppelin organization secure. That means managing our Security, Privacy & IT Program end-to-end: our SOC 2 and ISO 27001 posture, vendor and privacy risk, incident response, our bug bounty programs, and the identity, endpoint, and access systems the whole company depends on. It is also the team our customers meet during security diligence. As our enterprise relationships deepen, increasingly with banks and other regulated institutions, our own program must be as credible as the security we deliver to customers.
Today that program is established and audit-ready. The next chapter is turning it into an enterprise-grade security function that stands up to the scrutiny of the most demanding enterprise customers, partners, and regulators, while safely accelerating our adoption of AI across the company.
What you'll be doing
You will own the strategy, design, and continuous maturation of OpenZeppelin's Information Security Program, and be accountable for managing the team executing it. You can issue-spot security and privacy risks before they materialize, explain the principles behind security and compliance controls to auditors and enterprise security teams, and calibrate our security program proportionate to risk.
IT and infrastructure:
Oversee identity and access management, provisioning and onboarding/offboarding, end-user security (MDM, endpoint protection, security training), physical security, disaster recovery, business continuity, and data backup, using automation and AI-powered workflows to make IT and security operations scale faster than headcount.
Strategy, governance and budget:
Set the strategic direction, multi-year roadmap, and risk posture of the Information Security Program; deliver on department OKRs; and own the IT and technology budget, with ultimate responsibility for technology procurement.
AI security and governance:
Own the secure adoption of AI across the company: evolve our AI governance framework, review and approve AI tools and agentic workflows, and secure our agentic infrastructure (identity, least-privilege tool and data access, secrets handling, monitoring, auditability). Manage frontier model providers as critical vendors, covering security and data-handling diligence, retention and training-use commitments, DPAs and subprocessor flow-downs. Meet emerging obligations such as the EU AI Act, so we can make transparent, defensible commitments to enterprise customers about how our products and internal AI usage handle their data.
Compliance, audit and enterprise trust:
Own our audit, certification, and attestation strategy and execution (penetration testing, SOC 2 Type 2, ISO/IEC 27001, successor frameworks) alongside internal security audits; run a third-party and vendor risk management program; and serve as the external face of our security program with customer security teams, regulated financial institutions, and auditors.
Privacy and data governance:
Maintain a comprehensive data map of how data flows into, through, and out of the organization, including flows to model providers and through agentic workflows, with data classification, records of processing, and a vendor/subprocessor inventory. Own privacy compliance in partnership with Legal: GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DPAs and contractual security commitments, and privacy-by-design reviews of new products and features.
Security operations and incident response:
Own the incident response program end-to-end, including playbooks, tabletop exercises, post-incident reviews, and breach-notification obligations in partnership with Legal. Manage our bug bounty programs, and partner with development teams to embed security best practices in the SDLC and our software offerings.
You have
10+ years of Security and IT experience, including 3+ years leading a IT Security and GRC function (not solely IT operations) in a high-growth tech company, with demonstrated ownership of strategy, not just execution.
A demonstrated trajectory toward CISO: you have owned a security program end-to-end, presented to executives or boards, and can articulate the "why" behind every control you have implemented.
Experience securing or governing AI/LLM-enabled products or enterprise AI adoption including agentic systems and third-party model-provider risk, with an ability to apply privacy and data-protection laws and practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) in the AI context.
Nice to have
5+ years working in blockchain or a FinTech with an enterprise client base (e.g., financial services), including navigating rigorous third-party security diligence.

Our interview process takes place on Google Meet or Zoom and tends to consist of the following stages:

MEET THE TEAM 👥
Here at Cleo, we have ~70 Data Scientists (Product Analysts) working embedded into our Pillars ✨ They stay connected and share knowledge consistently through monthly meetings and slack channels to scale approaches and ensure everyone learns in the same way. They thrive through clear communication with their squad and stakeholders to influence product or company decisions, being that bridge between the non-tech and technical sides of the team. We have deeply structured data and a great experimentation culture using StatSig for all analysts to dive into!
ABOUT THE ROLE ✍️
We're hiring a senior analytics leader to own the analytics strategy and operating model across Cleo's Financial Services Product pillars. You'll lead and develop the analytics leadership layer itself - L4/L5 managers and senior ICs - setting company-level standards for metrics, experimentation, and reporting across pillars.
- Own the analytics strategy and operating model across Financial Services Product pillars - coherent measurement, experimentation, and insight cadence mapped to company priorities
- Lead and develop the analytics leadership layer (L4/L5 managers and senior ICs), building a strong bench, growth plans, and succession so the function doesn't rely on any single person
- Drive the experimentation programme as a product - fixing structural issues like single source of truth, standard bucketing, automated conflict detection, sizing and priors - and raise the bar on rigour across squads
- Improve observability of live user flows and metric movements, partnering with Engineering on the event framework and product-health reporting
- Champion responsible use of agentic AI as a force multiplier for analytics, with sensible guardrails
- Partner with Product, Credit, Engineering, Commercial, and ML leadership to shape roadmaps and trade-offs with evidence, giving senior leadership clear visibility on what's driving key metrics
- Set and enforce company-level standards for metrics, experimentation, and reporting, reducing duplicated, siloed work across pillars
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🕵️
- 8+ years in data analytics, data science, BI engineering, or analytics engineering, ideally in a high-growth, product-led company
- Proven management experience of at least 4+ ICs
- Deep experimentation expertise beyond stat-sig testing - fixing structural problems in a testing programme: bucketing, conflicts/collisions, sizing, priors, governance
- A builder's instinct: bias for automation, ownership, and shipping
- Ability to set standards and an operating model that teams actually adopt, measurably improving delivery beyond a single team
- Commercial sense - can translate product/user metrics into revenue, profitability, and LTV, and hold your own with Product Directors and Commercial stakeholders
- Systems thinker, comfortable in a mature, complex product environment with interacting parts (e.g. payments, credit risk, ML models feeding user experience)
- Exec-ready storytelling - can synthesise across pillars, land insight at the right moment, and set and defend targets with senior stakeholders
- Player-coach instinct - creates leverage through delegation, templates, and self-serve, but goes hands-on on the highest-leverage or most ambiguous problems when needed
- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Cursor) as leverage, with the judgement to know when to trust output and when to verify
- Interest in fintech and Cleo's mission to make money easier and more human
- Nice to have: causal inference depth (CUPED, Bayesian methods, PSM, uplift modelling) and the judgement to know when it's worth the effort
- Nice to have: genuine enthusiasm for agentic AI as a force multiplier in analytics workflows
- Nice to have: credit-risk analytics exposure - arrears, defaults, how ML risk models interact with product analytics and UX
- Nice to have: fintech, personal finance, lending, or high-growth consumer subscription experience
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer benefits package built to support you in and out of work. Benefits vary by country 🌍 and include meaningful equity, comprehensive health insurance, mental health support, a paid one-month sabbatical after four years, a learning & development platform, pension or retirement contributions, and location-specific leave entitlements.

SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst — Flosum
About Flosum
Flosum is a Salesforce-native platform company delivering enterprise-grade DevOps, data protection, and security solutions to some of the world's largest organizations. Our product portfolio spans Cloud DevOps, Data Migrator, Data Masking, Data Backup, Org Security, Cloud Trust Center, and Sandbox Synchronization — all built natively on the Salesforce platform. We serve enterprise customers across technology, energy, financial services, healthcare, and federal government. Flosum is a growth-stage company operating with the intensity and speed of a startup backed by the discipline of a mature operator.
The Role
We're hiring a SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst who will own the measurement layer of our entire business. You will be the person who knows every number — ARR, net retention, expansion, churn, pipeline conversion, cost of acquisition, gross margin by product line, services margin, cash flow, and everything in between. You'll work across Salesforce (our CRM and billing system of record) and QuickBooks (our financial system) to build a unified, always-current picture of company performance.
This is not a reporting role. This is an analytical role where you connect revenue operations data to financial outcomes and surface the insights that drive decisions at the CEO level.
What You'll Own
You will build and maintain our SaaS metrics infrastructure — ARR waterfall, cohort retention analysis, revenue recognition schedules, deferred revenue tracking, and unit economics by segment. You will reconcile Salesforce bookings data against QuickBooks revenue entries and ensure we have a single source of truth across both systems. You will produce monthly and quarterly financial and revenue packages for leadership, including variance analysis against plan. You will model scenarios for pricing changes, product bundling, geographic expansion, and headcount investment. You will monitor pipeline health and translate pipeline data into revenue forecasts with documented assumptions. You will own the data integrity between our CRM and accounting systems, flagging discrepancies before they compound. You will support board-level and investor-level reporting with clean, defensible metrics.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
You have three-plus years of experience in SaaS financial analysis, revenue operations, or FP&A at a B2B software company. You are deeply proficient in Salesforce — not as a user, but as someone who understands opportunity objects, product schedules, contract structures, and reporting at a data level. You are equally proficient in QuickBooks Online, including chart of accounts design, revenue categorization, journal entries, and reconciliation workflows. You understand ASC 606 revenue recognition principles and can apply them to a multi-product SaaS business with annual and multi-year contracts. You can build financial models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets — not from templates, from logic. You think in terms of cohorts, not just totals. You understand the difference between bookings, billings, and revenue, and you can explain why each matters. You are precise, skeptical of your own numbers, and obsessive about data integrity.
Preferred
Experience at a company with a mix of subscription revenue and professional services. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or native Salesforce quoting and contract objects. Exposure to investor or board reporting at a growth-stage company. Experience with Marketo or HubSpot data as it relates to CAC and attribution modeling.
Why Flosum
You'll report directly into the CEO's operating rhythm. Your work will not sit in a queue — it will shape hiring plans, product investment, and go-to-market strategy in real time. Flosum is building the definitive platform for Salesforce lifecycle management, and we need someone who can measure every dimension of that growth with precision.

Your Role:
Build and lead a high-velocity production engine that transforms technical concepts into elite, field-ready service and training offerings across the Professional Services Portfolio. This role owns the full collateral and course-delivery lifecycle - from initial brief through go-to-market launch - and is accountable for the platforms, governance, and creative/technical talent that keep the portfolio's content current, on-brand, and field-ready.
The role carries a dual mandate: lead the production engine and serve as the primary link between Production and Sales Enablement/Go-to-Market (GTM), ensuring the portfolio is properly represented in the field. The ideal candidate has managed a diverse staff of technical and creative resources, can work with minimal supervision, and can implement the process changes required to continually mature the team's launch and collateral operations. Technical fluency in network security and vulnerability management is required to evaluate content accuracy and guide the team's technical output.
Your Opportunity:
Strategic Leadership & GTM Alignment
Brand Evolution:
Lead the overhaul of Tenable's corporate “house style” across all One Tenable and Prime assets, and own the Tier 1/2 rebrand timeline.
The Face of Production:
Serve as Professional Services lead for Prime Weekly TV, coordinating with SMEs to deliver high-quality broadcast content on a recurring cadence.
Go-to-Market Liaison:
Act as the bridge between Production, Sales Enablement, and Prime leadership so the collateral roadmap aligns with go-to-market goals and the portfolio is properly represented to the field.
Launch Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute service and training offering launches, including go-to-market and marketing strategy.
Operational Excellence & Platform Governance
The Assembly Line:
Design and manage scalable, repeatable workflows that take content from initial brief to final delivery, replacing ad hoc production with a governed process.
Platform Management:
Own the LMS and training delivery platforms, the global PS collateral library, and access management for all portfolio assets.
Curriculum Development:
Create and maintain appropriate training curricula, collateral and video recordings.
Governance:
Implement rigorous quality and content review standards for all technical and marketing assets, balancing innovation with the ongoing maintenance of existing offerings.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Partner with Services Architects, Portfolio Program Management, and Domain Specialists to design, develop, and maintain professional service and training collateral.
People Leadership & Performance
Global Team Management:
Build and lead a diverse, cross-timezone team of technical and creative professionals spanning multimedia design, technical writing, and video production.
Data-Driven Leadership:
Establish and track day-to-day production metrics - throughput, quality, and cycle time - to hold the team accountable to clear output standards.
Talent Development:
Foster a high-performance culture capable of adapting to rapid shifts in corporate direction, messaging, and strategy.
Quality & Stakeholder Management
Content Standards:
Perform content reviews to assure the technical accuracy, brand alignment, and quality of all portfolio collateral before release.
Stakeholder Interface:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Marketing, Theatre leadership) regarding production requests and timelines.
Risk & Dependency Management:
Identify launch dependencies and production bottlenecks early, and escalate or resolve blockers before they affect GA dates.
What You'll Need:
8+ years of related experience managing people, projects, and cross-functional processes, ideally in a professional-services or training-content environment
3+ years of direct people-management experience leading creative and/or technical production staff
Experience with go-to-market, marketing, or sales-enablement processes for service or training offerings
Exposure to the full content/product delivery lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, production, review, and launch
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field preferred
Working knowledge of network security and vulnerability management; familiarity with Tenable.io, Tenable.sc, and Nessus strongly preferred
Experience administering an LMS and managing a content/collateral library at scale
Familiarity with data and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau) to track portfolio health and production metrics
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
Strong initiative and the ability to work remotely, both self-directed and as part of a geographically distributed team
Ability to manage multiple concurrent launches in an agile, frequently shifting environment
This role may require you to work in a hybrid/on-site capacity at our headquarters in Columbia MD or Boston MA. This position is US-based only
Ability to work remotely in a self-directed manner
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations and meetings
Some Tenable office travel may be required

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
Why this role exists
Higgsfield is one of the fastest-growing generative AI companies in the world. A large share of our revenue already comes from business users, but the product wasn't built for them, and there's no dedicated PM. We need someone to build the B2B and Enterprise product from the ground up, own the full path from a corporate email signup to a signed enterprise contract, and turn what's currently a reactive feature stream into a real business line.
What you'll actually do
• Own the B2B and Enterprise product surface end-to-end: workspaces, roles, SSO, SCIM, audit logs, admin controls, user and asset management, billing and seat management, brand controls, API access for enterprise.
• Own the self-serve team-plan motion too: corporate email signup flow, in-product invites, seat expansion, the path from one paying user to a paying team.
• Partner with sales on live deals: security questionnaires, compliance responses, contract-blocking features, pilot design. Sit on customer calls, not just receive summaries.
• Untangle the workspace and collaboration model: separate identity from content ownership so users can be invited to collaborate without breaking billing or credit pools.
• Build the enterprise data residency, retention, and privacy story alongside legal and security.
• Design the metrics that matter: corporate-email signup share, team-plan conversion, seats per account, expansion revenue, enterprise pipeline conversion, deal cycle time, loss reasons by segment.
• Work directly with Sales, Legal, Security, Applied ML, Backend, Growth, and Payments. Frequent contact with actual enterprise buyers.
Must-haves
1. Founding or early-operator experience. You've spent years trying to build something of your own. You know what it's like to own an outcome when nobody hands you a spec.
2. Shipped a B2B or Enterprise product at scale, ideally from zero or near-zero. You've built the workspace, the admin, the SSO, the billing, and you've sat across from real buyers to know why each one mattered.
3. Comfortable owning both self-serve growth mechanics and top-down enterprise motion. You don't treat product-led and sales-led as different jobs.
4. Strong technical judgment. You can reason about auth models, permission systems, tenancy, and API surfaces without needing an engineer to translate.
5. You measure in revenue, seats, and cycle time, not features shipped. You can defend a scope cut to Sales and a pilot commitment to Engineering in the same afternoon.
Who this is not for
• You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself.
• You want to inherit a mature B2B org. This is zero-to-one.
• You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship weekly, and enterprise deals can compress that to hours.
Nice to have
• Background at a fast-scaling B2B SaaS, collaboration tool, or developer platform in the US, EU, or Asia.
• Direct experience with SSO, SCIM, SOC 2, GDPR, data residency, or enterprise procurement cycles.
• Experience turning a strong B2C product into a real B2B business.
• Comfort with generative AI, creative tools, or API products.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A seat where the business line you build shows up on the P&L within the quarter.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.
This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.
Location: United States (Remote)
GiveWell’s mission is to help people in need as much as we can by researching the most cost‑effective ways to save and improve lives, sharing our work openly, and directing donations to the programs we believe will do the most good. Our work, which focuses on global health and well-being, is funded by tens of thousands of donors who rely on our research to inform their giving. We’ve grown from directing $1.5 million in 2010 to directing more than $400 million in 2025. We anticipate our total grantmaking is likely to approach or even exceed $1 billion this year, and we are working toward a future that could be several times that scale. Through years of deliberate groundwork, we’ve been growing our research capacity and scope in order to direct substantially more funding to the most impactful opportunities we can find.
We’re hiring a Senior Communications Officer, Media & Public Affairs to lead how GiveWell’s work is represented in the media and in public conversations. You will set our strategy, build trusted relationships with journalists and other influential voices, pursue opportunities that increase understanding of GiveWell’s work, and lead our external response in fast-moving situations.
This role will lead a small and growing team. This is one of three new communications leadership roles, alongside a
Senior Communications Officer, Strategic Communications
and a
Senior Communications Officer, Editorial & Production
.
About the role
Both
our research and impact are expanding
. Last year, we directed more than $400 million to highly cost-effective programs that save and improve lives. This year, we expect our grantmaking to approach, and possibly exceed, $1 billion.
To build toward the communications capacity this next stage requires, we are rapidly expanding our team. The three Senior Communications Officers will work together on many projects to support GiveWell’s communications needs, while working closely with other leaders across our organization. Each leader will own their function, but much of the work that matters most—like team strategies, major initiatives, partnership campaigns, and how we present the organization as a whole—will involve all three. We will expect this group to set shared priorities and work closely together to achieve the team’s goals.
In this hands-on leadership position, you’ll own how and where GiveWell engages in media and public conversations, with end-to-end responsibility for this emerging function. You’ll set its strategy, hire and develop its people, build its systems, and personally own its hardest and most consequential work. This is an opportunity to build, not just inherit, an important function at a critical point in GiveWell’s development. You’ll start with a small team and grow it over time.
While this role is set at the Senior Communications Officer level, we may consider hiring an exceptional candidate as a Communications Director—with greater expectations, responsibilities, and compensation.
What You'll Do
As Senior Communications Officer, Media & Public Affairs, you will combine long-term strategy and relationship-building with the ability to respond quickly and exercise sound judgment in sensitive or fast-moving situations.
Specific duties will include:
Set GiveWell’s strategy across media, thought-leader engagement, online communities, public forums and events, and other earned communications opportunities—including deciding where and when GiveWell should participate and overseeing those engagements.
Build and maintain high-trust relationships with journalists, editors, podcast hosts, event organizers, thought leaders, subject-matter experts, and other influential external stakeholders.
Identify, develop, and pitch substantive stories, event opportunities, and thought-leadership ideas that extend understanding of GiveWell’s work.
Own inbound media engagement, including situations that require rapid responses, close coordination with subject-matter experts, and careful judgment about what GiveWell can responsibly say—and about which responses need escalation.
Build and maintain GiveWell’s readiness for sensitive or fast-moving situations, monitor emerging issues in media and public conversations, and lead our external response when needed in partnership with others.
Advise GiveWell’s leadership on external opportunities and relationships, and prepare senior leaders and subject-matter experts for interviews, speaking engagements, and other public appearances.
Exercise sound judgment about when and how GiveWell should enter public conversations, including evaluating likely value, reputational considerations, and communications risks.
Evaluate and help shape public-facing communications partnerships, advising on which opportunities GiveWell should pursue and how we should participate.
Serve as a spokesperson for GiveWell in select media interviews, events, and other public forums, communicating our perspective clearly, accurately, and with sound judgment.
Work with grantees and other partners on press releases and other media-facing communications involving GiveWell or our shared work.
Manage and develop one or two team members initially, and build the relationships, systems, and additional capacity the function will need over time.
About You
You are skilled at using communications to help people understand complex ideas, build trust, and take action. You are comfortable being accountable for outcomes, making consequential decisions with limited oversight, and knowing which decisions genuinely require escalation.
You are energized by intellectually demanding work, and the challenges of creating engaging communications within a careful and precise style. You can engage deeply with GiveWell’s research, and you are comfortable understanding and communicating about data in detail. You have a long track record of getting up to speed quickly on complex subject matter and carefully communicating to a very high standard. You can build a compelling narrative that is entirely factual, representing what is known and unknown without overstating or hedging into vagueness—and you find the idea of working with GiveWell’s exacting communications standards exciting rather than limiting.
Your background includes significant experience leading communications in complex, high-stakes environments. This should include 10+ years of experience in media relations, thought leadership, and public engagement. You have deep experience owning that work end to end, not just contributing to it. You’ve remained a hands-on leader who enjoys the work itself, as well as the strategy and systems behind it.
You know how journalists, influential voices, events, and other public forums shape how organizations and ideas are understood. You have a demonstrated ability to build meaningful external relationships, identify opportunities worth pursuing, personally represent an organization’s perspective, and navigate public-facing situations in which context is limited, timelines are short, and judgment matters. Much of this should be work you executed yourself, in addition to work you directed. Experience in settings where precision and credibility were at least as important as reach is a strong signal of fit.
In addition to demonstrated expertise in the duties listed above, you should have:
Exceptional communications judgment, including the ability to understand audience, context, risk, timing, and the underlying substance of a message.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly make complex ideas clear and compelling without sacrificing rigor or nuance.
A track record of building and leading: you have created or substantially rebuilt a team or function—not only run ones you inherited—and you have hired, developed, and managed people.
Recent, hands-on excellence at your craft: you can point to work from the past few years that you personally produced or substantially shaped.
Experience producing communications that are direct and factual while being engaging and effective with their target audiences—work that succeeds through substance and clarity rather than embellishment.
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to engage deeply with GiveWell’s research and ideas, even without prior experience in our giving areas.

Self-starters who take ownership, are comfortable creating structure in an evolving environment, and can make thoughtful decisions without always having complete information.
People who are proactive and anticipatory, who identify opportunities, risks, bottlenecks, and communications needs before they become obvious.

Key Questions & Information
What are some of the reasons I might not like this role?
You want to step into a mature function with established systems, rather than build one while you run it.
You do best with clear direction and established priorities. We’ll expect you to set most of your own, make most decisions yourself, and reach substantial autonomy within your first six months.
You prefer advising on communications to producing and being accountable for them.
You want sole ownership of an organization’s overarching communications strategy and brand. At GiveWell, the CEO and executive team owns that direction; you would help shape it and lead your function within it.
You want to lead a large team from day one. This team is small today, and much of the most difficult work will be yours to do directly.
You find standards of precision and understatement limiting and frustrating. We work extremely hard to only communicate accurately what we know and what we don’t.
Can I apply to more than one of the Senior Communications Officer roles?
You can, but most people shouldn’t. We’re looking for deep expertise in these areas, and we expect most candidates with required expertise will be a clear fit for a single role. If you’re one of the few with real depth in more than one area, apply to both and tell us why. Otherwise, apply for the role you are most qualified for, and we’ll let you know if we think another role might suit you better.
What does this interview process entail?
We’ll use a combination of interviews, written exercises, and work trials to assess the qualities described above. We’ll share more specific details if we invite you to move forward to any of the following stages, but our current plan will likely include the following:
Application
Interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team
Compensated work trial with a set maximum number of hours
Interview with GiveWell's Chief of Staff to the CEO
Values interview
CEO interview and References
Note that you don’t need to submit a cover letter. We rely heavily on your resume and answers to the application questions below when we’re making early decisions. We encourage you to spend time responding to the application questions thoroughly and carefully.

We’re hiring a Senior Communications Officer, Editorial & Production to lead the editorial quality and production of GiveWell’s communications. You will set the editorial bar, build the people and systems needed to produce excellent work consistently and at increasing scale, and personally shape some of our most complex and consequential content.
This role will lead a small and growing team. This is one of three new communications leadership roles, alongside a
Senior Communications Officer, Strategic Communications
and a
Senior Communications Officer, Media & Public Affairs
In this hands-on leadership position, you’ll own the editorial quality and production of GiveWell’s communications, with end-to-end responsibility for this emerging function. You’ll strengthen its standards, hire and develop its people, build its systems, and personally own its hardest and most consequential work.
What You'll Do
As Senior Communications Officer, Editorial & Production, you will be responsible not only for the quality of individual pieces but also for creating a content operation that can prioritize effectively, manage dependencies, use its resources well, and deliver reliably. This will require both senior editorial judgment and strong operational leadership.
Specific duties will include:
Own the editorial quality and production of GiveWell’s communications, ensuring that our work is clear, accurate, useful, carefully reasoned, and delivered on time. You will serve as GiveWell’s senior editor for our communications content, with responsibility for returning or correcting work that does not meet our editorial bar.
Build and manage the workflows, editorial standards, review processes, and production systems that allow GiveWell to create consistently excellent content at increasing scale.
Lead planning, prioritization, and resource allocation for GiveWell’s owned-content portfolio, managing dependencies and moving complex projects from concept through publication.
Uphold GiveWell’s voice and editorial standards across everything we publish, and help colleagues across the organization write within them.
Own the development of GiveWell’s recurring communications and reporting products, turning established priorities and messaging into clear, accurate content.
Personally create, edit, or substantially shape our most complex, sensitive, or high-priority content.
Oversee GiveWell’s website content operations, including the people and processes responsible for routine updates and publishing, so that the site remains accurate, current, and consistent with our editorial standards.
Serve as a senior editorial and production partner to teams across GiveWell, helping shape high-priority projects early, determine the right format and production approach, and establish clear roles, review paths, and timelines.
Oversee the production of design, visual, and multimedia assets across GiveWell’s channels, and the internal team and external contractors who create them.
Manage and develop one or two team members initially, and determine how the function’s team and capabilities should grow over time.
About You
You are skilled at using communications to help people understand complex ideas, build trust, and take action.
This should include 10+ years of experience leading editorial and content-production work, setting and maintaining editorial standards, managing writers and editors, and building systems that produce consistently high-quality work. You have deep experience owning that work end to end, not just contributing to it. You’ve remained a hands-on leader who enjoys the work itself, as well as the strategy and systems behind it.
You are a precise editor of complex or technical content: you read text literally and carefully, and you notice when a claim isn’t supported by the evidence behind it. You should be able to combine high standards for individual work with the operational judgment needed to prioritize, allocate resources, manage complex production, and increase capacity over time. You should understand how content is developed through writing, editing, design, audio, graphics, websites, and other formats—even if you are not personally an expert in every medium.
Experience advising executives or other senior decision-makers directly.
Strong alignment with GiveWell’s mission and values, including truth-seeking, transparency, and a commitment to communicating accurately and thoughtfully.
We also think these qualities will help you do well in the role and at GiveWell:
People who can develop a strong point of view and hold it with confidence, but remain genuinely open to challenge, new information, and better ideas.
Self-starters who take ownership, are comfortable creating structure in an evolving environment, and can make thoughtful decisions without always having complete information.
People who are proactive and anticipatory, who identify opportunities, risks, bottlenecks, and communications needs before they become obvious.
Collaborative leaders who raise the quality of the work around them and build strong relationships across teams.
People who coordinate well with peers, resolve dependencies and disagreements, and make shared work clearer rather than more complicated.
