How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ YOUR MISSION
Brokers play a structural role in how large and very large employers select, negotiate, and manage their health and prévoyance coverage. We're looking for a Broker Partnerships Lead to build and animate Alan's relationships with the brokers who operate in the Enterprise segment, turning Alan into a trusted, credible, and commercially compelling partner for those actors, and supporting our Enterprise Sales and Key Account Management teams.
⭐ LOCATION
On-site in Paris, Île-de-France.
What makes this role genuinely unique
- You'll shape how one of Europe's fastest-growing health insurance companies builds its relationships with the brokers operating in the large and very large employer segment across France, and beyond.
- You'll have real ownership from day one and operate at the highest levels of the broker market.
- You'll shape Alan’s broker strategy and execute it. Alan is at an early stage of building this capability. The playbook is yours to define and scale.
- You'll work directly with Alan's Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, Insurance, and Executive Leadership.
⭐ YOUR ROLE
Relationships & Presence
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with the brokers that sit between us and the largest employers in our markets (whether private or public), at senior and managing director level.
- Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design Alan's engagement strategy.
- Be the consistent Alan voice that brokers recognize: someone who shows up, follows through, and is known as easy to deal with without giving away what shouldn't be given.
Partnership with Alan's Enterprise & Commercial work
- Be a partner to our Enterprise Sales and KAM teams on every broker situation: drive strategic decisions deal by deal and turn ecosystem knowledge into commercial leverage.
- Introduce the right broker contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, transforming relationship capital into pipeline access on large and very large accounts.
- Share Alan's value and positioning with broker partners to help them understand, represent, and actively promote Alan within their client portfolios.
- Hold the line on our non-negotiables while finding creative ways to make the collaboration work for both sides.
Sector Engagement & Anticipation
- Follow the broker market at deal level and ecosystem level: who is growing, who is consolidating, where portfolio shifts are happening, and what it means for Alan's pipeline and positioning.
- Be a sharp, early internal voice on where the broker market is heading and on the implications for Alan's strategy, including on consolidation, regulation, and competitive dynamics.
Build & Scale
- Knowledge base: Build and maintain a knowledge library on broker positions, portfolio footprints, engagement history, and contractual frameworks shared with Enterprise Sales and KAM teams to increase win rates.
- Framework & tools: Implement processes and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of our broker engagement and contract documentation (conventions de courtage, commission tracking, data sharing agreements).
- Collaboration: Share best practices with the broader Enterprise & Commercial team and contribute proven methodologies to their scaled commercial operations.
- Market intelligence: Provide competitive intelligence on how brokers position Alan vs. incumbents, how they advise clients on insurer selection, and where we are perceived as "difficult to work with" — and feed that back into product, pricing, and GTM strategy.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have at least 8 years of total experience working with or inside the broker ecosystem: at a broker or in an external partnership or distribution role at a health insurer or mutuelle
- Have legitimate credibility at senior broker level: ability to engage managing director and senior leadership at major brokers as a peer, built through a personal representative past or years of substantive deal-level engagement on the insurer or employer side
- Have deep knowledge of the broker ecosystem in the large and very large employer segment: how brokers operate, how they are compensated, how they advise clients, and how they influence insurer selection at this scale
- Have deep understanding of health and prévoyance insurance: the technical dimension (garanties, gestion, régimes, prévoyance) must be native, not learned on the job
- Have proven ability to build trust with broker counterparts from the insurer or employer side: long-game, trustworthy, discreet, commercially disciplined
- Demonstrate outstanding stakeholder management: calm, ego-free, able to represent Alan substantively without making it about yourself and equally able to hold firm positions internally when sales pressure pushes toward broker accommodation beyond our framework
- Demonstrate commercial impact from prior broker-related work: broker relationships that translated into material deal flow, pipeline access, or portfolio migration
- Are a self-starter: comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with limited process and real autonomy
- Are ego-free and lever-minded: you accelerate others, you don't seek the spotlight
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the F-H level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.

You'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with professional service firms, holding companies, law firms and advisory firms.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
Runway is rapidly building the leading ecosystem of generative models, bringing the best models from AI labs around the world to our users alongside our own. We are looking for an IC to source, activate, and scale relationships across Runway's growing portfolio of model partners. This is a role for someone who wants to own whatever needs owning, take new models from first conversation to launch, and write the playbook where none exists yet. You will work closely across Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own a broad portfolio of model partners end to end, across modalities
- Track the model landscape relentlessly: spot new labs and releases early and bring the strongest ones to the team as candidates for integration
- Take new partners from zero to launched: source, structure and negotiate commercial terms, then close with Legal and Finance
- Be the partner's main point of contact through launch, working closely with our engineering team
- Build deep, trusted relationships with founders, BD leads and research teams at our partners, and turn those relationships into early access, better terms and joint launches
- Run the portfolio with rigor: set check-in cadences, monitor relationship health, and spot and escalate risk early
- Track usage, spend and margin by partner and model, and use that data to decide where to invest, renegotiate or step back
- Partner with Marketing and our partners on co-marketing for model launches
- Build the frameworks and tools that let the function scale as the ecosystem grows
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 5+ years of experience across some combination of partnerships, business development, GTM, consulting, or founding/operating, with a track record of having owned outcomes end to end
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements, ideally usage-based, API or platform deals
- Genuine obsession with generative AI: you know the labs, you try new models the day they ship, and you have opinions on what makes one good
- Demonstrated range: you've done the deal and the integration and the launch
- High technical aptitude for understanding complex technologies, tools, systems, and issues
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to turn usage and spend data into a clear recommendation
- Ability to manage many relationships and priorities at once in a fast-paced environment without dropping threads
- Clear, concise communication, from a startup founder to a big-lab partnerships team to a Runway engineer in the same day
- A strong bias towards action and belief that no task is too small for you
- Highly resourceful, with the ability to create structure and work autonomously amid ambiguity
- New York-based preferred
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Role Description
Spin.AI is looking for a highly analytical, hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to own the performance engine behind our inbound marketing strategy across Spin.AI’s portfolio: including Backup (Mission critical SaaS apps), Security (DLP and Browser), and Atlassian backup/ecosystem.
This person will connect organic, paid, social, web, retargeting, nurture, conversion, and performance measurement into a cohesive inbound growth engine. You'll partner closely with our Director of Marketing to take strong stories, campaigns, content, and creative and ensure they reach the right audiences, convert effectively, and contribute to a measurable pipeline.
You'll serve as the internal owner of growth performance, connecting marketing programs, external agencies and freelancers, our fractional Marketing Operations support, data, and funnel performance. You'll have significant ownership and autonomy in this role.
We're hiring you for your expertise, and we trust you to use it. We want you to challenge assumptions, bring forward ideas, tell us when you think there's a better way, and make decisions within your area of ownership. You won't have someone standing over you telling you how to do your job; you'll have the space and support to figure out what will drive results and execute against it.
What You'll Own:
Inbound Growth & Demand
Own performance across the inbound marketing funnel, from acquisition through qualified opportunity.
Understand how prospects discover, engage with, convert through, and progress across marketing channels.
Identify gaps, friction, and growth opportunities throughout the buyer journey.
Partner with the Director of Marketing to connect organic visibility to measurable business outcomes.
Develop a holistic view of inbound performance across all three brands.
Paid Acquisition & Performance Marketing
Own paid acquisition strategy across Google, LinkedIn, retargeting, paid social, and additional channels.
Manage and optimize paid marketing budgets.
Determine where investment should increase, decrease, or be tested based on performance.
Develop audience, offer, channel, and campaign testing strategies.
Evaluate performance based on qualified opportunities and pipeline—not simply impressions, clicks, or lead volume.
Manage paid media agencies, freelancers, and specialized partners.
Campaign Activation & Distribution
Partner closely with the Director of Marketing to turn integrated campaign strategies into measurable growth programs.
Develop distribution and amplification plans around major campaigns and content.
Determine appropriate audiences, channels, offers, conversion points, and follow-up strategies.
Ensure campaigns have clear paths from awareness and engagement to conversion.
Find opportunities to extend the reach, performance, and business value of existing content and creativity.
Conversion Rate Optimization
Own CRO across landing pages, forms, CTAs, campaign experiences, and key website conversion paths.
Partner with the Director of Marketing and creative resources on messaging and creative variations.
Build and maintain an ongoing testing roadmap and turn successful experiments into repeatable best practices.
Retargeting, Lifecycle & Lead Nurture
Develop strategies for continuing to engage prospects after their initial interaction.
Build retargeting audiences and programs across relevant channels.
Develop lifecycle segmentation and nurture strategies.
Partner with fractional Marketing Operations support on automation and technical implementation.
Improve progression from initial engagement to qualified opportunity.
AI-Native Marketing & Execution
Be AI-native in how you work, using AI as an everyday part of research, analysis, execution, experimentation, and decision-making – not simply as a writing assistant.
Use AI to analyze marketing and performance data, uncover trends and anomalies, synthesize insights, identify growth opportunities, and accelerate reporting.
Use AI to accelerate campaign development and experimentation, including audience research, messaging variations, landing-page testing, creative ideation, and performance analysis.
Build AI into repeatable workflows to automate manual work, connect information across tools, and increase the speed and quality of marketing execution.
Be comfortable working with leading AI platforms and AI-enabled productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Cowork, and similar tools, while continuously evaluating new technologies as the ecosystem evolves.
Know how to work effectively with AI-generated analysis: asking the right questions, providing the right context and data, validating outputs, and applying human judgment before acting on recommendations.
Proactively identify opportunities where AI can make our marketing organization faster, smarter, more analytical, and more scalable.
Growth Experimentation
Maintain a prioritized growth experimentation roadmap.
Move quickly from hypothesis to execution
Scale what works and stop what doesn't.
Proactively bring new ideas, channels, technologies, and opportunities to the team rather than waiting for them to be assigned.
Performance Analytics & Attribution
Connect marketing activities to measurable business outcomes.
Understand performance across visitor → lead → qualified lead → opportunity → pipeline.
Establish KPIs for campaigns and acquisition programs.
Monitor acquisition costs, funnel conversion, opportunity creation, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
Turn performance data into recommendations and actions, not simply dashboards.
Help leadership understand what's working, what's not, why, and what Marketing should do next.
Partnership With the Director of Marketing
This is designed to be a
close counterpart relationship between two distinct areas of marketing expertise.
The Director of Marketing owns the
market-facing strategy
: overall marketing strategy, integrated campaigns, narrative, brand, content, messaging, creative direction, organic strategy, customer storytelling, thought leadership, and market POV.
The Growth Marketing Lead owns the
performance engine
: acquisition, distribution, activation, conversion, retargeting, nurture, experimentation, optimization, and measurement.
You'll be involved early in campaign planning, not handed finished assets and asked to promote them. Your audience, channel, conversion, and performance insights should influence how campaigns are built from the beginning.
At the same time, the role maintains clear functional ownership. The Growth Marketing Lead does not replace ownership of overall marketing strategy, brand strategy, editorial strategy, company narrative, creative direction, or integrated marketing strategy.
Both roles remain deeply connected to GTM, pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes.
Together, they create the feedback loop between what the market needs to hear and what performance data tells us is resonating.
Fractional Marketing Operations Partnership
The Growth Marketing Lead will work closely with a
fractional/retained Marketing Operations resource
who can support the technical infrastructure required to run and measure the growth engine.
This may include CRM and marketing automation infrastructure, campaign tracking and attribution, lead scoring and routing, lifecycle automation, integrations, database health, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure.
You don't need to personally administer every system. You
do
need enough technical fluency to know what needs to be built, articulate the business requirements, recognize when something isn't working correctly, and use the resulting data to make informed decisions.
You will effectively serve as the
business owner of marketing performance
, with specialized Marketing Operations support helping i
What Success Looks Like:
Success will be measured through outcomes including:
Marketing-sourced pipeline
Qualified opportunities generated
Inbound conversion rates
Cost per qualified lead and opportunity
Lead-to-opportunity conversion
Paid acquisition efficiency
Landing-page and website conversion
Funnel velocity
Growth experiment performance
Improved visibility and confidence in marketing performance across the portfolio
Experience We're Looking For:
3–5+ years of B2B growth, demand generation, performance marketing, or related experience, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology.
Demonstrated experience owning multi-channel inbound acquisition programs.
Hands-on understanding of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, paid social, and performance marketing.
Strong understanding of SEO and organic acquisition, with experience connecting organic traffic to conversion and pipeline.
Experience with landing-page optimization, CRO, A/B testing, and structured experimentation.
Experience building retargeting, nurture, and lifecycle programs.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and progression from visitor through lead, opportunity, pipeline, and revenue.
Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, attribution, analytics, and reporting systems.
Demonstrated proficiency using AI in modern marketing workflows, including research, data analysis, reporting, campaign optimization, experimentation, automation, and productivity. You should be comfortable working across leading AI platforms and quickly learning new tools as they emerge.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear recommendations and actions.
Experience managing agencies, freelancers, vendors, and specialized external resources.
Experience collaborating closely with senior marketing leadership, Content/Creative, Sales, Product, and external Marketing Operations resources.
Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Cybersecurity experience is valuable, but strong B2B SaaS experience combined with the ability and desire to learn a technical market quickly can also be successful.
How We Work:
You have a startup mindset.
You're a self-starter who doesn't need someone telling you what to do throughout the day. You can take a business objective, figure out what needs to happen, ask the right questions, and independently move the work forward. You're resourceful, curious, and a fast learner.
We trust your expertise.
There is real ownership in this role. We hire great people because we want their ideas, judgment, and experience – not because we want someone to simply execute instructions. If you think there's a better approach, we genuinely want to hear it. If the data is telling you we should change direction, say so. You'll be trusted to make decisions within your area, experiment thoughtfully, and do your job in the way you believe will produce the strongest results.
You're collaborative and dynamic.
You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing, broader marketing leadership, Sales, Product, external partners, and specialists across the organization. You know how to bring strong opinions and expertise to the table without creating territorial silos. You communicate well, welcome feedback, and value other people's expertise as much as your own.
You move fast.
We'd rather thoughtfully test a strong idea, learn from it, and iterate than spend months trying to make something theoretically perfect. You know how to prioritize, execute, measure, and move forward. If something doesn't work, understand why, learn from it, and try again.
You take ownership.
If something you're responsible for isn't working, you investigate it. If tracking looks wrong, you flag it. If an agency isn't delivering, you address it. If you see an opportunity, you bring it forward. "Nobody told me to" isn't how we operate.
You're a team player.
We care about the work we do and the people we do it with. You take pride in producing great work, celebrate team wins, help when someone needs it, and genuinely enjoy collaborating with smart people toward a shared goal.
You're adaptable.
Our products evolve. Technology advances. Messaging changes. Priorities change. AI is changing how people discover and consume information, and cybersecurity certainly doesn't stand still. You're comfortable operating in a fast-moving technical market and can learn quickly enough to keep pace.
You're AI-native.
AI is changing both the cybersecurity market we operate in and the way great marketing teams work. We expect you to use it. Whether you're analyzing campaign data, researching an audience, building a workflow, pressure-testing an idea, finding patterns, or eliminating repetitive work, your instinct should be to ask how AI can help you do the job better and faster. We're not looking for someone who occasionally opens an AI tool, we want someone who actively experiments with new capabilities and incorporates the best ones into how they work.
You're comfortable with cybersecurity.
You don't need to know every acronym on day one, but you should enjoy learning complex technology and understanding the problems our customers are trying to solve. You can become conversant enough in cybersecurity to make intelligent decisions about audiences, campaigns, messaging, and performance.
You care about outcomes more than activity.
Launching a campaign isn't the finish line. A beautiful dashboard isn't the outcome. More leads aren't necessarily better leads. You want to understand what actually moved the business and what we should do differently because of it.
And we genuinely enjoy working together!
Across Spin.AI, Revyz, and DoControl, we want people to be proud of what they build, without believing great work requires sacrificing everything outside of it. We respect work-life balance, trust people to manage their responsibilities, and value positive, healthy working relationships. We work hard, move quickly, and care deeply about results – but we also want people to enjoy the work they're doing and the life they're living while they do it. A positive attitude, mutual respect, and being someone others genuinely enjoy working with matter here.
What We Offer:
Unlimited PTO
Hybrid Office Model
Paid Holidays

Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring an Enterprise Sales Lead to define and build the commercial opportunity for our emerging agentic products. You’ll identify where this technology solves meaningful customer problems, build relationships with enterprise buyers, and turn early interest into commercial deployments.
This role combines hands-on enterprise selling with product and GTM development. Working closely with our CTO, product, and engineering teams, you’ll help determine what we sell, who we sell it to, and how we package it. You should be comfortable taking an emerging capability to customers, learning quickly, and helping shape the offering as you build the business.
We’re building this effort with a small, focused team that works directly with customers, prototypes quickly, and turns promising technology into products people will use. Joining this team means helping define a new product category, its customer experience, and the business around it. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how businesses participate in the agent economy and bring that vision to market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop the enterprise sales and GTM strategy for our agentic products, identifying priority industries, buyers, use cases, and routes to market.
- Bring an established network of enterprise relationships and build new connections with decision-makers across commerce, services, and/or relevant regulated industries.
- Own the sales process from customer discovery and qualification through pilots, negotiation, and commercial agreements.
- Work directly with prospective customers to understand their workflows, business priorities, and requirements for deploying AI agents.
- Partner with product and engineering to translate customer needs into product requirements, demonstrations, and commercially compelling offerings.
- Help define positioning, packaging, pricing, and pilot structures, testing assumptions through customer conversations and actual deals.
- Build a repeatable approach to moving customers from early experimentation into production and broader adoption.
- Establish pipeline discipline, communicate market feedback, and help the team prioritize opportunities with the strongest commercial potential.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 12+ years of Enterprise Sales experience, with a track record of closing complex agreements and building trusted executive relationships.
- Meaningful startup experience, including building a new sales motion, launching an offering, or winning early enterprise customers.
- An established network of buyers in enterprise commerce, retail, services, or regulated industries.
- Experience selling technical products and translating emerging technology into clear business value.
- Direct involvement in shaping product positioning, packaging, pricing, or GTM strategy alongside product and engineering teams.
- Strong customer discovery skills and the judgment to distinguish a repeatable market opportunity from a one-off request.
- A hands-on approach: you’re comfortable prospecting, running discovery, developing proposals, and closing deals yourself.
- Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and a product that will evolve through customer engagement.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling AI agents, commerce platforms, payments, trust and security products, or enterprise workflow software.
- Familiarity with customer journeys such as shopping, returns and refunds, reservations, ticketing, or insurance servicing.
- Experience navigating enterprise procurement, security reviews, and requirements for controlled or regulated workflows.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

We’re hiring an Intermediate Frontend Developer to join our Device Security team. 1Password helps people use technology safely, and our Device Security initiative is expanding that mission to the devices where work happens. As a mid-level Developer, you’ll help build administrative experiences such as device compliance dashboards and policy configuration tools while contributing to a new product initiative from the ground up. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and infrastructure partners to make complex security information easier for enterprise administrators to understand and act on.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have 2+ years of experience in software development, including building web experiences with React and TypeScript.
- You have experience developing clear, maintainable frontend components and interfaces for complex product requirements.
- You have worked on products serving large user bases and understand how frontend decisions can affect scalability, performance, and optimization.
- You communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with engineers, Product, Design, and other cross-functional partners.
- You ask thoughtful questions, reflect on what you’ve learned, and use challenges and mistakes as opportunities to improve your technical judgment.
- You’re comfortable using artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted development tools thoughtfully and understand their capabilities and limitations.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Rust or Go, full-stack development with a frontend focus, composable design system components, or security, administration, or device management products.
What you can expect:
- Build and maintain administrative interfaces for enterprise customers, including device compliance dashboards and policy configuration tools.
- Develop intuitive experiences that help administrators understand device security posture, identify risks, and take action.
- Contribute to a new Device Security initiative that is still being shaped, with opportunities to influence product direction and technical solutions.
- Initially contribute to client-side work in related product areas before transitioning more fully to Device Security as the initiative develops.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional partners through planning, technical discussions, code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Grow your technical judgment and ownership through mentorship, knowledge sharing, pair programming, and feedback.

ABOUT MYSTEN LABS
Through Sui and our financial products, we’re building infrastructure and experiences for trading, liquidity, and asset management. Alongside that work, we’re developing the infrastructure and products AI agents need to operate reliably, handle sensitive information, and interact under clear rules.
As agents take on more responsibility, they need more than intelligence. They need persistent context, trusted access to information, and clear boundaries around what they can do. Mysten brings together capabilities across storage, memory, privacy, and policy-controlled interactions to help make that future possible.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Product Lead to turn our emerging agentic technologies into products customers can understand, adopt, and buy.
Your role is to translate our product capabilities into useful experiences and commercially viable offerings—for example, a commerce-focused product that helps retailers manage agent-driven shopping, returns, or refunds.
Working closely with our CTO, Sales Lead, and engineering, you’ll identify customer problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and help bring the strongest opportunities to market. You’ll connect customer discovery, product definition, experience design, and commercialization, staying close to the work from the first concept through launch.
Joining this team means helping define a new product category, its customer experience, and the business around it. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how businesses participate in the agent economy and bring that vision to market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identify and prioritize customer problems our other agentic products are well positioned to solve.
- Lead customer discovery alongside our CTO, developing a clear understanding of buyer needs, user workflows, and adoption barriers.
- Rapidly create prototypes, interactive demonstrations, and product variants using AI-assisted design and coding tools.
- Test concepts with customers and use their feedback to refine the experience, scope, and value proposition.
- Define product requirements and work with engineering to turn validated prototypes into reliable, production-ready offerings.
- Shape packaging, pricing hypotheses, positioning, and GTM strategy in partnership with sales and the broader team.
- Design experiences that make agent capabilities, permissions, policies, and human oversight understandable to users.
- Balance customer-specific needs with opportunities to build reusable capabilities and repeatable products.
- Define success measures across customer value, adoption, conversion, and revenue, using results to guide iteration.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 12+ years of Product Management, Product Design, or related experience
- A track record of taking new products from an ambiguous opportunity through customer validation, launch, and commercial adoption.
- Startup or similarly entrepreneurial experience, with direct ownership of building and shipping under uncertainty.
- Strong prototyping skills and hands-on experience using AI-assisted or agentic coding tools to build and iterate on functional experiences.
- Experience working directly with customers to define products, validate demand, and support pilots or sales conversations.
- Commercial judgment, including experience contributing to packaging, pricing, positioning, or GTM decisions.
- Strong UX instincts and the ability to make complex technology approachable without obscuring important controls or constraints.
- Enough technical fluency to collaborate with engineering on integrations, feasibility, and the path from prototype to production.
- A hands-on working style and the ability to influence across product, design, engineering, and sales.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with customer-facing AI, enterprise commerce, payments, trust and security, or workflow products.
- Experience with agent permissions, approval flows, auditability, or other mechanisms that help businesses control automated actions.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.
