ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.

- Office IT support: provide on-hand support to our colleagues in our New York office, as well as support with expansions and/or office buildouts
- AV support: ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably

- Onboarding: run IT onboarding calls for new joiners
- New IT projects: contribute to IT initiatives
- Automation and tooling: build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work
- Documentation: write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides (fixes, processes and playbooks) to continue building out our internal knowledge base
WHAT YOU BRING
- A friendly, end-user focused attitude. You genuinely enjoy helping people solve problems.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to details and a proactive mindset.
- Solid IT fundamentals (macOS, iOS and Android Operating systems, networking basics, SaaS tooling, AV systems etc.)
- Hands-on experience with an MDM platform (Jamf, Kandji, Fleet or similar)
- Experience with Okta (or similar IdP) and understanding of access management principles, SSO, MFA and user/group management.
- A willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a knack for writing helpful documentation.
BONUS
- Prior experience in a high growth / startup environment
- Experience in a customer or public-facing role
- Experience with Agentic AI tooling

WHAT WE OFFER
At ElevenLabs, our biggest reward is shaping that future of voice technology. In addition, we offer:
- Stock options; we want you to have ownership in the company and share the successes that lie ahead. That’s why we offer early employees stock options as part of their compensation package.
- Extraordinary team; we favor ambitious, smart people striving for outsized impact. You’ll work on the state of the art surrounded by people with extraordinary skills and positive attitudes.
- We offer competitive compensation and stock options. We are open to candidates of varying seniority. Given the broad range, we'll be happy to discuss specific salary details during our initial conversation.

From the first meeting, the go-live to working and growing together - this person will own the onboarding process and make it all happen. This role is for someone who likes working with the product, becoming an expert in it and teaching others.
Your day-to-day will be a mix of hands-on ops, project management, customer communication and problem solving. We are reshaping the future of hospitality tech, and this role is at the forefront of it.
What You’ll Do:
Our Operations happen on a restaurant floor, in a lively neighbourhood, at a busy bar - we operate in the city:
- Run restaurant onboarding: train, connect and implement together with the restaurant team
- Problem-solve for our merchants on the ground while running live operations
- Support restaurants after the go live and make sure that Tebi adds value to their business long-term
- Find opportunities for improvement in our process, materials and systems
- Continue investing in our relationship with our merchants to make sure they are happy with our product and growing as a business

What You’ll Need:
- You are a creative problem solver who enjoys interacting with hospitality businesses
- You are empathetic towards our merchants and curious about their business
- You can juggle multiple things at once and bring structure
- Curious about the product, want to be an expert in Tebi system and can apply your knowledge

- Being comfortable with high-pace environments: both the hospitality flow and the startup day-to-day
- Interest in data, process improvement and automation
- Flexibility in working hours that fit our merchants’ needs and ensuring a healthy balance
- At least 2-4 years of experience in hospitality, early startup operations, fast-paced account management or customer operations
- You are comfortable working in both English and Spanish
If this speaks to you we can be the right fit. Learn more about how we work from our Recipe here: https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers.
Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary
- Flexible Time-off

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

We're looking for a Sr. Data Analyst, Compliance to join our team remotely! The primary goal of this role is to elevate decision-making by uncovering emerging trends and root causes, and by driving insights and actions that provide full visibility into business performance and operational efficiency.
Beyond technical expertise, success in this role depends on being a true business partner who combines data-driven insights with strategic thinking to deliver actionable recommendations, guide decision-making, and drive measurable impact across the organization.
In this role, you'll own end-to-end data management, from building and maintaining datasets and pipelines to designing dashboards and delivering insights for the Compliance team. A core part of this role is owning the logic and rule-setting behind transaction monitoring across deposits and withdrawals. You'll also contribute to experimentation infrastructure, laying the groundwork for future ML and intelligence initiatives.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the logic and rule-setting behind transaction monitoring across deposits and withdrawals, partnering closely with Compliance to study patterns and refine detection logic
- Translate compliance requirements into production detection logic, preserving correctness across alert eligibility, thresholds, customer segmentation, date windows, and deduplication
- Develop and maintain Python and SQL pipelines for transaction data preparation, feature engineering, and detection workflows
- Evaluate detection rules and analytical models across coverage, alert quality, threshold sensitivity, and the impact of proposed changes
- Design reproducible evaluations on historical data that account for limited labels, class imbalance, and shifts in customer behaviour over time
- Own testing, deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and operational support for detection workflows, including investigating data quality issues, pipeline failures, and unexpected changes in detection results
- Execute historical backfills with clear validation and traceability, and maintain reliable downstream alert delivery and integrations with compliance systems
- Be at the forefront of data innovation by experimenting, testing hypotheses, and translating insights into action, while incorporating software engineering best practices into pipelines and dashboards.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, and data management within the fintech, crypto, financial services, or gambling industry, gained in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience working with compliance, fraud, funding, finance, and customer support teams and analyzing large datasets, engineering features, and applying statistical methods to practical business problems
- Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience building and supporting production data or analytical systems
- Hands-on experience using dbt or similar tooling to model and organize high-fidelity data for reporting and decision-making
- Experience setting up and managing data pipelines with a strong understanding of workflow orchestration, plus strong software engineering practices including version control, automated testing, code review, and CI/CD
- Solid statistical foundation; ML exposure is a strong plus
- Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Hex, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to build executive-facing dashboards
- Ability to investigate production issues independently and communicate technical findings and uncertainty to non-technical stakeholders
- You believe wholeheartedly in the values outlined in Kraken's Tentaclements document
- A degree in a field emphasizing analytical rigor, such as analytics, software engineering, statistics, or economics
- Based in Canada, the US, or Brazil, and fluent in English
NICE TO HAVES
- Fraud detection, AML, anomaly detection, or other risk applications
- Experience with Athena, Trino, Kafka, and Kubernetes alongside the core Airflow/dbt/S3 stack
- Transaction pattern analysis, customer segmentation, and detection threshold tuning
- Developing or productionising machine learning models, including experiment tracking and performance monitoring
- Working with sparse or delayed feedback from investigations to evaluate and improve detection
- Explainability, auditability, and change control in regulated environments
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
