ABM Specialist / Assistant Manager
Account-Based Marketing · Healthcare SaaS · Senior Associate / AM band
FUNCTION
Marketing
EXPERIENCE
3–5 Years
LOCATION
Gurugram (Onsite)
SHIFT
UK (1:30–10:30)
Role Overview
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare BPO/KPO serving 280+ healthcare organizations across RCM, Credentialing & Provider Enrollment, Medical Coding, Virtual Medical Assistants, and Payer Analytics, with delivery centers in Gurugram and Manila — including our proprietary InCredibly credentialing platform. We are transitioning from a services company to a Services-as-Software model.
The ABM Specialist / Assistant Manager owns Neolytix’s account-based marketing motion across 1:1 (strategic named accounts), 1:few (ICP segment clusters, e.g., rural hospital RCM), and 1:many (programmatic, intent-gated) tiers. You’ll build and run intent-driven account scoring, tiered engagement playbooks, and enrichment workflows in close partnership with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing — turning signal data into prioritized, sales-ready accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Account Segmentation & Tiering
Define and maintain target-account universes across all three ABM tiers — 1:1 strategic, 1:few ICP clusters, and 1:many programmatic segments.
Set tier-specific playbooks: bespoke for 1:1, shared with light personalization for 1:few, and rules-based programmatic for 1:many.
Intent Signal Monitoring & Scoring
Own recurring intent-signal ingestion (ZoomInfo intent, Apollo, Definitive Healthcare) and convert raw signals into scored account briefs (HOT/WARM/WATCH).
Track signal trends (warming/cooling accounts) and flag ICP-fit exceptions before accounts are actioned.
Maintain the state/tracking files and cadence that keep signal briefs current and non-duplicative day over day.
Enrichment & Data Hygiene
Run account and contact enrichment (Apollo, ZoomInfo) once accounts clear a signal threshold — firmographic and contact data complete before handoff.
Maintain clean handoff protocols to Sales — CRM record checks, email verification, title confirmation, and sequence-conflict checks — before enrollment.
Sales Alignment & Handoff
Deliver prioritized, tiered action lists to assigned AEs on a regular cadence; run structured syncs to confirm status, resolve ICP flags, and align on next-best-actions.
Maintain campaign-tagging discipline in HubSpot (lead source, ICP tier, campaign name) for attribution.
Campaign Design, Reporting & Collaboration
Build multi-channel engagement per tier — email, LinkedIn/paid social, direct mail, webinars, events — matched to 1:1, 1:few, or 1:many treatment; partner with Product Marketing on persona-specific messaging (CMO/COO).
Report pipeline influenced, account engagement, and signal-to-pipeline conversion to leadership monthly; run post-campaign reviews and a testing roadmap.
Act as the connective layer between Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation for all account-based activity.
What You Bring
Must-Have
3–5 years of B2B marketing, with at least 2 years running ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and/or 1:many models.
Hands-on with intent data platforms and translating signals into sales-ready account lists.
A track record of partnering directly with Sales/AE teams on account strategy and handoff — not just campaign delivery.
Hands-on with intent/ABM platforms (ZoomInfo, Definitive Healthcare, Warmly, 6sense, Demandbase, or similar), enrichment (Apollo), and CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot).
Strong grasp of account scoring, tiering, and multi-touch campaign design; comfortable building signal-to-pipeline dashboards.
Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Preferred
B2B SaaS or healthcare-technology marketing background.
Familiarity with the US healthcare provider landscape (hospitals, rural health systems, specialty practices, behavioral health); working knowledge of RCM, credentialing, or practice-management categories.
Familiarity with project-management tools (Asana, Notion, or Jira).
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or a related field) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing or with an incomplete graduation are not eligible.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal English — able to run structured syncs with Sales stakeholders and present ABM performance to leadership.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, full-time, UK shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST) & Should be flexible.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred.
Why Join Neolytix
High-Visibility Pipeline Role
Drive pipeline across the full ABM tier structure, with direct exposure to Sales and Marketing leadership.
Scale an Intent-Driven Motion
Build ABM for a rapidly growing Healthcare SaaS product targeting the US mid-market.
Ownership Culture
An environment that values ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Development Support
Learning resources, external certifications, and leadership mentoring.
Location: Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Setup: Hybrid, onsite 2-3 times per week
Schedule: Full-time, 7PM-4AM or 8PM-5AM
Shape Better People. Build Better Teams!
Bring your expertise into the heart of the business — where employees, performance, and growth come together! Great performance is achieved when employees receive clear expectations, meaningful feedback, practical coaching, and managers who know how to lead with confidence.

Help managers set clear expectations and have better performance conversations.
Coach employees and leaders on feedback, accountability, development, and growth.
🤝Talk People Through It
Provide hands-on HRBP and employee-relations support.
Explain HR processes in a way people actually understand.
Handle difficult conversations with confidence, empathy, and a positive frame.
Know when to push, when to listen, and when to escalate.
📊Turn Data Into Action
Maintain accurate voluntary and involuntary attrition records and exit classifications.
Own and regularly update the attrition tracker across key fields.
Analyze turnover trends, exit feedback, high-risk populations, and potential retention drivers.
Prepare recurring HR reports and basic dashboards covering attrition, headcount movement, performance-cycle completion, and other agreed HR metrics.
Translate data into leader-ready insights, highlighting trends, possible root causes, and recommended actions.
Support exit interviews, exit surveys, employee listening activities, and tracking of retention interventions over time.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Preferably has an HR Generalist / HRBP-type experience with exposure to different HR facets
Is experienced in goal-setting and/or performance management
Is a strong communicator who loves explaining and influencing others,
assertive, approachable, positive, and is comfortable coaching people and handling difficult conversations
Is data-aware and able to turn HR data into practical actions
Has around 1-5 years of relevant HR experience. Fresh graduates with meaningful HR internship experience may also be considered!

REPORTS INTO
CEO & COO
About the Role
The Associate Director, RCM Operations is Neolytix's senior-most delivery leader in India, accountable for the end-to-end performance of our RCM and Credentialing service lines. This is not a monitoring role. The AD owns the outcome: SLAs, quality, client satisfaction, team capability, and the P&L that sits behind every engagement.
Reporting to the COO and CEO, this seat carries direct authority over Operations Managers, Team Leads, and front-line specialists across both service lines. You will be the primary escalation authority for all delivery issues, the senior client-facing voice for operational matters, and the architect of how Neolytix's India delivery function scales.
If you have spent your career running large healthcare operations at a high standard, know what great RCM and Credentialing delivery looks like from the floor up, and are ready to own both the number and the team, this is the role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery & SLA Ownership
Own end-to-end SLA performance across RCM sub-functions: AR follow-up, billing, payment posting, charge posting, and denial management.
Own Credentialing operations in full: provider enrollment, re-credentialing, CAQH maintenance, expirable tracking, and payer-specific workflows.
Drive the operating cadence: daily floor reviews, weekly performance dashboards, monthly COO reporting, and escalation resolution.
Serve as the senior escalation authority for all delivery issues across both service lines, with direct accountability for resolution timelines.
2. Capacity Planning & P&L
Own the India delivery P&L for RCM and Credentialing, managing cost-to-serve, billing realization, and margin targets.
Lead headcount planning, capacity modeling, and resource allocation aligned to client volume commitments and pipeline.
Partner with the COO on ramp-up plans for new client onboardings, covering hiring, training, and floor-readiness timelines.
3. Client Engagement & Retention
Act as the senior operational partner for key clients, building trusted and long-term relationships with client-side stakeholders.
Lead and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews, performance reporting, and service expansion discussions.
Proactively surface delivery risks, drive resolution, and communicate transparently with client stakeholders before issues escalate.
4. People Leadership & Talent Development
Lead, coach, and develop a multi-tier team: Operations Managers, Team Leads, and front-line specialists across RCM and Credentialing.
Own succession planning, performance management cycles, and high-potential identification for the ops org.
Partner with Talent Management on hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies for RCM and Credentialing talent.
Build a performance culture grounded in accountability, continuous feedback, and professional growth.
5. Process Excellence & Technology
Drive continuous improvement across both service lines using structured problem-solving approaches.
Champion automation and technology adoption to improve throughput, reduce error rates, and lower cost-to-serve.
Own SOPs, process documentation, and audit readiness across RCM and Credentialing workflows.
Collaborate with analytics and technology teams to build performance visibility and reporting infrastructure.
6. Governance & Compliance
Ensure all operations remain compliant with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and payer-specific requirements.
Own internal QA frameworks, audit processes, and remediation planning for both service lines.
Maintain documentation standards and escalation protocols that support SSAE-18 and SOC 2 readiness.
What You Bring
Must-Have
Full-time MBA / PGDM or equivalent postgraduate degree.
16 to 20 years in US healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role heading multi-functional delivery teams of 100+ FTEs.
Demonstrated experience leading Credentialing operations at scale: provider enrollment, re-credentialing, CAQH, and payer contracting workflows.
Strong command of RCM workflows across the full cycle: AR follow-up, billing, payment posting, charge posting, and denial management.
Prior experience in a BPO, MSO, or KPO environment serving US healthcare providers.
Proven P&L ownership: cost-to-serve management, headcount planning, and capacity modeling in a delivery environment.
Ability to build and read operational dashboards, interpret KPIs, and drive decisions from data.
Excellent communication with the ability to engage C-suite clients and internal leadership with equal fluency.
Strong Preference
Experience managing multi-geography delivery operations spanning India and Philippines.
Familiarity with PM and EHR platforms: AdvancedMD, Athenahealth, Kareo, Epic, or Centricity.
Track record of leading go-live transitions and new client onboarding at scale.
Nice-to-Have
Six Sigma or Lean certification.
Exposure to AI-assisted workflows or automation tools within RCM environments.
Experience in SSAE-18 / SOC 2 compliance environments.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Full-time Postgraduate degree (MBA / PGDM or equivalent) mandatory. Part-time, correspondence, or distance-learning qualifications are not accepted.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English. Confident in client-facing calls, COO-level reporting, and written communication with US-based stakeholders.
Work Mode: Onsite, Gurugram, 5 days a week. This is a floor-level leadership role; physical presence is required.
Notice Period: Candidates available within 30 to 45 days preferred. Extensions considered for the right profile.
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
The AD, Operations will be measured on the following within the first 12 months:
SLA achievement rate across RCM and Credentialing: 95%+ sustained over rolling 90 days.
Net collection rate and AR days for RCM accounts under management, trending toward agreed benchmarks.
Credentialing cycle time: first-pass provider enrollment within payer-committed timelines, zero expirable lapses.
Client retention and satisfaction: no unplanned exits attributable to delivery performance.
Team attrition (operations): managed within business continuity thresholds.
Delivery margin: cost-to-serve within budget and P&L targets for both service lines.
Audit and QA coverage: internal quality audits completed on schedule with remediation tracked to closure.
Hiring Process
Stage 1: Talent Management screening and profile review.
Stage 2: Functional interview with COO covering delivery depth, P&L accountability, multi-LOB scope, and leadership approach.
Stage 3: Leadership interview with CEO covering strategic fit, client philosophy, and team-building track record.
Stage 4: Reference checks and offer.
Why Join Neolytix

Own the full delivery function with direct access to the COO and CEO. No layers between your decisions and their impact.

Greenfield opportunity to standardize, automate, and shape how operations scales at Neolytix, including technology adoption and team structure.

Compensation benchmarked to senior ops leadership in Delhi NCR, with performance incentives linked to delivery outcomes and margin targets.

The Role
You’ll be the operational backbone of our Chicago office — coordinating across provider enrollment, payer relations, and client service while keeping the day-to-day running smoothly. This is a high-touch role where you’ll work directly with company leadership and clients, so strong communication and a bias toward getting things done matter more than any single technical skill.

Serve as a point of contact for local clients, including scheduling check-ins, preparing meeting materials, and occasionally visiting client sites in the Chicagoland area.
Handle office operations for our Chicago location: supplies, scheduling, travel coordination, expense tracking, employee coordination for US-based staff, and support for marketing events and industry conferences.
Maintain organized records across enrollment cases, payer interactions, and client communications so nothing falls through the cracks.
Prepare basic reports and dashboards to support team visibility into operational workflows (Power BI experience a plus; we’ll invest in building your skills here).
