BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page https://www.kraken.com/culture to understand what drives us and how we work.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world’s longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions globally. We offer spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services for both individual investors and institutional clients.
The Consumer Mobile team builds the Kraken app, the interface millions of people use to interact with their money. We work primarily in React Native to make complex financial experiences intuitive, fast, and trustworthy. Our product-minded engineers work closely with Product and Design to understand client problems, challenge assumptions, shape solutions, and measure whether what we ship improves the experience.
We are expanding into Asia and building a new app specifically for Asian users. This requires genuine experience with the region’s distinct user expectations, design language, and technical constraints compared with Western markets.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Build and own high-quality React Native features end to end, from ambiguous client problems and solution design through implementation, launch, measurement, and iteration
- Partner closely with Product and Design to shape thoughtful, responsive, and trustworthy financial experiences, including product discovery, trading, and simplified client journeys
- Work with APIs and dynamic or real-time data, making strong decisions on state management, rendering, performance, architecture, and reliability
- Raise the product-engineering bar through technical discussions, code reviews, collaboration, strong product ownership, and a willingness to move between product and technical challenges
- Help build Kraken’s new app for Asian markets. Act as the team’s subject-matter guide on regional UX and design expectations, practical approaches to firewall and connectivity restrictions, and appropriate vendors and tooling such as telemetry solutions
WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong React Native experience, including shipping meaningful production applications and making sound architectural and implementation decisions in a modern mobile codebase
- A product-building mindset and strong product judgment. You start with the client problem, challenge or simplify requirements when needed, and turn loosely defined problems into measurable product outcomes
- End-to-end feature ownership, with the ability to use metrics, experimentation, client behavior, and feedback to assess and improve what you ship
- Experience building responsive, data-rich applications using APIs and dynamic or real-time data, alongside close collaboration with Product and Design in written and verbal English
- Versatility and thoughtful AI use. You are comfortable wearing multiple hats and use tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude to work faster while retaining responsibility for engineering judgment and quality
- Proven experience building and shipping consumer mobile apps for Asian markets. You understand the region’s UX and design conventions, its technical limitations, and how to navigate launch challenges including firewall and connectivity restrictions. You can clearly explain how you have solved these problems before
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in fintech, trading, crypto, payments, or another financial technology environment, with an understanding of trading, investing, or financial products
- Experience with real-time or streaming data, and improving mobile application performance, responsiveness, and reliability across a range of devices
- Experience across both mobile and web, or in a startup or small-to-medium-sized technology company where engineers work closely with Product and Design
- Native mobile experience in Swift or Kotlin, including sound judgment about when to work below the React Native layer
- Chinese language proficiency, such as Mandarin, or another Asian language
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
The Learning Design and Enablement Manager will join the Enterprise Learning & Development team within the People organization to build applied learning experiences that strengthen leadership, professional, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities. You’ll translate business needs into practical, scenario-based learning that supports lasting behavior change, scalable enablement, and measurable business impact. Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Learning & Development, this role is remote in the United States and Canada and will help build the capabilities 1Password needs to deliver on its mission.
How we’re using AI today
On the People team, we’re using AI intentionally and responsibly as part of how our work gets done. We’re building a shared foundation of AI confidence and capability with the belief that innovation happens best when we learn and experiment together. From drafting communications and synthesizing feedback to automating workflows across the employee lifecycle, we’re embedding AI into our day-to-day operations and the way we collaborate cross-functionally, helping us move quickly and create space for the human moments that matter most.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or a related learning and development role, with experience translating capability needs into practical learning solutions.
• Experience designing scenario-based learning grounded in real business workflows and focused on behavior change rather than one-time knowledge transfer.
• Ability to identify patterns across stakeholder needs and create reusable frameworks, content, and learning experiences that can scale across teams.
• Experience embedding measurement and evaluation into learning solutions, along with the ability to connect learning outcomes to business impact.
• Working knowledge of instructional design methods such as Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE), Design Thinking, backward design, or comparable approaches.
• Strong project management, facilitation, communication, and independent decision-making skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear solutions and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience building workplace AI capability, designing leadership programs across multiple leadership levels, or using emerging learning technologies and AI-enabled tools.
What you can expect:
• Design and develop applied learning solutions based on identified capability needs, using real business scenarios and workflows.
• Partner with functional enablement leads, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to integrate learning into existing programs and team practices.
• Lead the design and development of leadership capability programs for front-line, mid-level, and senior leaders, facilitating selected sessions as needed.
• Create learning experiences that help people use AI thoughtfully and effectively, with an emphasis on judgment, critical thinking, responsible application, and evaluating outcomes.
• Develop reusable frameworks, practices, measurement approaches, and resources that strengthen learning delivery and effectiveness across the organization.
• Build evaluation into each solution, use learner and stakeholder feedback to improve programs, and maintain learning materials so they remain current and relevant.

Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
Senior Product Designer, Knowledge Graph
This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates in the US and Canada
(East Coast US/Canada preferred, open to other time zones for exceptional candidates)
.
The Opportunity:
As a Senior Product Designer at Grafana Labs, you will join a growing Product Design organization of more than 25 designers, researchers, engineers, and design leaders distributed across six continents. You will work within a 100% remote R&D organization, so strong, proactive remote communication, collaboration, facilitation, and relationship building skills will be essential to your success.
As
Senior Product Designer for Grafana Cloud’s Knowledge Graph
, you'll design experiences for the context layer of Grafana Cloud that powers our entity graph, entity catalog and RCA workbench. Knowledge Graph automatically discovers services, infrastructure, and databases from the telemetry teams already have, maps how they depend on each other, and runs anomaly detection. This gives engineers, SREs, and their agents an up to date picture of their systems. We want anyone to be able to understand a system and resolve an incident faster, without writing queries or maintaining alert rules, not just the one person who happens to know it best.
Over time, you will develop deep expertise in your product area and associated customer and user personas, use cases, and workflows, which will enable you to design tailored, role-driven experiences.
You will also have an opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the Product Design team at Grafana by coaching and mentoring other designers, collaborating on team internal initiatives, and helping evolve new ways of working, learning, and having fun together as the team scales.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Enabling customers to easily understand and explore how their systems connect to each other. Find clear, simple ways to show complex, constantly-changing information without overwhelming the user
Translate research and data to experiences that are easy to digest and break down complexity
Tailor the experience to different target audiences, covering multiple user perspectives
Work cross-functionally with peers and leaders in engineering, product management, technical writing, and GTM functions, as well as other members of the Product Design team
Prioritise for delivering impact while balancing business priorities, customer wishes and technical considerations
Document user needs and pain points, design directions, UX trade-offs, and detailed designs for specific features and enhancements
Execute research and contribute to quantitative and qualitative research initiatives with researchers, cross-functional collaborators, customers, and members of the Grafana user community
What Makes You a Great Fit:
7+ years of relevant design experience working on B2B/enterprise software products, ideally designing tools and services for developers or other highly technical users
A portfolio of effective designs for complex products delivered in a fast-paced environment
Experience running qualitative research in complex fields, building empathy with users and humans, their needs and pain points even when you have very little in common with them
Ability to make design decisions that appropriately balance business goals, product priorities, customer feedback, research insights, and technical considerations
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time-zones to iteratively ship and evolve products while keeping the end design vision in mind
Attention to detail and willingness to learn about a complex, very technical product space
Experience working in a fully-remote, fast-paced environment where you are expected to share openly, default to transparency, and embrace your autonomy
Bonus Points For:
Experience designing complex, data-dense interfaces with a focus on clarity
Ability to rapidly gain an understanding of a technical domain and associated customer needs and user workflows in order to design effective experiences within that domain
Domain knowledge or experience related to observability, cloud infrastructure, and/or database monitoring
Experience helping design teams, especially at engineering led companies, level up their practice, collaboration with partner functions, and user and organizational impact
When you apply, please:
Provide an example of an experience where decision-making in a complex area is made easy through a well-curated UI. Add a sentence or two about what you believe makes it effective.
Compensation & Rewards:
In Canada, the Base compensation range for this role is CAD $
145,000
- CAD $182,000.
Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed

About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Caitlin, Senior Manager, Technical Support at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for an Email Deliverability Specialist to join our deliverability program within Technical Support. You'll help customers reach the inbox by diagnosing sending issues, advising on best practices, and guiding senders through an email ecosystem that keeps changing.
You'll be one of several deliverability experts on a team that shares knowledge across Technical Support, so your work reaches well beyond your own queue. You'll partner with Customer Success, Technical Support, and Engineering: taking customer calls, equipping CSMs for customer conversations, working through complex technical cases alongside Engineering, and turning what you see in tickets into documentation, training, and better processes.
You'll thrive here if you think about the health of the whole program, enjoy improving how work gets done, and are equally comfortable digging into a detailed case and having a direct conversation with a customer about acceptable use.
What we value
Empathy and curiosity:
You approach every customer with patience and a desire to dig deeper, especially when a conversation gets uncomfortable.
Clarity:
You explain complex technical concepts simply and help others do the same.
Collaboration:
You build strong partnerships across Support, Customer Success, and Engineering, and you treat customer outcomes as a shared goal.
Thinking at scale:
You look at how we do things today and see what could work better for the whole organization, then you help make it happen.
Continuous learning:
You stay ahead of evolving standards and see change as a chance to improve how we work.
What you'll do
Act as a trusted deliverability advisor to customers, handling complex cases through to full resolution and leading customer calls when a conversation needs it
Audit sender setup and monitor reputation across IPs and domains, using authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and BIMI, DNS configuration, and provider tools like Google Postmaster Tools, Yahoo Sender Hub, and Microsoft SNDS to diagnose blocklists, spam traps, and engagement drops
Work through highly technical issues with Engineering, taking ownership of the investigation first and sharing trends from customer cases with Product and Engineering
Identify acceptable use policy violations and spam complaints, hold clear and direct conversations with customers about compliance, and keep up with evolving standards (Gmail and Yahoo sender requirements, CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
Equip CSMs and Technical Support with the knowledge to handle deliverability conversations, through coaching, documentation, and training
Improve processes, tools, and one-to-many resources, such as help content, Academy course and proactive customer guidance, so deliverability support scales across the organization
What we're looking for
2-4 years of experience in email deliverability at a mid-size or large ESP, B2B SaaS company, or marketing automation platform, with exposure to deliverability at scale
Deep understanding of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI) and infrastructure (SMTP, MTAs, DNS), with the technical comfort to work through complex issues with Engineering
Proficiency with provider data feeds (Google Postmaster Tools, Yahoo Sender Hub, Microsoft SNDS) and third-party deliverability monitoring tools like Everest, MXToolbox, or similar, and the analytical skill to turn bounce, engagement, and blocklist data into clear recommendations
Working knowledge of email compliance and acceptable use standards, and comfort having direct conversations with customers who are sending outside of them
Experience building or improving processes, documentation, or training that help a support or deliverability team scale
Excellent written and verbal communication, including comfort leading customer calls and simplifying technical concepts for any audience
Located in the United States or Canada
Bonus: participation in deliverability communities (M3AAWG, ESPC, or similar) and experience partnering with Customer Success teams
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $102,000 - $110,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, growth, and overall health of a book of 8–12 of Ramp’s largest and most strategic customers. You’ll own the long-term relationship and be accountable for maintaining and growing revenue, driving product adoption, and ensuring your customers achieve meaningful business outcomes on Ramp.
You’ll build deep relationships across all levels of your customers’ organizations, from day-to-day operators to C-suite executives, and be skilled at managing complex stakeholder dynamics and product configurations. Internally, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams at Ramp to strengthen our B2B relationships, coordinate strategic initiatives, and feed structured insights into our product roadmap and internal processes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own a portfolio of 8–12 strategic Enterprise customers, with clear accountability for retention, expansion, and overall account health
- Maintain and grow revenue and usage within your book of business by identifying, pitching, and executing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build and execute detailed account and territory plans, including QBRs and executive reviews that highlight results, surface risks, and align on future growth
- Lead frequent customer conversations (status calls, roadmap discussions, upsell conversations, and QBRs) to ensure customers are achieving strong outcomes with Ramp
- Own end-to-end execution of renewals and expansions, from discovery and solution design through commercial negotiation and close
- Serve as a Ramp product expert, proactively uncovering workflow gaps and recommending solutions that save customers time and money, while guiding them toward deeper platform adoption
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, CSMs, and Solutions to coordinate customer initiatives and deliver tailored, enterprise-grade solutions
- Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams, translating customer needs and patterns into recommendations that shape Ramp’s Strategic and Enterprise roadmap
- Navigate and align internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, investors, partners, and cross-functional teams
- Use data and analytics to inform your strategy, monitor account performance, and communicate impact and opportunities in a clear, grounded way
WHAT YOU NEED
- 9+ years of experience as a Account Manager or Account Executive
- 3+ years managing strategic Enterprise accounts (2,500+ employees or Fortune 1000) with proven commercial ownership
- Strong familiarity with Fintech, Payments, Finance/Accounting, or B2B SaaS products
- Demonstrated success negotiating and closing complex six-figure renewals and upsells
- Ability to understand and communicate complex product workflows, integrations, and technical configurations
- High fluency in financial value drivers — able to articulate ROI, payback periods, process modernization, and cost savings
- Deep sense of ownership with the ability to build processes, playbooks, and documentation from 0→1 as strategic customers push the limits of Ramp’s platform and require new, scalable solutions
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally and at the C-suite
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced environments
- Operates with urgency, grit, and ownership; thrives in environments with innovation, change, and ambiguity
- Willingness to travel for customer on-sites, events, and internal team summits

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We’re looking for a Brand Designer to join the Figma Brand Studio and focus on designing for the web. This role will help up-level some of our most important surfaces—our marketing websites—in brand-forward, novel, and unexpected ways.
This role sits at the intersection of web design, software storytelling, and brand. You’ll need expert visual and UX instincts, a deep curiosity about our products, and a point of view on how to make product stories land on the web—showing what Figma can do, not just telling. You’re someone who loves to tinker and experiment. You have a deep understanding of accessibility, and you’re comfortable taking ideas from early sketch to working prototype, partnering with web engineers to bring new patterns and interactions to life. Working closely across Brand and Marketing, you’ll shape everything from site structure and navigation to launch, campaign, and event experiences. You’ll also help evolve the web design system that helps the team ship quality work at speed. You’ll play a central role in defining how Figma shows up on the web through experiences that are inventive, accessible, and beautifully crafted.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Own and drive best-in-class UX and visual design across Figma’s marketing websites, from concept through prototype and production
Tell Figma’s software story on the web in compelling, inventive ways, working with Product Marketing and Content Strategy to show (not just tell) what our products can do
Prototype and develop new web patterns and interactions that move past standard SaaS conventions, and partner with web engineers to make them real
Design brand-forward web experiences for launches, campaigns, and events that feel novel and unexpected, while staying accessible and performant
Shape site structure, information architecture, and navigation to better bring our content strategy to life and serve customers’ needs
Evolve and contribute to our web design system, including templates and components that help the team ship quality work at speed
Share learnings, experiments, and techniques with Brand Studio and partners to raise the bar across the org
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years designing websites, with a portfolio that shows creative range, strong visual, interaction, and typographic craft, and a clear point of view on telling software stories on the web
Fluency designing, prototyping, and building with Figma, and curiosity about new design, build, and AI tools, with clear opinions on how and when to use them
Strong systems thinking, grounded in information architecture, UX and accessibility best practices, and experience contributing to and evolving design systems and templates
Experience using research and data to run experiments and drive decisions
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to drive concepts from start to finish on your own, partnering closely with design, copy, strategy, engineering, product marketing, and growth along the way
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

THE OPPORTUNITY
- Augment the Labor & Employment (L&E) legal team and act as the subject matter expert for the EU and UK, providing local-law advice in European time zones and, as needed, supporting L&E matters in MENA and APAC in coordination with local counsel
- Take first-line ownership of recurring EU and UK employment matters, including worker classification issues, employee separations and employee relations, executive compensation agreements, and wage-and-hour matters
- Work with executive leadership, existing employment counsel, and the Payward Experience (PX) team to develop the L&E practice for a rapidly growing global/worldwide workforce
- Advise on and manage works council, collective consultation, pay transparency, and employee representative matters, and prepare the company for new consultation obligations as its European footprint grows, including in connection with restructurings and acquisitions
- Support M&A due diligence and post-closing workforce integration for European acquisitions, including policy harmonization and the related consultation requirements

- Support the PX team and existing counsel with workplace investigations, particularly in the EU and UK, potentially involving whistleblower allegations, discrimination allegations, and personnel performance issues
- Provide expert strategic input to the business and recruiting teams on expanding Payward’s global footprint, including EOR, direct employment, and entity decisions in Europe, global mobility issues, and contingent workforce
- Advise the company with risk mitigation for trade secret matters and restrictive covenants in the EU and UK
- Manage and direct local outside counsel on formal local-law opinions and pre-litigation matters in the EU and UK and, as needed, MENA and APAC, while handling routine, repeatable advice in-house
- Monitor and advise on global L&E trends including those within the crypto industry to help the Company’s competitive adaptability, talent acquisition and retention, and workplace processes along with additional duties as required
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years of legal experience advising in the EU, UK and other jurisdictions on employment, labor, and executive compensation issues, including in-house and law firm experience working with companies in both high-growth scaling and mature, large-enterprise environments
- Broad international labor and employment background
- Experience advising on works councils, collective consultation, and employee representative bodies in the EU and/or UK
- Experience advising on employee and candidate data privacy issues under the GDPR and UK GDPR
- Hands-on proficiency using generative AI tools (such as Claude or ChatGPT) in day-to-day legal work, with sound judgment on verifying outputs against local law and protecting confidentiality, privilege, and personal data
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, plus an opportunity-making attitude, using the law to increase the company’s optionality, not decrease it
NICE TO HAVES
- Interest in the crypto industry / what our company is offering to the world and why
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or other regulated financial services industries
- Experience with MENA and/or APAC employment markets
- Experience with due diligence and advising on labor and employment issues in connection with acquisitions, including transfer-of-undertakings rules and post-closing workforce integration

- Monitor and advise on global L&E trends including those within the cryptocurrency industry to help Company’s competitive adaptability, talent acquisition and retention, and workplace processes
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
