WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
WHY THIS ROLE?
This role is for a highly experienced Back-End Software Engineer who wants to work on core systems that shape how the platform (Model Vault) operates. You will help define the architecture of the platform where reliability, security, performance, and simplicity all matter, and where many of the problems do not have off-the-shelf solutions.
Model Vault is Cohere’s inference platform for deploying and operating models securely at enterprise scale. The team owns the systems between a customer and the underlying AI infrastructure, including identity, deployments, metering, billing, security, privacy, and confidential computing. We are strengthening these systems as Model Vault grows, with the goal of scaling to millions of users and supporting some of the world’s most demanding enterprise workloads.
AS A SENIOR/STAFF SOFTWARE ENGINEER, YOU WILL:
- Evolve and scale the backend systems that power Model Vault, including authentication and authorization, deployment management, billing, metering, and customer lifecycle.
- Lead major architectural initiatives across identity, payments, usage systems, platform scalability, and other core product foundations.
- Build highly reliable control-plane services for provisioning, configuring, scaling, and operating model deployments across clouds and hardware platforms.
- Design APIs and distributed systems with strong guarantees around correctness, consistency, isolation, failure recovery, idempotency, and observability.
- Build security and privacy into the platform architecture, including tenant isolation, least-privilege access, auditability, secrets management, encryption, and confidential computing boundaries.
- Solve complex problems that span backend systems, cloud infrastructure, security, and AI inference, where conventional SaaS patterns are often not enough.
- Drive projects end-to-end, from architecture and threat modeling through implementation, rollout, production operations, and iteration based on real customer workloads.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF:
- You are a strong backend engineer with excellent fundamentals in distributed systems, databases, networking, operating systems, and security.
- You have strong programming fundamentals and experience building production systems in languages such as Go, Python, Java, C++, Rust, or similar. You write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and make thoughtful tradeoffs between simplicity, performance, and correctness.
- You have designed and operated production systems where correctness, availability, security, and performance mattered at significant scale.
- You can take ambiguous, high-impact technical problems, define the right architecture, and drive them through to reliable production systems.
- You have strong systems-design instincts and understand concepts such as concurrency, consistency, caching, queues, rate limiting, backpressure, failure domains, idempotency, and graceful degradation.
- You think deeply about security boundaries and understand authentication, authorization, identity, cryptography, secrets, tenant isolation, and how small implementation choices can create significant security risks.
- You are comfortable reasoning across backend services, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and the cloud infrastructure they run on.
- You are comfortable diving into unfamiliar codebases and debugging complex problems that cross service or system boundaries.
- You care about the details of production engineering, including instrumentation, capacity planning, migrations, backwards compatibility, incident response, and safe rollouts.
- You are comfortable challenging existing architecture and evolving foundational components when the system’s needs change.
- You have a track record of taking technically difficult projects from an unclear starting point to systems that other engineers and customers depend on.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.

- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.

- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join a team building and validating AI-powered and traditional features for a leading personal finance platform. You’ll own quality across web, mobile, and API — with a particular focus on testing AI/LLM-integrated components where standard deterministic methods don’t apply.
This role requires someone who understands the fundamental difference between testing software that has a right answer and evaluating AI outputs that have a probability distribution — and who has done both in production.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Plan, design, and execute test cases for AI-powered components and traditional features, applying the appropriate methodology — eval-based or deterministic — based on the target behavior.
- Analyze traditional functional requirements as well as AI model behavior specifications, prompt outputs, and edge-case scenarios.
- Turn business requirements, user flows, and business process procedures into comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual feature testing across platforms and verify bug fixes.
- Create clear, detailed defect reports and document unexpected AI model responses, hallucinations, and performance regressions.
- Assist in developing QA practices for emerging technologies including AI frameworks, and disseminate best practices across the team.
- Become a subject matter expert in core systems, interfaces, business processes, and reporting tools.
- Partner closely with functional teams, engineers, and IT in a global environment with aligned LATAM working hours.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5–7 years of experience in software testing across web, mobile, and API.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright in a production testing environment — this is a primary requirement for this role.
- Hands-on AI feature testing experience — validating AI/LLM-integrated products for accuracy, relevance, robustness against adversarial prompts, edge cases, and safety/toxicity.
- Clear understanding of eval vs. deterministic testing — the difference between pass/fail based on exact input/output and evaluating probabilistic AI outputs using human-in-the-loop evaluations, score metrics, benchmark datasets, and semantic evaluation.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile application development lifecycles including iOS and Android specifics.
- Proven experience in integration, regression, performance/load, and UAT.
- Hands-on knowledge of browser DevTools and log monitoring.
- Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with test management systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with HTML proxy tools such as Charles Proxy or Fiddler.
- Hands-on knowledge of Xcode logs and ADB logs.
- Experience in the financial services or fintech domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.
Ready to make an impact?
If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.
Solvd is an equal opportunity employer.

You’ll create impact for our future by taking ownership, contributing to shared goals and helping shape what comes next, all as part of our enhanced international community of talented, collaborative and passionate teams.
The difference you’ll make
You’ll own the products that help loveholidays grow direct relationships with hotels. By making it easier for partners to join us, manage their supply and improve their performance, you’ll help hotels achieve their commercial goals while giving our customers greater choice and value.
Our ambition is to build an industry-leading operating system for our suppliers: bringing together onboarding, day-to-day management and the insights partners need to make better commercial decisions. You’ll help turn that ambition into a clear product direction. Your initial focus will be simplifying hotel onboarding and improving how effectively we turn direct hotel supply into bookings.
You’ll be part of the Direct Hotels team, reporting to the Head of Product for Supply Platform. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Operations and Analytics to build capabilities for hotel partners that support our broader supply strategy. The team sits within Platform, which provides shared technology and tools to help teams across loveholidays deliver the outcomes that drive value for our suppliers and experiences that delight our customers.
Your day-to-day:
- Own the product direction and roadmap. Translate the Direct Hotels ambition into prioritised opportunities, clear outcomes and achievable delivery increments. Make informed trade-offs between supplier needs, commercial value and technical investment.
- Understand the people using our products. Work directly with hotel partners, contracting teams and loading operations to uncover problems, test ideas and understand what will drive adoption.
- Improve the journey from onboarding to bookable supply. Simplify how information is collected, checked and maintained, using automation and self-service where they make the experience easier to navigate and more reliable.
- Build towards supplier self-service. Develop capabilities that progressively give hotels more control over their relationship with us, working towards connected management tools and useful commercial insights.
- Take products from discovery through to measurable impact. Work closely with Engineering and Design to prototype, test, deliver and iterate. Explore practical applications of AI, define success measures and use evidence from adoption, supplier feedback and commercial performance to guide what comes next.
Your skillset:
- Product ownership and strategic delivery: A track record of taking complex problems from discovery through to delivery and demonstrating meaningful user and business outcomes. The ability to connect a long-term vision to the next useful improvement, navigate uncertainty and drive delivery.
- Supplier and user understanding: The ability to understand different users’ goals and turn complicated workflows into useful, intuitive products. Experience with B2B, supplier, partner or marketplace products would be particularly valuable.
- Commercial and analytical judgement: Confidence connecting product decisions to growth, margin and operating costs, while considering value for both hotel partners and holidaymakers. Experience defining success measures, investigating performance and using data alongside qualitative research to make decisions.
- Communication and technical fluency: Clear communication and the ability to align commercial, operational and technical colleagues around priorities, decisions and outcomes. Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, data and platform constraints with Engineering.
- Experimentation and AI curiosity: A practical approach to testing ideas and applying new capabilities, including examples of how you have used or evaluated AI to improve products or ways of working.
Experience in hotel distribution or travel technology would be welcome, but is not essential. We’re also interested in people who have solved comparable supplier, marketplace or operational challenges in other industries.
The interview journey:

About the job
Twilio is seeking a highly proactive and business-minded Executive Assistant to support executives within our Enterprise Technology organization. This role extends well beyond traditional administrative support. The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of our business, technology strategy, organizational priorities, and key initiatives—using that context to anticipate needs, manage competing demands, and help leaders and their teams operate more effectively.
You will serve as a trusted partner to your executives, proactively managing their time and attention. You will be expected to exercise sound judgment, take ownership, and move work forward even when direction is not fully defined or all information is not yet available.
This role requires someone who is comfortable taking charge, solving problems, and navigating ambiguity. You will build strong relationships with executive leadership, their direct reports, and administrative partners across the organization, serving as a central point of coordination and a reliable source of insight and continuity.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Develop a deep understanding of the Enterprise Technology organization, including its strategy, priorities, key initiatives, stakeholders, and operating rhythms, and use that knowledge to anticipate needs and inform day-to-day decisions.
Serve as a trusted thought partner to executives, providing informed input, identifying potential risks or conflicts, and helping move priorities forward without waiting for detailed direction.
Strategically manage complex executive calendars by evaluating and prioritizing requests, resolving conflicts, protecting time for critical work, and redirecting or delegating meetings when appropriate.
Make sound, independent decisions on behalf of executives, including determining when their participation is needed and ensuring they are prepared with the right context, materials, and desired outcomes.
Manage complex domestic and international travel, prepare and reconcile expenses, and proactively address changes or issues that arise.
Serve as a key point of contact for executives’ direct reports and administrative partners, building trusted relationships and facilitating effective coordination across the organization.
Help translate executive priorities into action by tracking commitments, following up on decisions, and driving accountability for milestones, deliverables, and next steps.
Support key projects and initiatives by gathering information, synthesizing updates, identifying dependencies, and ensuring the right stakeholders remain aligned.
Draft and coordinate executive communications, presentations, program updates, meeting materials, and other written content with a high degree of clarity and professionalism.
Manage leadership meeting and operating cadences, including developing agendas, coordinating presenters, preparing materials, capturing decisions and action items, and ensuring effective follow-through.
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of executive offsites, leadership summits, strategic planning sessions, and team gatherings, including budget management, venue sourcing, agenda development, material preparation, and stakeholder coordination.
Organize and support special events, team activities, and other high-visibility meetings through thoughtful research, participant coordination, and logistics management.
Analyze team surveys, operational information, or other inputs to identify themes and provide executives with useful insights.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operating practices, and create a more efficient and positive experience for executives and their teams.
Handle sensitive information and complex situations with exceptional discretion, professionalism, and judgment.
Qualifications
Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. Twilio values diverse experiences in other industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. While having “desired” qualifications make for a strong candidate, we encourage applicants with alternative experiences to also apply. ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring a Brand Partnerships Manager to shape and accelerate our growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
You’ll build our brand partnerships strategy from the ground up: sourcing high-potential partners, developing relationships, structuring creative collaborations, and turning them into campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.
Success in this role looks like building real, high-impact partnerships with tangible value for Ramp, our partners, and the audiences we reach together. The ideal candidate is a marketer who can also run a deal: you come up with the partnership, you know why it matters for the business, and you execute relentlessly to get it out the door. You should have an instinct for great ideas, a strong creative point of view, and a close read on what’s happening across media, sports, and culture. Most importantly, you’ve turned those ideas into campaigns that break through culture, get attention, and drive business outcomes.
Ramp is a place for people who move fast, take ownership, and are looking to do the best work of their careers. We want someone who can build this function out, bet on partners that matter, and create collaborations that move the needle and are unmistakably Ramp.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own Ramp’s brand partnerships program end to end: partner strategy, sourcing, negotiation, and execution.
- Find high-value partners across finance, sports, business, and media who can put Ramp in front of new audiences.
- Build a system for spotting and tracking emerging talent so we can place smart bets early. We sponsored Neal Shipley while he was still an amateur golfer, and TBPN in the very early days. We like spotting emerging brands and talent before everyone else does.
- Develop bold partnership concepts that tie into Ramp’s brand, product priorities, launches, and broader marketing campaigns.
- Lead deal strategy and negotiation, including pricing, asset packages, usage rights, exclusivity, deliverables, timelines, and contract terms.
- Work with teams across Ramp to run and test campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, so every partnership delivers both creative impact and business results.
- Manage active partnerships day to day. Keep deliverables on track, and keep finding new ways to work with existing partners so Ramp gets the most out of every relationship.
- Work closely with Ramp’s sales team to spot deals where a partner could help, and find timely, relevant ways to bring them in.
- Handle reporting for every partnership. Track delivery and performance, share what you’re learning, and recommend when to renew, expand, change, or end a deal.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, or a related role.
- A track record of developing, negotiating, and executing high-profile brand, media, or strategic partnerships, ideally within a fast moving in-house team or at an agency. The ideal candidate has a builder mindset and is willing to challenge conventional approaches and take a first principles approach.
- Strong creative judgment, with the ability to spot culturally relevant ideas and turn them into partnerships and campaigns that earn attention.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and launch new programs quickly from scratch You can move from strategy to execution quickly, manage complexity, and drive work across teams.
- Excel at balancing brand authenticity with performance metrics. Strong business acumen and judgment to balance efficiency with bold bets.
- Ability to switch between strategy and in-the-weeds execution. In one meeting, you’re zooming out to set the vision and framework, the next you’re diving into day-to-day execution and delivery.
- A strong interest in culture, entertainment, and sports.

Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. - Sourcing proactively, well beyond inbound, across healthcare technology, healthcare services, and B2B SaaS
- Designing and managing candidate pipelines with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and a white-glove experience
- Using AI to improve recruiting processes, such as sourcing, outreach, collecting feedback, and pipeline reporting, and sharing what works with the Talent team
- Advising hiring teams with market insights, role benchmarks, and Ashby data, and building the rubrics, scorecards, and debrief practices that keep quality high
- Representing Tennr externally. Every candidate interaction is a chance to show our brand and values.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally focused on Sales and GTM roles
- 1 to 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting at a high-growth startup, with a strong record closing customer-facing roles
- Ability to manage high-volume, complex searches across multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or urgency
- Strong partnership with hiring leaders: you influence with clarity, data, and operational rigor
- Exceptional communicator who writes compelling role narratives and delivers a high-touch experience to candidates and stakeholders
