Job Summary
We are looking for a modern, high-velocity Web Developer who sits at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and conversion optimization. This is not a role for someone who simply installs WordPress templates; we need a builder who leverages the latest AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, v0, etc.) to deploy high-performance landing pages and funnels at scale. You will be responsible for turning high-level concepts into responsive, SEO-friendly, and conversion-optimized web experiences that turn traffic into measurable revenue. If you are a developer who thinks like a marketer and obsesses over page speed, tracking accuracy, and user behavior, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Development: Build and maintain business websites, lead-generation funnels, sales pages, and multi-step forms that are mobile-responsive and lightning-fast.
AI-Workflow Integration: Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to rapidly generate components, refactor code, and build reusable architectures while maintaining full manual control over code quality and debugging.
Conversion Optimization: Implement above-the-fold designs, sticky CTAs, and trust signals to maximize lead generation and appointment bookings.
Advanced Tracking & Analytics: Deploy and troubleshoot Meta Pixels (CAPI), Google Tag Manager, GA4, and server-side tracking to ensure 100% data accuracy for advertising campaigns.
SEO & Performance: Ensure every site meets strict Core Web Vitals standards, utilizing semantic HTML, schema markup, and optimized assets for maximum search and AI-engine discoverability.
Technical Integrations: Connect front-end assets to CRMs (specifically GoHighLevel), email systems, and third-party APIs via webhooks and automation tools like Zapier/Make.
Multi-Client Management: Simultaneously manage multiple project lifecycles, from domain/DNS configuration to staging and final production deployment.
Requirements
Technical Stack: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React/Next.js).
AI-Native Workflow: Documented experience using tools like Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Bolt to accelerate development cycles.
Tracking Mastery: Deep expertise in Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Conversions API; ability to troubleshoot attribution errors.
SEO Foundations: Strong understanding of technical SEO, including schema markup (LocalBusiness, FAQ, Service) and crawlability.
CRO Mindset: Ability to design for "the click," understanding landing page hierarchy and lead-capture friction.
Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with Vercel, Cloudflare, and DNS management.
Communication: Excellent written English and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote agency environment.
Nice-to-Haves
GoHighLevel Expertise: Deep knowledge of GHL funnels, workflows, and CRM integrations.
Local SEO Experience: Proven track record building service-area landing pages that rank.
Automation Skills: Experience with Make/Zapier for complex lead routing and CRM workflows.
Industry Experience: Background working with home-service businesses or in a high-volume marketing agency.
Benefits
Benefits
💻 Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams
🚀 Career Growth: Join companies in SaaS, MarTech, and B2B services
🤝 Peer Community: Connect with high-performing sales professionals in our network
🧭 Ongoing Support: Receive guidance from Huzzle before and after placement
💰 Tailored Compensation: Salaries vary by client and candidate preference — we’ll match you with options that fit your goals

ABOUT CANTINA:
Cantina Labs is a social AI company, developing a suite of advanced real-time models that push the boundaries of expression, personality, and realism. We bring characters to life, transforming how people tell stories, connect, and create. We build and power ecosystems. Cantina, our flagship social AI platform, is just the beginning.
If you're excited about the potential AI has to shape human creativity and social interactions, join us in building the future!
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're hiring a Lifecycle Product Manager to own how Cantina reaches users outside the app and brings them back to value inside it. Sitting on the product management team, you'll own the end-to-end user journey across email, push, and in-product messaging — and, critically, the deep-linked landing and post-click experiences that complete the loop. You'll develop a deep qualitative and quantitative understanding of how people move through Cantina, turn that into a lifecycle strategy that grows activation, retention, and resurrection, and partner with Data and Engineering to launch, measure, and compound improvements. This is a hands-on role with company-wide visibility: you'll write the strategy, ship the journeys, run the experiments, and bring senior stakeholders along.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own the lifecycle strategy and roadmap for Cantina's owned channels, mapping journeys across onboarding, activation, continuation, retention, resurrection, and monetization.
- Lead the design, launch, iteration, and optimization of templates and journeys across email, push, and in-product messaging — including the deep-linked landing and post-click product experiences that complete the loop.
- Optimize the lifecycle portfolio, not just individual sends: improve message inventory, relevance, personalization, prioritization, and per-user frequency so users get fewer, better-timed messages.
- Build a deep, evidence-based picture of the user journey — combining product analytics, cohort and funnel analysis with qualitative signals like session reviews, support themes, and user research — and use it to find where users stall and what would move them.
- Design and run experiments (A/B tests, holdouts, incrementality reads) and hold the bar on measurement: retained activity and incremental value, not opens and clicks.
- Partner with the Data team to build the measurement system behind lifecycle — instrumentation, eligibility and audience definitions, dashboards, and experiment readouts.
- Partner with Engineering to ship campaigns end to end: triggers, personalization payloads, deep links, and the in-product surfaces each journey lands on.
- Define the operating model — intake, templates, approvals, QA, and quality standards — so lifecycle scales across teams without channel chaos or user fatigue.
- Set and communicate strategy to senior stakeholders, translating a messy portfolio into a clear multi-quarter direction and defending tradeoffs with data.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 6+ years in product management, growth, lifecycle/CRM, or retention — ideally in a consumer mobile or AI product operating at scale.
- Demonstrated ownership of lifecycle or engagement programs that moved a real business metric (activation, D30 retention, resurrection, or conversion), with the analysis to prove it.
- Strong quantitative fluency: comfortable writing your own SQL and working in a BI/analytics tool (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex, Looker, or similar) to build funnels, cohorts, and retention curves without waiting on a queue.
- Hands-on experience with a lifecycle/CRM platform (Braze, Iterable, Customer.io http://Customer.io, or similar) — segmentation, triggered canvases, personalization, and deliverability.
- Rigorous experimentation judgment: you understand holdouts, incrementality, sample sizing, and the difference between a delivery metric and a value metric.
- Technical and product fluency across event and identity models, APIs, deep linking, and push/email infrastructure — enough to design a system with Engineering. Coding not required.
- Excellent written communication and cross-functional influence, with a track record of aligning senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Marketing.
- Craft-level instinct for messaging: you can write the copy, critique the journey, and tell when a notification is helpful versus annoying.
- Preferred: experience with AI/consumer-social products, localization or multi-market lifecycle, and building lifecycle tooling or self-service platforms with Engineering.
Compensation:
The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is between $175,000 - $250,000. When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary and generous company equity
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance – 99.99% of premiums covered by Cantina
- 42 days of paid time off, including:
- 15 PTO days
- 10 sick days
- 15 company holidays
- 2 floating holidays
- Generous parental leave & fertility support
- 401(k) retirement savings plan
- Lifestyle spending account – $500/month to use however you’d like
- Complimentary lunch and snacks for in-office employees
- One Medical membership, and more!

What You’ll Be Doing

Maintain global regulatory alignment by partnering with local Heads of Compliance to identify changes in jurisdictional requirements and ensure global policies, standards, procedures, and local requirements remain current and appropriately implemented.

Own complaints governance and executive reporting, including reporting to compliance committees and serving as the standing owner of the complaints agenda for compliance leadership meetings.
Maintain the complaint management database, service level agreement adherence, and escalation thresholds across all regions.
Serve as the central Compliance point of contact for material complaint matters, including complaints or inquiries escalated to regulators, ensuring consistent governance, appropriate escalation, and defensible documentation.
Drive continuous improvement of the framework, using QA results, regulatory developments, complaint trends, and lessons learned to strengthen controls and improve customer outcomes globally.
What We Look For In You
Strong experience developing and managing responses to regulators is required, including regulatory inquiries, information requests, examinations, escalated customer complaints, and other supervisory matters. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional inputs, develop clear and defensible written responses, manage regulatory deadlines, and track resulting commitments and remediation through closure.
Significant experience in regulatory compliance, conduct risk, consumer protection, complaints oversight, or a related discipline, ideally within a highly regulated and globally distributed organization.
Demonstrated experience owning or overseeing a multi-jurisdictional compliance framework, including translating regulatory requirements into scalable global standards, controls, monitoring, and governance while appropriately incorporating local requirements.
Strong regulatory and customer-outcome judgment, with the ability to distinguish individual service issues from matters presenting potential regulatory, conduct, consumer-harm, reputational, or systemic risk.
Demonstrated experience with root-cause analysis and systemic remediation, including assessing whether broader customer populations may be affected and driving appropriate corrective action.
Strong second-line oversight and challenge capabilities, with experience designing or operating risk-based monitoring, QA, issue escalation, remediation tracking, and governance processes.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, trend analysis, SLA monitoring, management information, and executive reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with regulators, Legal, Compliance, senior executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
WHO WE ARE:
This role sits on the EMEA Leadership Team and reports to the General Manager, EMEA.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for Germany, with accountability for overall regional revenue outcomes across Sales Assist and Self Serve contribution.
- Lead as a second-line manager: hire, coach, and develop frontline leaders and IC teams across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, and supporting GTM functions.
- Scale a country-first GTM motion that brings Notion closer to German customers through local executive engagement, market nuance, and faster field-level decision-making.
- Accelerate the land engine by opening the right front doors, growing professional workspaces, increasing net-new and upgrade opportunities, and connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motion.
- Win lighthouse customers and turn them into market momentum by making them wildly successful, telling their story locally, and using those wins to influence peer companies across Germany.
- Embed Notion’s AI-era GTM model across the team, including agent-enabled customer journeys, first-agent workflow activation, AI/agent demo proficiency, and stronger “build with the customer” motions.
- Make agentic transformation central to the German GTM motion: help customers identify high-value workflows, build and deploy Notion Agents, automate cross-functional work, and measure outcomes from AI adoption.
- Partner tightly with Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers, Professional Services, and Channel to reduce handoffs and deliver faster, more durable customer value.
- Build “sell with” partner motions in Germany, including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell plays, enablement, AI/agentic solution packages, and joint account planning.
- Establish Notion as a visible force in the German ecosystem through executive dinners, field events, startup and community engagement, partner activations, and customer advocacy.
- Represent the voice of German customers back to Product, PMM, Marketing, and EMEA leadership, especially around AI transformation, enterprise requirements, security, compliance, localization, and competitive dynamics.
- Create a talent destination in Germany by hiring builder-oriented leaders and ICs, raising the craft bar, and developing the next generation of AI-native GTM talent.
- Drive operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline quality, territory planning, inspection cadence, performance management, and cross-functional execution.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A strategic and hands-on GTM operator who has scaled enterprise SaaS or AI businesses in Germany and knows how to build a market, not just inherit one. You have led through managers, owned complex revenue outcomes, and created local market momentum through customers, partners, community, and talent.
You combine second-line leadership with builder energy. You can set a crisp country strategy, install the operating system to execute it, and step into the field when needed — whether joining an executive customer conversation, sharpening a pipeline plan, coaching a manager, or helping the team translate a customer problem into an AI-powered, agentic workflow.
You are excited by Notion’s shift to an AI-native, country-first GTM model and believe the best GTM teams will increasingly be builders: BDRs who identify transformation opportunities, Solutions Consultants who build with customers in the room, Outcomes Architects who turn early workflows into durable adoption, and Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers who design the technical systems behind complex agentic workflows.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years SaaS or AI sales & GTM teams in Germany.
- Proven second-line leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing frontline managers and high-performing IC teams.
- Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal/churn dynamics.
- Deep knowledge of the German enterprise and startup ecosystem, including executive buyer networks, local partner channels, and market-specific buying dynamics.
- Experience building or scaling a regional/country business in a high-growth or ambiguous environment.
- Experience selling, implementing, or leading GTM teams around AI, automation, agentic workflows, collaboration, productivity, developer, or data products.
- Strong strategic judgment: ability to define a country plan, segment the market, prioritize accounts and plays, and align cross-functional teams around outcomes.
- Operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline generation, inspection, performance management, territory planning, and sales process.
- Executive presence with CIO, CTO, CPO, COO, and business transformation buyers, with the ability to shape a compelling AI and agentic workflow narrative.
- Strong understanding of modern GTM motions across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services, Channel, Marketing, RevOps, and Product.
- Builder mentality and deep AI curiosity: comfortable learning, demoing, and coaching teams on agent-first workflows, proof-of-value motions, and customer co-building.
- Fluency in German and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience launching or scaling a country-first or regional GTM operating model.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, APIs, webhooks, connectors, data residency, AI governance, and technical evaluation processes.
- Experience scaling partner, channel, marketplace, or consultant-led GTM motions around AI or workflow transformation.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. ClickHouse is looking for an experienced engineer to join our Observability organization. We are hiring across two closely aligned teams: Observability Platform and Internal Observability.
Together, these teams build and operate the systems behind ClickHouse’s internal observability and ClickStack Cloud. Our platforms process trillions of events per day, sustaining throughput in the hundreds of millions of events per second. The experience we gain operating observability at ClickHouse scale feeds directly back into the platform and product we provide to customers.
The Observability Platform team builds shared systems for telemetry ingestion, durable buffering, processing, storage, autoscaling, and service provisioning. The Internal Observability team operates ClickHouse’s company-wide observability platform and works with engineering teams to improve reliability, debugging, and operational efficiency.
This is a software engineering role at the intersection of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and production operations. You will build systems, operate what you build, respond to incidents, and turn recurring operational problems into durable software and automation.
Your background may be in backend engineering, infrastructure, SRE, or systems engineering. What matters most is your ability to solve ambiguous production problems, make sound engineering tradeoffs, and take ownership from design through operation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, build, and operate distributed systems that ingest, process, and store telemetry at very high scale.
- Own the reliability, performance, capacity, and cost-efficiency of telemetry pipelines and storage systems.
- Participate in the on-call rotation, help resolve production incidents, and drive root-cause fixes through to completion.
- Build software and automation that eliminate repetitive operational work and make the platform easier to operate.
- Identify architectural bottlenecks and help shape the roadmap for the next stage of scale.
- Work closely with product, infrastructure, and service teams across ClickHouse.
- Contribute to architecture and design reviews and help raise engineering quality across the team.
HOW YOU WORK
- You take ownership and proactively improve the systems around you.
- You are comfortable debugging unfamiliar distributed systems in production.
- You make pragmatic tradeoffs between reliability, performance, delivery speed, and cost.
- You communicate clearly in a remote, async-friendly environment.
- You prefer incremental delivery: ship a focused solution, validate it in production, and improve it based on evidence.
- You address the underlying cause of operational problems rather than repeatedly treating the symptoms.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Go.
- Experience building and operating services on Kubernetes.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and GitOps tooling such as Terraform, Helm, and Argo CD.
- Production experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Hands-on experience with telemetry systems such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or comparable technologies.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with ClickHouse.
- Experience with high-throughput ingestion, streaming, queueing, or storage systems.
- Experience building multi-tenant cloud services.
- Experience optimizing infrastructure for both performance and cost.
- Experience with TypeScript.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Senior Software Engineer – Applied AI & Streaming
Aliso Viejo, CA
The vision
We think AI will change what cloud gaming can be. It can make streamed play faster, more personal, and more accessible, and in some ways better than playing locally. As a Senior Software Engineer on our team, you'll build agents and inference-backed systems into a real-time streaming platform and ship them to players. You'll work where AI meets performance-sensitive systems, and a lot of the problems here are still being defined.
What you'll do
Design, prototype, and ship AI-powered capabilities across our streaming platform and player experience.
Apply inference and agents to real-time performance, player engagement, personalization, and accessibility.
Use AI to understand, optimize, and evolve large existing codebases, including our streaming stack.
Build and extend our platform in C++, and help shape the technologies and architecture we use next.
Build what production AI needs: evaluation, telemetry, guardrails, fallbacks, and attention to latency and cost.
Turn ambiguous ideas into demos and experiments, measure what works, and harden it for production.
Work AI-natively every day, using coding agents, automation, and rapid exploration, and help the team do the same.
Work with a small, focused engineering team and with partners across streaming, platform, and cloud.
You're a great fit if you have
A BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Senior-level software engineering experience with a track record of owning complex systems end to end.
Strong C++ skills from professional work in production codebases.
Hands-on experience building and deploying agents or AI-powered features in production. You've worked through evals, regressions, latency, cost, and the ways these systems fail.
A strong grasp of how to turn models into products, including context and prompt design, tool use and orchestration, memory and retrieval, model selection, and where inference should run.
Fluency with AI-native engineering workflows.
Product judgment. You can tell when AI makes an experience better and when it's a gimmick.
The ability to work in ambiguity, move quickly, and keep momentum as priorities change.
Clear communication, strong ownership, and a habit of making the people around you better.
Bonus XP
Python, Rust, or other languages used to build and serve AI systems.
Low-latency or on-device inference, model optimization, or GPU experience.
Real-time media, game streaming, graphics, or video experience.
Cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or production platform experience.
Experience building conversational or agentic experiences for games or interactive products.
Linux or Windows systems experience.
Japanese language or cross-cultural collaboration experience.
You enjoy playing video games.
Why join us
Work on AI problems most engineers never get to. In real-time systems, every millisecond counts, and so does every inference call.
Help set the direction. Our AI strategy is still taking shape, and you'll help decide what we build, not just how.
Get real ownership. You'll join a small, senior team where ideas go from prototype to production quickly.
At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
In addition, this role
is eligible
for SIE’s top-tier benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k), paid time off, wellness program and coveted employee discounts for Sony products.
This role also may be eligible for a bonus package.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model—and the BDR is at the front of it. As a Business Development Rep, you'll be the force that turns the right accounts into the right conversations. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants to identify and target companies that are ready to rethink how they work—and your job is to get them in the room. This isn't generic pipeline work: you're qualifying for workflow-first, build-ready opportunities that set SCs up to win. If you're competitive, curious, and energized by outbound that actually means something, this is the role for you.
This role is based in Dublin, Ireland. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with your sellers on account and outbound strategy
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings with the right decision-makers
- Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are "ready to build," not just "ready to talk"—validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before the handoff

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Staff/Lead Product Designer, Design System
- Location: Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland
- Department: Product Management
- Reports to: Director of Product Design
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid (3 days / week in office)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
We don't have a design system. What we have is a set of products built fast, for users who needed the imagery yesterday, that share a brand without sharing much else. Buttons that quietly disagree with each other. Spacing as a matter of personal taste. Several defensible ways to build a table, none of them the same. Nobody was sloppy - this is what shipping under real pressure leaves behind, and the interest on it now comes out of every sprint.
As a Staff / Lead Product Designer, you'll build the thing from nothing. That starts small and slightly unglamorous: a Figma library people actually reach for and a design playbook that settles the arguments worth settling. Then tokens with a structure that holds. Then components in code, documented well enough that nobody has to ask you how they work. By the time it's a design system in the full sense, the hardest part - people using it by default - is already solved, because you'll have built it in the open with the teams who had to adopt it.
This is a hands-on, opinionated, sleeves-rolled-up role. You'll be the highest craft bar in the domain and the person who raises everyone else's. You'll spend as much time with frontend engineers as with designers, quite possibly in their repo.
Real ownership. Very little existing process to inherit. If that sounds like a warning, it isn't. It's the job.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system. ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future. Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific..
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Start with a library and a playbook. Grow it into a system. Early on that means a Figma library, shared foundations and written guidance that gives teams a default instead of a decision. Later it means token architecture, components in code and documentation that scales past you. You'll decide the sequence, what's a token and what's a local decision, and where the line sits between flexibility and consistency. Those calls are yours to make, not to wait for.
- Co-design with frontend, in the code. Our engineers will build most of the components. You'll be in the conversation about props, state and composition, reading PRs and prototyping in a branch when that's the fastest way to prove a point. Figma is where you think, not where the system ends up living.
- Sell it. Repeatedly. A design system nobody adopts is a very tidy failure. You'll make the case to product managers, engineers and leadership, run office hours, and do migration work yourself when that's what unblocks a team.
- Set and hold the craft bar. Across the whole domain, at the pixel level, in public. Kind about people, uncompromising about the work.
- Put AI to actual work. Component documentation, variant generation, token maintenance, migration codemods, spec drafting. The tedious 60% of systems work is exactly what these tools are good at, and we want someone with strong instincts about which 60%.
- Stay accountable for what ships. Adoption, consistency, shipped UI quality, how quickly teams can build - not the size of your Figma library.
- Work across a big, networked organisation. Designers in other domains, brand and marketing design, sales engineers, customers. Consistency is a negotiation, not a mandate you email out.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- You've done 0-to-1 before, somewhere messy. You've taken a design system from nothing to adopted, in an organisation that had neither and wasn't yet convinced it needed one. You know how the first six months actually go, which corners are safe to cut, and how to structure tokens so they survive the next product rather than getting quietly forked.
- You're fluent enough in code to be useful. Reading React and CSS, understanding component APIs, running the repo locally, opening a PR without ceremony. You don't need to be an engineer, but you do need to hold your end of a technical conversation and design things that are buildable as drawn.
- You can influence without authority. You'll spend real energy convincing people who have their own roadmaps and their own deadlines. Being right won't be enough and you know that already.
- Your craft is exceptional. Deep command of layout systems, typography, colour and visual hierarchy, applied in dense, complex professional interfaces. Detail-obsessed in the good way: the way that makes a whole product feel considered.
- You have a real point of view on AI in design work. Not a vibe, a practice. You've used these tools to accelerate documentation, generate and audit variants, maintain tokens, or migrate code, and you can tell us where they helped and where they made a confident mess.
- You've owned UX end-to-end for complex professional products. Discovery through shipped product through what you learned afterwards, with a portfolio that shows the systems thinking as well as the surfaces. Expert in Figma.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Accessibility as a default rather than an audit.
- Experience with theming, dark mode, or multi-brand systems.
- Data-dense, map-heavy or real-time interfaces.
- Public writing or open-source contribution on design systems.
- Time spent in high-stakes or regulated environments where getting it wrong is expensive.
The disposition, which matters more than any of the above: outcome-driven thinking over perfect artifacts (design is what ships); curiosity about users, about design and technology trends and history, and about better ways of working; pragmatic product judgment, knowing when "good and shipped" beats "perfect but late"; clear communication and respectful collaboration.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Title: Mechanical AIT Engineer
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Location: Athens, Greece
- Reporting to: AIT Engineering Team Leader
- Type of Contract: Permanent
- Working model: On-site (Occasional travel for environmental test and suppliers facility)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
- Please note we can only accept applications in English
Why this role matters:
The Mechanical AIT Engineer transforms satellite designs into reliable, flight-ready hardware. You are the technical authority for mechanical and composite hardware in Athens: how satellites are assembled and aligned, what proves they will survive launch, and what evidence exists that every build was done correctly.
You define the AIT processes, tooling and ground support equipment the facilities need as they grow from subassembly production towards full satellite integration. You make sure the design, the processes and the tooling can carry production to high throughput, and you feed what you learn on the floor back into design, so that each build is more manufacturable, more testable and more reliable than the last.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
WHY SHOULD YOU WORK FOR US?
ICEYE is at the cutting edge of new technology and we are continuing to build and operate our commercial constellation of SAR satellites. Working with ICEYE, you will be part of making the impossible possible, whilst shaping the Earth Observation industry. You will work with varied, diverse and engaged colleagues to further the ICEYE mission. At ICEYE we realise that without great people we can not succeed, therefore you will be an integral, valued and appreciated colleague, with the ability to directly shape the vision and direction of the business.
We actively support Continuous Professional Development, and will provide access to a range of avenues to allow you to succeed, including courses, training and attendance at conferences. ICEYE is a place where your development, your growth and your success is a priority.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
AIT PROCESS DEFINITION AND INDUSTRIALISATION
- Define the MAITE processes for building sub-assemblies and satellites: integration flows, standard sequences, work packages and test strategy.
- Qualify the critical assembly, integration and test processes, using PFMEA and control plans, and define the acceptance criteria and standardised procedures that go with them.
- Specify the tooling, equipment and workstations each process needs, anticipating them ahead of programme milestones, and lead the transfer from prototype to series so that processes and tooling can carry production to high throughput.
DESIGN MATURITY AND CO-ENGINEERING
- Work with Engineering from the concept phase so that design and production constraints are aligned, applying design for manufacturing, assembly and testability (DFM, DFA, DFT) and bringing buildability, tolerance stack-up, tool access and test provisions into internal design iterations before the design is frozen.
- Support internal and supplier design and readiness reviews (e.g. PDR, CDR, PRR, IRR, TRR), ensuring designs are mature and ready for transition into production, and identify industrial risks early with the action plans that close them.
ASSEMBLY AND INTEGRATION
- Lead and execute structural, mechanical and thermal assembly and integration of satellites and sub-assemblies, acting as the technical point of contact for mechanical subsystem integration.
- Own the mechanical build standard: torque and preload, locking methods, bonding, composite handling, cleanliness and ESD discipline.
- Verify components before integration, perform precision alignment and dimensional verification of critical interfaces, and support the floor hands-on during assembly, harness routing and test setup.
VERIFICATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL TEST
- Plan, prepare and lead environmental test campaigns, including vibration, shock, thermal vacuum, acoustic and EMC, and guide system-level functional verification.
- Design or evaluate test fixtures, derive test levels, and act as the technical point of contact towards internal and external test facilities.
- Own mass properties: mass budget, centre of gravity, moment of inertia and launch vehicle interface data.
GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT
- Specify, design, procure and validate Mechanical Ground Support Equipment for handling, transport, integration and test, from concept and CAD through structural analysis to fabrication oversight.
- Verify structural margins, define proof load testing and recertification intervals, and certify equipment before use on flight hardware.
SUPPLIER PARTS AND MATERIALS
- Act as the technical authority for mechanical and composite parts from suppliers, covering capability assessment, special process review and First Article Inspection.
- Act as the technical reference for composite hardware (CFRP panels, honeycomb assemblies, bonded joints, potted inserts), defining handling, machining, acceptance and inspection criteria, including non-destructive inspection where needed.
CONFIGURATION, DOCUMENTATION AND ANOMALIES
- Maintain as-built configuration and traceability, and apply engineering changes consistently to hardware and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, and support root cause analysis and corrective actions, coordinating with the Engineering team, the production team and any other team needed to ensure schedule and quality adherence.
FACILITIES AND PROCESS REQUIREMENTS
- Define the AIT process requirements for the facilities and work with the Global Manufacturing Infrastructure team on the layout that supports them.
- Define the contamination control, ESD and handling requirements that integration and test activities must meet, and propose improvements where the process or the environment falls short.
STANDARDIZATION AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Capture lessons learned from the floor to improve procedures, tooling, test efficiency and build reliability as production volumes increase, and align with the Global AIT and Engineering teams on product standards and process updates.
- Mentor and support local engineers and technicians, sharing AIT best practices and fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the development, integration, testing or production of complex hardware systems (e.g. aerospace, defense, automotive, semiconductors, satellites), including work on flight or equivalently critical hardware.
- Demonstrated experience defining and qualifying assembly, integration and test processes, turning them into standardised work packages, and taking a product from first units towards series production.
- Deep technical knowledge in mechanical engineering, with system-level understanding across full product architectures and the ability to spot issues across the interfaces between design, production and operations.
- Demonstrated ownership of environmental test campaigns, from specification through execution to reporting.
- Practical mastery of precision mechanical assembly (torque and preload, locking methods, bonded and inserted joints, alignment and dimensional verification) and of composite hardware, including its handling and inspection constraints.
- Experience specifying, designing or validating MGSE or comparable handling and test tooling.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, CAD models, GD&T and interface control documents, and to translate them into procedures others can execute.
- Strong track record of enabling design for manufacturing, assembly and testability (DFM, DFA, DFT), working alongside design teams rather than after them.
- Familiarity with verification and configuration management in complex hardware industries, including root cause analysis and non-conformance ownership through to closure.
- Working knowledge of cleanroom and ESD discipline. Integration in Athens is typically ISO 8, with ISO 7 and ISO 5 environments also possible.
- Experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments, mentoring engineers or technicians, and communicating clearly with designers, production leads and executive stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
NICE TO HAVE
- Industrialisation and methods toolkit: Lean manufacturing, value stream mapping, standard work, line balancing, capacity planning, APQP or PPAP.
- Familiarity with EN 9100 and ECSS standards as applied to space hardware.
- Experience defining AIT process or facility layout requirements alongside a facilities or infrastructure team.
- CAD and structural analysis proficiency (SolidWorks, NX, CATIA or equivalent) for tooling and fixtures, and metrology with laser trackers, theodolites or CMM.
- Non-destructive inspection interpretation on bonded or composite structures.
- Hands-on operation of environmental test equipment, or involvement in its acceptance and commissioning.
- Automated test scripting (Python or equivalent), and familiarity with PLM, ERP, Manufacturo (MES) or Jira for build records and configuration control.
- Launch campaign or launcher interface experience.

Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.

Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and act as a trusted commercial partner throughout the sales process.
Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Account Management, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Product to structure partnerships and enable successful launches.
Take ownership beyond the signature, ensuring a strong handover and initial rollout so that newly acquired partners can successfully go live and scale.
Use market insights, pipeline data and commercial learnings to identify opportunities, prioritize the highest-impact accounts and continuously improve our regional Enterprise sales approach.
Contribute to sharing best practices and raising the bar for Enterprise sales execution across the wider team.
Our humble expectations
You have significant experience in B2B sales, business development or strategic partnerships, ideally working with Enterprise or other complex, multi-stakeholder customers.
You have a strong track record of independently managing and closing complex commercial opportunities from initial outreach through contract signature.
You’re an excellent negotiator and understand how to build partnerships that create sustainable value for both sides.
You’re comfortable engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, both externally and across cross-functional internal teams.
You combine a hands-on, results-oriented sales mindset with strong commercial judgment and the ability to prioritize opportunities based on their strategic impact.
You’re highly structured and comfortable managing multiple opportunities and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
You’re comfortable working with data and commercial metrics to evaluate opportunities, build business cases and inform decisions.
