As a Strategic Account Executive for Financial Services, you will own a focused book of named financial services accounts — including banks, asset managers, exchanges, insurance carriers, and fintech platforms. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle: from identifying new use cases and building executive relationships to negotiating and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a technical sales environment and wants to be a foundational part of building ClickHouse’s strategic sales motion in one of the most demanding verticals in the world.
What You’ll Do
- Own a named account list of strategic financial services organizations and develop deep, multi-threaded relationships across technical, business, and executive stakeholders
- Drive net new ARR and expansion revenue through a consultative, value-based sales approach
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, including procurement, legal, security review, and multi-product negotiations
- Partner closely with Solutions Architects to ensure technical alignment and long-term customer success
- Understand and articulate ClickHouse’s technical differentiation — including performance benchmarks, architecture, and deployment models — at a level of depth that earns credibility with data engineers, architects, and CTOs
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying expansion opportunities and mapping the political landscape within each account
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, shaping product roadmap priorities and go-to-market strategy for the financial services vertical
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and team offsites as needed (approximately 25–40%)
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years selling to financial services organizations (banking, capital markets, insurance, fintech, or asset management)
- Demonstrated track record closing large, complex deals ($500K+ ACV) with long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience selling technical infrastructure products — databases, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or similar — is required; you must be able to engage credibly in technical conversations
- Deep understanding of the financial services technology landscape, including data architecture patterns common in FS environments (real-time risk, fraud, trading analytics, regulatory reporting)
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships at the C-suite and VP level
- Experience working in a high-growth, early-stage or scaling startup environment is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or similar enterprise sales methodologies
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
- Prior experience selling open-source or consumption-based products
- Experience with real-time analytics, time-series databases, OLAP, or columnar data systems
- Existing relationships with data/technology buyers at major financial institutions

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We run one of the industry's largest AI compute fleets, spanning multiple cloud providers and datacenters, to train, research, and serve frontier AI models. Those fleets run on Kubernetes, and the Kubernetes Platform team owns the control plane that makes them work.
We are operating at a scale where the defaults stop working. We own the scheduler and extend it to place topology-sensitive ML workloads across thousands of accelerators at once. We scale the control plane itself — apiserver, etcd, controllers — so it stays responsive as object counts and node counts grow by orders of magnitude. And we build the core cluster services every workload depends on, like service discovery, so they hold up under the same pressure.
We make sure the control plane is fast, correct, and always available. Your work will directly determine whether Anthropic can keep reliably and safely training frontier models as our compute footprint continues to grow.
Key responsibilities
Own, operate, and extend the Kubernetes scheduler for Anthropic's accelerator fleets, including custom scheduling plugins and policies for gang scheduling, topology awareness, and preemption
Scale the Kubernetes control plane (apiserver, etcd, controller-manager) to support clusters far beyond typical limits, and find the next bottleneck before it finds us
Design, build, and operate core cluster services such as service discovery that every workload in the fleet depends on
Build and maintain custom controllers, operators, and CRDs
Partner with research, training, and inference to understand workload shapes and turn their requirements into platform capabilities
Collaborate with cloud providers on required features and escalations
Participate in on-call, lead incident response, and design processes (postmortems, runbooks, SLOs) that help the team avoid repeating failures
Minimum qualifications
Significant software engineering experience building and operating production distributed systems
Proficiency in at least one systems-appropriate language (e.g., Go, Python, Rust, or C++)
Deep, hands-on Kubernetes experience (well beyond "user of”) into scheduler, controllers, apiserver, or operating large multi-tenant clusters
Demonstrated ability to debug complex issues across the stack, from API behavior down to node and network-level root causes
A track record of designing for reliability, correctness, and clear failure semantics in systems other engineers depend on
Strong written and verbal communication; comfort building consensus with internal stakeholders
Preferred qualifications
Experience with Kubernetes internals or contributions: kube-scheduler / scheduling framework, apiserver, etcd, client-go, controller-runtime, or similar
Experience building or operating cluster schedulers or batch systems (e.g., Kueue, Volcano, Slurm, or in-house equivalents)
Background scaling control planes or coordination systems (etcd, ZooKeeper, Consul, or large DNS/service-mesh deployments)
Familiarity with ML infrastructure: GPUs, TPUs, or Trainium; gang scheduling; topology-aware placement; collective networking such as NCCL
Experience with GCP and/or AWS, including GKE/EKS internals and Infrastructure as Code
Low-level systems experience such as Linux kernel tuning, cgroups, or eBPF
10+ years of relevant industry experience, including time leading large, ambiguous infrastructure projects
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The LangChain Federal team works directly with U.S. Government customers — including the Department of Defense (DoD), Civilian Agencies, and the Intelligence Community (IC) — who are building and operating AI agents in mission-critical environments. We partner closely with government program managers, technical leads, and system integrators across the full lifecycle, from pre-award shaping and evaluations through post-deployment expansion. We are building the federal go-to-market motion from the ground up, and every team member has a direct hand in shaping how LangChain is adopted across the federal landscape.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Federal Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing GTM team and lead LangChain's expansion into U.S. federal agencies. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle — helping technical teams at DoD, Civilian, and IC agencies discover, evaluate, and adopt LangChain's products. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, solutions engineering, and professional services to shape how AI agent infrastructure gets adopted across government. If you're a relationship-driven seller who understands the federal landscape and wants to be part of building a go-to-market motion from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and manage the full federal sales cycle, from lead stage to close with a strong bias for follow-up and follow-through
- Act as a trusted advisor to federal prospects and customers — including DoD, Civilian Agencies, and IC — learning their mission requirements and demonstrating how LangChain's products solve real problems
- Drive proof-of-concept efforts, working with solutions engineers and product experts to demonstrate tangible value in government environments
- Navigate federal procurement mechanisms — GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, BPAs, and direct agency contracts — to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with speed and precision
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior agency decision-makers, program managers, and contracting officers, as well as system integrator partners (e.g., Booz Allen, SAIC, Leidos) and resellers (e.g., Carahsoft) who help drive and support deal flow
- Stay on top of the federal AI landscape — agency priorities, executive orders, budget cycles, and competitor activity — to educate customers and shape LangChain's federal strategy
- Build long-term customer relationships and support post-sale success in partnership with our Deployed Engineering and support teams
- Negotiate pricing and deal terms and work with legal to redline contracts
- Bring federal customer insights back to product and engineering teams to inform the roadmap and improve the user experience
- Help define and iterate on our federal sales playbook — your input will help shape how we go to market in this segment
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- You have 7+ years of experience selling complex software to enterprise or federal customers, with at least 3+ years focused on U.S. federal accounts (DoD, Civilian, and/or IC)
- You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding federal revenue targets — ideally $2M+ ARR annually
- You have deep familiarity with federal procurement: GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, BPAs, and direct agency contract vehicles
- You can translate complex technical concepts — LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, APIs — into mission-aligned value for both technical and non-technical government buyers
- You have established relationships across federal agencies and the system integrator ecosystem
- Technical acumen with the ability to establish credibility with technical decision-makers at agencies
- You thrive in fast-paced start-up environments and are energized by impact — you want to help build the federal playbook, not just follow one
- Driven and solutions-oriented; you know how to navigate procurement roadblocks and keep complex deals moving forward
- Passionate about generative AI and excited to help federal customers navigate a rapidly evolving technology landscape
- You exemplify our operating principles:
- You are motivated to build something great: you hold a high bar for quality, craft, and impact in every customer interaction and internal deliverable
- You embrace hot takes: you bring informed opinions about the federal AI market, challenge assumptions, and engage in constructive debate with your team
- You operate with maximum agency: you take ownership of your territory, move deals forward independently, and help cross-functional partners stay unblocked
- You run to the roar: you lean into the complexity of government procurement, long deal cycles, and ambiguous buying processes — and find a way through
NICE TO HAVE
- Active or prior U.S. security clearance (Secret, TS/SCI)
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, or similar AI orchestration and observability tools
- Experience with FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels (IL2–IL6), or other federal compliance and authorization frameworks
- Existing relationships with federal-focused system integrators and resellers (e.g., Booz Allen, SAIC, Leidos, Carahsoft)
- Prior experience building a federal GTM motion at an early-stage or growth-stage company
COMPENSATION
Annual OTE range: $300,000 – $350,000 USD
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.

What the Role Is
Babylist serves nearly a million expectant parents every year through one of the most trusted registry experiences in the market. Wishlist is the next chapter — a product that keeps families connected to Babylist well beyond the newborn phase, giving parents of young children a simple, intelligent way to guide gift-giving for birthdays, holidays, and everything in between. This PM will own the product end-to-end: vision, roadmap, and execution. It sits within Babylist's consumer growth and LTV organization and reports to the Senior Director of Product. You'll run it like a general manager: accountable for the customer experience and the business it builds.
This is a multifaceted job. Be the best Staff PM your team has ever worked with: opinionated, customer-obsessed, outcome-owning, force-multiplying. And help Babylist make the transition into AI-native product development by modeling what an AI-native PM does every day — in your own work and in the standards you set for the team around you.
Who You Are
You've built something from 0 to 1
— a product, a company, or a line of business. You've lived the uncertainty, the false starts, and the iteration, and you don't need a playbook to get moving.
You have sharp product sense and judgment.
You know what's worth building and what isn't, what the right UX is, and what will delight users. You can point to shipped work that proves it - both features you added for a better experience and ones you cut for simplicity.
You think like a general manager, not a feature owner.
You understand how a business like Babylist makes money and which levers actually move it, and you make roadmap calls with the unit economics in mind.
You build engagement and growth loops.
You understand activation, retention, and the push/pull triggers that bring users back around moments that matter.
You're obsessed with customers.
You talk to users directly, synthesize fast, and let what you hear actually change what you build.
You can prioritize across a multi-sided product.
Parents want simplicity, kids have preferences, gift-givers need guidance. You weigh all three without defaulting to whoever's loudest.
You default to action in ambiguity
. Faced with an unclear problem, your instinct is to try something and learn quickly. People who've worked with you would say you just get things done.
You're comfortable getting hands-on when it's the fastest path to an answer
— light SQL, Figma, or AI-assisted prototyping to test an idea or unblock a decision — and you know when to hand off to a specialist instead.
You naturally reach for AI in your work
. At Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next. You also stand up working prototypes yourself, query the data and codebase directly, and contribute to code execution when that’s the most valuable use of your time.
You learn visibly and adapt.
The next 18 months won't look like the last. You reflect on what's working, change course when it isn't, and bring curiosity to ambiguity rather than anxiety. You're humble, low-ego, and work across team boundaries without waiting for permission.
How You Will Make An Impact
Make parents' lives easier by simplifying the answer to “what can I get your child for their birthday?”
Extend Babylist's relationship with parents from the 40 weeks of pregnancy into the 1,000 weeks of early childhood that follow.
Define and own the roadmap from today's MVP to a scalable, multi-sided gifting experience.
Discover the needs of your customers: parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and gift-givers.
Engage users during their most important moments: birthdays, holidays, and seasonal occasions
Set the outcome metrics for the product and own the results — what moved, why, and what's next.
Partner closely with engineering and design to run experiments and iterate fast, serving as the connective tissue between product, design, and engineering as the team grows.
Why This Role
You get access to nearly a million new parents per year from day one. Most founders spend years trying to acquire the audience this product already has.
This is a net-new line of business with no prior PM, meaning the roadmap, the team shape, and the definition of success are yours to establish.
There's a clear path to real revenue, and you'll be building something that matters to Babylist's long-term business.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$214,507 to $256,885 + target 20% annual bonus and competitive equity
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.
Who We Are
Babylist is the leading platform for expecting and new families. More than 10 million people shop with Babylist every year, making it the go-to destination for seamless purchasing, guidance, and expert recommendations. As a modern, AI-forward tech company, Babylist has expanded from a universal registry into a full ecosystem — the Babylist Shop, Babylist Health, Babylist Money, NYC and LA showrooms, branded content, and more — generating $750M in revenue in 2025. Building the generational brand in baby, Babylist is reshaping the $235B kids and baby market and helping parents feel confident, connected, and cared for at every step.
Our Ways of Working
Babylist is remote-first with team members across the U.S. and Canada who move fast, think smart, and use AI as part of how they work every day — not as an experiment, as an expectation. We come together twice a year to build the relationships behind the work, and we hire people who are genuinely excited about what's possible and prove it through how they show up.
Why You Will Love Working At Babylist
Our Culture
We work with focus and intention, then step away to recharge
We believe in exceptional management, and we invest in the tools and the time to connect with colleagues
We build products that positively impact millions of people's lives
AI is part of how we work, not a side experiment. You'll have leading tools like Claude and ChatGPT from day one, with no waiting on access, so the busywork gets handled and your judgment goes where it counts

Competitive pay and meaningful opportunities for career advancement
We believe technology and data can solve hard problems
We're committed to career progression and performance-based advancement

Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance

Novakid is an online English platform for kids — 100,000+ students, 2,500+ teachers, 15+ countries. Live classes run around the clock across time zones, which sets the technical bar: low latency, high availability, and a backend that holds up at real scale.
We’ve built a working platform. The next chapter is making deliberate architectural choices about how it should evolve.
The role
We’re hiring a Principal Backend Engineer to take ownership of backend architecture as a hands-on technical leader. No direct reports. About half your time is in the code — reference implementations, critical components, refactors. The other half is the harder work: deciding what to build, what to buy, what to defer, and why.
Our backend today is a Python core (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Celery, Postgres, Redis), surrounded by services and event-driven flows, with a growing AI layer. It runs primarily on AWS, with GCP for data and AI workloads. There are real architectural questions to answer: how to evolve the monolith, how to set service boundaries, how to design for geo-distribution as we grow, and how to integrate AI without accumulating debt. We’re looking for someone who treats those questions seriously — researches before deciding, thinks in tradeoffs, writes things down.
What you’ll work on
Backend architecture standards and major technical decisions across teams
The path from monolith toward a more modular, service-oriented backend
Service blueprints: API conventions, EDA patterns, testing, observability, deployment
Cloud architecture across AWS (primary) and GCP, including multi-region and geo-distributed designs
High-load, real-time systems: live class infrastructure, latency budgets, caching, capacity
Buy vs. build vs. assemble — knowing when a managed service, a no-code tool (Retool, n8n), or an agentic-coding POC (Claude Code, Cursor) is the right call, and when it isn’t
Production code: components, refactors, POCs, and selected product-critical features
What we’re looking for
7+ years of backend engineering, deeply hands-on in Python
Production experience with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Celery, Postgres, Redis
Strong AWS architecture experience (EKS, Lambda, RDS, SQS/SNS/EventBridge, and so on); working knowledge of GCP a plus
Experience designing high-load, latency-sensitive, and geo-distributed systems
Pragmatic judgment on buy vs. build vs. assemble — managed services, no-code, and agentic tooling as first-class options, not shortcuts
A deliberate working style: you research, weigh tradeoffs, document decisions, and explain them clearly to engineers and non-engineers alike
Nice to have
LLM integrations in production (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI) — evaluation, cost, reliability
Active use of agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor) as part of how you ship
EdTech or other high-scale consumer platforms
Stack
Python · FastAPI · SQLAlchemy · Celery · Postgres · Redis · Kubernetes (EKS, GKE) · AWS · GCP · SQS/SNS/EventBridge · Pub/Sub · OpenAI · Anthropic · Google AI

What The Role Is
As a
Senior Engineer
at Babylist, you take on hard problems and own them end-to-end. Millions of families depend on what we build. Agents write most of the code now. So the hard part is yours: what to build, how it should work and whether what shipped was right. You're still in the code for the genuinely hard problems. Agents handle the volume. You spend your time on the parts that need a person.
We're building well beyond the registry now: the financial side of raising a kid, maternal health made simpler and more human, the education new parents are looking for and the community around them. The hard problems run across all of it, plus the platform underneath and the AI we already ship to families. You'll start on a team, but you won't be boxed into it. The roadmap is open, your scope grows as you do and you have a say in what you take on next. Senior here means owning whole problems; Staff is the next step up, setting direction across a domain.
What You'll Own
A Senior Engineer here owns problems, not just features. You're handed an outcome, you decide what to build, ship it and own whether it worked. You act on incomplete information and change course fast when the evidence says you were wrong.
What you do depends on what the team needs:
Frame the problem with your PM as a peer, run the experiment and bring customer evidence into what gets built.
Harden a critical path, kill a class of incidents or design the abstraction your team builds on.
Be the reviewer people want on the risky changes.
Manage up with crisp choices: raise the risks early and protect the right tradeoffs.
Share what you're learning about AI openly, so the whole team gets sharper.
A few problems people at this level are working on right now:
Deciding what the registry recommends to each family, from the ranking to the model behind it, and proving in a live experiment that it actually helps.
Building the evals system that catches our AI support agent making things up before a customer does.
Making a child's info one source of truth instead of five disconnected flows, so parents set it up once and new products like Early Investor build on it.
Who You Are
You've been shipping production systems for years, and you've got the judgment to show for it. You can pick up an ambiguous problem and start moving before anyone hands you the full picture.
The strongest Senior engineers here are generalists, and usually the most prolific builders on their team. You go wherever the problem leads: a backend service one week, a stubborn frontend bug the next, the data pipeline after that. When it's hard you dig in, and you learn unfamiliar parts of the stack fast. Range is the Senior signature.
Compensation
We post real numbers. For a US-based Senior Engineer, the starting base salary range is $202,200 to $251,700, plus a target annual bonus of 15 percent of base. That's total target cash of roughly $232,530 to $289,455. On top of that you get meaningful equity and a 401(k) match. Where you start in that range depends on your experience, and your pay grows from there with performance and scope.
How We Build
AI is the default here. Engineers run agentic sessions for most of the work, and a lot of the interesting engineering now lives in the scaffolding that makes the agents good: the eval harnesses, the curated context, custom review skills and fast CI. Agents also triage incidents and handle a big share of support. A human always owns the outcome. The architecture is intentionally simple: one Rails monolith, MySQL and few moving parts. That's deliberate. Simple infrastructure lets us move fast and lets AI reason about the whole system, so the hardest problems are the ones in front of customers.
The Stack
Core app:
Rails, Packwerk, React, TypeScript, Sidekiq
Mobile:
iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin)
Data, search & events:
MySQL, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Weaviate, WarpStream, Hex, Sigma
Machine learning:
deep learning, matrix factorization, retrieval & ranking, AWS SageMaker, MLflow
AI & dev tooling:
Claude Code, Devin, Linear, CodeRabbit, Warden, LangChain, Bedrock AgentCore, Maxim
Infra & ops:
AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Datadog, incident.io, LaunchDarkly
Key integrations:
Shopify (payments), Iterable (CRM)
Why Babylist
An engineer, expecting her first baby, couldn't find the registry she wanted. So she built it. That's how Babylist started, and it's still how we work: engineers solving problems for families. Becoming a parent is one of the biggest moments in a person's life. Millions reach it for the first time every year, making thousands of decisions and figuring it out as they go. That's who we build for, and we're a long way from done.
Ten million people give gifts through Babylist every year. We did more than $750M in revenue in 2025, up 45 percent over the year before, and we've been profitable for eight years while staying independent. So you can take on a hard, multi-year problem without watching over your shoulder for the next round or the next correction. And the team is small, around 65 engineers, so what you ship stays visible and your scope stays wide.
How We Work
Remote-first across the US and Canada, and we have been for years. That's not changing. We trust you to own your time and your outcomes, and we get everyone in a room together twice a year. Teams are small, pods of three to five engineers, so nothing you ship disappears into a committee. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with product, design and data, and with the partners across the business who rely on what you ship. You'll also stay close to customers yourself: sitting in on user interviews, watching session recordings, riding along with support. Here that's part of the engineering job, on a regular basis.
How We Hire
Three rounds, usually two to three weeks, start to finish.
Recruiter conversation (30 minutes).
Trade context: what you want next, what we're building and straight answers on comp, team and remote.
Technical screen (1 hour).
One round, no AI, language-agnostic. Reach for Google when you normally would. We just want to see how you reason from first principles.
Final round (4 hours).
Four one-hour interviews: system design, AI-assisted coding with the tools you'd actually use here, product sense and culture and values. You'll hear back either way within 24 to 48 hours.
If your timeline is tight, tell us and we'll move faster.
Benefits
Company-paid medical and fully covered dental and vision
A 401(k) match
Generous paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents, plus a gradual return-to-work program
Winter Wonder Week, a paid company-wide week off at the end of the year
A remote-work stipend
Mental-health and wellness support
A Few Things To Know
We record and transcribe interviews to evaluate candidates, in line with applicable privacy laws.
We expect you to use AI in your work and we welcome it in the process, but what you submit and say should reflect your own thinking.
If you have a family member or close relationship with a Babylist employee, let your recruiter know.
Official outreach only ever comes from an @babylist.com address.

SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst — Flosum
About Flosum
Flosum is a Salesforce-native platform company delivering enterprise-grade DevOps, data protection, and security solutions to some of the world's largest organizations. Our product portfolio spans Cloud DevOps, Data Migrator, Data Masking, Data Backup, Org Security, Cloud Trust Center, and Sandbox Synchronization — all built natively on the Salesforce platform. We serve enterprise customers across technology, energy, financial services, healthcare, and federal government. Flosum is a growth-stage company operating with the intensity and speed of a startup backed by the discipline of a mature operator.
The Role
We're hiring a SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst who will own the measurement layer of our entire business. You will be the person who knows every number — ARR, net retention, expansion, churn, pipeline conversion, cost of acquisition, gross margin by product line, services margin, cash flow, and everything in between. You'll work across Salesforce (our CRM and billing system of record) and QuickBooks (our financial system) to build a unified, always-current picture of company performance.
This is not a reporting role. This is an analytical role where you connect revenue operations data to financial outcomes and surface the insights that drive decisions at the CEO level.
What You'll Own
You will build and maintain our SaaS metrics infrastructure — ARR waterfall, cohort retention analysis, revenue recognition schedules, deferred revenue tracking, and unit economics by segment. You will reconcile Salesforce bookings data against QuickBooks revenue entries and ensure we have a single source of truth across both systems. You will produce monthly and quarterly financial and revenue packages for leadership, including variance analysis against plan. You will model scenarios for pricing changes, product bundling, geographic expansion, and headcount investment. You will monitor pipeline health and translate pipeline data into revenue forecasts with documented assumptions. You will own the data integrity between our CRM and accounting systems, flagging discrepancies before they compound. You will support board-level and investor-level reporting with clean, defensible metrics.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
You have three-plus years of experience in SaaS financial analysis, revenue operations, or FP&A at a B2B software company. You are deeply proficient in Salesforce — not as a user, but as someone who understands opportunity objects, product schedules, contract structures, and reporting at a data level. You are equally proficient in QuickBooks Online, including chart of accounts design, revenue categorization, journal entries, and reconciliation workflows. You understand ASC 606 revenue recognition principles and can apply them to a multi-product SaaS business with annual and multi-year contracts. You can build financial models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets — not from templates, from logic. You think in terms of cohorts, not just totals. You understand the difference between bookings, billings, and revenue, and you can explain why each matters. You are precise, skeptical of your own numbers, and obsessive about data integrity.
Preferred
Experience at a company with a mix of subscription revenue and professional services. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or native Salesforce quoting and contract objects. Exposure to investor or board reporting at a growth-stage company. Experience with Marketo or HubSpot data as it relates to CAC and attribution modeling.
Why Flosum
You'll report directly into the CEO's operating rhythm. Your work will not sit in a queue — it will shape hiring plans, product investment, and go-to-market strategy in real time. Flosum is building the definitive platform for Salesforce lifecycle management, and we need someone who can measure every dimension of that growth with precision.
