About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Channel Partner Manager for Korea, you will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships with both System Integrators (SIs) and resellers to accelerate the adoption of our solutions in the Korean market. You will work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and Korea's unique business ecosystem, helping partners integrate our products into their solution portfolios and joint go-to-market strategies.
As a Channel Partner Manager, you will focus on growing the partner Anthropic reseller and services business in Korea and achieving quarterly revenue and partner attach targets through new customers and upsells. Strong business creation skills are needed to identify joint value propositions and explore co-selling models. While revenue contribution is the key metric, building scalable partner engagement and executing joint initiatives are crucial for consistent growth.
This is an early role in a new market for a program we expect to grow well beyond its first two countries. The habits you establish with our first partners in Korea will shape how the program works everywhere else.
Key responsibilities

Own deal registration and pipeline discipline with partners, making sure registrations are submitted and validated, conflicts are cleared, and named end-customer reporting is complete on every deal
Forecast and report partner pipeline and performance against the quarterly revenue and partner attach targets, and own the Korea channel number with the central program team
Negotiate resale agreements and commercial terms with partners alongside the central program team and Legal
Co-sell with the local account team on partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities, and manage direct versus partner conflict as deals arise
Develop and execute business plans with System Integrators and strategic resellers to drive mutual growth and revenue targets
Build and maintain executive-level relationships within Korean partner organizations, navigating complex organizational structures and decision-making processes
Support partner onboarding end to end, from diligence and agreement execution through readiness ahead of launch, including for partners who join the program after launch
Coordinate partner certification and enablement with the central enablement lead, including Korean-language delivery and ongoing recertification
Manage Anthropic's counterpart relationships with the cloud hyperscalers AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure in Korea, including the Marketplace private offer motion that reseller deals run through
Work with the central program team on program governance, margin mechanics, and escalations, and build the local processes and working rhythms the channel needs where none exist yet, feeding what you learn from partners back to the program team
Run regular business reviews and QBRs with each partner against the joint plan
Own partner co-marketing in Korea, agreeing a joint marketing plan with each partner and Channel Marketing, funding it through MDF where it qualifies, and delivering the announcements, campaigns, webinars and events that turn the partnership into pipeline

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Applied AI for Defense team is Mistral's specialized unit dedicated to delivering high-impact, secure AI solutions for institutions operating in highly regulated and strategic environments. We work hand-in-hand with clients to design, deploy, and maintain AI systems that meet the highest standards of reliability, security, and operational excellence, including on-premise, disconnected, and air-gapped deployments.
As an AI Deployment Strategist on this team, you will drive the adoption and deployment of Mistral's AI solutions inside sovereign institutions and critical infrastructure, working closely with customers from strategic vision to production implementation. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, AI innovation, and hands-on deployment, under real operational, security, and compliance constraints. You will partner with senior leaders and mission owners to design AI roadmaps, collaborate with the Applied AI team to deliver solutions in production, and ensure seamless transitions from presales to postsales. Your work will directly contribute to projects with significant societal, operational, and strategic impact.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Strategic Discovery & Vision Setting
- Lead executive-level and mission-owner workshops to identify challenges and opportunities where Mistral's AI can drive step-change improvements in strategic environments.
- Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers, articulating the "art of the possible" and a clear path to value within their regulatory and security perimeter.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop business cases, quantify impact, and align solutions with mission and organizational objectives.
AI Solution Design & Deployment
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions, integrating Mistral's models and platform into customer workflows and secure technical infrastructure (cloud, on-premise, disconnected, air-gapped).
- Partner with the Applied AI team to design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions in production, ensuring scalability, security, and impact.
- Own the execution of pilots and proofs-of-value, demonstrating the potential of our technology and paving the way for full-scale deployment.
Value Realization & Customer Success
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding their AI strategy and ensuring they maximize the value of their investment in Mistral.
- Monitor key performance indicators tied to operational and business outcomes, and communicate progress to executive sponsors.
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities across use cases and units, building on initial successes to drive long-term partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between customers and Mistral's internal teams, synthesizing feedback to influence product, science, and security roadmaps.
- Develop reusable assets, best practices, and playbooks to scale go-to-market efforts and ensure consistent delivery excellence in regulated settings.
- Travel (~30-60%) to foster deep client relationships and support on-site deployment.
HOW WE WORK IN SOLUTIONS
- We care about people and outputs. What matters is what you ship, not the time you spend on it.
- Bureaucracy is where urgency goes to vanish. You talk to whoever you need to talk to. The best idea wins, whether it comes from a principal engineer or someone in their first week.
- Always ask why. The best solutions come from deep understanding, not from copying what worked before.
- We say what we mean. Feedback is direct, timely, and given because we care.
- No politics. Low ego, high standards.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role (e.g. data science consulting, value engineering, or technical sales).
- A degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
- Foundational knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science, with the credibility to advise both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to demonstrate value.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions.
- Executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders (VP, C-level, mission owners).
- Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable leading through influence in a collaborative environment.
- Comfort operating under security, compliance, and confidentiality constraints.
- Experience with sales qualification frameworks (e.g. MEDDPICC) and value-based selling is a plus.
- Experience deploying AI in regulated or sovereign environments (defense, public sector, critical infrastructure) is a plus.
SECURITY & COMPLIANCE CRITERIA
- Eligibility: must hold citizenship in the target territory (France for now).
- Clearable: must meet all local requirements for high-level security clearance (e.g. no criminal record, fulfillment of national service obligations).
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

Our mission is to help customers grow valuable media brands with their content. Join our diverse group of focused, hardworking professionals who are passionate about doing work that’s challenging and fun — and who strive to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
About the Role
Lineup and FatTail are the leading Order Management Systems (OMS) for media companies, and this role will own product vision and strategy across both. It's a high-touch, customer-facing product leadership role: you'll build close, lasting relationships with the customers and prospects who rely on our platforms, and turn what you learn from those relationships into a roadmap that drives real growth.
We're looking for a VP of Product with a genuine commercial mindset — someone who is energized by being in front of customers and prospects, not just building for them at a distance. You will be the primary product voice representing our vision and roadmap to the market: presenting directly to prospects and clients, building trust with the people who buy and use our products, and channeling what you hear back into product decisions that grow the business. You will also lead and grow a team of product managers, building the strength and depth of the product organization as it scales.
You'll have a key voice in shaping the direction of Chartbeat's broader, unified platform vision — helping define how we integrate Chartbeat and Tubular's content and audience analytics with Lineup and FatTail's order management systems to deliver innovative solutions that help media companies grow their business.
Key Responsibilities
10+ years in product management, including 5+ years in a senior product leadership role (VP, SVP, or equivalent) in B2B SaaS focused on the Media or Ad Tech industry.
Direct Ad Tech experience is required, ideally with an OMS or adjacent systems (e.g., Google Ad Manager, ad servers, DMPs/CDPs, or similar sell-side ad tech).
A track record of delivering innovative, differentiated products, including AI-driven features or workflows — you know how to identify where AI creates real customer value versus where it's a distraction.
A track record of commercial involvement, including presenting roadmap and vision directly to prospects and customers, and being trusted as a credible voice in high-stakes customer conversations.
Experience in enterprise or upper-mid-market B2B settings, ideally within media, publishing, or adjacent verticals, where building close customer relationships is central to the business.
People leadership experience, having built, managed, and grown teams of product managers.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
Define and evolve a long-term OMS strategy and roadmap establishing a clear vision across our two OMS products that strengthens competitive differentiation, drives customer growth and retention, and deepens platform adoption.
Prioritize ruthlessly across customer commitments, competitive differentiation, and platform/data unification to ensure we’re making the right investments to move the business forward.
Collaborate with product leaders across the business to define and deliver a unified platform vision that strengthens all four brands together.
Customer & Market Engagement
Serve as a primary product voice with prospects and clients — presenting vision and roadmap directly, and building close, lasting relationships with the people who buy and use our products.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to improve win rates, adoption, and renewals — bringing product perspective into customer conversations and helping remove product-related obstacles
Grow a strong network across media and publishing that expands our credibility and reach in the industry.
Turn customer and market insight into clear, credible product decisions, balancing near-term needs with long-term platform investment.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
Lead and grow a team of product managers and leaders, setting a high bar for product craft, commercial fluency, and customer engagement.
Partner with the executive leadership on org design, hiring, and development plans to strengthen the product team as it grows.
Coach PMs into strong functional leaders who own outcomes across product strategy, roadmap creation and execution, client-facing communication, vision storytelling, and commercial support.
Cross-Functional & Platform Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams to translate strategy into delivered and adopted products.
Champion platform thinking that unlocks cross-sell and deepens customer value across Chartbeat, Tubular, Lineup, and FatTail.
Represent OMS product strategy to the executive team and, where relevant, the Board — shaping investment decisions with clear business impact.
Compensation & Benefits

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will lead Notion’s GTM strategy and growth for France, one of EMEA’s largest and highest-priority markets. France is a Tier 1 region in Notion’s country-first EMEA model, with significant room to scale into a standalone, high-growth business.
Notion is shifting from a traditional sales model toward a builder-led model with fewer handoffs, stronger technical fluency, and more direct ownership of customer outcomes. As General Manager, France, you will be the second-line leader responsible for overall revenue outcomes, regional GTM strategy, and the operating model for the French business. You will lead through frontline managers, teams of Business Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants and Outcomes Architects as well as partner cross functionally with Professional Services, Channel Partnerships and RevOps.
This is a hands-on builder-leader role for an AI-native, country-first GTM model. You will bring Notion’s new GTM model to life in France: moving from a segment-first motion to a country-first, AI-native operating system where teams help customers diagnose problems, design agentic workflows, and build real systems with Notion AI.
This role sits on the EMEA Leadership Team and reports to the General Manager, EMEA.
This role will be based in Paris. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for France, with accountability for overall regional revenue outcomes across Sales Assist and Self Serve contribution.
- Lead as a second-line manager: hire, coach, and develop frontline leaders and IC teams across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, and supporting GTM functions.
- Scale a country-first GTM motion that brings Notion closer to French customers through local executive engagement, market nuance, and faster field-level decision-making.
- Accelerate the land engine by opening the right front doors, growing professional workspaces, increasing net-new and upgrade opportunities, and connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motion.
- Win lighthouse customers and turn them into market momentum by making them wildly successful, telling their story locally, and using those wins to influence peer companies across France.
- Embed Notion’s AI-era GTM model across the team, including agent-enabled customer journeys, first-agent workflow activation, AI/agent demo proficiency, and stronger “build with the customer” motions.
- Make agentic transformation central to the French GTM motion: help customers identify high-value workflows, build and deploy Notion Agents, automate cross-functional work, and measure outcomes from AI adoption.
- Partner tightly with Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing and Channel to reduce handoffs and deliver faster, more durable customer value.
- Build “sell with” partner motions in France, including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell plays, enablement, AI/agentic solution packages, and joint account planning.
- Establish Notion as a visible force in the French ecosystem through executive dinners, field events, startup and community engagement, partner activations, and customer advocacy.
- Represent the voice of French customers back to Product, PMM, Marketing, and EMEA leadership, especially around AI transformation, enterprise requirements, security, compliance, localization, and competitive dynamics.
- Create a talent destination in France by hiring builder-oriented leaders and ICs, raising the craft bar, and developing the next generation of AI-native GTM talent.
- Drive operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline quality, territory planning, inspection cadence, performance management, and cross-functional execution.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A strategic and hands-on GTM operator who has scaled enterprise SaaS or AI businesses in France and knows how to build a market, not just inherit one. You have led through managers, owned complex revenue outcomes, and created local market momentum through customers, partners, community, and talent.
You combine second-line leadership with builder energy. You can set a crisp country strategy, install the operating system to execute it, and step into the field when needed — whether joining an executive customer conversation, sharpening a pipeline plan, coaching a manager, or helping the team translate a customer problem into an AI-powered, agentic workflow.
You are excited by Notion’s shift to an AI-native, country-first GTM model and believe the best GTM teams will increasingly be builders: BDRs who identify transformation opportunities, Solutions Consultants who build with customers in the room, Outcomes Architects who turn early workflows into durable adoption, and Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers who design the technical systems behind complex agentic workflows.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading SaaS or AI sales & GTM teams in France.
- Deep knowledge of the French enterprise and startup ecosystem, including executive buyer networks, local partner channels, and market-specific buying dynamics across all market segments (commercial, midmarket and enterprise)
- Proven second-line leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing frontline managers and high-performing IC teams.
- Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal/churn dynamics.
- Agency & Urgency: experience building or scaling a regional/country business in a high-growth or ambiguous environment.
- Experience selling, implementing, or leading GTM teams around AI, automation, agentic workflows, collaboration, productivity, developer, or data products.
- Strong strategic judgment: ability to define a country plan, segment the market, prioritize accounts and plays, and align cross-functional teams around outcomes.
- Operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline generation, inspection, performance management, territory planning, and sales process.
- Executive presence with CIO, CTO, CPO, COO, and business transformation buyers, with the ability to shape a compelling AI and agentic workflow narrative.
- Strong understanding of modern GTM motions across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services, Channel, Marketing, RevOps, and Product.
- Builder mentality and deep AI curiosity: comfortable learning, demoing, and coaching teams on agent-first workflows, proof-of-value motions, and customer co-building.
- Fluency in French and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience launching or scaling a country-first or regional GTM operating model.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, APIs, webhooks, connectors, data residency, AI governance, and technical evaluation processes.
- Experience scaling partner, channel, marketplace, or consultant-led GTM motions around AI or workflow transformation.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €350,000 - €408,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
