ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we're delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we're building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It's an exciting time to join us: we're creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a senior software engineer to join our Orchestration team, which owns the control plane layer of the dbt platform — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing.
You'll own the design and delivery of features end to end, working across high-throughput APIs and data models to make them faster, more reliable, and more capable. You'll write and review designs, raise the quality bar in code review, use the latest AI tools, and collaborate closely with product and QE to deliver work that scales.
Technologies You'll Use
Python, Rust, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Datadog
What You'll Do
Design and implement features and performance improvements across the Orchestration team's services — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing
Develop, maintain, and test high-quality, maintainable code, and optimize critical paths for performance
Write technical designs for feature-level work, actively seek feedback, and clearly explain the trade-offs of your decisions
Participate in and review technical designs and pull requests, providing constructive feedback to the team
Improve test coverage with comprehensive unit tests and refactor code to drive down tech debt
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and follow up on incidents with post-mortems and mitigation plans
Break features into tasks, structure and execute your own project plans, and contribute to sprint and feature planning
Collaborate with product managers, QE, customer support, and peers to deliver the best product with high quality, performance, and scalability
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation, and be mindful of security throughout your work
Use AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in the software industry with a passion for solving complex software engineering problems, including designing and building backend services and reusable components from the ground up
Experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing concepts
Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, performant, and well-tested code
Ability to independently lead feature-level software and design work that satisfies project requirements, and to clearly explain design trade-offs
Can identify design flaws in existing systems and propose improvements
Experience with code reviews, design, troubleshooting, and testing
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with continuous integration tooling such as BuildKite, and familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is a plus
Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to research, author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts
Bonus Skills
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
Experience building or working with metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Staff Software Engineer (Commercial Platform)
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Business Automation
- Reports to: Senior Engineering Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid, 3 days a week at the office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will own the architecture behind how customers discover, order, receive and pay for ICEYE's SAR imagery and monitoring insights.. You will decide how several existing backend systems become one platform, and you will see that migration through to production.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the platform at the heart of ICEYE's data business: it's how customers buy and receive our imagery and insights, and it will drive the Data business's revenue for years to come.
- Own the technical architecture and migration plan for bringing several existing backend systems together into one unified platform behind ICEYE's monitoring intelligence products.
- Make the key architecture and data-model decisions and hands-on drive them through execution across multiple engineering teams.
- Deliver the platform's first production milestone together with the team within the first quarter of 2027. Then lead the migration of the remaining live products onto it without disrupting customers.
- Set the technical standards other engineers build against as the platform consolidation continues.
- Bring a point of view on where AI-assisted engineering practices genuinely help the team, and help others apply them.
- Partner directly with product and engineering leadership to keep the migration aligned as priorities evolve.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Backend production engineering experience in Go, or deep enough backend expertise in a similar language to ramp quickly.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and event-driven, message-based architectures.
- Production experience with a major cloud provider (AWS preferred).
- Practical experience with observability tooling such as LGTM stack, Datadog and OpenTelemetry.
- A track record of technically leading an architecture renewal, platform consolidation, or large-scale migration end to end, not just contributing to one.
- Proven ability to bring multiple engineering teams and stakeholders to a shared technical direction.
- Geospatial or space industry experience is a strong plus that will help you have an impact quickly. If you don't have it, apply anyway: most of our engineers learned the domain here.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- TA Partner screening call (30 minutes)
- Hiring manager interview (1 hour)
- Technical interview (2 hours)
- Values & Fit interview (1 hour)
- Final interview with SVP of Engineering (1 hour)

About the role
Customer Experience Operations is building out the foundation needed to grow and support Professional Services at GitLab. We are looking for a Staff Professional Services Operations Lead to establish scalable operations across PS, supporting planning and resource management, operational tooling and cadences, delivery operations, financial performance, systems partnership, and go-to-market alignment.
Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience Operations, you will be a strategic and hands-on partner to PS leadership. You will help move the organization from manual, disjointed processes to connected, reliable, and increasingly automated ways of working. Your work will give leaders better visibility into pipeline, capacity, staffing, delivery economics, and growth and will ensure our teams have what they need to successfully deliver.
What you’ll do
Mature the PS operating cadence, including forecasting & planning alignment, business reviews, performance reporting, and executive readouts.
Establish connected capacity, utilization, and resource management practices across billable and non-billable roles, including skill-based staffing and hiring planning.
Improve visibility and deliver insights into project economics, including rate cards, fully loaded costs, burden rates, project margin, fixed-fee budgets, utilization, and revenue recognition.
Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, CX Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Delivery to improve PSA, time-tracking, CRM, reporting, and related tooling.
Define requirements and lead process improvements, automations, and efficiency drivers across Professional Services, Operations, and newly integrated services teams.
Improve go-to-market alignment by tracking PS attach, connecting PS planning to account and renewal timelines, and enabling earlier PS involvement in deal strategy and account planning.
Partner cross functionally to deliver improvements in service catalog, pricing and packaging, SKU governance, and partner or channel delivery models.
Document processes, clarify roles and decision rights, and partner with Analytics to build self-service reporting that reduces dependencies of PS leadership for day-to-day execution.
What you’ll bring
10+ years’ experience in Professional Services Operations, Services Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related function in a technology or subscription business.
Deep understanding of PS business models, including time and materials, fixed-fee, and blended engagements.
Experience owning and developing forecasting and planning processes that connect sales pipeline to delivery capacity, staffing, bookings, and revenue.
Experience with resource management, utilization, project margin, delivery operations, PSA systems, or services go-to-market operations.
Experience leading process and systems improvements across evolving organizations.
Strong analytical, business judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A pragmatic, hands-on approach to solving ambiguous operational problems.
Hands-on experience with Kantata or a comparable Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform.
Ability to translate business requirements into system workflows, data definitions, reporting requirements, and automation opportunities.
Deep familiarity with revenue recognition processes and the systems partnership required between Professional Services and Finance.
Nice to have
Experience integrating two or more services organizations, operating models, or systems or driving operations transformation and maturity.
Experience improving PS attach, deal structuring, account planning, or services participation in the sales cycle.
Experience with partner, channel, or customer-funded delivery models.
Experience working in a distributed or all-remote organization.

Global Trade Compliance Manager
Operations · Full-time · Remote (United States) · Hours 9am - 5pm EST
About Nysonian:
Nysonian is one of the fastest-growing consumer portfolios, behind NOBL and Flo Pilates. We grew over 8x in 2025 and are building the next phase of the business across physical products, software, and subscription experiences.
NOBL is a functional travel brand built around a simple idea. Travel products should solve real problems, not just look better. Every feature is designed to eliminate friction from the travel experience, from seamless organization and easy access to tracking, connectivity, and protection.
Flo Pilates brings studio-quality Pilates into the home through connected fitness hardware, content, and subscription experiences.
Across both brands, we are building product ecosystems that deepen the customer relationship beyond the initial purchase and create recurring value over time. We are looking for builders who want ownership, speed, and the ability to shape products at scale.
The Opportunity:
Nysonian is hiring a Global Trade Compliance Manager to to own the company's end-to-end import/export compliance program across all origin and destination markets. This role is responsible for export documentation and compliance out of China, Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia, and for import/customs clearance compliance into the UAE, UK, EU, Australia, Canada, the USA, and Mexico — including HS/HTS classification, importer- of-record (or equivalent) obligations, and duty/tariff management in each jurisdiction, to a standard of 100% compliance. The role works closely with the China/Southeast Asia buying and sourcing teams, the Mexico manufacturing facility, customs brokers and freight forwarders in each market, and surety/bond providers, to keep shipments compliant and identify and resolve compliance risk before it becomes a liability.
What You'll Own:
Own end-to-end export documentation and compliance for shipments originating from China, Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and each origin country's export licensing/permit requirements.
Own end-to-end import and customs clearance compliance for shipments into the UAE (Dubai Customs / GCC), UK (post-Brexit customs, EORI), EU (EU customs union, EORI), Australia (Australian Border Force), Canada (CBSA), the USA (CBP), and Mexico (SAT/Aduana).
Manage and maintain HS/HTS code classifications across the full product catalog for NOBL Travel, Flo Pilates, and other Nysonian brands, mapping classifications correctly to each destination market's tariff schedule.
Act as the primary point of contact for the customs clearance process in each market, coordinating directly with local customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs authorities to resolve entry issues, holds, and requests for information.
Manage Importer of Record (or equivalent, e.g., EORI holder) responsibilities and obligations in every import market, maintaining 100% compliance with each jurisdiction's customs regulations, bonded entry requirements, and recordkeeping standards.
Monitor and manage customs surety bonds and guarantees where applicable (e.g., the U.S. bond program with Avalon Risk Management), including bond sufficiency, claims, and provider relationships, and lead resolution of any bond or liquidated damages matters.
Lead the response to customs compliance actions and enforcement notices from any origin or destination authority (e.g., CBP liquidated damages notices, requests for information), coordinating internally and with outside counsel or brokers as needed.
Identify and apply free trade agreement and preference programs to reduce duty exposure (e.g., USMCA, EU/UK- Vietnam FTA, ASEAN trade agreements, GCC arrangements, AANZFTA), and assess rules-of-origin risk — particularly for products manufactured in Mexico with components sourced from China, where dual-origin
exposure exists.
Monitor changes in tariff policy, trade agreements, and trade remedy actions (e.g., U.S. Section 301/232, EU CBAM, safeguard duties) across all markets, and translate them into landed-cost impact and mitigation recommendations for leadership.
Partner with the China/Southeast Asia buying teams and the Mexico manufacturing facility to ensure sourcing, bill-of-materials, and country-of-origin documentation support accurate classification and compliant entries in every market.
Build and maintain internal SOPs, recordkeeping systems, and training materials to standardize export and import compliance practices across all origin and destination countries.
Prepare compliance reporting and risk summaries for leadership, flagging open exposures by country (e.g., open enforcement cases, bond claims) and recommended next steps.
Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in international trade compliance spanning both export (Asia-origin) and import compliance across multiple destination markets, ideally supporting a consumer goods or e-commerce company.
Hands-on experience with HS/HTS classification and customs entry processes across more than one jurisdiction (e.g., US, UK/EU, Canada, Australia, or GCC).
Working knowledge of Importer of Record / EORI-equivalent obligations, customs bonds/guarantees, and customs enforcement actions (e.g., CBP liquidated damages, CF-28/CF-29 notices).
Familiarity with rules of origin under USMCA and other applicable free trade agreements, including multi-country manufacturing scenarios (e.g., China-origin components assembled in Mexico).
Experience working with customs brokers and freight forwarders across multiple countries, and coordinating export procedures with factories/sourcing offices in China, Vietnam, Thailand, or Cambodia.
Strong attention to detail and comfort owning compliance outcomes independently across jurisdictions, with a track record of driving issues to resolution.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and time zones in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America.
Licensed Customs Broker (LCB), CCS/CBIP, or an equivalent international trade compliance certification is a plus but not required.
