Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, Deliveroo Express
At Deliveroo, our mission is to transform the way people shop and eat, bringing the neighbourhood to your door by connecting customers, restaurants, shops and riders. We give people the opportunity to buy what they want, when and where they want it.
We are a technology-driven company at the forefront of the most rapidly expanding industry in the world. We are still a small team, making a very large impact, looking to answer some of the most interesting questions out there. We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new ideas.
The Team
This role sits within the New Verticals business unit on our Global Strategy, Product and Commercial team, reporting into the Head of Strategic Partnerships, Deliveroo Express with our broader team reporting up into the Director, GM of Drive EMEA and VP of EMEA Markets. We are responsible for setting the strategy and lighting up new verticals, ensuring that Deliveroo has the right to win in the new and highly competitive on-demand Grocery and Retail market. The culture within the team is informal, fast-paced and entrepreneurial. Given the growth of the business and the senior stakeholder exposure, progression in the team can be fast.
The Role
Deliveroo Express is Deliveroo’s white-label solution that allows our partners to offer on-demand delivery directly through their own online websites / apps. Imagine going onto your favourite restaurant, grocer or retailers’ website and having an order delivered in as little as 20 minutes - from the customer’s point of view, you’re ordering directly with the restaurant / grocery / retailer, and it’s simply delivered by our rapid riders. For more, please see:
https://merchants.deliveroo.com/what-we-offer/deliveroo-express
As a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager in the team, you will manage the day-to-day relationships with our white-label partners, which includes leading regular performance reviews, identifying opportunities for growth and overcoming operational challenges. You will work closely with various functions of Deliveroo to share insights from partners and ensure we are developing a “best in class” value proposition. With Deliveroo Express being a new product launched in April, you will play a pivotal role in defining the on-going strategy and driving success of this proposition.
Using data to understand trends in performance and identify opportunities for operational excellence will be critical to your success in the role. You will need to be able to manage multiple projects at once, interacting with key functions such as Product, Operations and Commercial. You will use your business acumen and negotiation skills to win new business deals and build an on-going pipeline.
Working with partners of this scale, you will often overcome challenges that Deliveroo is facing for the first time, helping to shape the future of how we work with and scale our white-label partners.
Key Responsibilities
Directly own the day-day relationship with Deliveroo Express partners across all verticals - Restaurants, Grocery and Retail

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Brand Insights, Measurement Lead at Anthropic, you will strengthen the evidence that fuels our brand decisions: knowing whether marketing spend and effort is working, saying so clearly on a schedule to the people who need to hear it. Marketing Insights turns market, campaign and user data into decisions that product, marketing, comms and sales leadership can act on. You'll tell us, with data, whether awareness is turning into consideration, whether consideration is turning into pipeline, and where that chain breaks down for a given audience. This role sits at the intersection of human understanding, marketing science discipline and organizational influence.
In this role, you'll own the team's recurring measurement readouts, including the Prosumer and B2B brand health tracker studies and the metrics, headwinds and tailwinds that show up in front of business leadership and in all-hands updates, keeping them accurate, current and easy to act on. You'll partner closely with your Marketing Insights teammates, Comms and data science on the brand-health dashboard, Brand & Integrated Marketing leadership, brand data science, research vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders across Enterprise Marketing, product marketing and finance.
Responsibilities
Own the recurring executive and all-hands readouts that put key metrics, headwinds and tailwinds in front of marketing management and the broader team
Lead process ownership of the Prosumer and B2B brand health tracker studies, including managing the research vendor relationships that field them
Lead coordination across Comms, Marketing and data science on the brand-health dashboard, aligning all three groups on one consistent view of the data
Support media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution and incrementality analyses that inform how marketing budget and effort get allocated, moving the team past correlation to a defensible read on what's actually driving outcomes
Run best-practice pre- and post-campaign analysis on individual campaigns, covering creative, channel, audience, and timing effects, and turn each read into a specific change for the next campaign
Roll up campaign-level learnings into a recurring view for leadership: which channels, creative approaches, and audiences are outperforming over time, and where the team should adjust the playbook next
Build audience and funnel analyses that quantify how different audiences move, and relate to each other, from awareness through consideration to conversion, and what that means for where to invest
Audit how customer sentiment gets reported across the business and design a more efficient, consistent process
Manage the underlying data pipelines so that recurring readouts stay reliable and don't get rebuilt from scratch each cycle
Partner with Marketing Insights teammates to keep measurement process and research design in sync, including feeding into the Marketing Business Review scorecard process
Develop one defensible view from first-party behavioral data, campaign and media data, and survey or attitudinal research, being clear about what each source can and can't tell you on its own
Present findings to non-technical audiences, including marketing leadership, enterprise sales and finance partners, translating hedged results into clear recommendations
You may be a good fit if you
Have a strategic orientation, strong curiosity for understanding what customers and users think and how to shift perceptions, and can use that to influence business and marketing direction
Are fluent in SQL and Python or R, and move comfortably between a quick exploratory pull and a more rigorous statistical model
Have designed or analyzed experiments (A/B tests, holdouts, lift tests) to establish a causal effect rather than settle for a correlation, and have applied regression, segmentation or other causal-inference methods to a real business question
Have run campaign-level measurement end to end, from a pre/post read on a single campaign to synthesizing learnings across multiple campaigns into a change the team acts on next time
Have built and maintained a recurring metrics report or dashboard that executives or cross-functional partners actually rely on, and kept it trustworthy over time
Can turn a hedged, caveated finding into a clear recommendation a non-technical stakeholder can act on, and know which caveat matters enough to keep in the headline
Start an analysis by pinning down the business question and the decision it needs to serve, not the method that's most interesting to run
Can reconcile data with no universal taxonomy across first-party, third-party, real-time and survey sources
Know when a directionally correct answer now beats a more rigorous one that arrives too late to matter
Work well across functions, building credibility with both technical partners and non-technical leadership
Are excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution or incrementality and lift testing specifically, rather than general-purpose analytics
Experience advising marketing stakeholders on experimental design for live campaigns (email, paid social), or measuring marketing performance across multiple markets
Familiarity with survey-based quantitative research (MaxDiff, conjoint, brand and sentiment tracking) alongside behavioral and usage data
Experience with a modern data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery) and a BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Prior experience in marketing, growth or brand analytics specifically, rather than data science in a general or product context
A graduate degree in statistics, economics or another quantitative field
A career trajectory spanning BI and dashboarding, applied causal inference and experimental design, and multi-market marketing measurement
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the role:
At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck. You embed inside a bank, an insurer, or a health system, learn the work, and ship a Claude + AWS system into their real, regulated production — then you watch the business number move. We’re an Anthropic and AWS Partner with 150+ certified architects. That means the newest models, real budgets, and problems that matter — without the layers, politics, and years-to-impact of a hundred-thousand-person firm. 350+ builders, 100+ customers in production, founder-led since 2010, offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Why Provectus
Frontier access
— Anthropic Preferred Partner: newest Claude models, real budgets, real problems.
Real tasks (not scope), real deployment.
You go where the operating problem is and ship production code to real users, not slide decks that sit in a drive.
Embedded, not engaged.
You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it. Embedded is not staff-augmented.
Autonomous.
You own the work from framing through to production, visible to clients and founders. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
Your experience stays portable.
Every engagement is a new problem, often in a new industry, so your skills compound instead of narrowing to one product. No legacy-maintenance grind, not a single stack.
Craft & growth
— build beside senior FDEs on a Claude-certified team; a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name.
We give you a stage:
Claude certification, conference talks, open-source contributions, published work under your own name.
Requirements:
Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production — not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why.
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus), including the operational reality of a system someone else inherits.
Pre-sales experience. Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job.
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork (skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, custom harnesses).
Nice to have
Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production.
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI.
What you’ll do:
Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive — and you are the one who builds it.
Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; work on real tasks, not scoped deliverables, and own the method autonomously.
You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it.
Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment; help build the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice.
What We Offer:
Full-time.
On-site visits to client’s facilities and our office in NYC 1/week
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
Base salary $180k–$200k + bonuses; OTE up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
No Visa sponsorship
We’re real:
A person reads your application.
We filter out AI-generated and fraudulent submissions automatically. Every application that clears that filter is read by someone on our team.
We may ask for a quick ID verification.
Fraudulent applications are common, and this protects real candidates.
You’ll meet the people you’d work with.
We host AI engineering events in New York and San Francisco. We'd be happy to talk in person. Your interviews are with Pavel Borobov, Solutions Architect, and Stepan Pushkarev, Co-Founder & CEO.
How we hire:
Recruitment interview.
Tech interview with our FDE (30 min).
A live engineering building session (1.5 hours). We hand you a business function and the constraints. You have to understand the job and rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked.
Use AI the way you normally would; we expect AI-generated code. What we look at is how you used AI, the judgment behind your choices, and what you researched beyond what any LLM already knows.
4. Soft skills interview.
5. Offer discussion.

Design and implement modular micro-frontend architectures to support scalable, independently deployable UI components across team boundaries.

Debug, profile, and optimize complex SQL queries, execution plans, database locks, and distributed backend microservices.
Collaboration & Culture
Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to support continuous delivery.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
People Programs at Ramp builds the programs that shape how employees experience the company day to day; from someone's first week to the moments that define Ramp's culture company-wide. As Ramp scales, we need someone dedicated to building that function and taking our foundations to the next level.
In this role, you'll own programs like onboarding, manager enablement, engagement surveys, and the company-wide culture and recognition programs that shape how Ramp works, to name a few. You'll work closely with People Business Partners, People Operations, and Comms to make these programs land and thrive.
This work is high impact and high visibility. This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role for someone with strong judgment who owns things fully.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build your own roadmap by pulling signal from engagement survey results, PBP and manager input, and People Ops, then make the call on what to build, improve, delegate, or stop.
- Own onboarding effectiveness — from pre-start through the first week — so every new hire's first experience of Ramp reflects how we work and our culture, partnering with People Ops and IT on day-to-day logistics
- Own the performance review cycle's program design — timeline, tools, and the manager/employee experience — partnering with PBPs on calibration and outcomes
- Build and own manager enablement as a standalone program: design the content, frameworks, and moments that help managers lead well, in partnership with PBPs on delivery
- Conceive, build, and run company-wide culture-building programs, fully owning logistics and content end-to-end
- Own recognition programming: how we surface and celebrate what's worth celebrating across the company and the rituals/milestones that make Ramp's culture tangible day to day
- Own the biannual engagement survey: design, run, and work with People Business Partners to translate results into action
- Be the trusted voice on what we should build in-house versus buy (tools, vendors, platforms) for people programs, grounded in judgment about what's worth the investment, not a default toward either
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years owning people/culture programs end-to-end at a high-growth company - from ideation through hands-on execution
- A builder's track record: you've created programming that didn't exist before, not adapted someone else's playbook
- Strong facilitation and executive presence. You’re comfortable being the face of a program in front of the whole company, not just behind the scenes
- Comfortable with data: you can read engagement survey results and program metrics and turn them into a point of view, not just a report
- Proven ability to partner across functions (PBPs, Comms, Enablement, leadership)
- First-principles thinker who can turn ambiguity into a scalable framework: you don't need a rule book, but you can build one when it's missing
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.
If you're applying for a role at Coder and have questions about how we use AI in our process, or if you'd like to request information about the data we collect, please contact careers@coder.com.

A key initial priority is leading the implementation and transition to our enhanced travel operating model. Once established, the Head provides oversight through periodic performance reviews and exception management, delegating routine operations to the team and Travel Management Companies (TMCs).
Responsibilities
Function Leadership:
Lead and develop the Team. Recruit open roles, establish team cadence, and build capabilities across the function. Strategic resource planning across agencies, production vendors, and internal talent to execute both internal and client-facing events seamlessly.
Flagship, VIP & Client/client’s customers-Facing Events:
Execute on objectives, budgets, and brand standards set by C-Level leadership for 5,000-attendee conference, VIP executive receptions, and regional customer summits. Manage delivery through the internal Team, supported by event specialists and external agencies. Lead venue selection, production, security, contract negotiations, and attendee experience for both internal and external audiences.
Internal Meetings & Offsites:
Oversee the internal gathering strategy and delivery. Standardize playbooks for routine company meetings and regional leadership offsites.
Travel Operating Model Transition:
Lead the implementation of our approved global travel operating model, including RFPs and contracts for multi-region TMCs, unified policy and expense frameworks, approvals, reconciliation, and dual quoting. Coordinate phased migration corridor-by-corridor, validate vendor acceptance, protect service continuity, and establish an operational handover once stable.
Corporate Travel Oversight:
Own global travel strategy, master agreements, and major operational escalations. Oversee daily fulfillment, group flights, hotel blocks, rebooking, and high-touch support for executives, clients, and guest speakers managed by TMCs and the Travel & Logistics Coordinator.
Budget Accountability & Resource Stewardship:
Own the consolidated events and travel budget, as well as revenue/cost-recovery models for sponsored or client-facing events. Act as a steward of company resources, prioritizing expenditure against strategic business objectives, maximizing ROI on client events, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and escalating forecast overruns early with mitigation plans.
Financial Governance & Client Billing:
Work through the Team to manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, vendor deposits, event ledgers, cross-charging/client billing, invoice reconciliation, and post-event financial reviews. Maintain strict approval thresholds, separation of duties, purchase orders, payment terms, and international VAT/GST recovery.
Strategic Suppliers & Commercial Partnerships:
Lead major RFPs and negotiations with TMCs, airlines, hotel chains, event venues, registration platforms, and production partners. Maintain competitive discipline, set service expectations, and delegate routine vendor management while remaining the key point of contact for material escalations.
Policy, Duty of Care & Risk Management:
Own the global events and travel policy. Establish traveler assistance, emergency response, data privacy, and incident escalation frameworks in coordination with People Ops, Legal, IT, and Security, ensuring comprehensive coverage for collaborators, clients, and external VIP guests.
Cross-Functional & Client Partnership:
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on client event revenue targets, sponsorships, client experience, and commercial outcomes. Collaborate with C-Level executives on internal event agendas, keynotes, and executive participation. Partner with Finance, Legal, and People Ops to streamline global delivery.
Events & Travel Leadership:
8+ years leading corporate events and managed travel programs, including 3+ years leading a global function in a fast-growing, international environment.
Client & Internal Event Expertise:
Proven track record running both internal company meetings/offsites and high-impact, client- or customer-facing events (e.g., user conferences, client advisory boards, sponsored summits, roadshows).
Large-Scale Event Execution:
Proven experience directing large conferences (5,000+ attendees) end-to-end, covering budgets, venue sourcing, registration tech, production, speaker/VIP management, and vendor teams.
Travel Program Transformation:
Hands-on experience implementing or re-platforming corporate travel frameworks (TMC selections, booking/expense integrations, phased migrations, and duty-of-care rollouts). Multi-TMC or hybrid experience preferred.
Travel Industry & Commercial Fluency:
Strong understanding of airline/hotel distribution economics (GDS, NDC, dynamic pricing, corporate direct programs) and commercial contracting for high-value event venues and suppliers.
Financial & Commercial Acumen:
Demonstrated budget ownership, financial forecasting, ROI tracking, vendor negotiations, and client event billing/cost recovery. Experience with virtual-card systems or modern payment settlements is a plus.
Executive & External Presence:
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging directly with C-Suite executives, enterprise clients, sponsors, and key industry partners.
Data Privacy & Duty of Care:
Solid understanding of global travel safety protocols, crisis management, GDPR compliance, vendor DPAs, and attendee data privacy standards.
Language & Mobility:
Professional fluency in English (Spanish and/or Italian are strong pluses). Willingness to travel internationally up to 40% and operate across European, Middle Eastern, and Americas time zones.
