As a Senior CSM at 1Password, you own and strategically manage a portfolio of customers – driving value realization, revenue retention, and expansion outcomes that consistently exceed expectations. Beyond your own book, you raise the bar for the team through mentorship, playbook contributions, and peer enablement. How we’re using AI today Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here. This is a remote opportunity within the UK. Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto. What we're looking for: - 6+ years in a customer-facing, consultative, or technical role in SaaS – Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or IT/security leadership. - Demonstrated track record of exceeding retention, adoption, and expansion outcomes; experience recognized with performance distinction is a plus. - Proven ability to run executive business reviews with VP and C-suite stakeholders. - Background in cybersecurity, IAM, identity security, or enterprise IT preferred; former 1Password power user is a strong plus. - Strategic success planning and multi-threaded stakeholder management across a complex portfolio. - Commercial acumen: independently qualifies, advances, and documents expansion opportunities; manages negotiations without oversight. - Designs and applies AI-assisted workflows to commercial execution; documents use cases in a shareable format. - Strong Gainsight and Salesforce hygiene; consistent forecasting discipline. - Highly autonomous; manages complex accounts without requiring managerial direction. - Commercial thinker who connects customer outcomes to expansion potential naturally. - Strong executive presence – adapts messaging across technical, operational, and C-suite audiences. - Elevates teammates through knowledge sharing and informal mentorship. What you can expect: OWN AND GROW YOUR BOOK OF BUSINESS - Independently manage a portfolio of moderately to highly complex accounts – adapting success plans to each customer’s context without manager guidance. - Maintain full success plan coverage; produce documented best practices and playbooks, applied broadly across accounts with measurable KPI improvement. - Proactively identify and mitigate renewal risks; close risk CTAs with a high rate of success within defined timeframes. DRIVE ADOPTION & VALUE REALIZATION - Achieve strong Executive Sponsor attendance in EBRs across segments; EBRs are value-driven, data-backed, and consistently advance renewal confidence. - Maintain commercial intelligence across strategic accounts – budget cycles, org changes, compliance mandates, and stack rationalization. - Translate advanced 1Password capabilities into clear outcomes for VP and C-suite stakeholders; tie adoption to measurable ROI and long-term advocacy. LEAD REVENUE RETENTION & EXPANSION - Achieve strong amendment and renewal upsell win rates; proactively source and advance expansion opportunities with documented context. - Maintain forecasting hygiene with minimal blank or unmodified renewals approaching subscription end. OPERATE WITH STRATEGIC RIGOR - Manage commercial objections, renewal negotiations, and competitive conversations independently – without escalation for standard to complex scenarios. - Build and present business cases to customer champions; advance deals with enough depth to move through the pipeline with AE alignment. ACT AS A TRUSTED SECURITY ADVISOR - Deep working knowledge of the full 1Password product suite; design tailored success journeys connecting feature adoption to measurable business outcomes. - Incorporate regulatory context, breach patterns, and competitive dynamics into EBRs with confidence. - Design and share AI-assisted workflows with teammates in a replicable, documented format. COLLABORATE & ENABLE - Lead joint account planning with your AE; cited by AEs as a proactive commercial collaborator who improves deal outcomes. - Mentor Level B CSMs through call shadowing, ad hoc coaching, or onboarding support. - Lead or co-lead cross-team initiatives; contribute tools or improvements adopted by peers. MONTH 1 – ONBOARDING & FOUNDATION - Develop fluency in 1Password’s full product suite, CS methodology, and commercial motion. - By the end of Month 1, you will independently manage customer touchpoints and demonstrate clear understanding of renewal drivers across your portfolio. MONTH 3 – PORTFOLIO OWNERSHIP - Full ownership of your book with consistent EBR cadence and expansion sourcing. - By Month 3, you are meeting key performance targets and expansion leads are flowing to Sales with documented context. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password. This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. Location: Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland; Dubai; London, England, United Kingdom Workplace: remote Capital.com is hiring a UA Manager (PPC) to own paid acquisition performance across our Asia and Australia markets. You'll join a team of regional specialists with day-to-day accountability for campaign performance, budget efficiency, and growth against regional revenue and ROAS targets. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role: you will manage live campaigns directly, not oversee an agency at arm's length. Google Ads is the core of the role; paid social experience is a valuable bonus but not a requirement. What you'll do: Own and optimise Google Ads (Search, PMax, UAC, Display, YouTube) campaigns across Asia and Australia markets — this is the primary focus of the role. Where capacity and skillset allow, extend into paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) to support the broader regional media mix. Manage budget pacing and reallocation across markets and channels within your regions. Deliver against regional KPI targets: ROAS and CPA per first-time deposit. Run structured A/B tests on creative, bidding strategy, and audience targeting; report results with clear before/after evidence. Monitor and account for iOS attribution limitations (ATT/SKAD), PMax's lack of placement-level visibility, and regional regulatory constraints (e.g. licensing regimes across Asia markets) when planning campaigns. Localise campaign strategy to market nuance: language, competitive landscape, regulatory regime (e.g. ASIC in Australia; varied licensing across Asia markets), and payment/funding behaviour. Partner with regional marketing and compliance stakeholders on creative sign-off and go-to-market timing. Liaise directly with Google (and, where relevant, Meta/TikTok/Snapchat) account teams on platform features, budget commitments, and escalations. Maintain a weekly reporting cadence on spend, revenue, ROAS, and CPA for your regions, flagging anomalies before they show up in monthly numbers. What we're looking for: 3+ years of hands-on PPC management, with fintech, trading, or regulated financial services experience is a must have. You understand compliance-driven creative constraints, deposit-based KPIs, and CFD/trading audience behaviour — this is not transferable from a generic e-commerce or app-growth background without a steep ramp-up. Direct, deep platform experience in Google Ads (Search, PMax, UAC) — this is the core requirement. Paid social platform experience (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat Ads Manager) is a strong bonus, not a requirement. Working knowledge of mobile attribution constraints (iOS ATT/SKAD, modelled vs deterministic conversion data). Comfort operating across multiple markets and currencies simultaneously; prior exposure to APAC or ANZ paid media specifically is a strong plus. Analytical fluency: able to read a performance dashboard and turn it into a budget or bidding decision without hand-holding. Experience working within a regulated advertising environment (financial promotions rules, regional ad standards bodies) is a plus; willingness to learn the company's compliance doctrine is a requirement. Fluent written and verbal English ; additional Asia-region language skills (Mandarin, Vietnamese, Bahasa) are a plus but not required.

Location: United States Workplace: Remote BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system. THE TEAM Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients. Kraken's Compliance Operations teams, including the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), investigations and enhanced due diligence, are the front line of how Kraken detects and responds to financial crime. The systems they run on sit within Core Services Product, alongside the engineering teams who build them. That covers alert ingestion, case management, investigator tooling and a growing set of automation and AI tools. This role owns the product for that investigation platform. That means how an alert is created, enriched, grouped and suppressed. How it becomes a case. How an investigator reaches and documents a decision. And how every step is evidenced to a regulator or auditor. You'll start with the FIU, where the workflows are most complex and the audit bar is highest, then extend the platform across Compliance Operations. THE OPPORTUNITY - Own the investigation-platform roadmap end to end. Sequence it and defend it, and re-sequence it when a regulator or the RCO raises a P0. - Define "done" before build starts. Write phased deliverables and acceptance criteria that Compliance signs off, and hold the line when scope moves. - Get requirements in before engineering starts. Build the intake between Compliance policy, monitoring rules and case management so that changes don't reach investigators before their workflows are ready. - Understand the process before building. Reconcile policy and SOPs against what investigators actually do and what the system actually does. Know the difference between a process fix and a technical one, and say which requests are in scope for engineering. - Understand the pipeline well enough to challenge it: ingestion, profile and transaction resolution, suppression and grouping logic, and reconciliation between vendor output and case management. Be able to walk an auditor through it with live examples. - Make auditability a first-class requirement: audit trail, data lineage, evidence retention, reviewer attribution, change-management controls, and validation of filtering and suppression logic. - Ship automation and AI into regulated workflows with controls that hold up in Compliance, IT and privacy audits. That means human-in-the-loop design, explainability and ongoing monitoring. - Run the operating rhythm: a shared forum with engineering and adjacent product managers, a regular stakeholder update, and one delivery status that everyone reads the same way. WHAT YOU BRING - 4+ years of product management, including 2+ years on financial-crime systems such as transaction monitoring, investigations, case management, KYC/EDD or sanctions screening. - Working knowledge of how an AML programme is examined, including the questions regulators, internal audit and model validation ask about monitoring, filing and control systems. - The technical fluency to go deep on data flows and system design with engineers, and to spot when a design won't meet the requirement. - A track record of shipping internal tools or operational platforms that measurably changed how an operations team works. - Clear, concise writing, from PRDs and phase plans to audit walkthroughs and executive updates. - The judgement to tell a senior stakeholder a timeline isn't realistic because the requirements aren't written yet, and to keep the relationship intact. NICE TO HAVES - Direct FIU experience, such as alert disposition, SAR/STR filing or leading investigators. - Crypto or digital-asset experience, such as blockchain analytics, wallet-level transaction analysis or focal vs counterparty logic. - Experience shipping AI or ML into a regulated investigative workflow, including the control design. - Build-vs-buy and vendor evaluation for monitoring or case-management tooling. - Experience with programmes that span jurisdictions (UK, EU/MiCA, US). Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance. OUR COMMITMENT Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto. We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions.
