What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to join our team and scale the channel that connects Garner to mid-size employers. Reporting directly to the VP of Demand Generation, you will own the campaigns, programs, and qualified pipeline behind our health insurance broker audience. Brokers and benefits advisors are the trusted advisors to U.S. employers, shaping benefits strategy and deciding what gets recommended, so your work is to earn their attention at scale and give them a reason to bring Garner to their clients. You will work closely with our Sales, BDR, Product Marketing, and Events teams to turn broker relationships into qualified pipeline.
What you will do
Design and launch multi-channel campaigns for one of our primary audiences, health insurance brokers, and own the qualified pipeline they generate
Build the quarterly plan: campaign strategy, broker segmentation, offers, and messaging
Partner with our channel owners across paid, organic, web, and digital to take campaigns from brief to readout
Build the broker lifecycle from first touch through activation and retention
Partner with Sales and BDR teams to design highly effective campaigns and ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
Measure channel and campaign performance and recommend where to invest next
Bring an AI-enabled approach to every core function to build scalable marketing systems
What we're looking for
6+ years of B2B demand generation, growth, or integrated marketing experience, with direct accountability for a pipeline number
A track record of building and scaling multi-channel campaigns and demand generation programs
Experience marketing complex products to a sophisticated buyer
Channel partner or partner marketing experience is a strong plus
Strong command of funnel mechanics, including attribution, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and pipeline-to-spend
Fluency applying AI to build scalable marketing systems and programs
Relevant experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment is a strong plus
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
The Storage Team at Honeycomb is the backbone of our platform, responsible for the performance, reliability, and scalability of storing and querying billions of events. We design and own the architecture that powers correct and dependable query results — enabling every product experience from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs. As a senior engineer on Storage, you’ll work on high-impact systems where our customers may never see your code directly, but they’ll rely on it every time they use Honeycomb.
What you’ll do in the role:
Build and deliver high-quality solutions. You will design and implement solutions that power Honeycomb’s query and data storage infrastructure. Whether it’s improving query performance, evolving the Retriever service, or making our storage layer more reliable, you’re eager to jump in and add value where the team needs it most.
Scope and deliver projects independently. You’re comfortable breaking down complex storage and querying problems into achievable steps, surfacing trade-offs, and pulling in teammates when needed. You take ownership end-to-end — from design to production support — reducing toil and ensuring our systems deliver measurable customer and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners. You’ll work closely with Product Management and other engineering teams to connect technical solutions to product needs, from problem discovery through solution design and delivery. Much of our work is behind the scenes, but it enables every Honeycomb product experience, from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs.
Support our services in production. We believe in owning the software we build. Every engineer on Storage participates in on-call rotations, helps define team KPIs and SLOs, and proactively reduces toil by addressing reliability challenges before they reach customers.
Learn new ways to solve complex problems. As Honeycomb grows, so do the challenges of scaling our systems. You will explore new technologies, data storage techniques, and query optimization strategies to keep performance and reliability strong at scale.
Thrive on collaboration. You enjoy pairing, reviewing code, and offering constructive feedback. You model strong ownership and help your teammates grow, while keeping conversations forward-looking and focused on business value.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Technical leadership in storage and querying. You’ve led the design of patterns and guidelines that improve performance and reliability, and you bring expertise in writing Go along with experience working on high-throughput or complex systems. Prior experience with database engineering is a plus, as is comfort with Kubernetes.
Curiosity and experimentation. You learn by digging in — individually, in pairs, or as a team. You ask questions to better understand complex systems, explore trade-offs, and believe in learning from incidents as a way to improve both technology and practices.
Focus on business outcomes. You tie technical decisions to customer and company impact, weighing whether work is necessary now or later, and considering how projects affect the broader business.
Strength in mentorship and teamwork. You guide engineers through code reviews and help spread knowledge across a team with diverse skillsets so that ownership of critical paths is shared, not siloed.
Resilience in collaboration. You thrive in a senior-heavy team, giving and receiving feedback with grace, and contributing to a culture where tough problems and hard conversations lead to better outcomes.
Execution with impact. You can scope and deliver complex, multi-team projects while balancing production realities, proactively reducing toil, and ensuring systems deliver measurable customer value.
Deep debugging expertise. You’re trusted to diagnose and resolve the toughest production issues across the stack, restoring reliability where others may be stuck.
Influence beyond your team. You multiply impact by sharing knowledge, guiding adoption of new technologies, and driving foundational work that benefits Honeycomb engineering as a whole.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The LangSmith team owns and builds LangChain's core platform for observability, evaluation, and production reliability of AI systems. From tracing and annotation to run rules, evaluations, and beyond, this team owns LangSmith end-to-end. If you want to define what great AI observability looks like at production scale, this is where that work gets done.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Product Manager to own key parts of LangSmith. Building AI products is changing the way software teams work; LangSmith is the observability, evals and deployment platform that makes shipping reliable AI systems possible.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role sits at the intersection of user experience and production infrastructure. You'll partner with engineers to build features that feel intuitive while solving deeply technical problems: versioning complex prompt chains, debugging multi-step agent failures, or designing evaluation systems that scale from 10 to 10,000 test cases.
You'll work directly with customers — from early-stage startups shipping their first agent to enterprises running mission-critical AI systems — to understand where the platform breaks down and what capabilities unlock new workflows.
- Own the roadmap for a core area of the LangSmith platform.
- Work with customers to understand their challenges and define new product features.
- Work with engineering to define scope, make technical tradeoffs, and ship high-impact features quickly.
- Help shape product strategy alongside our founders and leadership team.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3+ years of product management or engineering experience, ideally building developer tools, infrastructure products, or technical SaaS platforms.
- Deeply technical — you can hold your own in conversations about API design, system architecture, data pipelines, and debugging production issues.
- Bias toward action — you'd rather ship, learn, and iterate than build the perfect solution upfront.
- Strong written and verbal communicator who can align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
NICE TO HAVE
- Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
- Previous experience at a high-growth startup or developer-focused company.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents, or AI applications.
- Annual salary range: $180,000-$240,000
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

ABOUT VOODOO
Voodoo is a consumer tech company founded in Paris in 2013, with one mission: entertain the world. Today we are 1,000 people, generating $1b+ in annual revenue, profitably. Our games and apps have passed 7 billion downloads and reach 200 million+ active users every month, making Voodoo the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in downloads, after Google and Meta. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way.
TEAM
Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.
You'll join the Portfolio Games Team (PGT) within Live: a small, tech-first and AI-first team that manages and grows a catalogue of 40+ live mobile games played by millions of users worldwide, with many more titles being onboarded. We own the full lifecycle, from game health monitoring and A/B testing to ASO, release management and live operations.
To do this at portfolio scale we are building Sophia, our in-house AI agent that already manages games, runs A/B tests and automates store work across dozens of games. Our goal is simple: take humans out of the repetitive loop so the team can focus on making the product better.
ROLE
We are looking for a freelance Technical Artist to bridge art and engineering in an AI-first studio. Our development side already moves fast with Sophia; art production is now the bottleneck. Your mission is to set up the conventions, tools and pipelines that let AI generate, check and integrate 2D and 3D assets across our portfolio with minimal human intervention. By Q1 2027 we want Sophia running full art and 3D flows end to end, and you will be key to getting there.
You will work day to day with our dev lead and the engineer who owns our AI/Figma/Unity art workflows, and with the art team.
- Define art conventions and standards (naming, structure, layout rules for UI, banners and store assets) so that assets can be produced and validated automatically, not hand-polished one by one
- Build tools and scripts in art software (Maya, plus Photoshop/Illustrator where useful) that check and fix assets automatically, e.g. validating that 3D meshes are watertight, within poly budgets and correctly set up, so an AI agent can run them as part of a pipeline
- Optimise 3D models and meshes (topology, polygon count, UVs, LODs) and textures (compression, sizes, atlases) for mobile, without sacrificing visual quality
- Own the Unity import pipeline: import settings, asset post-processors and automation so assets land in our games correctly and consistently
- Integrate AI generation tools (image, 3D, animation) into production workflows and evaluate new ones as they appear
- Help scale animated assets (e.g. animated store banners and promo visuals) across many games through templates and automation rather than manual work
- Debug and fix graphical and performance issues across mobile devices; support shaders, VFX and particles where needed
- Document everything so the pipelines keep running and improving after setup
PROFILE
- 5+ years as a Technical Artist, ideally in mobile games
- Hands-on experience using AI in art production (e.g. Scenario, Flux, 3D generation tools, ComfyUI or similar), and a mindset of automating rather than perfecting by hand
- Strong understanding of 3D models and meshes and how to optimise them; you don't need to be a 3D modeller, but you know what makes a mesh production-ready
- Strong Unity skills: asset import and optimisation, C# scripting for editor tools; Shader Graph/HLSL, VFX and particles are a plus
- Experience building tooling for art software, in particular Maya (Python and/or MEL)
- Solid grounding in Photoshop and Illustrator: the "art" in technical art matters to us
- Good understanding of mobile constraints (performance, memory, draw calls, batching)
- Autonomous, pragmatic and deadline-driven: you know when an asset is good enough and move on
- Fluent written and spoken English
NICE TO HAVE
- Python scripting outside art tools (pipelines, batch processing, APIs)
- Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and LLM-based agents
- Figma, and experience with UI/store assets for mobile games (ASO)
- Substance or similar texturing tools; GPU profiling

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Every time Claude runs code, uses a computer, or works as an agent, it does so inside a sandbox. Our Sandboxing team builds the isolation layer behind that work. The same systems run the code Claude writes for users, the environments we train and evaluate models in, and the agents our customers deploy.
These workloads are untrusted by design, and there are a lot of them. Sandboxes need to start in milliseconds, hold up under adversarial code, and scale to a very large number of concurrent sessions. You will work at the boundary between the Linux kernel, virtualization, and the container ecosystem. You will partner with research, product, and security teams to make sure that safe and fast do not trade off against each other.
Key responsibilities
Design, build, and operate the sandboxing infrastructure that runs untrusted, model-generated code and agent workloads at scale
Improve sandbox startup time, density, and throughput, including snapshot and restore, checkpointing, and warm pools
Strengthen isolation across compute, filesystem, and network, including egress controls and per-session credential handling
Investigate and fix performance, reliability, and security issues at the kernel, hypervisor, and container runtime level
Build the monitoring, tracing, and debugging tools that show where time and resources go inside a sandbox
Work with researchers to support reinforcement learning environments and evaluations that need fast, reproducible, isolated execution
Work with product and platform engineers to expose sandboxes as a dependable, well-designed capability for Claude products and customers
Partner with security teams to threat-model the platform and to test, harden, and respond to escape and abuse scenarios
Work with cloud providers on the hardware and platform features that our workloads depend on
Share knowledge on systems programming and Linux internals, and help set technical standards for the team
Minimum qualifications
Software engineering experience in Linux systems programming, kernel development, or another low-level area
Strong programming skills in at least one systems language such as Rust, C, C++, or Go
Working knowledge of virtualization or container isolation technologies such as KVM, QEMU, Firecracker, gVisor, or runc
Understanding of Linux resource management, including namespaces, cgroups, scheduling, and memory management
Experience profiling and debugging performance issues at the system level
Ability to work in unfamiliar codebases and technical areas, and to ship practical solutions with measurable results
Strong communication skills and a commitment to building safe, reliable systems
Preferred qualifications
Experience building or operating a multi-tenant sandbox, serverless, or code execution platform
Experience with microVMs, user-space kernels, or lightweight virtualization, including snapshot and restore
Experience with OS-level security hardening, including seccomp, LSMs, and threat modeling of untrusted code
Experience with eBPF and kernel tracing tools
Experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure at scale (AWS, GCP)
Experience with network isolation, high-performance networking, or building egress proxies and policy layers
Experience with sandboxes for AI agents, computer use, or reinforcement learning environments
Experience with GPU virtualization, accelerators, or performance work on machine learning workloads
Prior experience as a technical lead or mentor
Representative projects
Cutting sandbox cold start from seconds to milliseconds with snapshot-based restore and pre-warmed pools
Designing a network egress policy layer so agents can reach approved services without exposing secrets
Running many thousands of parallel reinforcement learning environments with strong isolation between them
Building tracing tools that attribute latency and resource use inside a running sandbox
Reducing per-sandbox memory overhead to raise density on each host
Hardening the runtime against escape attempts found in internal red-team exercises
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000

$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll operate as a strategic talent partner not just executing searches, but shaping how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional GTM talent globally. You’ll own searches end-to-end, working closely with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategies, navigate complex markets, and deliver outstanding outcomes.
You’ll report to the regional recruiting lead and collaborate closely with global recruiting, People, and business leadership to scale our GTM organisation in a thoughtful, high-quality way.

- Own end-to-end hiring for GTM roles, from scoping and calibration through to offer and close.
- Partner closely with senior business leaders to deeply understand team needs, define hiring strategies, and translate business priorities into actionable talent plans.
- Build and execute proactive, data-informed sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre and diverse talent across competitive markets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, driving alignment, challenging assumptions, and maintaining a consistently high hiring bar.

- Navigate complex, global hiring environments by partnering with People, Legal, and Compensation to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions to increase quality and velocity.
- Bring market intelligence and insights to stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions and shaping talent strategy.
We’re seeking:
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at high-growth or high-bar environments.
- Proven track record of hiring for GTM functions (e.g. Sales, Technical Solutions, RevOps, Partnerships, User Ops).

- Comfortable operating as a strategic partner, influencing senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguity.
- Highly execution-oriented, with the ability to run multiple complex searches simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
- Skilled in building pipelines from scratch, especially in competitive or emerging talent markets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across regions and cultures.

Most money apps talk at you. Cleo talks back ✨
We're not building another finance app. We're building the world's first AI financial assistant, one that actually understands your money and makes you better at it, and we're changing the world's relationship with money in the process 💰 For everyone, whatever their background or balance.
The proof: profitable, fast-growing, a unicorn with over $300M in ARR, and millions of people who now feel differently about their money.
We love original thinkers who challenge the status quo. We move fast, tell the truth, and there's nowhere to hide from good work here. If that excites you more than it scares you, you'll fit right in.
Follow us on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/company/cleo-ai/ for new features and the occasional roast 🔥
MEET THE TEAM 👥
Here at Cleo we have ~35 Product Managers owning and running Squads across our Pillars. Product Management defines what Cleo builds and why it matters. From setting direction to prioritising what ships, Product ensures we’re solving the right problems for our users and the business. As we scale, this shifts from “managing a roadmap” to “shaping the long-term vision and impact of Cleo’s products.” ✨
ABOUT THE ROLE ✍️
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own Cleo’s payment rails and money-movement roadmap - how customers bring money in, move it across Cleo products, and access it when they need it. You’ll define the future of direct deposit, internal transfers, and intelligent funding orchestration, working closely with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and our banking and card partners.
Key responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for how customers move money into, around, and out of Cleo - direct deposit top-ups, internal transfers (card, EWA, secured credit card, Wealth products), and outbound movement.
- Build deep fluency in US payment rails (ACH, FedNow, card network rails) and the interchange/cost structure underneath them; represent Cleo in shaping partner roadmaps with the likes of Marqeta and Mastercard.
- Partner with banking and processing partners (e.g., TabaPay-type partners, partner banks) to orchestrate money movement - this is not a "we are the platform" role; it's about working fluently across multiple partners and rails.
- Develop a point of view on stablecoin and crypto as a future rail for moving money in and out of Cleo, and bring that thinking into the roadmap.
- Contribute to the intelligent funding orchestration vision - determining at the point of a transaction what funding source (EWA, BNPL, savings, checking) best serves the customer, with consent, and executing that agentically.
- Set and communicate a clear narrative for why payment rails and money movement matter - this space is not well understood internally, and you'll need to make the case repeatedly to stakeholders who don't have payments backgrounds.
- Maintain flawless execution and attention to detail on cash inflow/outflow while also building the longer-term vision.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🕵️
Must-have
- Deep, hands-on US payment rails experience (ACH, card networks, interchange economics) - recent and substantial, not adjacent.
- Experience working across multiple payment partners/rails rather than as "the platform" itself - e.g., time at a card program, neobank, or fintech that works with partner banks and processors.
- Comfort owning ambiguity and setting vision where none has been defined yet.
- Strong narrative/storytelling ability paired with flawless execution.
Nice-to-have
- Fluency in crypto/stablecoin as a payment rail, with a point of view on where the industry is heading.
- International payment rails exposure (e.g., UK), given Cleo's card expansion - explicitly lower priority than US rails depth.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer benefits package built to support you in and out of work. Benefits vary by country 🌍 and include meaningful equity, comprehensive health insurance, mental health support, a paid one-month sabbatical after four years, a learning & development platform, pension or retirement contributions, and location-specific leave entitlements.
For the full breakdown on what's available in your location, visit our Candidate Hub https://meetcleo.notion.site/Cleo-Candidate-Hub-3b95c63b874580e9a068fdc6c8929ebf 👈
WHAT MATTERS
Cleo's mission is to change the world's relationship with money. We can't do that without building a brilliant, genuinely diverse team - and making sure our hiring process gives everyone a fair shot, running a fair and transparent recruitment process in which every candidate is considered on their merits.
We're glad to make reasonable adjustments at any stage of the process. If there's anything we can do to support you in showing us your best, please let your recruiter or one of the team know.
We may use AI-assisted tools during the recruitment process to take support the team in different ways like taking notes or referring back to conversations. They do not replace the team and all applications are reviewed by a Cleo employee thoroughly!

We're looking for a proactive, resourceful, and AI-forward Tech & Marketing Operations Specialist to manage our technology projects, keep our learning platforms running seamlessly, and power the marketing engine that brings students to them
This role suits someone with a broad technical fluency who thrives on coordination, troubleshooting, and hands-on building. You don't need to be a professional developer, but you do need to be comfortable using tech tools to design, prototype, and ship real solutions.
The position will be based at the Madrid office with a hybrid work model.
What You’ll Do
Platform & Systems Management
Tech project management:
Manage technology-related projects end to end — defining requirements, building timelines, tracking progress, and identifying improvements that serve broader project goals.
LMS management (WordPress & LearnDash):
Own the day-to-day health of our WordPress-based LMS and LearnDash plugin — user administration, course administration, email flows, bulk imports, new features, configuration, and troubleshooting.
CRM & Marketing Automation (Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud):
Act as first point of contact for Salesforce and SFMC — build and test journeys, landing pages, and lead magnets; investigate and resolve issues the Operations team can't solve; escalate and follow up when needed.
System integration:
Serve as the architect making sure LMS, CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Power BI talk to each other correctly — designing and implementing the technical architecture for data flows between platforms, including low-code integrations.
Data integrity & reporting:
Review data integrity across LearnDash, Salesforce, and Power BI; execute queries and build reports/extracts for non-technical stakeholders; handle large-scale data reviews (including million-row datasets) when needed.
Website support:
Provide general technical support for the website and coordinate with relevant resources to resolve issues.
Compliance & security:
Help bring the LMS environment up to the organization's IT and security standards, acting as liaison between the Education team, developers/cloud providers, and Security/Legal/IT.
Marketing Operations & Growth
Campaign execution:
Build, test, and launch email and lifecycle campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud — segmentation, audience building, A/B tests, send scheduling, and deliverability hygiene.
Landing pages & lead capture:
Build and ship landing pages and forms based on designs provided by the internal design team; ensure correct lead routing into Salesforce, field mapping, deduplication, and follow-up automation.
Tracking & attribution:
Own the measurement layer — GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, UTM taxonomy and enforcement — so that every campaign, source, and channel is measurable end to end.
Lifecycle & retention automation:
Design automated flows across the student lifecycle (onboarding, course progress nudges, re-engagement, certification, upsell) connecting LMS events to CRM and Marketing Cloud triggers.
Martech stack & compliance:
Own the marketing technology stack and its integrations; keep consent management, cookie compliance, and data handling aligned with privacy requirements and company policy.
AI for marketing:
Apply the same builder mindset to marketing — AI-assisted copy and creative variants, campaign localization at scale, automated performance summaries, and audience insight tooling.
Technical Bridge & Coordination
Stakeholder liaison:
Serve as a primary point of contact between internal stakeholders (especially the development team) and business operations, translating business needs into functional technical specifications.
Specification writing & QA:
Write clear technical specs, replicate scenarios, and fully test in QA and production before rollout.
Documentation:
Keep the operations manual and technical documentation current and useful for the team.
Cross-functional project leadership:
Lead multi-month initiatives (e.g., new catalog builds, platform redesigns, global/language expansions, migrations) from scoping through to launch — defining KPIs, coordinating between design/development/vendors, and testing at every step.
AI Development & Innovation
AI builder mindset:
Go beyond being “AI-savvy” — actively explore, prototype, and build AI-powered solutions that improve how the team works and how students learn (e.g., translation tools, automation of repetitive data tasks, AI-assisted reporting).
Tool development:
Design and build practical AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom Gemini/Claude “gems”/assistants, scripts, or low-code automations) to solve real operational bottlenecks — not just use off-the-shelf AI features.
Exploration & evaluation:
Stay current on emerging AI tools and platforms relevant to EdTech operations, and proactively propose where they could create value (efficiency, personalization, translation, content scaling, etc.).
AI project ownership:
Take end-to-end ownership of AI-driven initiatives — from investigating alternatives and setting up integrations, to testing and rolling out to production (as previously done with AI-powered course translation tooling).
Responsible use:
Use AI tools in a way that's compliant with company confidentiality and data-security standards, and only with company-approved systems.
What You Need For This Role
You have a solid, broad understanding of technology and digital platforms, and you're comfortable getting hands-on rather than just directing others.
You have
5+ years
of experience managing Education and Marketing tech projects.
You are genuinely
curious about AI
and see it as a tool to build with, not just a topic to discuss — you've built something with AI before (a workflow, an automation, an integration, a tool).
You bring project management skills with a track record of leading initiatives from scope to delivery.
You're a strong communicator who moves comfortably between technical and non-technical audiences.
You're a proactive problem-solver, able to identify needs and find the right solutions, people, and tools without waiting to be asked.
You understand
marketing funnels
and growth metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rate, LTV) and can translate them into technical requirements.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign tooling (Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred) is highly valued.
Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups is a strong plus.
You are comfortable owning both the plumbing and the outcome — not just that the campaign sends, but that it performs.
Experience with WordPress and/or LMS platforms (ideally LearnDash) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) and data/BI tools (Power BI) is highly valued.
You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
You're a self-starter, comfortable working independently.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.

We are seeking an International Accounting expert (APAC) to join our International Accounting team in Singapore. This role reports to our APAC Accounting Lead and is the first hire in our Singapore hub. In this pivotal role, you will build and implement the framework for local compliance across our APAC entities (Singapore, Japan, Korea, Australia and India), with an initial focus on Singapore, Japan and Korea, while flexibly adapting to our evolving needs as we scale. As a key contributor to establishing our regional accounting operations, you'll partner closely with our global teams while taking ownership of the processes and systems you help create. If you're looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact on the financial infrastructure of an innovative AI company at the forefront of safety, come join us in our mission to build cutting-edge, safe AI.
Responsibilities
Build and implement frameworks for local compliance across our APAC entities, ensuring alignment with both local statutory requirements and global standards
Establish and maintain frameworks for local financial statement review on a monthly basis, including local flux analysis and variance explanations
Participate in the development and implementation of international finance policies, adapting existing global policies for regional requirements and establishing local approval workflows
Execute monthly consolidation processes and eliminations across international entities, including journal entry preparation and booking, intercompany eliminations, and reconciliations, to ensure timely and accurate group-level reporting
Manage intercompany transactions and develop frameworks to support global scaling, including transfer pricing documentation and compliance
Handle foreign exchange (FX) transactions and develop monthly processes for currency consolidation and risk management
Perform comprehensive reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
Support local statutory audits of the APAC entities, coordinating with external auditors and preparing comprehensive audit schedules and documentation
Support tax compliance framework development and implementation across international jurisdictions
Partner with US-based teams to ensure seamless integration of international operations with global financial processes
Leverage technology and tools to drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence across international accounting processes, with a focus on finance transformation
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years of accounting experience, preferably in high-growth environments with multi-country exposure across APAC
Have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience
Are a qualified accountant with professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
Possess deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and the local statutory framework in at least one of Singapore, Japan, Korea, Australia or India, with strong understanding of statutory reporting requirements
Are proficient in Workday, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems, with experience building and optimizing accounting workflows
Have experience with consolidations, eliminations, and intercompany accounting processes
Demonstrate curiosity and initiative, with a strong drive to independently identify and solve problems
Are highly collaborative and able to build strong relationships across time zones and cultures
Ability to effectively communicate and influence in a globally distributed team
Take high ownership of your work and have the flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities
Exhibit strong organizational and time-management abilities with exceptional attention to detail
Strong candidates may also:
Have prior experience at a high-growth technology company, particularly in international operations
Bring FX experience including hedging strategies and currency risk management
Have worked with complex group structures and multi-jurisdictional consolidations
Demonstrate comfort with ambiguity and building processes from the ground up
Possess experience working across different time zones and cultural contexts
Have knowledge of AI/ML company dynamics and business models
Show passion for Anthropic's mission to develop safe and ethical AI systems, with enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to drive automation and process improvement
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.

About the job
We are seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event-related creative requests coming from a wide range of teams across the business. This is a builder-and-gatekeeper role: you'll work hand-in-hand with designers to turn varied, often fast-turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites, while proactively spotting risks (timeline, brand, print spec, or logistical) before they become problems.
We are not looking for someone who simply routes tickets. We're looking for someone who understands both the creative process and the operational realities of live events well enough to catch a misaligned bleed line, a missing dieline, or a vendor deadline that's about to slip, and to fix it before anyone else notices.
Responsibilities
Request Intake & Triage
Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests coming from varied teams across Tether.
Scope each request clearly: deliverable type, format (print vs. digital), quantity, deadline, dimension, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements.
Flag conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, or missing information immediately, and propose a workable plan rather than waiting to be asked.
Design Collaboration & Project Management
Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specs so work is right the first time.
Manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across different teams and deadlines without dropping details.
Track status across all active requests and proactively surface bottlenecks before they affect the event date.
Quality Assurance (Print & Digital)
Review every designer deliverable before it goes back to the requesting team, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs (e.g., booth panel dimensions, social crop ratios, slide aspect ratios).
Catch errors that would be costly or embarrassing to fix on-site or post-launch (typos, wrong sizing, low-res exports, broken links, outdated logos).
Maintain a QA checklist/process that scales across event types and gets sharper over time.
Event Documentation & Knowledge Management
Document and file all assets, briefs, and final deliverables for each event in a shared drive, using a clear, consistent structure.
Organize files so the wider team can easily find past work, reuse assets, and cross-reference specs, timelines, or creative direction from previous events.
Keep a running record of vendor details, production specs, and lessons learned per event to speed up planning for future ones.
Risk & Logistics Ownership
Anticipate what can go wrong, such as vendor lead times, print production windows, last-minute scope changes, and shipping delays, and build buffer and contingency plans into every project timeline.
Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners as needed to confirm specs and delivery windows.
Keep stakeholders across requesting teams and design aligned with clear, proactive status updates rather than reactive fire drills.
Cross-Team Partnership
Act as a trusted liaison between business requesters and the design team, protecting designers' time from ambiguous briefs while protecting requesters from missed deadlines.
Continuously improve the intake and review process based on what goes wrong (or almost goes wrong) on each event.
5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; you know what a dieline is, what "safe area" means, and why RGB assets can't go straight to print.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills: demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
Sharp attention to detail, comfortable being the last line of defense before a deliverable ships.
Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers, without needing to be a designer yourself.
A proactive, risk-first mindset: you naturally ask "what could go wrong here?" and build a plan around the answer.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable managing stakeholders across different teams with different priorities.
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) and design review tools like Figma
Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish / Italian is a plus.

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Most merchants don't find Checkout.com http://Checkout.com through an ad. They find us because someone they already trust told them to look at us, whether that’s their ecommerce agency, their billing platform, their fraud provider, their consultant. We view partnerships as a core growth engine for Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, and this role exists to turn that trusted relationship into a repeatable, scalable revenue channel through disciplined execution, strong commercial instinct, and relentless ownership.
We're looking for a high-ownership self-starter who can originate, structure, and close partnerships that drive measurable revenue impact. Our ideal candidate is an operator with strong drive and bias for action — they move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and are recognized for the impact they deliver.
You'll own a portfolio of partners and the merchants they bring us. This is a builder role: you won't inherit a book that carries you to your number — you'll go and find it. At Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, ambition and quality work get met with opportunity, and growth is in your hands.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Source new partners from a blank list — agencies, systems integrators, ISVs, fintechs and consultancies. Cold outreach, events, referrals, whatever gets you in the room.
- Win the commercial case: get partners to recommend Checkout to their clients ahead of the incumbent, built on the outcomes their clients care about — acceptance rates, market coverage, revenue.
- Win the technical commitment: make the case for a partner investing engineering time in building with Checkout, then coordinate Partner Engineering to deliver it and keep the integration current as our product evolves.
- Activate signed partners into producing partners — map their client base, train the solution architects and account directors who influence recommendations, and keep opportunities registered early.
- Structure and close referral, reseller and embedded models, negotiating across commercial, legal and operational dimensions.
- Own your number: net revenue, total processed volume, product penetration and conversion. You're recognized on partnerships converting into live merchants and revenue — not on signed logos or pipeline.
- Act as the single owner across Sales, Legal, Product, Partner Engineering and Marketing, removing blockers and driving launches to go-live.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales.
- Payments or fintech experience, processor or merchant side — gateway, acquirer, PSP, orchestration, fraud and risk, or a software platform where you sold payments to existing customers.
- Track record of closing Enterprise or complex, multi-stakeholder deals is a plus
- Experience structuring commercial models (rev share, reseller, embedded partnerships)
SKILLSET
- Strong commercial acumen - understands what drives revenue and margin
- Solid negotiation skills - can hold ground while progressing deals
- Ability to operate in cross-functional, high-ambiguity environments
- High attention to detail - no room for approximation
- Resilience for genuine cold outreach. Most of your first six months is finding partners who have never heard from us
MINDSET
- Owner mentality - accountability without excuses
- Performance-driven - focused on outcomes, not activity
- Low ego, high standards - direct, constructive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable being challenged - and challenging back when needed
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience working inside or alongside an agency, systems integrator or ISV — you'll already know how partners decide which vendor to put in front of a client.
- Exposure to embedded payments, payfac or marketplace models.
Additional Information
Bring all of you to work
We create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one.
Here, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver. It’s a place where ambition gets met with opportunity, and where your growth is in your hands.
We work as one team, and we back each other to succeed. So whatever your background or identity, if you’re ready to grow and make a difference, you’ll be right at home here.
