WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Role overview:
North is Cohere’s AI workspace platform for enterprises: a secure, customizable environment where companies can use AI across their real workflows while maintaining control over sensitive data. North connects AI agents with workplace tools, applications, and business context, helping users delegate complex work, build automations, inspect outputs, and collaborate with AI in production environments.
As North becomes more capable, one of the most important questions is also one of the hardest: how do we know whether the model is actually getting better for the workflows customers care about?
This role is about being the voice of North inside modelling. You will build the evaluation systems, feedback loops, and applied modelling workflows that make sure model progress translates into better product outcomes for North users. You will work closely with North product teams, customer-facing teams, and modelling teams to define what “good” means across the product surface, turn real usage and product direction into high-quality evals, and use those evals to guide model selection, patches, and regular model updates.
This is neither a pure research role nor a conventional product engineering role. It is a rigorous applied MLE role for someone who cares deeply about measurement, model behavior, and real-world product quality. You should be excited by the craft of building careful evals: evals that capture messy agentic workflows, reflect actual customer needs, resist superficial benchmark hacking, and provide useful signal for where the product and models need to go next.
Please note: this team works closely across Europe and East Coast North America time zones. We are open to candidates who can collaborate effectively within those hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the eval strategy for North: define what we need to measure across agent workflows, tool use, enterprise knowledge work such as deep research, document creation or editing, and other human-AI interactions.
- Build high-quality evals from the realities of the product: user feedback, production failures, privacy-preserving usage logs, internal dogfooding, customer needs, and forward-looking product goals.
- Create systems that continuously turn what North is learning from users, customers, and feature teams into evals, so measurement keeps pace with the product rather than becoming a static benchmark.
- Be the voice of North inside modelling: extract clear insight from eval results, customer-derived data and product context, then turn model failures, capability gaps, and North-specific needs into actionable recommendations for the central modelling teams.
Qualifications:
- You have improved LLM-powered, agent-powered, or AI-product systems through evals, feedback loops, data curation, prompting, model adaptation, or model selection.
- You care deeply about evaluation as a craft: representative tasks, precise rubrics, clean data, failure analysis, regression tracking, and knowing when a metric is giving false confidence.
- You have strong applied MLE judgment and can reason clearly about model behavior, eval validity, product outcomes, and production tradeoffs.
- You are comfortable working close to users and product teams, while translating messy qualitative signals into measurement that other modelling teams can act on.
- You are self-directed, practical, and motivated by open-ended problems where the right answer requires both technical depth and product understanding.
- You care about making AI systems genuinely useful in real enterprise settings, not just better on abstract benchmarks.
If some of the above does not line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
Working Location:
This role can be based remotely or from one of our office locations listed on the job description - there is no minimum in-office qualification requirement. We care most about hiring exceptional people regardless of locations, though please check the location listed on the posting for guidance around the core time zone or working hours alignment expected for the role.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.

- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Our mission on the Connectivity team is to make Claude the most connected AI. As agents take on more real-world work, we're taking a leading role in defining how they get access to external systems — safely, with the right permissions, and in ways enterprises can trust. We ship standards and services used by claude.ai, Claude Code, Cowork, and the API. We own the MCP proxy that routes every tool call and the OAuth and token management that keeps connections authenticated. We're also core contributors to the MCP spec — now an open standard under the Linux Foundation — and maintain the official Python and TypeScript SDKs.
We're looking for experienced software engineers to join Connectivity. The team spans San Francisco and London, and you'll work closely with partner teams across Anthropic to deliver impact across all of our products. You'll work on problems where reliability and enterprise trust are critical. This means OAuth at scale, admin controls that let IT govern what agents can do, and proxy infrastructure that is reliable by default.
What you'll do
You'll design, build, and operate the core connectivity infrastructure behind external tool calls — the MCP proxy and the OAuth and token management systems that keep connections authenticated. You'll own reliability for infrastructure that other teams and external partners depend on, including SLOs, on-call, incident response, and postmortems. You'll build the admin controls and permission models that let enterprise IT govern what agents can do, and contribute to the MCP standard and its ecosystem, including the spec and the official Python and TypeScript SDKs. You'll turn ambiguous outcomes into shipped, scoped work, dogfooding what you build in the products that consume it.
You'll independently scope complex, multi-month projects, drive cross-org alignment through ambiguous problem spaces, and make architectural decisions that shape how Anthropic builds and scales its products. You'll partner directly with research to productize cutting-edge capabilities, and will have lasting impact on the platform that hundreds of thousands of companies and internal/external engineers depend on every day.
You might be a good fit if you:
Experience as a backend or platform engineer
Familiarity with using AI tools as part of the software development process
Take a product-focused approach to platform work and care about building solutions that are robust, scalable, and easy to use
Take full ownership of your work — from design through build, deployment, and operations, to iterating on and improving your product
Can navigate ambiguity and make sound technical decisions independently, and have ideally operated in both 0 → 1 and more mature team or company settings
Experience operating production distributed systems, with an understanding of what reliability, observability, and incident response require at scale
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build consensus across teams and time zones
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Location Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates based in NY, SEA, SF or the Bay Area given the current location of team.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We build and run the secure execution environment behind Claude's agentic capabilities. When Claude writes and runs code, browses the web, or uses a computer, that happens on infrastructure our team owns. We work at the intersection of systems engineering and security. The goal is to make untrusted code execution safe, fast, and reliable enough that product teams don't have to think about it. This is the layer between the model and the outside world, and it has to hold up at scale for every Anthropic product. We're hiring engineers who have experience building for containerized workloads and have a keen eye for building products used by millions of customers.

About Us
Where elite tech talent meets world-class opportunities!
At Xenon7, we work with leading enterprise clients and innovative startups on high-impact projects across Data, AI, Cloud, and Software Engineering. Our expertise in AI solution architecture and specialized technical talent allows us to partner with enterprise leaders on transformative initiatives, driving innovation and business growth.
Job Summary
We are seeking an
Agentforce AI Maestro
to join our elite European advisory roster under Xenon7's flexible Maestro Model. This strategic, fractional role combines enterprise Salesforce architecture with advanced LLM engineering to lead high-level technical discovery, design agentic workflows, and oversee production deployments for enterprise clients across Europe.
Rather than a standard full-time commitment, this role provides high-leverage advisory engagements and project-based execution, with the potential to evolve into a full-time principal position as engagements scale. This is a hands-on technical lead role, not a Salesforce admin position.
A. Agentforce Architecture & System Design
Solution Architecture:
Translate complex enterprise business processes into end-to-end agentic workflows (Intent $\rightarrow$ Agent $\rightarrow$ Context $\rightarrow$ Reasoning $\rightarrow$ Actions $\rightarrow$ Systems $\rightarrow$ Outcome).
Core Agent Engineering:
Design, configure, and build enterprise agents using Agent Builder, Agentforce Studio, Agent Script / DX, subagent routing, and instructions.
Deterministic Logic Integration:
Build robust back-end support using Salesforce Flow, Apex, SOQL, APIs, Named Credentials, and OAuth.
B. Agentic AI & LLM Engineering
Orchestration & Tooling:
Implement tool/function calling, structured outputs, multi-step agent workflows, and prompt/context engineering.
Architectural Trade-offs:
Evaluate and determine when to leverage LLM reasoning versus deterministic Apex/Flow logic to minimize latency and token costs while preventing hallucinations.
C. Enterprise Data & System Integration
Grounding & RAG:
Ground agent reasoning in structured/unstructured enterprise data utilizing Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360, semantic search, and Knowledge libraries.
System Interoperability:
Architect REST API callouts, event-driven integrations, and MuleSoft platform pipelines, incorporating Model Context Protocol (MCP) standards.
D. Testing, Security & Strategic Advisory
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Drive automated testing and multi-turn conversation tracing using the Agentforce Testing Center.
Security & Guardrails:
Design least-privilege agent permissions, FLS/sharing rules, prompt injection protections, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths.
Client & Team Leadership:
Lead technical discovery with European enterprise stakeholders and guide cross-functional engineering teams.
Requirements
Experience:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce engineering and architecture experience.
Agentforce Track Record:
At least 2 meaningful production or advanced pre-production Agentforce implementations.
Location:
Based in Europe with strong alignment with European enterprise hours.
Core Tech Stack:
Deep proficiency in Salesforce Agentforce (Studio/DX), Apex, Flow, Data Cloud, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
AI Competency:
Clear understanding of LLM architectures, context window management, function calling, and evaluation frameworks.
Preferred Certifications & Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Salesforce Architect Certifications.
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Python, TypeScript, LangGraph/LangChain, or MCP.
Exposure to major AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI, or AWS Bedrock)
Location: South Africa

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Deployed Engineering team is the technical front line of our go-to-market motion. We partner with account executives from the first technical conversation through production rollout, helping companies evaluate LangChain, prove it out on their hardest use case, and get agents running reliably at scale.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team. Solutions Engineers own the technical win: scoping evaluations, designing POCs that mirror real workloads, answering the deep architecture questions that decide a deal, and staying with the customer after signature to make sure what we sold actually ships.
We sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and sales. What we learn in the field shapes both how customers adopt LangChain and what we build next.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI, in front of customers, on a clock. Not demos, not research: systems real teams depend on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is measurable in closed deals and live deployments, and the work directly shapes how AI agents get built in the real world.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the technical win. Partner with AEs to scope evaluations, run technical discovery, and design POCs that map to the customer's real use case rather than a canned demo
- Be the technical authority in the room during architecture reviews, security and infrastructure questions, and head-to-head evaluations
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams, from prototype through rollout
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Run demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences, from single-team sessions to larger technical enablement
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions, and find the expansion opportunities that come out of those conversations
- Surface field feedback to product and build reusable POC assets, cookbooks, and example code that scale across accounts
- Contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6+ years in a relevant technical role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, customer engineering, software engineering, or founding and product engineering, ideally at a startup or scale-up
- Comfort owning the technical thread in a sales cycle: discovery, POCs, architecture reviews, and competitive evaluations
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences, then translate that into a decision the customer is ready to make
- A track record of taking responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- A bias toward action and a willingness to figure things out as you go
- Genuine interest in operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVES
- You've deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Experience carrying a technical number or working against pipeline alongside a sales team
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
COMPENSATION
Annual OTE range: $200,000–$300,000 USD. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.

About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is looking for an Enterprise Developer Advocate to build a new motion from the ground up: education-first technical sessions inside our largest accounts. Most enterprise customers know LaunchDarkly for one thing. Inside those same companies are teams shipping AI features, running experiments, and managing risky releases who have never met us. You'll design and run sessions that teach those engineers something genuinely useful, build internal champions alongside our account teams, and surface expansion opportunities the field can act on. This starts as a pilot, and how it scales will be shaped by what you prove. It's a role for someone who wants to own a motion, not a queue.
Responsibilities:
Build the motion: design the Enterprise Developer Advocacy program from pilot to repeatable practice, including session formats, account selection criteria, readouts, and measurement
Run sessions inside target accounts: deliver education-first technical sessions (agents and AgentControl, safe rollouts, experimentation, runtime control) tailored to each account's stack and use cases
Build champions with the field: partner with AEs, SEs, and CS to identify accounts, find and develop internal champions, and hand off what surfaces cleanly to the teams who should own it
Keep it credible: protect the non-promotional, education-first nature of the sessions; this motion works because it isn't a sales pitch
Prove it with evidence: instrument the pilot, produce session readouts, debrief with reps, and make the scale, adjust, or stop recommendation based on what the data shows
Shape what comes next: as the motion proves out, define how it scales, including the playbook future advocates would run
Qualifications:
A background spanning at least two of: developer advocacy, solutions engineering, developer education, technical marketing
Comfortable in enterprise rooms: you can teach a technical session to fifty engineers and handle hardball questions from a skeptical principal architect
Hands-on technical credibility: you build, demo, and teach, and senior engineers take you seriously
Strong operational instincts: you can run a repeatable program, prioritize incoming demand, and keep commitments to the field
Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.
Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
(Bonus) Experience with feature management, experimentation, observability, or agent orchestration tooling
(Bonus) You've built a customer-facing technical program (workshops, DevDays, office hours) from scratch
(Bonus) Deep enterprise software background: you understand how large engineering organizations make platform decisions

About LaunchDarkly:
Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Slow, inefficient development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences are preventing developers from building their best software. The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
