How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us build the next generation of Agentic Codebases.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (Argentina)
- Permanent, full-time employee (this is not a contractor position)
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for an existing vacancy
- Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, Developer Productivity
As a Senior Software Engineer, Developer Productivity, you'll:
- Design and build the Nest.js service scaffolding that lets product teams stand up new backend services in our next-generation monorepo
- Implement paved paths, generators, and the platform primitives that make a new service work on day one rather than after a week of wiring.
- Build the seams that let new services run independently of our existing monolith.
- Own the deployment story for services and web applications on Cloudflare, and the interoperability with our existing AWS and Kubernetes estate managed through Pulumi and Argo CD.
- Lead migrations of substantial codebases into the monorepo and turn each one into a repeatable recipe rather than a bespoke effort.
- Partner directly with product teams as platform customers, treating their adoption as the measure of success and their friction as your backlog.
- Raise the leverage of the whole team by encoding what you learn into tooling, generators and agent-assisted workflows, so the next migration costs less than the last.
- Participate in engineering citizenship activities such as co-authoring engineering blogs, strengthening our hiring processes, and leading internal hackathon teams.
ABOUT YOU
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building and operating backend services in production
- Demonstrated experience in backend service design defining service boundaries, contracts and data ownership, not only implementing within them
- Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
You'll thrive as a Senior Software Engineer, Developer Productivity, if you:
- Have worked inside a large, heavily-coupled codebase and found the seams: extracting or bypassing functionality incrementally, behind behaviour-preserving contracts
- Are fluent in TypeScript and Node, and comfortable with edge runtimes.
- Have hands-on experience with monorepo tooling at scale (Nx, Turborepo or similar) and understand why build-graph correctness is a product concern rather than a config detail.
- Treat migration work as engineering rather than chores: you budget for the parts that fail silently, verify generated output rather than trusting a green build, and know that bug-for-bug translation beats improvement when the goal is proving nothing changed.
- Enjoy being a platform engineer with real customers — partnering with product teams, adapting the platform to how they actually work rather than requiring them to change, and measuring yourself on their adoption.
- Are comfortable working across cloud boundaries, with a considered view on where a workload belongs and what crossing between clouds costs in latency and spend.
- Communicate decisions in writing well enough that someone can pick up your work from the ticket — and are willing to say plainly when the fast answer and the right answer diverge.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
OUR CORE BEHAVIORS
- Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
- Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
- Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
- Own it all the way. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we hold ourselves accountable to deliver outcomes — for each other, and for customers.
BENEFITS
- Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
- Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
- Time off that’s actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
- Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
- Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
- Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.

THE ADVENTURE AHEAD 🚀
As a Senior Product Designer, Content Design & Language Systems, you’ll lead ambiguous product problems where workflow, interaction, information architecture, and language need to work together. You’ll help make Docebo’s complex enterprise experiences clearer, more consistent, and easier to use for admins, creators, managers, and learners.
This is not a traditional UX writing role or a localization-operations role. You’ll be a hands-on Product Designer who shapes product behaviour as well as product language. You’ll design complete workflows, build reusable terminology and content patterns, improve AI review and confidence experiences, and embed language guidance into our design system and delivery practices.
You’ll shape problems before solutions are fixed, choose appropriate discovery and validation methods, and connect customer evidence, product data, business context, technical constraints, accessibility, and localization risk to clear product decisions. You’ll partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, Elemental / Design System, Accessibility, Technical Writing / Localization, AI teams, and other Product Designers—building a shared quality capability without becoming a bottleneck or approval queue.
THE DAY-TO-DAY 💻
- Frame Ambiguous Workflow and Language Problems: Turn incomplete or conflicting inputs into clear problem statements, hypotheses, decision questions, and an actionable path to learning.
- Lead Discovery and Define Outcomes: Select appropriate research and validation methods; combine customer evidence, product analytics, business context, technical constraints, and localization insight to establish measurable success signals and visible trade-offs.

- Mentor and Facilitate: Help designers and cross-functional partners build stronger product-language judgment through critique, decision reviews, workshops, concise documentation, and practical guidance.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS 🦸♀️
- Your portfolio shows ownership of complex, ambiguous workflows or significant product-area work with visible customer and product impact—not only writing samples
- You can explain how you triangulated qualitative research, quantitative evidence, business risk, localization considerations, and technical constraints
- You demonstrate strong interaction, visual, information-architecture, content-design, accessibility, and product-language judgment across difficult states and edge cases
- You have created or contributed to product-language systems, terminology frameworks, component guidance, content pattern libraries, or other reusable product standards

- You use AI-assisted tools thoughtfully for research, synthesis, language exploration, prototyping, quality review, or implementation critique while retaining human judgment and accountability
- You have helped other designers or cross-functional partners build stronger judgment through mentorship, critique, facilitation, and practical guidance
BONUS POINTS 🌟
- Experience designing language and interaction patterns for AI-assisted, agentic, recommendation, conversational, generated-output, or automation workflows
- Experience with localization tooling and practices such as Lokalise, terminology management, localization previews, translation-quality review, or localization-to-codebase workflows
- Contributions to design systems, accessibility maturity, product-language systems, research practices, or reusable interaction patterns
- Experience with enterprise learning, HR technology, content authoring, analytics, knowledge management, administration, or skills platforms
- Practical experiments with tools such as Codex or similar systems—for AI-assisted audits, product-language linting, prompt packs, prototypes, plugins, scripts, or app-level language guidance—that show you learn by making

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

We are hiring for this position to be based in Europe
Praktika is an AI-native education company on a mission to deliver efficient, engaging language learning to billions of people worldwide. We're bridging the gap between traditional learning apps and human tutors through a fully automated tutorship experience powered by generative AI avatars.
Since launching our mobile apps in 2023, we've grown to over 2 million monthly active users, become one of the world's top-4 learning apps, and recently closed a $30M Series A to accelerate our roadmap. We're a fully distributed team of ~50 people across 4 continents and 15+ countries, working asynchronously to ship fast and operate at a high bar.
We're hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own and evolve every web-facing surface at Praktika; onboarding flows, landing pages, customer portals, our web app, and internal tools. This is a full-cycle product engineering role: you'll shape product direction, design and run experiments, ship features end-to-end, and measure their impact on conversion, retention, and learner experience.
You'll partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Growth, and your work will directly influence how tens of millions of learners discover and engage with Praktika.
What you'll do
Own the entire web stack: marketing site, onboarding funnels, customer portals, web app, and internal tools.
Lead architecture, development, experimentation, and operations across all web applications.
Drive product decisions: contribute to the vision, design and run A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate quickly.
Build adaptive, animated, mobile-first experiences that convert and delight users.
Integrate with backend services (via Swagger docs), authentication providers (Google/Apple SSO), and payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, RevenueCat).
Set up and optimize analytics, tracking, and conversion funnels in collaboration with Growth and Marketing.
Ship production-ready code end-to-end; from idea through deployment to monitoring.
What we're looking for
We're looking for outstanding engineers who thrive in a challenging environment, bring a growth mindset, and operate with a high degree of agency, devotion, and autonomy.
Required
Product-first mindset: you think in user problems and business outcomes, not just code.
Extensive experience with TypeScript, React (hooks, context, state management), and Node.js.
Proficiency across modern full-stack tooling: Next.js (or equivalent), CSS-in-JS or Tailwind.
Hands-on experience integrating auth providers (Firebase, Auth0), payment systems (Stripe, RevenueCat, PayPal), feature-flag platforms (LaunchDarkly, Flagsmith), and analytics tools (Amplitude, PostHog).
Strong UI/UX sensibility; you care about animation, micro-interactions, and conversion details.
Comfortable working with RESTful APIs and collaborating closely with backend teams.
Data-driven approach with proven experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and analytics.
Ability to thrive in an async, distributed, written-first culture.
Bonus
A portfolio of high-quality web projects and successful conversion experiments.
Prior experience at an early-stage or high-growth consumer product company.
How we work
Mission-driven
: we're building the #1 language learning app and competing to win.
AI-native
; AI isn't a feature; it's how we think, build, and scale.
Extreme ownership
; every project has a clear owner who drives it to success.
Less meetings, more outputs
; async first; meetings are a last resort.
Speed & excellence
; move fast without compromising quality.
Truly all-in
: Impactful work, full commitment, real rewards.
Data-driven
; decisions are based on evidence, not opinion.
User-obsessed
; If it doesn't improve the learner experience, it doesn't matter.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Forward Deployed Engineers at Sentry help our largest customers get real value from Sentry, from integrating the SDK to making sure the right alerts and issues reach the right people at the right time. This role is a Senior Solutions Engineer who goes further: you'll help us build Sentry's forward deployed motion.
That means working shoulder to shoulder with our most important customers, often inside their codebases and workflows, instead of advising from the outside. When a customer's problem needs more than a best-practices doc, such as a custom integration, a tricky instrumentation setup, or a working prototype, you'll build it with them, then turn what you learn into repeatable patterns for the rest of the team.
Forward deployed work is new here and you will have a part in building this arm. You'll start with the core Solutions Engineering work and take on more hands-on deployment work as customers pull you into it, helping define what this motion looks like at Sentry. The goal is simple: reduce time to value. The outcomes we care about:
- Developers can quickly find and resolve slowdowns and errors in their applications.
- Customers get to value faster, and the lessons from each deployment make the product better for everyone.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Turn customer goals into a plan. Understand customers' pain points and objectives, then act as their trusted advisor, translating them into implementation plans, workshops, and best practices that show clear business value.
- Get Sentry set up, in the code. With the customer's permission, work in their codebase like a member of their engineering team, delivering the pull requests that fully set up Sentry so data is flowing from day one.
- Instrument what matters most. Add custom telemetry for a customer's most critical user journeys and build the dashboards and alerts that go with it.
- Lead migrations. Move customers off their existing observability tools by setting up their Sentry organization and delivering PRs that introduce Sentry and remove the old solution.
- Work like a trusted contractor. Stay within the scope and access you've been given, take extra care in live environments, test thoroughly, and ship pull requests that customer engineers are glad to merge. Embed with their teams, including on site, when it helps.
- Build the motion. Turn one-off deployments into repeatable playbooks and tooling, help define how forward deployed engagements are scoped and measured, and bring what you learn back to Product and Engineering.
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- You'd rather sit with a customer's engineers and fix the problem in their code than write them a recommendation
- Enjoy talking about technology and interfacing with engineers and engineering leaders.
- Appreciate working in a dynamic environment, on a variety of projects with customers from lots of different industries.
- Love flexing your creative brain by developing solutions, resources, and content from scratch (scripts, code samples, demos, sales-consumable collateral/documents, etc.).
- Have a fast-paced, results-driven mindset.
- Love developer tools, open-source, and/or all things software development life cycle!
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience, with some mixture being Software Engineering and Solutions Engineering/Implementation
- Hands-on experience working with programming languages and frameworks including JavaScript, Python, Node.js, Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, React, React Native, Mobile Native (iOS and/or Android), etc
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with credibility in front of engineers and engineering leaders
- Problem solver, knowledgable, and can-doer
- Bonus: experience with observability, APM, or error monitoring tools, including migrating customers from another vendor, or helping build a forward deployed or customer engineering function
The total compensation range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $190,000 to $230,000 USD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We believe powerful AI can compress a century of scientific progress into a decade. Claude Science is a big part of building toward that future.
Claude Science
is an AI workbench that gives researchers a single environment for work that today spans dozens of disconnected tools — literature, specialized databases, scientific computing, analysis, and publication-ready outputs. Claude Science already renders protein structures, genome tracks, and chemical structures natively, and coordinates multi-agent workflows with built-in review for citation and calculation errors — and we’re just getting started. Much of this is being built 0→1 right now: you’ll shape both the product and the architecture in a category no one has defined yet.
You'll be a technical leader who thinks holistically about the end-to-end researcher experience, partners directly with our internal research team to push model capabilities into production, and carries real ownership over what we ship next.
Our north star is accelerating scientific progress — across biology, chemistry, physics, and beyond — from early discovery through real-world application, by an order of magnitude. This work supports programs like Anthropic’s
AI for Science Program
and
our rare disease research grants
.
What you'll do
Ship fast against a roadmap you help shape: this is a product in a category no one has defined yet, and the highest-leverage problems are still unclaimed
Interface directly with working scientists — academic labs, industry R&D teams, and research institutes — during key conversations, translating what you learn into engineering priorities
Partner with product and design to turn how scientists actually work — from hypothesis to analysis to publication — into shipped product
Work closely with research to make the models better at science: shaping evals, surfacing failure modes, and feeding what users hit in the real world back into model development
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with 2+ years at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level
Have built products from 0 to 1 in fast-moving environments, and can set technical direction with limited precedent to lean on
Have built AI products and know what it takes to turn model capabilities into applications people actually use
Are comfortable working directly with technical domain experts and translating what you learn
Drive cross-team alignment to ship impactful work, with influence over authority
Strong candidates may also have
Background in chemistry, biology, physics, or another science
Experience working with research teams to improve domain-specific model capabilities, including evaluation frameworks
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000

$485,000 USD

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience

Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

As an Enterprise Account Executive for Digital Native Business based in Seoul, you'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI technology across Korea's fastest-moving technology companies. This is a greenfield, new business role: you'll build your territory from the ground up, owning the full sales cycle from first outbound touch to close across Korea's internet platforms, gaming, e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, and media companies. You'll work directly with founders, technical leaders, and product teams to help them build with Anthropic's AI as a core part of their products and operations.
Key responsibilities
Own and exceed revenue targets by winning net-new logos across Korea's digital native companies, including internet platforms, gaming, e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, and media
Build a greenfield territory from scratch: develop your own account list, generate pipeline through self-sourced outbound prospecting, and create repeatable plays for landing new accounts
Run fast, consultative sales cycles with founders, CTOs, CPOs, VPs of Engineering, and Heads of AI, positioning Claude as the foundation for AI-powered products and competitive differentiation
Land new accounts quickly and set them up for expansion, working closely with technical buyers and developer teams who evaluate hands-on
Orchestrate internal teams (Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships) to win technical evaluations and accelerate time to production for customers building on our models
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of sales experience in Korea with a clear track record as a hunter: consistently winning net-new logos and generating the majority of your own pipeline through outbound prospecting
Experience selling to digital native, internet, or high-growth technology companies, and comfort engaging technical buyers such as engineering and product leaders, not just business stakeholders
A track record of opening greenfield territories or segments with little existing brand presence, building pipeline and closing revenue from zero
Proven experience exceeding revenue targets driven primarily by new business, with the ability to manage high-velocity cycles alongside larger strategic deals
Strong commercial instincts for usage-based and consumption models, and the ability to connect product adoption to revenue growth
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality. You are a true team player who thrives in ambiguous, startup-like environments
A strategic, analytical approach to territory and account prioritization combined with high-energy, persistent execution
A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems. You feel strongly about ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely and responsibly for broad benefit
Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic is building the Forward Deployed Engineering team to help the world's most ambitious organizations adopt Claude in ways that are transformative, safe, and lasting. Our Technical Deployment Leads (TDLs) and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) embed with strategic customers to ship production AI applications that solve real business problems. Our delivery model pairs two roles: FDEs own the technical artifact, and TDLs own the engagement end-to-end — from statement of work (SOW) through production deployment.
As a Manager of Technical Deployment for Financial Services, you own engagement portfolio health across your vertical. You set the bar for delivery quality and build the playbooks and evaluation frameworks that let the practice scale. Your work will directly influence Anthropic's product direction and establish Anthropic as the trusted partner for AI transformation across the Fortune 100.
This is a player-coach role. You need to be credible in architecture conversations with a customer's engineering leads and equally comfortable in sales conversations in front of executive sponsors, and you will lead the most complex engagements yourself when the stakes call for it. Most of your impact will come through the people you hire and the standard you hold them to. You won't write production code, but you will pressure-test the technical decisions your TDL team makes with FDEs.
Responsibilities
Hire, develop, and retain a team of TDLs embedded in Financial Services engagements. Set a high bar for delivery judgment, technical fluency, and customer presence, and run the interviews that hold it.
Manage each TDL directly: regular 1:1s, clear expectations, direct feedback, and a growth plan. Build a bench that runs engagements well without you in the room.
Own portfolio health across the vertical. Track which engagements are on track, at risk, or closing out, and intervene early when delivery drifts. Run engagement quality reviews with your team.
Own customer outcomes across the portfolio. Hold the executive relationship with customer sponsors, run steering committees, and represent Anthropic's credibility with senior business, risk, and engineering leaders.
Make the staffing call for each engagement. Work with FDE managers to match TDLs and engineers to each customer, and adjust as scope changes.
Lead the most complex engagements yourself. Take the TDL seat when engagement size, regulatory exposure, or organizational complexity calls for it, from delivery plan through production.
Set the bar for delivery excellence — SOW quality, MVP scoping, and value measurement. Ensure every engagement has a defensible impact story.
Codify reusable solution patterns, evaluation frameworks, and technical playbooks across the team. Turn what works in the field into delivery infrastructure that lets the practice scale.
Partner with Sales to qualify engagements, shape scope, and inform SOWs. Partner with Marketing and Sales on Financial Services–specific go-to-market materials, reference cases, and positioning.
Run the team's operating rhythm: engagement reviews, knowledge-sharing, and escalation support, and report into the wider post-sales cadence and dashboards. Set team goals tied to customer outcomes.
Bring the field back to Anthropic. Surface delivery lessons and emerging Financial Services use cases to Product and Research, and represent the vertical in leadership discussions.
Consistently uphold Anthropic's values as you lead your team. TDLs should be strong representatives of Anthropic's culture as they work within customer environments.
Travel to customer sites (25–50% expected).
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have 8+ years leading enterprise AI/ML delivery, whether you came up as a founder, engineer, data scientist, or researcher who has moved into deployments, with at least 3 years directly managing people who owned delivery outcomes.
Have a track record of building and leading technical delivery teams in enterprise environments, ideally including embedded or forward-deployed teams working at client sites.
Have delivered AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production. You understand solution patterns, integration approaches, and what breaks in real environments.
Bring depth in Financial Services. You have delivered technology programs inside banks, insurers, or asset managers, you understand how model risk, security, and compliance review shape what ships, and you can speak credibly with a CIO, a chief risk officer, and a head of engineering.
Can navigate architecture discussions with engineering stakeholders, evaluate technical trade-offs, and judge whether a proposed agent design is realistic. You are accountable for the technical direction your team sets alongside FDEs.
Have experience with value-based scoping, including TCO/ROI quantification and post-deployment impact measurement.
Thrive in ambiguity and bring structure where none exists. You have built a team, practice, or function from an early stage.
Have executive presence: polished, credible, and concise with senior leaders in high-stakes settings, and just as effective in a hands-on engagement review with your team.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills. You can translate technical complexity into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
