ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
You will serve as a front-line manager for a team of Sales Development Representatives, responsible for outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across Ramp’s SMB segment.
You will lead and evolve the SMB sales development motion by providing 1:1 coaching, onboarding, training, and mentorship; setting team strategy; and partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executive Leadership to drive pipeline and business outcomes.
As a member of the Sales Leadership team, you will play a critical role in developing SDR talent, scaling effective outbound practices, and continuously refining Ramp’s SMB go-to-market motion.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Set and maintain a high-performing culture by overseeing daily SDR activity, pipeline generation, and quota performance to ensure key performance metrics are met.
- Hire, onboard, and train new SDRs on Ramp’s products, buyer personas, competitive landscape, prospecting strategy, and tools through hands-on methods including role-plays.
- Develop and execute career-growth and leadership plans for direct reports, including daily 1:1 mentorship and coaching on time management, objection handling, prospecting tactics, active listening, and pipeline creation.
- Coach SDRs on effective multichannel outbound prospecting, including account research, relevant messaging, call execution, and using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- Partner with AEs and Sales and Marketing counterparts on pipeline-generation, territory, and prospecting initiatives that support SMB business objectives.
- Report on team performance, pipeline health, and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Improve team output and efficiency over time by identifying opportunities to optimize systems, processes, enablement, and AI-supported workflows.
- Establish and maintain a library of prospecting resources, best practices, and training materials for the SMB SDR team.
- Represent the SMB Sales Development team cross-functionally with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and other departments.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum of 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record exceeding goals
- Minimum of 2 years of experience building and leading sales development teams with a proven track record of exceeding goal
- Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS companies, and history of consistently performing above quota in an outbound sales environment
- A passion and excitement for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including executive leaders
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (ie. Salesforce, Looker, and Excel) and familiarity with email and call automation platforms
- High proficiency with AI tools (Claude, OpenAI, etc.), with the ability to incorporate tooling into prospecting, coaching, team workflows, and process improvement to drive greater SDR productivity
- Ability to leverage data to drive decisions, create systems, and identify process improvements to improve efficiency
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, demonstrated through excellent communication and presentation skills

Senior Software Engineer
for our Processing team to lead Lithic’s next phase of growth.
The Processing team builds and maintains the real-time interfaces between Lithic and external payment networks.
Ramp is scaling the Sales Development org, and we're hiring a Recruiter to help build it. SDR hiring is its own discipline: the bar is high, the volume is real, and the strongest candidates rarely have a track record long enough to read.
You'll work with our Sales Development recruiter, owning full-cycle SDR hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer close. It's a foundational seat with real autonomy. You'll work as a team to build the playbook. The SD team you're hiring for moves fast, with consistent quota beats and frequent promotions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own pipeline hygiene in Ashby, moving candidates through stages, keeping data clean, and flagging what's stuck.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across hiring managers, panelists, and candidates.
- Run clear, timely candidate communication and a consistently good candidate experience, even at high volume.
- Keep scorecards and business case materials up to date and consistently applied, so hiring managers test the same way every time.
- Flag process friction early instead of waiting for someone else to catch it.
- Use AI daily for drafting outreach, summarizing notes, and speeding up research.
- Support sourcing and screening using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools like Claude, and internal data.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 0 to 2 years in recruiting, sales, or a candidate/client-facing role. SDR/BDR experience is a strong plus.
- A track record of overachieving against a goal or quota, in any context.
- Genuinely good at multitasking, with many candidates and stakeholders in motion at once and nothing slipping.
- High emotional intelligence: reads a room accurately, adapts on the fly, and knows when to push and when to hold back.
- Trustworthy with sensitive comp and candidate information.
- Highly organized, catching what's off before it becomes a problem.
- Strong written communication.
- Low ego, high curiosity, comfortable learning the craft rather than just executing a checklist.
- Genuine interest in using AI as part of daily workflow.

The Money Platform, International team builds the infrastructure that powers Ramp's expansion into global markets. We handle international payments, multi-currency operations, and compliance with regional requirements — the foundational platform that enables Ramp to serve customers beyond the US.
International expansion is core to Ramp's growth strategy, and this team directly unlocks it. We work at the intersection of greenfield and scale: launching new markets from 0 to 1 while maturing the systems that already run. The platform we build handles cross-border payments, multi-currency accounting, and integrations with international banking rails — giving every other team a reliable foundation to build on.

- Design multi-currency accounting and reconciliation systems at scale
- Integrate with international banking systems and payment rails (SEPA, BACS, and SWIFT)
- Take on both 0-1 work (launching new markets) and 1-N work (scaling existing ones) simultaneously
- Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, product, ops, and external partners to navigate complex regional requirements
- Own problems end-to-end — from architecture to production reliability to partner integrations
What You Need
- 5+ years of backend or platform engineering experience in high-scale production environments
- Strong systems design skills — comfortable taking ambiguous requirements and building reliable, maintainable solutions
- Experience working in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity and independent ownership
- Comfort with distributed systems, performance optimization, and production reliability
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or capital markets (international payment rails, FX, multi-currency ledgers)
- Familiarity with financial concepts: multi-currency accounting, reconciliation, cross-border compliance

About the Team
The Financial Crime Quality Assurance (QA) team at OKX is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of financial crime investigations across the business. We are a team of risk-focused professionals who independently assess investigation quality, promote consistency in decision-making, and ensure compliance with AML/CFT requirements, internal policies, and regulatory expectations. By working closely with Operations, Product, and Compliance teams, we help strengthen financial crime controls and drive continuous improvement across the investigation lifecycle.
About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Compliance Assurance Function of a regulated crypto business. As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting quality reviews of financial crime investigations, assessing investigator decision-making, and ensuring compliance with AML/CFT requirements, internal policies, and quality standards. You will work closely with Operations, Team Leads, and Product teams to drive continuous improvement, strengthen investigation quality, and support the effectiveness of the firm’s financial crime controls.
What You’ll Be Doing
Quality Reviews
– Conduct daily independent QA reviews of investigator and Sanctions casework, including Transaction Monitoring, Name Screening, EDD, and other AML investigations. Evaluate accuracy, completeness, adherence to AML/CFT policies, regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and the quality of case narratives. Assess whether investigative decisions are well-supported, risk-based, and appropriately documented, including escalation and disposition outcomes. Identify defects, document findings, and provide clear, constructive feedback to investigators and team leads.
Stakeholder Collaboration
– Partner closely with the Financial Crimes Operations team, Team Leads, Product teams, and other stakeholders to communicate QA findings, discuss quality trends, resolve process gaps, and ensure consistent interpretation of policies and quality standards. Build strong relationships across AML and other cross-functional teams to support a holistic approach to compliance and risk management.
Quality Calibration & Internal QA Meetings
– Participate in and facilitate regular QA calibration sessions to review complex or borderline cases, discuss grey areas, align on scoring methodology, and ensure consistency in quality evaluations across the QA team. Share key findings, emerging typologies, regulatory expectations, and best practices to improve review quality and reduce subjectivity.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
– Monitor investigator quality performance, analyze QA findings and recurring error trends, and prepare regular quality reports and dashboards. Identify systemic issues, emerging risks, root causes, and opportunities to strengthen controls and support management decision-making.
Coaching & Quality Improvement
– Provide timely and actionable feedback to investigators and team leads to improve investigation quality, strengthen analytical skills, and enhance case documentation. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AML investigations by providing guidance on complex or high-risk cases, typologies, and regulatory expectations. Support remediation activities by validating corrective actions and tracking quality improvements over time.
Policy & Process Compliance
– Ensure all reviews are conducted in accordance with internal AML/CFT policies, regulatory requirements, quality frameworks, and standard operating procedures. Escalate potential compliance risks, control weaknesses, or systemic issues identified during QA reviews.
Continuous Improvement & QA Framework
– Support continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to investigation procedures, QA methodologies, workflows, scorecards, sampling frameworks, training materials, and quality controls. Contribute to AI-enabled quality tools such as QA Copilot and participate in UAT, process validation, and implementation of new quality initiatives.
AML Projects & Program Enhancements
– Participate in AML-related projects, initiatives, and program enhancements as required. Provide QA expertise and support cross-functional initiatives aimed at strengthening AML controls, processes, and overall program effectiveness.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities
– Perform additional assignments and special projects as delegated by the supervisor, including process improvement initiatives, training support, root cause analysis, documentation updates, and cross-functional projects to strengthen the overall quality program.
What We Look For In You
