ABOUT VOODOO
Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 800 employees, 7 billion downloads, and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
TEAM
The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of Voodoo's gaming and consumer apps, keeping us at the forefront of the mobile industry. The team plays a key role in Voodoo's long-term strategy: it accelerates product diversification and provides a state-of-the-art growth engine to distribute and scale our games. We create solutions that drive growth with a pragmatic approach, ranging from simple search to complex machine learning systems.
Within Engineering & Data, the Central Data & Analytics team makes data a reliable guide for the whole company. Data engineers, analytics engineers, data analysts and a product data PM work side by side to build and grow the foundations behind every critical business and product decision at Voodoo.
This position is hybrid and requires 3 days/week in our Paris office.
ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Engineering & Data team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a wide array of topics such as:
- Build and operate robust data pipelines that keep pace with ever-evolving business needs, ensuring the architecture supports them cleanly.
- Contribute to the codebase, ship and maintain your changes in production, and champion strong coding and data engineering practices.
- Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, and whatever comes next) as a core part of your daily workflow — to move faster on pipelines, migrations, tests and documentation — while staying fully accountable for what you merge.
- Look for opportunities to put AI inside our data platform, not just around it: LLM-assisted data quality checks, semantic layers, natural-language access to datasets, agent-driven internal tooling.
- Take ownership of projects from initial discussions to release: feature estimation and scoping, architecture design, benchmarking of new technologies, product feedback.
- Work in a very agile environment with a fast decision process.
- Collaborate directly with back-end engineers, data scientists, mobile game and consumer app teams, product and marketing.
PROFILE
- Extensive experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
- A proven track record of building and optimizing data pipelines for massive volumes of data (at scale).
- Strong experience with scalability, reliability, and security topics.
- Hands-on experience coding with AI assistants and agentic tools — you know how to give them the right context, break work down for them, and review their output critically rather than trusting it blindly.
- Genuine curiosity about modern tooling and practices: you follow how the data and AI ecosystem is evolving, try new tools on real problems, and form your own opinion instead of following hype. You can explain why you adopted something — or why you dropped it.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with unstructured datasets.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services.
- Result-oriented and focused on the value your work creates.
- Curious about business needs and keen to build innovative, pragmatic solutions that grow the business through data.
- Excellent communication skills (you can speak and write English).
- Experience with LLM-based systems (RAG, evals, prompt and context engineering) is a strong plus.
- Experience in gaming, advertising, or another fast-growing company is a plus.
- Familiarity with Voodoo's ecosystem: gaming, apps, advertising, analytics.
OUR STACK
- Amazon Web Services; Python; Spark; Scala; Terraform; SQL (Athena, StarRocks); DBT;; Airflow; Kubernetes; AI-assisted development tooling (Claude Code, MCP-based internal tools)
BENEFITS
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family
- Wellness activities in our Paris office
- Remote Fridays

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for one of our core D2C subscription products in the consumer AI category. You will be fully responsible for the full concept-to-performance loop, generating the angles, driving production volume, running structured tests, performing competitor research, and turning creative-level data into the next round of winning concepts.
This is a high-impact role. Your ad creatives will be the primary performance lever: your work moves CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS directly, and you are accountable for those numbers alongside the User Acquisition team. The bar is high and so is the upside; performance here is directly and significantly rewarded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Concepting
- Own the creative angle strategy: Define which hooks, pains, and value propositions get tested next.
- Develop creative concepts: demo-led ads, UGC-style video, statics, and AI-generated formats.
- Translate product features and capabilities into concrete, scroll-stopping propositions for target audiences.
- Build and maintain a documented library of proven angles, hooks, and creative patterns.
PRODUCTION & TESTING VELOCITY
- Own the creative pipeline across ad networks (Google, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, etc) shipping new concepts every week.
- Structure systematic A/B testing frameworks, isolate variables, and analyze the results to bring solid conclusions.
- Produce clear creative briefs for designers to execute high-performing concepts aligned with the brand.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & ITERATION
- Own creative-level metrics: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Generate testable hypotheses from performance data and retire underperforming angles quickly.
- Identify winning patterns, codify why they work, and scale them into new concept batches.
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews with clear recommendations for the next cycle.
MARKET RESEARCH & COLLABORATION
- Run systematic competitor creative research across ad libraries and creative intelligence tools.
- Track emerging formats, platform policy shifts, and creative trends in the consumer AI category.
- Communicate daily with User Acquisition Managers, taking briefs on which angles need more volume.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription consumer products
- Proven track record of high-volume output, shipping and live-testing multiple new concepts weekly.
- Deep working knowledge of the major ad network ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc).
- Demonstrated fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools.
- Ability to read creative-level performance data independently and act on it without an analyst in the loop.
- Experience building structured creative testing frameworks, not ad-hoc one-off tests.
- Strong portfolio of ads with verifiable performance results. (Applications must include a CV and a portfolio of ad creative you personally produced).
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
- Systematic operator. You build repeatable creative processes, not one-time wins.
- Fully accountable for performance outcomes, not just delivery of assets.
- Fast and decisive under volume. Comfortable killing your own concepts when data says so.
- Treats User Acquisition as a working partner, not a downstream recipient of files.
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
BENEFITS

INTERVIEW PROCESS
After submitting your application, we conduct a thorough review which typically takes 3 to 5 days, but may occasionally take longer due to the volume of applications received. If we see a potential fit, we proceed with the following steps:
- Recruiter Screening (40 minutes)
- Take-Home Assignment

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
Role Overview:
In this role, you will have ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying leads to closing deals with Global 2000, large enterprises within the Energy (oil and gas) and Utility sectors. We’re looking for an approachable and compelling communicator who loves working with prospects to uncover their needs and feels comfortable developing tailored value propositions around how Cohere’s platform can help them achieve their business goals. You’ll lay the foundation for Cohere’s growth by owning your territory and collaborating with teammates across customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture. You’ll be the voice of the field and help our product and engineering teams prioritize the Cohere roadmap with customer-centric care. It’s a highly self-directed role, so you should be someone who thrives in an unstructured and quickly evolving environment. And your opportunity for impact will be astronomical — Cohere has skies-the-limit potential, and you’ll help us reach it.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Strategic Account Executive focused on the Energy & Utilities industry, you will:
- Focus on net-new logo acquisition via outbound activity and relationship building with key stakeholders while also bringing a strong network of key decision-maker and influencer contacts and relationships in the energy (oil and gas) and utility industries to accelerate engagements, drive strategic partnerships and win sales opportunities
- Work closely with customers and prospects as a consultative, trusted advisor who deeply understands their challenges and goals, their technology ecosystem, and will tailor solutions to drive measurable impact for their businesses
- Work in close partnership with channel partners to find opportunities to scale outreach and customer satisfaction in your region
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams as well as customer success on strategic motions to deliver solutions to large enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to drive top of funnel activity
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach through proof-of-concept, pilot, deal close, and deployment ; this is not a transactional sale that you can walk away from after the contract is signed but rather requires ongoing oversight of the project to ensure success
Key Responsibilities:
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 8+ years of previous B2B sales experience with Global 2000, large enterprises in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sectors, negotiating and closing transformational multi-year (2-5 year) SaaS deals in the 7 figure range, and a track record of high performance and exceeding quota
- Previous experience as a technical consultative salesperson, selling complex products, such as developer tools, API products, or AI / NLP solutions, are a plus, with a focus on applications in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sector
- Previous experience working with customers during the deployment phase of the engagement, aligning on how best to configure and customize the solution that supports success in production and builds trust to set up for expansion and growth
- Previous experience working with channel partners such as cloud hyperscalers and system integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- High tolerance for ambiguity - as an early sales hire, you’ll have to be a self-starter, doer and a strategist who is capable of wearing many hats and doing what it takes to figure out a path to success
- Curiosity - you want to go deep on NLP and become an expert on our technology while considering how to fit into a large organization’s technology landscape with a focus on its applications in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sectors
- Fantastic communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others, build strong relationships, can speak to the c-suite, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sectors
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the energy (oil and gas) and utility industries, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Ability to articulate the value of AI and NLP solutions in the context of energy (oil and gas) and utility operations, such as predictive maintenance, supply chain optimization, and customer engagement
- Experience working with regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the energy (oil and gas) and utility industries

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Support, CSMs, and Solutions teams to deliver a cohesive and high-quality customer experience

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
You will play a critical role in scaling our revenue by managing complex deals and developing standardized processes that balance speed with control. You'll work at the intersection of finance, sales, legal, and compliance teams to ensure our products reach customers to support Anthropic's rapid growth. Day-to-day, you'll quarterback complex deals through CPQ, contract management, and internal approvals. Over time, you'll also identify and drive improvements to the systems and workflows you operate in — embedding approved deal structures into Salesforce, improving CPQ configurations, and helping build the operational infrastructure that lets a lean team support enterprise deal volume at scale.
Key responsibilities
Quarterback deals through internal processes — CPQ quote-building, approval routing, contract execution — ensuring accurate, timely completion
Own Anthropic’s deal-making execution processes, ensuring that all commercial workflows can seamlessly navigate internal processes
Build AI-native tooling with internal teams to meaningfully scale our commercial processes
Optimize operational workflows that reduce friction in the sales cycle and accelerate time-to-close
Act as the bridge between Sales and supporting teams, maintaining contract and compliance management systems and ensuring agreement terms align with company standards
Maintain visibility on high-priority deals, providing appropriate escalation paths when commercial terms require executive input
Collaborate with Legal teams to validate that agreements reflect the correct commercial intent and approvals
Track and analyze deal patterns to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvements to our sales operations
Maintain and improve deal documentation: approval policies, pricing guidelines, SKU guidance, and process playbooks
Minimum qualifications
Are comfortable both executing within existing systems (CPQ, SFDC, contract platforms) and improving those systems as you go
Bring a detail-oriented, process-improvement mindset: you notice when something is manual or error-prone and you want to fix it
Have excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with proven success coordinating across multiple departments
Strong project management skills with experience juggling multiple critical initiatives
Bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity
Have experience with CRM systems, CPQ tools, and contract management platforms
Have a collaborative mindset and enjoy solving complex problems through cross-functional partnership
Preferred qualifications
Have 3+ years of experience in deal desk, sales strategy, commercial operations, or related roles, preferably in a high-growth technology environment
Experience with Salesforce, CPQ tools (Nue, Apttus, Steelbrick), or contract management platforms (Ironclad, Docusign CLM)
Background in project management, sales strategy, or commercial operations, where you’ve balanced operational excellence with building scaled systems
Experience with deal operations at companies with subscription and/or consumption-based business models
Knowledge of enterprise software contract terms and industry-standard commercial practices
Understanding of AI business models and the unique commercial considerations
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$190,000
—
$240,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Manager, Product Applied Science to build and lead a team at the core of Garner's product. Our members rely on us to answer hard questions — Which doctor should I see? What will it cost? When should we reach out, and how? — and the quality of those answers is determined by the algorithms behind them.
This is a hands-on management role. You are responsible for the overall technical direction of your squad, building alongside your team of Applied Scientists to solve some of the hardest problems at the company.
This is not a dashboards or descriptive-analytics team. Your team owns production systems end-to-end: framing the problem, defining the objective function, choosing the right approach (ML, optimization, heuristics, expert systems, or a hybrid), shipping it, and improving it against real-world outcomes. The closest analog outside healthcare is leading a research pod at a top hedge fund.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Lead a team of 4-6 — hire, coach, and develop them, hold the bar on both rigor and speed, and help raise that bar across Applied Science
Own the Population Health team and their outputs as a core responsibility
Own your team's roadmap and delivery: what gets built, in what order, and whether it ships
Set technical direction, and get in the weeds to do it — stay close enough to the code and the data to call the approach yourself, whether that's machine learning, optimization, a heuristic, or a simple rule, and set the standard for how your team makes that call
Define the set of metrics needed to judge whether a solution is working, and validate solutions before they ship
Put your own hands on the problems where your judgment matters most — the highest-stakes, least-defined work — and deliver the algorithmic step-changes that move metrics like total-cost-of-care savings, steerage, and member engagement
Turn ambiguous business goals into a clear problem set alongside Research, Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders, and represent your team's work to senior leadership
Set the quality bar: review your team's work with rigor, and define the metrics that decide whether a solution is working
Build a deep understanding of the healthcare economy and Garner's place in it
To make the role concrete, here are three problems on our near-term roadmap:
Provider tiering optimization.
Build a tiering algorithm that jointly optimizes geographic access and total-cost-of-care savings across our doctor network. The objective function, constraints, and tradeoff surface are all open design questions.
AI primary care doctor.
Fine-tune and productionize an LLM-based primary care experience on our website, including the evaluation harness, guardrails, and ongoing quality monitoring needed to ship a medical-adjacent product safely.
Member engagement model.
Build an ML system that ingests claims data and in-app behavior to choose the right channel and moment for each touchpoint — SMS, push, phone, or email — to influence member behavior toward better-quality, lower-cost care.
The ideal candidate has:
6+ years of industry experience as an Applied Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Research Scientist, or equivalent; or 4+ years of industry experience with a relevant advanced degree, PhDs preferred
Deep technical credibility, with the range and judgment to lead scientists who are experts in their own right, and the willingness to stay hands-on
Strong judgment in choosing between statistical models, heuristics, optimization approaches, and simpler algorithmic methods depending on the problem
Strong applied problem-solving skills, with the ability to define good metrics and then deliver solutions that improve them
A bias toward action, quickly translating ideas into working prototypes to test approaches
Strong communication skills, including at the executive level, with a track record of driving alignment across teams and functions
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
Technologies we use:
Python, SQL, AWS, Snowflake, pandas, XGBoost, PyTorch, HuggingFace, modern LLM tooling and eval frameworks. We pick tools based on the problem, not the resume — bring your judgment.
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the team behind Garner's algorithmic systems — shaping how members find better care, and how applied science gets done at Garner, while staying close to the work yourself.

About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Staff Applied Scientist to join our Applied Science team. Garner is hiring Applied Scientists to design and ship the algorithmic systems at the core of our product. Our members rely on us to answer hard questions — Which doctor should I see? What will it cost? When should we reach out, and how? — and the quality of those answers is determined by the algorithms behind them.

You will own production systems end-to-end: framing the problem, defining the objective function, choosing the right approach (ML, optimization, heuristics, expert systems, or a hybrid), shipping it, and improving it against real-world outcomes. The closest analog outside healthcare is a quantitative researcher at a top hedge fund.
This is a player-coach role. You will be a hands-on-keys Applied Scientist, while also leading a small team that helps you deliver on your roadmap. Your time will be split between your own technical work and working with your team to shape how they approach their problems. This role is a good fit for someone who wants to develop their management toolkit while continuing to work closely on their own technical work, and it can lead either towards management or a deeper senior IC track.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Own the most ambiguous, high-stakes problems facing the company end-to-end, and set how the team frames and approaches them
Frame messy, real-world healthcare and business constraints into clear objectives, tradeoffs, and decision frameworks
Define the set of metrics needed to judge whether a solution is working, and validate solutions before they ship
Choose the right approach for each problem, from machine learning to optimization to heuristics to simple rules, based on what the problem actually calls for, and set the standard for how the team selects and applies these approaches
Deliver algorithmic breakthroughs that move the company's most important metrics, pioneering approaches that become how applied science is done at Garner
Lead a small team — set their technical direction, unblock them when they're stuck, and share accountability for their growth and the quality of what they ship
Review Applied Science work at the highest level across the company, ensuring the methods used across teams are sound and correctly applied
Build a deep understanding of the healthcare economy and Garner's place in it
