In this role, a given day might include drafting, editing, brainstorming, on-site event support, and coordinating executive response to breaking news, all in close collaboration with the External Communications team and other leaders. The ideal candidate will be an adept storyteller, an experienced partner to leaders, and a flexible collaborator, able to navigate ambiguous situations with sound judgment. When circumstances dictate, you should also be capable of shaping highly technical materials that reach sophisticated audiences with deep domain experience. Because a company like Anthropic — and a technology like advanced AI — are unprecedented in nature, we’re looking for proactive, visionary candidates who offer fresh perspectives on what executive communications might look like in the AI era.

We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

This is a “creative” eLearning Developer specifically: unlike a standard eLearning Developer who authors courses from assets supplied by others, this role also creates the graphic and multimedia assets themselves - 2-D/3-D graphics, video animation, and course visuals, in addition to authoring interactive modules in tools like Articulate Storyline or Rise 360 and writing the scripts, captions, and course copy that tie a deliverable together. The role also manages one or more supporting processes for the team (e.g., video mastering, templates, or SCORM packaging standards), working largely self-directed with minimal supervision and reporting status to leadership at regular intervals.
Your Opportunity:
Multimedia & Video Design:
Video & Audio Editing:
Edit video and audio into the final training, services and marketing deliverables.
Storyboard Translation:
Translate storyboards into technical infographics and animated sequences.
3-D & Motion Assets:
Create line art, 2-D graphics, 3-D imaging, and video animation for course and presentation content.
Graphic Design & Brand Hub:
Template & Style Systems:
Create, maintain, and utilize templates for presentations, documents, and animations using a variety of development tools.
Brand & Style Guides:
Contribute to creating style guides for deliverables, ensuring visual and written consistency across the portfolio.
Visual Layout:
Design presentation layouts and visual assets that translate technical information into a clear visual story.
Brand Evolution Support:
Support the Senior Manager, Services Portfolio Production, in executing the corporate “house style” overhaul across all One Tenable, Prime assets, including the Tier 1/2 rebrand timeline.
Creative Request Hub:
Act as a direct creative design point of contact for the Senior Director and leadership — turning around presentations, graphics, and one-off collateral on request — with strict adherence to brand guidelines.
Brand Guideline Stewardship:
Maintain and enforce brand standards (logo usage, typography, color, iconography) across all portfolio deliverables, and flag or correct off-brand assets in circulation.
Technical Writing & Content Development:
Script & Course Copy:
Write and edit scripts, voiceover text, captions, and on-screen callouts, maintaining a consistent voice across written and visual content.
Documentation:
Maintain technical and course documentation to support the assets you build.
Content Evaluation:
Evaluate existing visual and written content and recommend improvements for clarity and engagement.
eLearning Authoring & Publishing:
Course Authoring:
Build interactive learning modules — branching scenarios, quizzes, and simulations — using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate.
Packaging & LMS Publishing:
Package courses to SCORM/xAPI standards, publish to the LMS, and test for compatibility and learner tracking.
Accessibility:
Apply accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508) to eLearning content.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery:
Requirements Gathering:
Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop design plans.
Iterative Feedback:
Perform edits based on feedback from Solution Architects, peers, and leadership.
Deadline Management:
Create deliverables within time constraints to meet project deadlines.
Independent Execution:
Perform tasks with minimal supervision, managing one or more supporting processes (e.g., video mastering, templates, SCORM packaging standards) end-to-end.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Mentorship:
Mentor and develop less experienced designers, sharing craft and process knowledge across the production team.
What You'll Need:
Minimum 5 years of eLearning development, multimedia, or graphic/video design experience in a professional setting.
Comfortable writing and maintaining technical/course documentation, scripts, and captions for course and video deliverables.
Familiarity with the full product delivery life cycle: requirements analysis, design, testing, implementation.
B.A./B.S. in graphic design, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field, or comparable experience.
Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise 360 (or Adobe Captivate), plus Adobe Creative Cloud and Camtasia.
Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote) for fast-turnaround, executive-ready decks in addition to core Adobe Creative Cloud work.
Experience building or maintaining a brand guideline system (logo, typography, color, iconography) at an organizational level.
Working knowledge of SCORM/xAPI packaging and LMS publishing; awareness of accessibility standards such as Section 508.
Working knowledge of Instructional Design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE).
Experience or knowledge of Tenable products; familiarity with network architecture and Tenable cybersecurity practices for enterprise environments.
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong initiative and the ability to work remotely, both self-directed and as part of a geographically distributed team.
This role may require the ability to work in a hybrid/on-site capacity at our headquarters in Columbia MD or Boston MA. This position is US-based only.
Ability to work remotely in a self-directed manner

Your Role:
Build and lead a high-velocity production engine that transforms technical concepts into elite, field-ready service and training offerings across the Professional Services Portfolio. This role owns the full collateral and course-delivery lifecycle - from initial brief through go-to-market launch - and is accountable for the platforms, governance, and creative/technical talent that keep the portfolio's content current, on-brand, and field-ready.
The role carries a dual mandate: lead the production engine and serve as the primary link between Production and Sales Enablement/Go-to-Market (GTM), ensuring the portfolio is properly represented in the field. The ideal candidate has managed a diverse staff of technical and creative resources, can work with minimal supervision, and can implement the process changes required to continually mature the team's launch and collateral operations. Technical fluency in network security and vulnerability management is required to evaluate content accuracy and guide the team's technical output.

Lead the overhaul of Tenable's corporate “house style” across all One Tenable and Prime assets, and own the Tier 1/2 rebrand timeline.
The Face of Production:
Serve as Professional Services lead for Prime Weekly TV, coordinating with SMEs to deliver high-quality broadcast content on a recurring cadence.

Launch Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute service and training offering launches, including go-to-market and marketing strategy.
Operational Excellence & Platform Governance
The Assembly Line:
Design and manage scalable, repeatable workflows that take content from initial brief to final delivery, replacing ad hoc production with a governed process.
Platform Management:
Own the LMS and training delivery platforms, the global PS collateral library, and access management for all portfolio assets.
Curriculum Development:
Create and maintain appropriate training curricula, collateral and video recordings.
Governance:
Implement rigorous quality and content review standards for all technical and marketing assets, balancing innovation with the ongoing maintenance of existing offerings.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Partner with Services Architects, Portfolio Program Management, and Domain Specialists to design, develop, and maintain professional service and training collateral.
People Leadership & Performance
Global Team Management:
Build and lead a diverse, cross-timezone team of technical and creative professionals spanning multimedia design, technical writing, and video production.
Data-Driven Leadership:
Establish and track day-to-day production metrics - throughput, quality, and cycle time - to hold the team accountable to clear output standards.
Talent Development:
Foster a high-performance culture capable of adapting to rapid shifts in corporate direction, messaging, and strategy.
Quality & Stakeholder Management
Content Standards:
Perform content reviews to assure the technical accuracy, brand alignment, and quality of all portfolio collateral before release.
Stakeholder Interface:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Marketing, Theatre leadership) regarding production requests and timelines.
Risk & Dependency Management:
Identify launch dependencies and production bottlenecks early, and escalate or resolve blockers before they affect GA dates.
What You'll Need:
8+ years of related experience managing people, projects, and cross-functional processes, ideally in a professional-services or training-content environment
3+ years of direct people-management experience leading creative and/or technical production staff
Experience with go-to-market, marketing, or sales-enablement processes for service or training offerings
Exposure to the full content/product delivery lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, production, review, and launch
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field preferred
Working knowledge of network security and vulnerability management; familiarity with Tenable.io, Tenable.sc, and Nessus strongly preferred
Experience administering an LMS and managing a content/collateral library at scale
Familiarity with data and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau) to track portfolio health and production metrics
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
Strong initiative and the ability to work remotely, both self-directed and as part of a geographically distributed team
Ability to manage multiple concurrent launches in an agile, frequently shifting environment

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
The Senior Network Engineer leads Wizards of the Coast's enterprise network — datacenters, corporate offices, studios, and AWS cloud. Our stack runs on a Juniper/Mist campus fabric, a Palo Alto Networks security edge, and cloud-native AWS connectivity. You'll set technical direction, drive complex initiatives end to end, and mentor the broader team. Come help us build the future of network operations.
What You'll Do:
Own the architecture, build, and roadmap for our Juniper/Mist campus and branch infrastructure, and lead its evolution across sites and business units.
Lead the Palo Alto Networks security stack, from policy architecture to secure-by-design standards across teams.
Own end-to-end AWS cloud network implementation — VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect/VPN, Route 53 — and hybrid connectivity, including BGP, OSPF, and SD-WAN traffic engineering at scale.
Drive automation and AI adoption across network operations, from config deployment to AI-powered monitoring, observability, and root-cause analysis.
Be the go-to for critical issues, and mentor less-experienced engineers through code review, troubleshooting, and skill-building.
What You'll Bring:
10+ years in enterprise network engineering — routing, switching, wireless — with deep expertise in Juniper (EX/QFX/SRX, Mist) and/or Cisco (Catalyst, Nexus), plus hands-on work with intelligent ops tools like Mist/Marvis at scale.
Expert-level BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, and load balancing chops. You've built these solutions from scratch, not just maintained them!
Extensive Palo Alto Networks firewall experience, including policy architecture and Panorama at enterprise scale. Checkpoint or Fortinet is a plus.
Proven AWS production experience — VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect/VPN, Route 53, security groups, CloudWatch, DNS, DHCP, IPAM — with the judgment to make platform decisions independently.
Hands-on use of AI tools like Mist/Marvis and coding assistants (Claude, Copilot) to power automation and network ops, plus a track record of leading cross-functional work and mentoring engineers.
Nice to Have:
Active advanced certifications: CCIE, JNCIE, AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, or AWS Solutions Architect Professional.
Prisma Access / SASE deployment leadership, or Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) build ownership.
Terraform or Ansible pipelines you've built and owned in production — not just maintained.
Experience in a multi-studio, multi-BU entertainment or gaming environment, or another complex, highly distributed org.
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation range for this role. The range listed is just one component of Wizards of the Coast’s total compensation package for employees. Employees may also be eligible for annual and long-term incentives. In addition, Wizards of the Coast provides a variety of benefits to employees. Here’s a look at what your benefits package may include: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation Time & Holidays, Generous 401(k) match, Paid Parental Leave, Volunteer Program, Employee Giving & Matching Gifts Programs, Tuition Reimbursement, Product Discounts, and more.
Wizards is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment. We are committed to making all employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, marital status, or any other legally protected status.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai, you own how Sierra’s AI agents come to life for our customers — from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer’s thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it’s the best version of itself in the real world. You’ll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers’ executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer’s working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot the agent as issues come up, and make the calls that keep the build on track for launch.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Scope and launch a subscription-retention agent for a large telecommunications or media company that consistently outperforms human agents at saving at-risk customers.
- Stand up an agent for a commerce customer that troubleshoots a broken device end-to-end and personalizes product recommendations in the same conversation.
- Redesign the conversation flows for a financial services agent so it can handle complex, regulated interactions — and convert a pilot into a multi-team production deployment. See our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services for examples.
- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.
- Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- You’ve been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

About Transparent Hiring
Transparent Hiring is a one-stop recruitment and relocation agency for IT and digital professionals looking to work and relocate in Germany and other European countries. We support the entire process — from finding a job and securing a visa to finding housing and settling in.
We’ve been growing steadily for over 6 years, combining the flexibility of a startup with the reliability of an experienced international team.
We are looking for an SMM Specialist who can take ownership of day-to-day social media content and help us grow our Russian- and English-speaking audiences across Instagram, Threads, and other marketing channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media beyond simply publishing posts. You should be comfortable coming up with content ideas, writing strong copy, creating visuals, producing Reels, following trends, and adapting content to different platforms and audiences.
What You’ll Do
• Manage day-to-day content for Instagram and Threads in Russian and English, with the possibility of expanding to TikTok in the future.
• Write engaging social media copy with strong storytelling skills, including captions, hooks, CTAs and Stories.
• Create and edit social media content in Figma, Canva and CapCut, including posts, carousels, Stories and Reels.
• Develop content ideas and adapt relevant trends to our brand.
• Prepare visuals for landing pages, email newsletters and other marketing materials when needed.
• Use content performance metrics to improve future content.
What we’re looking for
• 2+ years of hands-on SMM experience.
• Fluent Russian and strong written English (B2/C1+).
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Proficient in Figma, Canva and CapCut.
• Strong understanding of current SMM trends and platform mechanics across Instagram, Threads and TikTok.
• Good visual sense and attention to detail.
• Creativity and willingness to suggest and test new ideas.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and take ownership of tasks.
It would be a plus if you have
• Experience with email marketing and newsletters.
• Background in recruitment, HR, relocation, career or other expert-driven industries.
Portfolio is required. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
What We Offer
• Work in a fast-growing startup where processes are still being built - your ideas can directly impact the outcome.
• The opportunity to grow as an SMM specialist and take on more responsibility over time.
• A wide range of tasks across content, visuals, and SMM - no routine “just posting” work.
• Creative freedom.
• Hands-on experience with real marketing goals and measurable results.
• Direct feedback from a team with real experience in the German hiring market.
• Strong portfolio cases you can use for future roles.
Test Task
As part of the selection process, you should be ready to complete a test task related to the role.
The task is designed to understand how you approach content, copywriting and visual concepts.
How to Apply
Please send us:
• Your CV
• Your portfolio — mandatory
• A short note about your experience in SMM and the types of content you have worked with
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of content, bring ideas to the table, and turn them into high-quality social media content — from the first idea to the final post.
