You'd build the foundational systems for CPQ, order management, provisioning and billing experiences, envisioning how we make our sellers and ops teams orders of magnitude more efficient with Claude. You'll work cross-functionally with GTM, finance, accounting and other stakeholders. Your work will directly impact seller velocity and our GTM deal making capacity.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain Apex (triggers, services, selectors, batch/queueable), Lightning Web Components, and Flow automation following our house Apex standards and trigger framework
Design and build quote-to-cash infrastructure in Salesforce, including the product catalog and pricing data model, quote and order lifecycle, discount and approval automation, and amendment, renewal, and co-termination flows
Extend CPQ and expand into agentic selling with custom pricing and quote-calculation logic, quote and order user experiences, and code built against the package's APIs and data model
Build and own integrations between Salesforce and our billing, provisioning, and finance systems, such as Stripe, Metronome, and NetSuite, directly or via middleware
Support new product and pricing launches by modeling catalog, SKU, and pricing changes so they can be released quickly and reflected consistently in every downstream system
Use Claude and our internal AI development tooling as a first-class part of your build and code-review workflow
Partner with Business Systems analysts and Finance to ensure data-model decisions support downstream bookings, forecasting, and revenue reporting
Partner with DevOps on release management for your work: sandbox strategy, source control, peer review, and deployment via SFDX/metadata tooling
Ensure appropriate controls, test coverage, and documentation are in place for an effective control environment, particularly around pricing, discounting, and contract changes
Operate with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business, resolve problems independently, and propose solutions that scale
Minimum qualifications
Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flow) in a production org
Experience building or extending CPQ and quote-to-cash functionality in Salesforce (Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Nue, or similar): product and pricing data models, quote and order lifecycle, approval automation, and amendments and renewals, including custom code written against the CPQ package rather than configuration alone
Experience integrating Salesforce with billing, ERP, or provisioning systems via REST/Bulk APIs, middleware (Workato, Mulesoft, or similar), or direct callouts
Fluency with SFDX, source-controlled metadata, and a sandbox-to-prod release process with peer review
Active use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) as part of how you write and review code, and the ability to speak to how you steer and verify their output
Basic SQL skills and comfort working alongside a data warehouse
Effective communication with sales, deal desk, finance and accounting, product, and engineering stakeholders
Preferred qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications
Advanced Administrator or Application/System Architect certification
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform constraints: governor limits, bulkification, sharing and visibility, recursion control, and how they surface in CPQ-specific situations such as large quotes, calculation performance, and bulk amendments
Experience implementing a CPQ solution end to end or re-platforming from one CPQ to another, not just maintaining an existing one
Experience with billing and finance platforms such as Stripe, Metronome, or Oracle, and with usage-based or consumption pricing models
Working understanding of how CPQ design decisions flow through to bookings, invoicing, and revenue recognition
Proven experience scaling Salesforce in a high-growth GTM environment

About the role
Join Anthropic as a Customer Success Manager for Life Sciences. You’ll help these organizations harness the full potential of Claude through deep product expertise, use case discovery, and hands-on guidance.
You’ll be part of a Research and Life Sciences account team pod, working as one team with your Account Executive and Applied AI partners. Together you’ll shape account strategy with you taking the lead on adoption, change management, and value realization.
This role doesn’t follow a single playbook. You’ll run a range of Customer Success motions, from deep 1:1 strategic partnership to one-to-many programs like webinars, hackathons, and cohort-based enablement. You’ll choose the motion based on top account and customer priorities and the best way to solve for them.
The insights you gather will directly inform our research priorities, product development (including how Claude for Life Sciences evolves), and strategies for beneficial AI deployment. That makes you a key voice in how we build and deliver AI systems that accelerate science for the benefit of society.
Responsibilities
Build trusting, strategic relationships with research leaders, scientists, principal investigators, and program directors to understand their scientific priorities, organizational goals, and impact objectives
Partner closely with your Account Executive and Applied AI counterparts in the Research and Life Sciences pod on shared account plans, bringing in Product, Support, and other teams as needed
Run the right Customer Success motion for each account and customer priority, whether that’s dedicated 1:1 engagement, cohort-based onboarding, hackathons and build days, office hours, or researcher communities
Become an expert in Anthropic’s products, especially Claude for Science, guiding organizations and their researchers and scientists to the right solutions and most impactful use cases
Monitor usage patterns and proactively drive adoption, identifying optimization opportunities and new applications for Claude across your book of business
Develop and execute change management strategies suited to scientific and academic cultures, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and enablement that respects partner capacity, governance requirements, and decision-making processes
Guide partners through the technical and governance foundation for launch, including SSO and provisioning, workspace configuration, and data handling considerations for research and health data (such as HIPAA, IRB, and institutional data policies)
Own account and success plans and run Quarterly Impact Reviews that document and quantify value realized, such as research productivity, time-to-insight, and cost savings, and partner with Marketing on success stories and reference accounts
Establish the repeatable playbooks, templates, and health metrics that define what “great” looks like for customer success in life sciences at Anthropic
You may be a good fit if you have
6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or consulting
3+ years of experience in life sciences research, with exposure to new technologies as a catalyst for accelerating progress
Experience working directly with life sciences organizations, such as academic research institutions, research institutes, foundations, biotech, or pharma, and familiarity with how scientific research is conducted, funded, and governed
An understanding of the regulatory, risk, and compliance needs of the industry
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with an understanding of the expansion levers and success metrics for each
Experience managing dedicated strategic accounts and delivering one-to-many programs, with the judgment to choose the right motion for the customer priority at hand
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including working as part of an account team with Sales and technical partners and advocating effectively for customer needs
Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns, and the ability to explain them to audiences ranging from bench scientists and computational researchers to institutional leadership. Familiarity with scientific data types, research workflows, or bioinformatics tooling is a strong plus
A data-driven, AI-first way of working, using adoption signals to guide decisions and building Claude-powered workflows into how you engage partners
Passion for both AI and accelerating scientific progress, with a strong interest in ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely, ethically, and deployed to benefit society
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality. You are a true team player

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team is the connective tissue that holds the company accountable to its security and control commitments. We translate regulatory, customer, and voluntary obligations into controls that teams act on, and give leadership a bird's-eye view of how well we're meeting them. We're building toward continuous assurance, to challenge and evidence the performance of controls continuously rather than through periodic audits.
As Anthropic scales to meet public-company standards, the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control environment over our technology stack is one of the most consequential things this team owns. As part of Security GRC's technical controls assurance function, you will be the voice on what the IT general controls must achieve to support SOX 404 compliance. In partnership with Internal Audit, you will define control requirements and acceptance criteria for the in-scope engineering systems and infrastructure that underpin financial reporting. You will pair with engineering as they design and implement against those requirements, and validate that what ships actually meets the bar before Internal Audit and our external auditors test it. You are the product owner for control design methodology and continuous control monitoring, initially around ITGCs, but extending into other areas of security and compliance to drive visibility where and when we need it.
Key responsibilities
Define control requirements and acceptance criteria across the core ITGC domains of logical access, change management, computer operations, and program development for SOX in-scope systems, including home-built platforms where the control has to be designed into the system rather than bolted on.
Set the bar for in-scope systems from day one. As financially significant systems are built, migrated, or replaced, define what the system must provide (auditability, segregation of duties, change control, immutable logging, evidence retention) before go-live, so controls are not retrofitted after the fact.
Pressure-test changes for SOX impact during design. Review major infrastructure, system, and agent framework changes for control impact while decisions are still cheap, and maintain a clear view of which changes alter the SOX scope, key control population, or evidence requirements.
Own second-line control monitoring and evidence readiness. Stand up continuous controls monitoring and automated evidence collection for ITGCs (control testing, walkthrough preparation, population and completeness validation, and mapping to the common controls framework). Materially raise automated evidence coverage and cut audit prep time.
Drive control deficiency remediation with cross functional partners. Track and root-cause ITGC deficiencies surfaced by monitoring, Internal Audit, or external audit; partner with engineering owners on remediation design; and assess whether remediation actually closes the gap before re-testing.
Assess scope changes through a SOX lens. When new products, entities, systems, or integrations come into scope, provide technical and compliance assessment of their impact on control design, evidence requirements, and engineering effort before commitments are made.
Maintain alignment with the broader compliance portfolio. Where SOX ITGCs overlap with SOC 2, ISO 27001/42001, or other frameworks, ensure controls are designed once and evidenced once, and that changes made for one framework do not silently break another.
Minimum qualifications
Thrive at the pace of a hypergrowth company. You're comfortable making calls with incomplete information and reprioritizing as scope shifts.
Have led or been a senior contributor to an ITGC program through SOX 404 readiness and/or at a public company, with a working command of PCAOB AS 2201, COSO 2013, and how external auditors scope, test, and evaluate technology controls and deficiencies.
Have genuine engineering fluency, possibly from an earlier engineering career: you can read code and Terraform, follow a CI/CD pipeline end to end, and challenge a design on its technical merits.
Have programming skills in Python or at least one systems language such as Go, Rust, or C/C++.
Have deep familiarity with developer platform, release engineering, cloud infrastructure, or ERP/financial systems control domains.
Understand the role of the second line: you can advise and challenge engineering without taking ownership of their controls, and you know where the line sits between your monitoring and Internal Audit's independent testing.
Are a strong collaborator and communicator across Finance, Engineering, Internal Audit, and external auditors.
Use Claude and other LLMs as daily working tools, and have grounded, specific views on which SOX assurance workflows AI can run today and which it can't yet.
Translate SOX and framework language into acceptance criteria engineers can build against, and translate engineering reality back into assurance language auditors and leadership can rely on.
Default to getting the requirement designed into the system rather than papering over the gap with procedure.
Preferred qualifications
A combination of audit or advisory experience (Big 4 or equivalent, ideally IT audit) with in-house experience at an AI-forward tech company, in either order.
Taken a company through a first-year SOX 404(a) and 404(b) assessment, including a first external ITGC audit.
Defined or assessed controls over home-built financially significant systems, usage-based billing, or revenue metering pipelines.
Defined or assessed controls for AI/ML systems or agents acting in production environments.
Stood up continuous controls monitoring or automated evidence programs.
Experience with SOC 1 reliance, service organization control mapping, and complementary user entity controls.
CISSP, CISA, CPA, or equivalent certification.

About LaunchDarkly:
Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Slow, inefficient development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences are preventing developers from building their best software. The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
As a Global Capacity Manager at Baseten, you will lead the "engine room" of the company, architecting, securing, and optimizing the global GPU fleet that powers our customers' AI workloads. You’ll own the end-to-end journey of capacity management, from securing multi-million dollar GPU clusters to building the automation that ensures 99.9% uptime across multi-cloud environments.
This role is a great fit for entrepreneurial engineers who want to bridge the gap between high-finance asset management and deep infrastructure engineering. You will act as the fleet orchestrator for the world's most advanced chips, ensuring Baseten never experiences a capacity outage while maintaining elite unit economics.
To be clear, this is a high-stakes engineering role. You will be hands-on with Kubernetes
orchestration while also leading specialized pods focused on the next generation of hardware, like NVIDIA’s Blackwell (B200) architecture.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
- The B200 Frontier: Architecting the infrastructure readiness and deployment strategy
for Baseten's first Blackwell GPU clusters.
Global Workload Orchestration: Building "Multi-cloud Capacity Management" systems
to move customer workloads seamlessly across regions to optimize cost and latency.
- Precision GPU Triage: Developing automated Go-based operators to identify, cordon,
and repair unhealthy H100 nodes in under an hour.
- The Supply Chain of Intelligence: Partnering with leadership to secure and reserve
dedicated capacity for Baseten’s largest enterprise customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Specialized Pods: Act as the lead for specific GPU pods (e.g., H100 or B200),
managing the full lifecycle of acquisition, air traffic control, and maintenance for those
assets.
- Advanced Orchestration: Execute complex workload migrations and "sticky"
deployment drains, ensuring deployment scheduling rules meet strict regional and
compliance requirements.
- Build for Scalability: Design and implement the "next version" of Baseten’s capacity
management system to handle a 10x increase in GPU volume.
Financial Modeling: Leverage your understanding of unit economics to build ROI
models for GPU spend, ensuring Baseten scales profitably.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with SRE, Infra, and FDE teams to take discrete
operational tasks off their plate and verify "last mile" follow-through on infrastructure
changes.
- Incident Response: Lead capacity-crunch response by rapidly untainting and re-
coordinating workloads during high-pressure outages.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics,
or a related field
- 5+ years of professional work experience in a high-growth environment, preferably at a
hyperscaler (GCP, AWS, Azure) or a specialized GPU provider
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, including hands-on experience with taints, cordons, node
draining, and custom operators
- Demonstrated experience with Go or Python in a production-level environment
Strong financial literacy and the ability to model complex trade-offs between capacity
reliability and cost
- High tenacity and collaborative mindset
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).
Location: Mexico City
Workplace: Hybrid
Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
About the role
Merchant Configuration sets up how our merchants process payments, and those changes go straight into our live production systems. A mistake here isn't a typo. It can have a financial or compliance cost. That's why this team works to a standard of 99.5%+ accuracy and completes 95% of cases within 24 hours.
You'll join our new Mexico City team as its third analyst, part of a global Merchant Configuration team of around 25. You'll support our US merchants, setting up, updating and closing merchant accounts in Salesforce. About 70% of the work follows defined processes. The other 30% calls for judgement, especially when a merchant asks for something unusual and the right answer is "that won't work, here's what will."
What you'll do
- Set up, update and close merchant accounts accurately, following defined processes to the letter
- Check your own work before it goes live. Accuracy here is the job itself, not a nice extra
- Handle complex, non-standard merchant requests, and push back with a better solution when a request won't work
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand what they need and get cases resolved quickly
- Contribute to team projects such as card scheme mandates (for example, Account Funding Transaction setups)
- Build deep knowledge of our configuration products, so that within 90 days you can handle full end-to-end setups on your own
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations role where accuracy and following process mattered, for example payments operations, product operations, risk/KYC, or implementation. Recent graduates with strong, relevant internships are welcome to apply.
- A track record of detailed work, with examples you can talk through: errors you caught, quality checks you built, processes you improved
- Very good written and spoken English. All work and communication is in English
- You take feedback well and act on it, stay steady under pressure, and work well in a team
- You've used AI tools in practical ways to work faster or more accurately, and can explain how
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the payments lifecycle, or experience at a payment processor, fintech or e-commerce company
- Experience with Salesforce
This role is not for you if:
- You don't have the right to work in Mexico. We are not able to sponsor a visa for this role
- You can't be in our Mexico City office Tuesday to Thursday every week
- You aren't open to switching to US West Coast hours if the business needs it. The role normally works Mexico hours, but contracts include this flexibility
- You prefer to approximate and move on. This team has no room for "close enough"
What we offer
- Two to three months of structured training and shadowing before you work on your own
- A clear career path: Analyst I → Analyst II → Senior Analyst → Team Lead, with promotion based on performance rather than time in role
- A founding seat on a new team in one of our newest locations
Additional Information
Bring all of you to work
We create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one.
Here, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver. It’s a place where ambition gets met with opportunity, and where your growth is in your hands.
We work as one team, and we back each other to succeed. So whatever your background or identity, if you’re ready to grow and make a difference, you’ll be right at home here.
It’s important we set you up for success and make our process as accessible as possible. So let us know in your application, or tell your recruiter directly, if you need anything to make your experience or working environment more comfortable.
