GiveWell’s mission is to help people in need as much as we can by researching the most cost‑effective ways to save and improve lives, sharing our work openly, and directing donations to the programs we believe will do the most good. Our work, which focuses on global health and well-being, is funded by tens of thousands of donors who rely on our research to inform their giving. We’ve grown from directing $1.5 million in 2010 to directing more than $400 million in 2025. We anticipate our total grantmaking is likely to approach or even exceed $1 billion this year, and we are working toward a future that could be several times that scale. Through years of deliberate groundwork, we’ve been growing our research capacity and scope in order to direct substantially more funding to the most impactful opportunities we can find.
We’re hiring a Senior Communications Officer, Editorial & Production to lead the editorial quality and production of GiveWell’s communications. You will set the editorial bar, build the people and systems needed to produce excellent work consistently and at increasing scale, and personally shape some of our most complex and consequential content.
This role will lead a small and growing team. This is one of three new communications leadership roles, alongside a
Senior Communications Officer, Strategic Communications
and a
Senior Communications Officer, Media & Public Affairs
.
About the role
Both
our research and impact are expanding
. Last year, we directed more than $400 million to highly cost-effective programs that save and improve lives. This year, we expect our grantmaking to approach, and possibly exceed, $1 billion.
To build toward the communications capacity this next stage requires, we are rapidly expanding our team. The three Senior Communications Officers will work together on many projects to support GiveWell’s communications needs, while working closely with other leaders across our organization. Each leader will own their function, but much of the work that matters most—like team strategies, major initiatives, partnership campaigns, and how we present the organization as a whole—will involve all three. We will expect this group to set shared priorities and work closely together to achieve the team’s goals.
In this hands-on leadership position, you’ll own the editorial quality and production of GiveWell’s communications, with end-to-end responsibility for this emerging function. You’ll strengthen its standards, hire and develop its people, build its systems, and personally own its hardest and most consequential work. This is an opportunity to build, not just inherit, an important function at a critical point in GiveWell’s development. You’ll start with a small team and grow it over time.
While this role is set at the Senior Communications Officer level, we may consider hiring an exceptional candidate as a Communications Director—with greater expectations, responsibilities, and compensation.
What You'll Do
As Senior Communications Officer, Editorial & Production, you will be responsible not only for the quality of individual pieces but also for creating a content operation that can prioritize effectively, manage dependencies, use its resources well, and deliver reliably. This will require both senior editorial judgment and strong operational leadership.
Specific duties will include:
Own the editorial quality and production of GiveWell’s communications, ensuring that our work is clear, accurate, useful, carefully reasoned, and delivered on time. You will serve as GiveWell’s senior editor for our communications content, with responsibility for returning or correcting work that does not meet our editorial bar.
Build and manage the workflows, editorial standards, review processes, and production systems that allow GiveWell to create consistently excellent content at increasing scale.
Lead planning, prioritization, and resource allocation for GiveWell’s owned-content portfolio, managing dependencies and moving complex projects from concept through publication.
Uphold GiveWell’s voice and editorial standards across everything we publish, and help colleagues across the organization write within them.
Own the development of GiveWell’s recurring communications and reporting products, turning established priorities and messaging into clear, accurate content.
Personally create, edit, or substantially shape our most complex, sensitive, or high-priority content.
Oversee GiveWell’s website content operations, including the people and processes responsible for routine updates and publishing, so that the site remains accurate, current, and consistent with our editorial standards.
Serve as a senior editorial and production partner to teams across GiveWell, helping shape high-priority projects early, determine the right format and production approach, and establish clear roles, review paths, and timelines.
Oversee the production of design, visual, and multimedia assets across GiveWell’s channels, and the internal team and external contractors who create them.
Manage and develop one or two team members initially, and determine how the function’s team and capabilities should grow over time.
About You
You are skilled at using communications to help people understand complex ideas, build trust, and take action. You are comfortable being accountable for outcomes, making consequential decisions with limited oversight, and knowing which decisions genuinely require escalation.
You are energized by intellectually demanding work, and the challenges of creating engaging communications within a careful and precise style. You can engage deeply with GiveWell’s research, and you are comfortable understanding and communicating about data in detail. You have a long track record of getting up to speed quickly on complex subject matter and carefully communicating to a very high standard. You can build a compelling narrative that is entirely factual, representing what is known and unknown without overstating or hedging into vagueness—and you find the idea of working with GiveWell’s exacting communications standards exciting rather than limiting.
Your background includes significant experience leading communications in complex, high-stakes environments. This should include 10+ years of experience leading editorial and content-production work, setting and maintaining editorial standards, managing writers and editors, and building systems that produce consistently high-quality work. You have deep experience owning that work end to end, not just contributing to it. You’ve remained a hands-on leader who enjoys the work itself, as well as the strategy and systems behind it.
You are a precise editor of complex or technical content: you read text literally and carefully, and you notice when a claim isn’t supported by the evidence behind it. You should be able to combine high standards for individual work with the operational judgment needed to prioritize, allocate resources, manage complex production, and increase capacity over time. You should understand how content is developed through writing, editing, design, audio, graphics, websites, and other formats—even if you are not personally an expert in every medium.
In addition to demonstrated expertise in the duties listed above, you should have:
Exceptional communications judgment, including the ability to understand audience, context, risk, timing, and the underlying substance of a message.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly make complex ideas clear and compelling without sacrificing rigor or nuance.
A track record of building and leading: you have created or substantially rebuilt a team or function—not only run ones you inherited—and you have hired, developed, and managed people.
Recent, hands-on excellence at your craft: you can point to work from the past few years that you personally produced or substantially shaped.
Experience producing communications that are direct and factual while being engaging and effective with their target audiences—work that succeeds through substance and clarity rather than embellishment.
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to engage deeply with GiveWell’s research and ideas, even without prior experience in our giving areas.
Experience advising executives or other senior decision-makers directly.
Strong alignment with GiveWell’s mission and values, including truth-seeking, transparency, and a commitment to communicating accurately and thoughtfully.
We also think these qualities will help you do well in the role and at GiveWell:
People who can develop a strong point of view and hold it with confidence, but remain genuinely open to challenge, new information, and better ideas.
Self-starters who take ownership, are comfortable creating structure in an evolving environment, and can make thoughtful decisions without always having complete information.
People who are proactive and anticipatory, who identify opportunities, risks, bottlenecks, and communications needs before they become obvious.
Collaborative leaders who raise the quality of the work around them and build strong relationships across teams.
People who coordinate well with peers, resolve dependencies and disagreements, and make shared work clearer rather than more complicated.
Key Questions & Information
What are some of the reasons I might not like this role?
You want to step into a mature function with established systems, rather than build one while you run it.
You do best with clear direction and established priorities. We’ll expect you to set most of your own, make most decisions yourself, and reach substantial autonomy within your first six months.
You prefer advising on communications to producing and being accountable for them.
You want sole ownership of an organization’s overarching communications strategy and brand. At GiveWell, the CEO and executive owns that direction; you would help shape it and lead your function within it.
You want to lead a large team from day one. This team is small today, and much of the most difficult work will be yours to do directly.
You find standards of precision and understatement limiting and frustrating. We work extremely hard to only communicate accurately what we know and what we don’t.
Can I apply to more than one of the Senior Communications Officer roles?
You can, but most people shouldn’t. We’re looking for deep expertise in these areas, and we expect most candidates with required expertise will be a clear fit for a single role. If you’re one of the few with real depth in more than one area, apply to both and tell us why. Otherwise, apply for the role you are most qualified for, and we’ll let you know if we think another role might suit you better.
What does this interview process entail?
We’ll use a combination of interviews, written exercises, and work trials to assess the qualities described above. We’ll share more specific details if we invite you to move forward to any of the following stages, but our current plan will likely include the following:
Application
Interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team
Compensated work trial with a set maximum number of hours
Interview with GiveWell's Chief of Staff to the CEO
Values interview
CEO interview and References
Note that you don’t need to submit a cover letter. We rely heavily on your resume and answers to the application questions below when we’re making early decisions. We encourage you to spend time responding to the application questions thoroughly and carefully.

About GiveWell
GiveWell is dedicated to finding and evaluating highly cost-effective global health and development opportunities, and we publish all the work, reasoning, and uncertainties behind our funding decisions. Our
giving funds
enable donors to contribute to the most impactful and cost-effective programs our researchers identify.
GiveWell is one of the world’s largest private funders of global development efforts. Trusted annually by tens of thousands of donors, GiveWell searches for highly cost-effective programs that save or improve lives the most. Since 2007, more than 150,000 donors have given over $2.6 billion through GiveWell to the most promising programs its research has identified, which we estimate will save more than
340,000 lives
.
GiveWell is most well-known for recommending a small number of
Top Charities
, which currently support
seasonal malaria chemoprevention
,
insecticide-treated nets
,
vaccine incentivization
, and
vitamin A supplementation
. However, most of our research capacity and grantmaking is devoted to
cost-effective opportunities outside of those programs
.
GiveWell
grants
have:
Helped governments
navigate changes to the funding landscape
and implement high-impact health programs, like
HIV/syphilis screening and treatment
for pregnant people in Zambia and Cameroon.
Sought to scope and scale promising interventions that don’t have clear existing implementers. We are supporting the
Clinton Health Access Initiative’s Incubator
to identify potentially cost-effective interventions and create programs that we would be excited to support in the future. For example, we
funded a program
to prevent tuberculosis among young children in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, India, that we co-designed with CHAI through the Incubator program.
Provided funding to ensure that programs that recently faced foreign aid funding cuts could continue, like
healthcare support and malnutrition treatment
in northern Cameroon.
Funded program delivery alongside strengthened monitoring and evaluation, as in our grants to support
treatment of clubfoot
and to
evaluate the program
.
Tested our
assumptions and refined our understanding
through further research and data collection, including
improved estimates of disease burden
and studies on
the effect of water chlorination on mortality
and
the impact of a tree-planting program on farmers’ income
.
We make our reasoning public and transparent so others can challenge it (sometimes we even
pay people to point out our errors
). We go to unusual lengths to check our assumptions and assess our impact, including
funding research
to address our uncertainties and gathering
independent monitoring and evaluation data
about the programs we support. We
change
our minds when the evidence demands it. For more about GiveWell, listen to Ezra Klein’s
recent interview
with GiveWell’s co-founder and CEO Elie Hassenfeld.
Additional information
We don’t want to miss candidates that could do great things at GiveWell. Practically, that means a GiveWell staff member reviews every application carefully, considering the whole picture of your background and potential. If you’re on the fence about applying because you meet some but not 100% of our preferred qualifications (some studies suggest this hesitation is especially common for women and people of color), we encourage you to apply anyway.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
The Associate Operations Manager for Supply Activation & Acquisition plays a pivotal role at Wolt. As Central scales at an unprecedented pace, your mission is to keep courier supply ahead of demand - both in the moment and over the medium term. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 3, ensuring that intraday activation (weather-driven boosts, DxGy and ARC / radius adjustments) and courier acquisition (job boards, application attainment, reactivations and sign-ups) are tightly coordinated across all Central markets.
In this role, you will own two of Central’s most closely tracked supply KPIs - undersupplied hours and GOV loss - reported weekly to senior leadership, alongside a multi-million euro activation and acquisition budget. Your leadership extends beyond day-to-day activation calls; you will be the primary bridge to higher management on supply health, escalating risks early and proposing structural fixes such as mobilizer strategies and special events planning ahead of demand spikes (holidays, weather events, local events). Your ability to translate data into fast, defensible calls will be key to keeping Central’s ADT, UH% and GOV loss on plan.
What you’ll be doing
Own Central’s intraday activation strategy - activation surges, special events management and day-to-day operations (radius / busyness adjustments, communication flows, etc.) - to keep courier supply matched to demand hour by hour.
Lead and mentor a team of 3 and own a multi-million euro activation and acquisition budget across Central markets.
Own Central’s courier acquisition function: job boards, application attainment, reactivation campaigns and sign-ups.
Own and report on Central’s UH% and GOV loss KPIs weekly, surfacing risks and driving corrective action with senior leadership.
Plan and execute mobilizer strategies and special events coverage (holidays, weather events, local events) ahead of demand spikes.
Partner with Support, Product and Global Delivery Ops to build tools and processes that scale activation and acquisition across markets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for top management on Central’s supply health.
Our humble expectations
Proven track record managing complex, data-driven operations across multiple markets, ideally in courier / gig supply, logistics or marketplace operations.
Comfortable owning hard KPIs (UH%, GOV loss) and being accountable for the numbers, not just reporting them.
Experience leading and developing a small team (3 direct reports).
Strong budget ownership experience - able to allocate and defend a multi-million euro spend across activation and acquisition levers.
Excellent ability to distill complex operational trade-offs into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Comfortable working under time pressure during weather events, special events and demand spikes.
Fluent English skills in both spoken and writing.

ABOUT US
Since 2013, we’ve been building a CRM that gets out of your way and helps your team sell more, faster. Now we’re building AI into every part of it, so Close does the busywork and your team does the selling. No manual data entry, no 10-click workflows. Just communication-first, AI-powered sales software designed to help you succeed and scale.
We're bootstrapped and profitable which means we answer to our customers and play by our rules. We're proud of our 130-person, 100% remote team, focused on building Close so that no small, scaling business fails because it can't figure out sales.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our GTM org has a lot of questions. Most of the questions we care about can’t be answered by spinning up a cute dashboard. Is branded search creating new customers or capturing demand that already existed? Did the homepage redesign improve conversion, or did our traffic mix change? If we’ve got some wild ideas for our next bet, where should the money go?
These kinds of big-picture questions require someone who can interrogate the metric, trace it through the warehouse, understand the business context, and turn it into action. This person will be our first Staff GTM Analyst. You’ll work alongside GTM leadership to make consequential decisions while still staying hands-on in the nitty gritty of all the data.
The best part: the way we answer these questions is changing. Effective SQL is just a few tokens away, dashboards can be Claude-ed in minutes, and teammates increasingly expect to find their own answers. You’ll build the semantic layers, context, and guardrails that make self-service possible, even trustworthy, then determine where an analyst’s expertise is indispensable.
YOU ARE
- An experienced analyst. You have roughly 8 years of hands-on, highly technical analytics experience. Most importantly: you’re backed by the pattern recognition that comes with having seen all sorts of hairy problems. You’re at the point in your career where you can take an ambiguous business question, dive head-first into the data, turn your findings into a decision, and bring everyone else along with you.
- A bridge between the technical and the business. You can build a model in dbt, work directly in Snowflake, and translate it into something actionable. You’ll partner closely with our Lead Analytics Engineer but you need to be willing and able to dive in and self-serve.
- Fluent in the quirks of GTM data. Attribution, channel definitions, UTMs, bots and broken tracking are known quantities. You don’t need to have been a dedicated GTM Analyst, but you should certainly know your way around this part of the business.
- Pushing the boundary of what AI means for analytics. AI is writing your first-draft SQL, analysis, and reporting and you’ve shifted that energy to bringing analysis into the future: building the semantic layers, context, and guardrails that let the team self-serve trustworthy answers.
- A trusted cross-functional leader. Teammates across functions and levels listen to you. You immerse yourself in the context of their needs and bridge gaps in understanding.
- Fiercely independent and accountable. You welcome a vague ask with aplomb. You’ll scope the problem, find the dependencies, bring in the right people, and drive the work through the analysis, recommendation…all the way to a fix.
- More concerned with impact than output. A polished dashboard is useful only when it changes what we do. You prioritize the questions that can materially improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.
YOU WILL
- Make our GTM data trustworthy. You’ll define metrics, model the funnel from first touch through paid conversion, and reconcile discrepancies across Snowflake, Segment, Amplitude, GA4, and our ad platforms.
- Explain what we’re seeing. Why are trials up while paid conversion isn’t? Why are Snowflake and Amplitude disagreeing? Which channel is driving volume but producing low-quality customers? You’ll dig into the data until we understand what changed and why.
- Help decide what to do next. Are we on track to hit our goals? What would another investment in paid media produce? You’ll forecast, model the tradeoffs, and empower leadership to make the best possible decision.
- Own the outcome. Whether you uncover something small like broken campaign tracking or you’re focused on moving a major business metric, you’ll bring in the right people and shepherd the team to the data-driven outcome.
- Define the next era of Data at Close. You’ll help us move from a queue of reactive requests to a system where an agent spots changes, assembles the context, and gets the right insight to the right person at the right time.
BENEFITS
- Compensation: Competitive pay plus an organization-wide goal-based bonus
- Paid Time Off: ~5 weeks of PTO to start. Plus a 1-week all-company Winter Holiday Break and paid US holidays. You'll earn 2 extra days for every year you're with Close.
- 80% Work Option: Work with your manager to choose between a standard 5-day week or a 4-day week at 80% pay
- Parental Leave: Paid leave for primary and secondary caregivers
- Sabbatical: A 1-month paid sabbatical every 5 years with the team
- Healthcare (US residents): Two medical plans with Close covering the majority of your premium, plus Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, and company-paid Long-Term Disability
- 401k (US residents): We match your contributions up to 6%, vested immediately
OUR VALUES
Build a house you want to live in - Examine long-term thinking and action
No BS - Practice transparency and honesty, especially when it’s hard
Invest in each other - Build successful relationships with your coworkers and customers
Discipline equals freedom - Keep your word to yourself and others

OUR HIRING PROCESS
We ask a few role-specific questions as part of our application process. These questions are designed to help us learn more about you from the start, so please answer each one thoughtfully. We see this as an opportunity to get to know you beyond your resume.
We use AI tools daily at Close and expect candidates to do the same. In evaluating your application, we aim to get a sense for you - the way you think, how you communicate, the work you've done. Applications that read as fully AI-generated will not be considered.
Regardless of fit, you can expect to hear back from our team with an update on the status of your candidacy.
If you progress to the interview process, you'll receive a full outline of the role-specific steps in your first touchpoint with us. We do our best to make the hiring process clear and human.

Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
At Fin, we believe AI agents and human support teams will work symbiotically as one team in one system, increasingly directed by AI, with humans elevated to higher-level roles and engaging directly with customers only in complex, high-stakes moments. So we built Fin to be natively integrated with the Intercom helpdesk, and are completely rethinking what a Helpdesk product should be when Agents do 90%+ resolution. We’re also building exciting new products and capabilities around how human teams collaborate with, are assisted by, and supervised by the AI agent so that they can deliver great customer experiences.
This PMM role will lead PMM for our Intercom helpdesk, loved by over 30k customers, and lead on how to market new capabilities that help human support teams deliver great experiences, with help and guidance from AI Agents. You'll shape how we talk to the 25,000+ businesses already using Intercom, build the narrative for an AI-first helpdesk era, and establish Intercom as the obvious choice for teams who want their AI agent and their human support layer working as one
You'll work directly with product, engineering, sales leadership, and the wider marketing team. This is a builder role for someone who wants to work fast, think from first principles, and help shape the future of PMM at Fin.
What will I be doing?
Shape the ICP and audience for the Intercom helpdesk and additional products for teams - who we're talking to, what their pains are, and what makes them choose us
Own core messaging and drive cross-functional alignment on what we're saying, why, and how it shows up everywhere - from the website to the sales deck to the customer email
Define and build the external narrative for the AI-first Helpdesk - what it means, why it matters, and why Fin is uniquely positioned to deliver it - and bring it to market in a way that reshapes how buyers think about the category
Partner with Product, GTM and Lifecycle on how we communicate product investment and progress to existing customers - turning roadmap momentum into customer confidence that retains and expands accounts
Build crisp, high-impact enablement that sales and customer success teams actually use to sell with confidence. Work closely with GTM teams to ensure messaging lands with the customers who need to hear it most
Be deeply customer-obsessed - sit with customer support teams, study how they evaluate and adopt, and turn signal into clear insight that shapes what we say
Lead launches and go-to-market moments for new products and capapbilties releases, working across the company to deliver impactful launch moments that drive mindshare and pipeline
Create high-quality core PMM assets yourself: web pages, first call decks, narratives and scripts launch materials. And maintain the core ‘brain’ of PMM context that feeds our AI-first approach
What we're looking for
This role is for someone who is a hybrid: part strategist, part storyteller, part technologist. You move between customer insight, product detail, competitive analysis, and creative expression without friction.
You've done this before
5+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B with a track record of shaping how complex products are understood in market
You've owned a core product area end-to-end - from ICP and positioning through to launches and field enablement
You've worked in fast-moving environments where the product ships faster than the messaging can keep up - and found a way to move at that pace without losing quality
Experience with customer retention or expansion motions is a strong plus
You think and write with precision
Excellent written communication - you write crisp briefs, sharp narratives, and synthesis memos that drive alignment
Strong editorial judgment - you know the difference between a sharp positioning statement and marketing language that means nothing
You push back on vague claims and force specificity - in your own work and in others'
You're product-obsessed and technically engaged
You read the docs, use the product, and dig into the tech before you craft a single message
You're genuinely curious about AI - not just as a talking point, but as something you think about, experiment with, and engage with constantly
You use AI tools fluently in your own work and are always looking for new ways to move faster and think sharper
You operate at the intersection of strategy and execution
You don't hand off strategy and wait - you take it all the way to the asset, the launch, the field
Strong judgment and the ability to work independently on large, high-stakes initiatives
A systems thinker who builds messaging architectures and frameworks others can use, not just one-off assets
You work well across functions, build trust quickly, and make the people around you more effective
Attributes we're looking for
Ambitious and competitive
- you set a high bar, think big, and want to win. You'll go the extra mile and you're motivated by building something that leads the market.
Confident and decisive
- you back yourself, optimise for progress over consensus, and value momentum. You ask for forgiveness, not permission.
Curious and intellectually engaged
- you're always learning, experimenting, and asking why. You keep up with AI's pace and use it to improve how you work.
Tasteful and creative
- you understand what connects emotionally with people and draw on design, culture, and craft to create ideas that resonate.
Impatient and change-oriented
- you hate slow and work to fix the root cause. You thrive in ambiguity and love building something new.
Benefits
We are a well-treated bunch, with awesome benefits! If there’s something important to you that’s not on this list, talk to us!
Competitive salary and equity in a fast-growing start-up
We serve lunch every weekday, plus a variety of snack foods and a fully stocked kitchen

At JetBrains, code is our passion. Ever since we started back in 2000, we have strived to create the strongest and most effective developer tools in the world. Today, we are evolving beyond standalone tools toward a unified, AI-native platform for software development.
AI is no longer just an assistant inside the editor – it is becoming an active participant in how software is planned, built, reviewed, and operated across teams and organizations. This shift brings challenges that cannot be solved at the level of individual tools alone, challenges that involve governance, security, cost control, observability, and coordination between humans and autonomous agents.
The
JetBrains Platform team (JCP)
is building the foundation that connects developer workflows, team-level collaboration, and organizational control into a single coherent system. The platform is both deeply integrated with JetBrains products and designed to work across teams, products, and environments.
We’re now looking for an experienced
Software Engineer
to join an identity management and access team in JCP. The team owns several services responsible for authentication and authorization, as well as for managing organizations, user memberships, groups, and workspaces. All these form a foundational dependency for the rest of the platform. We also supply and support robust authentication components used by YouTrack, IDE Services, License Vault, Qodana, and other JetBrains products.
In this role, you will:
Own the entire SDLC: codebase, architecture, and operations
Maintain and evolve the services in Kotlin and a little bit of Go, ensuring reliability and performance as the platform grows
Design and implement new features across the identity, organization, membership, group, and workspace domains
Review and integrate PRs from other platform teams
Manage integrations with other JCP platform components and connected applications
We will be happy to have you on our team if you:
Have 7+ years of JVM development experience, preferably with Kotlin
Know how to approach performance problems on JVM and Postgres
Are experienced in building and operating SaaS production services in a distributed, multi-tenant environment
Can fluently navigate a modern devops stack: K8S, OpenTelemetry, Grafana
Have a track record of taking over and improving existing production services
Nice to have:
Prior experience with identity management protocols, such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, or SCIM 2.0
If you have designed and evolved domain models for organizational or identity systems
Cybersecurity experience: estimating risks, recognizing common vulnerability antipatterns, and promoting best SSDLC practices
Hands-on experience with Go
Why join JetBrains?

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
ALAN IS LOOKING FOR A GLOBAL BRAND EVENT MANAGER TO TURN EVENTS INTO A DISTINCTIVE, SCALABLE EXPRESSION OF THE ALAN BRAND. THE ROLE COMBINES EVENT STRATEGY, BRAND EXPERIENCE, OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE, COMMERCIAL UNDERSTANDING, AND COMMUNITY BUILDING.
You will own Alan’s yearly flagship event, building on the success of Alan 10, and help make it an even stronger moment for brand, community, customers, prospects, partners, and the wider healthcare ecosystem. Beyond the flagship event, you will build the operating system that enables commercial and local teams to run high-quality events repeatedly and consistently.
It is a senior individual-contributor role that owns the global event system and makes other teams more autonomous and effective.
You will lead the global strategy and execution of Alan’s major Brand events, while owning the execution of local Brand events in France. You will create the playbooks, standards, templates, and measurement frameworks that allow teams across markets to deliver high-quality events without reinventing the wheel each time.
You will also contribute to the Brand team’s global community-event strategy, identifying the formats and moments that can make Alan more visible, credible, and memorable to the communities we want to influence.
You’ll equip local teams with the right local approach and assets, and support them as they adapt and run events in their markets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Own Alan’s yearly flagship event
- Participate in the definition of the event’s purpose, audience, positioning, narrative, and success criteria.
- Build the event roadmap, budget, and production plan.
- Manage agencies, venues, suppliers, speakers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate content, creative, production, guest management, press, influencers, Sales, and local market teams.
- Design a high-quality guest experience before, during, and after the event.
- Connect invitations, registration, CRM tracking, attendance, and follow-up.
- Run rehearsals, speaker preparation, run-of-show management, and on-site execution.
2. Build Alan’s recurring event playbook
- Define the main event formats and their intended purposes, such as owned events, executive dinners, round tables, speaking opportunities, trade shows, and partner events.
- Create practical templates for briefs, timelines, budgets, approvals, execution, production, and follow-up.
- Help define the role of commercial teams before, during, and after the event.
- Create reusable content, event assets, checklists, and quality standards.
3. Support local teams on local events
- Help local teams choose the right format and define the desired outcome.
- Review briefs and plans, provide feedback, and raise the quality bar.
- Identify successful local formats that could be scaled globally.
4. Help shape and execute Alan’s community-event strategy
- Contribute with the Brand team to the Community building strategy
- Design recurring event franchises and formats.
- Build partnerships with relevant organizations, experts, customers, and opinion leaders.
- Run test-and-learn initiatives that can start locally and scale globally.
PROFILE & COMPETENCIES
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 5 years of experience delivering events end to end, ideally in a Brand, B2B marketing or agency environment.
- A track record of creating original event concepts and formats, not only executing a brief.
- Strong editorial judgement: the right angle, speakers and content to make an event memorable.
- Brand creativity: a clear point of view on how an event expresses a brand.
- Experience running complex events with multiple stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and speakers (including profiles with special logistics and security needs).
- Strong production skills: planning, budgeting, vendor and risk management, rehearsals and on-site delivery.
- Experience building repeatable processes, playbooks or templates.
- A strong understanding of how events drive brand, community and commercial outcomes, and comfort with CRM, registration, lead capture and follow-up.
- Experience working with Sales, Marketing, PR, Creative and local market teams.
- Fluent in French
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, and willing to travel across international markets.

At Wolt, world-class customer service isn’t an afterthought, it’s at the heart of everything we do. We’ve built our reputation on delivering fast, thoughtful, and high-quality support, and we’ve done that by investing deeply in our own technology. Rather than just reacting to problems, we aim to solve them before our customers and partners even notice. Behind the scenes, that means building systems that scale globally, handle real-world complexity, and empower support teams to do their very best work.
This is where the Multilingual Intelligence & Resolution Automation (MIRA) team comes in. The team is on a mission to make customer support truly borderless. We’re building intelligent, AI-powered systems used across Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo, including a real-time translation engine that supports seamless conversations across 20+ languages. Processing hundreds of requests per minute and powered by modern cloud infrastructure and state-of-the-art LLMs, this system enables borderless support and helps create experiences that feel natural, human, and native, no matter where you are in the world. And we’re only just getting started.
What you’ll be doing
Design, build, and operate scalable backend services powering real-time, customer-facing systems
Develop and evolve AI-powered translation capabilities using LLMs in production
Help build the tooling and infrastructure needed to evaluate models across quality, latency, and cost
Collaborate closely with product, applied science, frontend, and platform teams to turn complex support problems into robust user-facing systems
Take ownership of technical decisions and help shape the architecture and future direction of the system
Improve the performance, reliability, and operational readiness of services handling real production traffic
Continuously explore better ways of working, including leveraging AI tools to improve development workflows
Our humble expectations
You have strong backend development skills in Python or Go (interest in other tech is highly appreciated)
You actively leverage modern AI tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or similar) to enhance your productivity, code quality, and day-to-day development workflow.
You have experience with cloud platforms (AWS or similar), container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), observability tools (such as DataDog), and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
You're a pragmatic problem-solver with a growth mindset, eager to step outside your comfort zone and continuously learn.
You're comfortable working with real-world data and its nuances.
You have solid experience designing, building, and integrating quality software (microservices) at scale within a complex domain.
What we offer
A chance to build something that truly matters, technology that enables people to connect and solve problems across languages and borders
The opportunity to work with AI and LLMs in real, high-impact production use cases
Being part of a global engineering organization of 2000+ people, we aim to build none other than the best-in-the-world engineering team here.
You’ll get to work in a company culture where we take ownership beyond the obvious, do common things uncommonly well, we think big but stay humble, do right by people, we treat others kindly and justly, recognise that if we don’t learn, we won’t stay still but fall behind, and keep in mind that Luke was Yoda’s greatest achievement.
Join us for an exciting journey of creating technology that brings joy, simplicity, and earnings to the neighbourhoods of the world!

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Forward Deployed Engineers at Sentry help our largest customers get real value from Sentry, from integrating the SDK to making sure the right alerts and issues reach the right people at the right time. This role is a Senior Solutions Engineer who goes further: you'll help us build Sentry's forward deployed motion.
That means working shoulder to shoulder with our most important customers, often inside their codebases and workflows, instead of advising from the outside. When a customer's problem needs more than a best-practices doc, such as a custom integration, a tricky instrumentation setup, or a working prototype, you'll build it with them, then turn what you learn into repeatable patterns for the rest of the team.
Forward deployed work is new here and you will have a part in building this arm. You'll start with the core Solutions Engineering work and take on more hands-on deployment work as customers pull you into it, helping define what this motion looks like at Sentry. The goal is simple: reduce time to value. The outcomes we care about:
- Developers can quickly find and resolve slowdowns and errors in their applications.
- Customers get to value faster, and the lessons from each deployment make the product better for everyone.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Turn customer goals into a plan. Understand customers' pain points and objectives, then act as their trusted advisor, translating them into implementation plans, workshops, and best practices that show clear business value.
- Get Sentry set up, in the code. With the customer's permission, work in their codebase like a member of their engineering team, delivering the pull requests that fully set up Sentry so data is flowing from day one.
- Instrument what matters most. Add custom telemetry for a customer's most critical user journeys and build the dashboards and alerts that go with it.
- Lead migrations. Move customers off their existing observability tools by setting up their Sentry organization and delivering PRs that introduce Sentry and remove the old solution.
- Work like a trusted contractor. Stay within the scope and access you've been given, take extra care in live environments, test thoroughly, and ship pull requests that customer engineers are glad to merge. Embed with their teams, including on site, when it helps.
- Build the motion. Turn one-off deployments into repeatable playbooks and tooling, help define how forward deployed engagements are scoped and measured, and bring what you learn back to Product and Engineering.
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We believe powerful AI can compress a century of scientific progress into a decade. Claude Science is a big part of building toward that future.
Claude Science
is an AI workbench that gives researchers a single environment for work that today spans dozens of disconnected tools — literature, specialized databases, scientific computing, analysis, and publication-ready outputs. Claude Science already renders protein structures, genome tracks, and chemical structures natively, and coordinates multi-agent workflows with built-in review for citation and calculation errors — and we’re just getting started. Much of this is being built 0→1 right now: you’ll shape both the product and the architecture in a category no one has defined yet.
You'll be a technical leader who thinks holistically about the end-to-end researcher experience, partners directly with our internal research team to push model capabilities into production, and carries real ownership over what we ship next.
Our north star is accelerating scientific progress — across biology, chemistry, physics, and beyond — from early discovery through real-world application, by an order of magnitude. This work supports programs like Anthropic’s
AI for Science Program
and
our rare disease research grants
.
What you'll do
Ship fast against a roadmap you help shape: this is a product in a category no one has defined yet, and the highest-leverage problems are still unclaimed
Interface directly with working scientists — academic labs, industry R&D teams, and research institutes — during key conversations, translating what you learn into engineering priorities
Partner with product and design to turn how scientists actually work — from hypothesis to analysis to publication — into shipped product
Work closely with research to make the models better at science: shaping evals, surfacing failure modes, and feeding what users hit in the real world back into model development
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with 2+ years at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level
Have built products from 0 to 1 in fast-moving environments, and can set technical direction with limited precedent to lean on
Have built AI products and know what it takes to turn model capabilities into applications people actually use
Are comfortable working directly with technical domain experts and translating what you learn
Drive cross-team alignment to ship impactful work, with influence over authority
Strong candidates may also have
Background in chemistry, biology, physics, or another science
Experience working with research teams to improve domain-specific model capabilities, including evaluation frameworks
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
