Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands
About the Role
The company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Back Office & Integration squad. This is a dedicated people-management and hands-on technical leadership role — it is not a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer position. You will have direct line-management responsibility for a team of 4 to 8 engineers, taking full ownership of their performance, professional growth, and delivery.
The company develops a fast-growing travel management platform tailored specifically for the maritime, aviation, and energy sectors. Headquartered in Rotterdam with a team of ~200 people, the company builds mission-critical software that keeps complex global industries moving.

Line Management. Directly manage a team of 4–8 intermediate to senior engineers (7+ years of experience).
Performance & Growth. Conduct regular 1-on-1s, lead performance reviews, and foster career development within your team.
Hiring & Firing. Hold active input and decision-making responsibility for recruitment, team expansion, and offboarding.
Accountability. Take full ownership of your team's delivery and culture, standing by your team when challenges or mistakes arise.
Technical Contribution (~40%). Solve complex engineering problems, lead code reviews, and drive architecture decisions using modern .NET technologies.

Ability to work remotely initially with a mandatory agreement to relocate to the Netherlands after 4 to 6 months (Full visa sponsorship and relocation support provided), willingness to start on a fixed-term contract during the initial trial period.
Technical Evaluation & AI Expectations
During the technical selection process, candidate AI usage will be evaluated. While AI is welcomed as a productivity tool, using AI merely as a basic search engine/shortcut for fundamental engineering problems is considered a reject signal.
Self-Rejection Criteria (Please do not apply if):
You are primarily looking for an Individual Contributor (IC), Tech Lead, or purely advisory role without direct line management responsibilities.
You are looking for a permanent contract from Day 1 without an initial fixed-term/trial period.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Sentry, Support is an engineering discipline. Our customers are the greatest technical minds in the world—developers at elite enterprises building the future of software—and they deserve answers that go deeper than a knowledge base link.
We are architecting the Technical Support engine. We’re looking for a veteran engineer to help us redefine the standard of technical support by combining deep human expertise with autonomous agentic systems. You are a debugger of both code and systems. You will treat support volume as a data signal to build automated resolution paths, ensuring our human engineers only touch the most complex, high-impact architectural puzzles.
Sentry Support Engineers aren't just clearing queues; they are Orchestrators. You will engage with our users across GitHub, Discord, and our internal systems, while acting as the Technical Lead for our Agentic Ops. You ensure that when a developer asks a complex question, our systems have the right context and a seamless "Human-in-the-Loop" path to you when deep, nuanced expertise is required.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Master the Sentry Ecosystem & Support Elite Developers
- Deep-Dive Debugging: Perform root-cause analysis on complex issues and distributed tracing gaps across polyglot environments.
- Support the Great Minds: Act as a strategic consultant for senior engineers at our largest enterprise customers, solving high-stakes architectural challenges that push the boundaries of observability.
- Troubleshoot SDK Implementations: Go deep into the source code of Sentry’s SDKs to help developers instrument complex frameworks and custom environments.
- Engineering Feedback Loop: Serve as the bridge between the world's best developers and our product teams, using data from your systems to prioritize high-impact platform fixes.
Engineer Agentic Operations (The Scaling Engine)
- Deterministic Support Paths: Engineer the logic that powers our support agents, moving beyond probabilistic guesses to high-fidelity, autonomous resolutions.
- Knowledge Engineering: Build the right context into our systems so they can resolve issues consistently and indefinitely.
- Agentic Tooling Development: Use MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Sentry’s internal APIs to build "skills" for our agents, allowing them to perform complex lookups or state-checks autonomously.
- The Seer Philosophy: We’ve already proven AI can handle autonomous production fixes with Seer. You will apply that same philosophy to the support lifecycle—moving us from a "Help Desk" to an "Autonomous Resolution Engine."
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF
- You love eliminating Non-scalable effort: you enjoy automating repetitive work and take pride in building systems that save time and effort.
- You’re a Full-Stack Troubleshooter: You enjoy jumping from a React frontend issue to a Python backend trace to a CI/CD pipeline failure in a single afternoon
- You Value Evidence-Based Support: You prefer looking at data trends over anecdotal evidence to decide where to build automation next.
- You’re a Developer Advocate: You want to guide the industry on how elite engineers and AI co-exist in a high-density technical ecosystem.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience in technical support engineering, systems engineering, or software development, with a track record of solving high-complexity SaaS problems.
- Strong Coding Foundations: Mastery of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Ruby. You are comfortable reading SDK source code and identifying bugs in production-level repositories.
- Systems Depth: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and the "path of a pixel" from frontend to database.
- AI & Automation Literacy: Practical familiarity with LLM orchestration (RAG, context windows, system prompts) and a critical eye for where AI succeeds versus where it requires human intervention.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to explain complex architectural concepts to a human and write precise "system instructions" for an AI.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Open Source Contributor: An active presence on GitHub or experience maintaining open-source libraries.
- Former Software Developer: You’ve spent time in the trenches as a full-time dev and know exactly what keeps our customers up at night.
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 CAD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai, you own how Sierra's AI agents come to life for our customers — from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer's thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it's the best version of itself in the real world. You'll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers' executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer's working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot the agent as issues come up, and make the calls that keep the build on track for launch.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Scope and launch a subscription-retention agent for a large telecommunications or media company that consistently outperforms human agents at saving at-risk customers.
- Stand up an agent for a commerce customer that troubleshoots a broken device end-to-end and personalizes product recommendations in the same conversation.
- Redesign the conversation flows for a financial services agent so it can handle complex, regulated interactions — and convert a pilot into a multi-team production deployment. See our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services for examples.
- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.
- Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- You've been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents https://sierra.ai/blog/meet-the-ai-agent-engineer: You'll build and ship highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that are central, mission-critical and drive revenue directly to Sierra's growth. These aren't prototypes—they are powerful, scalable systems running in production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce.
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle (ADLC): You'll have complete ownership and autonomy from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration. You'll be responsible for building, tuning, and evolving AI agents in production environments, defining the standard for ADLC best practices along the way.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: You’ll work directly with leaders at some of the world’s largest enterprises to understand their most pressing business challenges, and build AI agents that transform how they operate at scale. You'll also partner with the most cutting-edge startups in London, embedding AI agents across their entire business stack to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Build the future of the platform: Your direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform. You'll surface unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform to shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra's product.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Product at Baseten is a nascent function. Our company today has a strong engineering culture, is heavily customer obsessed, and moves fast. We're building the product function now, and you'd be one of the first people who will help define it. You'll work directly with our founders and with some of the best systems and infrastructure engineers in the world, and you'll set the standard for building great AI infrastructure. PMs at Baseten don't sit above engineers. You earn ownership by being technical, finding the truth in front of customers, building great cross-functional relationships, and shipping great product experiences.
Getting a model into production still takes real expertise: choosing a serving engine, sizing hardware, tuning it, wiring it into an app. We want a developer to go from "it runs on my laptop" to "it's serving production traffic" in minutes, on their own. You'll own the entire experience a developer touches to deploy and iterate: the CLI and SDKs, the console, onboarding, model discovery, deployment configuration, Truss, and the increasingly agent-driven ways developers build. Your job is to make Baseten synonymous with great DevEx and make it effortless for far more developers to self-serve deploy models on Baseten than can today.
This role fits someone who gets technical by instinct and does whatever it takes to ship for customers, not only strategy, UX, or docs. You'll define the design system and the patterns from scratch rather than work inside ones someone else built, and you're obsessed with improving your product craft with AI.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
Take a look at these blog posts written by members of our Product and Engineering teams:
- Building multi-component AI workflows at scale with Chains https://www.baseten.co/blog/baseten-chains-explained/
- Announcing Baseten for Model Labs https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-baseten-for-model-labs/
- Introducing canary deployments on Baseten https://www.baseten.co/blog/canary-deployments-on-baseten/
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collapse time to production, taking a developer from first sign-up to a running, maintained production deployment and driving down the time it takes to get there.
- Make the CLI and SDKs the primary way developers and their AI agents build on Baseten, converging the authoring surfaces (CLI, console, Truss, config.yml, model.py, chains.py) into one coherent path.
- Make a developer's first run effortless across onboarding, model discovery and deploy via the Model Library, and a first deploy where errors surface clearly and builds show progress.
- Own the deployment lifecycle that lets teams ship safely, including environment promotion from dev to staging to prod, version history, an artifact and model registry, reproducible deployments, and the progressive delivery controls developers set and read: canary, shadow, A/B, scheduled promotion, and one-gesture rollback.
- Define how developers compose multi-model apps through Chains and the DevEx for developers building multi-modal agents and applications.
- Grow self-serve deployment across FDEs and customers by living in customer conversations and turning deploy-and-operate friction into roadmap, so work that needs an FDE today becomes something a developer does alone.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years building developer-facing or technical products, as a product manager or as a product-minded engineer.
- Built dev tools as an engineer before becoming a PM, shipping SDKs, CLIs, APIs, or platform surfaces with your own hands.
- Proof of dev tooling and dev products you've shipped and take pride in.
- Genuine taste for developer experience across both local (CLI) and UI, with a specific example of where you made something complex feel simple.
- Strong opinions on CLI, API-first, and agent-first design, treating the coding agent as a first-class user rather than a feature.
- Technical enough to earn engineers' trust and reason about what's under the hood, because you've been under it.
- A rigorous researcher who lets customer reality drive the call, and a relentless shipper
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with ML infrastructure, developer tools, or API products.
- You've deployed and served models yourself.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

Creatio is an AI CRM and workflow platform where people and AI agents work together — with no limits on users, agents, or scale. We help midsize and large organizations run customer workflows in the AI era. With a global team and a large ecosystem of partners, Creatio serves thousands of customers in over 100 countries and automates tens of millions of workflows daily. Genuine care for our clients and partners is at the heart of our DNA.
We’re proud to be recognized by top industry analysts as a Leader and Strong Performer in multiple Gartner and Forrester reports.
In 2025, Creatio was named to Inc.’s Best Workplaces list, recognizing our commitment to employee wellbeing and a strong workplace culture.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for an
AI Software Engineer
to design, build, evaluate, and operate AI-powered capabilities within the Creatio platform. This is an AI-first engineering role: you will spend most of your time designing agents, engineering prompts and context, building retrieval and evaluation pipelines, and directing AI coding agents - with solid .NET engineering as the foundation rather than the whole job.
You will join the AI teams building the
agent platform
that enables AI agents to safely perform real work in the product: call tools and APIs, read and write data, maintain context and memory, follow permissions, and escalate to humans when needed.
The team also owns the core infrastructure for evaluation, monitoring, logging, observability, and cost/performance control, ensuring AI agents are reliable, scalable, secure, and production-ready.
This role combines strong software engineering expertise with hands-on AI engineering experience. You will work on enterprise-grade AI solutions, including assistants, copilots, knowledge systems, semantic search, RAG-based capabilities, and agentic workflows - and you will use AI coding agents as your primary daily development workflow.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI-powered product features within the Creatio platform: assistants, copilots, agentic workflows, knowledge systems, RAG, and semantic search.
Design agent architectures - tools, memory and context strategy, orchestration, permissions, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop escalation - and choose the right pattern for each problem (single LLM call vs. tool-using agent vs. multi-agent).
Engineer prompts, system instructions, and agent context as first-class artifacts: versioned, reviewed, and covered by evaluations.
Integrate LLM providers, MCP servers and tools, enterprise data sources, embedding pipelines, and vector/hybrid search into the platform.
Build evaluation datasets, offline and online evals, quality gates, and observability (tracing, logging, drift detection) for AI capabilities.
Monitor and improve the quality, latency, cost, reliability, and security of AI capabilities in production, including prompt and model updates.
Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks: prompt injection, data exfiltration through tools, hallucinations, over-permissioned agents, and sensitive-data leakage.
Develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET.
Use AI coding assistants and engineering agents as the default development workflow; critically review and verify agent output; contribute reusable rules, skills, and prompts to the team.
Follow the AI landscape closely and bring new models, tools, and patterns to the team.
Requirements:
Must have:
Hands-on experience shipping LLM-based features to production: prompt engineering, function/tool calling, structured outputs, context-window and cost management.
Practical understanding of agent architectures (tool loops, planner/executor, multi-agent, human-in-the-loop), MCP, and at least one agent framework or SDK.
Working knowledge of RAG: chunking, embeddings, vector and hybrid search, re-ranking, grounding and citations, and common failure modes.
Experience with AI evaluation (datasets, offline evals, LLM-as-judge), LLM observability and tracing, and AI security (prompt injection, OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, Responsible AI practices).
Daily proficiency with AI coding agents: the ability to direct, review, and verify agent output rather than only write code by hand.
Solid experience with C# and .NET, API design, distributed systems, and software architecture.
Experience with SQL databases, automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native development; Docker and basic Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of engineering best practices and production-grade software development.
Nice to have:
Python for prototyping, data work, and evaluation scripting.
Hands-on experience with a major AI platform (Anthropic API, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).
Experience building agent-facing tools or MCP servers.
LLMOps practices: prompt and model versioning, evaluation gates in CI/CD, canary rollouts of prompt changes.
Fine-tuning, distillation, or adapter-based model customization.
Experience with Creatio or other low-code CRM platforms.
What to expect from us:
Growth & Development:
Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.
Flexibility & Well-Being:
We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.
Recognition & Impact:
A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.
Innovative Culture:
Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.
Benefits & Rewards Package:
We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family. Our rewards approach goes beyond salary, recognizing your contributions and commitment. The exact package may vary depending on your country of residence and employment type.

We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Software Engineer** to join our team developing Azul Prime, an award-winning enhanced build of OpenJDK designed for superior application performance, responsiveness, and efficiency. In this role, you will drive the development and optimization of the virtual machine (VM), contributing to garbage collection, HotSpot runtime, compiler runtime, remote compilation, and many other advanced challenges.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, maintain, and optimize high‑performance, low‑level C++ code for system‑critical JVM runtime components and distributed client‑server communication using gRPC, HTTP/2, or HTTP, ensuring minimal overhead, robustness, and reliability at scale.
Lead the delivery of complex technical projects — from design through production — taking ownership of outcomes and navigating ambiguity under real time and resource constraints.
Contribute to the technical direction of the team: participate in design discussions, challenge and pressure-test technical approaches, and ensure robust solutions through constructive peer review.
Collaborate across teams — represent the team's technical interests in cross-team initiatives and contribute as a peer in design and direction discussions with partner engineering groups.
Mentor junior engineers, sharing expertise through reviews, pairing, and practical guidance that raises the quality bar across the team.
Explore and adopt AI-first workflows — proactively identifying where AI tools can enhance productivity, code quality, and development processes, and helping teammates adopt effective practices.
Perform detailed debugging, profiling, and root-cause analysis of complex software issues.
Develop comprehensive tests to ensure high quality and demonstrate performance improvements.
Wha you'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience writing low‑level, high‑performance C++ code.
Solid knowledge of VM and compiler runtime design and implementation; familiarity with JVM internals is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to independently lead and deliver complex technical projects on time, managing competing priorities and technical uncertainty.
Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to a team's technical culture and practices.
Strong proficiency with low‑level programming concepts — memory management, pointers, concurrency, and multithreading.
Experience using debuggers, profilers, and performance analysis tools to investigate and resolve complex problems.
Understanding of hardware architectures (e.g. x86, ARM), operating system internals (e.g. Linux, macOS), and languages such as Java or Rust is an advantage.
We Offer
Referral Program — help us grow with great people.
Premium IT equipment — MacBook Pro or hardware of your choice.
5 weeks of holidays + 5 sick days.
Flexible working hours; full remote possible.
Prague/Limassol/Belgrade city center offices. Hybrid or full-remote also possible.
Work alongside top experts worldwide contributing to the Java ecosystem.
Employment at Azul is contingent upon the completion of reference and background checks.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
About this role
We’re looking for a hands-on SEO Manager to join our Marketing team and help us strengthen Synthesia’s organic growth engine. This is a role for someone who loves experimentation, automation, and creativity as much as analytics — and who gets excited about building high-quality, high-converting website experiences (UX + CRO) that drive users into product.
What's exciting about this job?
You’ll play a critical role in building the future of Synthesia’s organic growth engine, collaborating with smart, highly motivated peers. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, test bold ideas, and explore how AI and automation are reshaping search optimization. We move fast, value experimentation over theory, and encourage you to break the “SEO rulebook” when it leads to better outcomes.
How will your day-to-day look?
Managing end-to-end SEO initiatives across on-page, technical, and content — with a particular focus on creating outstanding landing pages and journeys that drive users into product. You’ll partner closely with Product, Brand/Design, and Engineering to improve UX, conversion, and performance, while using data and experimentation to continuously iterate. We move very fast and prefer doing > talking.

🤔 Interested?
Imagine joining Airbnb, Stripe, or Figma — when they had product-market fit, but the world hadn’t completely realized it yet. That’s how early we are.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with strong on-page and technical foundations.
- Strong UX + CRO instincts, with experience improving website journeys (copy, interaction patterns, information architecture) to increase conversion.
- AI-native operator. You do the work in Claude or your AI tool of choice. You’re able to automate workflows to ship faster and scale output without sacrificing quality.
- Track record of shipping high-quality landing pages that combine SEO best practices with product marketing and clear conversion paths into product.
- Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to scope, ship, and iterate on website improvements.
- Skilled in auditing and optimizing localized websites, improving performance and visibility across multi-language and geo-specific markets.
- Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of UX/UI across both mobile and desktop.
- Experience with measurement and reporting tools (Looker, GA4, HubSpot, or other BI tools) and the ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
- Self-starter with a strong bias for action, thriving in fast-moving environments where doing > talking.
- Bonus: experience with off-site SEO and driving performance in AI search
- Curious, adaptable, and deeply interested in how AI is transforming search — eager to experiment with new discovery channels, test what drives results, and push the boundaries of what SEO can achieve.
Our culture
At Synthesia, we’re passionate about building, not talking, planning, or politicizing. We strive to hire the smartest, kindest, and most unrelenting people — and let them do their best work without distractions. Our work principles serve as our charter for how we make decisions, give feedback, and structure our work to empower everyone to go as fast as possible.
