As Legal Administrator, you will keep our regional legal operations running smoothly: managing contracts and signatures, corporate entity records, KYC/KYB requests, external counsel coordination and legal document logistics across multiple jurisdictions. You will work with global and regional legal leads, internal stakeholders and external partners across entities and time zones.
The role suits experienced paralegals, legal assistants (asistentes jurídicos), corporate secretarial and legal operations professionals, and executive or administrative assistants with legal exposure.
What You Will Do
Documentation & Data Hygiene
Template and Contract Management:
Maintain, update and organize standard regional legal templates and demand letters in designated folders and within the agreement management system.
Signature Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of legal documents, including active tracking, obtaining signatures and rigorous follow-ups with internal and external signatories.
Information Management:
Manage digital filing systems and shared directories, performing periodic audits to ensure strict data hygiene and consistent naming conventions.
Entity Data Maintenance:
Keep a master record of corporate entities (jurisdictions, directors, registered addresses, filing deadlines) up to date.
KYC, Finance, Billing & Vendor Support
Bank and Regulatory KYC/KYB Support:
Support the KYC/KYB processes required by banks and regulatory authorities for the group's own companies, including gathering and submitting corporate documentation (certificates of incorporation, UBO information, director details, proof of address, etc.) and coordinating with internal stakeholders to respond to bank and regulator requests.
PO and Invoice Management:
Handle the end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) process within internal ERP systems, validating invoices against engagement letters and following up on outstanding payments or billing discrepancies.
External Counsel Liaison:
Act as the primary operational point of contact for external law firms on invoicing, billing updates, conflict checks and routine document follow-ups.
Certificate Requests:
Handle routine requests from clients and vendors for certificates of good standing, insurance certificates and similar documents.
Operations, Logistics & Governance
Legalization and Logistics:
Coordinate specialized legal document processes, including public notarization, apostille certifications and secure regional courier logistics.
Regulatory Status Tracking:
Liaise with local and regional corporate registries and regulatory authorities to monitor application statuses, filing updates and compliance requirements.
Contract Repository Reporting:
Produce periodic reports on contract status, KYC completion rates and outstanding signatures for global leads, and obtain those outstanding signatures directly.
What We Are Looking For
A degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience; experience in a law firm, in-house legal or corporate administration, or in an executive or administrative support role is a plus.
A highly organized, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage high volumes of documentation across multiple jurisdictions without anything slipping through the cracks.
Proficient English, both written and verbal (essential); additional languages relevant to the regions covered are a plus.
Experience working in a global or regional setting, managing competing priorities across multiple entities, time zones and stakeholders.
A proactive, self-starting mindset: you chase outstanding items and flag issues before they become problems, without needing to be prompted.
A genuine interest in administrative, operational and process-oriented legal work, with a clear wish to build and grow in this type of role over the long term.
Why Join Aleph
Real impact:
You become the operational backbone of the legal function, keeping contracts, signatures, entity records and bank KYC/KYB requests moving across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
Room to grow:
This is a long-term path into legal operations, a discipline that is growing quickly in Spain, with direct exposure to global legal leads, ERP processes and external law firms.
A collaborative team:
You will work with colleagues and stakeholders across regions and time zones, in a role that rewards ownership, initiative and clear communication.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 33,000. In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
You'll own the full sales cycle—prospecting to close—for enterprise and Global 2000 organisations across the UK and Benelux in financial services, telecommunications, energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, and enterprise software. Sovereignty and control over where data and models reside are growing priorities across these sectors, and Cohere is well positioned to meet that need with private, on-premise and in-country deployment built for enterprise scale.
This is a territory with significant scope to build. You'll shape how we cover Benelux, work closely with our partner ecosystem to extend reach, and take Cohere deeper into UK and Northern European enterprise. Pipeline generation sits with you. This is a hunter role for someone who takes pride in building their own book rather than working leads handed to them.
This is a highly autonomous role demanding ownership of multi-million-dollar territories. You'll navigate intricate decision-making processes, educate C-suite stakeholders, and position Cohere as a strategic AI partner. Your insights will directly shape our product evolution, helping us prioritise features that drive enterprise adoption.
As a Sr. Account Executive, you will:
- Drive net-new customer acquisition across the UK and Benelux via targeted outbound activity, executive introductions, and relationship building with key stakeholders
- Support coverage of adjacent Northern European accounts as territory priorities require
- Generate and own your own pipeline through disciplined outbound, research and executive prospecting
- Be a trusted advisor to customer prospects, deeply understand their challenges & goals, and tailor solutions to drive impact for their businesses
- Position Cohere's private, on-premise and in-country deployment options against the data residency, sovereignty and regulatory requirements of UK and European enterprise buyers, including the EU AI Act
- Leverage senior-level relationships with executives to drive strategic partnerships and sales opportunities
- Align closely with our partners and systems integrators to drive shared revenue and extend reach into target accounts
- Work cross-functionally across the business, drawing in the right technical and specialist colleagues as each engagement requires
- Collaborate with Cohere's Product and Engineering teams on strategic motions to deliver solutions to large enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and Marketing to supplement your own top of funnel activity
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach, technical and business validation, through deal close
You may be a good fit if you have:
- Fluent English; Dutch is an advantage
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with Global 2000 and large enterprise customers along with experience negotiating & closing transformational 7-figure deals
- Depth in at least two of our priority sectors: financial services, telecommunications, energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, enterprise software
- A hunter mentality - you take pride in generating your own pipeline and are at your best when building a territory rather than managing an inherited one
- A proven track record of high performance and exceeding quotas
- Fluency with MEDDPICC - you qualify rigorously, can speak to metrics, economic buyer, decision criteria and process, champion and competition on any deal in your book, and keep that detail current in CRM so the forecast holds up to scrutiny
- Experience building and maintaining senior-level relationships with executives
- Experience selling complex enterprise level solutions, technical products, and private or on-premise deployments (AI/NLP solutions preferred)
- Familiarity with UK and European data residency, sovereignty and regulatory requirements as live buying criteria
- Experience working alongside channel partners and systems integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- High tolerance for ambiguity - you'll need to be both a doer and a strategist, comfortable building your own approach rather than working to a pre-set one
- Highly organized - this is a high activity role involving multiple team members and you are responsible for keeping everyone on track
- Creativity - deal structures can widely vary, strong technical acumen and the ability to creatively structure mutually beneficial partnerships are necessary
- Excellent communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others & building strong relationships, experienced presenting to a C-suite audience, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical customer prospects
- Willingness to travel across the UK, Benelux and elsewhere in Northern Europe as required
- Existing right to work in the UK

- Demonstrable experience building processes, controls, documentation, country guidance and operating models in an environment where responsibilities or ways of working are still developing.
- Confidence working with data and financial systems, including the ability to interrogate and validate large datasets and use spreadsheets, equity administration platforms, Workday and other reporting tools effectively.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation for ElevenLabs in LATAM Southern Cone. This is a hands-on, in-country role focused on generating enterprise pipeline, growing our brand with technical buyers, and creating programs that become benchmarks for B2B marketing in AI.
As our first marketing hire in LATAM Southern Cone, your work will shape how Southern Cone businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt ElevenLabs. The goal is to build repeatable marketing engines that make ElevenLabs the top choice for every enterprise.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end across Southern Cone priority industries — from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement.
- Own field marketing for the region: plan and run self-hosted events (dinners, roundtables, workshops), represent ElevenLabs at third-party conferences and sponsorships, and bring in creative, high-touch formats (experiential activations, executive dinners, partner co-hosted sessions) that build pipeline and brand with technical buyers.
- Localize and execute programs across ABM, content, webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound — choosing the right channel for the problem rather than owning a single function.
- Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Southern Cone market, and feed local insights (buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, regulatory context) back to the global team.
- Partner closely with local sales and the global product marketing, growth, and design teams to keep messaging consistent and execute high-impact campaigns.
- Own pipeline generation and campaign performance for the market, using data to measure results, run experiments, and continuously improve what works.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company - you've built and scaled B2B demand generation programs that created measurable enterprise pipeline, and you know what moved the needle.
- Ownership Pedigree: You have implemented growth and marketing projects from start to finish and held yourself accountable for the ROI.
- Deep knowledge of the Southern Cone market: its enterprise buyers, media landscape, and business culture, ideally with an existing network.
- Work well without much process. This role spans multiple marketing functions and needs someone who sets priorities, spots opportunities, and moves quickly as our first marketer in the market.
- Relentless commitment to excellence — a high bar for quality, clarity, and impact.
- Curious about AI, follows the technology ecosystem closely, and has exceptional judgment on what makes marketing stand out.

Location: Lisbon
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Role: Forward Deployed Backend/DevOps Engineer
- Location: Portugal (Lisbon)
- Reports to: VP, Forward Deployed Engineering
- Working type: Hybrid (On-site at customer locations approx. 50% of time)
- Must be eligible and able to attain relevant national and NATO security clearances.
- Must be based in-country and native level speaker of the country you're deploying to.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
In this role, you are the backend and infrastructure backbone defence and intelligence customers rely on. You deploy ICEYE's intelligence platform into secure (often air-gapped) environments and design the high-performance backend systems that move satellite data at scale — fast APIs, resilient services, tuned databases, automated infrastructure. Our stack: Python and Go services on Kubernetes, PostgreSQL and MongoDB, Terraform and Ansible, CI/CD pipelines that also run offline, cloud (AWS) and on-premises air-gapped clusters, with AI-assisted development as the default.
This is a ship-daily role: systems you build run mission-critical workloads analysts use to protect nations.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Platform deployment & operations
- Deploy ICEYE's intelligence platform into customer secure environments (on-premise, air-gapped networks, classified data centres).
- Install, upgrade and operate Kubernetes clusters and containerised applications (Docker) in customer environments — cloud and on-premises.
- Build infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines that work without external internet access, including offline registries and artifact mirroring.
- Troubleshoot deployment and production issues in disconnected environments, from the application layer down to storage and networking.
High-performance backend systems
- Design and build APIs, services and data pipelines that handle large volumes of SAR imagery and intelligence data with low latency.
- Connect ICEYE systems to customer C4ISR infrastructure and intelligence tools through robust, well-designed integrations.
- Own database design and performance at production scale (PostgreSQL, MongoDB): schemas, indexing, tuning, replication and backup.
- Apply caching, queueing and horizontal scaling patterns deliberately — and capacity-plan for fixed on-premises hardware where you cannot simply scale out.
Reliability, security & observability
- Build monitoring, logging and alerting that work in restricted environments, so problems are found before the customer finds them.
- Harden deployments to meet customer security constraints; own backup, recovery and upgrade paths for systems that cannot go down.
- Run the infrastructure behind AI workloads shipped by the team — model serving, vector databases, GPU nodes — reliably and repeatably.
Customer engagement & rapid delivery
- Work embedded with intelligence analysts, operators and customer IT teams to understand operational and infrastructure requirements.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate (working systems first, polish later) to address immediate operational needs.
- Conduct hands-on training for customer administrators on platform operations.
- Feed deployment experience back to ICEYE's product and engineering teams as concrete technical requirements.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-haves
- 5+ years hands-on backend engineering building and operating production systems at scale.
- Strong programming skills in Python. You write typed, tested services and you are comfortable with async APIs. TypeScript is a plus.
- Proven experience designing high-performance backend systems: APIs, distributed services, messaging, caching and databases under real load. Experience with spatial, search, or vector workloads in Postgres is a plus.
- Production experience in both cloud (e.g., AWS) and on-premises environments — this role lives in both.
- Deep Docker and Kubernetes: deploy, debug, and upgrade clusters — not only consume them. GitOps and infrastructure-as-code experience. Pipelines that can run offline or on an isolated network are a plus.
- Observability as a habit: metrics, logs, and alerts are part of done.
- Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD experience, ideally including pipelines that run offline or in isolated networks.
- PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB at production scale: schema design, tuning, replication, backup and recovery.
- Observability as a habit: metrics, logging and alerting are part of done, not an afterthought.
- Builder mindset: ship fast, iterate with feedback, and prioritise working solutions over perfect architecture.
- Strong communication and customer engagement, able to work embedded with intelligence analysts / military operators.
- Strong spoken and written English, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel 40–60% to customer sites within the region.
Nice to have
- Experience in defence, intelligence, or government operational environments.
- Deploying to on-prem data centres and/or air-gapped networks, including offline artifact and registry management.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

This role is fully remote but must overlap with an East Africa timezone by at least 3 hours.
We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas in the U.S. or U.K. at this time.
About this role
Individual Giving has set an objective to double new donor acquisition in 2027 and expand our awareness through brand ads for key segments. Paid media is the biggest lever we have to get there, and as Growth Manager, Paid Media, you'll own delivery of this important priority. To help get us there, GiveDirectly is planning to expand its spend on paid media.
We are looking for someone who will be a strong cultural fit—curious, keen not to follow industry standards but to look for disproportionately high-leverage opportunities, keen to constantly learn and adjust, and comfortable launching a paid program without agency support. This role would suit someone comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to pivot and change tactics based on data and changing circumstances.
Reporting to our Director of Individual Giving, you’ll manage all paid acquisition for Individual Giving across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, and also work closely with the VP of Marketing to manage all upper-funnel media buys (e.g., newsletters, podcasts, etc.) for both the Individual Giving and Marketing teams. This role is responsible for executing our paid media program end to end, including negotiating and managing contracts, creating ads, capturing screenshots for documentation, publishing campaigns, and monitoring performance. You will also build our tracking and attribution systems and use that data to grow both one-time and monthly giving. To do so, we are looking for a strong individual contributor who is comfortable executing within the platforms without a big team or agency.
The Individual Giving team is responsible for generating revenue across donors with an annual gift below $50k. To do so, the Individual Giving team executes compelling public fundraising campaigns, drives creative donor-facing content, and tests new marketing initiatives aimed at expanding our donor base and raising awareness of direct cash transfers. You’ll join a small but high-performing team that runs several campaigns at once and works with a lot of independence. You’ll partner with Brand and Marketing colleagues each campaign cycle to ensure integrated marketing across all public-facing materials.
Level:
Manager (we are willing to hire at Senior Manager for more experienced candidates)
Reports To:
Director of Individual Giving
Travel Requirement:
Must be able to travel ~1–2 times per year to one of our countries of operation for team retreats or field visits
What you’ll bring:
3–5+ years in growth or performance marketing with a proven track record running paid media to a conversion or revenue target, in-house or agency, across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Non-profit experience is a plus, but not required.
Experience managing a paid media budget of at least US$5M a year with a track record of strong performance measurement, with the discipline to trust your own data over platform recommendations and the judgment to know when to scale a channel, cut it, or admit it isn't working—pause and reset.
A genuine test-and-learn habit: you design multivariable testing across creative, audience, messaging, and landing pages, using these insights to scale the program.
Strong written communication, the ability to own creative direction of ads (from conception and drafting through launch), and experience with or a strong eye for graphic design (Figma, Canva). You’ll work with content creation teams for bigger projects, but initial ideation and direction should come from you.
Strong, succinct communication, and the ability to work productively with a Brand and Marketing team focused on brand awareness.
Alignment with
GiveDirectly’s values
and active demonstration of our core competencies: emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management, follow-through, and fostering inclusivity.
Experience with tracking and attribution to ensure detailed reports are shared with senior management.
Bonus skills:
Experience with our tech stack (WordPress, Salesforce, PostHog, Google Analytics, Tableau, Zendesk, Ahrefs) or similar tools.
Experience with paid ads with a non-profit of a similar size or an agency supporting non-profits.
What you’ll do
Own paid media strategy and performance to execute growth and brand goals
Develop and execute the paid digital fundraising strategy that acquires new donors, grows revenue, and strengthens long-term supporter value across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic, and emerging platforms (approx. 50% of time).
Run top-of-funnel brand ads, from placement and contracting to creative direction and development, including podcasts, OOH, and connected TV (approx. 30% of time).
Manage and optimize paid investment daily, monitoring spend, pacing, cost per acquisition, and conversion, and reallocating budget as performance dictates.
Run a continuous test-and-learn program across audiences, creative messaging, channels, landing pages, and donation experiences, and turn results into decisions rather than reports.
Make key and strategic recommendations to the Director of Individual Giving and VP of Marketing on where budget spend should be allocated based on performance data.
Grow one-time and monthly giving through paid
Run acquisition and conversion campaigns for both one-time and monthly giving, testing paid tactics to grow the recurring program—the fastest-growing part of our portfolio.
Optimize the digital supporter journey so paid campaigns connect cleanly to landing pages, donation forms, email, and CRM, maximizing conversion and retention.
Analyze acquisition, conversion, revenue, and retention trends by segment to inform where the next dollar goes.
Measurement & Reporting
Stand up standardized paid-channel attribution and UTM tracking so acquisition spend is evaluable outside the ad platforms.
Build and maintain performance dashboards that connect campaign, website, and CRM data into a single view of what each channel returns.
Develop a forecasting model that projects cost per acquisition and revenue by channel, so budget increases are decisions rather than bets.
Report to senior management on budget and paid campaign performance on a bi-weekly basis.
This role might not be for you if
You are used to relying on an agency for recommendations or ad builds in the platforms themselves.
You do not have experience/familiarity with both upper-funnel and direct conversion paid advertising.
You are not comfortable managing projects from A–Z, including ideation, planning, launching, testing, iterating, and evaluating.
What success looks like in 12–18 months
A clear, measurable contribution to the 2027 goal of doubling new donor acquisition, with a 50–70% share of new monthly donors acquired through paid.
The Google Ad Grant is fully deployed against upper-funnel objectives, in compliance, and contributing measurable qualified traffic.
A documented acquisition model forecasts cost per acquisition and revenue by channel accurately enough to justify a materially larger paid budget.

Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
About the Role
We're looking for a Lead AI Engineer to own the backend and Agent systems behind our LLM-powered products. The role is end to end: you'll build the Agent workflows, define how we measure quality, keep them reliable in production, and shape where the product goes next.
This role is for someone who has shipped LLM features to real users, stayed with them after launch, and can prove with data that their changes made things better.
Job Scope:
Build and own AI backend and Agent workflows
- Design, build, and maintain multi-turn conversation systems, including context management, tool calling, knowledge retrieval (RAG), state management, and human handoff.
Drive evaluation and continuous improvement
- Define success criteria with Product, Design, and QA leads.
- Turn production failures into evaluation samples and regression tests.
- Measure the impact and side effects of every change before and after release.
Diagnose problems across the stack
- Isolate the root cause of failures: model judgment, knowledge gaps, abnormal tool responses, backend instability, or conflicting rules.
- Apply the right fix for each cause rather than defaulting to prompt tweaks.
Own production reliability
- Handle timeouts, retries, graceful degradation, async jobs, and third-party dependency failures.
- Make sure every issue is traceable through logs, every change is versioned, and every failure has a recovery path.
Shape product and technical decisions
- Give clear, reasoned positions on requirements, covering feasibility, cost, risk, and alternatives.
- Propose better approaches and break work into phased, shippable deliverables.
Communicate proactively and follow through
- Share progress, blockers, ETAs, and next checkpoints without needing to be chased.
- After launch, track real-world impact and leave clear documentation and handover materials.
Requirements:
- Production LLM/Agent experience at scale. You've built LLM or Agent features used by 10,000+ active users, and you've maintained and improved them after launch.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals. You're comfortable owning production code, APIs, data flows, and incident troubleshooting. Experience designing and implement backend services in Golang and integrate with LLMs and AI systems.
- Real evaluation discipline. You've built evaluation sets, regression suites, and production monitoring, and you can explain how you confirmed an improvement was real rather than random fluctuation.
- Ownership mindset. You make decisions, surface risks early, and don't consider a feature done until it's verified in production.
- Web3 experience. Preferably 1 year of experience in a crypto, DeFi, or Web3 company (wallet, exchange, L1/L2 protocol, or DeFi platform strongly preferred)

As a Senior Professional Services Engineer at GitLab, you'll work directly with customers to deliver installation, migration, training, and advisory services that help them adopt GitLab successfully. You'll lead engagements from single-node Omnibus installs to large reference architectures built with infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration as code. You'll also guide migrations from other systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed deployments, and help customers make practical decisions that improve reliability, security, and day-to-day workflows.
In this role, you'll work closely with customers and GitLab's product and engineering teams to drive customer success and share feedback that improves GitLab and how we deliver services. You'll manage multiple projects at once, mentor other Professional Services Engineers, and help streamline how we deliver consistent outcomes in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Some examples of our projects:
Designing and delivering GitLab installations and reference architectures using tools like Terraform and Ansible across major cloud providers
Leading migrations to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab, and turning customer feedback into actionable improvements for GitLab's product and engineering teams
What you’ll do
Deliver GitLab Professional Services engagements, including installation, migration, training, and advisory services across GitLab capabilities.
Plan and execute deployments ranging from single-node Omnibus installations to large reference architectures using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code practices.
Lead migrations from multiple source systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab, helping customers adopt secure, reliable workflows.
Partner with Engagement Managers and Project Managers to improve delivery consistency, remove friction, and continuously refine delivery processes.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, translating goals and constraints into practical implementation plans and clear next steps.
Interface with GitLab's product and engineering teams to unblock customer outcomes and share feedback that helps improve GitLab features and services.
Mentor Associate and Intermediate Professional Services Engineers, providing technical guidance, helping remove blockers, and supporting increased autonomy.
Manage and deliver multiple customer engagements at once, either as the primary engineer or as a lead providing oversight and direction to other engineers.
What you’ll bring
Professional exposure with one or more infrastructure as code or configuration as code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, or Chef.
Professional exposure with two or more cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
Experience using, deploying, or configuring GitLab, including a solid understanding of Git and source control workflows.
Experience delivering customer-facing services such as installation, migration, training, and advisory engagements across GitLab's feature set.
Proven ability to independently manage one or more projects and to lead and provide direction to other Professional Services Engineers on complex engagements.
Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear status updates and build consensus with peers and customers in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Demonstrated ability to take a solution-oriented approach by identifying root causes, proposing options and tradeoffs, and driving issues to resolution while balancing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote organization by communicating clearly in writing, documenting decisions, collaborating asynchronously across time zones, and working in ways consistent with GitLab's values.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
