As a major player in the retail technology industry, NRS is expanding into next-generation cloud platforms, high-throughput retail ecosystems, and advanced analytics solutions.
We are building modern, highly scalable systems designed specifically for high-volume retail operations and real-time reporting. This project represents one of the most significant technical initiatives in NRS’s history and offers a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a major strategic expansion.

Design and implement modular micro-frontend architectures to support scalable, independently deployable UI components across team boundaries.
Take end-to-end ownership of core system components, high-throughput backend APIs, and event-driven microservices.
Drive architectural design, technical planning, query optimization, and engineering best practices across the team.
Ensure platform scalability, low latency, fault tolerance, and secure service design.
Execution & Delivery

Collaborate with product and engineering teams in the U.S. and locally to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
Uphold code quality through thorough code reviews; we use AI-assisted tooling (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) as part of our workflow.
Debug, profile, and optimize complex SQL queries, execution plans, database locks, and distributed backend microservices.
Collaboration & Culture
Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to support continuous delivery.
Communicate effectively across time zones and collaborate seamlessly with global engineering leadership.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of full-stack development experience
, with at least
2 years in a senior or lead capacity
.
Solid Backend Expertise in Go:
Proven track record of designing, building, and scaling Go-based microservices, concurrent applications, and REST/gRPC APIs.
Deep SQL Mastery & Data Modeling:

Experience building end-to-end SaaS products, microservices, or complex distributed web platforms.
Proficiency with Linux/Unix environments, Git, and CI/CD automation workflows.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to lead technical initiatives independently.
Excellent English communication skills with experience collaborating with remote/U.S.-based stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
ClickHouse / OLAP Experience:
Direct hands-on experience with ClickHouse or other columnar/analytical databases (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is a
strong plus
.
Working knowledge of
PHP
(legacy service integration/migration).
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a recruiter to partner with our revenue org. You’ll run full-cycle recruiting across high-visibility roles, working with leaders across the GTM org to hire world-class talent.
This isn’t a conventional recruiting role. You’ll work alongside executives to shape role strategy, design a high-touch candidate experience, leverage AI to improve our recruiting operations, and close exceptional talent for a fast-growing commercial team. You know what great looks like in a candidate, whether from building GTM teams at high-growth companies or from consistently exceeding hiring goals. The role centers on high ownership, data-driven decisions, and building pipelines and processes that scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships/BD.
- Partnering with GTM leadership to refine role requirements, set hiring strategy, and identify the signals that raise quality of hire
- Sourcing proactively, well beyond inbound, across healthcare technology, healthcare services, and B2B SaaS
- Designing and managing candidate pipelines with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and a white-glove experience
- Using AI to improve recruiting processes, such as sourcing, outreach, collecting feedback, and pipeline reporting, and sharing what works with the Talent team
- Advising hiring teams with market insights, role benchmarks, and Ashby data, and building the rubrics, scorecards, and debrief practices that keep quality high
- Representing Tennr externally. Every candidate interaction is a chance to show our brand and values.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally focused on Sales and GTM roles
- 1 to 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting at a high-growth startup, with a strong record closing customer-facing roles
- Ability to manage high-volume, complex searches across multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or urgency
- Strong partnership with hiring leaders: you influence with clarity, data, and operational rigor
- Exceptional communicator who writes compelling role narratives and delivers a high-touch experience to candidates and stakeholders
- Experience with Ashby preferred

- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait.
As Director of Growth, you'll own the plan for how Tennr generates pipeline: where we invest, what we stop doing, and how we know it's working. Our buyers run DME suppliers, infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, and other provider organizations. They're operators, not software buyers. They search for specific problems, not product categories, and more of them now ask AI assistants which vendors to consider. We sell several products into each of them, including referral intake, prior auth, AI voice, and patient onboarding, and every new vertical, product, and channel multiplies the ways we could spend the next dollar. Your job is to pick the few that matter most and make sure the team executes on them.
You'll lead Growth Marketing and work closely with Sales, Product, and Finance. You'll set the targets, work backwards from them to operating milestones, and run the cadence that keeps the team accountable to the number. This role suits someone who thinks like a general manager: you'll act as strategist, analyst, systems builder, and partner to Sales in the same week. The scope will grow to cover new problems as Tennr grows.
You'll know you're right for this if you've been the person leadership hands its hardest growth problem, you're as comfortable building the model as running the review, and you want to build a team around this work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Goals & Metrics: Own Tennr's marketing-sourced pipeline target and set the channel goals that roll up into it. Break it into its drivers: CPL, CPQL, conversion to opportunity, and pipeline contribution by segment and channel. Own the model that explains what moves each one, and make sure progress is measured the same way every week.
- Roadmap: Diagnose the biggest opportunities and constraints across verticals, products, and channels. Form a clear point of view on where Growth should invest and what it should deprioritize, and defend that call with data.
- Planning: Turn the roadmap into a short list of initiatives with owners, success metrics, budget, and headcount. Run annual and quarterly planning for Growth, allocate budget across channels, including direct programs, and partner with Finance on spend and payback.
- Operating System: Design the cadences, dashboards, and decision forums that surface performance gaps early and turn them into action. Partner with Sales on pipeline reviews, keep conversion signal clean from first touch to closed deal, and make changes in our systems of record yourself rather than filing a ticket.
- Strategic Projects: Lead the high-stakes growth questions as they come up, such as how to enter a new vertical, how to take a new product to market, or how to position against a competitor, and bring the analysis that settles them.
- Direct Programs: Own the programs that put Tennr in front of buyers and customers directly. Decide which ones earn investment, run them against a fixed budget and date, and hold them to the same pipeline standard as every other channel.
- Experimentation: Set the bar for which experiments get run, funded, and scaled across new channels, AI tools, and Clay workflows, and cut the ones that don't earn their spend.
- Team: Lead Growth Marketing across paid, search, AEO, and direct programs. Hire and develop the team as it scales, while staying hands-on in the work yourself.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with Sales on target segments and pipeline, Content Marketing on offers, Brand and Design on creative, Product on launches, and Finance on budget. Create clarity and drive decisions across teams you don't manage directly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of experience, mixing strategy work (management consulting at MBB or similar, investment banking, or private equity) with at least 3 years at a high-growth startup in strategy, business operations, growth, or revenue operations. At least 1 year personally owning a business outcome, such as a P&L, quota, pipeline, or retention number.
- First-principles thinking. You can take an ambiguous problem, identify the outcome that matters, break it into its drivers, and design a practical path forward.
- Quantitative fluency. You build your own models, write your own SQL. and can use imperfect data to find performance gaps, make tradeoffs, and tell whether a strategy is working.
- Operator instincts. You move between setting direction and getting into the details required to make something work, and you keep multiple workstreams moving without losing the important details.
- Program execution. You've delivered high-stakes programs with hard dates, outside partners, and fixed budgets, and you know what has to be true weeks before the day.
- Presence. You can represent Tennr with senior operators and customers, and earn their trust quickly.
- Cross-functional leadership. You create clarity, establish accountability, and drive decisions across teams you don't manage.
- Ownership. You own the outcome, not just the inputs, and you follow up until the work is done. You've rebuilt a playbook from first principles before and want to do it again.
- Clear writing. You can put a recommendation, the reasoning, and the tradeoffs on one page and get a room to a decision.
- Judgment you can show. You can walk us through growth plans you've built, the bets you made, and what happened to pipeline.
- An informed view on AI, backed by real examples of how you've applied it to your own workflows or a team's, and a clear sense of where it helps and where it doesn't.
- Experience managing people, or a track record that shows you're ready to build and lead a team.
A PLUS IF YOU…
- Have healthcare or healthtech experience, especially selling to provider organizations.
- Have worked at a vertical SaaS company that sells to operators rather than software buyers.
- Have built a customer community or advisory board.
- Have taken a new product or a new vertical to market.
- Have built go-to-market workflows in Clay, Salesforce, or similar tools yourself.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure.
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
WHOOP is a data company, and data is our most valuable asset. The Data, Analytics & AI (DAA) organization turns WHOOP data into trusted intelligence that sharpens every team's decisions. As the data and AI ecosystem grows, making that data trustworthy and safe by default has become a strategic capability, so every product built on it can be relied on.
We are seeking a Director, Data Governance to lead the function as a new pillar within the DAA organization. You will report to our VP of Data, Analytics and AI Acceleration. As the first dedicated leader of this function, you will define the strategy, operating model, and roadmap for data ownership, contracts, event taxonomy, cataloging, access policy, data quality standards, and privacy and compliance. Governance sets the policy and standards; the Data Platform & Engineering pillar engineers and implements them, so this role leads through influence, clear standards, and strong cross-functional partnership.
WHOOP operates a mature data platform. This role builds the governance layer on top of it: formal ownership models, data contracts, an event taxonomy, cataloging and discovery, classification frameworks, and the policies that let the company scale into regulated environments without slowing down. You will build and lead a team and champion intelligent, AI powered approaches to continuously monitor the health and trust of our data.
You should be equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves, and as effective presenting a data classification framework to senior leadership as you are working through a data quality standard with an engineer. Working across Data Platform & Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Product, GRC, Legal, InfoSec, and RAD, you will earn trust across technical and business teams, drive adoption, and ship enforceable governance outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and lead the data governance strategy, operating model, and roadmap spanning data ownership, contracts, event taxonomy, cataloging, access policy, data quality standards, and privacy and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA), aligned with the DAA strategy.
- Build, lead, and coach a small, senior team, developing your people while partnering closely with Staff level technical leaders across the org.
- Establish a formal data ownership model, partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to assign stewardship and accountability for critical datasets.
- Define the standards for data contracts between producing and consuming teams, covering schema stability, SLA adherence, and breaking-change management, with implementation owned by Data Platform & Engineering.
- Own the event taxonomy governance framework, bringing structure to event tracking and standardizing how product and engineering teams define, name, and instrument events across platforms.
- Set data quality standards (freshness, validation, monitoring) and the incident response expectations, partnering with Platform to operationalize automated testing and anomaly detection.
- Champion AI powered governance approaches that proactively surface quality issues, ownership gaps, policy violations, and compliance risks.
- Partner with GRC, Legal, and InfoSec to define the privacy, HIPAA, and compliance standards for how sensitive data is handled, which the platform then implements.
- Define role-based access policy across the data platform, balancing security with self-service accessibility, with enforcement engineered by Platform.
- Embed governance standards directly into engineering and developer workflows so the right way is the easy way, rather than relying on manual processes.
- Develop governance metrics and reporting to track adoption, compliance, and data health across the organization.
- Build a culture where trusted data is a shared responsibility across technical and business functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years in data, engineering, or data governance roles, with a strong background in data governance, data quality, data engineering, or data platform.
- 4+ years of experience leading and building teams.
- Direct experience building data governance programs or frameworks, ideally in a high-growth environment where governance was not yet formalized.
- Hands-on experience with modern data stack tooling: Snowflake, dbt, Airflow/orchestration, and data catalog/lineage tools.
- Working knowledge of healthcare data regulations (HIPAA), or willingness to develop deep expertise quickly given the WHOOP expansion into regulated healthcare products.
- Experience implementing data quality frameworks with automated monitoring and alerting.
- Experience with access control design and administration in cloud data platforms (Snowflake RBAC, row-level security, dynamic data masking).
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment on data standards and policies, and to lead highly cross-functional initiatives. Comfortable influencing engineering, product, and business teams.
- Experience operating in regulated environments.
- Proven track record managing data oversight for complex research initiatives, such as IRB-regulated studies or trials or regulatory filings for the FDA.
- Excellent executive communication and organizational leadership. Able to translate technical governance concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
- A player-coach orientation. Willing to be deeply hands-on while building repeatable processes and growing a team.
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.

COMPANY
At 0x https://0x.org/, our mission is to "Create a Tokenized World Where All Forms of Value Can Flow Freely". We deliver this to web3 builders with a delightfully simple suite of developer APIs that provide faster trading, better prices, and superior user experience.
Founded in 2017, we’ve processed over 211M+ transactions and $180B+ in trading volume from users trading on Matcha, Coinbase Wallet, Robinhood Wallet, Phantom, Rainbow, DefiLlama, MetaMask, Zerion, Zapper, and many more. Our investors include Greylock Partners, Pantera Capital, and Jump Crypto.
When you join 0x, you’ll become part of a veteran team of crypto builders who know the importance of code quality, team cohesion, and a culture of learning.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to help elevate the visual identity of two very different brands across every touchpoint: 0x https://0x.org/, our onchain routing infrastructure, and Matcha https://matcha.xyz/, our consumer DEX aggregator. Today, the biggest priorities are sales enablement, web design and social graphics, with about 90% of your time spent on 0x and 10% on Matcha.
This is a senior, hands-on role for a designer who can move fluidly between high-craft visual design and the practical demands of a fast-moving marketing and sales function. As the only designer on our marketing team, you’ll play a key part in shaping how the 0x and Matcha brands look and feel.
The role requires an overlap with US Pacific hours.
What you’ll do
- Evolve visual identity and brand guidelines for 0x.
- Design and maintain a library of sales enablement assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, proposal templates and partner kits.
- Design web pages, including landing pages, product pages, and comparison pages.
- Design social graphics for both 0x and Matcha.
- Design for campaign launches and major sales or industry moments, from concept through final assets.
- Build brand and marketing templates and components that non-designers can use confidently across campaigns, social and sales materials.
- Stay current on crypto, DeFi and fintech design trends.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years of brand design experience, including at least 1 year in crypto, DeFi or emerging tech.
- A portfolio of shipped brand work across web, social and sales materials.
- A track record of shaping and extending a visual identity, not just working within one.
- Strong typography and layout skills.
- Expert-level Figma skills, including building reusable templates and components.
- Fluency with AI design tools, and experience using them to raise both the speed and quality of your work.
- Experience partnering closely with marketing and sales teams, translating business goals into design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- A bias for action: you get things done without waiting to be asked and adapt quickly as priorities shift.
- Alignment with our core values https://0x.org/post/the-0x-mission-and-values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact.
- Ability to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe.
Nice to have
- Experience building pages in Webflow, plus basic HTML/CSS.
- Experience taking a website redesign from concept to launch.
- Illustration and basic motion design skills.
- Experience designing for both B2B and B2C audiences.
BENEFITS
- The base salary range for this position is USD $120,000 - $180,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.
- Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability) for U.S.-based employees — 100% of base plan covered for you and dependents
- 401k and FSA for U.S.-based employees
- Monthly mobile phone bill, wellness, and pre-tax transportation expense

- Great office conveniently located in the SF Financial District for those in the region!

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten has emerging co-sell relationships with multiple strategic marketplaces and clouds, including OpenAI https://www.baseten.co/talk-to-us/openai/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=paid_search&utm_campaign=acquisition_ICA-OpenAI-Partnership_2026-09-30&utm_term=baseten%20openai&utm_campaign=Search+-+Models&utm_source=adwords&utm_medium=ppc&utm_id=24316507588&hsa_acc=9990356727&hsa_cam=24316507588&hsa_grp=199416272086&hsa_ad=826599669780&hsa_src=g&hsa_tgt=kwd-2504168645905&hsa_kw=baseten%20openai&hsa_mt=e&hsa_net=adwords&hsa_ver=3&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=24316507588&gbraid=0AAAAAqCKh1tZ-ESp-CbtgHnyoj6pkRZGL&gclid=CjwKCAjw56zWBhB0EiwAdPOQOTzW3Bhx_UxkJI6XA8gB1rqClDpNVWFQtTzWlO0RBCV5Xx_yB54yDxoCcd4QAvD_BwE, NVIDIA and other Hyperscalers, Model Labs, and Data Platforms. The task at hand is to enable and activate partner sellers and to ensure that our internal field teams are well-supported to work successful with partner teams.
As Baseten’s Partner Enablement Lead, you'll turn each partnership into a repeatable field motion. You'll work out why a partner account executive should care about Baseten, which of their customers are a fit, and what joint execution looks like. Then you'll co-build what it takes for sellers on both sides to run that play: the value proposition, the account mapping, the talk tracks, the training, and the relationships with partner field leaders.
As always, the work starts with earning partner attention. This is a strategic, hands-on role for an ecosystem GTM operator who peaks in enablement. Your work will include deep cross-functional collaboration, instructional design, content development, and training delivery. You won't own partner-sourced pipeline directly, but you will make those who do much more effective.
Our partnerships span Hyperscalers, Model Labs, Semiconductors, Consulting and Systems Integrators, and Data Platforms. While much of what partner enablement looks will be in your hands to define, it will include getting in front of field sellers, developing co-sell opportunities, and driving adoption of marketplace incentives for customers to buy Baseten against the commitments they already have.
You'll report to the Head of GTM Enablement & Productivity and work closely with our Partnerships, Sales, FDE, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design the joint go-to-market motion with strategic partners
- Build a working picture of each partner's field: seller roles, how they're paid and measured, what makes them bring in a third party, and what gets in the way.
- Define joint value propositions, customer triggers, and target segments in partnership with our alliance leads and sales & revops leadership.
- Turn those into co-sell plays with clear entry points, owners, and next steps for both sides.
- Run account mapping with partner teams so the plays land on specific accounts, not just slides.
Activate partner field teams
- Activate partner sellers and their managers to be aware of Baseten, confident in when to pull us in, and motivated to do so.
- Build relationships with partner field leaders, partner development managers, and ISV teams so enablement reaches the sellers who matter.
- Plan and run activations by region and segment: field briefings, account planning sessions, joint office hours, and events alongside our partnerships team.
- Teach both sides how marketplace and co-sell mechanics work, so those programs make deals simpler and faster to execute.
Enable Baseten's own sellers on partner motions
- Make sure our AEs, SAs, and FDEs know how to work a partner-sourced or co-sell deal: how to engage the partner rep, how attribution and credit work, and which plays to run.
- Build or collate the playbooks, demos, and certifications our team needs, and keep them current as each partnership changes.
- Bring partner content into our onboarding and GTM Academy so new hires learn the partner motion from day one.
Measure and evolve programs
- Define how we measure activation: trained and engaged partner sellers, joint account plans, co-sell opportunities registered, and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Work with RevOps on the operational side of partner programs, including deal registration, marketplace private offers, and POC and MDF requests.
- Report monthly to GTM leadership on what's working, what isn't, and advise on where to invest next.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in partner or alliance GTM, partner enablement, or field GTM at a cloud, data, AI, or infrastructure company.
- Hands-on experience activating co-sell with at least one hyperscaler or major platform partner (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, or similar).
- You think in pipeline and seller behavior as well as in curriculum. You can explain a joint motion end to end, from partner incentives to the first customer meeting.
- Enough technical depth to be credible with SAs and engineers on both sides. You don't need to be an ML engineer, but you should be comfortable learning inference, model serving, and GPU and token economics quickly.
- You want to build: the play, the deck, the training, the measurement plan. You don't stop at the framework.
- Comfortable working across teams you don't control, inside Baseten and inside partner organizations much larger than ours.
Strong candidates may come from a mix of backgrounds such as:
- Cloud alliances or partner GTM at a data or infrastructure ISV that co-sells with the hyperscalers.
- ISV, partner development, or marketplace roles inside a hyperscaler or NVIDIA.
- Partner enablement leadership at a technical company, with a track record tied to pipeline rather than training volume.
- A partner-facing SA or SE who moved into enablement or GTM strategy.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Microsoft co-sell programs, Azure Marketplace, or NVIDIA's partner and ISV programs.
- Experience at an AI infrastructure, model provider, or developer platform company.
- Built a partner function or partner enablement program from scratch at a growth-stage company.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

THE ROLE
Container runtimes were designed for general-purpose software workloads. AI inference is not a general-purpose workload.
Running large models at production scale exposes cracks in every layer of the container stack: runtimes unaware of GPU memory constraints, images that take minutes to pull when a model needs to scale to thousands of replicas, and isolation mechanisms that weren’t designed for the multi-tenant serving environments that production AI requires. The tools the industry has relied on for a decade weren’t built for this, and patching around those limitations at higher layers only goes so far.
Baseten owns the entire pipeline, from the moment a developer pushes a model to the moment a request gets a response. That vertical ownership means we can fix these problems at the root. The Runtime Fabric team is doing exactly that: purpose-building the container runtime and storage layers for AI inference workloads, led by some of the world’s top containerd maintainers.
As Engineering Manager for Storage Products on the Runtime Fabric team, you will lead the engineers who build and run the storage products behind that stack: the Baseten Delivery Network (BDN), which sits in the cold start path of every model on the platform, the snapshotters and filesystems that expose model weights and container images to a running container, and the storage that model deployment and training need next. The team is advancing the next generation of caching for inference workloads, from the origin tier to the GPU host. You will own reliability for the area as a measured outcome, report to the head of Runtime Fabric, and stay close to the code through design and code review. If you’ve managed systems engineers and have hands-on experience with caching, content-addressable storage, or distributed filesystems, we’d love to talk.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
- How the Baseten Delivery Network (BDN) makes cold starts fast https://www.baseten.co/blog/how-the-baseten-delivery-network-bdn-makes-cold-starts-fast/
- Extending BDN from model weights to container image layers, training checkpoints, and deployment artifacts
- Lazy-loading snapshotters and block-level delivery (EROFS, FUSE, ublk) so a container can start before the full image or model has arrived
RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership and Culture
- Hire and grow a team of 5 to 10 systems engineers with storage, caching, and Linux expertise
- Run the team’s planning and delivery: scope work against the Runtime Fabric roadmap, set priorities, and ship on a predictable cadence
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and career development support to your direct reports
- Own on-call health for the team’s services, including escalation paths and follow-through on incidents
Technical Direction
- Guide the architecture and evolution of the Baseten Delivery Network: the tiered caching and weight delivery product that makes cold starts 2-3x faster and eliminates thundering herd failures during burst scaling events
- Shape storage products tailored to Baseten’s workloads: extend BDN from model weights to container images, training checkpoints, and deployment artifacts, and define the interfaces that model deployment, training, and customers use to reach them
- Oversee the on-host side of delivery: lazy-loading snapshotters, EROFS and overlayfs layouts, and block-level delivery (FUSE, ublk) for multi-gigabyte files
- Own reliability of the delivery path as a measured outcome: end-to-end instrumentation from snapshotter initialization to first inference request, targets for cold start and cache behavior, tolerance for failing upstream registries and object stores, and safe rollout of changes to a path every customer depends on
- Make the delivery path work across heterogeneous clusters and cloud providers, each with its own object store and network
- Review designs and code across the area, and take on hands-on work where it unblocks the team
- Champion the team’s contributions back to containerd and the snapshotter ecosystem alongside the maintainers on the Runtime Fabric team
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Act as the point of contact for storage across Baseten, ensuring model deployment, training, and platform teams have the integration support they need
- Optimize requirements for the underlying storage platforms with the infrastructure team: object storage, local NVMe and block storage, and network bandwidth per cluster, so that capacity and provider decisions account for what the delivery path needs
- Manage the team’s dependencies in both directions: sequence work that model deployment, training, and infrastructure teams block on, and negotiate interfaces and timelines with the teams and upstream projects the storage path depends on
- Work with the head of Runtime Fabric and product stakeholders to prioritize storage investments based on customer impact and infrastructure reliability
- Communicate team progress, technical trade-offs, and incidents clearly to the team and to leadership
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience managing a team of engineers in a systems, infrastructure, or storage context, including hiring and performance management
- Hands-on background in distributed storage systems, content-addressable storage, or large-scale caching infrastructure
- Strong systems programming background in Go, Rust, and/or C/C++, with the ability to engage credibly in code reviews and architectural discussions
- Working knowledge of the Linux storage stack: filesystems, the page cache, block devices, and mounts
- Understanding of how container images are structured, stored, and delivered at scale
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority across teams
NICE TO HAVE
- Contributions to containerd/containerd, snapshotter projects (stargz, soci, nydus, overlaybd), distribution/distribution, or closely related open-source projects
- Familiarity with lazy-loading snapshotters or peer-to-peer image distribution
- Experience with EROFS, FUSE, ublk, or io_uring
- Experience building or operating CDN, object storage, or large-scale caching infrastructure
- Experience running storage services on Kubernetes
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
The Senior Health Systems Advisor will provide strategic and technical assistance to the Department of Health (DOH) in the development and implementation of the One Hospital Command as a regional patient navigation and referral system connecting primary care with appropriate diagnostic, hospital, and specialty services across public and private providers.
The Advisor will support DOH in developing a common operating model that can respond to regional differences in health facilities, geography, workforce, financing, and service capacity. The position will support both urgent and planned referrals and strengthen coordination across levels of care to help ensure that patients are appropriately accepted, referred, provided needed services, and linked back to the originating provider for continued care.
The Advisor will also support the application of strengthened referral and patient navigation systems to priority public health needs, including tuberculosis (TB), particularly where improved linkages between primary care, diagnostic services, treatment facilities, hospitals, and specialty services can strengthen continuity of care.
The Advisor will provide technical expertise to design the regional care and referral model, establish necessary operating processes and agreements, assess financing pathways, develop options for a professionally managed command center, identify opportunities to activate priority facility capacity, and support pilot implementation.
The Advisor will work closely with the designated DOH Hospital Cluster lead, Centers for Health Development (CHDs), DOH hospitals, Local Government Units (LGUs), PhilHealth, participating private providers, and other relevant stakeholders. The position will provide technical advice and implementation support. Final decisions on policy, financing, staffing, procurement, contracting, and facility operations shall remain with the appropriate authorized government and institutional officials.
The Advisor will support the DOH in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.

Develop and assess options for the One Hospital Command operating model, including in-house, outsourced, and hybrid arrangements for appropriate command center and coordination functions.
Identify opportunities to activate priority facility and service capacity through targeted investments, shared services, private provider participation, management or service contracts, or public-private partnership options.
Support selection, preparation, implementation, and monitoring of pilot regions and patient referral pathways.

About the Position
The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC) is launching the Contributory Linked Incentive. The program rewards PhilHealth members who keep up their contributions with benefit top-ups and other added support. The idea is simple: paying in today protects you tomorrow.
The program's success depends on more than good design and strong administration. Members also need to understand it and trust it. They need to know why contributions matter, how PhilHealth uses the money, what benefits they can expect, and how the program protects their health over time. That includes access to tuberculosis (TB) screening, treatment, and continuity of care. Steady contributions also make the Philippines more resilient. When members keep paying in, the health financing system stays strong enough to fight TB and to detect, prevent, and respond to outbreaks, advancing global health security (GHS) goals.
PHIC therefore needs a Senior Strategic Communications Advisor to develop a coordinated communications strategy that should build understanding and support among PhilHealth members and the general public, employers and other contribution partners, hospitals and healthcare providers, including TB treatment facilities, civil society and community leaders. The Advisor will support PHIC in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.
Responsibilities
Support PHIC in the development and implementation of an integrated Marketing and Communications Strategy and Plan for the Contributory Linked Incentive program.
Work with the information/communications department of the Agency and other relevant offices to monitor progress, ensure alignment of timelines, and flag technical, operational, or legal risks that need swift resolution among offices
Coordinate with the Department of Health, local government units, and TB and GHS partners to keep messaging consistent.
Specific Responsibilities
The following are the specific duties and responsibilities of the Advisor:
Conduct key informant interviews, analysis of available and forthcoming research findings, and supervision of subsequent research efforts.
Help develop an integrated Marketing Communications Strategy and Plan for the Contributory Linked Incentive program that includes a Stakeholders engagement approach and Social Media Strategy. The plan should incorporate messaging on public awareness and use of PhilHealth TB benefits, as well as public perceptions of health security risks and emergency preparedness.
Assist the Agency in the production and development of communication materials in appropriate languages (i.e. AVPs, TVCs, RCs, social media materials), including identification and coordination with third-party communications partners, whenever needed.
Perform other related tasks assigned by the PHIC's Office of the President and Chief Executive Officer.
Key Outputs
Marketing and Communications Strategy and Plans incorporating TB and GHS components
Stakeholder's Analysis and Engagement Plans, including TB and GHS stakeholders
Social Media Plan for PHICS and the Contributory Linked Incentive program, including TB and GHS content
Duration of Engagement
About 6 months

The Advisor will provide a detailed monthly report to the U.S. Department of State, submitted by the 5th day of the following month. Additionally, they will participate in bi-weekly calls with U.S. DOS staff. The format for reporting may be adjusted with concurrence from the DOS Grants Officer Representative
Qualifications
At least 10 years of relevant work experience, especially in communication strategy development and project management
Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing and running national communication campaigns in the Philippines
Relevant master's degree such as communications, public health, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
