About the Opportunity
As OKX US continues to grow, we are looking for a Support Operations Lead to join our Business Management team, with a focus on leading and coaching our global Customer Support (CS) function to better serve OKX users. Rather than being a direct member of the CS team, you’ll work alongside Operations, Compliance, Product, and Marketing stakeholders to uplift the quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance of our offshore CS agents.
You’ll act as a subject matter expert (SME) for all things within the customer support experience — helping offshore agents understand local customer expectations, regulations, and how to handle issues with care and accuracy. This is a strategic and high-impact role, laying the groundwork for improved CS experience and potentially a local team in the future.
What You’ll Be Doing
Represent the voice of the customer within the business and act as SME for support needs, regulations, and expectations.
Coach and guide offshore CS teams to improve handling of tickets, especially regulatory-sensitive cases (e.g., scam/fraud, ID verification).
Partner with local Compliance, Operations, and Legal to ensure offshore CS agents are trained and updated on local regulatory requirements.
Manage high-priority and escalated customer cases in collaboration with offshore agents and local teams.
Liaise with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) teams to improve KYC/AML workflows for customers and reduce customer friction.
Act as SME for OKX Card support operations — guiding offshore CS on dispute handling, chargeback processes, and cardholder issue resolution in line with card program compliance requirements.
Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to proactively inform CS of upcoming campaigns, changes, or product launches that may drive ticket volume.
Identify operational pain points in the customer journey and work cross-functionally to resolve or escalate them.
Develop SOPs, quick guides, and training materials to help offshore agents respond more effectively to users.
Track key CS metrics such as resolution time, CSAT, and escalation volume to measure success and identify improvement areas.
If the business moves toward a local CS team in the future, help scope, plan, and build this function from the ground up.
What We Look For In You
Experience & Industry Knowledge
5+ years of experience in customer operations, customer experience, or support leadership, ideally within fintech, crypto, or financial services.
Solid understanding of US financial regulation, consumer protection expectations, and AML/KYC processes.
Experience working with or leading offshore support teams in a high-growth or regulated environment.
Exposure to customer-centric operations functions — blending support, risk, compliance, and product feedback loops.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and coaching ability, with a focus on raising offshore team performance without direct line management.
Excellent stakeholder management skills — ability to work across compliance, product, marketing, and support teams.
Operationally minded — you're a problem-solver who can turn user pain points into action plans.
Process-driven — capable of designing and implementing SOPs and knowledge base content.
Excellent communicator — able to distill regulatory complexity into practical CS guidance.
Analytical — confident using data and KPIs to improve customer outcomes and support operations.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Front-end-leaning) to join our Operations Foundations team. The team sits within the DoorDash Client and AI Development group and is responsible for the foundation that hundreds of engineers across Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo rely on to build internal operations tools. Our platform hosts 250+ micro-frontends (MFEs) used to operate every part of the business.
Our team is focused on building a scalable, reliable, and high-quality internal tooling platform that supports Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo’s operations and business.
The team plays an important role in improving how engineers build, test, and ship software across the organization, with a strong emphasis on reusable libraries, micro-frontend architecture, and agentic development: building the platform where AI agents can take changes from task to merged PR safely and reliably without lowering the quality bar.
Currently, we are focused on unifying our frontend platforms, evolving shared components and library development, improving developer productivity, and enabling teams to deliver more independently through better architecture and tooling.
It’s an exciting time to join because the team has strong ownership and a broad technical impact.
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can take ownership of complex technical initiatives across both frontend and sometimes backend and infra domains. In this role, you’ll work primarily with TypeScript, React, Node.js, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Buildkite), and MFE architecture to build scalable, maintainable solutions that support multiple product teams and business areas.
Success in this role means becoming a trusted technical owner who consistently delivers reliable solutions and helps the team execute more effectively. Six months into the role, we’d expect you to be independently leading technical initiatives and contributing meaningfully to architecture and delivery planning.
This role offers the opportunity to solve challenging engineering problems with visible impact across the business. It’s especially exciting for someone who enjoys combining product engineering with platform thinking, improving developer workflows, and building systems that scale across teams and domains.
What you’ll be doing
Owning the Foundation:
the runtime, build, deployment, and developer experience that 250+ MFEs and hundreds of engineers depend on every day.
Evolving Our Micro-Frontend Architecture
: improve composition, isolation, and shared dependency strategies so feature teams can move fast.
Product and Planning:
Independently drive projects from idea to production: breaking down ambiguous problems into clear technical plans, estimating delivery, identifying risks early, and delivering high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
Supporting Engineering Excellence
: Champion best practices, raise the bar for code quality, and turn lessons learned into platform improvements.
Long-Term Thinking:
Balance short-term feature unblockers with the long-term health, security, and maintainability of the platform.
Agentic Development:
Build the foundations that let AI agents work autonomously on our platform, including agent instructions, reusable skills, tool integrations, guardrails, and the automated checks that make agent-authored changes safe to ship.
AI Fluency:
Work agent-first in your own day-to-day: delegate implementation to agents, and focus your judgment on direction, architecture, and verifying outcomes.
📍This role can be based in our
Berlin
tech hub. Read more about our hybrid setup

Feel free to check out the
Wolt Tech Blog
for more insight into our culture and technology.
Our humble expectations
Proven expertise in building production frontend applications using TypeScript and React.
Solid backend knowledge, comfortable owning and operating Node.js services that support frontend infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of frontend build tools, bundlers, and module systems, and the ability to evolve them as the platform grows.
Track record of diagnosing and resolving complex performance, reliability, or DX issues in large frontend codebases.
Experience driving technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management skills: aligning priorities, managing expectations, and communicating trade-offs clearly with partner teams and leadership.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, platform-mindset approach to working with feature teams.
Strong documentation skills, including experience writing RFCs or ADRs.
Nice to Haves
Experience with micro-frontend architecture.
Frontend platform engineering experience.
Experience building shared component libraries used by many product teams.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud infrastructure for frontend workloads.
Experience or interest in observability and reliability (SRE).
Experience building tooling or workflows for autonomous AI coding agents (e.g., agent instructions, skills, MCP servers, or evaluating agent-generated code).
What’s in it for you
Impact:
Build and shape the platform that thousands of people depend on.
Scale:
Work on real platform problems behind 250+ MFEs with hundreds of monthly contributors.
Collaboration:
Partner with talented engineers, designers, and operators across companies to make their daily work faster and better.
Growth:
Take on deep technical challenges across frontend architecture, agentic development, DX, and improving engineering efficiency.
Culture:
Be part of a diverse, open-minded team that values creativity, autonomy, and continuous learning.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

Responsibilities

Advise account managers, accounting, and management on best practices to handle billing disputes
Negotiate with customers and carriers with an understanding of resolution levers available as per contractual terms and industry norms
Identify, analyze, and handle fraudulent misuse (such as Artificially Inflated Traffic) and billing errors (such as rate differences) with both vendors and customers
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer and vendor disputes from intake of disputes to initiating disputes, tracking progress, and ensuring timely, documented resolution
Uncover and resolve discrepancies, overcharges, and unpaid balances with carriers and customers due to quantities, rates, currency, and other root causes
Dig into call and messaging data to identify why bills don’t match or find evidence of fraud
Build dashboards that communicate key metrics related to the lifecycle of disputes
Read contracts and interpret what should be the invoice versus what it is
Act as the primary point of contact to negotiate dispute resolutions, settlements, and payment terms in accordance with company practices
Partner closely with data analytics, engineering, and accounting to reconcile accounts

Understanding of industry standards with respect to AIT and fraud handling such as frameworks from i3forum, GSMA, MEF or ITW Global Leaders’ Forum.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Tennr’s Strategy and Operations team is a group of ambitious, high-agency generalists led by our VP of Strategy and Operations and working directly with our founders and executive team. The team owns strategic and operational priorities across Revenue, Product, and Services. Recent projects include rebuilding pricing and packaging, standing up our prior authorization product, and leading revenue and headcount planning.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Product Operations Lead to run the operating system for Tennr’s Product and Engineering team: how we plan and review work, how customer feedback reaches the roadmap, and how new functionality gets into customers’ hands.
You’ll work closely with our P&E leadership and sit between Product, Engineering, and the teams closest to our customers: CX, Deployment, Sales, and Managed Services. You’ll run the planning and review rhythm, turn customer signal into clear roadmap inputs, own product rollouts, and develop the vendor and partner relationships our products depend on. You’ll also build the tools and lightweight processes that make our PMs faster and more effective.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious, analytical, and highly cross-functional person to take direct ownership of how Tennr plans and ships product. We believe candidates with at least 3-5 years of experience, including at least 1-2 in Product Management or Product Operations at a software company, are best suited for this role.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- P&E planning and review rhythm. Run the planning and review cadence with Product and Engineering leadership, from quarterly planning and goal setting to regular business and execution reviews. Bring together priorities, capacity, headcount needs, and dependencies so teams can make decisions and follow through, with reporting built from data that already exists.
- Voice of the customer. Own how customer signal from CX, Deployment, Sales, and Managed Services reaches Product and Engineering. Build the muscle to capture and synthesize feedback into clear, prioritized inputs for the roadmap, and close the loop with the teams that raised it.
- Product rollout. Own the cross-functional work required to enable and roll out new functionality. Coordinate launch readiness, documentation, training, and customer enablement with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Deployment, and Customer Experience. Own the launch calendar, run go/no-go reviews with clear sign-offs, run betas or early access programs with defined exit criteria, and hold retros after each launch.
- Product partnerships. Identify and prioritize vendors and strategic partners required to deliver or improve Tennr’s products. Evaluate opportunities and coordinate the commercial, technical, and operational work to establish those relationships.
- Internal tooling. Build custom tools, automations, and AI-powered workflows that make our PMs more efficient and effective, from feedback triage to planning dashboards.
- Stand up and refine process. Build the processes Product and Engineering need, keep them lightweight, and refine them as the team scales. Measure whether people actually use them.
- Performance and follow-through. Use data and feedback to understand whether plans and rollouts are working. Find gaps, make recommendations, and take responsibility for resolving them.
- Additional priorities. Own cross-functional projects as the business evolves, from defining the problem through execution and measurement.
IDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS
- You have 3-5 years of experience, including at least 1-2 in Product Management or Product Operations at a software company.
- You’ve worked directly with Product and Engineering teams on planning, launches, or roadmap tradeoffs.
- You’re ambitious and want substantial ownership of how a product organization plans and ships.
- You learn quickly and can get deep into an unfamiliar product, workflow, or technical system.
- You can use data and customer feedback to understand whether plans and launches are working, then determine what action to take.
- You are collaborative by default and can align Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams without detailed instructions and keep the work moving.
- You’re a strong writer. You can turn a complex decision into a clear doc, launch pre-read, or update that people actually read.
- You take responsibility for outcomes and stay with problems until they’re resolved.
- You have a strong work ethic and a low ego. You’re willing to do detailed, repetitive, or messy work yourself when it needs doing.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure.
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week.
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.

Our top-rated products have won prestigious industry awards for their cutting-edge technology and seamless client experience. We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.
We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead Capital.com’s operations in Dubai as we move most of our operations onto AI and automation.
You will build and strengthen the Dubai operations team and support it day to day. You’ll agree global strategy with the Global Head of Operations and deliver it locally, and you’ll be the main person responsible for operations in front of the regulator. Much of the work means coordinating across global functions so local needs are met, from regional performance and incidents to launch readiness. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, Compliance and global operations leadership, and you’ll be a key player in bringing AI into how operations run locally.
Responsibilities:
Build and strengthen the Dubai operations team and support it day to day.
Agree global strategy with the Global Head of Operations and deliver it locally.
Act as the main operations contact for the regulator. Work with the General Manager and Compliance to turn local requirements into operational actions.
Coordinate delivery across global functions, agreeing service expectations, handovers and escalation routes.
Own regional performance. Investigate service gaps, separate local issues from wider process problems, and agree fixes with accountable teams.
Coordinate the regional side of incidents and prepare operations for launches and major changes, escalating gaps before launch decisions.
Manage service dependencies, including vendors, and drive improvements, including AI and automation, with global process owners.
Report clearly to regional and global leaders, and escalate what needs more authority or resources.
Requirements:
5+ years in operations leadership in financial services, fintech, payments or another regulated environment.
Experience building and leading operations teams.
Direct experience as an operations contact for a regulator.
Track record of delivering through global functions you do not manage.
Experience with operational KPIs, incident coordination and launch readiness.
Clear communication with senior leaders, and based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.
We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager - AI Automation to lead how Capital.com uses AI and automation across Operations, including Customer Support and FinCrime.
You will own the automation roadmap. That means deciding what to automate, sizing and ranking each opportunity, and then building, testing and rolling out the automations with the teams who use them. You’ll redesign processes so that AI handles what it does well, fixed rules cover what needs to be predictable, and people keep the decisions that need judgement. You’ll work closely with operational managers, control owners, Product and Engineering, and lead a team of one to two people.
Requirements:
Own the automation roadmap and increase the share of automated tasks across Operations.
Find opportunities by analysing where time is lost, errors occur or work is repeated. Prioritise those with a clear baseline and measurable value.
Redesign processes with their users and control owners. Agree where AI adds value, where fixed rules work better and where a human must decide.
Build prototypes and working automations, and work with Product and Engineering on integrations and production support.
Test against real conditions (incomplete inputs, unexpected outputs, failed dependencies). Agree data, permissions and controls before launch, with human review and a manual fallback.
Lead rollout with operational managers and support colleagues through adoption.
Track quality, usage and benefits against baseline, including review and support costs. Fix failures, and document ownership, monitoring and recovery after launch.
Requirements:
5+ years in operations, process excellence, automation or a similar field.
Hands-on experience building and launching AI and automation in live operations, with measurable results.
Ability to size opportunities and turn them into a prioritised roadmap.
Experience redesigning processes with operational teams and control owners in a regulated or control-heavy environment.
Experience testing AI workflows and designing human review and exception handling.
Experience working with Product and Engineering, and managing direct reports.
Nice to have:
Financial services, fintech, brokerage or payments background.
Automation in Customer Support, KYC or FinCrime/AML.
Hands-on use of LLM APIs, workflow tools such as n8n, and Python or SQL.
