We're looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team. You’ll be at the heart of our growth engine - managing the beginning of our sales cycle, directly driving our business and revenue growth by bringing in new customers.
In this role, you’ll blend your people and communication skills with passion to make hospitality businesses more smooth in their operations. You will act as the first point of contact for the new merchants, working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure we are not just winning business, but building long-term value and market share.
What You’ll Do
Our sales are not your typical SaaS or office sales. We meet our customers where they operate. In this role you will:
- Own top of the funnel activity for a dedicated region.
- Hit conversion targets across the stages of the funnel that are in your responsibility.
- Communicate our value and mission to our prospective partners, build trusted relationships with the hospitality network in the region.
- Do market research and competition analysis to identify opportunities within your region.
- Collaborate with Ops, Product, and Leadership to remove bottlenecks and improve scaling.
- Ensure smooth handoff to Success following close to drive activation and ongoing performance.
- Maintain high CRM hygiene to enable the best handover to the sales and success team.
What You’ll Need
- 0-1 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations or Customer-facing roles ideally within SaaS/ Tech/ Hospitality or Startup space.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and customer-facing activities is a strong plus.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and “Leave your ego at the door” mentality
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in fast-moving environments, love building from scratch, and bias toward action.
- The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Italian

Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary
- Flexible time-off

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

About Osano:
Osano is an innovative B-Corporation built around a simple belief: privacy is a fundamental right. Since day one, we’ve been focused on giving modern enterprises the ability to innovate quickly, stay competitive, and earn customer trust by respecting data privacy and complying with consent guidelines. Our products help organizations operate confidently in a rapidly evolving regulatory and technological landscape.
About The Role:
We're looking for a product-minded
Senior Software Engineer
to own meaningful parts of the Osano platform end to end, from shaping a problem with Product to running the result in production.
This role is for an engineer who treats AI tooling as a real force multiplier. You use coding agents and AI-assisted workflows to explore unfamiliar code faster, ship more and remove repetitive work. You also have the judgment to verify everything that goes out under your name. We want someone whose impact goes beyond what they write by hand, and who helps the engineers around them do the same.
You'll work across our React front end, Node.js services, PostgreSQL data stores and AWS infrastructure. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, QA and Security.
This is a remote role. You must be based in, and authorized to work in, the United States.
What you'll do:
Build and ship product, end to end
Lead multi-sprint projects from design through rollout: turn a loosely defined problem into a plan, break it into work that you and others can action, and deliver close to estimate.
Design systems that hold up, and write design docs and decision records that weigh the alternatives.
Partner with Product on scope: propose MVP cuts, phasing and tradeoffs, and measure whether what we shipped actually helped customers.
Engineer with AI to multiply your impact
Use AI coding agents and assistants across the whole development lifecycle: exploring codebases, scaffolding, writing tests, debugging, refactoring, migrations and code review.
Stay accountable for every line you ship. You understand and can explain AI-generated code, and you know where AI shouldn't be trusted.
Turn repetitive engineering work into automation: scripts, agent workflows, and checks that save your team time every week.
Share what works: help define how our teams use AI tools, and how we review and verify AI-assisted work.
Use AI responsibly. Customer and personal data stays out of AI tools except through approved, privacy-safe paths. This is non-negotiable at a privacy company.
Own what you ship in production
Build observability, feature flags and rollback paths into your work from the start.
Take turns on our triage and on-call rotation. Lead incident response for your team's systems, and see postmortem follow-ups through to completion.
Identify tech debt, size it, and make the case to get it into the plan.
Build with privacy and security by design
Apply data minimization, residency, retention and access controls to the systems you design, especially those that handle customer and personal data.
Write secure code and fix vulnerabilities in your area as part of normal work.
Raise the bar and grow others
Give code and design reviews that change outcomes, not just approvals.
Mentor engineers earlier in their careers, and make your team better at testing, reviewing and operating software.
Interview candidates and help us hire well.
About you:
Delightful Experience.
You care about the customer problem, not just the ticket, and you push for what actually helps.
Own Your Impact.
You take full responsibility for outcomes, from the first design doc to how the feature behaves in production at 2 a.m.
Stronger Together.
You put team success ahead of individual wins, give direct and kind feedback, and treat documentation and async communication as first-class work.
Growth Mindset.
You're curious and keep learning, especially as AI changes how software gets built. You're excited about what it can do without overselling it or ignoring its limits.
You're comfortable with ambiguity and create clarity for others through good design and clear writing.
Must-haves:
Typically
5+ years
building and shipping production software. We care more about what you've owned than the number of years.
A track record of
leading multi-sprint projects
from design to production in a team setting.
Strong
JavaScript/Node.js
and
React
experience, and solid
relational database
skills (PostgreSQL preferred).
Strong
system design
fundamentals: data modeling, API design, and naming the tradeoffs.
Experience
owning production systems
: on-call, incident response, observability.
Hands-on, day-to-day use of AI coding tools
such as Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot, with concrete examples of how they made you or your team more effective, and how you verify their output.
Experience
mentoring
other engineers.
Strong
written communication
in a remote, async environment.
Nice-to-haves:
AWS experience (ECS/Fargate, Lambda, S3, RDS), especially multi-region or data-residency work.
Privacy, security or compliance-sensitive B2B SaaS (GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2).
Building AI-powered automations, agent workflows or LLM-based product features.
Data and analytics tooling (Redshift, Athena) or event-driven architectures.
CI/CD, preview/ephemeral environments, end-to-end testing (Cypress).
How we work:
Fully remote, with at least four hours of overlap each day with your team's core hours.
Collaborative and video-on for meetings, and async-first for everything else. Bring people in when they are needed and share what you’re working on with the team.
Regular 1:1 checkins with your manager, with a focus on growth conversations.
Why Us:
We're a welcoming team that's dependable, curious, moves fast, and full of talented people
We're a B-corporation with a mission that matters, in a high-growth space with significant potential
You'll have access to our training program, well-defined career paths, and a leadership team that values professional development
Benefits:
Competitive-pay compensation and ownership interest/equity
Unlimited paid time off, plus a requirement to take at least two weeks off per year
We're a Best Place for Working Parents and offer paid parental leave for all new parents
Osano sponsors individual premiums on base plans at 100% and dependent premiums at 50% for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance via Aetna
A fully and permanently remote company, so you can work from anywhere in the U.S.
Receive a MacBook and $600 to craft your home workspace
Annual company trip designed to foster connection, creativity, and fun
Mental health benefits with free memberships to mindfulness and talk therapy services

We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We're looking for a Senior Android Engineer or Tech Lead who thinks like a product builder — someone who cares deeply about the "why" behind what they're building, not just the tickets in the backlog.
You'll be embedded in a cross-functional domain team (Backend, Mobile, ML/AI, QA, Design, and Product) and own the end-to-end development of features that genuinely matter: company accounts and cash flows, banking transactions, card issuance and management, and AI-enabled accounting. You'll help shape architecture decisions, raise the bar on engineering quality, and mentor the engineers around you.
If you're energized by working at the intersection of great mobile engineering and real product impact — this is the role.
What You’ll Do
Design and build new features for our Android application, used daily by business owners across Europe.
Architect and implement reliable, intuitive solutions for:
Multi-account cash flow management
Banking transactions and payments
Physical and virtual card issuance, activation, and control
AI-powered accounting automation
Build polished, responsive UIs using
Jetpack Compose
.
Take ownership of code quality, performance, and stability — automated testing and thorough code reviews are non-negotiable.
Collaborate closely with Backend, QA, Design, and Product — you'll be shaping solutions end-to-end, not just implementing specs.
Drive technical decisions within your domain, challenge assumptions when needed, and proactively identify opportunities to build better.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and mobile best practices across the team.
Who You Are
You're pragmatic and have a proven track record of shipping products that matter. You communicate clearly across disciplines and thrive in a cross-functional environment where everyone is solving the same customer problem together.
Your experience includes:
Strong knowledge of
Kotlin
(Java knowledge is a plus) and 5+ years of commercial Android development.
Deep understanding of
OOP
,
SOLID
, and
Clean Architecture
.
Solid experience with presentation layer patterns —
MVI
,
MVVM
, and
MVP
— and the ability to choose the right one for the context.
Hands-on experience with our core stack:
Reactive programming & async:
RxJava
,
Kotlin Coroutines / Flow
Dependency injection:
Dagger 2
,
Hilt
, or
Koin
Networking:
Retrofit
Navigation:
Cicerone

Practical experience with
Firebase
(FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics).
Experience with

Confidence with
Git / GitLab
, including setting up and maintaining
GitLab CI/CD
.
A builder's mentality — you care about the product, the users, and the outcomes, not just the code.
Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
Background in fintech or experience with financial products — you understand the stakes.
Solid grasp of mobile security best practices (especially critical in our domain).
Experience profiling and optimizing UI performance — reducing overdraw, improving recomposition efficiency in Jetpack Compose, and hitting smooth 60/120fps rendering.
Hands-on work with performance tooling:
Android Profiler
,
Perfetto
,
Baseline Profiles
, or similar.

Hands-on experience with
AI agents and LLM tools
(Claude, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) — setting up agent environments, writing prompts, skills, and behavioral rules.
Experience with
AI-powered IDE tools
(Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) — including agent mode, rules files configuration, and integrating AI into the daily development workflow.

Ability to
evaluate and verify AI-generated output

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
You communicate clearly across disciplines and thrive in a cross-functional environment where everyone is solving the same customer problem together.

,
Hilt
, or

Networking:

Practical experience with
Firebase
(FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics).
Experience with
Feature-module architecture
in production.
Published apps on
Google Play
you're proud of.
An active
GitHub
profile with code you're happy to share.
Hands-on experience with
AI agents and LLM tools
(Claude, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) — setting up agent environments, writing prompts, skills, and behavioral rules.
Experience with
AI-powered IDE tools
(Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) — including agent mode, rules files configuration, and integrating AI into the daily development workflow.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Join Anthropic's Customer Success team as one of the founding members of our Japan Customer Success team as we pioneer the future of enterprise AI adoption. As a Customer Success Manager at Anthropic, you'll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our most complex customers across Japan, helping them harness the full potential of all our Claude capabilities: API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code.
You'll develop genuine partnerships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. You'll draw on both your business acumen and technical expertise to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us.
In partnership with the broader account team, you will help customers identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives. You'll work closely with them to provide best practices and guidance, and support them as their usage (consumption and seat based) grows and evolves.
Your role focuses on helping customers scale their usage effectively, implement change management strategies, optimize use cases, and maximize the value of their investment through expanded use cases across their organization. The insights you gather from your customers will directly inform our research priorities, product development, and go-to-market strategies. That makes you a key voice in shaping how we build and deliver ongoing value as a business.
As one of the founding members of our Customer Success team in Japan, you'll help shape how we build the function in-region. That includes establishing regional processes, developing new customer relationships, and representing Anthropic's brand in a high-growth market alongside a small, growing team. You'll operate with significant autonomy while maintaining strong alignment with global teams. This requires someone who thrives in ambiguous environments and can work effectively across time zones.
Key responsibilities
Build trusting, strategic relationships with key Japanese customer decision makers to understand their business and objectives, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion
Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code, understanding the technical nuances and best practices for each to guide customers to the right solutions
Leverage your deep knowledge of the customer and regional nuances to proactively drive usage planning, understanding current and future consumption and adoption and how it creates realized value for the customer
Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities, proactively addressing underutilization across both our consumption-based and seat-based products to drive full value from contracted commitments
Serve as the customer's thought partner, enhancing their knowledge of Claude products by socializing Anthropic's product roadmap, driving awareness of new products, and engaging Product PMs as the voice of Japanese customers
Document and quantify customer value realized through business outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics to build compelling internal business cases for continued and expanded investment
Identify potential use cases and lines of business not currently onboarded, partnering with customers to discover new applications for Claude across different departments, teams, and workflows
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and maximize value within customer organizations, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement
Own the customer experience across their lifecycle: manage comprehensive account and success plans grounded in the customer's business objectives, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, and serve as the primary conduit between the customer and Anthropic
Build Anthropic's brand and customer relationships as part of our founding in-region CS team, developing Japan-specific processes, playbooks, and best practices where needed that account for regional business cultures
Minimum qualifications
Experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Consulting, Solutions Architect, Solutions/Functional Consultant, Success Engineer or similar)
Technical fluency with ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns
Experience explaining and demonstrating technical products to various audiences
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple customer relationships
Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems
Fluency in English and Japanese
Preferred qualifications
6+ years of experience in relevant field
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with understanding of different expansion levers and success metrics for each
Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans
Cross-functional collaborator who represents the customer in a positive, proactive manner, rallying everyone around paths forward that solve customer needs
Experience working in and building a growing region, while navigating across time zones with US-based headquarters
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality. You are a true team player
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

An overview of this role
We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our
Change Record
team within GitLab’s
Source Code stage
. As AI agents increasingly write code alongside people, every change needs a clear, trustworthy record of what changed, why, and who or what made it. You’ll build that record into GitLab’s source code experience, for humans and agents alike. This is a backend-focused role for an engineer with full-stack experience who enjoys balancing work on existing systems with new product development.
That work happens in one of GitLab’s oldest and most complex product areas, where you’ll use Ruby on Rails to improve a critical system serving GitLab.com, self-managed instances, and GitLab Dedicated. Source Code provides the interface layer, through Gitaly, to the Git repositories behind a large share of GitLab traffic, so you’ll help keep it reliable through performance tuning, caching, rate limiting, observability, and resiliency, collaborating with product, design, security, Gitaly, Code Review, and Source Code Experience teams. Supporting production systems and improving established experiences are central to the role, especially while you’re onboarding, and over time you’ll also help build experiences for developers working with agents.
You'll work remotely from the United Kingdom or Poland.
What you’ll do
Develop secure, well-tested, performant features and improvements using Ruby on Rails and GraphQL, among other technologies.
Work through complex requirements and legacy constraints to deliver clear solutions while protecting the reliability of this critical system.
Design and maintain backend services, APIs, data models, and business logic that support intuitive source code workflows.
Collaborate across functions and teams, both asynchronously and synchronously, and involve domain experts when their input will improve the outcome.
Use AI agents for well-scoped work when they can speed up delivery without sacrificing quality, and critically review their output.
Write maintainable code that follows GitLab's standards and contribute to constructive code reviews.
Help strengthen reliability by monitoring production health metrics, participating in Tier 2 on-call, troubleshooting incidents, contributing to root cause analysis, and improving observability and resiliency.
Share knowledge through code review, technical documentation, and everyday collaboration while learning from others.
What you’ll bring
Professional experience building backend web applications, services, or application programming interfaces, with experience using Ruby and GraphQL.
An understanding of relational databases, structured query language, data modeling, caching, background processing, and backend performance practices.
Experience with full-stack development to build and maintain user-facing workflows and their underlying systems.
Experience writing backend unit and integration tests, with familiarity with the testing pyramid, Git, and collaborative code review processes.
Clear written and spoken English communication skills, including sharing useful status updates in a remote, asynchronous environment.
The ability to manage assigned priorities, work through ambiguity, take ownership of your work, and seek guidance when needed.
Experience using AI coding agents to speed up software development while critically reviewing their output.
Bonus: you’ve built agents or agent-based workflows that run in production, not just prototypes.
About the team
The functional team works across Europe and North America, supporting both synchronous and asynchronous collaboration. It includes four engineers, comprising both backend and frontend engineers. We work closely with other Source Code teams, Agentic Preview, Repository Services, and Hardening, as well as other teams in the company such as the Gitaly team, and the AI Governance team.

We offer benefits package built to support you in and out of work. About the role:
You'll turn a growing stream of key partners requests for marketing campaigns into a clear, managed process — from brief to launch — as the team builds a more structured and manageable calendar of partners marketing activities. You'll also lead end-to-end promotional campaigns, from planning and cross-functional coordination through execution and launch.
What you'll do:
- Own promo and communication requests end-to-end, from brief to launch and result confirmation.
- Own the marketing workflow itself — the Jira board, task breakdown, statuses, deadlines, SLAs, templates, automation, and documentation — not just individual projects.
- Work at the intersection of marketing and project/operations management: brief creative functions directly while structuring a complex process with many stakeholders.
What you'll own:
- Run the Jira board as the single entry point for promo and communication requests, checking brief completeness, timeline realism, and task accuracy.
- Break requests into subtasks for design, copywriting, CRM, SMM, website, procurement, legal/permits, and other functions, assign owners, and track dependencies.
- Manage each request end-to-end from brief to delivery/publication and closure, including verifying the actual outcome.
- Track deadlines and real task status, flag risks early, and escalate stalled tasks.
- Maintain a single marketing calendar and keep it in sync with Jira to avoid conflicts across timelines, resources, and overlapping campaigns.
- Develop and improve cross-functional processes: SLAs, request templates, checklists, workflows, escalation procedures, documentation, and Jira automation.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Experience in marketing, marketing operations, or marketing project management, with a working understanding of how marketing campaigns and communications get launched.
- End-to-end experience managing projects or marketing requests with many parallel tasks and stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills — experience working with creative, business, legal, procurement, CRM/SMM, or similar functions.
- Strong structural and process mindset: able to turn a chaotic stream of requests into a clear workflow with defined ownership, timelines, and rules of engagement.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar task/project management systems, including boards, statuses, workflows, and task breakdown.
- Strong stakeholder management: able to gather missing information, manage expectations, hold deadlines, and escalate or redirect requests with clear reasoning.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
Relocation and family support
- Relocation support for you and your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events

- Get exposure to the broader People team and jump into various initiatives including talent research and onboarding support
- Build and maintain templates, playbooks, and SOPs for scheduling, candidate communications, and preboarding to keep the process consistent and scalable
- Track and report on core recruiting metrics (time to schedule, time to feedback, candidate NPS, offer acceptance rate) and flag bottlenecks
- Partner with recruiters to source for a few select roles, including researching target companies, identifying and engaging prospects, and building talent pipelines
- Plan and run post-onboarding sessions and check-ins, coordinating with managers, IT, and People Ops so new hires stay supported through their first weeks
- Prepare presentations and training materials for onboarding and compliance programs.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
