Assist with internal and external audits, SOX controls, year-end activities, statutory reporting, and other payroll compliance requirements.
Contribute to payroll implementations, integrations, testing, process improvements, and automation initiatives across Workday and the broader global payroll environment.
Build trusted relationships with HR, HRIS, Accounting, Finance, Tax, Benefits, Equity, Legal, and external payroll partners across regions and time zones.
Skills We’re Looking For

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones.

Ability to work a schedule that provides regular overlap with U.S. Pacific or Eastern business hours.
Experience with ADP SmartCompliance.
Experience supporting payroll operations in additional countries or regions beyond the United States and India.

ABOUT DOCKER

As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE OPPORTUNITY
Docker is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer to serve as the technical visionary and architect for how software gets built, verified, and trusted.
Every day, millions of developers pull images, install dependencies, and ship builds to production. Each of those steps is a place where something can go wrong, or be made to go wrong. Compromised base images, malicious packages, tampered build steps, unsigned artifacts moving through pipelines nobody is watching. The industry calls this the software supply chain, and it has become one of the most consequential unsolved problems in software engineering.
This role sits in Docker and Ecosystems, the group that owns Docker’s most well known products and our emerging content and SDLC business. You will own the technical strategy for secure software delivery across all of it, defining what verifiable, tamper-resistant software delivery looks like at Docker's scale, then driving the architecture that makes it real for every developer and every enterprise customer using our products.
You will set multi-year technical direction, make architectural decisions that shape Docker's product portfolio, and work directly with the SVP of Engineering and executive team on strategy. You will not manage people. You will change what the industry considers table stakes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
TECHNICAL VISION AND STRATEGY
- Lead multi-year technical vision for build security and supply chain across Docker Desktop, Hub, Hardened Images, Verified Publishing, and monetization platforms.
- Define and sequence "trusted by default" architecture for 20M developers.
- Partner with the SVP of Engineering to convert commercial strategy into multi-year technical roadmaps.
- Establish company-wide architectural principles and security standards.
- Identify high-leverage platform investments that enhance security across all Docker products.
- Proactively position architecture ahead of evolving supply chain threats and regulatory demands.
BUILD SECURITY ARCHITECTURE
Architect systems to detect and prevent build-process threats like compromised dependencies, malicious steps, tampered artifacts, and untrusted images.
- Design provenance and attestation infrastructure ensuring Docker artifacts carry verifiable build history.
- Define artifact signing, verification, and policy enforcement across local workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Architect SBOM generation, dependency analysis, and vulnerability intelligence for complete software visibility.
- Align with and help shape emerging supply chain security standards.
- Ensure security controls remain fast and unobtrusive so developers keep them enabled.
SDLC AND DEVELOPER WORKFLOW INTEGRATION
- Architect how Docker's security capabilities integrate across the full software development lifecycle, from local development through CI/CD to production deployment
- Design the interfaces and contracts that let Docker's tooling embed into the pipelines, registries, and platforms customers already run, rather than asking them to rebuild around us
- Define the developer experience for security tooling, where the secure path is the fast path and the default path
- Architect policy and enforcement models that satisfy enterprise security and compliance requirements without fragmenting the developer workflow
- Drive convergence of security capabilities across Docker products, replacing product-specific implementations with shared platform primitives
TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE AND INFLUENCE
- Work with leaders across engineering to drive strategy and execution
- Mentor and develop Staff and Principal engineers, raising the technical bar across the organization
- Represent Docker's security architecture externally through blog posts, conference talks, standards bodies, and technical community engagement
- Participate in executive-level discussions, providing architectural perspective on business decisions
- Take part in on-call rotation for your team, respond to incidents, debug production issues, and drive continuous improvement of system reliability
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- 12+ years of software engineering experience specializing in build security, software supply chain security, or SDLC tooling
- Deep understanding of build process threat models across dependencies, environments, artifacts, and pipelines, along with effective mitigations
- Architectural experience in artifact signing, attestations, SBOMs, dependency security, CI/CD security, base image trust, or vulnerability intelligence
- Practical knowledge of supply chain security frameworks and standards
- Expertise in API design, service architecture, and scalable system integration
- Proven record delivering large-scale distributed systems for millions of users and enterprise customers
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
STRATEGIC AND BUSINESS IMPACT
- Proven track record creating strategic technical plans that enable revenue, expansion, or enterprise deals
- Experience converting business strategy into technical architectures and roadmaps
- Understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise sales, and how security impacts commercial outcomes
- Experience leading build-vs-buy decisions for core platform components
LEADERSHIP AND INFLUENCE
- Ability to lead large, cross-company technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams
- Experience partnering with VPs and executives to define and execute technical strategy
- Proven ability to influence technical direction and build consensus without direct authority
- Strong communication skills for presenting to executives and driving organization-wide alignment
- Experience mentoring senior engineers and developing technical leaders
ENTERPRISE CONTEXT
- Experience building products that serve enterprise customers with complex security and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of enterprise security requirements and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and their architectural implications
- Understanding of how enterprise security teams evaluate, procure, and operate tooling
PREFERRED
- Scale experience at a security, developer tools, or infrastructure software company
- Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) or developer platforms
- Experience with complex enterprise billing, contracts, usage pricing, and revenue recognition
- Proven ability to migrate legacy systems without disrupting business operations
- Contributions to open-source security tools or supply chain security standards
- Recognized technical leader via speaking, publishing, or open-source work
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Security Posture
- Artifacts produced through Docker carry verifiable provenance by default, not by opt-in configuration
- Build-time threat classes are addressed architecturally rather than through detection after the fact
- Developers keep security controls enabled because the controls are fast and unobtrusive
Business Enablement
- Security and governance capabilities directly unblock enterprise revenue
- New product SKUs launch in weeks instead of months through the billing platform
- Usage-based billing supports monetization of new security and AI product lines
Platform Leverage
- Product teams ship enterprise-ready, secure-by-default features in under two weeks rather than months
- Shared security primitives replace fragmented per-product implementations
- Platform systems achieve 99.9%+ uptime for business-critical workflows
Organizational Impact
- Recognized across Docker as the definitive technical authority on build and supply chain security
- Multiple Staff and Principal engineers developed who can own major domains
- Docker's voice carries weight in the external supply chain security conversation
Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, and Seattle.
We are looking for a Prototype Researcher to join Runway Labs — our research and exploration team pushing the frontier of AI video and General World Models. You’ll imagine, design, and build experimental experiences that make emerging AI capabilities tangible and communicate a compelling vision for where the technology is heading.
This role combines creative thinking, hands-on prototyping, and storytelling. You should be able to develop an original idea, build a working prototype, and shape it into a clear, memorable demonstration. Your work will help people understand new AI systems through experiences they can see, use, and engage with.
Working closely with researchers, engineers, and designers, you’ll explore new interfaces and interaction paradigms for AI-generated video, world models, and agentic systems. The focus is on research explorations that express our vision, reveal new possibilities, and strengthen Runway’s position as a full-stack research organization.
We’re looking for a motivated self-starter with strong creative judgment, technical fluency, and a portfolio that shows both what you can build and how well you can communicate an idea.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop original concepts that explore the possibilities of emerging AI systems, from interactive video and world models to agentic experiences.
- Design and build working prototypes that turn research capabilities into engaging, understandable experiences.
- Shape each project’s story: what it explores, why it matters, and what it suggests about the future.
- Package explorations into polished demos, films, and interactive experiences that communicate our research and vision.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to understand new capabilities and identify compelling ways to demonstrate them.
- Move quickly through experimentation, using prototypes to test ideas and refine both the experience and its narrative.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- A portfolio of original projects that demonstrates creative thinking, design craft, technical execution, and strong storytelling.
- The ability to take an idea from an early concept to a working prototype and a compelling presentation.
- Hands-on experience building interactive experiences with code, with the judgment to choose the right tools for each experiment.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, with an eye for detail and an instinct for making complex ideas accessible.
- Genuine curiosity about AI video, world models, agentic systems, and emerging generative media.
- Comfort working in ambiguous research environments, defining your own direction, and learning new tools as the work evolves.
- The ability to explain the purpose and potential of your work clearly, through writing, visuals, demos, or film.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken’s Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, 2D and 3D design, motion design, AI video creative and web design, turning growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, holding the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Senior Performance Video Creative, you concept, produce and ship paid video for Kraken and Krak. You ideate, generate, edit and ship, and you treat gen AI as a core production method rather than a novelty. You take a project from idea to a finished, approved, multi-market asset set, and you bring a real feel for what people stop on, share and screenshot.
You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and speed leadership: you set the bar for paid video on the team, work with AI-enabled processes, collaborate closely with other Krakenites in and outside the team, and are the person others come to with video questions.
- Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
- Build for channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X. You know what wins where, and you build to each platform’s specs and native feel.
- Concept and cut performance video so campaigns ship as complete cross-format sets.
- Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video, and know when AI is the fastest route to a great ad and when it isn’t. Keep your tooling current as the models change, and build repeatable workflows the rest of the team can reuse.
- Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Pitch culturally timely, internet-native concepts that nobody asked for, including experimental ones alongside BAU work, and build the winners into creative pillars we can keep using.
- Version and localize video at scale across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements. In a typical month you’ll have roughly a dozen workstreams in flight at once, most spanning several formats and several markets.
- Build creative with testing in mind. Performance Marketing owns test design, cadence and readouts. You own the creative response: reading the results, forming a point of view on why a variant won, and turning that into the next round of hooks, concepts and cuts.
- Flex into AI-assisted paid static when a campaign calls for it, working from the team’s brand baselines.
- Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea.
- Hold a high craft bar on your own work and keep your files clean enough for other people to build on.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years in performance video creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency, ideally in fintech, crypto, gaming or another regulated category.
- A portfolio submitted with your application. Paid video above all, with the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you’re able to share it. Include two or three full video cuts, at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece with a short note on what was tooling and what was you, and one concept you tested where you can talk us through what the data said and what you changed.
- Real video skills, from concept to finished, sound-designed cut.
- High-level command of gen AI video and image tooling, with shipped work to show for it.
- Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You can explain why the same idea needs a different build on each one.
- Experience inside a structured creative testing program. You’re fluent in the metrics your creative moves (thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS), you can tell a real winner from low performers, and can translate test results into a creative decision.
- Fluency in internet and meme culture, with comedic instincts and a feel for what’s about to feel dated.
- Speed without sloppiness. Comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes.
- Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, with work that survives risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements.
- A solid copywriting instinct for scripts and on-screen text. Plain language, value first, no hype and no jargon.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
