ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
ABOUT THE ROLE
Docker helps developers build, share, and run software with confidence. As AI agents take on more of the development workflow, we’re extending that mission: giving developers the freedom to work with powerful agents in sandboxed environments, with the isolation and controls organizations need to adopt them safely.
We’re looking for a Product Manager, AI Gateway to help make secure model access a seamless part of that experience. Sandboxes establish boundaries around where agents execute; the gateway addresses how those agents connect to AI models. You’ll shape experiences that make it easy to get started while giving organizations control over model access, credentials, sensitive data, and usage.
This role is about making safety and developer productivity reinforce each other. You’ll partner closely with the Sandboxes team, engineering, design, and customers to turn complex infrastructure and security requirements into intuitive workflows, from a developer’s first sandboxed agent session to organization-wide adoption. You’ll own the gateway’s product direction, balancing choice and interoperability with governance, reliability, and cost.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own product strategy and prioritization. Define the vision, roadmap, and success measures for the gateway, balancing developer adoption with enterprise requirements.
- Understand developers and enterprise customers. Work directly with developers, AI teams, platform engineers, and security stakeholders to uncover needs, validate solutions, and guide investment.
- Make secure onboarding simple. Improve the journey from launching a sandbox and authenticating to connecting an agent, selecting a model, and completing the first useful task.
- Build a cohesive developer experience. Partner with engineering and design on APIs, CLI tools, administration experiences, documentation, and integrations with AI coding tools.
- Shape model access and interoperability. Work directly with inference providers to evaluate model capabilities, plan integrations, and align on capacity, reliability, and pricing. Prioritize model discovery and compatibility so customers can adopt new models without unnecessary integration work.
- Define enterprise safety and governance experiences. Translate requirements for identity, access management, credential protection, policy enforcement, and auditability into clear, usable capabilities.
- Guide reliability and cost-management decisions. Define traffic balancing, routing, and fallback strategies across multiple inference providers, balancing model quality, latency, availability, and cost. Own inference cost-management priorities, including usage visibility, budgets, and spend optimization.
- Drive execution and launches. Write focused product requirements, make explicit tradeoffs, and partner with customer-facing teams on positioning, onboarding, release readiness, and continuous learning.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of product management experience, with experience building developer tools, infrastructure, security, or platform products.
- Demonstrated success taking a product from concept to launch, including validating customer demand, defining the initial scope, and driving adoption after release.
- Strong technical background, through software engineering experience or ownership of deeply technical products. You can evaluate API designs, understand system architecture, and make informed tradeoffs with engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and agent workflows, and an informed perspective on the challenges of giving agents secure access to models, tools, and data.
- Strong product judgment and analytical skills, with examples of using customer research and product data to prioritize investments and measure results.
- Excellent written communication and cross-functional leadership, with a track record of aligning engineering, design, and go-to-market teams around a clear strategy and delivering in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

We are looking for a results-driven Head of Business Development with a strong background in the iGaming B2B sector, specifically within game providers or aggregators. The role focuses on expanding content distribution through strategic aggregator partnerships, entering new markets, and driving revenue growth.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can establish commercial processes from the ground up, leverage existing industry relationships, and manage the entire partnership lifecycle from initial outreach to successful game launches.
Responsibilities
- Drive international business expansion by securing new aggregator partnerships and increasing game distribution across their operator networks, with direct operator deals as a secondary priority
- Identify and engage prospective partners across Tier-1 markets, Latin America, and Europe, evaluating opportunities based on commercial potential, market fit, and distribution reach
- Manage the complete business development cycle, from prospecting and qualification to commercial negotiations, contract execution, technical integration, and go-live
- Build relationships with decision-makers at aggregator and operator companies, conduct discovery meetings, present the game portfolio, and negotiate revenue-sharing agreements
- Develop compelling commercial proposals using game characteristics and performance indicators, including RTP, volatility, themes, retention, and average bet
- Establish and maintain an effective CRM and sales pipeline framework, ensuring accurate opportunity tracking, structured follow-ups, and reliable revenue forecasts
- Identify and engage potential aggregator and operator partners through targeted outreach, industry networking, and participation in major events such as SiGMA, ICE, and iGB
- Work closely with Product, Compliance, and Integration teams to facilitate partner onboarding, resolve licensing or technical challenges, and accelerate content launches
- Share market insights with Product teams, including competitor performance, portfolio opportunities, localization requirements, and regional player preferences
- Take ownership of partner-generated GGR, monitor commercial performance, and provide the CEO with weekly pipeline updates, monthly revenue reports by partner and market, and quarterly forecasts for signings, launches, and GGR
- Identify potential commercial or operational obstacles early and escalate critical issues directly to the CEO to avoid delays
Requirements
- 2+ years of business development experience within an iGaming game provider or aggregator — mandatory
- Strong understanding of the B2B game distribution ecosystem, including aggregator-led sales models, RGS and integration processes, licensing, certification, and revenue-sharing structures
- Established professional relationships with aggregators and operators across Tier-1 markets, Europe, and Latin America, with a particularly strong network on the aggregator side
- Demonstrated success in bringing gaming content to market through aggregator partnerships
- Proven ability to build new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, and industry networking, including events such as SiGMA, ICE, and iGB
- Good understanding of ICP development, lead qualification, and B2B sales funnels, with the ability to prioritize high-impact aggregator partnerships over individual operator deals
- Confident in managing commercial discussions with mid-level and C-level stakeholders, from initial discovery to negotiating partnership terms and revenue-sharing models
- Entrepreneurial approach and the ability to establish business development processes, CRM workflows, and sales pipelines from scratch
- Analytical mindset with an understanding of iGaming performance metrics, including RTP, volatility, player retention, and average bet, and the ability to translate these insights into effective commercial presentations
- Experience working with CRM platforms, maintaining accurate records, managing follow-ups, and monitoring deal progression
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) to Advanced (C1) English, with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Persistence and adaptability when dealing with complex negotiations, extended integration timelines, and unsuccessful sales opportunities
- Availability for international business travel, including industry conferences and partner meetings
What's in it for you

Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
ABOUT MYSTEN LABS
Through Sui and our financial products, we’re building infrastructure and experiences for trading, liquidity, and asset management. Alongside that work, we’re developing the infrastructure and products AI agents need to operate reliably, handle sensitive information, and interact under clear rules.
As agents take on more responsibility, they need more than intelligence. They need persistent context, trusted access to information, and clear boundaries around what they can do. Mysten brings together capabilities across storage, memory, privacy, and policy-controlled interactions to help make that future possible.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Product Lead to turn our emerging agentic technologies into products customers can understand, adopt, and buy.
Your role is to translate our product capabilities into useful experiences and commercially viable offerings—for example, a commerce-focused product that helps retailers manage agent-driven shopping, returns, or refunds.
Working closely with our CTO, Sales Lead, and engineering, you’ll identify customer problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and help bring the strongest opportunities to market. You’ll connect customer discovery, product definition, experience design, and commercialization, staying close to the work from the first concept through launch.
Joining this team means helping define a new product category, its customer experience, and the business around it. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how businesses participate in the agent economy and bring that vision to market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identify and prioritize customer problems our other agentic products are well positioned to solve.
- Lead customer discovery alongside our CTO, developing a clear understanding of buyer needs, user workflows, and adoption barriers.
- Rapidly create prototypes, interactive demonstrations, and product variants using AI-assisted design and coding tools.
- Test concepts with customers and use their feedback to refine the experience, scope, and value proposition.
- Define product requirements and work with engineering to turn validated prototypes into reliable, production-ready offerings.
- Shape packaging, pricing hypotheses, positioning, and GTM strategy in partnership with sales and the broader team.
- Design experiences that make agent capabilities, permissions, policies, and human oversight understandable to users.
- Balance customer-specific needs with opportunities to build reusable capabilities and repeatable products.
- Define success measures across customer value, adoption, conversion, and revenue, using results to guide iteration.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 12+ years of Product Management, Product Design, or related experience
- A track record of taking new products from an ambiguous opportunity through customer validation, launch, and commercial adoption.
- Startup or similarly entrepreneurial experience, with direct ownership of building and shipping under uncertainty.
- Strong prototyping skills and hands-on experience using AI-assisted or agentic coding tools to build and iterate on functional experiences.
- Experience working directly with customers to define products, validate demand, and support pilots or sales conversations.
- Commercial judgment, including experience contributing to packaging, pricing, positioning, or GTM decisions.
- Strong UX instincts and the ability to make complex technology approachable without obscuring important controls or constraints.
- Enough technical fluency to collaborate with engineering on integrations, feasibility, and the path from prototype to production.
- A hands-on working style and the ability to influence across product, design, engineering, and sales.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with customer-facing AI, enterprise commerce, payments, trust and security, or workflow products.
- Experience with agent permissions, approval flows, auditability, or other mechanisms that help businesses control automated actions.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

- Experience selling a technical product, such as APIs, infrastructure or developer tooling, to engineers and business teams alik
- Experience building your own pipeline from scratch, without SDR support.
- Experience negotiating commercial terms for onchain trading products, such as swap fees, trade surplus, API pricing and revenue-sharing agreements.
- A strong understanding of onchain trading and execution quality, including how price impact, slippage, gas costs and fees affect trading outcomes.
- Ability to travel globally for customer meetings, conferences, ecosystem events, and annual team offsites.
- Aligned with our core values https://0x.org/post/the-0x-mission-and-values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact.
Nice to have
- Comfortable navigating onchain data from platforms like Dune and DefiLlama to spot trends, size opportunities and benchmark 0x against competitors.
- Experience at a DEX, aggregator or onchain trading infrastructure company.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually
Creating solutions that run on 13% of the world’s smartphones
The Mobile Integrations team builds the core technology that turns advertising from an interruption into a rewarded experience for 770 million users. We own the robust, lightweight, integration layer between our ad engine and the global mobile ecosystem, ensuring our technology operates with minimal overhead while reaching a massive portion of the smartphone market.
On the client side, our technology performs smoothly across 20 million daily SDK initializations. We build native Swift and Kotlin SDKs optimized for ms initialization and minimal binary overhead, with Unity, Flutter, and React Native wrappers that provide a unified API across the entire mobile ecosystem. Behind the scenes, a high-throughput Go and DynamoDB architecture handles the real-time state synchronization of millions of concurrent sessions. When your code runs on nearly one out of every seven smartphones on Earth, every millisecond of execution and every byte of memory counts.
What you Will Do:
- Own and prioritize the Mobile SDK product backlog, balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical requirements, and engineering capacity.
- Translate product and developer needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable priorities for the engineering team.
- Drive feature delivery from discovery and planning through development, testing, release, and post-launch evaluation.
- Work closely with Android, iOS, Backend, QA, and other stakeholders to manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth delivery.
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, developers, and internal teams to identify integration pain points and opportunities to improve the SDK and developer experience.
- Support SDK releases and rollouts, including release planning, documentation, adoption tracking, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Use product data, SDK telemetry, and feedback to measure outcomes, identify opportunities, and continuously improve the Mobile SDK platform.
Who You Are:
- You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. (Bonus points if you have a background in ad-tech or Mobile/SDKs)
- You aren't expected to write code, but you are right at home discussing SDK architecture. You grasp the fundamentals and differences between iOS and Android, empowering you to have meaningful debates with the development team and properly weigh technical debt against business value.
- You have a proven track record of leveraging A/B testing and experimentation to drive product strategy. You know exactly how to define clear success metrics, analyze KPIs, and confidently pivot based on what the data tells you.
- You are a digital native who speaks the language of both business and engineering fluidly. You excel at closing the gap, aligning what the business envisions with what the technology can actually execute.
- You take deep ownership of your product. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, working independently, and making the objective calls needed to balance incoming business requests with the long-term technical integrity of the platform.
- You possess concise, direct communication skills. You know how to align, motivate, and guide interdisciplinary teams, cultivating a thriving and collaborative environment even as project requirements evolve.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
AI is changing what security teams can do. Claude can find and help fix vulnerabilities in code at a pace that wasn't possible a year ago, and we want defenders to have that advantage first.
As Manager, Cybersecurity Sales Specialists, you'll build and lead the team of cybersecurity specialists who sell to security teams across our Americas business units, including financial services, healthcare and life sciences, and technology. Your team partners with the Account Executives in each industry to lead the security strategy and the security deal with CISOs.
You'll help shape how Anthropic sells security: how your team covers the business units, how it works with the Account Executive and Applied AI organizations, and how what we learn from customers shapes what we build. The work matters to our mission: a safe transition through transformative AI depends on the people who defend critical systems being able to use it well, and this team is how we get it into their hands.
Responsibilities
Hire, onboard and develop a high-performing team of cybersecurity sales specialists
Own your team's forecast, pipeline health and results across the business units you cover
Set your team's coverage model, and agree on clear rules of engagement with the sales leaders who own each industry and with Applied AI leadership on discovery, proofs of concept and architecture
Build a pipeline engine with the Account Executives, across their existing accounts and through outbound to security leaders, events and partners
Coach your team through complex deals that lead with the customer's problem (finding and fixing vulnerabilities, application security, security operations, and deploying AI agents securely), and act as executive sponsor with CISOs on the most important ones
Make security reviews, verification for security use cases, and procurement a repeatable path rather than a deal-by-deal effort
Scale enablement so Account Executives across every business unit can spot and qualify security opportunities
Bring what your team hears from security customers to sales leadership and to our product, safeguards and marketing teams, and turn it into input on the roadmap
Run a healthy team: clear expectations, regular feedback, and performance and development conversations
Minimum Qualifications
Experience building and leading a cybersecurity sales team that carried a number, whether direct, specialist or overlay, including hiring, coaching and managing performance
Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals where the security organization was the buyer or the deciding approver, and of coaching others to do the same
Fluency in how security teams work, built by selling directly to CISOs, application security leads and security engineers
Depth in at least one security domain, such as application security, vulnerability management, security operations, cloud, data, identity or endpoint security
History of building a business before there was an established approach, through outbound and partners rather than inherited accounts
Ability to lead through influence as well as authority, so that Account Executives and their leaders bring your team in because it helps them win
Consultative approach to selling and coaching: understanding the problem before proposing anything, and being honest about what a product can't do
Commitment to making AI systems safe and beneficial
Preferred Qualifications
Background selling security in one of the industries we cover, and an understanding of how security is bought and regulated there
Experience managing managers and individual contributors, or scaling a sales team through fast growth
Experience leading teams selling AI, developer or data platform products to technical buyers
Time spent as a security practitioner or sales engineer before moving into sales leadership
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$450,000
—
$550,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Fluency in Italian
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to commercial accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.
We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you're excited about a role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. If you're a builder at heart, share our company values, and are enthusiastic about making software toolmaking ubiquitous, we want to hear from you.

Are you comfortable navigating complex software systems, working with coding agents, and defining what makes developer tools actually useful? Do you want to shape how developers and AI work together inside IDEs?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Agentic development is changing how software gets built. Developers no longer just chat with AI – they delegate tasks, run parallel agent sessions, and steer autonomous changes. As agents take on more work, reviewing and owning the output is becoming the hardest part of the process.
JetBrains Air is our open system for agentic development. It brings tools like Codex, GitHub Copilot, Claude Agent, Gemini, and Junie directly into JetBrains IDEs, providing an agentic-first user experience.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead key areas of Air. You’ll take ownership of high-impact workflows, work closely with cross-functional teams (including software engineers, designers, ML researchers, analysts, DevRel, and product marketing), and turn technical complexity into clear product direction.
Day to day, you will:
Take end-to-end ownership of key parts of Air in JetBrains IDEs, driving work from problem framing and discovery to delivery, adoption, and iteration.
Define and refine core agentic workflows, including task delegation, session monitoring, steering, and code review.
Model complex user flows, system states, permissions, and integration schemes to guide engineering and design decisions.
Maintain a transparent roadmap that balances quick improvements with long-term strategic investments.
Define telemetry, design experiments, analyze product data, and make evidence-based roadmap decisions.
Study how developers interact with leading AI agents and tools to inform product priorities.
Engage with the Agent Client Protocol (ACP) ecosystem and collaborate with partners building on it.
Partner with enterprise sales and support teams to address governance, privacy, and control requirements.
What you’ll bring
A systems-thinking mindset that easily breaks down complex architectures, workflows, and dependencies.
A data-driven approach to product decisions, including hands-on experience querying and analyzing telemetry.
Active personal experience using coding agents and clear perspectives on where current AI tools succeed and fail.
Strong product intuition for complex technical user experiences and developer workflows.
Clear, concise, and collaborative communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply and build alignment across diverse groups of stakeholders.
Comfort navigating fast-changing technical landscapes with high ambiguity.
What you’ll need
Proven experience shipping end-user products as a product manager or in a similar role.
Strong technical grounding in software development workflows, including IDEs, git, code review, CI/CD, and package management.
A hands-on technical background sufficient to collaborate closely with software and ML engineers.
An understanding of core AI and agent concepts, including tool use, protocols (MCP/ACP), context retrieval, evaluations, and latency/cost trade-offs.
The ability to write SQL or Python to analyze product metrics and experiment results independently.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
What success looks like
In your first 6 to 12 months, success in this role means:
Driving measurable growth in active Air users and improving weekly/monthly retention (D7/D30).
Increasing agent session completion rates and the proportion of agent-generated changes accepted by developers.
Establishing clear, telemetry-backed decisions across your product roadmap areas.
Delivering validated product hypotheses consistently each quarter.
Contributing directly to JetBrains AI revenue growth and overall IDE value.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary – We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work schedule – Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.

Head of Sales
.
Your main tasks will be:
Bring on influencers and models: find them, negotiate, agree terms, launch.
Get to agencies and open up their model pools.
Find and integrate partnerships, both technology and promo automation.
Run the flow of promo material from our internal team for every model: what's needed, how much, by when.
Own the pipeline and the forecast. Revenue and cash flow for the direction sit with you.
Set priorities and grow volume partner by partner.
Develop the line-up: new SKUs, work on content cost.
Rase creator’s monetization on the platform.
We expect from you:
You've negotiated and closed with talent and agencies yourself: terms, rev share, exclusivity.
Your own network inside agencies and among top creators. Not a list you'd have to build from zero.
You understand creator-platform economics: rev-share models, creator LTV, the unit economics of onboarding a partner.
You build a pipeline, forecast against it, and report on the direction without being chased.
You work with Revenue, ARPPU and partner retention as numbers you act on.
You can run promo production from the client side: brief the internal team, accept the work, hold the deadlines.
Working knowledge of AI tools for creators, photo and video generation.
Superset or an equivalent for dashboards. Excel at pivot-table and modelling level.
English C1.
You build long relationships rather than closing a deal and walking away.
You read what motivates different creators. Some want money, some want reach, some want to be handled carefully. You can tell which is which.
You're comfortable sitting between the partner outside and production inside.
You find your own channels. The market is closed and there won't be much coming to you.
You stay calm when something goes wrong and keep both the partner and the team.
Discipline in reporting: forecast, actual, and an honest explanation of the gap.
