Location: Austin, in-person Director, Partner Growth & Strategy Classification: Exempt (Salaried) Reports to: SVP Business Development Role Summary inKind is looking for a Director of Partner Growth & Strategy to build the strategy, systems, technology, and playbooks that power our Account Management organization. Our Account Managers own relationships with inKind's restaurant partners and play a critical commercial role—helping partners maximize their relationship with inKind, secure additional funding, add locations, renew, and grow over time. Account Managers report directly to our Regional Sales Managers, giving them strong day-to-day sales leadership, coaching, and support. This role is designed to complement that structure. The Director of Partner Growth & Strategy will not directly manage the Account Management team. Instead, this person will own how Account Management works : developing the processes, sales methodologies, technology, data, training, product improvements, and partner experiences that allow our Account Managers to become more effective and our restaurant partnerships to become more valuable over time. This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of Sales, Account Management, Product, Operations, and Technology . The right person will approach Account Management not simply as a relationship-management function, but as a scalable growth engine. They will constantly ask: What are our best Account Managers doing differently? How do we turn that into a repeatable process? What should we automate? What should we build? What data should trigger action? And how do we make every Account Manager better? What You'll Own Build the Account Management Operating System Develop and continuously improve the processes, tools, and methodologies used across the Account Management organization. Create repeatable playbooks for key partner growth motions, including: Renewals Additional funding New and sister-location expansion Partner referrals Slow-redemption intervention High-performing partner expansion At-risk partner recovery Adoption of new inKind products and offerings Define the triggers, data, messaging, collateral, objection handling, workflows, and expected outcomes associated with each motion. Identify what our highest-performing Account Managers do differently and turn those behaviors into repeatable practices across the organization. Own the Partner Lifecycle Design the ideal restaurant partner journey from initial funding through onboarding, activation, growth, additional funding, renewal, and expansion. Determine which partner interactions should be relationship-driven, technology-enabled, or fully automated. Build proactive, data-driven engagement strategies so Account Managers know which partners need attention, why they need attention, and the highest-value action to take next. Partner with Sales and Operations leadership to continuously reduce friction throughout the partner lifecycle. Improve Account Management Sales Effectiveness Build the sales methodology used by Account Managers to sell renewals, additional funding, additional locations, and other products. Develop pitch frameworks, business reviews, partner-facing materials, objection-handling guides, and other tools that increase conversion. Partner with Regional Sales Managers to identify coaching opportunities and translate successful field tactics into organization-wide best practices. Design training and certification programs that continually improve Account Manager commercial capabilities. Develop structured experiments to test new messaging, offers, processes, and sales techniques—and scale what works. Drive Technology & Automation Partner with Product, Engineering, Salesforce, and Operations teams to make Account Management increasingly technology-enabled and scalable. Identify manual activities that can be automated or moved into self-service experiences. Help develop systems that proactively identify opportunities and risks across the restaurant portfolio, including: Partners eligible for additional funding Upcoming renewal opportunities Newly opened or missing locations Changes in redemption or sales pacing At-risk accounts Expansion opportunities Partners requiring intervention Help define the vision for an Account Management "cockpit" that allows each AM to quickly understand where to focus their time and what action to take. Help Shape the Partner Product Serve as a structured voice of the restaurant partner within inKind. Develop systems for capturing and categorizing partner feedback, objections, product requests, and operational friction. Partner closely with Product leadership to translate restaurant feedback and Account Manager insights into actionable product opportunities. Play a key role in shaping the continued development of the inKind Partner Portal and other restaurant-facing technology. Use data to quantify partner friction and product opportunities rather than relying solely on anecdotal feedback. Build the Measurement Framework Develop the KPIs and reporting required to understand Account Management effectiveness and partner health. Measure performance across areas such as: Renewal rate Incremental funding Location expansion Partner engagement Funding eligibility and conversion Credit pacing Time from opportunity identification to close Portfolio growth Partner retention Create visibility into performance across Account Managers, regions, partner segments, and lifecycle stages. Use these insights to identify opportunities for improvement in people, process, product, and technology. How You'll Work This role will operate as the connective tissue between our Account Managers and the teams building the systems around them. Regional Sales Managers will continue to own the day-to-day management, coaching, and commercial performance of Account Managers. You will own the system in which they operate . You will spend time with Account Managers understanding what happens in the field, with Sales leaders understanding what drives conversion, with Product understanding what we can build, with Operations understanding what we can automate, and with data identifying where the biggest opportunities exist. Your job is to turn those insights into measurable improvements. What Success Looks Like Within your first year, we expect to see: A clearly defined Account Management methodology and partner lifecycle Repeatable playbooks for our major renewal and expansion motions Better visibility into partner health and growth opportunities Increased renewal and additional-funding conversion Faster identification and pursuit of expansion opportunities More consistent performance across Account Managers Increased Account Manager capacity through automation and self-service A stronger feedback loop between restaurant partners, Account Management, and Product Meaningful improvements to our Partner Portal and internal Account Management technology A culture of continuously testing, measuring, and improving how we grow existing restaurant partnerships What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who combines the commercial instincts of a sales leader with the systems thinking of a product or operations leader. The ideal candidate: Has experience building or scaling Account Management, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Partner Growth, or similar functions Has a strong understanding of B2B sales and expansion motions Is highly analytical and comfortable using data to diagnose problems and identify opportunities Has experience developing sales processes, playbooks, and training Understands CRM systems, sales automation, and workflow design Has experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams Can translate frontline customer feedback into scalable product and process improvements Is comfortable designing and running experiments Has exceptional cross-functional leadership skills Is equally comfortable talking to an Account Manager about objection handling and a Product Manager about workflow automation Has a strong bias toward action and measurable outcomes Experience in restaurants, hospitality, fintech, payments, marketplaces, SaaS, or other multi-location businesses is a plus. The Person Who Will Thrive Here You are probably not someone who is satisfied simply managing an existing Account Management playbook. You want to build a better one. When one Account Manager significantly outperforms another, you want to understand why . When Account Managers repeatedly perform the same manual task, you want to understand why it isn't automated . When restaurant partners repeatedly raise the same objection, you want to understand whether we should change the pitch, change the process, or change the product . And when something works, you want to figure out how to make it work across the entire organization. This is an opportunity to build the infrastructure behind a rapidly growing restaurant partner network and help define how inKind manages, grows, and serves those partnerships at scale. Who we are: inKind connects passionate diners with exceptional restaurants across the country. inKind partners with thousands of restaurants and has millions of users who want to discover great places, dine confidently, and earn meaningful rewards. Through the inKind app, guests earn 20% back every time they dine, turning everyday meals into something more rewarding. Rooted in hospitality and built on a win-win philosophy, inKind exists to help great restaurants thrive while inspiring guests to dine out more often. Every meal creates value on both sides of the table, empowering diners to savor more while strengthening the restaurant community. inKind is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We believe that diversity is vital to inKind's ability to provide our clients with the best recommendations and are committed to fostering a varied and inclusive work environment. Your race, color, ancestry, religion, gender, gender identity, national origin, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability status, veteran status, or any other protected category have no bearing on our hiring decisions. By submitting this application, you acknowledge that inKind Cards, Inc. may share the information you provide with trusted third-party service providers, including fraud detection and application processing partners, to evaluate your application and ensure the integrity of our hiring process. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy . Location: United Kingdom; Spain; Netherlands; Poland Workplace: remote Art Director, Brand & Marketing Design About the Role Finom is building a brand that European entrepreneurs recognise and trust, and right now the visual side of that brand needs an owner. We are looking for an Art Director to lead our Marketing Design team and take ownership of Finom's visual identity end to end. Not marketing design in isolation: the brand system itself, the guidelines behind it, and how consistently it shows up everywhere Finom appears. You are joining at a genuine inflection point. Finom is growing fast, helping entrepreneurs around Europe take their businesses to the next level. We have over 200k users with ambition for millions more. Meanwhile, our customers rate us 4.8 on Trustpilot, the only business banking app above 4.7. Our ambition brings with it a unique set of challenges. Your job will be twofold: raise the creative bar, and build the system that lets a team deliver at volume without the quality dropping. Your first months will be as much about diagnosis as creation: auditing the existing identity, understanding where the current team and workflows are working or falling short, and putting the foundations in place for what comes next. From there, you'll help determine and lead the next evolution of Finom's visual identity. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will direct and mentor, and you will also design, setting the visual benchmark yourself, not just reviewing other people's work against it. You will work in close partnership with our VP of Product Design, so that the brand reads as one across marketing, product, and the entire brand experience. Finom is building an AI-native production pipeline, and we want a creative leader who is already fluent in it. Not someone curious about AI, someone who has shipped with it and can design the workflows, quality gates and brand guardrails that make AI output genuinely good rather than merely fast. What You Will Be Doing • Own Finom's visual identity (the brand system, guidelines, design systems and documentation) and drive consistent adoption across every team and touchpoint, including teams that produce assets outside your own • Set and hold the creative bar. Shape visual direction across channels and make consistency and quality non-negotiable • Lead and develop the existing Marketing Design team, assess its capabilities and future shape, and determine where additional permanent, freelance or AI-enabled capacity is needed • Define the design requirements for intake, briefing, prioritisation, SLAs and review, working with Brand Operations and Marketing Operations to turn them into scalable processes • Design and direct high-quality visual and motion assets that bring the brand to life, personally setting the benchmark for the wider team • Build the AI-native production pipeline: define where AI accelerates the work, where it doesn't, and what quality and brand-integrity gates it has to pass. Create the templates, systems and tools that let both designers and AI workflows execute independently • Provide creative direction at the front of significant projects (the creative kickoff, the concept, the narrative) rather than reviewing work once it's already been produced • Direct the creation of mood boards, design references, scamps, storyboards and animatics to communicate creative intent • Partner with Marketing, Product, copywriters and strategists to develop campaigns across digital-first channels (social, web, video), with the ability to stretch into ATL where the moment calls for it • Own projects from concept through delivery, and run multiple parallel workstreams without letting standards slip • Build and present creative work to senior stakeholders, articulating rationale clearly enough to guide decisions • Manage a flexible pool of freelance and external creative partners to absorb peaks in demand • Act as guardian of the visual identity while continuously pushing where the brand can be braver Who You Are • A genuinely strong designer. Other designers respect your work and want to learn from you; that's the bar, and it isn't optional for this role • Strong design taste, and able to articulate how it impacts the business. You can tell excellent from generic and explain precisely why, in terms a non-designer can act on • A builder of process as much as a maker of work. You believe high volume and high quality are compatible, and you have the systems thinking to prove it • Customer-obsessed in how you approach brand: your creative decisions trace back to what the audience actually responds to, not to internal taste • Comfortable with ambiguity. Finom is moving fast, the setup is being built as you go, and you find that energising rather than exhausting • A generous leader who elevates people, gives direct feedback, and turns good work into exceptional work • Confident with senior stakeholders without becoming a bottleneck for them Must-Haves • 8+ years as a graphic or brand designer, ideally in fast-moving, brand-led environments • 4+ years as a design leader with direct responsibility for a team of three or more • Experience building customer-facing technology brands or consumer digital products at scale. Your portfolio should show how strong visual craft works alongside usability, clarity and commercial objectives • A track record of building and evolving brand systems across campaigns, products or businesses, including ownership of key visual directions • A standout portfolio showing strategic thinking, creativity and polished execution across visual design, motion, editorial, digital and social formats • Clear examples of work where you led or directed other creatives • Demonstrated AI design fluency, with evidence of AI-native production rather than occasional AI assistance: workflows you built, quality standards you set, output you shipped • Experience creating scalable brand systems, templates, tools and guidelines that let other teams execute independently • Expertise across Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with the ability to define efficient workflows and standards for a team • A portfolio of shipped brand assets: campaign visuals, social graphics, presentation decks, event materials, marketing collateral • Excellent communication skills and the judgement to influence at a senior level • Fluent English Nice-to-Haves • Experience in fintech or financial services • Experience with sponsorship, partnership or event-led brand work at scale • Motion design depth, or experience directing motion specialists • Experience partnering closely with a product design function on a shared brand system • Experience building and managing a freelance or external creative network What You Will Get In Return Make a genuine impact on the product Join our upward trajectory, and grow with us. We provide the resources and opportunities for continuous personal and professional development, empowering you to make a genuine impact on our evolving product. Work in the EU Embark on this exciting journey with us and enjoy the flexibility of traveling and working remotely or in a hybrid model across Europe. Location: Singapore - Office - Suntec City Who is Tenable? Tenable® is the Exposure Management company. Over 40,000 organizations around the globe rely on Tenable to understand and reduce cyber risk. Our global employees support 65 percent of the Fortune 500, 50 percent of the Global 2000, and large government agencies. Come be part of our journey! What makes Tenable such a great place to work? Ask a member of our team and they’ll answer, “Our people!” We work together to build and innovate best-in-class cybersecurity solutions for our customers; all while creating a culture of belonging, respect, and excellence where we can be our best selves. When you’re part of our #OneTenable team, you can expect to partner with some of the most talented and passionate people in the industry, and have the support and resources you need to do work that truly matters. We deliver results that exceed expectations and we win together! Your Role: Tenable is looking for a Director, Channel Sales to lead our channel sales team across Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). You'll own the region's indirect go-to-market strategy — growing and managing the partners (resellers and distributors) who help Tenable reach customers across a region that spans a diverse market. You'll manage and build a channel team and a partner network that can operate at that scale, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Services, and Support to make sure partners are set up to sell, deploy, and support Tenable well in their local markets. Your Opportunity: Lead, hire, coach, and manage a team of channel sales professionals across APJ — helping each person grow their skills and their career. Own and execute Tenable's channel sales strategy for APJ: set clear KPIs, build repeatable playbooks, and raise the bar on channel sales best practice across the team. Grow the Tenable Assure Partner Program footprint across APJ — recruiting, enabling, and scaling resellers and distributors across the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum partner tiers. Partner with global and regional Sales, Marketing, Services, and Enablement teams to build consistent partner compensation, training, and incentive programs suited to APJ's markets. Manage the end-to-end channel sales process: pipeline health, deal registration, forecasting, and the metrics that keep the channel funnel healthy. Own key partner and customer relationships across the region, and lead commercial discussions — including volume discounts and deal terms — for strategic partners and high-value accounts. Represent APJ's channel priorities to global channel leadership, and adapt global partner programs so they work for local market realities (e.g. distributor-led models in parts of Southeast Asia and Greater China vs. direct reseller models in Australia and New Zealand). Travel regularly across APJ to support partners, customers, and your team in person. Take on other reasonable duties as the business needs — this list covers the core of the role, not all of it. What You'll Need: A genuine people leader — someone with a track record of coaching a team and helping them grow into stronger channel sellers and, eventually, leaders themselves. 5+ years of indirect/channel sales leadership experience in technology or cybersecurity, including at least 2 years at Director level leading a channel sales or partnerships function across APJ. A solid understanding of how channel and distribution models differ across APJ's markets, and the judgement to adapt strategy country by country rather than applying one approach everywhere. Experience setting and managing channel KPIs, quota attainment, and sales funnel metrics — and a track record of hitting them. Established relationships with channel partners and distributors across the region. Location: United States Director of Paid Media Marketing · Full-time · Remote (US) · Core hours 9-5 EST About Nysonian Nysonian is a $250 million dollar consumer products company built around two brands: NOBL and Flo Pilates . We grew revenue 8x in 2025 and are building the next phase of the US-based business across physical products, software, and subscription experiences. NOBL is a functional travel brand built around a simple idea: travel products should solve real problems, not just look better. Every feature is designed to eliminate friction from the travel experience — from seamless organization and easy access, to tracking, connectivity, and protection. Flo Pilates brings studio-quality Pilates into the home through connected fitness hardware, content, and subscription experiences. Across both brands, we're building product ecosystems that deepen the customer relationship beyond the initial purchase and create recurring value over time. We're looking for builders who want autonomy, speed, and the ability to shape products at scale. The Opportunity Nysonian is hiring a Head of Paid Media to own acquisition performance across NOBL and Flo, personally managing paid channels at scale and driving profitable growth. This role reports to Daniel (Co-CEO) and works closely with the performance creative and data teams. What You'll Own Hands-on media buying across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and AppLovin; Launching campaigns, analyzing performance, and making spending decisions daily across all brands. Landing-page creation and testing: turning campaign insights into page variants tailored to specific ads, audiences, and offers. You'll execute this yourself, not request it from others. Deep account analysis: connecting ad performance to landing-page behavior, conversion data, and funnel dynamics to diagnose what's working and what's broken. Hypothesis development and testing: forming your own theories about platform dynamics and account optimization, then running live tests to validate them. Scaling strategy and execution: determining how much incremental spend each channel and campaign can absorb, where to redirect budget, and when to cut or consolidate. Performance monitoring and autonomous decision-making seven days a week. Accounts need attention on weekends, and you won't hand off buying responsibility because it's Saturday. Skills & Qualifications Recent, hands-on media-buying experience: you personally launched, analyzed, and scaled campaigns in Meta Ads Manager. A management title or big brand on your résumé doesn't count—we need evidence you did the actual work. Personally managed at least $1 million per month in media spend that you controlled directly. Direct-response copywriting and landing-page creation: you've written hooks, offers, objections, and proof points, and built and tested landing-page variations yourself. Deep Meta knowledge and obsessive attention to platform dynamics, including original thinking about campaign structure, targeting, and scaling approaches. Strong analytical foundation: you understand CAC, new-customer ROAS, attribution limits, and how to move beyond "ROAS is down" to diagnose root causes. Ability to connect acquisition performance to creative, offers, funnels, and landing pages—you see the full customer journey, not just ad-account metrics. AI workflow already in active use: you have a demonstrated, concrete workflow showing how AI helps you analyze, write, build, or test faster. Comfort with autonomy and influence: you propose the next move, don't wait for us to decide it. This Role Is Not a Fit If You've never personally created and tested landing pages yourself, or you treat landing-page, copy, and offer improvements as someone else's responsibility. You stop analyzing at "ROAS is down" and can't dig through the ad, page, and conversion process to identify the likely problem and recommend a specific change. You wait for direction on what to test or where to adjust spending instead of proposing priorities yourself and expecting to execute on your own call. You won't personally manage the accounts on weekends or you view this as a nine-to-five role where account coverage ends Friday. Compensation We use a market-based approach to compensation. The expected total compensation range for this role is: USD $200,000 to $250,000. This role also offers a performance-based bonus tied to business impact (OTE $300-350k). Why You'll Love Working at Nysonian Culture We're founder-led and operate with speed, direct communication, and clear accountability We invest in tools and management practices that help colleagues do their best work Our products are used by customers globally AI is intentionally embedded in how we work, create, and scale Senior leaders are expected to create structure, make decisions, and stay close to execution Growth & Development Competitive pay and meaningful opportunities for performance-based advancement Ownership of strategy, systems, execution, and team buildout within your function Opportunity to build and scale a meaningful part of the business across two consumer brands Scope and compensation growth tied to performance, role expansion, and measurable business impact Benefits Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance options for you and your family 100% Paid for Life and Disability Insurance Paid Time Off Nine (9) paid holidays per year Complimentary NOBL & Flo Pilates products Remote-first — core operating hours are 9-5 EST We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, sex, religion, gender, marital status, natio nal origin, genetics, disability, age, veteran status or other characteristics.

Location: UK, London Workplace: OnSite Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further. ABOUT THE ROLE Humanoid is seeking a Head of Government Relations to lead the company's engagement with governments, regulators, and industry bodies across its principal markets. The role reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer and carries a global remit spanning government relations, public affairs, and policy. The United Kingdom is the company's primary market and the United States its fastest-growing second, alongside Canada, Germany, and the European institutions in Brussels. The remit extends beyond engagement to the development of the company's policy positions, in close alignment with Legal, Finance, and commercial leadership. Three priorities define the role. The first is to establish a regulatory path for the technology, working with governments, regulators, standards bodies, and industry associations so that bipedal platforms, and not solely wheeled systems, can be deployed safely and at scale. The second is to develop routes to public and institutional capital, including government-backed investment and financing support. The third is to build the public-interest case for humanoid robotics, from industrial deployment through to sectors such as healthcare. The role involves monitoring political and regulatory developments across the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States; advising leadership on their implications for the business; building and maintaining relationships across Westminster, Whitehall, Brussels, and Washington DC; and representing Humanoid before policymakers, officials, industry associations, and at public forums. The position is based in London, with the option to relocate to Washington DC as the company's United States operations grow, and involves regular international travel. The successful candidate will build a team as the function develops. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Develop and own Humanoid's government relations, public affairs, and policy strategy globally, with the United Kingdom as the primary market and the United States close behind. - Establish a regulatory path for humanoid robotics, working with governments, regulators, standards bodies, and industry associations to shape regulation that allows bipedal platforms to be deployed safely and at scale. - Develop the company's policy positions as well as its relationships, in close alignment with Legal, Finance, and commercial leadership, so that policy work enables the business. - Develop routes to public and institutional capital, including government-backed investment and financing support, working alongside the Chief Legal Officer and the Finance team. - Build the public-interest case for humanoid robotics, including in sectors such as healthcare, and translate that case into deployment opportunities. - Build and maintain relationships across Westminster and Whitehall, in Brussels, in Washington DC, and with industrial associations across the United Kingdom, the European Union, and North America. - Represent Humanoid before policymakers, officials, and industry bodies, and at public forums and conferences. - Monitor political and regulatory developments across the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States, and advise leadership on their implications for the business. - Work closely with North American legal leadership on engagement across the United States and Canada. - Build and lead the government relations function as it grows, while remaining personally engaged in research, drafting, and engagement. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 10+ years of experience specifically in government relations, government affairs, public affairs, or policy. This is a firm minimum. - Deep and current knowledge of the United Kingdom political environment, including the ability to anticipate how the policy agenda is likely to develop. - A sound working understanding of the United States political environment, and of European Union institutions and policymaking. - A bachelor's degree in law, political science, economics, engineering, or a related field. - Experience in at least one relevant sector: technology, telecommunications, satellites, media, AI, software, automotive, aerospace and space, or defence. - The ability to develop policy positions and strategy, not only relationships. - A hands-on, execution-oriented approach, with a record of conducting research and drafting personally alongside managing others. - The ability to operate in ambiguity and to create clarity in a fast-moving environment. - Willingness to travel regularly, including to Germany, Brussels, Washington DC, Boston, and San Diego. - The right to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available for this role. - A commitment to a long-term role, and the resilience required in a company scaling at pace. NICE TO HAVE - A master's degree or PhD. - Direct experience in Parliament or government, whether working with or for Members of Parliament, in a ministerial office, or with secretaries and under-secretaries in the executive branch. - European Union policy and Brussels engagement experience. - Experience establishing a government relations function from first principles in a scaling company. - Experience with public funding, sovereign guarantees, or government-backed financing. - Experience in emerging-technology regulation or standards-setting. - A genuine interest in emerging technologies and the future of robotics. WHAT WE OFFER - Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale. - 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown). - Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care. - Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings. - Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office. - Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics. - Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

Location: Remote - Colombia ; Remote - Costa Rica ; Remote - Mexico About Backblaze Backblaze is the object storage leader in the open cloud movement, fueling customer success with cloud storage built purposefully to unlock budgets, unburden administrators, and unleash innovators. Together with our partners, we're helping customers break free from the restrictive, overpriced legacy solutions that hold them back and blaze forward with the full power of the open cloud in their hands. Founded in 2007, we scaled the business with less than $3 million in outside funding until 2021, when we did a traditional IPO on the Nasdaq stock exchange. Today, Backblaze generates over $125M in revenue and is the leading specialized storage cloud, managing over three billion gigabytes of data storage for 500K+ customers in 175+ countries, including businesses, developers, IT professionals, and individuals. Role Overview Backblaze is seeking a Director, Enterprise Systems & Architecture to own the technical vision, architecture, and operations of the company’s enterprise systems and emerging AI use cases. This is a senior leadership role with organization-wide scope — spanning commercial and financial systems, GTM technology, data architecture, and the deployment and governance of AI agents across the business. This leader will serve as the company’s architectural authority for enterprise platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, and their surrounding integration ecosystem. Equally important, they will support the governed infrastructure layer that enables AI agents, automated workflows, and headless capabilities to operate safely at a public company. They will partner closely with the CRO, CISO, and CFO organizations to enable velocity while ensuring systems are compliant, auditable, and built to scale. The ideal candidate combines deep enterprise architecture expertise with hands-on platform engineering instincts and practical experience deploying AI agents in production environments. This is a build-and-operate role, not a purely advisory one. The Director will directly manage the Salesforce administration team and the NetSuite techno-functional team, and will grow a broader platform capability over time. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Architecture Strategy Define and maintain the enterprise systems architecture roadmap across the commercial, financial, and GTM technology stack, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, and related platforms. Own and maintain formal architecture documentation including system topology maps, data flow diagrams, integration inventories, and architecture decision records (ADRs). Establish and enforce architectural governance standards and review processes for all material system changes across the enterprise. Define reference architectures and design patterns for integrations, data exchange, platform extensibility, and AI agent workloads. Lead build vs. buy evaluations and establish platform selection criteria — including for AI tooling, agent orchestration frameworks, and LLMOps infrastructure — aligned with long-term architectural goals. Ensure systems architecture supports scalability, data integrity, security, and operational efficiency in a public-company environment. Systems Architecture & Integration Design Serve as the lead architect for the design and implementation of integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, Orb, and other enterprise platforms. Establish and enforce design standards, data contracts, and integration governance across all enterprise systems. Own the enterprise architecture review board, evaluating proposed system changes for scalability, compliance, security, and alignment with long-term design goals. Define integration patterns (event-driven, API-first, middleware) and ensure consistent application across the technology ecosystem. Partner with the Data Engineering team to ensure data pipelines, data models, and platform integrations reflect sound architectural principles and support reliable analytical and operational outcomes. Lead evaluation and selection of new technologies, including iPaaS and middleware platforms, ensuring alignment with the broader architecture. Architecture Governance & Advisory Serve as the company's technical authority on enterprise systems design questions, providing architectural guidance to Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering leadership. Lead architecture review sessions and provide formal design approval for major system initiatives and platform changes. Produce and maintain architectural roadmaps, standards documentation, and technical decision frameworks that guide delivery teams and stakeholders. Translate complex business requirements into scalable, future-proof architectural solutions, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technical design decisions. Establish strong feedback loops with business teams to ensure the architecture evolves alongside organizational needs. Mature the infrastructure that governs AI agent workflows — ensuring all agents and automated systems operate through governed identity, API gateway, secrets management, logging, and reconciliation layers. Maintain and enforce change management standards for workflow deployments, prompt changes, and policy updates — including GitHub-backed version control and CI/CD deployment gates. Ensure AI agent operations comply with SOX IT General Controls, data privacy requirements (GDPR/CCPA), and internal data governance standards. Build and maintain observability infrastructure in partnership with the security team for agent operations, including real-time dashboards, alerting on anomalous behavior, and audit trail evidence for SOX and compliance purposes. Team Leadership & Vendor Governance Lead and develop a team of Business Systems administrators, contractors, providing mentorship and clear career development direction. Establish best practices for systems lifecycle management, change management, and project delivery. Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring external resources operate within defined architectural standards and governance frameworks. Champion a culture of technical rigor, documentation discipline, and continuous improvement across the team. Qualifications Required 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Systems, or Platform Engineering roles, with demonstrated ownership of multi-system environments at a public or compliance-regulated company. Proven experience deploying, monitoring, and governing AI agents or LLM-powered workflows in production, including prompt versioning, agent identity management, and audit logging. Deep experience architecting and governing Salesforce CRM environments at scale, including data model design, integration patterns, and access controls. Strong working knowledge of NetSuite and Snowflake from both an architectural and operational perspective. Experience building and operating API gateway, secrets management, and identity-based access control infrastructure in support of automated workflows or agent systems. Solid understanding of SOX IT General Controls and application controls, with experience producing control evidence in a public company environment within the last 3 years. Proven track record managing multi-functional business systems or platform teams, including direct management of admins and techno-functional resources. Experience designing integration architectures using event-driven, API-first, or middleware patterns. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage credibly across technical teams, senior business leaders, and external auditors. Experience with workflow versioning, GitOps patterns, and CI/CD pipelines for business systems deployments. Preferred Proficiency with architecture and security frameworks to enable the responsible usage of AI Hands-on experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms (e.g., Fivetran, Polytomic, MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo) at a design and governance level. Experience developing master data management (MDM) strategy and data governance frameworks. Experience managing analytics architecture and BI platforms such as Tableau. Salesforce and NetSuite certifications. Experience working in public or large enterprise technology environments with compliance and audit requirements. At Backblaze, we value being fair and good to our customers, partners, and employees. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of our values. We are committed to fostering a workforce where all employees feel a sense of belonging regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, socio-economic status, ability, veteran status, and education. Facilitate decisions when commercial objectives, customer requirements, technical constraints, or partner expectations compete. Ensure privacy, security, regulatory, compliance, and data requirements are incorporated into partnership strategy from the outset. Help identify opportunities to build reusable capabilities rather than one-off solutions as the strategic-partnership portfolio grows. Ensure partner and inKind teams are aligned on target audiences, customer journeys, offer mechanics, messaging, launch timing, operational readiness, and measures of success. Maintain executive visibility into major risks, dependencies, decisions, commercial implications, and strategic opportunities. Proactively identify operational, technical, financial, contractual, compliance, regulatory, and reputational risks. Ensure material issues are escalated early with clear context, options, implications, and recommended paths forward.
