Data Engineer
PlayStation's Infrastructure Business Operations team is looking for a Data Engineer to build the data foundation for understanding the cost, utilization, and economics of PlayStation’s global infrastructure.
Our infrastructure spans data centers, compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, public cloud, SaaS, and other technology services. You will work alongside our engineering, product, finance, FinOps, and operations teams to build a data platform that can connect these disparate data sources into a trusted view of how our infrastructure is used, what it costs, and ultimately how those costs contribute to the economics of our products.
You will own the end-to-end implementation, starting with identifying the questions that matter, determining the data required to answer them, building the pipelines and models to make that data reliable and accessible, and finally turning it into insights that drive better decisions.
What
You’ll
Do
Build scalable data pipelines that ingest, transform, and combine physical infrastructure, engineering system, financial, and product data.
Develop cost and allocation models that connect infrastructure consumption to workloads, services, features, and products.
Partner with engineering teams to understand complex infrastructure and identify the telemetry and instrumentation needed to measure it.
Analyze infrastructure cost, utilization, capacity, and unit economics to help drive key business decisions across all our teams.
Create trusted metrics, datasets, dashboards, and analytical tools used by engineering, product, Finance, and leadership.
Establish strong practices around data quality, testing, observability, documentation, and reproducibility.
Explore new data sources and technologies that improve how we understand and operate our infrastructure.
What
We’re
Looking For
3+ years in a similar role, focused on building production data pipelines, data models, and analytical systems.
Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with Python or similar data-oriented programming languages.
Experience with modern data platforms and tooling such as Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and automated ETL/ELT pipelines.
Strong analytical skills—you’re comfortable investigating the data yourself, challenging results, and translating findings into clear conclusions.
Experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple systems and levels of granularity.
Ability to translate ambiguous business and technical problems into measurable requirements and scalable data solutions.
Experience and flexibility with current analytics and visualization tools.
Familiarity with teams and engineering systems that utilize both on-prem and cloud infrastructure.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across global engineering, product, Finance, and business teams.
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in computer science
Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure billing and usage data.
Experience with Kubernetes telemetry, networking, or data center operational data.
Familiarity with infrastructure cost allocation, unit economics, capacity planning, forecasting, or FinOps.
Experience connecting technical infrastructure consumption to product or business metrics.

The job
We're looking for an entrepreneurial, strategic and data-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to help Flo bring its newest features to our 70 million users. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing and working closely with the Product and Marketing teams, you'll bring new products and features to the people who need them, from positioning and launch through to growth
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can pivot quickly between projects, and are always ready to roll up your sleeves to make things happen, this is a rare opportunity to shape how product marketing works at one of the world's leading health apps. You’ll help define the ways of working, standards and tools that make product marketing central to how Flo builds and grows.
This role is a good fit if you enjoy building something from the start, aligning stakeholders from all functions behind a common goal, and working on products that make a real difference to women's health.
Your Experience
Must have:
6+ years in Product Marketing for consumer digital products, ideally mobile apps or subscription businesses.
Proven track record taking products from concept to marketing, working closely with stakeholders throughout the development process.
A track record of testing messaging with data, such as user research, A/B tests or creative tests, and acting on what you learn.
The confidence to influence senior product and marketing leaders, and to back your recommendations with evidence.
Clear, structured writing: you can set out a strategy that a whole team can act on.
Comfort with ambiguity and building new products and processes from scratch.
Experience working with Product teams from discovery onward: shaping requirements, pricing and packaging, or in-product experiences like onboarding and paywalls.
Nice to have:
Experience marketing to US consumers.
Experience in healthcare, digital health or another regulated industry.
A background in, or strong interest in, women's health.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
Own the go-to-market strategy
for top priority products, and lead the plan through launch and beyond.
Define positioning and messaging:
who the product is for, why it matters to them, and how we talk about it.
Test your thinking
in data-driven ways through user research and in-market experiments.
Shape the product from the start.
You'll bring customer, market and competitor insight into product decisions, and help set the bar for when a product is ready to launch publicly.
Plan and lead launches
with Product, Marketing, Legal, Medical, and other stakeholders.
Brief and partner with all Marketing teams,
including paid acquisition, creative, lifecycle and CRM, brand, social and ASO, so every channel tells the same clear story.
Make messaging clear, credible and compliant.
You'll work with our Medical and Legal experts to communicate health products responsibly.
Measure what works.
You'll own adoption and launch metrics for your products, work with analysts on results, and keep improving.
Help build the function.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced English into Estonian Review Lead to serve as the language quality owner and primary client-facing linguistic expert for a leading global technology client.
You will own the locale’s interpretation of the client’s quality standards and make sure that the Post-Editing Lead, Post Editors, and Reviewers all work to the same shared understanding of “good”. You will be the main point of contact for the client’s Language Manager on quality discussions, arbitration, and escalations, and you will drive consistency, quality governance, and continuous improvement across UI, marketing, product, informational, legal, and support content.
Project Details
- Location: Remote (based in one of the approved countries below)
- Expected volume: Approximately 24 hours per month
- Employment type: Freelance / Independent Contract
- Task type: Language Lead Support
- Content types: UI, Marketing, Informational, Legal, Product, Support
- Language pair: English into Estonian
What You Will Do
-Analyse requirements: Review every style guide and glossary update, assess which quality categories and content types it affects, and record the changes. Track what the client’s Language Manager actually corrects and says in calibration and quality calls, not only what is written down.
-Relay expectations: Run regular alignment roundtables with the language community and publish a structured monthly quality digest covering performance, priority improvement areas, style guide updates, and notable errors and arbitration outcomes.
-Manage review quality actively: Coach Reviewers one-to-one using specific examples, run shadowing sessions, and deliver training built from real alignment data.
-Improve the standard: Turn recurring justification patterns into well-reasoned style guide proposals, and share cross-locale patterns with the Welocalize Quality Manager.
-Maintain alignment with the client: Treat Language Manager decisions as the standard, raise concerns with evidence at the right forum, and aim for fewer surprises over time.
What You Will Own
-The locale’s review service score, including RQE audit and alignment performance
-The community’s shared understanding of quality
-The integrity of the arbitration record, ensuring that every arbitration sent to the client is valid and well-evidenced
-The working relationship with the client’s Language Manager, including clarifications, escalations, and expectation tracking
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles
- Client and stakeholder management: Direct experience as the primary point of contact for client Language Managers, managing formal arbitration or escalation processes, and facilitating conflict resolution
- Quality audit frameworks: Deep, practical experience with localization evaluation frameworks, including RQE, LQE, error rubrics, and severity mapping
- Style guide and expectation analysis: Ability to analyse style guide changes, identify implicit client expectations, and map tolerance by content type (for example, Marketing vs. Legal vs. UI)
- Meeting facilitation: Hands-on experience with one-to-one coaching, shadowing sessions, alignment roundtables, and structured monthly quality reporting
- Analytical approach: Skill in tracking error concentrations, severity drift, and alignment scores, and in converting justification patterns into style guide improvements
- Language: Native-level Estonian and professional-level English
- Preferred: Prior experience supporting major technology localization programs and working with calibration or alignment tools
Additional Key Information
- Successful candidates will be provided with a dedicated device for project work.
- A background check is required as part of onboarding.
- Candidates must be physically located in one of the approved countries.
