Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Flight Software Deployment Engineer
- Location: Warsaw, Poland/ Espoo, Finland
- Department: Flight Software Build & Release Team
- Reports to: Flight Software Build & Release Team Lead
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid (3 days in the office)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
The Build & Release team owns the path from source to flight-ready software across growing satellite constellations. This role exists because every artifact that reaches satellites in orbit must be reproducible, traceable, and verifiable. A bad update is not a simple rollback, it could mean a satellite becomes at risk.
This is not a generic SRE or DevOps role, the production environment is composed of satellites flying 500 km above our heads, and the software artifacts are cross-compiled embedded binaries. The role is in the realm of half build engineering and half embedded Linux development, you need to be willing to work at both ends.
Satellites are treated to OTA updates regularly which our team must make sure are built and deployed the right way, utilizing software development best practices.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hands on software engineering of our satellite on-board updating system, built to deploy software and firmware updates: features, maintenance, tests and documentation.
- Contribute to the build layer across the flight software domain, so every repository is built, versioned and packaged the same way.
- Enforce immutable releases and harden the packaging and signing pipelines: least-privilege permissions, pinned workflows and dependencies, approvals, and proper signing key management.
- Work with the Linux platform team on how updates land on the satellite on-board computers, covering packaging format, filesystem layout and access control, making sure what we build installs cleanly and safely.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Embedded software engineering experience, with hands-on embedded Linux development: cross-compilation for ARM or similar targets, kernel configuration, device tree overlays, root filesystem and image construction.
- Production CI/CD experience for compiled artifacts, not only containers or web deployments. GitHub Actions specifically is required, and workflow hardening experience is valuable.
- Working proficiency in C and C++ build environments, and in Python and Bash for automation.
- Experience implementing release integrity controls, immutable artifacts storage. Signing key management, PKI and trust chains, AWS object-lock storage and cloud key management are all valuable here.
- Shipping software to embedded devices already in the field with a package-based update mechanism, ideally opkg, under controlled release processes, quality gates and formal sign-of
Nice to haves:
- Command of CMake, including multi-repository setups, toolchain files, and shared build infrastructure that other teams consume. Buildroot experience is relevant here.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Conversation with talent acquisition (~30 min).
- Screening with the hiring manager (~60 min).
- Technical test - take home task to be completed in 3 to 5 working days.
- Technical deep-dive (~90 min).
- On-site office visit & director interview (~60 min).

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic’s APAC go-to-market organisation is the fastest-growing part of our international business, spanning markets with distinct languages, cultures and buying styles. Today, enablement for the region is delivered by our global and EMEA teams. As we scale in APAC, we are establishing an initial in-region enablement presence, based in Sydney and supporting the field across the region.
As Enablement Lead, you will be hands-on in getting the APAC field ready: onboarding, ongoing skill development, manager coaching support and launch readiness, across GTM functions, not just sales. You will spend most of your time in the room, running sessions, building programmes and working directly with sellers and managers, in the time zones and languages where customer conversations happen.
This is a build role with a global spine. You inherit a working global and international enablement engine. Your job is to adapt it for APAC, deliver it across the region, and feed what you learn back into the international and global programme.
How we work: adults learn by doing, so we build sessions around live activity: practice, reflection, real customer scenarios. The measure is not what was covered in the room. It is what changes a week later in how people think, decide and sell.
This takes creativity and a solid understanding of how adults learn, applied at speed. The frontier moves quickly and the field is scaling fast. Much of the work is unlearning: helping experienced sellers let go of pre-AI habits, not just teaching new ones. AI is what makes this scalable: endless practice partners, personalised scenarios from real deals, feedback minutes after a call. You will use it that way, not to generate more content.
Key responsibilities
Set up the APAC enablement rhythm: in-region onboarding cohorts, live practice-based sessions in APAC time zones, and a feedback loop into the global programme
Adapt the international portfolio for APAC, where content for several markets needs to be written and translated ahead of delivery
Personally design and facilitate deal walkthroughs, role-plays and customer-conversation rehearsal, favouring practice over presentation
Partner with regional GTM leaders to build a coaching standard that scales as the manager layer grows
Own launch readiness for the region, so that when a new model or product ships, the APAC field is certified and conversation-ready in the same week cycle as everyone else
Build the measurement habit: track what the field does differently afterwards, not content shipped or attendance
Minimum qualifications
8+ years in GTM enablement, sales productivity or similar roles, including experience leading or running enablement programmes
Experience delivering GTM enablement in APAC, ideally across more than one of the region’s markets
Experience influencing beyond your own team or region, such as a programme adopted elsewhere or a senior stakeholder whose decision you changed
Hands-on track record designing and running practice-first enablement, measured by changes in field behaviour
A working understanding of how adults learn, and comfort helping experienced sellers unlearn pre-AI habits
Creativity with AI in your craft: personalised practice, real-deal scenarios and fast feedback rather than more content
Experience owning programmes end to end, from design through delivery and measurement
Experience enabling a field across languages and cultures, and knowing what breaks when English-first content ships as-is
Comfort working with sales leaders as a peer, including pipeline reviews, deal inspection and forecast conversations
Good judgement on when to adapt global programmes and when to adopt them as-is
Strong candidates may also
Have held both a global and an APAC enablement role
Have run enablement delivered across multiple APAC markets
Have helped build or scale an enablement function
Have carried a quota or led sellers earlier in their career
Have enablement experience in AI, developer platforms or technical products sold to both executives and builders
Have built manager or coaching programmes, not just individual-contributor enablement

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Staff Product Designer
- Location: Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland
- Department: Product Management
- Reports to: Product Design Director
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid (3 days / week in office)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
This is the kind of project designers wait years for. You'll be the design lead and hands-on builder on one of the most exciting products we're working on: a largely greenfield space where AI and LLMs meet serious data intelligence and where the problems are genuinely hard, the kind nobody has solved before, because the product itself is new territory. We can't say much more here (some things we build, we keep quiet about) but if the idea of turning cutting-edge intelligence into something people can actually use makes your fingers itch, this is it. You won't inherit a design system or a roadmap but you'll shape both. And you won't do it alone: we're building a world-class design team from a small core and early hires like you set the bar for everyone who comes after. This role is for a builder, an IC who gets their energy from making things, not managing them
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE’s world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world’s largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE’s near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring including oil-spill detection, and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE is headquartered in Finland and operates globally across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own design end to end for the product: from fuzzy problem to research to concept to polished, shipped UI. No handoffs, no "that's another team's job."
- Get out of the building (or into the ground station). Talk to users regularly, watch how they work and turn what you learn into design decisions everyone can get behind.
- Make the complex feel simple. Take AI, LLM and data-heavy workflows and turn them into experiences that feel obvious in hindsight.
- Prototype fast and often. Test ideas with real users and real data before we commit engineering time and kill your darlings when the evidence says so.
- Work elbow to elbow with engineers, data scientists and product. You're in the room when problems get framed, not just when screens get requested.
- Set the design foundations. As one of the first designers on this product, you'll shape the patterns, quality bar and ways of working that everyone after you builds on.
- Push the craft. Sweat the details, raise the bar on every release and give (and take) sharp design feedback.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Your craft is genuinely top-tier and your portfolio proves it. Sharp UX thinking, beautiful execution, obsessive attention to detail. We'll look closely so bring work you're proud of down to the last pixel.
- You've designed for data products, ML or AI, and you have opinions about it. You know what makes these experiences tricky and you've wrestled with at least some of it in real work.
- You've shipped design work that actually changed something. Adoption went up, churn went down, customers stopped swearing at the product. You can tell us what happened after you hit publish, ideally with numbers.
- You're a bit obsessed with users. Nobody has to send you to talk to customers; you're already there, asking awkward questions and coming back with your assumptions rearranged.
- You get a kick out of messy, ambiguous problems. There's no playbook here, half the time nobody knows what the answer is yet, and that's exactly where you do your best work.
- You own your stuff. The wins, sure, but also the faceplants. You'll tell us what went sideways, what you learned and what you'd do differently, without us having to drag it out of you.
- You make things happen without being asked. No design ops, no ticket queue, no waiting for permission. You spot what's needed, rally the right people, and ship.
NICE TO HAVES:
- You've designed in a properly technical environment, elbow to elbow with engineers or scientists, on systems with real complexity under the hood.
- Satellites genuinely excite you. If you've ever fallen down a Wikipedia rabbit hole about Earth observation at 1am, we should talk.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
- Recruiter screen
- Hiring Manager Interview
- Portfolio Review
- Assignment + Panel interview
- CPO interview

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with extensive experience in production MLOps, model deployment, and system scaling to drive ML engineering initiatives for a top-tier life sciences client. This role sits at the critical intersection of production ML infrastructure, life science research, and manufacturing process engineering.
In this position, you will own the architectural design and hands-on execution of production ML systems, model integration APIs, and scalable MLOps pipelines. You will bridge complex domains—from computational biology, small and large molecule research, and clinical trial analytics to active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing processes, batch optimization, and industrial automation ML. Operating in a 3-day onsite hybrid capacity in Indianapolis, you will collaborate directly with process engineers, life science researchers, and platform engineering teams to build robust, low-latency ML systems that scale across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Production MLOps & Systems Architecture
Design, deploy, and maintain robust, production-grade MLOps pipelines and infrastructure for continuous model training, deployment, versioning, and monitoring.
Implement automated model drift detection, performance monitoring, and self-healing inference pipelines in high-reliability environments.
Process Engineering & Manufacturing ML Integration
Operationalize and integrate production ML models into operational technology (OT), API manufacturing workflows, and chemical process control systems.
Deploy predictive models for batch processing, process control optimization, real-time quality assurance, and facility automation use cases.
Scalable Inference & System Integration
Build low-latency, high-throughput microservices and serving architectures (FastAPI, Triton Inference Server, TorchServe) for model deployment into live production applications.
Containerize and orchestrate ML workloads across distributed cloud and edge systems using Kubernetes, Docker, and modern pipeline engines (Kubeflow, MLflow).
Technical Leadership & Domain Alignment
Partner directly with chemical engineers, computational biologists, and software architects to translate operational friction into production-ready ML engineering solutions.
Establish enterprise MLOps standards, model governance, and CI/CD best practices across the full machine learning operational lifecycle.
Requirements
Experience & Mindset
Experience: Senior-level proficiency (10–20+ years) in software engineering, MLOps, production ML system deployment, and infrastructure scaling.
Domain Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to deploy and maintain production ML systems across non-standard, highly specialized domains (e.g., transition between process/chemical engineering ML and clinical/scientific research applications).
Location & Work Auth: Must hold unrestricted US Work Authorization (no sponsorship available) and be able to work 3 days per week onsite in the Indianapolis, IN area.
Culture & Communication: Pragmatic problem-solving mindset, strong collaborative drive, and the ability to articulate complex MLOps architecture to cross-functional engineering teams.
Must-Have Technical Stack
Languages & Frameworks: Advanced Python, C++, and deep proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
MLOps & Serving: Proven expertise with Triton Inference Server, TorchServe, MLflow, Kubeflow, or Databricks ML runtime.
Infrastructure & Orchestration: Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, FastAPI/gRPC, and cloud platform ecosystems (AWS/Azure).
Monitoring & Integration: Experience building real-time model monitoring, feature stores, drift detection systems, and integration with enterprise data pipelines.
Domain Competency (Scientific & Process Focus)
Deep exposure to applying ML models in either scientific/clinical domains (drug discovery, small/large molecule, computational biology) OR chemical/process engineering environments (API manufacturing, batch processing, SCADA/MES integration, process optimization).
Nice-to-Haves & Certifications
Academic background in Chemical Engineering, Bio-process Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline.
Direct experience operationalizing ML models inside regulated GxP environments in the Life Sciences or Specialty Chemicals sectors.
Certifications: AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Databricks Certified Machine Learning Professional, or equivalent MLOps credentials.

Operating in a 3-day onsite hybrid capacity in Indianapolis, you will collaborate directly with process engineers, clinical scientists, and platform teams to build high-performance data infrastructure that accelerates drug discovery and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Scientific & Clinical Data Platform Architecture
Design, build, and maintain production-grade data pipelines and architecture tailored for scientific, clinical trial, and research informatics data (small/large molecule, genomics, proteomics, LIMS).
Structure complex, multi-modal clinical and scientific datasets to enable advanced analytics, enterprise reporting, and downstream machine learning models.
Process Engineering & Manufacturing Integration
Ingest, harmonize, and model operational technology (OT) and manufacturing process datasets, including API manufacturing pipelines, batch processing data, MES, SCADA, and OSIsoft PI systems.
Unify disparate laboratory and facility data pipelines into centralized, highly available enterprise data platforms.
Enterprise Data Engineering & Compliance
Build robust ETL/ELT pipelines using modern cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS/Azure), PySpark, and SQL.
Ensure all data pipelines and platform integrations strictly adhere to enterprise governance, data residency, and GxP regulatory standards within a heavily monitored environment.
Technical Leadership & Domain Alignment
Partner directly with process engineers, chemical engineering leads, and research informatics directors to translate operational friction into robust technical specifications.
Establish engineering best practices, data modeling standards, and pipeline monitoring frameworks across the enterprise data stack.
Requirements
Experience & Mindset
Experience:
Senior-level proficiency (10–20+ years) in software development, data platform architecture, and complex ETL/ELT engineering.
Domain Adaptability:
Demonstrated ability to engineer data pipelines across non-standard, highly specialized domains (e.g., transition between process/chemical engineering data and clinical/scientific research informatics).
Location & Work Auth:
Must hold unrestricted US Work Authorization (no sponsorship available) and be able to work 3 days per week onsite in the Indianapolis, IN area.
Culture & Communication:
Exceptional problem-solving mindset, strong adaptability, and the ability to articulate complex technical architecture to cross-functional engineering teams.
Must-Have Technical Stack
Languages & Frameworks:
Advanced Python, PySpark, and expert-level SQL.
Data Platforms:
Hands-on expertise with Databricks, Snowflake, or AWS/Azure enterprise data ecosystems.
Orchestration & ETL:
Extensive experience with Airflow, dbt, Spark, and enterprise data orchestration engines.
Data Pipelines:
Proven track record building streaming and batch data architectures via REST APIs, message brokers, and database integrations.
Domain Competency (Scientific & Process Focus)
Deep exposure to either scientific/clinical informatics (CDISC/SDTM, LIMS, clinical trials, multi-omics)
OR
chemical/process engineering data (API manufacturing, batch data, SCADA, MES, OSIsoft PI).
Nice-to-Haves & Certifications
Academic background in Chemical Engineering, Bio-process Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline.
Direct experience working inside regulated GxP environments in the Life Sciences or Specialty Chemicals sectors.
Certifications:
Databricks Certified Data Engineer Senior/Professional, Snowflake SnowPro Core/Advanced, or AWS Data Engineer Associate/Professional.
What This Role Is NOT
Not a pure Data Scientist or ML Researcher:
You will not be building or training machine learning models; you are designing and scaling the underlying data architecture, pipelines, and platform infrastructure.
Not a non-coding Architect:
This is a 100% hands-on engineering lead role requiring direct pipeline construction and technical execution.
Not a Fully Remote Position:
This role requires a steady hybrid commitment of 3 days onsite per week at the client site in Indianapolis.
