GoMining is looking for an experienced SEO specialist ready to take their skills to the next level. This is a chance to work on genuinely challenging, large-scale projects alongside marketing professionals who are eager to learn from each other and grow. We expect you to work autonomously while staying aligned with the broader team and business agenda.
You'll report to the Head of Organic Acquisition, and you’ll coordinate closely with those functions to keep GoMining's brands represented consistently everywhere they're found — in search, in AI assistants, on social, and in app stores.
What you'll do
Design and execute large-scale SEO projects across an ecosystem of several websites, products, and brands — thousands of pages in total.
Build programmatic SEO: improve existing templates and propose new ways to scale pages, while safeguarding against the risks (thin, duplicate, or scaled content).
Build and maintain structured data and entity SEO — schema markup for FAQs, products, organization, and other relevant types — to strengthen how GoMining’s brands are represented in web search and AI.
Develop and improve automated SEO audits and drive identified issues through to resolution with the dev team.
Write and edit web copy that weaves in keywords, entities, and on-page optimization.
Manage GEO/AEO (AI search) initiatives: track and grow GoMining's citation and visibility across AI Overviews and assistants (Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) using dedicated AI-visibility tools, and structure content so AI systems can easily extract and cite it (llms.txt, clear headings, FAQ schema, concise summaries).
Grow the backlink profile and brand visibility through external referral sources and digital PR.
Own ORM/SERM: monitor brand SERPs and tackle negative or misleading mentions, and track product reviews on review aggregators and in mobile app stores such as the App Store and Google Play. Build platform-specific strategies for how to solicit, respond to, and manage reviews on each selected platform/resource.
Translate SEO needs into PRDs and clear tasks for developers, and manage that backlog through to delivery.
Report on performance against agreed KPIs.
Requirements
2-5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
English B2-C1: comfortable working with English-language content, attending English-speaking calls, and communicating with English-speaking colleagues and partners.
Solid understanding of Programmatic SEO, with the ability to formulate technical tasks.
Working knowledge of SEO analytics: GA4 and Google Search Console as a baseline, plus Ahrefs and/or Semrush. Comfort with Data Studio for reporting. SQL or BigQuery is a strong plus.
HTML/JS/CSS basics, and an understanding of how both traditional web search crawlers and newer AI crawlers/agents interact with a website and its content.
Understanding of methods and purposes of SEO-related data processing: keyword research and mapping, intent classification, topic clustering, SERP analysis.
Practical knowledge of structured data/schema markup implementation.
Working familiarity with E-E-A-T and YMYL principles and what they mean in practice for a crypto/fintech content strategy.
Copywriting skills with an SEO-oriented vision: the ability to write and edit content that balances keyword and entity optimization, readability, and trustworthiness.
Working understanding of GEO/AEO and at least conceptual familiarity with AI-visibility tracking.
Knowledge of tools such as Screaming Frog, Data Studio, Ahrefs, and Semrush, and how they work together.
Decent project management skills: readiness for task tracking and reporting.
Understanding of, or experience with, multi-language/multi-market SEO — hreflang implementation, localized content strategy, etc.
Would be a plus
Deep experience in international SEO across multiple markets and languages.
Experience writing and editing longform content.
Coding or vibecoding skills (Python/JS), or readiness to pick them up, for building custom SEO tooling and automations at scale.
Experience in YouTube/video SEO, or a solid understanding of it.
Hands-on experience with AI-visibility/GEO tracking platforms, or building custom AI-citation tracking.
Prior SEO experience in crypto, fintech, or another YMYL vertical.
How we'll measure success
Organic traffic and its contribution to conversions/revenue across the ecosystem.
AI citation and recommendation share.
Technical health of the page inventory (Core Web Vitals, indexation rate, crawl efficiency).
Ranking visibility, CTR, average position.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).
Location: Dominican Republic; Philippines; Portugal; Argentina

The Company
Our client is a progressive global plastic recycling business with three distinct divisions: (1) Plastic Recycling; (2) Recycled Supply Chain Management; and (3) Recycled & Waste Plastic Feedstock. Their expert global team combine impressive technical knowledge and capability with a passion for recycling and the circular economy. Our client is passionate about transforming waste into a valuable commodity, buying, selling and recycling scrap plastic.
Since our client started on their journey in 2005, they have developed a worldwide presence, serving hundreds of customers in over 50 countries. They have grown a strong, talented team who are highly trained, dedicated and loyal. They are headquartered in Hong Kong with operations and representation in Australia, Finland, Ireland, Turkey, Spain, Netherlands & UK. Your role is to build and lead the purchasing and sales team covering the Asia market that will enable us to fulfil our client's mission to become the world’s largest recycled plastics commodities company.
The mission of this role is to deliver profitable, strategic and repeatable growth by moving the region from reactive spot trading towards larger scale accounts that generate contracted business via solution-led commercial execution.
The Commercial Director will own the commercial direction and performance of Asia. This includes developing the regional commercial plan, prioritising strategic verticals, building supplier and buyer relationships, creating account plans, coaching the team, improving deal quality and ensuring the region is aligned with our client’s wider strategy.
This is not a desk-only leadership role. The successful candidate must be able to operate at senior level while staying close to the market, deals, customers, suppliers and team activity. They will be expected to create leverage by making the existing commercial team more focused, more capable and more valuable, rather than simply adding more headcount. This role is expected to actively develop strategic level accounts directly and transform them into long term value generating clients.
A strong career history as a successful salesperson and sales manager, you are a proven leader who has experience building high-performance sales teams in a commodity business.
Role
Snapshot

Lead Asia commercial growth and raise the value created by the existing commercial team.
Key focus:
Strategic accounts, contracted business, vertical focus, team performance, market development and First Choice execution.

Develop and own the Asia commercial plan in line with our client’s global strategy.
Translate group strategy into clear priorities for Asia: which verticals, customers, suppliers, countries and materials matter most.
Focus leadership time and team activity on higher-value opportunities rather than low-return, high-friction trading.
Set clear expectations for team activity, account development, contracted business and pipeline quality.
Determine the countries and regions where purchasing and/or sales representation is required on the ground
Identify capability gaps and work with Talent to hire only where there is a clear leverage case.
Use data, commercial intelligence and market feedback to make decisions quickly and change direction when required.
Lead the team to constantly enhance sales skills, material knowledge and industry knowledge through formal training, coaching and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
Lead Asia’s contribution to becoming First Choice for strategic customers and suppliers.
Work with operations, logistics, finance, technical and compliance teams to understand what customers value beyond price.
Develop solution-led value propositions for priority verticals and accounts.
Engage in constant and active risk management, ensuring systems are in place to support
Strategic Accounts & Contracted Business:
Identify and develop priority strategic buyers and suppliers.
Create account plans for key relationships, including current value, growth potential, risks and contract opportunities.
Drive the move from spot trading towards contracted, repeatable business.
Build executive-level relationships with important buyers and suppliers, not only trader-to-trader relationships.
Increase share of wallet, shipment frequency and multi-material or multi-country penetration across strategic accounts.

The team is producing higher-quality opportunities, stronger pipeline and better follow-through.
Strategic customers and suppliers are being developed through account plans, executive relationships and better service.

The current commercial team becomes more effective without simply adding more people.
Commercial activity is better aligned with operations, logistics, finance, compliance and technical capability.
Requirements
Knowledge (Education & Related Experience):
10+ years of commercial, trading, business development, sales leadership or commodity-market experience.
Proven experience leading or strongly influencing commercial teams across countries, cultures or time zones.
Experience in commodities, recycling, plastics, chemicals, logistics, manufacturing, packaging, freight forwarding or international trade is strongly preferred.
Track record of developing strategic accounts, negotiating complex deals and improving commercial performance.
Experience moving businesses from reactive sales activity towards structured pipeline, account planning and repeatable growth.

Able to challenge people constructively when standards, risk or deal quality are not good enough.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to work across global teams.

We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Senior People Business Partner, you’ll be a founding member of the Organizational Effectiveness function at Teleport. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness, you'll be a partner to the go-to-market organization. You’ll sit close to their senior leaders and managers partnering with them to keep these organizations healthy and effective over time.
This is a strategic role for an experienced People Business Partner who knows go-to-market teams well. You’ll diagnose organizational health, spot trends and capability gaps as these teams grow, and partner with leaders to set priorities and work on what keeps teams strong at scale: manager development, org design, succession, and leadership programs you can measure. You’ll work hand in hand with our HR team, who owns the employee lifecycle globally. You’ll share context, align on priorities, and give the leaders and managers you both support one consistent experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Diagnose the health of the organizations you support: how teams are doing and where they’re headed.
- Measure the effectiveness of programs and processes, and adjust based on what the data shows.
- Coach managers and senior leaders as they grow, and help them confidently guide their teams through change and navigate complex organizational challenges.
- Lead org design, team structure, and succession planning with your business leaders.
- Design leadership development and offsites that lift manager capability across the org, with a clear learning arc.
- Partner closely with the HR team, pairing your proactive work on org health with the structure and judgment they bring to how people are supported, so the People function is stronger for it.
- Bring modern tools, including AI, to work faster and sharpen how you diagnose org health, and help the managers you support do the same.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 12+ years partnering with senior leaders as a People or HR Business Partner or in organizational development, or 8+ years with an advanced degree in a related field.
- Deep experience partnering with go-to-market organizations such as Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Finance and Business Operations, and fluency with how commercial teams operate, including pipeline and quota-carrying dynamics.
- A track record of developing senior-level leaders and above, and coaching managers to improve their effectiveness.
- Strength in org design, succession, change management, and measuring the effectiveness of the programs you run.
- The presence to influence senior leaders and offer a candid point of view, without formal authority.
- Sound judgment on when to act, when to bring in HR, and how to hold confidentiality, working primarily from aggregate team-health data.
HOW WE HIRE:
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Rain is the global stablecoin payments platform for enterprises, neobanks, platforms, developers, and AI agents. Our technology allows partners to move, store, and use stablecoins instantly and compliantly through global payment cards, rewards, on/offramps, wallets, and cross-border rails. As both a Visa and Mastercard Principal Member, Rain issues cards that work at more than 175 million merchant locations in over 220 countries and territories. Built natively for stablecoins and trusted by more than 100 organizations worldwide, Rain delivers secure, scalable infrastructure that makes money move freely and instantly around the world.
You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, Galaxy Ventures, FirstMark, Lightspeed, Norwest, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE TEAM
We are hiring a VP of Engineering to own the craft, quality, and technical direction of our roughly 50-person engineering organization as we enter our next stage of growth. We expect to approximately double the size of the team, and we’re looking for a leader who has successfully scaled a high-performing engineering organization while maintaining an exceptionally high technical bar.
This isn’t a role focused on adding headcount for the sake of growth. We want someone who can thoughtfully scale the team, strengthen the systems that move real money, and make our engineers significantly more effective as the organization grows. This leader should be deeply technical and genuinely engaged in the code, architecture, and engineering decisions—not operating adjacent to them.
You will lead through a mix of direct reports and a small group of engineering managers and tech leads, partnering closely with Product, Risk, and Compliance. You will spend your time on design reviews, incident retros, hiring, and the handful of technical bets that determine whether we can support the next order of magnitude of transaction volume.
If your ideal week is entirely calendar blocks and roadmap decks, this is not the right role. If your ideal week includes a hard design debate, a code review that changes someone's mind, and a coaching conversation that raises a manager's ceiling, keep reading.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own engineering strategy and architecture across card issuing, wallets, ledger, money movement, onchain settlement, and integrations with card networks and banking partners — including the multi-year technical roadmap that gets us there.
- Set and own Rain's engineering quality bar across system design, code review, testing, observability, documentation, and technical decision-making, ensuring correctness is treated as critical for systems that move customer funds.
- Go deep where the risk is. You won't own day-to-day code, but you will review critical designs, weigh in on the highest-consequence architecture and build-vs.-buy decisions, and be technical enough that no one can hand you a bad design and have it pass.
- Drive reliability, scalability, and operational excellence by establishing SLOs, improving incident response, capacity planning for 10x growth, and designing resilient systems with graceful degradation, idempotency, and replay capabilities.
- Build security, compliance, and correctness into the platform by design, partnering closely with Risk, Compliance, and Security to meet PCI, SOC 2, fraud-control, regulatory, and blockchain infrastructure requirements.
- Increase engineering velocity without sacrificing quality through improvements to CI/CD, developer tooling, local environments, technical debt management, and architecture that enables teams to ship safely and independently.
- Build and develop a high-performing engineering organization by hiring and coaching engineering managers and technical leads, establishing clear team ownership and boundaries, and owning headcount planning and the performance bar.
- Operate as a member of the leadership team — translating company strategy into technical plans, partnering across Product, Design, Risk, Compliance, and GTM, and representing engineering to the board, banking and network partners, and customers.
YOU ARE LIKELY TO SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE:
- 15+ years building production software, including 8+ years leading engineers and meaningful time leading managers.
- Current technical credibility. You have written or reviewed meaningful production code recently enough that an architecture review is a place you add value, not a place you nod along.
- Deep experience with distributed backend systems at scale: data modeling, consistency and idempotency, queues and event-driven design, and the operational reality of running all of it.
- A track record of raising an engineering bar. You can point to specific practices you introduced and the measurable change in quality, velocity, or reliability that followed.
- Real reliability ownership — you have carried a pager, run incident command during a serious outage, and built the follow-through that kept it from recurring.
- Experience in payments, fintech, banking infrastructure, or another domain where money, ledgers, or regulatory obligations made correctness non-negotiable.
- You have hired and developed engineering managers, not only engineers. There are leaders you grew who would come work for you again.
- Clear written communication. You can make a complex technical tradeoff legible to a CEO, a compliance officer, and a partner's engineering team in the same week.
- Executive range. You are as comfortable in a board or partner conversation as you are in a design review, and you can hold a technical position under commercial pressure.
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed. You would rather ship something correct this quarter than design something perfect for next year.
BONUS ATTRIBUTES:
- Hands-on experience with card issuing, processing, or the Visa and Mastercard network stack.
- Working knowledge of stablecoins, onchain settlement, custody and key management, or EVM and Solana infrastructure.
- Experience operating under SOC 2, PCI DSS, or bank and program-manager oversight.
- Experience leading distributed or multi-region teams.

Tempo is a layer-1 blockchain purpose-built for stablecoins and real-world payments, born from Stripe’s experience in global payments and Paradigm’s expertise in crypto tech.
Tempo’s payment-first design provides a scalable, low-cost predictable backbone that meets the needs of high-volume payment use cases. Our goal is to move money reliably, cheaply, and at scale. Our north star is simplicity for users: fintechs, traditional banks, merchants, platforms, and anyone else looking to move their payments into the 21st century.
We're building Tempo with design partners who are global leaders in AI, e-commerce, and financial services: Anthropic, Coupang, Deutsche Bank, DoorDash, Mercury, Nubank, OpenAI, Revolut, Shopify, Standard Chartered, Visa, and more.
We’re a team of crypto-optimists, building the infrastructure needed to bring real, substantial economic flows onchain. We like to move fast and swing for the fences — join us!
THE ROLE
You'll be Tempo's first dedicated product security engineer, standing up application and infrastructure security from the ground floor. You'll build real tooling, respond to real incidents, and work directly with engineering to secure systems that help onboard the largest enterprises onchain.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and deploy security tooling across endpoint management, supply-chain security, infrastructure, and application layers
- Identify and remediate security gaps across Tempo's production systems and development pipelines
- Lead incident response end-to-end: triage, containment, remediation, and post-mortems
- Partner with engineering on secure design reviews and operational security decisions
- Establish repeatable, practical security practices for how systems are built, deployed, monitored, and secured
- Improve supply-chain security across dependencies, build systems, and deployment artifacts
- Scale application-security coverage as Tempo's infrastructure and product surface grow
- Operate with autonomy, build what's needed without waiting for large-company support structures
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–8 years of hands-on product or application security engineering experience
- Track record building security practices at a company in the 100–500 person range, or similar environments with limited existing security infrastructure
- Hands-on coding ability: you build security tooling, automation, and detection, not just recommendations
- Deep incident-response experience including high-severity situations owned end-to-end
- Strong infrastructure security knowledge: hosting environments, network security, monitoring, and securing system integrations
- Application security fundamentals: threat modeling, secure code review, vulnerability management, supply-chain security
- Comfortable communicating technical security decisions to engineers with real depth and specificity

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We believe powerful AI can compress a century of scientific progress into a decade. Claude Science is a big part of building toward that future.
Claude Science is an AI workbench that gives researchers a single environment for work that today spans dozens of disconnected tools — literature, specialized databases, scientific computing, analysis, and publication-ready outputs. Claude Science already renders protein structures, genome tracks, and chemical structures natively, and coordinates multi-agent workflows with built-in review for citation and calculation errors — and we're just getting started. Much of this is being built 0→1 right now, in a category no one has defined yet.
We're growing the Claude Science product team. As a Product Manager on Claude Science, you will own a major area of the roadmap end to end — think expanding into new scientific fields, landing new model capabilities with researchers, or making the workbench ready for enterprise R&D teams — and help shape the overall product direction alongside the rest of the team. You'll spend real time with researchers in academic labs, biotech and pharma R&D, and research institutes to understand how science actually gets done — from hypothesis to analysis to publication and beyond— and turn what you learn into shipped product. You'll partner directly with our research teams to make the models better at science, help decide which fields and workflows we go after next, and shape what it takes for Claude Science to be trusted in enterprise and regulated research environments.
We're looking for experienced product managers and founders with real scientific or technical depth: people who can hold their own in a conversation with a structural biologist or a computational chemist, get in the weeds of model transcripts and evals, and still zoom out to help define a product category. You thrive in ambiguity, uncover non-obvious use cases for nascent capabilities, and bring those insights back to research.
Our north star is for Claude Science to accelerate scientific progress — across biology, chemistry, physics, and beyond — from early discovery through real-world application, by an order of magnitude.
Key responsibilities
Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major area of Claude Science, and contribute to overall product direction in a category that is still being defined
Spend meaningful time with working scientists — in interviews, working sessions, and key customer conversations — and synthesize what you learn into clear priorities, requirements, and success metrics
Partner with research to make Claude better at science: define target behaviors, build and shape evals grounded in real scientific workflows, surface failure modes from real usage, and feed them back into model development
Drive model and feature launches in your area end to end: define readiness criteria, coordinate across research, engineering, design, and go-to-market, run early access programs, and make sure launches land well with researchers
Identify which scientific domains, data sources, tools, and integrations Claude Science should support next, and build the case with evidence from users, usage data, and the broader landscape
Prototype ideas yourself with Claude to validate them before committing engineering time
Work with safeguards, policy, security, and go-to-market partners so that powerful scientific capabilities reach trusted researchers responsibly, including in enterprise and regulated research settings
Drive enterprise readiness — security and compliance reviews, admin and deployment controls, and the procurement realities of pharma and biotech — so large organizations can adopt it with confidence
Prioritize ruthlessly across a broad surface — scientific domains, customer segments, and competing workflows — and make clear calls on what our products serve deeply first, holding the line on MVP versus ideal state
Define how success is measured for AI research and development products — adoption and retention among working scientists and operators, time-to-result on real analyses, trust in outputs — and use those measures to steer planning
Maintain an objective, current view of the AI-for-science ecosystem — models, tools, benchmarks, and competitors — and of where Claude Science stands within it
Minimum qualifications
Have product management experience shipping technical products in close partnership with engineering and design, or equivalent experience driving product direction as a founder, engineer, or scientist
Have a scientific or deeply technical background — enough to reason with domain experts about their workflows and to diagnose where and why a model is falling short on a scientific task
Have a strong grasp of AI and LLM concepts, use AI tools daily, and are comfortable going deep on model behavior, prompting, and evaluation methodology
Are data-driven: you ground prioritization in usage data, eval results, and evidence from users rather than intuition alone
Have strong user empathy and can synthesize vague or contradictory feedback from expert users into actionable priorities
Navigate and execute amid ambiguity as a first-principles thinker, flexing across scientific domains based on the problem at hand and finding simple, easy-to-understand solutions
Communicate clearly in writing and can align research, engineering, and go-to-market stakeholders through influence rather than authority
Think carefully and creatively about the risks and benefits of putting frontier scientific capabilities into the world, beyond past checklists and playbooks
Preferred qualifications
8+ years in product management or equivalent product leadership, including taking products from 0 to 1 and scaling them; founder experience is a plus
An advanced degree or hands-on research experience in biology, chemistry, physics, materials science, or a related field — or experience building software for scientists (e.g., computational biology, cheminformatics, lab informatics, simulation, or scientific data platforms)
Have personally built evals or benchmarks for model capabilities, ideally agentic or scientific ones
Experience shipping products into life sciences, pharma, or other regulated research environments, including familiarity with their data governance and compliance expectations
A track record of launching ambitious products that found distribution or commercial success
Experience designing trusted-access or staged-rollout programs for sensitive capabilities
A creative, hacker spirit and a love of solving hard puzzles
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
