ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the founding Channel Partner Manager for Canada, you will build the partner motion that helps Canadian businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt Ramp through trusted advisors and ecosystem partners.
This is a zero-to-one role. You will own the full partner lifecycle, from identifying and engaging Canadian accounting, advisory, private equity, and venture capital partners through signing, enablement, activation, and partner-sourced pipeline. Your early results will help determine how Ramp scales its Canadian channel motion.
You will work closely with Sales, Growth, Product, Engineering, and the broader Partnerships organization. The right person is a hands-on builder: equally comfortable opening a new relationship, running a partner meeting, solving an operational blocker, and turning early learnings into a repeatable playbook.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build Ramp’s Canadian channel strategy and operating rhythm from the ground up.
- Research, identify, source, qualify and sign net-new Canadian partners.
- Create joint go-to-market and activation plans to grow the Canadian partner ecosystem.
- Drive revenue for Ramp through generating referrals
- Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and operators inside partner orgs
- Educate partners on Ramp’s Canadian capabilities, value prop and updates.
- Own partner onboarding, activation, pipeline generation, and regular business reviews.
- Work closely with the Canadian Sales team to advance partner-referred opportunities.
- Partner with Product to surface recurring partner needs and inform the Canadian roadmap.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in partner sales, business development, channel partnerships, or a closely related role
- High agency, urgency, and resilience
- Proven track record of sourcing and managing partnerships
- Self-starter mindset: you are comfortable getting in the weeds
- Strong discovery and consultative-selling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong operating discipline and comfort using data to improve performance.
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cross-functional judgment and a history of finding success across cross-functional work
- Familiarity with the Canadian business and technology ecosystem
- Strong comfort using AI tools to execute quality work, fast
- Ability to travel to in-person events in Canada frequently
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building a new partner motion, market, or vertical from an early stage.
- Professional proficiency or native-level fluency in French
- Presence in the Canadian accounting, advisory, private equity, venture capital, financial-services, or technology partner network
- Familiarity with finance & accounting workflows and solutions
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
The Docker Sandboxes team is building the runtime that lets AI coding agents run safely on a developer's machine: disposable, isolated microVM sandboxes that each get their own Docker daemon, filesystem, and network.
This is the core of Docker's sbx product: developers can give an agent the autonomy it needs to get real work done without it ever touching the host, and tear the whole environment down when it's finished.
The successful candidate is a technical, product-minded engineer with deep experience building secure, isolated runtime environments (sandboxes, containers, or VMs) and a track record of shipping and owning that kind of infrastructure in production at scale. They think naturally about isolation and security boundaries, understand the tradeoffs involved in running untrusted or semi-trusted workloads safely, and can reason confidently about a system that spans multiple surface areas.
They can drive clarity and consensus on hard, ambiguous problems that cross team and component boundaries, raise the bar for engineering quality wherever they work, thrive in a remote-first environment, communicate clearly across time zones, work with our users, while bringing curiosity and craftsmanship to hard problems.
Please note: this role is currently prioritizing candidates currently located in the Eastern time zone (US or Canada), or in the EU.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and lead improvements to the sandboxes product across agent integration, tool permissions, and developer-facing workflows.
- Investigate and resolve correctness, performance, and stability issues in the agent integration layer across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
- Drive the reliability and performance of sandbox creation, session management, and teardown for AI agent workloads.
- Collaborate with peers, Product, and adjacent teams to evolve the architecture as requirements grow.
- Mentor engineers on the team and set the bar in design reviews and code reviews.
- Engage with the open source and agentic development community around sandboxing, MCP, and related ecosystems.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical stability issues affecting users.
- Document your work clearly and share knowledge with the rest of the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated technical leadership on production systems at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience building developer tools, desktop applications, or runtime infrastructure used directly by developers.
- Familiarity with the agentic software development ecosystem: how coding agents work and how tools like Claude Code, Codex, or similar agents interact with their environment.
- Ability to reason about isolation and security boundaries: what a sandbox should and shouldn't expose, and how to make safe defaults obvious to users.
- Experience driving architecture and technical strategy across multiple engineers or teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy in a remote-first environment.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Build an understanding of our codebase.
- Meet the people on your team and those adjacent to it.
- Build an understanding of the products we are shipping and our near-term technical priorities.
- Deliver small fixes or improvements.
FIRST 90 DAYS
- Lead the design and development of a significant improvement or feature of the local sandboxes stack.
- Engage with our open source project and the relevant upstream communities.
- Shape the team's technical direction, and drive architecture discussions.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK (FIRST YEAR)
- Deliver measurable improvements to the correctness and performance of sandboxes.
- Become a recognized technical owner of key parts of the codebase and a go-to technical leader for the local runtime.
- Help us define the longer-term technical strategy for the filesystem layer in a way that fits with Product and Business goals, and rally the team behind it.
Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.
Compensation & Equity
United States: $160,900 – $260,700 + equity

An overview of this role
As a Backend Engineer on the Plan: Spec-Driven Development team, you'll help build GitLab's intent-to-code loop: agentic workflows that turn a stated intent into a refined work item, an implementation plan, and verified, mergeable code. You'll own early-stage backend work across the flows, application programming interfaces, data models, and evaluation systems behind this experience, using Ruby on Rails, Python, PostgreSQL, GitLab Duo Agent Platform, large language model application programming interfaces, and an artificial intelligence gateway.
You'll join a small, distributed team working on one of GitLab's highest-visibility product bets, collaborating with design partners toward a public beta. In your first year, you'll lead major features from an unclear problem through release, help shape scope with product and users, mentor other engineers, and influence technical decisions across agent workflows and evaluation methods.
What you’ll do
Lead backend features from early product discussions through technical design, implementation, rollout, and post-launch learning.
Build the flows, application programming interfaces, and data models behind agent-generated work items, implementation plans, durable specifications, and mergeable code.
Develop evaluation and benchmarking systems that measure workflow quality, token cost, and success rate.
Use Ruby on Rails and Python to build reliable production systems, with PostgreSQL, GraphQL, representational state transfer, GitLab Duo Agent Platform, large language model application programming interfaces, and an artificial intelligence gateway.
Collaborate directly with product, design, engineers, design partners, and users to shape scope and make practical trade-offs.
Coordinate multi-person projects across the team and communicate decisions clearly in GitLab's asynchronous, all-remote environment.
Mentor other engineers and contribute to technical direction across the Plan group and related artificial intelligence initiatives.
Work in short iterations, share progress through demos, and use results and user feedback to guide what comes next.
What you’ll bring
Strong Ruby on Rails experience in a large production codebase and production experience with Python.
Experience driving substantial projects with several engineers over multiple months, with clear user or business outcomes.
A product mindset and experience owning features end to end, including shaping scope, making trade-offs, engaging with users, and learning from adoption after launch.
A full stack background with a current focus on backend engineering, plus the ability to read modern frontend code and design effective APIs.
Strong application programming interface design and structured query language fundamentals.
Experience exploring artificial intelligence-assisted development.
The ability to work independently, collaborate across functions and regions, and support others through technical leadership and mentoring. Experience with GraphQL, PostgreSQL performance at scale, or building and evaluating large language model or agent systems is helpful but not required.
We welcome candidates with different backgrounds and transferable experience. If you're excited about the role but don't meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply.
About the team
We are a team of four engineers, with two backend and two frontend engineers across Canada and Europe. You'll work in an all-remote, async-first environment with weekly sync calls, retrospectives, demos, and short iterations. This is early-stage work with broad ownership, space for creativity, and a fast pace. For more about our team and its work, see

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
Role Overview:
In this role, you will have ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying leads to closing deals with Global 2000, large enterprises within the Energy (oil and gas) and Utility sectors. We’re looking for an approachable and compelling communicator who loves working with prospects to uncover their needs and feels comfortable developing tailored value propositions around how Cohere’s platform can help them achieve their business goals. You’ll lay the foundation for Cohere’s growth by owning your territory and collaborating with teammates across customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture. You’ll be the voice of the field and help our product and engineering teams prioritize the Cohere roadmap with customer-centric care. It’s a highly self-directed role, so you should be someone who thrives in an unstructured and quickly evolving environment. And your opportunity for impact will be astronomical — Cohere has skies-the-limit potential, and you’ll help us reach it.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Strategic Account Executive focused on the Energy & Utilities industry, you will:
- Focus on net-new logo acquisition via outbound activity and relationship building with key stakeholders while also bringing a strong network of key decision-maker and influencer contacts and relationships in the energy (oil and gas) and utility industries to accelerate engagements, drive strategic partnerships and win sales opportunities
- Work closely with customers and prospects as a consultative, trusted advisor who deeply understands their challenges and goals, their technology ecosystem, and will tailor solutions to drive measurable impact for their businesses
- Work in close partnership with channel partners to find opportunities to scale outreach and customer satisfaction in your region
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams as well as customer success on strategic motions to deliver solutions to large enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to drive top of funnel activity
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach through proof-of-concept, pilot, deal close, and deployment ; this is not a transactional sale that you can walk away from after the contract is signed but rather requires ongoing oversight of the project to ensure success
Key Responsibilities:
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 8+ years of previous B2B sales experience with Global 2000, large enterprises in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sectors, negotiating and closing transformational multi-year (2-5 year) SaaS deals in the 7 figure range, and a track record of high performance and exceeding quota
- Previous experience as a technical consultative salesperson, selling complex products, such as developer tools, API products, or AI / NLP solutions, are a plus, with a focus on applications in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sector
- Previous experience working with customers during the deployment phase of the engagement, aligning on how best to configure and customize the solution that supports success in production and builds trust to set up for expansion and growth
- Previous experience working with channel partners such as cloud hyperscalers and system integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- High tolerance for ambiguity - as an early sales hire, you’ll have to be a self-starter, doer and a strategist who is capable of wearing many hats and doing what it takes to figure out a path to success
- Curiosity - you want to go deep on NLP and become an expert on our technology while considering how to fit into a large organization’s technology landscape with a focus on its applications in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sectors
- Fantastic communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others, build strong relationships, can speak to the c-suite, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sectors
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the energy (oil and gas) and utility industries, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Ability to articulate the value of AI and NLP solutions in the context of energy (oil and gas) and utility operations, such as predictive maintenance, supply chain optimization, and customer engagement
- Experience working with regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the energy (oil and gas) and utility industries
Cohere is committed to fair and transparent pay practices. The salary range listed for this role reflects the expected base compensation. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will oversee a book of 60–70 Enterprise customers (750+ employees) and own the long-term relationship, overall account health, and commercial outcomes for your portfolio. - Lead customer conversations across all seniority levels, including operators, finance leadership, and C-suite executives, to ensure alignment and drive strong business outcomes
- Manage renewals end-to-end, from identifying the need to solution design, positioning, and negotiation
- Create and execute scalable account plans, highlighting areas of risk, opportunity, and long-term strategy
- Run regular touchpoints — status calls, optimization reviews, roadmap conversations, and QBRs — to keep customers engaged and successful
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Support, CSMs, and Solutions teams to deliver a cohesive and high-quality customer experience
- Travel occasionally for customer on-sites, events, and internal summits
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 6 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in a closing role with strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills
- Experience managing Enterprise or large Mid-Market accounts (500+ employees), ideally in a scaled book model
- Strong familiarity with Fintech, Payments, Finance/Accounting, or B2B SaaS
- Comfortable explaining product workflows, integrations, and technical requirements to both financial and technical stakeholders

- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or growth targets in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- High level of ownership, adaptability, and comfort working through ambiguity

About the Role
iCapital is seeking a Cyber Case Manager to join the Global Information Security team within Cyber Security Operations. As the Security Operations Center (SOC) continues to grow, dedicated ownership of the case lifecycle has become essential to ensuring incidents and investigations are consistently tracked and driven to closure. The Cyber Case Manager serves as the single point of accountability for that lifecycle – from intake through resolution – ensuring every case is owned, prioritized, progressing, and documented. This individual-contributor will report to the Security Operations leader.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of security cases including intake, ownership assignment, progress tracking, and driving cases to resolution and closure.
Serve as the single point of accountability for case status across the SOC, maintaining an accurate, prioritized, real-time view of all open incidents and investigations.
Exercise authority to assign, reprioritize, and escalate cases across SOC Analysts, Threat Detection Engineering, and Incident Response to keep work moving and eliminate stalled cases.
Enforce case-handling SLAs and quality standards; proactively identify aging, blocked, or at-risk cases and escalate to the Security Operations Leader.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams spanning incident response, DFIR, insider-threat cases, vulnerability-remediation tracking, audit and GRC findings, and eDiscovery and legal-hold requests.
Manage case documentation and evidence integrity – ensuring timelines, actions, decisions, and artifacts are captured consistently and remain audit-ready.
Integrate case workflows with SIEM/SOAR so alerts, enrichment, and automated actions flow into and out of the case record without manual re-keying.
Produce case metrics and leadership reporting, including MTTD, MTTR, backlog, aging, closure rates, and SLA adherence
for SOC leadership and stakeholders.
Build and continuously improve case-management processes, intake criteria, and runbooks to increase throughput and reduce manager overhead.
Facilitate case reviews, shift and regional handoffs, and post-incident lessons-learned, ensuring action items are tracked to completion.
Leverage the SOC’s SIEM and SOAR platforms, with Jira and Confluence as the system of record.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, SOC Analysts, Security Engineering, Cloud Security, Incident Response, and business stakeholders to support sensitive investigations, maintain confidentiality and chain of custody, and strengthen iCapital’s overall cyber resiliency.
Participate in incident-driven after-hours coordination as needed to keep high-priority cases moving.
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in cyber security operations, incident response, or security case and program management
Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, or information technology is preferred
Experience in a regulated industry; financial services or fintech is preferred
Hands-on experience managing incident or case queues in a SOC or incident response environment
Working knowledge of SIEM and SOAR platforms and how alerts and cases flow through them
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for workflow management, tracking, and documentation
Strong understanding of the incident response lifecycle and frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams and drive work to closure through influence and follow-through, without direct reporting authority over those teams
Familiar with handling sensitive investigations, evidence handling, and chain-of-custody principles
Exceptional organization, prioritization, and attention to detail while managing many concurrent cases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to report status clearly to both technical and executive audiences
Relevant certifications (i.e. GCIH, GCFE, PMP, ITIL, or Splunk and SOAR) are preferred
Experience with dedicated case-management or SOAR platforms (i.e. ServiceNow SIR, TheHive, Splunk SOAR and Phantom)
Exposure to insider-threat, DFIR, eDiscovery, legal-hold, or GRC and audit workflows
Familiar with cloud environments, AWS is preferred and knowledge of Agile frameworks is preferred
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the design and delivery of production-grade AI agents: We believe the best managers lead from being hands-on and close to the work. Our managers operate as ICs for their first 3-6 months at Sierra, and then evolve to manage and grow a team of engineers, all while building highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that are central, mission-critical, and directly drive Sierra’s growth. These aren’t prototypes—they are powerful, scalable systems running in production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce. You’ll ensure technical excellence, operational reliability, and high customer impact.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC): You’ll both build directly, and guide your team through the full lifecycle—from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration—coaching engineers to set and maintain the standard for ADLC best practices. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, meet customer needs, and scale effectively in production environments.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: You’ll collaborate with leaders at some of the world’s largest enterprises to understand their most pressing business challenges, and guide your team in building AI agents that transform how they operate at scale. You’ll also work with innovative startups in Silicon Valley, embedding AI agents across their entire business stack to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Shape the future of the platform: Your team’s direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Sierra’s core platform. You’ll surface unmet needs, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra’s product.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience building and scaling, as well as leading engineering teams that build and scale, end-to-end production systems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to guide teams through ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- A leadership style that comes from being hands-on, and blends high standards with empathy, fostering both speed and quality
- Proven ability to work closely with customers and translate business needs into technical deliverables
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- AI-related experience (experience developing AI agents a plus).
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
- Background as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder with high ownership and urgency
- Familiarity with tools for today’s AI agents: eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
- Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go
- Experience interfacing with customers or leading technical projects with external stakeholders
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.
