ABOUT THE TEAM
The fraud risk management team at Rain creates sophisticated, scalable risk mitigation solutions to protect our customers and deliver a low-friction experience. We achieve this by maintaining transaction and lifecycle event monitoring, building alerts to speed fraud detection and response, and creating risk rules and strategies powered by ML models. We are a pillar of the business, supporting new products and ensuring their success. Rain’s next-generation payment technology introduces new fraud vectors that require holistic, end-to-end thinking, strong data fundamentals, and fraud management savvy to combat.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Architect and build scalable ML systems for fraud detection, anomaly detection, and behavioral analysis
- Develop and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines: data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and continuous monitoring
- Design and implement low-latency, real-time decision systems partnering with fraud risk data scientists, integrating with transaction or behavioral data streams
- Own ML infrastructure, including model versioning, automated retraining, and safe deployment strategies (e.g., shadow, rollback)
- Build robust monitoring and alerting for model performance, latency, data quality, and drift
- Lead experimentation on model explainability, drift detection, and adversarial robustness for fraud prevention use cases
- Develop tooling and processes to improve the effectiveness and speed of the ML development lifecycle
- Partner with platform teams to meet strict SLAs for availability, latency, and accuracy
- Collaborate closely with talented engineers, data scientist and compliance teams across Rain
- Work in a fast-paced environment on a rapidly growing product suite
- Solve complex problems at the intersection of ML systems, data, and reliability
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience building ML systems in production; at least 2+ in fraud, risk, or anomaly detection domains
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Applied Math, or a related technical field
- Proven track record designing and maintaining ML models at scale
- Advanced proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
- Strong understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, and statistical modeling
- Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and collaborate closely with data scientists to translate analytical models into robust fraud prevention systems
- Experience developing, validating, and productionalizing predictive real-time and offline fraud detection models using supervised and unsupervised ML techniques
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize, scope, and deploy MLI solutions at scale
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT MANDATORY
- Domain expertise in banking, payments, or transaction monitoring
- Experience with graph-based or network-level fraud detection techniques
- A graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Applied Math, or a related technical field
- Experience fine-tuning or adapting generative AI / large language models for pattern generation or synthetic data augmentation (in partnership with data science)
- Knowledge of model governance, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance in fraud contexts

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Strategic Account Executive (Asset & Wealth Management) at Anthropic, you'll join the foundational team introducing our frontier AI platform to the world's leading asset managers, wealth management firms, and institutional investors. You'll drive adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic, enterprise-scale deals across asset management, wealth management, and institutional investment organizations. You'll leverage deep A&WM sales expertise to grow revenue while becoming a trusted advisor to industry stakeholders — helping them embed AI into research, portfolio management, client advisory, and operations workflows, and uncovering its full range of capabilities. Working closely with Product and Marketing, you'll continuously sharpen our value proposition, sales motion, and market positioning for A&WM decision-makers.
The ideal candidate is energized by building a new category in an established, highly regulated industry — identifying high-potential accounts across asset managers, wealth managers, and institutional investors, and running the strategies to win them. By driving deployment of Anthropic's emerging products into A&WM enterprises, you'll help these organizations unlock new capabilities while advancing the responsible development of AI.
Key responsibilities
Own a book of strategic, high-value accounts across asset management, wealth management, and institutional investment organizations, carrying and exceeding an individual revenue target
Engage personally with C-level and senior technical stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Research, Heads of Data/AI) — building business cases and value narratives, and navigating complex procurement, security, regulatory, and legal review through to production deployment and expansion
Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities within your accounts, building and executing account plans that turn strategic relationships into committed revenue
Run a disciplined pipeline and forecasting cadence — accurate deal inspection, clear next steps, and predictable, coachable execution across a high-value, long-cycle book of business
Partner closely with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, and Product to design solutions, prove value quickly, and translate A&WM-specific needs — research, portfolio management, client advisory, operations — into product and roadmap input
Codify winning use cases, proof points, and reference stories from your deals, partnering with Marketing and Enablement to help scale them across the broader FSI motion
Orchestrate cross-functional and partner motions with Customer Success, Legal, Partnerships, and cloud partners to deliver a seamless customer experience, and represent Anthropic as a visible, trusted voice with customers and at industry events
Minimum qualifications
5+ years of enterprise sales experience in asset management, wealth management, or institutional investing, with demonstrated success covering buy-side or wealth advisory organizations
A track record of carrying and exceeding quota in enterprise sales of technical, complex products (API-first platforms, cloud infrastructure, data/ML platforms, or enterprise SaaS)
Experience winning and growing strategic enterprise accounts, including building C-suite relationships, within asset and wealth management
Operational rigor across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles — balancing velocity with deal quality and forecasting accurately in fast-changing environments
Credibility with technical buyers and builders — CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of AI/ML — and experience pairing effectively with solutions architects and applied AI teams
A genuine interest in deploying AI responsibly and motivation to advance Anthropic's mission of building safe, beneficial AI
Driven, coachable, and on a steep growth trajectory
Preferred qualifications
Experience bringing generative AI or LLM-based products, or other emerging platform technologies, to large asset managers or wealth management firms
Deep familiarity with regulated-industry selling — data governance, fiduciary/compliance-driven procurement, security review, and the governance expectations of buy-side and wealth organizations
Experience selling with and through cloud and ecosystem partners such as AWS, Google Cloud, and global systems integrators
Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based commercial models and value-based pricing conversations
Experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles typical of institutional investment and wealth advisory procurement
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$380,000
—
$450,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

What your day-to-day will look like:

-Engineer and optimize data pipelines using solutions like Apache Hudi, Apache Trino, Azure ADLS

-Advance ongoing modernization efforts, deepening adoption of event-driven architectures and cloud-native technologies
-Drive adoption of best practices in data governance, observability, and performance tuning for data workloads
-Embed data quality in processing pipelines by defining schema contracts, implementing transformation tests and data assertions, enforcing backward-compatible schema evolution, and automating checks for freshness, completeness, and accuracy across batch and streaming paths before production deployment
-Establish robust observability for data pipelines by implementing metrics, logging, and distributed tracing for streaming jobs, defining SLAs and SLOs for latency and throughput, and integrating alerting and dashboards to enable proactive monitoring and rapid incident response
-Foster a culture of quality through peer reviews, providing constructive feedback and seeking input on your own work

At
WooCommerce
, we’re on a mission to democratize commerce. Millions of merchants around the world build their businesses with our open-source platform, and we’re scaling how we support them.
Specifically, we’re scaling our B2B merchant acquisition efforts and are looking for a Senior Revenue Engineer to help build our Revenue Operations function largely from the ground up. This role goes beyond optimizing what exists today: it involves designing systems, processes, and data foundations that don’t yet fully exist, while ensuring they can scale thoughtfully over time.
You’ll partner closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership as a trusted operational and analytical partner, helping establish the foundations that enable clear decision-making, effective execution, and predictable growth.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence. Your work will directly shape how we operate today and how we scale going forward.
What You’ll Do
First 90 days:
Build core dashboards, identify process/data gaps, establish remediation plans.
First 180 days:
Create capacity and territory models, map the full tech stack and integrations, define the attribution model.
First 12 months:
Achieve predictable forecasting (within ±10%) and establish a scalable enablement foundation.
Day to day, Week to week, Month to month
Systems & Data Foundation
Own vendor relationships, tools, and integrations (Salesforce, Gong, ChiliPiper, etc.).
Establish data quality standards, access controls, and governance practices.
Build durable dashboards and ad hoc reporting that clearly answer “where are we vs. target?”
Perform ongoing process and data gap analysis, prioritizing practical improvements while keeping long-term scalability in mind.
Evaluate and implement technology or process improvements to support revenue growth.
CS & Sales Enablement
Operationalize CS function: customer health, churn prediction, renewal workflows, escalation paths, expansion playbooks.
Create rules of engagement between Sales and CS for complex GTM.
Build enablement function infrastructure (topics/process/schedule—not training delivery).
Strategic Revenue Support
Build tracking for strategic/payment partner merchants critical to NRR.
Analyze performance trends to guide strategy: win/loss, deal cycle length, seasonality, retention, segmentation bands, and customer bands.
Create capacity planning models based on pipeline velocity and customer growth.
Territory planning, quota setting, and compensation administration.
Support pricing and packaging changes with data and tracking.
Support mid-funnel pipeline reviews and Sales/CS QBRs.
Identify and surface GTM and CS inefficiencies through data analysis.
Build merchant health scoring, expansion potential tracking, and red-to-green workflows.
Design reporting that gives executives visibility, managers clarity, and reps actionable insights—from pipeline health to forecasting accuracy.
You Might Be a Fit If
You’ve built RevOps from scratch
(6–8+ years of experience, including at least one 0→1 build or major foundation reset).
You’re deeply data-driven
, with a mindset of “if the data isn’t there, how do we get it?”
You’re comfortable speaking truth to power
, using data to surface trade-offs and inform decisions, even when conversations are uncomfortable.
AI is a strength, not a buzzword
—you can point to concrete examples of how you use it in your current role.
You’re hands-on technically
, with strong Salesforce experience (flows, integrations) and comfort working with data (e.g. SQL or Python), not just point-and-click tooling.
You know the RevOps tooling landscape
, and have good judgment about what actually works at scale.
You’re pragmatic and intentional
, balancing short-term fixes with longer-term system design.
You can partner as an equal with revenue leaders
, and communicate data-backed insights clearly to executive stakeholders.
What Good Looks Like
You can answer “where are we vs. Sales and CS targets?” quickly using trusted data.
Executives rely on ELT-ready dashboards that communicate complex business simply.
Core metrics (NRR, CAC, LTV, ASP, time to close, close rates) are clearly defined with documented data sources.
We are currently prioritizing candidates who reside in the Americas or Europe / Africa.
Salary range: $140,000-$200,000 USD.
Please note that salary ranges are global, regardless of location, and we pay in local currency.
We are searching for high-caliber candidates with the skills and qualities to have a net positive for Automattic. Pay will reflect the potential contribution and the impact you can bring, which may, in some cases, go beyond the range stated.

As a Strategic Account Executive (Banking) at Anthropic, you'll join the foundational team introducing our frontier AI platform to the world's leading retail and commercial banks. You'll drive adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic, enterprise-scale deals across retail banking, commercial banking, and consumer finance organizations. You'll leverage deep banking sales expertise to grow revenue while becoming a trusted advisor to industry stakeholders — helping them embed AI into customer service, underwriting, risk, and back-office operations workflows, and uncovering its full range of capabilities. Working closely with Product and Marketing, you'll continuously sharpen our value proposition, sales motion, and market positioning for retail and commercial banking decision-makers.
The ideal candidate is energized by building a new category in an established, highly regulated industry — identifying high-potential accounts across retail and commercial banks, and running the strategies to win them. By driving deployment of Anthropic's emerging products into banking enterprises, you'll help these organizations unlock new capabilities while advancing the responsible development of AI.
Key responsibilities
Own a book of strategic, high-value accounts across retail banking, commercial banking, and consumer finance organizations, carrying and exceeding an individual revenue target
Engage personally with C-level and senior technical stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Risk, Heads of Data/AI) — building business cases and value narratives, and navigating complex procurement, security, regulatory, and legal review through to production deployment and expansion
Partner closely with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, and Product to design solutions, prove value quickly, and translate retail and commercial banking needs — customer service, underwriting, risk, operations — into product and roadmap input
5+ years of enterprise sales experience in retail or commercial banking, with demonstrated success covering bank or consumer finance organizations
A track record of carrying and exceeding quota in enterprise sales of technical, complex products (API-first platforms, cloud infrastructure, data/ML platforms, or enterprise SaaS)
Experience winning and growing strategic enterprise accounts, including building C-suite relationships, within retail and commercial banking
Preferred qualifications
Experience bringing generative AI or LLM-based products, or other emerging platform technologies, to large retail or commercial banks
Deep familiarity with regulated-industry selling — data governance, regulatory and compliance-driven procurement, security review, and the governance expectations of banking organizations
Experience selling with and through cloud and ecosystem partners such as AWS, Google Cloud, and global systems integrators
Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based commercial models and value-based pricing conversations
Experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles typical of banking procurement
