What’s the opportunity?
As a Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will be a strategic and operational partner to Fin’s Sales organization, helping build the systems, processes, reporting, and operating rhythms that enable our go-to-market teams to scale effectively.
You’ll work at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Business Systems, Data Engineering, Marketing, and GTM leadership. You’ll own critical sales operations programs across forecasting, pipeline management, territory and quota planning, compensation, performance reporting, and process optimization.
This is a high-impact role for a systems thinker and commercially minded operator who can move comfortably between detailed analysis, cross-functional program management, and executive-level recommendations. You’ll have the opportunity to improve how Fin’s sales organization operates while helping scale the GTM engine behind one of the fastest-growing AI products in the market.
What will I be doing?
Own and optimize core sales operations processes, systems, and operating cadences across the sales organization.
Partner with Sales leadership and Finance to build and maintain forecasting processes, pipeline reporting, quota models, attainment tracking, and performance insights.
Develop clear, trusted reporting and dashboards that give leaders visibility into funnel health, productivity, conversion, win rates, capacity, and revenue performance.
Lead territory planning, segmentation, coverage, and capacity analysis to support efficient allocation of sales resources.
Partner with Finance and Sales leadership on compensation planning, plan administration, performance measurement, and reporting.
Translate business requirements into scalable solutions across CRM, BI, sales planning, compensation, and other GTM systems.
Partner with Business Systems and Data Engineering to improve data quality, data models, integrations, automation, and reporting infrastructure.
Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks across the sales cycle, including lead routing, opportunity management, approvals, contracting, handoffs, and post-sale transitions.
Establish and maintain consistent definitions, governance, documentation, and processes for key sales metrics and data.
Lead complex cross-functional projects from discovery through implementation, including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, testing, rollout, and change management.
Build executive-ready analyses and recommendations that help leadership make decisions about growth, investment, productivity, and organizational design.
Use AI tools and automation thoughtfully to reduce manual work, improve data access, and increase the speed and quality of sales execution.
Create scalable operating processes that support growth without requiring linear increases in headcount.
Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership on performance trends, operational risks, process improvements, and strategic priorities.
Support quarterly and annual planning activities, including business reviews, headcount planning, goal-setting, and operating plan development.
What skills do I need?
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Sales Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, or a related field, preferably in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, quota and territory planning, compensation, and sales performance metrics.
Experience owning or significantly improving CRM, BI, planning, compensation, or revenue technology systems.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience with BI or reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms; experience partnering with Business Systems or Data Engineering teams is highly valuable.
Experience designing scalable processes, data governance frameworks, reporting systems, and operational workflows.
Ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect operational improvements to revenue outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present recommendations to senior leaders.
Comfortable working hands-on in the details while maintaining a strategic view of the broader business.
AI fluency and curiosity about applying AI, automation, and emerging tools to improve sales productivity and operational efficiency.
High ownership, sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a bias toward action.
Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where priorities evolve quickly.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: Fully remote. To create the best experience for you and to meet our business needs, this role requires you to be based either within EMEA or Americas.
As a GTM Engineer you'll be the technical operator behind Oyster's revenue engine. You'll build, connect, and automate the software systems that drive pipeline. Turning high-level commercial strategy into workflows that run reliably, without anyone even touching them.
Sitting in Revenue Operations, you'll work alongside GTM Teams. Our GTM stack spans a CRM, enrichment and data providers, outbound tooling, our marketing automation platform, the data warehouse, and Oyster's own product APIs. Your job is to make that a coherent system rather than a pile of disconnected tools: clean data flowing to the right place, leads scored and routed in seconds, and reps working from information they can trust.
AI is a key part of the toolkit - you'll use it across the end-to-end funnel to automate and boost workflows, for things like prospect research at volume, personalisation, and buying-signal detection. Where a traditional ops hire would build a rules-based scoring model, you'll build an agent that reads a prospect's careers page, funding history, and hiring footprint and hands a rep a research brief worth acting on.
The foundation is a strong combination of commercial processes, systems and data - that's where the work lives.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design the architecture of the GTM stack: CRM objects and fields, lifecycle stages, territory and routing logic, sync patterns between systems, and the contracts between them.
- Integrate systems end to end: CRM (Salesforce), enrichment providers (Clay, Zoominfo), outbound and sequencing platforms (Nooks, Salesloft), marketing automation (Hubspot), the data warehouse, and Oyster's product APIs (using APIs, webhooks, and scripts rather than waiting for a native connector)
- Ship AI-driven GTM workflows - prompt chains, agents, and signal-detection pipelines that automate prospect research, personalised outreach, and real-time buying-signal alerts and more.
- Optimise our commercial processes. It’s not only about installing Tech & AI, it is also about taking ownership and evolving the ways we generate revenue.
- Build automated data waterfalls that pull, clean, deduplicate, and route prospect and account data into the CRM, so reps work from data they can trust.
- Work in a system that's already live. Reverse-engineer existing processes and the reasoning behind them, identify what to keep versus replace, and land changes through a migration plan that keeps pipeline, reporting, and day-to-day selling intact throughout.
- Instrument what you build: define the metric each workflow is supposed to move, measure it, and evaluate output quality so automations stay trustworthy as they scale.
- Keep the stack maintainable and compliant - sensible data handling, monitoring and alerting on the pipelines or agents you build, documented workflows, and no single points of failure that live only in your head.
- Partner with GTM to translate commercial goals into technical solutions, and be honest about which ideas are worth building.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in a GTM engineering, Revenue operations, growth engineering, or marketing/sales engineering role, or a software engineering background you've deliberately pointed at revenue problems.
- Clear, proven examples of solutions you've implemented that drove measurable pipeline impact. We'll ask you to walk us through them: what you built, why, and what moved as a result. Specifics matter more than scale
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of the modern GTM stack. You've architected a CRM rather than just administered one: navigating existing processes to own the re-configuration of objects and fields, lifecycle stages, routing and territory logic, and the sync patterns that keep multiple systems consistent. Salesforce or HubSpot, plus enrichment providers, outbound and sequencing tools, marketing automation, and platforms such as Clay.
- You build custom integrations, and can wire up a tool nobody at the company has used before from the docs alone.
- Experience owning production workflows: error handling, retries, idempotency, monitoring, and alerting.
- Working experience using AI/LLMs in a GTM or automation context - prompt and context engineering, and strong judgement to know where a model beats a rule and where it doesn't
- Commercial instinct. You understand funnel mechanics, conversion rates, and unit economics well enough to spot which automation is worth building and which is a distraction
- A bias toward shipping. You prototype quickly, put things in front of real users, and iterate rather than designing in the abstract.

You’ll join Oyster as a Senior AI Solutions Engineer: Go-to-Market, reporting to the AI Director and partnering closely with GTM leadership.
Your mandate goes beyond automating individual tasks. You’ll help make Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations AI native. This means rethinking how people work with AI, where agents can take on operational work, and where human judgement creates the most value to build a more effective AI enabled GTM organization.
You’ll be part of a connected group of Senior AI Solutions Engineers transforming different departments across Oyster. Together, you’ll establish shared standards, reuse successful approaches, and ensure Oyster’s AI transformation is coordinated rather than siloed.
This is a senior, hands on role. You’ll independently identify high value opportunities, decide where AI should and should not be used, and lead complex solutions from discovery through adoption and measurable business impact.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Make GTM AI native
Reimagine how GTM teams work with AI. Move teams from manually operating tools and workflows toward humans orchestrating AI powered ways of working, with human judgement where it matters.
Shape the AI roadmap
Partner with GTM leaders to identify, prioritize, and frame high impact transformation opportunities.
Lead solutions from start to finish
Own complex initiatives from an ambiguous problem through design, build, deployment, adoption, and improvement.
Build best in class AI agents and solutions
Design, build, test, and continuously improve reliable AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, and integrations using LLMs, orchestration platforms, APIs, tools, and enterprise data sources.
Apply sound judgement
Balance value, feasibility, risk, data quality, maintainability, and human oversight. Recognize when AI is not the right solution.
Drive AI adoption and self sufficiency
Partner with GTM leaders, managers, and champions to embed AI into everyday work. Help teams move beyond consuming AI outputs toward confidently creating reusable prompts, workflows, and AI powered ways of working.
Own solutions beyond launch
Measure adoption, quality, reliability, and business impact after release. Continuously improve solutions based on real usage and outcomes rather than treating launch as completion.
Connect the organization and raise capability
Build trust with GTM leadership, share reusable patterns with AI Solutions Engineers supporting other departments, mentor colleagues, and help teams develop the skills and confidence to operate effectively in an AI enabled environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of hands on AI and automation experience, supported by broader experience delivering complex solutions in GTM Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Revenue Operations, systems integration, or a related field.
- A track record of redesigning workflows or operating models, rather than only automating isolated tasks.
- Experience independently leading complex, cross functional initiatives from an ambiguous problem to measurable business impact.
- Strong automation capability using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or comparable orchestration technologies.
- Strong hands on experience designing, building, deploying, and improving production AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs, APIs, tools, and enterprise data.
- Strong understanding of B2B GTM operations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- Experience integrating business systems through APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms.
- Strong judgement about where AI can create value, where processes need deeper redesign, and where automation should not be used.
- Ability to influence functional leaders, challenge assumptions constructively, and align technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- A track record of mentoring others, sharing expertise, and raising standards across a team.
BONUS EXPERIENCE
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, or similar GTM platforms.
- JavaScript, Python, or SQL experience.
- Familiarity with RAG, MCP, AI evaluation, observability, governance, or security controls.

OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.

We're looking for Senior AI Engineers to design, build and run LLM-powered agents and AI features in production. You'll work across the full lifecycle: from scoping a use case with stakeholders, through architecture and development, to deployment, evaluation and ongoing improvement.
This is a hands-on role for engineers who think like product owners: you understand the business problem, define what success looks like in numbers, ship to real users, and own the result after launch.
Our stack: Python and TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS. We run multiple LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS Bedrock and others) behind a shared LLM gateway, with MCP for tool access. We work AI-native: agentic coding tools are part of how engineering gets done here, and we provide official Anthropic Claude certification for our engineers.
As part of our team, your responsibilities in this role will include:
Design and build LLM agents and agentic workflows: tool use via MCP, structured outputs, retrieval (RAG), multi-step orchestration, human review steps where needed.
Build and maintain MCP servers and tool layers that give agents governed access to company data and systems.
Own quality and cost: evals and golden sets, per-agent telemetry (tokens, cost, latency, accuracy), prompt and model versioning, provider failover and model routing.
Ship through CI/CD like any other production service: tests and evals in the pipeline, containerized deploys, monitoring, rollbacks.
Contribute to shared platform pieces: the agent template, the LLM gateway, observability.
Work directly with business stakeholders to scope, prioritize and validate use cases. Push back when something doesn't need an agent.
Use AI coding tools daily. Claude Code is our default; deep experience with a comparable agentic tool also works. You drive the tool, verify its output and catch its mistakes.
Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
5+ years of software engineering experience, with production systems you've designed, shipped and supported.
Proven experience building LLM-based agents or agentic workflows that reached production with real users.
Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and SDKs: Claude Agent SDK, Claude Managed Agents, Pydantic AI, LangGraph or similar. You can also explain what you'd build without one.

From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.
INFUSE is committed to complying with applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. For more information, please see our

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Role
As a Senior Enterprise Security Engineer, you will lead the design and operation of security controls that protect our internal networks, workforce identities, endpoints and corporate systems. You will be working globally with security teams across US, EU and APAC, delivering against our goals and objectives - reducing risk and maturing controls.
As a Senior, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy. You will define technical direction, make architectural decisions, and deliver complex security initiatives end-to-end. You will be expected to balance risk reduction with usability, ensuring controls are robust without impeding employee productivity.
This role focuses on Identity and Access Management (IAM), Endpoint security (EDR), Network Security, logging and detection engineering, and secure SaaS enablement. You will work closely with IT, Legal, Privacy, Engineering and business stakeholders to embed security as a default practice across the organisation.
Security controls will be aligned to recognised frameworks such as the CIS Critical Security Controls and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
The Dev Environments team sits within DoorDash's Foundations group (Platform Engineering). We own the local and remote developer experience across the DoorDash group of companies supporting over 5000 engineers. Our mission is to enable engineering velocity, quality, and efficiency at significant scale by removing friction from the day-to-day developer loop: spinning up a working environment, getting code building, and getting feedback fast, whether the "developer" is a human or an AI agent.
As a Staff Engineer on Dev Environments, you'll be recognised as an expert across the dev environments space, covering both local and remote dev flows, devcontainers, IDE/remote backends, and how they all fit together, including owning accountability for outcomes that span multiple teams. You'll set technical direction for the team's roadmap, unblock deep cross-cutting technical problems other engineers can't resolve alone, and mentor senior and mid-level engineers. You'll partner closely with engineering leadership across the group to translate ambiguous, company-wide developer-experience problems into a concrete, sequenced technical strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
Technical direction
Define the architecture for how thousands of engineers across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo actually develop and ship code: local and remote dev containers, remote IDE/VM lifecycle, and the full local-to-remote loop.
Build monorepo dev tooling at scale. It's part of consolidating all the companies under DoorDash’s umbrella onto one global backend - you're setting the standard, not patching one org's tooling.
Provision production-shaped environments in seconds, keep state in sync over the network, and make a remote machine feel local, reliably and cheaply, at thousands-of-concurrent-engineers scale.
Expect to invent as much as you adopt: much of this is genuinely unsolved elsewhere in the industry.
Design for AI agents as first-class consumers of the environment, not an afterthought: sandboxes that spin up on demand, run in parallel, and are safe to hand a real repo.
Support agents launched from an IDE, a CLI, or a Slack message - with no laptop required to review and ship what the agent did.
Collaboration & leadership
Align teams that don't naturally sit adjacent to each other (e.g. Security, Infrastructure, Product Engineering) around unstructured, ambiguous problems where there's no existing playbook.
Mentor engineers at all levels: run design reviews; raise the engineering bar through code review, pairing, and architectural guidance when appropriate.
Help set the hiring bar: lead interview loops, help calibrate, and support onboarding of senior hires.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential:
A track record of shipping production systems and leading cross-team initiatives with group level impact - comfortable owning delivery end to end, from design through to production and adoption.
Hands on fluency with the languages and tooling used to build developer tooling (e.g. Go, Python, TypeScript) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
Experience managing compute via Kubernetes (multi-tenant workload isolation, autoscaling ephemeral workloads, cost management), or lightweight VM/sandbox technology (e.g. Firecracker).
Working knowledge of cloud networking, including securely and cost-effectively routing traffic across network boundaries (VPNs, service meshes, etc.)
Experience integrating LLM/AI tooling into developer workflows - e.g. Claude Code - both locally, and remotely.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence senior stakeholders and align multiple non-adjacent teams without formal authority over them.
Experience building close working relationships with the engineering teams who consume your platform, not just the platform team itself.
Nice to have:
Experience in developer platforms or adjacent infrastructure: devcontainers, remote development, remote IDE backends, or developer workstation tooling.
Practical experience with JetBrains remote-backend flows, Codespaces/Codeserver-style products, or equivalent.
Experience with remote build/execution systems (e.g. BuildBuddy), or large-scale build caching.

team. This role is based in our London office with a

Engineering
team — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect.
About the Team
The Core BI team builds and operates the services, integrations and automation that power business intelligence across DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt. Our platforms help analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers and business teams discover trusted data and make informed decisions at scale.
We combine software engineering, platform ownership, and a strong user focus to make BI tooling reliable, secure, scalable and self-service. The team supports the current BI ecosystem while helping shape a more integrated experience across the DoorDash group.
About the Role
As a Software Engineer on the Core BI team, you will build and operate the backend services, APIs and infrastructure our BI platforms run on. This is a hands-on software and platform engineering role: services and integrations, identity and access automation, observability, reliability and developer experience. BI is the domain you serve (primarily Looker and Sigma, and the systems around them), but the problems are backend and platform problems.
You will own problems from discovery through design, implementation, deployment, and operational support. You will work closely with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product Managers and business teams to turn recurring user needs into durable, self-service capabilities. If you're energized by solving technical problems with data and comfortable being deeply embedded across several domains, this role is for you!
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Design, build, test, deploy and operate the backend services, APIs and automation that the BI platforms across DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt depend on
Automate the platform lifecycle end to end (provisioning, metadata, permissions, migrations, archival and validation) so administration stops being manual work
Build the integrations between BI platforms and the wider ecosystem: warehouses, identity providers, orchestration, CI/CD and internal developer tooling
Improve the availability, observability, performance, scalability and security of the systems you own, and carry them in production
Use AI tooling as part of how you engineer, and where it fits, build LLM-backed capabilities held to the same reliability and governance bar as anything else we ship
Raise the engineering bar on the team, from service design and code review to testing, CI/CD and documentation, and improve the developer experience for everyone building on the platform
We’re excited about you because…
3+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production backend, platform or infrastructure systems
Readable, maintainable, well-tested code in Python, plus comfort with SQL and a working understanding of data modelling and warehousing concepts
Experience building and owning APIs, integrations or automation in production, with sound judgement on service boundaries, authentication, data contracts and failure modes
Hands-on with CI/CD, containers and Kubernetes, observability, debugging and incident response, and you expect to operate what you build
Hands-on experience using AI tools (LLMs, agentic workflows, AI-assisted development) as part of how you engineer, and judgement about where they help and where they do not
End-to-end ownership of ambiguous problems, clear communication with technical and non-technical teams, and comfort self-organising in a fast-paced, distributed environment
Nice to Have
Experience owning or integrating with BI platforms such as Looker, Sigma or comparable tools, and familiarity with semantic layers such as LookML or dbt
Experience automating identity and access through Okta, SCIM or role-based access controls, or building multi-tenant platforms across brands and regions
Experience shipping LLM-backed features to real users (retrieval, grounding and evaluation), or with MCP, agent frameworks or tool-calling in production

About the Team
It’s an exciting time to join our rapidly growing Accounting team with ample development opportunities. We're growing the Revenue Data team with Engineering and Accounting Data openings to drive automation and systems infrastructure. All whilst while keeping pace within one of the fastest growing marketplace companies globally.
About the Role
The Engineer for Accounting Infrastructure and Systems designs, builds, and maintains the scalable backend services, data pipelines, and integrations that power DoorDash / Deliveroo's accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting workflows. Working closely with Finance, Accounting, and fellow engineers, this role translates complex financial and regulatory requirements into reliable, automated systems that ensure accuracy, auditability, and compliance at scale. The ideal candidate brings strong distributed-systems and data engineering expertise along with a solid understanding of financial processes, and takes technical ownership of critical projects while mentoring junior engineers and helping shape the team's architecture and best practices.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
Take technical ownership of critical accounting infrastructure projects — designing and building the backend services, data pipelines, and integrations that power DoorDash's financial reporting, reconciliation, and close workflows at scale.
Partner directly with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into reliable, auditable, and automated systems.
Shape the team's architecture and engineering best practices, mentoring junior engineers and raising the technical bar across the organization.
Drive measurable improvements in data accuracy, pipeline reliability, and system performance in a high-impact, compliance-critical environment.
We're excited about you because…
You have 3 - 4+ years of experience in software or data engineering, with a strong track record of owning and delivering complex backend or data infrastructure projects.
You have deep expertise in distributed systems and data engineering, with hands-on experience in tools like Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, or similar modern data stack technologies.
You can navigate the intersection of engineering and finance — understanding concepts like revenue recognition, reconciliation, and auditability well enough to build systems that meet those requirements.
You have a collaborative, low-ego approach and can effectively partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, and Engineering.
Familiarity with SOX controls, data quality frameworks, or financial systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a strong plus.

The Role
Deliveroo is on a mission to transform the way the world thinks about food delivery, and B2B marketing is central to how we grow our merchant business. We're looking for a B2B Demand Generation Manager to own paid demand generation across our operating markets and help us win in one of the most competitive categories in tech. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role for a seasoned performance marketer who can own demand gen end-to-end — from strategy and channel mix through to creative, execution, and the leads that actually convert into live, revenue-generating merchants.
Deliveroo operates in a focused set of markets, which means local relevance is everything. You'll work hand-in-hand with country Sales and commercial teams to understand each market's strategy, adapt the demand gen playbook to local realities, and choose the channels and tactics that will move the needle in each one. Rather than running a single global template, you'll tailor your approach country by country while building the repeatable systems that let us scale what works.
You'll manage significant budgets across a broad channel mix (Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic and beyond) and you'll be equally comfortable crafting a sharp lead-gen campaign and a brand awareness push to win back share against multiple well-funded competitors. You'll partner with creatives to shape intelligent, well-positioned campaigns and testing winners, learning with data what works and can be scaled.
What you'll be responsible for
Owning end-to-end paid demand generation across our markets and B2B products, managing significant budgets across a broad channel mix (Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic and beyond), experimenting with locally relevant tactics and turning what works into scalable playbooks;
Partnering closely with country Sales and commercial stakeholders to understand local strategy and market dynamics, and adapting the demand gen playbook to each market;
Building a lead generation engine that converts, looking beyond raw lead volume to lead quality, merchants that go live, and the GOV (Gross Order Value) they generate
Partnering with creative on full-funnel campaigns and sharp positioning, from lead generation through to brand awareness that defends and grows share in a highly competitive category, working independently with country teams;
Driving automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort;
Supporting new product and feature launches with go-to-market demand generation campaigns;
Owning reporting and measurement, defining success from spend through to live merchants and GOV, and building strong relationships with Sales, Product and commercial teams to drive real business impact.
What you'll be able to demonstrate
Essential
A seasoned performance marketer with 5–8 years running high-budget B2B paid campaigns across multiple channels with real strength in Meta, TikTok and Google Search and across multiple countries, products or clients;
SMB B2B experience: you build lead generation pipelines that convert, thinking beyond the lead to good leads, merchants that go live, and the GOV they generate;
Strong local and commercial instinct: you work naturally with Sales, adapt to each country's strategy, and communicate clearly in English (other languages a plus);
Ability to plan and optimise media investment against business and campaign-level KPIs, and to do in-house media buying;
A spark of creativity and a sharp eye for positioning, you partner with creatives to craft intelligent campaigns and operate independently with country teams;
Analytical and data-driven: you define KPIs, form hypotheses, design tests for statistically significant results, and scale up what works;
Genuine interest in using AI and automation to improve how you work, with concrete examples to back it up.
Nice to have
Familiarity with the Food or Retail industries;
Experience aligning inbound and outbound motions, and knowledge of data enrichment and attribution (e.g. Clay, Cognism, ZoomInfo), ABM or intent-based tools;
Experience with content syndication, paid PR or retail media.

Location: Berlin, Germany; London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Senior Software Engineer, Event Streaming Systems
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Engineering teams tackle complex technical challenges across a global, three-sided marketplace, building and scaling systems that serve millions of customers, riders and partners every day.
From real-time logistics to resilient infrastructure and marketplace optimisation, we design, build and operate technology that powers Deliveroo’s growth at scale.
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us build and operate the event streaming infrastructure that powers business-critical workflows across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt.
Get to know our Engineering team, what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Event Streaming Systems team within the broader Storage organisation. The team builds and operates highly reliable, scalable and efficient event streaming infrastructure, including Kafka, Event Streaming abstractions(internally called EventBus) and future streaming platform technologies. These systems support Tier-0 workflows and are foundational to how engineering teams build reliable, event-driven products at scale.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Design, build and operate large-scale event streaming infrastructure that supports critical production workloads.
Improve the reliability, scalability, observability and automation of Kafka, EventBus and related streaming platforms.
Debug complex distributed systems issues, including performance bottlenecks, capacity constraints and production reliability challenges.
Build infrastructure automation and self-healing capabilities that reduce operational toil and improve platform resilience.
Contribute to incident response, operational readiness and continuous improvement for Tier-0 infrastructure.
Partner closely with EventBus, Storage, SRE, Data Platform and Core Infrastructure teams across US and EU regions.
Help shape the long-term architecture and evolution of Deliveroo’s event streaming platform.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Strong hands-on experience building or operating distributed systems in production.
Experience with Kafka or similar event streaming systems, either as a platform, infrastructure service or critical production dependency.
Strong coding ability in Java, Go, Python or similar languages, with a focus on reliable, maintainable production systems.
Experience operating scalable production infrastructure, including debugging, troubleshooting and improving reliability.
Strong understanding of infrastructure automation, observability, capacity management and operational excellence.
Good fundamentals in Linux, networking and JVM-based systems, or curiosity to deepen expertise in these areas.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across platform, infrastructure and product engineering teams.
Nice to have
Experience contributing to Kafka or related open source distributed systems.
Experience with Redpanda, WarpStream, AutoMQ, Pulsar or similar streaming technologies.
Experience with JVM tuning, broker tuning, partition management or Cruise Control.
Experience with tiered storage, diskless streaming architectures or multi-region event streaming platforms.
Experience operating Tier-0 infrastructure at large scale.
