Arago is backed by executives from Apple, Arm, Nvidia, Microsoft, and Hugging Face, as well as prominent US and European deeptech venture firms and exited founders.
What you’ll do
As a Senior AI/ML Scientist, you will work at the intersection of modern AI models, numerical precision, and novel computing architectures. Your mission will be to develop the methods that allow AI models to run accurately, efficiently, and reliably on Arago’s computing system. This position combines strong quantization and “digital twin” aspects: understanding how frontier models tolerate reduced precision, defining the right numerical formats and quantization strategies, and building software representations of the processor to model the physical effects that impact AI model accuracy. This role is both scientific and practical. You will help shape the bridge between AI models and Arago’s hardware.

Ability to build rigorous experimentation pipelines and translate research insights into practical engineering decisions. GitHub profile with recent and relevant projects. Language: English at a proficient level. French is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop Arago’s quantization strategy for modern AI models, including precision studies, numerical format exploration, and model-level techniques to preserve accuracy under constrained precision. Study the impact of analog noise on the performance and inference accuracy of machine learning models, including language models, diffusion, video generation, and world models. Develop simulation tools to model analog behavior with minimal computational overhead. Build and maintain Arago's internal experimentation pipelines for precision and performance studies on both physical and emulated prototypes. Act as a technical point of contact between clients and Arago: analyze, port, and optimize client models onto Arago hardware, balancing throughput and accuracy. Collaborate with the software and digital architecture teams to support architectural enhancements based on the operator content of frontier model architectures.
Pay and benefits
Competitive cash compensation, with final package based on location, experience, and the pay of team members in similar positions. Meaningful stock option plan offered at the earliest stage of the company (included in the majority of full time offers). ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an Operations Engineer who is technically curious, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and proactive to join our Global Technical Operations (GTO) team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to monitor and investigate production issues across a global platform, help improve how we detect and respond to incidents, analyze trends and patterns in production data, and contribute to better communication with partners and stakeholders during incidents.
Strong troubleshooting skills, observability platform experience, and scripting ability are essential, along with experience in SRE, DevOps, production operations, or NOC environments supporting high-availability platforms in the gaming industry. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English — both written and verbal — when writing incident updates, shift handoffs, and status page communications will be key to your success in this role.
If you’re passionate about keeping critical systems running and continuously improving operational processes and love being the first to spot issues and the one who drives them to resolution for game developers and players worldwide, we would love to hear from you!
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary dashboard monitor during your shift — continuously watch the GTO Operational Dashboard in Datadog, detect anomalies by correlating signals across APM, logs, metrics, synthetic tests, and Real User Monitoring, and determine whether alerts warrant an incident ticket or can be resolved through immediate investigation.
Triage and investigate production incidents — create incident tickets in JIRA Service Management, perform initial technical investigation using Datadog (traces, logs, infrastructure and application metrics), determine blast radius and likely root cause domain, and route to the correct team (Product SRE, Infrastructure SRE, or Engineering) using the smart routing model.
Own lower-severity incidents end-to-end from detection through resolution — diagnose, execute runbook procedures, and resolve without escalation where possible. Escalate promptly when an incident is unresolved within defined thresholds or requires a code-level fix.
Support the TSO Lead during major incidents as the technical right hand in the war room — surface real-time data (error rates, impact scope, deployment history, related alerts), maintain the incident ticket with live timeline entries and linked evidence, and execute mitigation actions as directed.
Draft incident communications under TSO Lead direction, including internal Slack updates, stakeholder notifications, and customer-facing status page updates (status.xsolla.com). Support clear, timely communication throughout the incident lifecycle.
During non-incident periods, analyze incident trends, recurring issues, and production bugs — compile data from Datadog, JIRA, and Slack, identify patterns, and contribute findings to regular reports for product and engineering teams.
Compile incident timelines and draft initial PIR documents for Post-Incident Review preparation. Track PIR action items post-session and flag overdue items to the TSO Lead.
Build and maintain operational automation (alert enrichment scripts, incident templates, Slack workflows, dashboard widgets) and contribute to runbook development — documenting new resolution procedures so they can be repeated by any Operations Engineer on any shift.
Conduct structured shift handoffs covering active incidents, at-risk services, upcoming deployments, and follow-up items. Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with SREs to continuously expand independent resolution capability.
Cover for the TSO Lead during vacations, absences, or emergencies — including severity classification, escalation decisions, stakeholder communications, and basic Incident Commander functions.
Publish health reports of critical apps periodically.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working at a gaming company is required — you understand the pace, player expectations, live operations dynamics, and the operational demands of the gaming industry.
4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, production operations, NOC, or technical operations in a high-availability environment.
Strong troubleshooting and investigation skills — ability to take an alert or user-reported symptom and methodically trace it through the stack: application logs, APM traces, infrastructure metrics, database queries, and network paths.
Hands-on experience with Datadog (or equivalent observability platform: Grafana, Splunk, New Relic, Elastic) — navigating APM, building log queries, reading infrastructure dashboards, interpreting SLO burn rates, and configuring monitors and alerts.
Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python, Go, or Bash. You will write automation scripts, build operational tooling, and work with APIs.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English — ability to write incident tickets, investigation notes, Slack updates, shift handoff reports, status page communications, and PIR drafts that are clear, concise, and useful to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable) — understanding of pods, deployments, services, ingress, node health, and how to investigate Kubernetes-related production issues.
Understanding of SLOs, error budgets, and burn-rate alerting — knowing what a multi-window burn-rate alert means, how error budgets deplete, and how SLO breaches translate into incident severity.
Experience with incident management tooling: JIRA or JIRA Service Management, PagerDuty or OpsGenie, Slack, and Confluence.
Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML-assisted operations: anomaly detection, alert correlation, predictive monitoring, or automated remediation.
Comfort with 24x7 shift-based operations as part of a follow-the-sun model with handoff overlaps. Weekend on-call (rotating) is required.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Datadog Service Catalog, synthetic monitoring, and RUM (Real User Monitoring).
Experience with distributed systems debugging: tracing failures across microservices, understanding cascading failures, and reading distributed traces end-to-end.
Exposure to database operations (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka) at a level sufficient to investigate connection pool exhaustion, replication lag, slow queries, or queue backlogs during incidents.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Helm) — enough to correlate recent deployments with production issues and identify rollback targets.
JIRA Service Management administration experience: workflows, automation rules, SLA timers, and queues.
ITIL Foundation certification is a plus but not required — practical experience matters more.
Benefits
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes unlimited Flexible Time Off, Gym membership, monthly train ticket and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally.

ABOUT US
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we've built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We're passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so. Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco. We're a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers' and coworkers' lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things. Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Experiments team at Constructor builds an experimentation platform: traffic allocation, exposure logging, metric computation, statistical analysis, and a UI for launching experiments and interpreting results. It’s used both internally and by customers running experiments on production traffic.
We’re scaling customer experimentation usage and investing in making experiments faster, more reliable, and easier to interpret. Unlike boxed experimentation tools, our platform has to support a wide range of customer integrations, traffic patterns, and industry constraints — which makes the engineering problems unusually real-world and high-leverage.
Team: 3 Software Engineers, 1 Data Analyst, an Engineering Manager, and a Product Manager.
THE ROLE
This is primarily a backend role (Python services + data-heavy systems). You’ll occasionally work in the Dash UI and contribute to Spark jobs, but those are not the main focus. We care about correctness, observability, and product usability more than complex infrastructure.
Tech: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Plotly Dash, PySpark/Databricks, AWS, CloudWatch, Sentry
(Spark work is ~5–10% — we don’t expect you to be a data engineer or own the data platform.)
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and maintain backend services for experiment assignment, logging, and report generation
- Improve scalability, performance, and reliability of experiment reporting pipelines
- Add product-facing features to the UI to help users launch experiments and interpret results
- Take technical ownership of projects: shape solutions, break down work, and drive execution with the team
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation (investigating occasional issues and answering internal questions)
You’ll collaborate closely with Search/Recommendations engineers, ML/DS partners, and customer-facing teams when needed. This role does not require frequent direct customer calls.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVE
- Strong experience building and owning production backend services in Python
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and debugging user-facing systems
- Strong SQL skills and confidence working with data-heavy systems (metrics, logging, analytics)
- Ability to ship maintainable software (tests, code review, incremental delivery)
MINDSET
- You take ownership: you can turn ambiguous problems into an executable technical plan
- You care about building systems people trust and rely on
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience with experimentation systems, metrics platforms, or A/B testing workflows
- Experience with PySpark and/or Databricks

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Staff Mobile Security Engineer to join our Mobile Security team, where you will play a key role in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities across OKX's mobile applications and platforms. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of offensive security, mobile engineering, and platform protection — you will work closely with development, operations, and compliance teams to ensure security is embedded at every layer of our mobile stack.
You bring deep expertise in mobile application security, offensive techniques, and secure coding practices. You are also fluent in AI-assisted development and bring the discipline to build, maintain, and continuously improve your own AI engineering workflows.
What You'll Be Doing
Identify and address security vulnerabilities in mobile code, systems, and networks through manual review, automated tooling, and threat modelling.
Manage and optimise application security tools, processes, and alerts to maintain a strong security posture.
Validate and respond to Bug Bounty submissions, triaging findings and coordinating remediation with engineering teams.
Produce detailed security findings reports and present them to both technical and management audiences, contributing to real-world attack prevention.
Collaborate with development teams to implement and champion secure coding practices across iOS and Android platforms.
Apply AI tools to accelerate security research, automate vulnerability detection workflows, and improve the efficiency of threat analysis.
Work alongside operations and compliance teams to ensure security is a consistent priority across the organisation.
Participate in incident response and management activities.
Stay current on the latest offensive security techniques, application security threats, and industry best practices.
What We Look For In You
5+ years of experience in mobile application security or offensive security, with hands-on expertise in iOS and/or Android platforms.
In-depth understanding of security risks, vulnerabilities, and concepts in mobile and web applications.
Proficient in code review across Kotlin, Swift, TypeScript, or JavaScript, with a strong grasp of application security threats.
Able to create proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate vulnerabilities, review patch code for adherence to standards, and collaborate with repository owners on remediation.
Actively uses AI tools in your security engineering workflow — including building AI-leveraged workflows and codifying repeatable agent skills so tools like Claude Code or Codex deliver reliably on real production work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-To-Haves
Prior experience developing mobile security SDKs at scale — products with a daily active user base of over ten million.
Experience in large-scale business risk control projects, or practical experience in threat intelligence, business risk prevention, and countermeasures against black and grey industries.
In-depth reverse engineering of major apps from first-tier vendors, or other projects that demonstrate strong reverse engineering capabilities.
Proficiency in ARM assembly, with the ability to implement deep-level countermeasures at the native and application layers.
Experience with device fingerprint recognition — including simulating new devices through methods such as flashing, modification, and application cloning.
Ability to work across multiple mobile platforms simultaneously.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!
