WHO ARE WE?
Welltech is a global wellness technology company with Ukrainian roots. Our mission is to build and scale wellness apps globally through state-of-the-art, tech-driven performance marketing.
We are one of the most established players in the wellness app space, and we are accelerating. Over 25.5 million people across the world use our apps — Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit — to build healthier habits, move more, and feel better every day. Every subscription represents a real person making a real change in their life, and we take that seriously.
With 500+ people across hubs in Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, and the UK, we combine the scale of a market leader and the drive of a team that's just getting started.
The Product Engineer Mindset
We don’t hire people to implement specs. We hire people who can spot the right problem to solve, talk directly to product, design, data, and users to sharpen it, and ship the thinnest version that proves the bet, then iterate. If this is you, you probably:
- Measure your work in outcomes, not output. A feature isn’t done when it merges; it’s done when the metric moves, or you’ve learned it won’t, and killed it.
- Go to the source. You don’t wait for a perfect PRD. You sit with PMs, designers, marketers, and data, and sometimes users directly, to understand what’s actually being asked.
- Own things end-to-end. From the first conversation about a problem through architecture, code, rollout, monitoring, and the follow-up experiment. You don’t hand work off at a boundary.
- Have a strong bias to ship. Prototypes, A/B tests, feature flags, kill switches. You’d rather get something in front of users this week than a perfect plan in two months.
- Treat AI as leverage, not a novelty. You use agentic workflows to compress the loop between idea and learning, for yourself and the team.
What You’ll Own
This is an ownership role, not a feature factory seat. You’ll be on the hook for outcomes across the stack, not just the code in your area:
- A cross-platform foundation, end to end. Mobile, web, BFF, and infrastructure layers, built and evolved with an AI-first, agentic development approach, and held to outcomes you helped define.
- Scalable foundations for health & fitness apps. React Native and modern web technologies, designed so product teams can ship and experiment faster without rederiving the basics each time.
- The discovery loop with stakeholders. Working directly with product, design, marketing, and data to translate business bets into running experiments, not just tickets in a backlog.
- AI-agentic workflows across the SDLC. You’ll continuously improve how the team uses AI to raise productivity, code quality, and delivery speed, and prove the impact.
- Shared platform capabilities. Internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted workflows that make every engineer at Welltech faster and the product better.
- Native mobile and media experiences. Video playback, streaming, and HLS, owned from native integration through user-perceived quality.
- Modular, reusable systems. Backend-driven UI, white-label capabilities, and the architectural choices that let one team’s work compound for the next.
- Reliable integrations. Between frontend clients, BFF services, and platform infrastructure, with you on the hook for the health of the seams.
- The engineering culture. Architecture discussions, code reviews or pairing when working on trunk based development workflows, documentation, and continuous improvement, leading by what you ship and how you ship it.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Key responsibilities:
- Build and evolve a cross-platform ecosystem covering mobile, web, BFF, and infrastructure layers using an AI-first, agentic development approach
- Design scalable foundations for health & fitness applications powered by React Native and modern web technologies
- Work directly with product, design, and marketing stakeholders to rapidly translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and experiments
- Develop and continuously improve AI-agentic workflows across the full development lifecycle to increase team productivity, code quality, and delivery speed
- Develop shared platform capabilities, internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted workflows that improve development speed and product quality
- Work on native mobile integrations and advanced media experiences, including video playback, streaming, and HLS-based solutions
- Contribute to modular architectures, reusable systems, backend-driven UI solutions, and white-label application capabilities
- Build reliable and scalable integrations between frontend clients, BFF services, and platform infrastructure
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of engineering workflows
Required skills:
- Strong commercial experience with React Native and modern TypeScript-based application development
- Solid understanding of full-stack architecture including mobile, web, BFF, and cloud/infrastructure layers
- Experience building scalable cross-platform systems and shared application foundations
- Deep understanding of software architecture, modular systems, scalability, and performance optimization
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, automation tooling, and modern developer workflows
- Strong engineering mindset focused on maintainability, reliability, testability, and fast iteration
- Comfortable working in AI-assisted or agentic development environments and adopting new AI-driven workflows quickly
- Experience with backend-driven UI architectures
Nice to have:
- Experience building white-label mobile applications or multi-brand ecosystems
- Experience designing and implementing BFF (Backend for Frontend) services
- Hands-on backend development experience with TypeScript (Node.js)
- Experience building internal developer platforms, shared tooling, or scalable platform capabilities
- Familiarity with OWASP mobile security best practices
- Experience with engineering methodologies focused on rapid iteration and high developer productivity (Trunk Based Development, CI/CD mindset, TDD, BDD, XP, etc.)
- Strong experience with native mobile integrations and media/video playback technologies
- Hands-on experience with HLS streaming and native video player integrations on iOS and Android (AVPlayer, ExoPlayer, Chromecast, AirPlay)

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Inference organization serves Claude to millions of users and enterprise customers with the speed, reliability, and efficiency that frontier AI demands. We build across GPUs, TPUs, and Trainium, and the complexity of our development environment grows with every platform we add. We're looking for a Staff engineer to be the technical lead for Inference Developer Productivity: the team that makes every engineer in the org dramatically more effective at building, testing, and shipping inference software.
This is a senior IC role with broad technical ownership. You'll set technical direction for the team's toolchains, workflows, and feedback loops, and you'll be the one making the hard calls on architecture, prioritization, and tradeoffs across heterogeneous accelerator platforms. You'll pair with the team's Engineering Manager, who owns hiring and people development, while you own the technical roadmap and drive the work. You'll also partner closely with Anthropic's central Infrastructure org, where company-wide developer productivity lives, to make sure Inference's multi-accelerator reality is well served without duplicating effort.
This role is for someone who has been the technical anchor on a platform or infrastructure team before, who thinks in systems and feedback loops, and who gets real satisfaction from the moment another engineer stops fighting their environment and starts shipping.
Key responsibilities
Set technical direction for Inference Developer Productivity, owning the architecture and roadmap for toolchains, dev environments, and CI/CD across GPU (CUDA), TPU, and Trainium platforms
Be the technical owner of accelerator toolchain management: compilers, drivers, libraries, frameworks, kept current, compatible, and well-tested so Inference engineers focus on model serving instead of environment archaeology
Design and build infrastructure for efficient accelerator usage during development, including devbox environments, pre- and post-land validation automation, and shared tooling that reduces the cost of working across heterogeneous hardware
Define and instrument productivity metrics for the Inference org, building the dashboards and alerting that surface regressions early (smoke tests red for extended periods, build times creeping up, toolchain breakages) and drive them to resolution
Proactively hunt down bottlenecks, toil, and friction across Inference engineering workflows, then design and build the systems that eliminate them
Act as the technical counterpart to Anthropic's central Infrastructure org, aligning on shared developer productivity initiatives, contributing Inference-specific requirements, and making the call on build vs. adopt
Mentor engineers on the team through design review, code review, and direct collaboration, raising the technical bar without owning headcount
Minimum qualifications
8+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time as the technical lead or anchor on an infrastructure, platform, or developer productivity team
Deep background in systems engineering, build/test infrastructure, or ML infrastructure, with the ability to go hands-on with toolchain issues, CI/CD pipelines, and developer workflow optimization
Experience owning toolchains or development environments for compute-intensive workloads (ML training or inference, HPC, large-scale distributed systems)
Real depth in at least one accelerator ecosystem (CUDA/GPU, TPU, or Trainium/AWS Neuron) and genuine appetite to learn the others
A track record of defining and using engineering metrics to drive improvement: you've built dashboards, set SLOs on developer workflows, or led initiatives that measurably improved engineering velocity
Experience driving technical alignment across organizational boundaries, advocating for your team's needs while contributing to shared infrastructure
Strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence technical direction without formal authority
Preferred qualifications
Experience with ML compiler toolchains (XLA, Triton, NeuronX) or accelerator driver/firmware management at scale
Background building or running shared development environments (devboxes, remote development, ephemeral environments) for hardware-dependent workflows
Experience with CI/CD systems at scale, particularly for workloads involving accelerator hardware
Familiarity with Kubernetes-based development and job scheduling environments
Prior tech lead experience on a developer productivity or platform engineering team at a fast-growing AI/ML company

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
The role
This is a foundational role on Sierra's Operations team, sitting at the intersection of marketing and GTM. As Marketing Operations and Analytics Lead, you'll own two things: the measurement infrastructure that connects marketing programs to pipeline and revenue; and the operational processes that make the marketing engine run efficiently and at scale.
What you'll do
- Full-funnel attribution: Design and own Sierra's marketing attribution framework, connecting campaigns, events, content, and demand gen programs to pipeline generation and ultimately LTC conversions.
- Pipeline analytics: Partner with Marketing and Sales to analyze pipegen by vertical, region, and segment. Track conversion rates at each stage and surface where marketing programs are—and aren't—generating high-quality opportunities.
- Performance reporting: Build and maintain the marketing team's core performance dashboards—campaign ROI, event pipeline influence, channel mix, lead quality, and funnel velocity.
- ICP & account intelligence: Develop data-driven ICP scoring and account prioritization models to focus marketing investment on segments with the highest win rates and ASPs. Integrate signals from first-party and third-party intent sources to keep targeting sharp.
- Experiment design & optimization: Design rigorous A/B and multivariate tests across marketing channels. Establish the statistical standards the team uses to evaluate new programs; translate results into clear, actionable recommendations—not just p-values.
- Lead management & routing: Define and maintain lead scoring models, MQL thresholds, and routing logic from first touch to Sales handoff. Partner with Sales to ensure lead quality, minimize friction, and continuously improve conversion from MQL to pipeline.
- Campaign operations: Own the operational infrastructure behind campaign execution—email programs, landing page workflows, event lead capture, and list management. Build processes that let the demand gen and events teams move quickly without creating data debt.
- Cross-functional partnership: Serve as the analytical and operational bridge between Marketing, GTM Ops, Finance, and Sales leadership—ensuring marketing metrics are aligned with company PG, POC, and ARR targets; contribute to quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual planning with marketing-specific performance analysis and forecasts
What you'll bring
- 12+ years spanning marketing analytics and marketing operations
- Deep expertise in attribution modeling, multi-touch funnel analysis, and pipeline/revenue measurement in long, multi-stage enterprise sales cycles
- Hands-on martech stack experience—marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), Salesforce, lead routing, and third-party enrichment tools
- Strong SQL skills; fluency working with large datasets in modern data stacks (ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar)
- Proven ability to translate complex analyses into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives
- High attention to detail and a strong point of view on what "good" looks like—you've built this infrastructure before and know where the landmines are
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Software Engineer to work on the systems that let operators author, deploy, and manage robot workflows at scale. This sits at the intersection of backend infrastructure and product - you'll build the services that coordinate fleets of robots, the tooling that lets operators express what they want robots to do, and the interfaces that give visibility into what's actually happening on the floor.
This is a full-stack role with a strong backend lean. You'll work closely with the robotics, AI, and product teams to build systems that are real-time, multi-tenant, and mission-critical.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and maintain backend services that coordinate robot fleets at runtime: workflow state management, event logging, and the APIs that robots, operators, and third-party systems use to interact with the platform
- Develop and evolve the workflow authoring experience - tooling that lets operators define, deploy, and incrementally refine robot workflows in natural language, without needing to understand the underlying representation
- Build on-robot services that enable remote control, workflow execution, state reporting, and diagnostics
- Own the data infrastructure that tracks workflow execution: event logs, conformance metrics, and the audit trails that let operators understand what robots are doing and why
- Build and maintain reliable, secure cloud infrastructure for running these services, including deployment pipelines, observability, and alerting
- Implement testing and validation pipelines to catch regressions across the UI, backend, and on-robot services - including simulation-based workflow validation before changes hit production
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
