Location: Remote Workplace: Remote We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science. We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world. World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached. Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you. ABOUT THE ROLE Open to hiring remote — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv. Runway is hiring a Detection & Response Engineer to own how we find and stop attacks against our infrastructure, our research environment and our products. Securing a company that trains and serves frontier video models is a different problem from securing a typical SaaS product. The environment includes research compute, large training datasets, a fast-moving build pipeline and engineers who work inside AI-assisted tooling every day. Each of those changes what an attack looks like and what you need to see to catch it. You'll join the Security team and build our detection and response program the way an engineer would: detections as code, response as automation, evidence as something you can query. This is a role with real ownership: you'll own the detection program end to end, from what we log to how quickly we close an incident. You'll report to the head of security, partner with engineers across platform and research, and shape how this function grows from here. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own detection and response end to end: what we log, what we alert on, how we triage and how we recover - Write and tune detections as code across multiple cloud environments, Kubernetes, identity systems, endpoints and SaaS, and measure them on coverage and precision rather than alert volume - Lead incident response from the first alert through containment and forensics, then write the post-incident review people actually read - Build automation that takes toil out of triage, including enrichment, correlation, containment actions and evidence collection, and use LLM-based tooling where it holds up under audit - Monitor AI agents and developer tooling operating inside our environment, and turn that into concrete telemetry and controls - Partner with platform and research engineers so new systems ship with logging and response playbooks in place on day one - Run threat hunts and tabletop exercises against the parts of the environment that worry you most, and fix what you find - Turn incident and detection metrics into evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001 and enterprise customer security reviews, working with our GRC team - Participate in an on-call rotation for security incidents WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Hands-on incident response experience: you've triaged live alerts, led investigations and written up what happened afterward - Experience building and tuning detections in a modern SIEM, ideally managed as code - Working knowledge of how attackers move through cloud and Kubernetes environments (IAM abuse, container escape, credential theft, supply chain compromise) and what that leaves behind in logs - Comfort writing Python, Typescript, Rust or another language to automate response work and connect security tools - Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform and with Kubernetes at the level of audit logs, RBAC and workload identity - Clear writing. Incident timelines, detection documentation and updates to leadership are all part of the job - Judgment about what to alert on, what to automate and when to wake someone up EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE - Experience monitoring GPU or HPC-style infrastructure, or research environments with large datasets - Experience building detections or guardrails for AI agents, LLM tooling or MCP servers - Cloud forensics experience: disk and memory acquisition, cloud audit trail reconstruction, chain of custody - Published open source detection content Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide. There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range. Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates. ABOUT THE ROLE *Open to hiring remote — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv. Runway is hiring an Infrastructure Security Engineer to secure the platform our models are trained and served on. The role covers Kubernetes platform security, cloud identity and access, software supply chain, tenant isolation in the serving layer and the research infrastructure behind our models. Securing a company that trains and serves frontier video models is a different problem from securing a typical SaaS product. The environment includes research compute, large training datasets, a fast-moving build pipeline, and engineers who work inside AI-assisted tooling every day. Each of those changes what an attack looks like and what the platform has to enforce to stop it. This is a hands-on engineering role on the Security team. You'll write policy, tooling and infrastructure code, work in the platform team's repositories, and ship controls that hold up in production. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design and ship security controls in our Kubernetes ecosystem: admission policy, RBAC, workload identity, network policy and runtime hardening across every cluster we run - Harden the software supply chain from dependency intake through build and deploy, including package firewalling, artifact signing and provenance, and admission controls that block what doesn't pass - Own cloud IAM and identity architecture: least-privilege roles, short-lived credentials and workload federation - Secure research infrastructure and training pipelines, including access to model weights and datasets, without slowing down the people using them - Threat model new platform components before they ship and turn the findings into concrete requirements the owning team can act on - Build guardrails for AI agents and developer tooling operating inside our infrastructure - Write infrastructure as code and policy as code, and treat security configuration with the same review and rollout discipline as any other change - Give the incident response team what they need when infrastructure is involved: fast answers about how a system works and what to shut off WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes in production: you've written admission policies, debugged RBAC and workload identity problems and understand how a cluster gets compromised - Working knowledge of cloud IAM and networking on at least one major cloud platform, including how identity federation and short-lived credentials actually work - Experience with infrastructure as code and GitOps-style deployment, and the habit of shipping security changes through the same pipeline as everything else - Comfort writing Python, Typescript, Rust or another language to build tooling, not just scripts - An understanding of software supply chain attacks and the controls that stop them: signing, provenance, SBOMs, admission enforcement - Clear writing. Design docs, threat models and explanations to engineers who don't work in security are all part of the job - Judgment about which controls to enforce, which to recommend and how to roll out a breaking change without breaking the company EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE - Experience securing GPU or HPC-style compute, training pipelines or research environments - Experience with policy engines and admission controllers (Kyverno, OPA Gatekeeper, Falco or similar) - Multi-tenant isolation design in a cloud environment: ABAC, scoped credentials, per-tenant boundaries - Experience producing security architecture evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001 or other audits and customer assessments - Open source contributions or published work in cloud or Kubernetes security Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Location: San Francisco, California; New York, New York Workplace: Hybrid WHO WE ARE Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. ABOUT THE ROLE: Notion has been at the cutting edge of AI since before ChatGPT launched. The job of the Model Capabilities team is to keep us there. We own the model layer of Notion AI: integrating frontier models as they ship, keeping inference reliable and economical at scale, and building new capabilities that other teams take advantage of. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE: - Bring new frontier models into production quickly, making them available for our users and our engineers. - Make inference reliable: better error categorization, self-healing retries, and cross-provider failover. - Own observability for the model layer, driving down both time to detection and time to fix. - Build new model-level capabilities and help product teams adopt them. - Act as connective tissue across Notion's AI teams: find the gaps, unblock people, and make sure fixes land with the right owner. SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING: - Comfort with a moving frontier: The model landscape changes monthly. You keep up with it, form your own view of what's real, and stay pragmatic about what's worth adopting now. - AI fluency as a practitioner: You use AI tools seriously in your own work and have opinions about where they help and where they don't. - Production AI systems experience: You've built and operated systems on top of LLM APIs, not just prototyped with them. You understand token economics, streaming, tool calling, context limits, and how each of these fails in production. - Measurement before conviction: You don't ship a prompt or model change on vibes. You define what "better" means, build or use the evaluation to test it, and are willing to be proven wrong by your own data. - Cost and performance instincts: You treat latency and dollars as product qualities, not afterthoughts, and you can reason about the tradeoff between them and output quality. Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $255,000 – $300,000 per year. By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550?pvs=74 and NYLL 144 https://notion.notion.site/Ashby-AI-Bias-Audit-2b0efdeead05803bbbfae159ec86c528. #LI-Onsite A NOTE ON AI You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know. Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. Location: US PlanetScale is growing rapidly and reinventing the database space. The PlanetScale platform offers both Postgres and Vitess clusters. Vitess, an open-source database clustering system for horizontal scaling of MySQL, enables businesses to efficiently handle large-scale data workloads — without sacrificing developer experience. Our customers entrust us with what is often their most precious digital asset, their data, so the stakes couldn’t be higher. We’re looking for a Customer Support Engineer to help developers and businesses get the most out of PlanetScale, resolve issues quickly, and build the support function that helps us scale. What’s the job to be done? You will advise and handle support requests from customers and developers on the PlanetScale platform. You will respond to, debug, and resolve customer support issues through support tickets, customer Slack channels, public discussions, and other support channels. You will help customers understand how to use PlanetScale effectively, including how to reason about queries, schema changes, application behavior, database connectivity, and production workflows. You will create and improve internal and external documentation, support playbooks, troubleshooting guides, and customer-facing materials. You will identify product gaps and recurring sources of customer friction, then work with Engineering to prioritize improvements. You will contribute to the systems, processes, and practices that help PlanetScale deliver excellent developer-focused support at scale. These attributes best describe you. You are customer-focused, empathetic, and clear in how you communicate, while knowing when to push back in ways that help customers become successful on their own. You have excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, with the curiosity and persistence to follow issues across applications, databases, infrastructure, and product behavior. You are comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone. Whether that means reading unfamiliar application code, digging into database behavior, testing a new framework, or learning a connector you haven’t used before, you’re willing to go where the problem leads. You are a self-starting, enthusiastic individual who takes responsibility for outcomes and wants to make a meaningful impact on the business. You can operate independently, but you know when to ask for help and how to bring the right people into an issue. You are highly organized and able to operate in ambiguous or changing situations. You are data-driven, team-oriented, and comfortable communicating across many audiences. You enjoy working cross-functionally and translating customer pain into actionable product, documentation, and process improvements. What you will need. Experience supporting production applications, databases, developer tools, infrastructure, or other technical products. Working knowledge of SQL, preferably with experience in MySQL and/or PostgreSQL. Strong debugging skills and the ability to reason through application and database behavior. Programming experience. You will not be programming full-time, but you should be comfortable reading and navigating unfamiliar code to understand customer issues. Experience with common application frameworks, ORMs, database connectors, or application deployment patterns. Willingness to explore new languages, frameworks, tools, and customer environments as needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong empathy for customers, developers, and teammates, with the ability to advocate for customer needs clearly and constructively. What else will help you be successful. Experience working in a remote organization. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and debugging tools. Experience helping build support processes, documentation systems, or teams from an early stage. Why PlanetScale. We’re redefining how high-growth companies manage data at scale — and we work with some of the most exciting brands in gaming, consumer tech, and B2B SaaS. As a Customer Support Engineer, you’ll be on the front lines helping developers and businesses solve real production problems, while also shaping the product, documentation, and support systems that make PlanetScale better for every customer. PlanetScale is a profitable company with a philosophy centered around building small teams of p99 individuals and is recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in America. At PlanetScale we believe in supporting people to do their best work and thrive no matter the location. Our mission is to build a diverse, equitable, and inclusive company. We strive to build an inclusive environment where all people feel that they are equally respected and valued, whether they are a candidate or an employee. We welcome applicants of any educational background, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, age, citizenship, socioeconomic status, disability, pregnancy status, and veteran status. If you have a disability, please let us know if there’s any way we can make the interview process better for you; we’re happy to accommodate! Total Compensation and Pay Transparency An employee’s total compensation consists of base salary + variable comp where appropriate + benefits + equity. A member of our Talent Acquisition team will be happy to answer any further questions when we engage with you to begin the interview process. Base salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 USD

Location: Remote; Seattle, WA; London; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA Workplace: Remote We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science. ABOUT THE ROLE Open to hiring remote across North America and London — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, and London. We're building a tool that makes content creation easy and accessible for all types of creatives. Our users love it. Runway has an actively engaged and growing community of passionate artists and creators worldwide. And we're scaling the systems behind our support team so we can keep delivering delightful experiences as that community grows. We're looking for a Support Systems Engineer who ships production code, not tickets and specs: someone who takes a fix from proposal to merged PR themselves. This role reports directly to the Head of Customer Experience. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own the AI support agent, our ticketing system and other Support tools end to end: authentication (JWT), response logic, routing, escalation paths and tone, tested in staging before it sees live traffic - Ship daily product changes that remove ticket volume. Recent example: extending automatic refund eligibility to one-click credit purchases, accidental upgrades and month-based proration on annual terms - Build and maintain internal CX tooling as real software, not one-offs: scripts, jobs, dashboards, admin surfaces - Run QA and evals with real test suites and pass/fail rubrics, plus monitoring and alerts for outages, bugs and volume spikes - Own releases: staged rollouts, a regression suite before every ship, clear rollback criteria, a writeup when something reaches production - Build the CX reporting the org runs on: volume, deflection, CSAT, reply and resolution time, escalation accuracy, agent spend. You own the correctness and availability of the queries. - Build and stage the guardrails on refunds, account changes and anything touching money or PII, including the audit trail - Keep the knowledge base accurate and structured for the agent to parse, and manage the handoff into the ticketing system - Keep the CX roadmap and the coverage model current, sequenced against priorities set by the Head of CX, so gaps show up before they bite - Run the day-to-day with our AI platform vendor: weekly working session, joint roadmap, issues filed with reproductions - Carry signal across teams: Product and Engineering on bugs and rollouts, Customer Education on self-serve, community on Discord and the forums, GTM and Analytics on routing and reporting WHAT YOU’LL NEED - 5+ years in Customer Experience, Support Engineering or Support Operations, with real time spent writing code - You ship production code in codebases you didn't write: read TypeScript, trace logic through someone else's service, put up a PR that survives review. Our stack is TypeScript and Node.js on AWS - Hands-on experience building and tuning AI or LLM-powered support workflows: prompt and context engineering, routing, escalation design, evals - SQL experience. You own the reporting, so you shouldn't be waiting on Analytics for it - Code-level experience with a billing or payments API: invoices, prorations, refunds. A large share of consumer tickets live here - Git, PR review, CI, staging and feature flags as your default way of working - Real QA and eval experience: you can define rubrics, build test suites and calibrate against what good looks like - Judgment about where a fix belongs, in code, in the agent or in the knowledge base - A track record carrying signal between support, product and other functions and turning it into action - Comfort managing your own work in a fast-moving environment, high ownership and high autonomy - Genuine interest in AI, creative tools or both WHAT SETS YOU APART The most successful person in this role treats the agent and the systems around it like a product they own. They watch where it fails, ship the fix and check whether it worked. They build reporting people actually use. And they show up with improvements no one asked for yet. FOR YOUR APPLICATION During our interview process, you'll have several chances to get acquainted with the Runway product and use all the features our team has built, and that starts now. As part of your application, instead of a cover letter, we ask that you try out the Runway product, specifically build a custom workflow. Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Location: US, San Francisco Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT TENKI Tenki is cloud infrastructure for code and agents. Sandboxes give AI agents disposable Linux VMs that boot in under a second. Runners make GitHub Actions faster and up to 60% cheaper. Code Reviewer catches more real bugs per pull request than CodeRabbit, Greptile, or Copilot in our benchmark. Hundreds of teams use one or all three. Tenki was built by the founding team behind Luxor Technology, leading provider of Bitcoin mining and AI infrastructure. Today, Tenki is trusted by teams like Anchor, Omnara, and Naive, with MAU growing ~3.5x since April. We are the infrastructure layer for the next generation of AI companies. ABOUT THE ROLE You'll sell to two kinds of teams. Engineering orgs are paying too much for slow CI and drowning in pull requests that AI now writes faster than humans can review. AI companies are building agents that need somewhere safe to run code, browse the web, and use a computer. The first group buys Runners and Code Reviewer. The second buys Sandboxes, often at a scale that turns into a large infrastructure contract. Every product can be tried in minutes, so proof comes fast. Your job is to turn that proof into committed contracts, sell a customer's second and third product after they start with one, and build a sales process the next hires can repeat. You'll be our first sales hire, working directly with the founders and engineering team. San Francisco-based, with regular in-office work. BASIC REQUIREMENTS - 4+ years of closing sales experience - Strong technical acumen, ideally with a background in DevTools, AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms - Demonstrated ability to run a consultative sale. You've helped customers define a strategy, not just evaluate a product - Excellent communication skills and comfort with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment - Based in San Francisco and open to working from the office at least 3 days per week RESPONSIBILITIES - Own a revenue target across all three products, from prospecting through close and expansion - Build pipeline in two segments: engineering orgs with heavy CI and review loads, and AI companies building agents that need sandboxed compute - Turn free-plan, Team-plan, and startup-program customers into enterprise contracts with committed spend - Sell across products: land with one, then sell the others into the same account THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Has sold AI infrastructure or developer tools, especially in the areas where Tenki competes. For Sandboxes, that's E2B, Daytona, and Modal. For CI Runners, Blacksmith and Depot. For AI Code Review, CodeRabbit and Greptile. Knowing AI-native founders and platform leaders is a plus. They're equally comfortable talking CI costs with a platform lead and agent infrastructure with an AI startup's CTO. BENEFITS - Competitive compensation and uncapped commission structure, including meaningful equity - Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents - Unlimited PTO policy - Paid parental leave - Company-facilitated 401(k) with match - OTE: $250K–$300K We are building a startup within a startup. Tenki was born within Luxor http://www.luxor.tech/ as we expand our vision from mining compute to generalized compute. Learn more about how we work and our principles here https://luxor.tech/careers. At Tenki we believe that meaningful contributions can be made by anyone. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender perception or identity, national origin, age, marital status, protected veteran status, or disability status. Tenki welcomes all! Tenki does not accept unsolicited headhunter and agency resumes. Tenki will not pay any third-party agency or company that does not have a signed agreement with Tenki. HOW WE USE AI IN OUR HIRING PROCESS We use AI tools to support certain parts of our hiring process, and we believe in being transparent about how they’re used. During your application, AI may assist in reviewing CVs, qualifications, and assignments by providing additional insights, but it does not make decisions, every application is evaluated at each step by a member of our hiring team. We also use AI to transcribe interviews so our team can stay focused on the conversation rather than note-taking. Any voice recordings are automatically deleted within 15 days. In addition, AI helps us keep candidates informed about their application status and helps us understand how our process is working so we can improve it over time. In all cases, AI is used to support efficiency and consistency, not to replace human judgment. If you have any questions about how we use these tools or your data, or if you would prefer to opt out of any of these features, please include them in the dedicated section of the application form, and we’ll follow up accordingly.

Location: New York, NY (HQ); Remote (US) Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re seeking someone to lead the future of fraud machine learning at Ramp.
