About us:
At Praktika.ai we are on a mission to deliver efficient and engaging learning experiences for billions of students worldwide by bridging the gap between learning apps and human tutors.
We have done this by creating a fully automated language tutorship experience powered by generative AI Avatars.
After raising $30 million in Series-A funding, we are growing and looking for a Account Executive, to join us! We are a global small team of 50 innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in language learning and tutoring.
In this fast-paced environment we like independent self-starters who can work well in a team as well as unassisted and who enjoy the working environment of an early-stage startup.
About the role:
You will be the first person at Praktika whose whole job is selling to companies. You run the full cycle yourself: find the account, open it, run the demo, set up the trial, answer the security questionnaire, price it, close it, then go back for the other sites in the same group. No SDR feeds you. No solutions engineer joins your calls.
The languages matter as much as the selling. Our buyers are local HR and training managers at sites where the working language is English and daily life is not. They buy in their own language. You will work primarily in Spanish or French, with English internally.
You report to the CRO.
We are hiring a full-cycle Account Executive rather than an SDR or a BDR on purpose. At this volume, splitting prospecting from closing creates a handoff that costs more than it saves. One person who owns a deal from first touch to signature will learn faster and close more than two people passing leads between them. We will revisit that once inbound volume makes your time the bottleneck. What you'll do
What you will own
Pipeline.
Work the inbound queue in hours rather than days, and build outbound into the markets where we have customers but no coverage. Around half your pipeline should be self-sourced by month six.
The full cycle.
Discovery, demo, trial setup, seat sizing, pricing, security review, contract, signature. You complete security questionnaires yourself, from a canonical answer sheet we maintain.
Expansion.
Most of our accounts are one site of a larger group. Winning the second and third site of a company already paying us is the highest-yield motion we have, and it is a formal part of your number.
CRM discipline.
Attio is the system of record. Deal value, seat count and stage current on every deal. Our data quality today is poor and you are the person who fixes it.
Market feedback.
You will be the only person hearing objections daily. We expect you to tell us what is breaking and what to build.
Who we are looking for
Professional fluency in French or Spanish, plus English.
Three or more years closing B2B software full cycle, with a median deal size under $20,000.
Evidence of 25 or more deals closed in a single year.
You built your own pipeline.
Strong signals
You have sold to HR, L&D or operations buyers.
You have worked somewhere small enough that you also wrote the sequences, built the list and argued about the pricing page.
You have sold into Latin America from Europe and know what that does to a calendar.
You have worked alongside a self-serve funnel and understand that some deals should never get a call.
Please skip this role if any of the following describes you.
You have only sold six-figure contracts on six-month cycles.
Your last three years came with an SDR, a solutions engineer and a deal desk.
You want a named account list handed to you.
You want to manage people within a year. This role has no reports and will not have any for some time.
You need a defined process. You will be writing it.
Why should you join Praktika:
We expect dedication and hard work—but we also believe in rewarding it. Our compensation reflects the effort and results you bring to the table.
Top-tier salary to match your top-tier skills
Equity that grows with your impact: Equity growth via stock options
26 days holidays plus bank holidays. (34 days per year)
Yearly off-sites: Last year was in Dubai!
Health and wellness benefits to support your overall well-being through Safetywing
Access to an AI toolkit including ChatGPT, Copilot, and other productivity tools
Annual educational budget of up to $1,000
Interview Process:
We will provide you with feedback throughout the interview process.
Join Praktika and lead the charge in driving exponential growth and innovation. Apply now to be part of a team that is redefining language learning for millions of users worldwide.

Director of Technology Operations
We are building the next operating model for a ~150-person technology organization behind production-critical financial infrastructure.
We are looking for a Director of Technology Operations to lead that transformation.
This is not a traditional infrastructure or IT operations role. The mandate is to evolve Technology Operations from a primarily reactive model toward a scalable organization built around clear ownership, platform engineering, automation, self-service, operational excellence, resilience and measurable outcomes.
You will initially lead several established technology functions through their existing Heads and Leads, with approximately 25 people across Platform/DevOps, Corporate IT and Operational Excellence. The mandate is broader than the initial team size: you will help shape the operating model of a ~150-person technology organization and build capabilities designed to scale significantly beyond today's structure.
Your responsibility will go beyond managing these teams. You will help shape how the broader technology organization operates: how production services are owned, how incidents and changes are managed, how engineers consume infrastructure capabilities, how operational risks are identified, and how recurring manual work is systematically eliminated.
A major part of the role is organizational transformation. We expect you to assess the current model, challenge it where necessary, define the target state, develop the leaders underneath you, and deliver measurable improvements rather than simply introduce new processes.
The goal is straightforward: as the company grows, Technology Operations should become more reliable, resilient and scalable while requiring less manual coordination, less operational toil and less executive intervention.
What you will do
Lead the transformation of Technology Operations across Platform/DevOps, Corporate IT and Operational Excellence, moving the organization from reactive operations toward ownership, automation, self-service and measurable outcomes.
Define the Technology Operations strategy, target operating model, organizational structure, responsibilities, priorities and transformation roadmap.
Lead multiple established technology functions through Heads, Leads and other managers, creating clear accountability and developing leaders who can operate with increasing autonomy.
Lead the evolution of DevOps toward a Platform Engineering model that reduces operational toil, increases self-service and improves developer productivity while maintaining reliability and security.
Partner with Engineering to establish a "you build it, you own it" model, where product teams retain ownership of their services in production while Technology Operations provides the platform, standards, tooling and operational framework that enable them to operate reliably.
Develop Service Management toward Operational Excellence: strengthen service ownership, incident and problem management, introduce risk-based change governance, reduce unnecessary manual controls, and use operational data to eliminate systemic causes of failures.
Transform Corporate IT toward a secure, automated employee technology model, with strong identity and access lifecycle management, device management, governance and employee self-service.
Continuously assess the current organization, technology landscape and operating model, identify structural and operational gaps, and turn them into concrete improvement initiatives.
Improve the maturity, reliability, scalability and efficiency of technology operations supporting production-critical systems.
Define meaningful operational metrics and use them to identify systemic problems, measure transformation outcomes and drive improvements rather than simply report performance.
Own the Technology Operations contribution to digital operational resilience, including ICT business continuity, disaster recovery, backup and restoration, resilience testing, recovery objectives, crisis readiness, and remediation of findings from incidents and resilience exercises.
Partner with Security, Risk and Compliance to maintain an effective ICT risk management and control environment, including technology risk identification, critical service dependencies, ICT third-party risk, resilience testing, audit readiness and regulatory remediation.
Ensure operational and technology risks are identified early, understood, prioritized and addressed appropriately.
Support the company through audits, certifications, regulatory requirements and other controls relevant to financial and technology organizations.
Own and optimize budgets, technology vendors, infrastructure investments and external partnerships within the function.
Partner closely with Engineering, Security, Risk, Compliance, Product, Finance and other business functions.
Represent Technology Operations in cross-functional and executive discussions and communicate complex technology and operational topics clearly to different audiences.
Help prepare the technology organization for the next stage of the company's growth, including increasingly complex enterprise customers, new products and a larger engineering organization.
What we are looking for
Significant leadership experience in Technology Operations, IT Operations, Infrastructure & Operations, Platform/Production Operations, Platform Engineering or a comparable technology function.
Experience as a manager of managers, with responsibility for several teams or functions through Heads, Engineering Managers, Team Leads or equivalent leadership roles.
Previous experience as a Technology Director, VP/Head of Technology Operations, Platform/Infrastructure leader or in a comparable senior role within a product engineering organization is highly relevant.
Proven examples of significant organizational or technology transformation: changing operating models, building or restructuring functions, introducing new capabilities, increasing operational maturity, scaling teams or materially changing how technology organizations operate.
Experience leading or evolving DevOps, SRE or infrastructure capabilities toward Platform Engineering, including developer self-service, automation and reduction of operational toil.
Strong understanding of modern production ownership models and the relationship between Platform Engineering and product engineering teams.
Experience with production-critical systems where availability, reliability, security and operational failures have direct business impact.
Experience with IT and Service Management in modern product/engineering environments, including incident, problem and change management.
Experience transforming Corporate IT or employee technology environments, including identity/access lifecycle, endpoint/device management, automation, governance and employee self-service.
Practical experience with business continuity, disaster recovery and operational resilience in production-critical environments, including BIA, RTO/RPO, backup and restoration, resilience testing and remediation.
Experience working with Security, Risk and Compliance teams and managing technology and operational risks.
Exposure to audits, certifications, regulatory requirements and operational controls relevant to financial institutions or other regulated environments.
Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to technology operations in financial services, such as DORA, and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into pragmatic engineering and operational controls, is a plus.
Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts and technology investments.
Ability to operate effectively when requirements, organizational boundaries or the final solution are not yet fully defined.
Track record of developing leaders and building teams that can operate without constant escalation or executive intervention.
Ability to move between strategic topics and operational problems: understand what requires executive attention, delegate what should be owned by your leaders, and personally step in when the situation requires it.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with technical teams, senior business stakeholders and executive leadership.
Experience in fintech, payments, banking, financial infrastructure or another regulated and production-critical technology environment would be highly valuable.
How we think about this role
We are not looking for a traditional IT or infrastructure leader whose primary focus is maintaining existing systems and following established processes.
We need someone who is comfortable entering an environment where not everything has already been defined — and who sees that ambiguity as part of the mandate.
You should be able to understand how the organization actually operates today, distinguish symptoms from systemic problems, bring the right people together, make decisions with incomplete information, and turn those decisions into measurable organizational and technology improvements.
You will not be expected to solve every problem personally. A major part of your role will be to build strong Heads and Leads who can own their areas independently, while you focus on the most important organizational, strategic and cross-functional challenges.
At the same time, limited resources, legacy approaches or imperfect processes should be constraints to work with — not reasons why progress cannot happen.
What success looks like
Within the first 6–12 months, we expect to see measurable movement in addition to plans:
reduced recurring operational toil;
increasing developer and employee self-service;
stronger and clearer service ownership;
fewer repeated incidents and systemic operational failures;
more risk-based and automated change management;
improved developer and employee experience;
clearer operational and resilience metrics;
measurable progress toward a Platform Engineering model;
stronger operational resilience and risk management;
and Heads and Leads operating with greater autonomy.
You will have established a clear target operating model and transformation roadmap, but success will not be measured by the existence of the roadmap itself. It will be visible in how the organization operates.
Success means the organization requires less manual coordination and executive intervention while becoming more reliable, resilient, faster and more scalable.

At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
About the role
pdfFiller helps millions of customers create, edit, manage, sign and collaborate on documents digitally. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who can connect what we build with why it matters to customers and how we win in the market.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership across positioning, go-to-market strategy, product launches, customer and competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable developing a positioning strategy, digging into customer and market data, partnering with Product on roadmap decisions, and giving GTM the tools and narratives they need to win.
What you'll be working on:
Own product positioning and messaging
Develop and continuously refine positioning, messaging and value propositions for pdfFiller across key customer segments and use cases.
Translate complex product capabilities, including AI-powered functionality, into clear customer benefits and compelling commercial narratives.
Ensure our positioning is differentiated, evidence-based and consistently reflected across the customer journey.
Lead go-to-market strategy
Own the product marketing strategy for major launches, new capabilities and strategic initiatives from early planning through adoption.
Define target audiences, use cases, value propositions, competitive differentiation, launch plans and success measures.
Partner with Product early in the development process so customer and market insight informs what we build, not simply how we market it after launch.
Develop deep customer and market insight
Build a strong understanding of pdfFiller customers, prospects, competitors and broader document productivity market.
Conduct customer research, win/loss analysis, competitive analysis and market segmentation to identify opportunities and inform Product and GTM strategy.
Turn customer insight and market data into recommendations leaders can act on.
Drive adoption and commercial impact
Partner with Growth and Lifecycle Marketing to improve activation, adoption, conversion, retention and expansion.
Identify gaps between product capability and customer understanding and develop strategies to close them.
Use data to evaluate whether positioning, launches and campaigns are changing customer behavior and contributing to business outcomes.
Enable Sales and customer-facing teams
Create sales narratives, competitive intelligence, battlecards, customer stories, presentations and other enablement materials that help customer-facing teams communicate pdfFiller's value effectively.
Partner directly with Sales to understand objections, competitive pressure and customer needs and bring those insights back into Product and Marketing.
Shape product strategy
Represent the voice of the market in product discussions.
Partner with Product leaders to evaluate market opportunities, customer problems, competitive dynamics and potential areas of investment.
Help the organization answer not only "Can we build this?" but "Who is this for, what problem does it solve, and why will customers choose us?"
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in consumer and b2b product marketing, preferably within software, productivity tools, document technology or a related technology category
Demonstrated ownership of product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy
Experience bringing new products or major capabilities to market
Strong understanding of SaaS customer journeys, including acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and expansion
Experience partnering closely with Product, Sales, Growth and other cross-functional teams
Strong customer research, market analysis and competitive intelligence capabilities
Ability to turn complex technology into simple, compelling customer value
Strong commercial judgment and comfort using data to make decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to operate independently in a distributed, international organization

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MARKETING OPS IS ONE OF ALAN'S HIGHEST-LEVERAGE FUNCTIONS.
It sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, data, and technology — turning systems into growth engines and ensuring every touchpoint with prospects and members is timely, relevant, and scalable.
Alan is growing fast across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. But today we're leaving value on the table. On the prospect side, we drive more traffic but can't convert it properly: no scoring, no intelligent routing, no nurturing that adapts to buying intent. On the member side, messaging is one of our primary touchpoints for engagement, retention, and trust — yet nobody operates it strategically. Personalization stays shallow, communication pressure goes unmonitored, and shipping a message often means filing an engineering ticket.
We need Marketing Ops leaders who can architect scalable systems, operate them strategically, and progressively embed AI into workflows — to raise quality, reduce manual execution, and unlock growth without scaling headcount linearly.
⭐️ THE MARKETING OPS JOB ⭐️
We are hiring two Marketing Operations Managers, each embedded in a different crew:
- Growth Infrastructure — focused on prospect acquisition: building a unified lead engine that captures, scores, routes, and nurtures across all channels
- Product Platform — focused on member lifecycle messaging: operating Alan's messaging stack as a scalable service across 1.7M+ profiles
Both roles share the same DNA: strong marketing ops fundamentals, data fluency, a product mindset, and the ability to be both hands-on and strategic. Crew placement will be determined based on the candidate's experience, interests, and fit during the hiring process.
Why is this role interesting?
- Speed: marketing, product, and sales teams ship campaigns and messages confidently — Marketing Ops turns bottlenecks into force multipliers across every crew
- Trust: clean data, governed attributes, proper segmentation, and enforced rules mean the right person gets the right message at the right time
- Scale: as we grow to millions of members across multiple countries, we need operators who keep our platforms clean and the user experience protected — without scaling headcount linearly
- AI at the frontier: this isn't a maintenance role — you'll identify high-priority use cases for AI agents, train and refine them to a senior marketer's quality bar, and drive real adoption
What will you do with us?
You'll be a partnership with marketers — not a service desk. You'll partner closely with engineers, data, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders (PMMs, sales, growth, product) within a PM-Tech duo crew model.
Regardless of crew, you will own a core set of capabilities:
- Marketing Automation & CRM: own and optimize our marketing stack (Customer.io http://Customer.io, CRM integrations); build automations that enable marketers to launch campaigns independently, at scale, across all geos
- Data Model & Governance: maintain CRM data quality, attribute/event design, and database hygiene as a sustained practice
- Segmentation & Lifecycle Design: design and maintain lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, routing rules, and re-engagement flows across multiple audiences and geos
- Nurturing Infrastructure: own the nurturing stack and campaign processes; make launches autonomous and compliant
- AI-First Operations: identify, build, and refine AI agents for email copywriting, lead scoring, next-best-action recommendations, and content generation — making marketers AI-powered, not replacing them
- Performance Monitoring: track the full funnel from first touchpoint to conversion; identify leakage and prioritize from data
- Documentation & Enablement: create playbooks, train teams on tools and processes, reduce the marginal cost of new campaigns
Then, depending on your crew:
Growth Infrastructure — you'll build a unified lead engine (no more tool-by-tool silos), design lead scoring and routing models, crack multi-channel activation (email, WhatsApp, Voice AI), build AI agents that pre-qualify and enrich leads, and maintain a live feedback loop with BDRs, AEs, and Inbound Sales.
Product Platform — you'll operate Customer.io http://Customer.io and back-end triggered emails as one governed system, monitor communication pressure and enforce channel rules, define and enforce recipient lifecycle paths, drive 100% Design Studio adoption, and co-own outbound messaging strategy with PMMs and product teams.
By your first year, we'll know it worked when:
- At least one AI agent is in production on a key use case (email nurturing, lead categorization, content generation), with a second scoped or live, and adoption is real
- Any marketer or product Alaner can launch a campaign or ship a message without bottlenecking through ops or engineering
- CRM data model, attributes, and segments are properly owned, documented, and clean — the data we see is data we can act on
- Every contact has a documented path through our messaging — segmentation is sharp, messaging is relevant, and pressure is monitored
- Marketing's contribution to acquisition and engagement is visible and quantifiable, from first touch to conversion
⭐️ IS IT YOU WE ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You'll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have 5+ years in Marketing operations, growth ops, CRM ops, lifecycle marketing, or lead generation in a tech environment (B2B, B2C, or B2B2C)
- Have hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms at scale (Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Have a strong understanding of CRM data models — attribute/event design and data hygiene as a sustained practice
- Can frame and implement processes for lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and personalization
- Have a product knack: you can define what's not working, identify what to build next, and see problems as opportunities to bring more value
- Bring data fluency and analytical rigor: you read platform and campaign data, surface anomalies, and draw business insights
- Can be both hands-on and think strategically — you drive the big picture while staying close to execution
- Have strong stakeholder management skills — you'll partner daily with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Communicate with excellent written and spoken English
- Are impact-driven with a strong bias towards improving processes
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

You have experience guiding organizations through large-scale software rollouts and operational change management.
Certified Project Manager:
You hold a recognized industry certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) and possess a formal understanding of project management methodologies to easily translate complex client workflows into structured, high-performing configurations.
Peer Mentor:
You naturally seek opportunities to mentor junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to the collective enablement of the Customer Success organization.

You will join a high-performing, collaborative EMEA Customer Success team that values transparency, continuous learning, and collective growth. We work cross-functionally, sharing insights across Sales, Product, Renewals, and Support to ensure our customers have a unified experience. The role and its impact
When something goes wrong in security at Xero, our Response team are first on the scene. We're looking for a Senior Security Operations Analyst who loves incident response, enjoys building things, and wants a hand in shaping what a SOC looks like when AI agents are part of the team.
You'll lead our complex investigations and take command of medium and high impact incidents, keeping people calm, decisions moving and stakeholders in the loop. When things settle down, you'll make sure what we learnt changes something, whether that's a detection, a runbook or the way we train.
You'll also help us build. Our Analysts improve the queue as well as working it, so part of your time will go on creating automations and AI-assisted workflows that take repetitive work off the team and leave more room for the investigations that need a person.
The team and how they connect
Response is a follow-the-sun global team. You'll be in the Southern Hemisphere half, based in New Zealand or Australia, and at the end of your day you'll hand over to colleagues in the UK and North America, who hand back to us the next morning. You'll work business hours in your time zone and take a share of our on-call roster for after-hours incidents.
You won't be doing it on your own. You'll join a cohort of Senior Analysts who share the load on complex work and lead our initiatives, with a Lead Analyst alongside for the hardest problems. Our XFLT, a cross-functional leadership team of Security Operations Managers, our Lead Analyst and our Product Manager, sets the direction and clears the way, so there's always someone to think out loud with.
The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on
We're building towards an agentic SOC, where AI agents and automation carry more of the first pass, and analysts direct them and step in where judgement matters. We're working through it carefully: which low-risk work agents can take on, where the guardrails and human approvals belong, and how we'll know it's working. People still make the big calls, because our robots aren't that good yet.
You don't need to be an AI expert. We'd love you to be curious, to have tried a few things, and to want to help us get this right.
You’ll also:
- Lead complex investigations and step up as Incident Commander for medium and high impact incidents
- Be a go-to escalation point for our Graduate, Associate and Analyst crew, and coach them through the tricky stuff
- Run post incident reviews that lead to real change in detections, runbooks and training
- Lead initiatives with our Product Manager and Security Operations Managers, turning goals into work that gets delivered
- Build and improve automations and AI-assisted workflows, with guardrails and human sign-off where they matter
- Work with our Defence engineers on detection and response logic, and test new capabilities in real incidents
- Turn threat intelligence into practical action for Xero
- Give customers and internal teams clear, timely answers to their security concerns
Where and how you can work
We support a flexible working model that empowers you to balance your professional and personal life. You will have the option to work in a hybrid capacity, combining the focus of remote work with the collaboration of our office spaces and team boost days to foster connection and alignment.
Here are some of the things we're looking for
Incident response comes first for us, so we're looking for:
- Solid experience in security operations, and a real passion for incident response
- A track record of leading complex investigations and incidents through to resolution, including coordinating people and making calls under pressure
- Sound technical judgement and good knowledge of attack and defence techniques, particularly in cloud and SaaS environments
- Confidence writing queries in a SIEM or log platform
- Clear, calm communication and a generous approach to sharing what you know
It'd be great if you also have:
- Scripting skills (Python or similar) and experience building automations in a SOAR platform. We use Tines, and we're happy to teach it.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in security work, or a clear view of where they help and where they don't
- Intermediate or advanced certifications in incident response, threat hunting or cloud security
- Experience in a distributed team working across time zones
If you're strong on incident response and the builder side is still growing, we'd still love to hear from you.
You'll do work that matters to millions of small businesses and their advisors, in a team that shares what it knows and backs each other up, with a real say in how an AI-powered SOC works in practice.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.

- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.

- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're building a dedicated Strategic Accounts team to own ElevenLabs' most important customer relationships across Singapore, and we're looking for a high-impact Strategic Account Executive to be among the first hires.
This is a named-account role with a focused portfolio. You'll drive new business and expansion inside complex enterprise organizations across Singapore — building multi-threaded executive relationships and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders navigating real transformation across customer experience, product, and operations.
These aren't transactional engagements. You'll architect custom solutions that combine our technology and services, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes, and bring field intelligence directly into our product roadmap. The region is early-stage for ElevenLabs — you're not just executing a playbook, you're writing it.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Own and grow a focused portfolio of strategic accounts for Singapore, driving both net-new business and expansion
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across business units, geographies, and use cases — spanning enterprise segments such as FSI, Telco, technology, e-commerce, and government-linked corporations
- Identify, scope, and close large, complex deals (multi-product, multi-region, custom solutions), including in-country data residency requirements and private deployment configurations
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across executive, product, engineering, and business stakeholders — navigating both HQ and regional decision-making structures
- Act as a strategic advisor, educating on emerging AI voice trends and shaping customers' long-term AI roadmap in markets with rapidly evolving regulatory and procurement landscapes
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and FDE (Forward Deployed Engineering) to deliver and expand — coordinating closely with the Singapore-based team
- Translate patterns from bespoke deals into repeatable frameworks, offerings, and product insights relevant to the APAC market
- Feed learnings from the field — including localisation needs, compliance requirements, and competitive dynamics — into the product roadmap and broader strategic sales playbook
- Drive creative outbound and high-touch engagement strategies: executive briefings, onsites, regional events, and relationship-based approaches suited to North Asia and Singapore enterprise culture
REQUIREMENTS
- 6–10+ years of quota-carrying experience with a focus on strategic or enterprise accounts in Singapore
- Proven track record of closing and expanding seven-figure+ deals within named accounts
- Experience leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across large regional organizations with layered approval processes
- Strong ability to drive land-and-expand motions and long-term account growth, including navigating renewal and expansion cycles in relationship-driven markets
- Experience scoping consultative, custom deals that go beyond standard SKUs — including private deployment, on-premise, or VPC-based architectures for regulated customers
- Technical fluency — able to engage product and engineering leaders on APIs, integrations, architecture, and data security requirements
- Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and shape long-term AI strategy
- Track record of translating customer needs into product feedback and roadmap influence, especially in markets with distinct localisation requirements
- Creative, self-driven approach to outbound and pipeline generation — comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment and building playbooks from scratch
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer engagements across the region (onsites, QBRs, executive meetings)
- Strong bias toward action, ownership, and leveraging AI in day-to-day workflows
- Fluency in English additional regional language proficiency is a strong plus
- Experience selling into Southeast Asian markets is strongly preferred
Location
Candidate must be located within Singapore.

THE ROLE AND ITS IMPACT
This newly created role establishes and leads capability development in Product & Technology, working alongside our engineering, product, design, security, and data science teams. You'll partner with leaders to architect frameworks that enable specialists to evolve their skills ahead of industry trends - solving a real business challenge: helping our 2,600+ P&T professionals grow faster, stay engaged, and accelerate their careers.
Through close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll build a high-performance capability culture aligned with our company strategy. You'll move beyond standard training delivery, focusing instead on measurable outcomes like delivery velocity, retention, internal mobility, and how quickly new hires reach full capability. In doing this, you'll serve as a competitive advantage and embed growth directly into how we operate.
THE TEAM AND HOW THEY CONNECT
You'll join the Product & Technology Learning and Development team, a small, agile group within our broader Organisation Development function. The team fosters an inclusive environment built on psychological safety, transparency, and curiosity. You'll partner closely with other Product & Technology L&D specialists and collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Design, Engineering, and People Experience to identify capability gaps and design solutions that stick.
THE TEAM IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON
- Building the Capability Framework for Product & Technology, mapping technical and behavioural skills aligned with business OKRs
- Designing upskilling programmes around AI/ML and emerging technologies - staying ahead of what the tech stack demands
- Creating internal mobility pathways that help talent progress across different teams, disciplines, and career stages
- Establishing success metrics beyond completion rates: delivery velocity, internal mobility rate, retention, time-to-productivity, and eNPS
WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK
This hybrid role can be based in Australia (Sydney or Melbourne preferred) or New Zealand. We work flexibly - some time in office based on work to be delivered. You'll have access to office spaces in Sydney, Melbourne, as well as Auckland and Wellington. You'll interact regularly with teams across these regions, with most of our engineering talent based in Auckland, Wellington, and Melbourne. We offer boost days twice a week, to bring teams together when it matters most.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You bring solid experience building or managing capability programmes, frameworks, or skill development initiatives - ideally within tech, SaaS, or high-growth organisations where you've seen programmes scale
- You understand the technical landscape enough to partner effectively: software development lifecycle, engineering trajectories, product management disciplines, AI/ML, and emerging tech all make sense to you
- You can influence without authority; build trust quickly with technical stakeholders; and navigate competing priorities with strong interpersonal skills and strategic thinking
- Your approach is grounded in data and outcomes: you measure what matters (velocity, retention, mobility, time-to-productivity, eNPS), not just participation rates, and connect learning interventions to real business impact
- You Go Together by partnering effectively across functions - collaborating with senior technical leaders, People Experience, and Group OD to build cohesive capability strategies
- You bring genuine curiosity about how emerging technologies shape capability needs, with a Go Fast mindset that balances rigorous programme design with agility to iterate based on feedback
APPLY EVEN IF YOUR EXPERIENCE ISN'T A PERFECT MATCH!
At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.
