HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
📈 FINANCE COMMUNITY AT ALAN
Finance & Strategy exists to enable better decisions, faster, at every level of the company, in a regulated, diverse and ever changing business.
We succeed when ambitious goals become credible plans, when strategic bets are grounded in financial reality, and when the entire company (not just Finance!) speaks the language of performance.
We set the right ambition, we monitor whether we're getting there, and we raise our hand when something needs to change.
We are not record-keepers. We are builders, partners, and challengers. We are looking for people who want to build, support decision making processes and challenge the status quo.
The core responsibilities of the Finance & Strategy community are:
- Strategy & Planning: steers Alan's financial performance through business planning, financial and operational monitoring, investor relations and financing
- Financial Reporting: is the steward of Alan's financial truth, ensuring that we produce accurate, timely financial data. It owns the reporting to all key stakeholders (board, leadership team, tax authorities, and regulators like the ACPR) and ensures that financial data is the single, uncontested source of truth for the company's performance.
- Finance Data and Operations: Build and own the core finance data and tooling infrastructure (models, pipelines, and concepts that connect business operations to financial reality). This is where Finance meets product thinking
- Functional poles with end-to-end ownership of their domain: Treasury, Procurement, M&A
⭐️ YOUR MISSION ⭐️
We are looking for a rigorous and hands-on accountant to help shape and run Alan's closing production process.
You will be part of our Financial Reporting area, focusing on Financial production. This area ensures that every number in our books is accurate, timely, and trustworthy, and serves as the source of truth for all financial decisions across the company.
Your role will be twofold:
- Run our key accounting processes: Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
- Ensure a feedback loop to drive process improvements, surface anomalies, flag data gaps, and actively contribute to making the closing faster, more automated, and more reliable over time. You will be a key partner to our Financial Operations and Data teams.
⭐️ WHAT YOU WILL DO ⭐️
- Month-end close: own the end-to-end closing cycle across multiple legal entities; push pre-formatted journal entries into NetSuite, ensure completeness and accuracy, and deliver on schedule every month (target: J+5)
- Accounting review: perform a thorough first-level review of balance sheet and P&L accounts at each close; identify unusual movements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure the overall reliability of the financial statements; build processes (routines, verification files, control procedures)
- Account and bank reconciliation: maintain clean, up-to-date reconciliations across all balance sheet accounts and entities on a daily basis;
- Contribute to finance transformation and system improvements: identify manual or repetitive tasks and collaborate with Financial Data to drive automation and reduce closing friction over time ; translate new business streams and P&L lines into accounting (acting as an interface between business teams and Finance)
- Tax and statutory compliance: prepare and file VAT returns, URSSAF declarations, and other statutory filings accurately and on time; coordinate with external advisors where needed
⭐️ QUALIFICATIONS ⭐️
Experience and technical skills
- 4 to 6 years of accounting experience minimum, in an accounting firm or in-house at a fast-paced startup/scale-up
- Languages: full fluency in French and English
- Deep command of French accounting standards: VAT rules, URSSAF declarations, bank reconciliation, general ledger management, and month-end close processes
- Proven ability to own a closing cycle end-to-end, including identifying and resolving issues independently
- Hands-on experience with an ERP (NetSuite is a strong plus)
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel); familiarity with modern accounting tools (Pennylane, Payflows, etc.) is a plus
Mindset and soft skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented: you deliver on time, every time, and keep a clean audit trail
- Autonomous and self-directed: you don't wait to be told what to do next; you manage your priorities, make decisions independently, and know how to take a step back to distinguish what truly matters from day-to-day noise
- Process-driven: you naturally question how things are done and come with concrete ideas to improve them
- Curious about automation and tooling; comfortable working in a data-driven environment
- Clear communicator: you know when to move independently and when to escalate
For this role we are looking to hire within the B0-C0 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
- Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France.
- Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- GTM technical expert: Design and demo Sierra’s incredible Agent product, offering technical solutions to solve for our customer’s needs, and answering technical questions about our solutions.
- Cross-functional work: You will work directly with our Sales, Product and Agent Engineering teams to both drive our GTM function, as well as continuously improve our Agents through our customer-driven product development philosophy.
- Lead & support our customers: As a GTM and technical leader in the earliest conversations with our future customers, you will both understand and anticipate their needs to continue our industry-leading AI solution.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Past experience in demo building, and presenting, and working with customers or clients in the GTM function.
- Experience in relationship-building with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders.
- Experience in leading the sales process with Enterprise customers.
- Ability to connect a prospect’s specific business problems and Sierra’s solutions and explain them to both a technical and non-technical audience
- Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- AI-related experience (or experience in a similarly modern and highly technical industry).
- Experience translating code, technical logic and user requirements to product and engineering requirements.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Sales to join our Finance team. You will be a key partner to Sales and RevOps leadership, helping shape metrics-driven decision making across Sales budget and headcount, commissions, SLG bookings, quota planning, capacity, and productivity. This role will have high cross-functional visibility and will be central to building the financial discipline, operating cadence, and scalable reporting needed to support Vercel’s next stage of growth.
What you'll do
Serve as the trusted Finance partner for the CRO by delivering actionable insights through forecasting, scenario analysis, business reviews, and resource allocation recommendations
Own Sales budget and headcount planning, including bottoms-up workforce models that connect hiring plans, ramp timing, productivity assumptions, commissions, and compensation costs to bookings and revenue goals
Support SLG bookings and quota planning by partnering with Sales and RevOps on quota capacity, ramp, attainment, coverage, territory design inputs, and productivity assumptions
Support commissions planning, forecasting, and reporting in partnership with Accounting, RevOps, and Sales leadership, including commission expense, accruals, plan changes, and performance insights
Lead Sales BvA reviews and operating cadences, translating financial results into clear variance narratives, risks, opportunities, and recommendations
Improve Sales Finance reporting and tooling by building scalable dashboards, templates, and processes that reduce manual work, improve forecast accuracy, and surface key risks earlier
What you need
Commercially sharp and analytically rigorous
– You understand how Sales and RevOps teams operate and can connect SLG bookings, quota planning, pipeline, capacity, attainment, productivity, commissions, headcount, and spend to the company’s financial plan.
Anti-bureaucracy, pro-speed
– You streamline workflows, remove drag, and make decisions with clarity. You believe a 3-bullet Slack post with a clear recommendation is better than a 20-slide deck.
Tech-forward operator
– You go beyond Excel. You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to automate, clean, and generate insights. You treat Finance like a product—always shipping improvements.
Detail-obsessed
– You know that a single error in quota capacity, ramp timing, commission logic, or start dates can swing the forecast by millions. You sweat the details so the CFO and Sales leaders don’t have to.
Strong cross-functional partner
– You can build trust with Sales leadership while maintaining financial discipline, communicating tradeoffs clearly, and driving decisions with data.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $200,000.00-$240,000.00. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead who makes quality visible to everyone who needs it - producers, developers, management and our platform partners. You will lead a highly skilled international QA team in a partly remote environment. As a lead you stay close enough to the work to make the hard calls yourself, and help shape what testing looks like in an AI-assisted world.
About CoolGames
At CoolGames, we’re proud to be a leading international HTML5 game studio, working with some of the world’s biggest ‘Big Tech’ game platforms, such as Netflix, Discord, Facebook and Microsoft Play. We also work with famous games IP such as Battleship, Angry Birds and Monopoly.
CoolGames is part of Keesing, the world’s largest Braintainment company. Keesing is a financially strong publisher of engaging sudokus, crosswords and many other puzzles & games with a presence in over 20 countries headquartered in The Netherlands.
With the CoolGames HQ in Amsterdam, supported by our global remote teams, we offer market-competitive salaries, the chance to contribute to successful casual games that are played by millions and work directly with some of the biggest brands in the world. We believe in creativity, collaboration and delivering world-class gaming experiences, while giving you the choice to either join our Amsterdam studio or become part of our remote teams.
If you want to grow your career in a profitable, internationally recognized company, work closely with world-famous partners and be part of a highly professional international team. CoolGames is the right place for you.
About the role
Our QA team is highly skilled, with real depth in test design, methodology and the theory behind them. We are rethinking how we test now that AI is part of the daily picture, and we want a lead who is curious about that shift.
You are the interface between QA and the rest of the company. The person who makes sure quality is understood, not just measured. That means staying hands-on, though not by taking over the routine work. You step in where your experience changes the outcome, a release under pressure, a problem nobody can pin down, an experimental approach worth trying, test cases that need a second pair of eyes. That is where we want you.
You will work closely with our QA Lead Specialist, who brings deep expertise in testing practices and techniques. You will each have your own lead role, bringing complementary expertise and perspectives to the team. Line management and reporting are split between you, and you cover each other’s blind spots. That is also what gives the team headroom: you can both stay close to the work instead of disappearing into management, we can scale with what the projects demand, and there is room to grow.
Your responsibilities will include:
Bridging QA, production, development and management. You turn test results into risk, status and clear go/no-go advice;
Being the voice of QA inside and out. Making sure other disciplines understand what we do and why, and holding our standards in front of external partners and platform holders;
Line management of the team - 1-on-1s, growth, workload and hiring;
Weighing quality risk against business objectives: backing a calculated risk when it is the right trade-off, putting your foot down when it is not;
Planning QA capacity across parallel projects and releases, and raising the flag early when quality is at risk;
Owning quality reporting: release readiness, coverage, bug trends and what they mean for the roadmap;
Challenging the team and finding the opportunities they are too close to the work to see;
Helping the team find where AI genuinely accelerates testing, and where it does not, without giving up the fundamentals that make our QA strong.
Requirements
About you
You are comfortable being the person who says out loud where a product actually stands. In the language of whoever is asking: producer, developer, partner or director. You think in trade-offs rather than absolutes, and you hold the line when it matters. You have led people before and you like it, but you would be unhappy in a role that kept you away from the work itself.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English. You can turn a messy test result into a clear decision for a non-technical audience;
At least 7 years in software testing, including leading or coordinating a QA team (gamedev is a strong plus);
Solid grounding in SDLC and STLC, test design techniques and testing types and levels.
Experience planning QA across parallel projects and platforms (mobile, desktop, web, social) in an Agile setting;
Experience with Jira and TestRail or similar software, including reporting out of them;
A pragmatic, evidence-based view on AI in testing. you can tell a real productivity gain from a demo;
Will be a strong plus:
Certification like ISTQB;
Test automation experience - writing, reviewing and debugging end-to-end tests, ideally with Playwright/Cypress/WebdriverIO and JavaScript/TypeScript;
Experience with version control and CI integration (Jenkins/GitHub/GitLab);
Experience working directly with external partners or platform holders;
Experience introducing AI-assisted workflows in a QA team.
Benefits
What we can offer you (for studio HQ roles):
An international team of 50+ professionals from almost 20 different countries;
Work closely with some of the biggest (upcoming) game platforms in the world (netflix, facebook, microsoft, samsung, discord and more) on high-quality casual games that are played by millions of gamers;
Competitive remuneration, including health care insurance, travel costs compensation, a company pension plan and a sport allowance;
Market salary;
A flexible remote working environment for parts of the week;
A very open, informal and international company culture where everyone can make a difference

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is dedicated to developing AI assistants that are helpful, harmless, and honest. As usage of our AI services grows, we need to ensure they are not misused. The Safeguards team is at the forefront of protecting our users from the risks of powerful AIs as well as ethical, technical, and social risks from the use of generative AI.
The Safeguards team at Anthropic builds protections for new AI features enabled by the research teams and protects new products and surfaces developed by our product teams. Understand the AI landscape and ecosystem to plan for mitigation of deployment risks of increasingly powerful models and determined adversaries.
Lead the development of metrics to understand the area, performance, blindspots to help inform future project planning.

You may be a good fit if you have:

We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
