- Title: Engineering Operations Manager
- Department: Spacecraft Hardware
- Location: Espoo
- Reports to: Engineering Operations Management Lead
- Contract: Permanent
- Working style: Hybrid / Office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
This role ensures complex space system projects are executed with clarity, accountability, and strong cross-functional coordination, reducing risk and enabling high-quality outcomes. By driving disciplined planning, effective decision-making, and consistent Design-to-Build adoption, it strengthens execution while fostering a motivated and collaborative team culture.
WHO WE ARE

This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE’s world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world’s largest SAR satellite constellation. ICEYE is headquartered in Finland and operates globally across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTED OUTCOMES
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
ICEYE’s growing portfolio of high-impact programs requires dedicated leadership for select critical projects. While Directors oversee many initiatives and engineers lead most development work, the Engineering Operations Manager (EOM) will take charge of key efforts such as next-generation satellite designs and major technology upgrades, coordinating subsystem owners and assigned engineers.
The EOM is accountable for project execution and has authority over allocated resources. They propose project timelines aligned with organizational needs, request appropriate resourcing, and then own and manage the schedule across engineering teams.
For other space-system projects, the EOM proactively identifies bottlenecks, escalates challenges with recommended actions to Directors or VPs, and ensures alignment with organizational objectives.
The EOM facilitates efficient technical decision-making by assembling the right experts, resolving most issues directly, and involving Directors or senior leadership when decisions carry major implications.
They use available tools to motivate teams and enable project leads to work effectively. Delivering a project at the cost of team morale or collaboration is considered a failure for the role.
Finally, the EOM owns the implementation of the design-to-build process, ensuring consistent quality and execution across all subsystem owners and project leaders.
Success requires comprehensive planning and foresight across the project lifecycle.
PROJECT/SUBSYSTEM LEADERSHIP (CRITICAL PLANNING TASKS)
- Perform work breakdown (WBS).
- Build, monitor, and maintain the project timeline.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively.
- Ensure documentation is in place and aligns with D2B standards.
ENABLING OTHER PROJECT COORDINATORS & SUBSYSTEM OWNERS
- Run the project management process, including resource allocation and reporting.
- Develop ways to share best project management practices.
- Aligning with the supply chain on prioritization of orders and providing visibility on critical items.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAITS
- Technical Acumen: Able to understand the technical requirements and complexity of the project and dissect what the main bottlenecks and challenges would be.
- Hands-on Experience: Possess hands-on experience and knows how long things take because you have done them or worked closely with stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Able to understand where to take risk and comfortably take that risk when needed for project success.
- Contingency Thinker: Know that the project needs a Plan A, B, C, D... and is always ready to change direction to succeed.
- Proactive Drive: High energy and drive; you respond to challenges by saying, "let me take a look," and immediately devise a plan with compromises to achieve success.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
At Baseten, we’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive our most complex, cross-cutting infrastructure programs. This role will operate across all domains of AI infrastructure, from the GPUs up to the multi-cluster orchestration layer.
This is an execution-first role. The work is less about owning a single system and more about imposing order on ambiguity: standing up the right structures, driving decisions to closure, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks across dozens of stakeholders. If you take satisfaction in turning a chaotic, half-defined initiative into a predictable, well-governed program, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own complex migrations end to end. Lead large-scale infrastructure migrations across teams and domains. This will involve scoping the work, sequencing dependencies, managing risk, and driving them to completion without surprises.
- Drive process across infrastructure. Establish and run the operating rhythms that keep programs healthy: planning cadences, status reporting, decision logs, risk reviews, and escalation paths. Make the process light enough that teams adopt it and rigorous enough that it actually works.
- Help managers build the right structures. Partner with engineering managers and leads to design the team structures, ownership boundaries, and working models a program needs to succeed. Spot gaps in accountability before they become problems.
- Own follow-ups relentlessly. Be the person who tracks every open item, owns the action register, and closes loops. Drive decisions and unblockers to resolution rather than letting them drift.
- Create clarity from ambiguity. Take loosely defined goals and turn them into scoped, sequenced, resourced plans with clear owners and measurable milestones.
- Manage risk and dependencies. Maintain a clear-eyed view of cross-team dependencies and risks; surface them early, drive mitigation, and keep leadership informed with honest, signal-rich updates.
- Communicate up, down, and across. Translate between deeply technical teams and senior leadership. Run effective program reviews and write the kind of crisp status that lets busy people make fast decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of technical program management experience, with a track record of delivering large, cross-team infrastructure or platform programs.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex migrations or comparable multi-domain initiatives from inception through completion.
- Strong execution discipline: you build the structures, cadences, and tracking that keep programs on the rails, and you hold the line on follow-through.
- Comfort operating across multiple infrastructure domains. You don't need to be the deepest expert in any one, but you can engage credibly with engineers on compute, storage, networking, and data.
- Proven ability to influence without authority, aligning teams and managers who don't report to you around shared plans and commitments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; you can make complex, technical programs legible to any audience.
- A bias toward closure: you're uncomfortable with open loops and you drive things to done.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience designing team structures or operating models alongside engineering leadership.
- Experience with AI models, their use, and how they operate at the infrastructure level.
- Background in or exposure to software engineering, SRE, or infrastructure operations.
- Familiarity with the tooling that supports program execution at scale (e.g., issue tracking, planning, and reporting systems).
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- In your first few months, you'll have taken ownership of one or more in-flight programs, established the operating rhythm they were missing, and built the trust that makes teams want you in the room.
- Within a year, the programs you run are the ones leadership doesn't worry about, because the structure is clear, the risks are visible early, and the follow-ups always close.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).
Pink Elephant is a venture builder and investment company developing an ecosystem of progressive mental health solutions. Our portfolio combines media, diagnostics, e-commerce, telemedicine, and technology to make evidence-based therapies and holistic practices more accessible. We focus on Europe and other advanced markets, preparing infrastructure for the coming wave of psychedelic and mental health innovation.
States of Mind is our video-first media at the intersection of mental health and psychedelics. It runs two shows. Human Journeys is built for reach and tells lived stories. Process in Progress is built for authority: it documents the clinicians, facilitators, researchers, and regulators who are building the industry while it takes shape. Both shows follow one honesty rule: difficult and ambiguous stories go on air alongside the successes.
The Role
The Showrunner takes over Process in Progress end to end and answers for one thing above all: whether more people watch it. You decide what gets made, run the recordings, and own the numbers. Editing and production stay with our external editing agency, which you brief and whose cuts you accept or send back.
We are hiring a show-builder. The person we want has already made a recurring format accumulate a following, on whichever platforms the audience turned out to live. The mandate starts with one show and is designed to grow across the slate: you set the craft standards for both current shows now and lead future shows as we add them.
Psychedelic therapy and interventional psychiatry are becoming real medicine, unevenly and noisily, with genuine promise and genuine casualties. We think this transition needs media people can trust: rigorous about evidence, honest about failures and costs, and human about the people living through it and building it. We expect you to find this subject worth years of your curiosity.
Responsibilities: What You Will Drive
The show's audience outcome
Owning people per month and engaged share, measured in named platform fields (Apple Listeners, Spotify Audience, YouTube unique viewers);
Working against floor, target, and stretch goals, and changing the approach whenever the show falls below floor;
Following the audience wherever it accumulates. If growth lives in vertical social rather than long-form YouTube, the measurement fields change (IG Reach, Shorts viewers) and the ownership stays with you;
Sharing one bridge metric with distribution: followers and subscribers converted per episode across platforms. You create the moments that convert, distribution ships and places them. Channel health, total social following, and collabs remain distribution's numbers.
Pre-production and recording
Guest research and dossiers;
Episode scripts with the arc, key questions, and clip moments planned in advance;
Briefs for guests and co-hosts;
Running every recording as the showrunner. Clip moments are created in the room, the edit only finds what was already captured.
Growth loop
A packaging hypothesis for every episode (title, thumbnail, first 60 seconds, structure) and a review of what worked;
Clips as the main acquisition channel;
Reading retention curves, watch-through, and first-7-day performance, and carrying the conclusions into the next episode;
Killing formats that fail to move the numbers two episodes in a row.
Guests and partnerships
Keeping a pipeline of 8+ confirmed guests who are either broadly known (around 100K+ following) or known in the industry (10-15K+);
Bringing institutional representatives (clinics, associations, researchers, regulators) into every second episode. Guest invitations are our partnership motion;
Arranging audience cross-sharing with other shows;
Logging every contact in the shared partner tracker with a next step.
Distribution kit
Handing clips, quotes, talking points, and per-platform titles to distribution at least 2 days before release. A release without its kit counts as an unfinished task.
Craft standards across the slate
Building the production and packaging playbook that both shows run on, together with the Head of Media.
Experience: What You Bring
A show you grew, with proof: its name, the starting and ending numbers, and what you changed;
3+ years producing recurring talk, interview, or documentary formats across platforms, including social video;
Fluency in packaging, CTR, retention curves, and clips as acquisition. You read YouTube, Spotify, and Apple analytics yourself;
Experience briefing external editors and accepting or rejecting a cut;
Daily, systematic use of AI across the production loop, from guest research to clip selection and retention analysis;
Strong plus: work in health, science, medicine, or finance, and a show launched from zero.
What We Don't Expect
A psychedelics background. Almost nobody with this skill set has one, and substance is held by co-hosts and the editorial check. We need curiosity and respect for the field;
Ownership of content substance. Medical and substantive wording sits with hosts, co-hosts, and editorial, and the honesty rule is fixed rather than something to optimize;
Editing or motion craft. You will not cut video, the external agency does.
Engagement Format
Remote, European time zones (UK/EU). We work as a distributed team across Europe. US-based candidates are considered only with reliable overlap with a European working day;
A long-term team role. We are hiring a permanent member of the team;
Finalists complete a paid test assignment first. After that we start either full-time from day one, or with a fractional first quarter (2-3 days per week, one show) that converts to full-time as the slate grows. We agree the start with the right person.

About the Opportunity
Xsolla is seeking a
Head of Investor Capital and Relations
to lead its capital formation and investor relations agenda from New York. This senior, high-visibility mandate brings together two disciplines that are often treated separately: raising and structuring capital, and stewarding the relationships and narrative that sustain long-term investor confidence. The successful candidate will own the institutional capital relationships that support Xsolla’s strategic vehicles and initiatives and serve as a principal point of contact between the company and the global investment community.
The role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships and works in close partnership with the Chief Executive, Chief Legal Officer, finance leadership, and the founders. It is designed for an investor who understands capital from the inside: someone who has sat across the table from sponsors, sovereign funds, and institutional allocators, and who can translate Xsolla’s strategy into a compelling, credible investment thesis.
The Head of Investor Capital and Relations will be based in New York and will report to Rytis Joseph Jan, Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships. The role requires significant global travel, including regular engagement across the Gulf, Asia, and major financial centers, to build and maintain the relationships at the heart of the mandate.

You will also act as a senior commercial partner to the deal teams, helping to shape the capital structure, investor syndicate, and positioning of strategic transactions.
This is a builder's role. You will establish the processes, materials, and team that allow Xsolla to engage the capital markets with the professionalism of a far larger institution, while retaining the speed and ambition of a company in a high growth sector.

Prepare materials.
Prepare board level and investor level materials, and contribute to the narrative that the company presents to the market.

Recruit, mentor, and lead the investor relations and capital markets team over time.
Work across the firm.
Partner seamlessly across finance, legal, strategy, communications, and the founders to deliver a unified message to the market.
Represent Xsolla.
Represent the company with poise and authority at investor meetings, industry forums, and capital markets events around the world.

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a GTM DevOps Engineer to join our Business Systems team and own the reliability, automation, and delivery infrastructure behind our Go-To-Market (GTM) technology stack. This role sits at the intersection of platform reliability and CI/CD engineering, ensuring that our critical business systems — including Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, Workato, and an expanding portfolio of AI-powered workloads — are deployed consistently, operate resiliently, and scale with the business.
You will partner closely with Business Systems developers, architects, and business stakeholders to build and maintain the pipelines, monitoring frameworks, and operational standards that keep our GTM systems healthy and our release cycles fast and predictable. As our team builds and deploys AI agents across GCP Cloud Run and AWS Bedrock AgentCore, you will serve as the infrastructure and deployment owner for these workloads — bringing engineering discipline to an environment where AI-generated code is increasingly entering production. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who thrives in complexity, takes ownership of platform uptime, and brings a software engineering mindset to business application operations — directly supporting GTMSOE's broader mission of operational excellence across the GTM org.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CI/CD & RELEASE ENGINEERING
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (SFDX/Salesforce CLI), NetSuite (SuiteScript/SuiteBundler), MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform), and Workato; establish branching strategies, environment promotion standards, and release gating processes across all GTM platforms.
- Extend CI/CD practices to cover AI agent workloads deployed on GCP Cloud Run and AWS Bedrock AgentCore — including containerized builds, deployment pipelines, and automated validation gates.
- Implement safe rollout patterns — including feature toggles, phased launches, automated validation, smoke tests, and rollback procedures — to reduce deployment risk on business-critical changes.
PLATFORM RELIABILITY & OBSERVABILITY
- Own SLA/SLO definitions for core GTM systems; standardize monitoring, alerting, and runbook patterns across quote-to-cash and GTM integrations, with proactive health checks and synthetic monitoring for critical flows (e.g., Salesforce ↔ NetSuite, Workato).
- Extend observability coverage to GCP Cloud Run workloads — Cloud Scheduler jobs, agent pipelines, and integration microservices — and AWS-hosted agent infrastructure.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for platform incidents and drive post-incident reviews with actionable remediation plans.
CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE & ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT
- Manage sandbox, staging, and production environment lifecycles across GTM platforms — including refresh cycles, data masking, environment segmentation, and promotion standards that balance speed with reliability.
- Own cloud infrastructure for Business Systems-operated workloads on GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Secret Manager, GCS, Artifact Registry) and AWS (Lambda, S3, EventBridge, Secrets Manager, Bedrock AgentCore); apply IaC practices to make provisioning repeatable and auditable.
- Establish base image pinning, dependency vulnerability scanning, and supply chain security practices for containerized workloads — particularly AI-generated codebases deployed via tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
- Define and enforce patch management and container runtime ownership for vibe-coded and agentic workloads entering production.
SECRETS, ACCESS & SECURITY POSTURE
- Establish and enforce a consistent secrets management standard across all Business Systems workloads — GCP Secret Manager, AWS Secrets Manager, and equivalent — eliminating credential exposure via environment variables, source code, or client-side contexts.
- Define and maintain API key rotation policies in alignment with security standards (high-severity keys: quarterly; vendor keys: annually at minimum).
- Partner with Security and IT on IAM scoping, least-privilege service accounts, VPC configuration, and public/private endpoint governance for Cloud Run and Bedrock deployments.
- Maintain a centralized registry of deployed workloads — GitHub repos, deployment URLs, architecture docs, data classification, and observability dashboard links — accessible to AppSec and infrastructure teams.
AUTOMATION & TOOLING
- Build internal tooling, automation scripts, and automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, regression) to reduce toil and increase deployment confidence; continuously evaluate new tooling to improve developer experience.
- Develop or enforce GitHub repository templates for Cloud Run deployments that cover security audits, deployment configuration, API integration, and MCP server patterns — serving as a reusable foundation for AI-assisted builds.
GOVERNANCE, STANDARDS & COLLABORATION
- Define where self-service deployment and administration are appropriate versus where stronger change control and operational guardrails are required; serve as the DevOps SME, enabling developers to operate with autonomy within those boundaries.
- Document and maintain operational runbooks, architecture decision records (ADRs), and deployment standards as living artifacts.
- Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, Security, and business stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives that touch the GTM platform.
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering role
- 2+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing Salesforce environments (SFDX, Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, sandboxes, change sets, or pipeline-based deployments)
- Experience with at least one additional GTM/ERP platform, such as NetSuite, MuleSoft, or Workato, in an operational or deployment capacity
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Copado
- Hands-on experience with GCP services — Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Secret Manager, Artifact Registry, GCS — in a deployment or operations context
- Experience with AWS services in an integration or operations context — Lambda, S3, SQS, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch; familiarity with Bedrock AgentCore or similar managed agent hosting infrastructure is a strong plus
- Experience managing containerized workloads, including image lifecycle, dependency scanning, and supply chain security practices
- Experience with incident management, on-call processes, and writing post-incident reviews
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Technical
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Node.js for automation and tooling
- Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, and version control best practices
- Understanding of API-based integration patterns (REST, SOAP, event-driven) as they apply to MuleSoft, Workato, or similar iPaaS tools
- Hands-on familiarity with secrets management across GCP Secret Manager and AWS Secrets Manager; strong grasp of security best practices in CI/CD contexts (least-privilege IAM, no hardcoded credentials, key rotation)
- Monitoring and observability tooling experience (Datadog, Splunk, Google Cloud Monitoring, CloudWatch, or similar)
- Infrastructure-as-code proficiency — Terraform or CloudFormation; experience applying IaC to Cloud Run or Lambda-based workloads preferred
- Familiarity with container security practices: base image pinning, vulnerability scanning (e.g., Artifact Registry, Trivy), and dependency management for AI-generated codebases
Operational & Mindset
- Ownership: Takes full accountability for platform uptime, deployment quality, and the operational health of GTM infrastructure end-to-end.
- Velocity: Operates with a bias for action — ships iteratively, reduces toil systematically, and keeps release cycles fast and predictable.
- AI & Automation mindset: Actively leverages AI-assisted tooling and automation to accelerate delivery, improve reliability, and reduce manual overhead across the GTM stack.
- Collaboration: Fluent cross-functional partner to developers, architects, Security, IT, and business stakeholders — enables autonomy without becoming a bottleneck.
- Growth: Continuously evaluates new tooling, patterns, and practices to raise the bar on platform engineering and developer experience.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK WITH

At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
As a small team, we're all generalists that work across the full stack (built in TypeScript end-to-end). We’re looking for engineers that thrive in an environment of autonomy and individual responsibility to help us build the future of product development.
Location & work mode
Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in North America. You can work from anywhere within this region. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
What you'll do
- Work closely with founders, product, and design to implement new concepts and ideas
- Build AI-powered functionality into the core of Linear
- Update our collaborative content editor used across all internal surfaces
- Build new user-facing features with beautiful and scalable UI components
- Obsessively improve application performance
- Refine our software development processes to keep the team operating at high velocity
What we're looking for
- 2-5 years of experience building customer-facing products at a software company with a high engineering bar
- Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals, with experience across the full stack (Browser technologies, Node, GraphQL, PostgreSQL)
- Track record of driving complex, end-to-end features (not just incremental improvements and refactors) with visible impact on the product
- Product sensibility: you care about UX, speed, and polish, and you push back when something doesn't feel right
- Comfortable working without heavy PM overhead; you can help to shape the problem, not just implement a solution
- High ownership mentality: self-directed, full-lifecycle builder who takes a feature from idea to shipped
- Thrives in a remote, async-first environment with a lean, high-output team
- Experience at a startup or a company with a genuinely high engineering bar
Our tech
This stack reflects the systems we build and operate. You’re not expected to have experience with everything listed, but you should be excited to work close to product, performance, and real-world scale.
- Agentic workflow system utilizing temporal, operating at production scale
- Proprietary websocket data sync engine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bnOpm3a1fRE built for speed and offline support
- React, MobX, StyleX on the frontend
- Extensive, highly-trafficked GraphQL API and SDK
- Node, PostgreSQL, Temporal, and Redis on the backend
- Hosted on Google Cloud with k8s
- GitHub, Slack, Notion
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms including early exercise in the US and extended exercise windows
- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday
- Paid co-working space or desk
- Health coverage (based on country requirements)
- 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays
- 4 months paid parental leave
- Paid month off after 4 years & every 2 years thereafter
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Remote-first with no required commute
